[0:05] foreign [5:05] thank you [5:31] foreign [7:54] thank you [10:56] okay [11:06] can we [11:08] correct that yeah [11:10] we have a list of stuff right here yes [11:14] any other questions [11:23] thank you [11:28] I will go into assessment [11:31] Ferrari yes [11:33] assessments uh the total budget has only [11:36] been coming up 8 979 and it's all [11:40] you know because of payroll increases [11:46] sure I honestly nothing else in the [11:48] budget really changed that's really [11:50] changed we finally after a year and so [11:53] many months yeah we have a data [11:55] collector starting on Monday so that's [11:57] yay and we're looking for a clerk right [12:00] now and that's so that should wrap up [12:02] pretty soon [12:04] but otherwise you know besides the [12:07] salaries I'm interested to see so for [12:10] the past couple of years because of [12:11] legislation with covet we haven't sent [12:13] out any mailings or had to do any [12:15] mailings of big names we're sending one [12:17] out this October so I'm interested to [12:20] see we ended up we end up usually having [12:23] a little bit of overage anyways so but [12:25] I'm afraid mailings are going to go up [12:27] and there's some legislation [12:29] um at the state level [12:32] that has to do with one of the [12:34] exemptions we have and that they want us [12:36] to alert everybody who owns property [12:38] even if they're not really like we know [12:42] there's probably people who are not over [12:43] 65 their own property when the [12:45] legislation could state that we have to [12:48] let everyone know who owns residential [12:49] property about this particular exemption [12:53] and think about the [12:57] occur and we have the 15 000 Residential [12:59] Properties so it's it's [13:02] nervous about that I think there's [13:04] enough assessors around the state here [13:06] we're talking about this at our [13:07] conference there's not assessors around [13:08] the state who are angry enough about [13:10] that that they would try to fight [13:11] against that just because of the postage [13:13] if that was to come through then we'd [13:16] have to find it a more creative way like [13:17] anything else that goes out from the [13:19] city to all Property Owners you would [13:24] I guess that's for something in the [13:26] future [13:27] but otherwise really you know changes [13:29] you know [13:31] steps that goes for the board assessment [13:33] groups yeah [13:38] so is that the only vacancy that we have [13:41] the well as of right now right just yeah [13:44] we have two vacancies to get it left [13:46] around the clerk but somebody starts [13:48] Monday so they collector I'm not [13:50] counting that yeah [13:53] that would be probably I would say [13:56] three or four more weeks but that would [13:58] be vacant [14:00] so whatever that line was this year [14:02] still [14:05] thank you [14:08] should we be adding postage [14:10] um or just I you know what I I [14:14] don't just [14:17] haven't sent out [14:19] years so it's hard to know I know [14:22] postage has gone up but we still do have [14:25] enough because we kept postage the same [14:27] every year and it was so I think we'll [14:31] be okay [14:33] but I don't know it's just something [14:35] it's something to think about I guess [14:37] because it's hard for us to know [14:40] how many [14:42] because the legislation there's a lot of [14:44] people that won't need to won't be [14:45] renewing in the future there's a lot of [14:47] people that we know probably didn't meet [14:49] the income qualifications and all that [14:51] so it's just a matter of [14:54] um waiting to go through a year but to [14:56] see because we may have some [14:59] mm-hmm [15:01] I want to think of some other ways too [15:03] and they can clinical tool with the tax [15:04] bills maybe yeah well this is just in [15:07] general the regular renewal process [15:09] that'll happen at the end of this month [15:14] gotcha okay [15:18] you're saying it's gonna happen I didn't [15:20] want to be the decisions of mail the [15:22] notification out no I'm sorry that that [15:24] is still it could that could sit dormant [15:27] for a long time depending on whether [15:29] somebody gets a priority [15:31] um but I think we do a normal renewal [15:34] process we do a mailing to everybody in [15:37] the past two years we haven't [15:38] necessarily had to do that because we've [15:40] had legislation that extended all of the [15:43] exemptions so [15:45] um this will be a good trial run to kind [15:47] of see what the posters will be like [15:50] um so it's hard to say okay and I think [15:53] and we've again we've had overages in [15:55] the budget so it should be able to [15:57] account for that [15:59] and it's not the numbers aren't [16:01] necessarily going to change [16:03] I'm still looking at the same amount of [16:04] extensions so if we haven't been mailing out in two [16:10] years then safe to say that we'll [16:13] probably be okay yeah yeah but it'll be [16:16] a good kind of uh reference point moving [16:18] forward [16:21] foreign [16:54] increase that's basically a pay raise [16:57] just two uh I'm I'm here requesting for [17:01] uh my uh Deputy uh Derek uh the mayor uh [17:04] you know had a four percent increase we [17:07] were hoping to get him up to 80 000 uh [17:10] that's where we'd like to have them [17:11] North America you know give everyone [17:14] this four percent so I just want to [17:15] write that down there uh there's been [17:17] doing a great job he's getting ready to [17:19] you know take over position uh [17:22] I I keep telling sooner than any things [17:24] so uh he's lord of the old Lottery uh we [17:28] had a lot of trust fund he's doing a [17:29] great job with all the other departments [17:32] that we deal with which we'll speak [17:33] tonight [17:35] in my case it took the four percent you [17:38] know we're good with that our longevity [17:40] is what it is uh the other increases is [17:43] in the stipend uh for uh uh Derek and I [17:47] we both attended meetings we we're here [17:50] late almost every night uh when we're [17:52] just asking the stipend to increase the [17:54] same as Chris long and so in the Parks [17:57] now uh the total uh everything else uh [18:01] pretty much is stays the same [18:04] and that like I said the biggest Saint [18:06] Chris is is Takeoff [18:08] if you have any questions on any of [18:10] these uh [18:11] just explain the Feast of service yeah [18:13] fees for services is is that uh you know [18:16] that's when we pay our audits our uh [18:18] Nikon bills we pay our Arbitrage bills [18:22] we pay our fiscal advisor out of there [18:24] and one of our biggest things we do to [18:26] oped which is the other post-employment [18:28] benefit uh uh research that's the big [18:31] thing too a big cost of that so that's eats that up pretty good [18:37] Anthony what was the second thing you [18:38] said after Nikon [18:41] trash yeah what's that what happens is [18:44] that uh we have to have it certify that [18:46] all our borrowing that we're not making [18:48] more money than [18:49] uh our interest rate that we're [18:52] receiving