[3:58] in 2021 uh the city of schenectady
[4:01] through the rose gardens permits and
[4:04] stuff
[4:05] uh received the 4490
[4:09] uh the rose garden itself
[4:11] uh has submitted the bills over fifty
[4:13] one hundred dollars and we're looking to
[4:15] reverse them

[4:22] so we're asking for the reimbursement
