[6:01] way that was simplest for us so matt
[6:03] came up with a cleaner rate for that
[6:05] along with some increases because they
[6:06] haven't been raised since i believe you
[6:08] started which was over nine years ago

[6:39] golf courses i think we're very much

[6:44] so our newest competitor which is
[6:45] stadium golf club and obviously all the
[6:47] rumors are scrolling around with that
[6:48] facility
[6:50] i mean nothing is set in stone if
[6:51] anything's ever going to go through with
[6:52] that but in the meantime
[6:54] i can tell you that their most expensive
[6:56] rate with to ride
[6:58] would be 52
[7:00] which is two dollars more than what we
[7:01] are charging right now
[7:04] and then if you move along down the
[7:06] street to town a colony golf club our
[7:07] nearest municipal competitor
[7:10] uh for their residence to ride would be
[7:13] 49 and for a non-resident fifty four
[7:15] dollars now you compare that to ours
[7:17] we're charging for a resident to ride
[7:20] forty dollars
[7:21] nine dollars less than their resident
[7:23] fee
[7:24] uh fifty dollars for a non-resident
[7:26] which is four dollars less so even with
[7:28] this green speed increase that puts us
[7:30] right in line with our other competitors
[7:32] so it's not like we're going to be price
[7:34] gouging our customers
[7:37] uh and getting breed so to speak
[7:40] and i truly feel that
[7:42] we are undervaluing ourselves i think
[7:44] we're a much better facility in terms of
[7:46] the golf course layout
[7:47] uh the conditions are in my opinion are
[7:50] top-notch compared to the others and i
[7:52] say that because i'm the head
[7:53] professional there and so you should be
[7:58] um and then if you move into the next uh
[8:01] city over to albany capitol hills
[8:03] they're gonna support golf course now
[8:05] when coco struck
[8:07] they didn't open until mid-summer
[8:10] and when they did finally get their
[8:11] facility open they made a significant
[8:13] increase in their grains fees of ten
[8:15] dollars
[8:16] so now their most expensive rate
[8:19] uh is 69 with car okay
[8:23] so that is nineteen dollars more than
[8:24] we're charging
[8:26] i'm not asking for something that's
[8:28] significant okay
[8:29] but i do think that it needs to be
[8:31] addressed and of course you know we're
[8:33] always looking to do future projects and
[8:34] so this revenue increase will help for
[8:36] us

[22:46] the police department and um the
[22:48] sheriff's department who actually it's
[22:50] under their purview this particular
[22:51] thing so we're working on pulling
[22:53] something together where we um roll the
[22:55] program out again
[22:57] and um in addition to that that we um
[23:00] make sure these are available and we
[23:02] have like each each entity will have
[23:04] them it will have it on their website a
[23:06] link to actually get these because you
[23:08] don't get these from the fire department
[23:09] that aren't local you could if they had
[23:11] them but you actually send away for them
[23:13] so we want to make sure that we also
[23:15] have a supply of them
[23:16] uh locally and that people actually know
[23:19] that the program exists um because it's
[23:22] you know really an i think a really
[23:24] outstanding program
[23:25] and something that people should know
[23:26] about and utilize and so