because we have our money uh [18:54] invested in Banks or whatever it's not [18:55] making more money than our uh costs so [18:59] we have to have it certified that that [19:02] each uh each level of borrowing that we [19:04] have [19:07] some way to get money yet [19:10] cheese okay thanks [19:14] go ahead please with regard to the [19:17] statement so are you anticipating more [19:19] hours well I I think we've we've been [19:22] working more hours [19:24] actually I'm hoping to work lifestyle so [19:27] I'm gonna say well we didn't work here [19:29] we attend all the meetings we're here [19:30] not only for finance and uh committee [19:33] means we're also we also have to deal [19:35] with uh of water and soil or all those [19:37] other babies so if these guys have to [19:39] take after hours [19:42] not all departments get those uh no but [19:45] you know many do [19:53] so when you meet with these other [19:55] departments yeah [19:56] are they on overtime or are they uh [19:59] mostly without a department heads then [20:01] uh most of the ones we like crystalline [20:04] uh uh Joe panjango and uh uh what's his [20:08] name Paula fine Chris Wallen you know [20:11] when we meet after work you know you [20:12] know because really it's a time for us [20:14] where we can like really talk because we [20:16] don't have the phones without people [20:17] coming that's what we do a lot of work [20:19] as you know Chris was talking about [20:20] yesterday's all this stuff that we know [20:22] and the plans that we do the famous [20:23] stuff we do we usually do that after [20:25] hours [20:27] just just because it's easier any [20:30] questions [20:33] all right let's move to um page three [20:37] accounts and disbursement okay uh okay [20:40] I'm a guy I gotta tell you about this [20:43] and which I'm proud of these guys so [20:44] really uh [20:46] and and there's two things that you got [20:49] to remember an accounts this year we [20:50] lost three people in that department and [20:54] so uh we replaced the administrative [20:56] assistant uh from 56 so we got a new [20:59] Junior accountant we just got him we're [21:00] trained right in the middle of training [21:02] now they're a big part of that training [21:03] and we think we found a great guy uh we [21:06] also got a Percy mailing clerk which [21:09] started uh this year uh and you know [21:12] we're teaching her and she's doing [21:14] really well purchasing supervisor this [21:17] is probably one of our biggest we are so [21:19] lucky we found a person that's so bright [21:21] so smart and uh [21:23] scroll up uh experience that she [21:26] actually came from the city of Albany [21:28] that she went to court alone and now [21:30] she's with us and she started like uh [21:33] two months ago and we're really working [21:35] so uh [21:36] we're really you know we we were with [21:38] nobody we went from nothing and to we're [21:41] really getting this stuff back in shape [21:43] that's right Liz uh Elizabeth [21:47] one of the best uh bookkeepers that we [21:50] have here in the coming so uh she's a a [21:54] really great person that's great [21:56] reporting she's just not a people person [21:59] foreign [22:12] [Music] [22:35] 790 like I said that's basically a [22:38] uh the front panel increases [22:42] and like I said really proud of these [22:44] guys I mean you know we're we started [22:46] we're starting from scratch how proud of [22:48] the guys that we stayed Derek myself [22:50] lives in Amanda because we're actually [22:52] doing the pork of six seven people just [22:54] uh three and four of us yeah [22:59] reimbursement [23:01] so are there any openings at all uh [23:05] right now uh there is not right now you [23:07] know uh we're thinking of uh no not [23:11] so the junior calendar so that was in [23:15] there that's that's a new position [23:16] that's his new position uh the the [23:19] person with their mystery system she was [23:21] supposed to uh develop into an economy [23:24] but after a couple of days she uh [23:27] it's gonna like it so she left oh okay [23:31] she actually went to this back to the [23:32] store Department worked for the problem [23:35] all right thank you [23:39] yes as quickly so was that so that [23:41] person who's going to move into uh [23:44] transition into uh junior accountant so [23:46] did you collapse that position or is [23:48] that position still [23:50] exists no that Junior College is the new [23:54] a new new position and was actually the [23:56] administrative assistant was the only [23:58] position okay and that's what we uh we [24:01] deleted her well we're we're not funding [24:04] her position we are funding between your [24:06] account to take that place okay [24:08] that makes sense [24:10] yeah [24:13] she was she's a 15 year old a year [24:17] interesting [24:20] yeah [24:22] explain a tuition or reimbursement okay [24:26] reimbursement uh it's actually for uh [24:28] our produced supervisor and our Junior [24:31] Captain uh they both uh they both sort [24:34] of request you know because it's in the [24:36] contracts actually if you get approved [24:38] they won't last I'll give your comment [24:40] and wants to eventually become an [24:42] accountant for that account which you [24:44] know we're pushing to do awesome so [24:46] we're worth the wait put that in there [24:48] for him to go to school and say with the [24:50] our personal supervisor who has a degree [24:54] she's looking to become to get a masters [24:56] you know [24:57] we're pushing that you know to move [25:00] forward on education too [25:08] Yeah you mentioned that the purchasing [25:10] email clerk was recently hired yes [25:13] so just for clarity uh it has our breath [25:16] next to it sorry requesting Oracle funds [25:18] oh no yeah what happened was last year [25:21] with winter when we were trying to find [25:23] the person we that would be fulfilling [25:26] an old position at that article and we [25:29] really only finally uh fulfilled it this [25:31] year according to 22. so we're going to [25:34] continue that felt there's more able to [25:37] foreign [26:04] they would transfer money if somebody [26:06] wants to go because that's all if you [26:08] approve the kid you just can't cuddle [26:10] right but it hasn't had the opportunity [26:11] though yeah it doesn't matter what [26:14] department you're in right okay yeah it [26:16] has to be in line with your job I [26:17] understand yep [26:30] all right what's most paid six [26:35] Board of discussion over here that's [26:37] exactly the same in fact I think you [26:39] just uh [26:47] keep going [26:49] is is [26:53] Human Resources okay listen human [26:57] resource I got to tell you again thanks [26:59] for thanks to Derek Bliss and myself our [27:03] whole in 2021 our whole human resource [27:07] department left [27:10] yeah [27:11] and uh we were able between the like I [27:14] said the three of us to keep it going [27:15] that everybody still got paid everybody [27:17] you know got going and we've not [27:20] required a [27:21] you know a like a full staff [27:24] uh to look at one of the things we're [27:27] looking for an additional it says HR [27:29] assistant