special meeting we just moved this

order we have the Secretary's report
[0:55] with minutes from our January 22nd
meeting does anybody have questions on

it looks like so we'll go through our
[1:13] committee reports Executive Committee we
have nothing to report at this time
[1:18] building and grounds committee just
updated they're on the r22 refrigerants
[1:37] they don't support that anymore and we
had had it filled before but it leaked
[1:42] out within like a couple of weeks though
it has to get replaced because that's
[1:46] the critical component for this facility
is our playback Center so we did get
[1:51] fits for that and we're accepting the
lowest bid to replace that
[1:58] great thank you I'm access committee
[2:05] nothing to report no report Budget
Committee we are Tim is not here today
[2:12] but we are gonna we're gonna be meeting
setting up our first meeting looking at
[2:15] the budget for the 2019 2020 we start
over
[2:19] June July July 1st and we'll be setting
up that meeting franchise compliance
[2:27] committee no report do you want to just
give it up quick yeah a quick plug or no
[2:34] starting the new renewal process of
Cincinnati bells the correspondence has
[2:40] been made and the workings started so
we'll be setting our meetings to awesome

[3:15] we had two sisters that day I mean
things are busy we've got a lot of them
[3:20] is going on continuing to prepare for
the film club that we're doing with the
[3:25] library this summer basketball season
draft up while high school we were able
[3:30] to cover all the teams in our service
area and it was nice because we were
[3:37] able to cover ourself or Grove and since
they are not gonna be
[3:41] more than merging with cable Connie has
something that they will have as well
[3:50] just busy yeah thank you

seventy cents for a total expenses for
[4:31] February of thirty thousand five hundred
twelve dollars and nineteen cents in
[4:39] March we have administrative of a
hundred dollars and access at thirty
[4:43] thousand one hundred ninety $1.39 for
total expenses for March at thirty
