[4:56] the zoning change of the parcels uh with
[4:58] the additional finding planning
[4:59] commission looks forward to working with
[5:01] sunnyview to improve the overall
[5:02] efficiency and code compliance of their
[5:04] properties

[5:31] the add all included in the base fit the
[5:33] number that we got was similar i would
[5:36] say to what we have here was over 2
[5:39] million
[5:41] budget for the project is not that large
[5:43] we were able to secure some safety funds
[5:46] to bring it up however still they will
[5:48] only cover the base bid i will say that
[5:52] i have talked to some people who are
[5:55] experts in the area about the success of
[5:58] raised intersections which was the base
[6:00] bid
[6:01] and
[6:02] to date without going on the record for
[6:04] who i talked with the costs associated with them right now
[6:09] do not weigh the investment
[6:12] they are large precast panels that get
[6:14] put in
[6:15] to the intersection turns the entire
[6:16] intersection to a slightly raised
[6:18] concrete area and you see that the cost
[6:21] for that would be a little over half a
[6:23] million dollars
[6:25] that would be half a million dollars
[6:26] that the city would have to bear
[6:28] entirely due to the budget
[6:30] and like i said talking to people
[6:33] we are going to be reconstructing
[6:35] striping
[6:37] new signals really trying to you know
[6:38] improve the with typical measures so i
[6:41] don't think that half a million dollar
[6:42] investment is worth it at this time we
[6:44] can probably move that money up
[6:45] elsewhere and do other improvements so
[6:47] i'm comfortable moving forward with the
[6:49] base bit the reason i just explained

[6:53] bids would shift depending on if we were
[6:55] to take the alternate so i just want to
[6:57] make sure that everyone's aware of that

[8:31] vacant uh parcel it's approximately 7.77
[8:35] acres
[8:36] the town of rotterdam has approached the
[8:38] city
[8:39] they have a drainage
[8:42] project that they're looking to put
[8:44] together
[8:45] in order to move ahead with it they're
[8:47] seeking an easement from the city so
[8:49] that they can access the property
[8:51] for the purposes of the project as i
[8:53] said
[8:54] it will have negligent impact on the
[8:56] city as i mentioned it is vacant land
[8:59] i included a survey
[9:01] showing the area in which
[9:04] the easement would be covered
[9:07] i'd spoken to paul faun
[9:09] about this he doesn't see any impact on
[9:12] his
[9:12] projects or
[9:14] his use of any properties in rotterdam
[9:17] related to this
[9:18] so looking to
[9:20] potentially enter into an agreement
[9:22] mayor
[9:25] some ongoing negotiations with the town
[9:27] of rotterdam a couple things where this
[9:29] is part of it so before the council
[9:32] votes on this i'd like to review
[9:35] some of the things that are
[9:36] part of ongoing negotiations so that
[9:39] would require
[9:40] just a brief
[9:42] time and executive session okay well then at this point in time i'd
[9:49] entertain a motion to go into the