ips3 as a picked up position [27:32] we're looking to add and and mostly [27:34] that's the split for our production [27:35] Administration and HRS because we have [27:38] nobody we haven't had a person in our [27:40] front of our office and so 2019. where [27:43] Amy Hill was so we're looking you know [27:46] that we're looking to fill that both of [27:48] us can use here you know just to just do [27:50] you know take uh paperwork to take names [27:53] to answer phone calls that you know to [27:56] just do uh regular work you know for [27:59] both departments uh also again like I [28:01] said so we we have a brand new HR [28:04] administrator we have a brand new [28:06] payroll uh uh audit clerk we have a [28:09] brand new uh personal benefits clerk we [28:11] have a a brand new payroll manager I [28:14] mean these people haven't even been here [28:16] a year yet and I'm not saying it was [28:18] easy but yeah it's it's we've had a lot [28:21] of months and you know we had some big [28:22] box we had some little bumps but we're [28:24] going through it and these guys are [28:26] really working real hard it's a young [28:29] staff which which is a really nice [28:31] because I'm I'm hoping that and if they [28:34] take my uh they take my uh look back at [28:37] me and put 38 years in so so you know [28:40] there'll be no fluctuation as they go [28:42] through so I want to say I'm probably [28:44] the guys that are I've been working to [28:46] get this through this so [28:47] uh that's that uh what else [28:53] we we do have a part-time person for DM [28:55] salary uh she works 15 to 16 hours a [28:58] week and uh you know is this because of [29:01] payroll you have to keep things for 40 [29:03] years [29:04] as long as the she mostly works because [29:07] he's doing paperwork in the in the in [29:10] the back just moving stuff in and out [29:12] you know [29:13] huh [29:16] um so one of the questions that I asked [29:18] and you answered was about [29:20] um 1430 the um eliminating the employee [29:23] health and safety program right and I [29:25] understand that you couldn't fill it [29:27] when we want to we want to fill that in [29:29] the future I mean that is something [29:30] because uh it seems like it would be an [29:33] important role and that's what I'm [29:34] wondering like who is doing that now [29:36] nobody's doing it oh no we never had [29:39] anybody doing it oh we wanted to do this [29:41] and it was our idea and we're trying to [29:44] bring a person in so that they would do [29:47] all the uh you know workers comp you [29:49] know teaching people how to pick stuff [29:51] up like you know right and vote [29:52] Department you know instead of just we [29:55] have this one day a year classes you [29:57] know what I mean yeah we're looking to [29:58] have somebody here all the time and the [30:00] whole idea [30:01] behind that is try to reduce the amount [30:03] of workers [30:05] we definitely want to do that in future [30:07] with us we just did not have any luck we [30:09] think maybe the pain is not high enough [30:11] but we we didn't even get any [30:12] applications at all and we even went to [30:14] MVP we're trying to stack people on MVP [30:16] well okay [30:20] so some of the classes that I mean the [30:23] MVP does offer and that we all get [30:25] regular emails about some of that can be [30:28] incorporated into yeah okay so it's not [30:30] you wanted somebody full-time though [30:31] like because you know oh yeah [30:44] you know make sure they're wearing the [30:46] boots instead of shoes you know stuff [30:48] like that you know I mean that was that [30:50] was our idea of this but like I said we [30:52] just couldn't get anybody [30:54] um we uh we looked at other cities uh [30:57] City of Rochester got found somebody [30:59] Syracuse didn't find anybody Rochester I [31:01] got a guy and they said they helped him [31:03] a thousand percent help us yeah [31:07] plus of course yeah yeah okay oh yeah [31:12] we're definitely we're definitely going [31:13] to want to do that in the future and and [31:17] you know we we decided like it would [31:19] probably leave the HR assistant that's [31:21] probably more beneficial for us right [31:23] now than uh yeah okay so we were just you know we're [31:27] looking at the budget wise too sure how [31:30] do we save money now yep [31:33] a question on a formative action officer [31:35] yeah I know over the years Iran had a [31:38] you know comes with us with uh requests [31:40] for additional Staffing and the amount [31:43] of workload is being increased well you [31:45] know yeah how are we able to support him [31:48] and we also have a support staff for him [31:50] in his mother that's the thing right now [31:53] is and I talked to the mayor about this [31:55] answer on you know writes a good friend [31:56] of mine that says hi you have to tell us [31:58] you know what what is your job are you [32:00] the firmative action for the city are [32:02] you the are you actually running the [32:04] Enterprise Community what is that called [32:06] the positive Zone you know it says you [32:09] know we have got to figure out what [32:11] you're going to do before we can you [32:12] know you know what is your job what's [32:14] your check what is what are you going to [32:15] be doing full-time right now he's [32:17] getting through it in the future I don't [32:19] know like what we're talking about uh [32:21] with the arpan funds uh with the [32:23] Enterprise [32:28] run the projects I guess right so uh [32:33] so then so it's like a little confusing [32:35] and we're not sure [32:36] so is it wrong reviewing the contracts [32:39] to make sure they are able to be complex [32:41] yeah I don't think he has any problems [32:43] doing that I think it's the biggest [32:44] problem is where his workload is is an [32:48] Empowerment Center [32:49] on the zone so we talked so it's a [32:51] question of um are we talking about [32:53] roles clarification for the position or [32:57] are we saying he wants to have his own [32:59] Department right okay right so really [33:02] it's really up to you guys if you guys [33:03] think you need one you know you can [33:05] always add [33:06] staff for anyone [33:08] I just I just thought [33:11] you know because if you if they're going [33:13] to build that thing that's going to be [33:14] like two years in the making before [33:17] getting going I figured well you know [33:18] maybe you'll wait a year or two and then [33:20] you know just really see what which [33:22] direction he's going so he hasn't [33:24] requested it is what I'm here [33:28] and he requested it uh you know [33:32] kind of like says not yet [33:36] an administrative assistant you mean [33:39] that would be him administrators two two [33:41] other people it was it was a three-year [33:43] room Club [33:44] three uh three uh people of the [33:46] apartment yeah [33:50] because my phone has workbook definitely [33:52] going to be increased I mean he's [33:53] working with the Virgos Department to [33:56] make sure that they are in compliance [33:57] for the time they live to be a [33:59] requirement I know with this hiding on [34:01] him with the millions of dollars or [34:03] initial projects and there's a sense of [34:06] that he's coordinating with the duri [34:08] foundation [34:24] but like I said you know maybe you know [34:27] I'm not really sure how that plays into [34:29] being the first officer for us you know [34:31] so does that that's a good question [34:33] because I know that um at one point he [34:35] was um uh other departments were [34:37] graciously assisting him and some of the [34:39] things that he was doing so I'm [34:40] wondering like if that you know [34:43] because I imagine someone's leaving a [34:45] department to go assist him in his [34:48] Department then [34:49] there's a need for some assistance there [34:52] and then that's also leaving you know [34:53] some their their responsibilities that [34:57] they're supposed to be doing too so it's [34:59] like so it's clearly a need for him to [35:01] have of some support on that [35:04] you know like I said this is opportunity [35:06] to give it to him but with the new [35:09] position in HR that you said was going [35:12] to serve other offices could that also [35:14] help to serve well actually that is he's [35:16] in HR [35:18] isn't in charge it was actually going to [35:20] pick a floor no I know but I know where [35:22] he is but this is [35:25] right but that that sounds like that [35:28] assistant you said I'm sorry I'm sorry [35:36] I'm clear on how he [35:38] sounds like to me like [35:39] you know how to create his own job [35:41] position [35:42] that's what you're saying to me but I'm [35:44] not really clear on that girl you know [35:45] I'm not sure for Life yeah so that's how I'm telling that I'm [35:49] talking about [35:52] yeah yeah like I said it's true yeah the [35:56] mirror I wasn't you know keen on that as [35:58] yeah but [36:00] um [36:03] so he's asking for his own Department uh [36:06] he wants to have a an assistant and uh [36:11] believe it and what's that I believe it [36:14] was an assistant and an intern [36:16] but actually uh a a clerk okay and so [36:21] because you know this mayor talks about [36:24] various things he wants to do and and he [36:27] says and we're going to use Ron's group [36:28] to do this this and this so clearly [36:31] um he's important to how he's currently [36:33] running it and it's also looking to [36:35] assign world with him [36:37] um and in years past I've asked this [36:39] question before about why Ron didn't [36:41] have an assistant and before he said he [36:43] didn't ask for it America [36:49] did not give it something I'm saying [36:51] it's an opportunity that's why we're [36:53] here to [36:56] yeah [36:56] well there were other people that asked [36:58] for positions also yeah we're turning [37:01] down so yeah um [37:03] I think we should definitely consider it [37:05] because his work will seem to just [37:07] increase [37:10] I guess I'd want to see just as you said [37:13] Miss Porterfield I'd want to see a [37:15] description I'd want you know Ron to [37:17] probably I'd want to see and and he's [37:19] not here so I'd like to talk with him [37:21] but also see what's the business plan [37:23] what is what is the the the [37:27] um the plan just like you said I mean [37:29] what is his responsibilities and his [37:32] role and [37:34] um as you said it you're you know it's sort of unclear right now so let's [37:38] see it all you know [37:40] well maybe I can get a hold of Ryan [37:42] doing tomorrow we haven't come tomorrow [37:44] by any chance do you have his budget [37:45] proposal that you can share with us that [37:47] he presented to [37:51] um not today not right yeah again to [37:54] receive something from Ryan [37:56] as an example of uh [38:01] we brought them in there okay so we've [38:04] got something floating out there that [38:05] would have rationale and that kind of [38:07] thing I would imagine right because [38:08] somebody can get hold of that yeah [38:11] [Music] [38:30] um you know it was [38:33] just something we do I just saw him [38:35] clear it seems to be doing this with the [38:36] sanction on the sea yeah [38:41] okay please When I'm Not Looking come on [38:43] you just go ahead and come on just talk [38:46] just go ahead come on I guess we'll talk [38:48] about each other I guess for me I just [38:51] want to make sure I could have been [38:53] treated [38:57] I guess for me I just want to make sure [38:59] we're equally looking at adding stuff [39:01] the same way I just happened to the [39:04] first page that came to mind and [39:06] Engineering construction at the time [39:08] they're asking for an assistant civil [39:10] engineer to be added and we didn't ask [39:14] for let's see sorry [39:21] go ahead sorry so in the engineering [39:24] construction design they're asking for [39:25] an additional support staff the [39:27] assistant civil engineer and it cost [39:29] thirty two thousand dollars and if I [39:31] remember correctly he didn't have [39:33] these stipulations for them to [39:35] substantiate why they were adding that [39:38] position so I just want to know if [39:39] there's any particular reason why we're [39:41] going to ask us that or is this a [39:43] different consideration altogether [39:46] I can respond to that I mean you know I [39:49] think that we've been knowing for [39:50] several years that the engineering [39:52] department which has now all you know [39:54] even all the Opera projects on on board [39:56] needed that additional staff and that [39:59] was I think it's been asked for many [40:02] times before before I was on accounts of [40:04] living right [40:05] do you think yes [40:07] um and in this case I just wanted just [40:10] to follow up with what Mrs Porterfield [40:11] was saying I just I think Ron does a [40:13] great job [40:15] um but I just want to see especially in [40:17] terms of this being a new program [40:19] um you know I just want to hear from him [40:21] yeah I think but that's I don't want to [40:23] speak for around you it's right like I [40:25] said it might be if we go out with [40:27] things right I'm just I'm looking as a [40:29] whole I'm looking at the big picture [40:30] with the city I'm not trying to be [40:32] personal like because I think Rob's a [40:33] good guy yeah well I mean that it isn't [40:36] personal it's about the department yeah [40:38] so like it says you know with America [40:40] I'm gonna put a mix on it so I'm just [40:43] trying to bring that forward but this is [40:44] like I said this opportunity for Council [40:47] if they feel that he should have it and [40:51] I guess to respond to Carl I guess I [40:54] feel like we've had rationale for the [40:56] engineering department and also for that [40:59] engineer that we've been asking for that [41:03] students I mean we did at many occasions [41:05] we try to add and it never happened [41:09] I can recall that Enron came on board on [41:13] the next following years he was asking [41:15] yeah [41:16] I think we tried on on that level we [41:18] keep trying every year okay we have seen [41:21] just like how you mentioned how the [41:22] engineering department is going to be [41:24] swamped with additional award Ron is [41:26] going to be sponsored additional work in [41:27] review to make sure people are very [41:28] compliance also he's working with the [41:30] police and fire to make sure that they [41:32] are oh they're going with you know the [41:36] um you know minority [41:38] um officers to get on board those are [41:40] all additional work on top of make sure [41:42] that a contractors [41:43] are doing what they're supposed to do [41:46] plus he's running outside the center so [41:49] getting a support staff for him will be [41:51] ideal just like how we are approving for [41:54] other departments to support staff it [41:56] will complement Iran is doing because [41:58] he's doing a fantastic job and there's [42:00] no doubt about it inside City Hall we're [42:03] hearing that outside inside of City Hall [42:05] of what he's doing contractor is talking [42:07] about he's helping contractors on all [42:10] different levels right to attain [42:12] certification to to work them you know [42:15] work give them the steps they needed to [42:18] apply for these uh Municipal jobs [42:21] in addition to that because because he's [42:24] doing that it's because the city was not [42:26] meeting our mwpe requirements hardly [42:28] ever so it was necessary actually what he did was create it was necessary [42:33] because we the the contractor said we [42:36] don't have enough mwgs so therefore Iran [42:39] created training class so now we can [42:41] feed the mwps in from this training [42:43] classes community so it does tie [42:45] together so yeah that's why so what was [42:47] what would the salary be well I believe a bunch of them put in I think [42:53] the salary for the assistant was 62 if [42:55] you remember that I would have to look [42:58] at it and then uh [43:02] so I guess a little bit of my confusion [43:04] is around or talk what you know we're [43:07] talking about the position [43:09] um and so I hear some people referring [43:12] to it as the position and then some [43:14] people they're referring to it as a [43:15] department [43:16] and I think that if we're talking about [43:18] an apartment and it's been it's pretty [43:20] clear that that um we're not moving or [43:24] thus far haven't been moving in an [43:28] equitable manner to your point Mr [43:29] Williams [43:31] um so I mean so [43:34] are we [43:35] the affirmative action officer [43:37] affirmative action department is is [43:41] what the parent is is really what we're [43:44] trying to create here if he's doing so [43:46] then I guess we got to stop talking [43:47] about if I as a position and then we [43:49] should probably refer to it as a [43:51] department if that's the direction we're [43:53] heading in and if that's the direction [43:54] heading then we are obligated to a [43:57] resource of that sucks right very good [43:59] okay [44:00] [Music] [44:01] okay so I guess um just to think about [44:04] that [44:06] I think and I guess I would have to just [44:08] research this but I think in terms of [44:11] affirmative action duties in a workplace [44:16] I think that has to do with firing and [44:18] those kinds of things at least that's my [44:20] experience in my own [44:22] former workplaces so that that would be [44:25] an HR function [44:27] um but the mwbe contractual you know the [44:32] uh review of all the contracts Etc that [44:34] goes across all of our city departments [44:37] um obviously the work that he does with [44:39] police and fire is HR related right [44:43] um and then the Empowerment Center I'm [44:45] not really as you know I think that's [44:47] going to be you know trying to help [44:49] younger people get into careers [44:52] um I'm just not really sure yet I mean [44:54] what that is [44:56] um so perhaps in terms of what we do [45:00] moving forward we think about what we've [45:02] done with some of the other positions [45:03] where [45:05] um part of a salary comes out of I'm [45:07] thinking of like you know ogs and codes [45:10] right that some of the and even [45:12] engineering right some of the salary [45:14] comes out of one Department some of it [45:16] comes out of another department [45:18] um in terms of what the functions of the [45:21] job role [45:23] um are so [45:25] um anyway I'm certainly open to it I [45:27] just you know need a little Clarity [45:30] there but [45:31] um when we uh let me add a disposition I [45:34] tried to recall that we were like where does this position fit since and [45:40] it was more like [45:41] we need to fit them in a department [45:44] gotcha because at that time there were [45:46] no departments so in the past it was on [45:49] the table and it was agree that he's a [45:51] good fit for human resource at one time [45:53] until we can agree does we already moved [45:56] from the Iran and that's why it's stuck [45:58] under here because he's probably been [45:59] here for like five or six years right [46:01] that's made a great point I think you [46:03] know basically what he got like the [46:05] money was saying really in that role [46:07] again in affirmative action Department [46:10] maybe it's called Workforce all right so [46:13] well I'm going to request since you know [46:16] okay Miss Patrick uh my can I agree with [46:18] that [46:19] the question are we if you can have it [46:21] here tomorrow just to give us an [46:24] overview or maybe astronautica [46:28] so we'll have it done tomorrow just for [46:30] free both of you not to expect that just [46:33] a small bridge for you [46:35] go ahead [46:37] um [46:38] is it really present us to create a new [46:41] department that has to be done [46:44] because it's personnel [46:46] can you take that is [46:50] budgets yeah but there's we're talking [46:53] two different guys who talk about [46:54] creating an entire department oh that's [46:56] true yeah so that's so we want to be clear [47:02] about that [47:03] I'm wondering if the I think the mayor [47:06] is not here tomorrow night either yeah [47:08] so I mean to me if we even if we do [47:11] these positions we could still do them [47:12] here for now and then talk yeah let's [47:15] hear from him tomorrow what's uh you [47:17] know his position of [47:19] additional Staffing and what he's [47:21] actually doing there so yeah we're far [47:25] from there no matter what you're doing [47:26] that guy you're going to do a great job [47:27] yeah [47:29] this was under the mayor's office [47:35] go ahead please so when he comes uh when [47:39] the affirmative action officer so this [47:42] should be not be using names no no uh [47:45] when he comes so under the 60 [47:50] an assistant and the interim three would [47:52] be at like forty seven thousand Pages [47:56] 64. [47:59] 35 so [48:02] um just what they would be responsible [48:03] for more media Alpine of their duties [48:07] um what he would use them for what they [48:10] would assist in we'll ask him tomorrow [48:18] I would appreciate it yeah [48:21] um yeah any other question on [48:23] a few memory scores [48:34] 14. [48:36] [Applause] [48:46] Eagles are we are we doing better we're [48:50] doing better but are we meeting them [48:51] though I I thought the truth can I hear [48:54] the question [48:58] so my question was [49:01] um are we I know Brian [49:04] um a big part of his position was to [49:07] make sure that we're meeting our mwbe [49:09] goals oh so I was wondering [49:12] with all the great work that everyone's [49:13] saying that he's doing I'm wondering are [49:16] we meeting those goals yet you know what [49:18] we do is when you bring it in tomorrow [49:19] I'll make sure it doesn't answer them [49:21] and I thought that was something [49:25] what page [49:28] yeah yeah yeah [49:32] we can have all of that for them [49:34] tomorrow [49:35] okay I'll address that stage 14 sorry [49:42] kind of central printing mailing [49:46] um [49:47] okay uh [49:53] um everything's basically the same [49:55] exactly the same as those last year this [49:57] is where we pay all our [49:59] postages and uh [50:02] expenses uh further math throughout the [50:05] whole city goes through a [50:07] partial person goes through a metal [50:10] excuse me go through our what's that [50:14] called 100 the mail the mail itself in [50:16] this 35 000 is the same one that has [50:19] last year [50:21] 15. [50:26] there's no specifically postage going up [50:28] at all [50:30] and last year maybe [50:32] so far [50:36] it's somewhere um [50:44] a16 70 400 other expenses it's other [50:48] expensive okay so yeah because because [50:51] that's that's actually paid we we don't [50:54] use it post obviously we use the mail [50:56] carrier which is cheaper we get like two cents off for postage that's the [51:01] other expenses machines we have that [51:03] special uh [51:07] the Stamper and uh for uh [51:32] any more questions on this section [51:35] can I just ask you we do Central [51:37] Communications 1650 before tomorrow [51:46] 16. [51:49] and allocated insurance [51:52] yes our insurance expense went up about [51:54] two percent and that's strong enough [51:58] how uh we just uh we got an application [52:02] in for our cyber Insurance we're hoping [52:04] the space at the amount of 38 000 [52:07] retirement fee so we will find out soon [52:10] so [52:12] okay [52:13] questions [52:15] so you don't question we'll move to [52:17] bottom of that page audio miscellaneous [52:19] undistributed okay expense the biggest thing is uh contingency what [52:24] makes it 300 000 reasons for that is uh [52:27] this year too we we spent a real lot of [52:29] money in contingency uh for uh [52:32] demolitions of uh [52:36] we're just trying to take a step of the [52:39] next year to go higher uh usually like [52:42] if you look at the past few years [52:43] usually we're in the 170 and 190 range [52:45] and we've got 250 to get enough but [52:47] we've already glued that out of the [52:48] water so next year we're hoping that [52:51] it's not a good thing about the cars [52:55] um how was our effort to collect money [52:57] from these uh demo [53:07] so you can't collect anything uh the [53:10] ones that do you know uh are a lot of [53:13] Partners right on you know and you know [53:15] successful I hate to tell you that you [53:17] know most of these things which are done [53:19] through a part like arsonists they can [53:21] pick they pick buildings directly you [53:23] know people had walked out and they're [53:24] empty and so on so there's no insurance [53:27] is zero the answers no the one that has [53:30] Insurance are we able to collect from [53:32] them [53:34] yeah it takes time to visit the process [53:36] because as you know uh if if we have to [53:39] demolish it you know the people uh who [53:41] own the house you know they want you [53:43] know it's a fight with them in the [53:44] insurance company us the insurance [53:45] company end up ownership [53:48] so does it go does it go through our [53:50] insurance company then no not our [53:52] expectations I mean who handles trying [53:54] to get the apartment [54:00] it starts with you know it's a fire [54:02] department sets it out home enforcement [54:03] you know the quarter forces disease you [54:05] know we make sure to have them shift [54:07] they have insurance and our Law [54:08] Department because after insurance [54:10] company yeah gotcha [54:26] our receipts department where you can [54:29] pay your taxes online [54:37] instead of us I'm going to buy it with [54:39] that but now if we charge it okay gotcha [54:50] credit card yeah [54:53] the next one here I've seen yesterday I [54:55] know this was a place called um how are [54:57] we doing with that movement yeah they're [55:00] probably also be coming in the next [55:02] weeks and I got delayed because the [55:05] coveted with uh Catholic Charities [55:07] operating through the three [55:09] neighborhoods [55:12] we're a winner too if we figure out what [55:15] happened malaise they've had sicknesses [55:18] and things with the virus so it got [55:21] delayed [55:24] any more question on this section [55:26] all right let's keep moving [55:28] all right I'm gonna make sure [55:33] page uh [55:37] age 31. again I don't think we did this [55:40] a police review board [55:41] but I just want to increase that from [55:43] fifteen hundred to five thousand dollars [55:48] was there a budget for that or you just [55:50] uh I think just I wasn't asked yeah I [55:54] wonder if it was an Ask wanna I don't [55:56] remember who it was [56:09] so this increases [56:12] yeah we I was told traveling training [56:16] okay yeah thank you [56:20] any other short question [56:22] let's keep moving is uh 34. [56:29] all the way to the bottom [56:31] uh [56:38] you want to make sure we step on [56:40] everything yeah it's not your services [56:45] the country services that is we uh [56:52] news [56:54] we need us to buy a bit of rent for uh [56:58] each of the veteran Halls oh yeah and so [57:01] we've supplied them with uh [57:03] support for you nice yeah that's great I [57:06] know we got a thank you note no Jim Wilson yeah [57:22] all right page 37. [57:27] you sound like [57:31] it's starting 70s [57:42] age 37. our youth programs this is for [57:47] the County Youth uh program that we have [57:50] set up [57:51] usually uh they send us a bill leverage [57:54] every year [57:57] yeah so this is separate from the summer [57:59] youth employment that we are doing with [58:02] the school district [58:03] no I think that this is this is this is [58:05] the money that goes to the county every [58:07] year yeah [58:09] in addition to the other money that we [58:11] did this year right okay [58:15] hmm [58:16] so we're basically double paying them [58:18] well they haven't asked for it so maybe they're not maybe they're taking [58:23] it out of the other one you know [58:25] because we had we did one just last year [58:27] you know yep [58:30] it seems like it would be a cdvg thing [58:32] to me but I don't know [58:34] especially if we're trying to have our [58:36] own program [58:38] um which I really support [58:41] um but that's just [58:43] I don't know [58:45] so so this was this was approved uh last [58:50] year right before the the [58:54] youth yeah right so cool that I think [58:57] yeah so this seems like [59:02] um [59:04] something separate from that that has to [59:07] be right because I think yeah yeah [59:12] ever no this year oh I'm wondering [59:15] because they were involved with the [59:17] other one yeah it could be [59:19] that they knew that happened there I [59:20] think they went the other way you know [59:22] what I mean well in years past we gave [59:24] them like a real small amount like for [59:26] three thousand if you see three thousand [59:27] so that's been something that's been [59:29] ongoing a very low amount but this 43. [59:31] it seems to me like a seamlessly it was [59:35] that if we if we did the other program [59:36] then this is in addition so it really [59:38] should we continue I should probably [59:40] call to find out it [59:43] [Laughter] [59:46] [Music] [59:54] I just want to go through it that was [59:56] the other small one time [1:00:00] a city historian is 1500 that we take [1:00:02] it's a historian to do his thing up [1:00:04] there uh [1:00:07] historical uh District commission is [1:00:09] it's just a note-taker for the meetings [1:00:11] I've had [1:00:12] so that one has a second yeah [1:00:17] celebrations two thousand dollars uh [1:00:20] that is the memorials uh you know we [1:00:22] give our [1:00:24] supplies or uh [1:00:26] foreign [1:00:43] [Music] [1:00:56] so we pay the people that are on the [1:00:58] historic district commission ah [1:01:13] that's it [1:01:17] all right it's 38th [1:01:20] yeah [1:01:21] Board of zoning Fields [1:01:26] like advertising and he has a note taker [1:01:29] uh and the commissioner gets 3 700 and [1:01:32] uh they'll take her it's uh 18 million [1:01:34] dollars five hundred dollars is for the [1:01:37] advertising when they have to put this [1:01:38] stuff [1:01:42] and planning commissioners [1:01:48] the note taker gets eighteen hundred [1:01:50] dollars the commissioner gets 4 500 [1:01:53] and advertising again is 7.50 so they [1:01:56] plan only because I think they have more [1:01:59] stuff going on yes and [1:02:02] does our private commission please plan a commission Sharon [1:02:06] let's think Commissioners then that's [1:02:07] what it says no one else on the board no [1:02:10] there are yeah [1:02:12] it says 4 500 for Commissioners [1:02:16] yes oh okay yeah so amongst each of them [1:02:19] yes yeah it's probably like a thousand [1:02:21] dollars I've done one person got 45 I [1:02:24] think you're doing well [1:02:26] nobody else got anything [1:02:28] okay there's no question we'll move to a [1:02:30] phase 44. [1:02:32] employee benefits [1:02:41] um [1:02:44] [Music] [1:02:46] a million ninety thousand seven hundred [1:02:49] ninety nine dollars but it's only a 3.2 [1:02:51] percent uh really increase [1:02:54] just just to let you know uh [1:02:57] employee benefits throughout the total [1:03:00] budget [1:03:01] all benefits are 33 of the total budget [1:03:05] is benefits and uh 44 of the budget is [1:03:09] salaries so yeah so salary and benefits [1:03:13] it says you know 70 uh 70 uh eight [1:03:16] percent of the Republic [1:03:18] so uh let's let's take a look at some of [1:03:21] them one of the one of the first things [1:03:23] I want to pass out to you is uh [1:03:29] is the uh the increase [1:03:32] of retirement payment for a police [1:03:35] required [1:03:37] the front page is about 2022 and then [1:03:40] the second page is 20.3 [1:03:46] um [1:03:53] so as you can as you can see uh in 20 in [1:03:56] this year 2022 would have been paid at [1:03:59] 8.6 million dollars [1:04:02] by the 2023 this is just the estimates [1:04:04] projections I'm probably going to go up [1:04:06] because you probably saw that there's a [1:04:08] present because the stock market and [1:04:10] stuff yeah it's going up to 9.2 million [1:04:13] that's actually a seven and uh 7.4 [1:04:16] percent increase 634 thousand dollars [1:04:18] increase [1:04:20] so uh that's one of the the bigger [1:04:23] expenses that we have is that the police [1:04:27] portion of the retirement or the [1:04:30] benefits uh [1:04:32] and uh as you see uh if you look at it [1:04:35] we need budget of 9.1 now you'll notice [1:04:38] the 9.2 we're we're looking at you know [1:04:41] because we have to retirement for the [1:04:44] ERS we we uh we're projecting that's [1:04:46] going to be less so we're thinking the [1:04:48] difference we're going to have enough to [1:04:49] make that up there's a difference from [1:04:51] the [1:04:52] ERS oh ERS is our state employment yeah [1:04:57] okay [1:04:59] this is basically contractual or no oh [1:05:02] yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah [1:05:03] you know well I was saying just recently [1:05:06] uh New York State Retirement Board uh [1:05:09] just uh said they're going to increase [1:05:11] so that's what kind of just as you can [1:05:13] see here there's some fire you know [1:05:15] we're looking at 29 29.7 was 30 that's [1:05:19] going to be over 30 for that for that as [1:05:22] well as salary you know that could be a [1:05:24] recruiting tool uh one of one of our uh [1:05:27] biggest expenses we you know we think is [1:05:31] really killing us is just a workers [1:05:33] complement and we're trying to get a [1:05:35] handle on it we actually hired them [1:05:41] consultant to try to help us deal with [1:05:44] this worker comp to increase in what's [1:05:46] going on and like I said it's basically [1:05:48] said there's three huge departments fire [1:05:50] police and uh waste but the final [1:05:53] increase are the most expensive stuff so [1:05:55] it makes it so much higher you know [1:05:58] life insurance everything else pretty [1:06:00] much stays the same another big increase [1:06:03] is uh uh of course is the hospital [1:06:06] medical insurance [1:06:08] uh [1:06:12] even though even though I asked a letter [1:06:16] from our consultant that we have [1:06:20] shown where the numbers will be used [1:06:22] thank you [1:06:32] country workers [1:06:34] so uh oh this is looking at 11.9 [1:06:37] increase and uh and we're right at that [1:06:40] number we can go across the board [1:06:42] between uh [1:06:44] water sword golfing Channel [1:06:46] we try to you know we try to you know [1:06:50] keep for General as you know same percentage all the way [1:06:54] across so so we think we're doing okay [1:06:57] our biggest our biggest uh increase you [1:07:00] know because we still haven't uh had the [1:07:01] uh the final number and so it's not lost [1:07:04] because we're self-insured yeah and uh [1:07:07] which would really save us a lot of [1:07:08] money in the long run but uh our stock [1:07:11] box that was before it used to be [1:07:12] anything wrong to fifty thousand dollars [1:07:14] and now we're having increased it to [1:07:17] anything over uh seven to five thousand [1:07:20] yep and uh and then they insurance but [1:07:24] the insurance uh is is you know like two [1:07:27] million dollars a year you know it's [1:07:28] like 1.89 yeah so how are the numbers in [1:07:31] here accurate when you have basically of [1:07:34] not even 400 000 increase uh because we [1:07:38] look we're doing it across the uh all [1:07:40] the borders we're doing a water source [1:07:42] so what we do is we not set out water [1:07:45] solar and golf They even some of those [1:07:48] were not changed [1:07:50] because I noticed that yeah we would you [1:07:53] know we figured that if you look at that [1:07:54] number of fifteen thousand five fifty [1:07:56] four we're at that number I was going [1:07:58] across the board [1:08:00] I'm sorry where is that number uh I'm a [1:08:02] letter from uh okay I'm sorry [1:08:06] projected class for 2023. [1:08:18] we're trying to keep a handle on all [1:08:20] this that's that's what we're doing here [1:08:26] why does the unemployment insurance [1:08:28] figure go down by like 40. oh because uh you know what happens when we have [1:08:35] a coven we had a huge amount of people [1:08:38] leaving [1:08:40] whereas now uh [1:08:44] is kind of some stabilized yet [1:08:48] the other big factor in here is our new Mana yeah uh that's uh gone up [1:08:57] to uh uh 2 million three hundred [1:09:01] two million two hundred and forty [1:09:05] and uh that was 100 [1:09:08] 80 90 000 Acres they've been very good [1:09:11] for us our [1:09:12] retired employees say they love it uh it [1:09:15] comes to uh four thousand three hundred [1:09:18] sixty three dollars a person a year wow [1:09:21] that's [1:09:22] pretty cool yeah it's pretty good yeah [1:09:25] um my other question is I just don't [1:09:26] understand [1:09:27] um I just don't know what this is the [1:09:29] insurance buyout can you just tell us [1:09:31] what that is yes [1:09:34] oh [1:10:05] hmm [1:10:07] uh I think you pay for quite on a [1:10:09] quality basis they're very good [1:10:15] yes it's probably less expensive than if [1:10:18] we were paying Insurance okay I just [1:10:22] wasn't like sure [1:10:28] yeah [1:10:28] um a yearly family plan on our on our [1:10:31] things that cost twenty of thousand [1:10:33] dollars [1:10:46] [Music] [1:10:56] because no right because of covet people [1:10:59] really stopped going to the doctors [1:11:02] we haven't seen that increase you can't [1:11:04] go that's been saying good our biggest cause Believe It or Not uh [1:11:09] like that does like 60 as our high cost [1:11:12] claimants people you know 25 people were [1:11:16] very built cost hey [1:11:19] 60. it's part of the rest of the 700 [1:11:22] people [1:11:26] what happened [1:11:34] questions [1:11:42] I noticed that through every um home [1:11:45] study Department we see employee drug [1:11:46] testing yes can I see that myself [1:11:52] well because uh I I don't know it's [1:11:55] probably because there's nobody uh [1:11:59] everybody's part-time nobody drives the [1:12:01] vehicles [1:12:04] golf carts right yeah [1:12:06] I don't think so no I'm not bring it up [1:12:10] for Chris yeah yeah [1:12:12] just because I saw everywhere else and [1:12:15] that one was there over there [1:12:19] any additional question on this section [1:12:21] yeah go ahead please all righty so you [1:12:24] said that the insurance is spread out [1:12:28] I'm not seeing it so where I I know I [1:12:31] woke up one before I came there and I'm [1:12:33] trying to go through my shoot some [1:12:34] content [1:12:38] foreign [1:13:16] almost to the end [1:13:19] you'll see the coupon [1:13:22] oh here's the soundtrack right here so [1:13:25] uh yes that's weird we have a call for [1:13:28] 29 566. uh right it's about uh larger [1:13:33] 450 000 soar a million three excuse me [1:13:38] general fund 13-6 and uh RX 70 000 gives [1:13:43] us a total of fifteen thousand four [1:13:46] ninety nine fifties 566. my point is [1:13:50] that it's not changed much at all that's [1:13:53] we're purposely do that trying to keep [1:13:56] it because as like I said we look like [1:13:58] well it's like you know really we're [1:14:00] going to have some excess money and so [1:14:02] I'm trying to keep it low because I want [1:14:04] to erase that portion that I was trying [1:14:06] to avoid raising taxes or raising fees [1:14:09] yeah [1:14:12] I mean that's that's what we're trying [1:14:14] to build [1:14:15] I can't I think I'm trying to people [1:14:17] right what a point for our episode our [1:14:19] consultant tells us don't even know [1:14:22] where she says so that way I know that [1:14:24] will be okay and I said I saw that this [1:14:26] year but it looked like we're going to [1:14:27] happen [1:14:28] like uh John said a little Surplus over [1:14:31] there and I want to keep that going [1:14:35] like they're those words [1:14:38] I think I'm thinking of the big picture [1:14:40] yeah yeah [1:14:42] any additional question [1:14:57] all right let's move to um [1:15:08] correct there you go [1:15:11] [Music] [1:15:12] mm-hmm [1:15:19] our total debt surface is up 10 to 685 [1:15:23] 374. [1:15:25] um yeah one of the reasons is that we uh [1:15:28] when we rebonded everything and uh [1:15:31] we only have one band out there right [1:15:33] now uh let me just [1:15:35] do what you have [1:15:37] um [1:15:39] increase values like you said now so now [1:15:41] what we're doing is instead of paying [1:15:43] the interest on dance or paying a [1:15:45] principle knob too so that's why that's [1:15:47] why the increases yeah [1:15:49] uh let me just give you some figures [1:15:51] that we have here [1:15:57] the general fund we have a binds out for [1:16:01] 65 million seven hundred thirty five [1:16:03] thousand dollars [1:16:04] uh soars 34 million 950 000 Waters uh 12 [1:16:09] million 691 [1:16:11] 000 golf is 849 850 [1:16:14] 000. so it's [1:16:16] 514 000 but just in pounds they also [1:16:19] have bands that those suppose are [1:16:21] anticipation notes of seven million 447 [1:16:25] dollars and we have leases out there at [1:16:28] the two point [1:16:29] two million dollars so there's there's [1:16:32] quite a bit of that we're handling it [1:16:34] you know and what we did in the last [1:16:36] couple years is we went back and took [1:16:38] anything over a four percent uh we we uh we get that we uh we uh [1:16:48] refinance refinanced it there it is I [1:16:50] can't think of it we refinanced them and [1:16:52] uh you know we got the percentage of [1:16:53] like two and between two and a half [1:16:54] minutes so uh and again like you said it [1:16:58] was just paying uh [1:17:00] figure a part of the Princeton [1:17:05] yeah [1:17:08] they're not really happy about that but [1:17:10] yeah [1:17:11] it's invested evil and that's right [1:17:15] um [1:17:18] Joshua is that questions [1:17:36] I think they capture everything I don't [1:17:38] think I missed anything other than what [1:17:40] we have scheduled for tomorrow [1:17:44] [Music] [1:17:44] um [1:17:47] what I would like to ask if you have any [1:17:50] suggested change [1:17:52] please email it to Anthony [1:17:55] so that way we're ahead so if any [1:17:58] changes or any proposal to changes that [1:18:01] you may have please email us out to the [1:18:03] internet you know what thank you copy [1:18:05] people sorry yeah [1:18:08] did we talk about that tomorrow night [1:18:10] yeah but if you haven't you wanted to [1:18:12] turn it to them ahead of time that way [1:18:14] they can able to be in a better position [1:18:15] to explain it tomorrow [1:18:18] because we still have to meet tomorrow [1:18:21] and then we can discuss that if not we [1:18:23] can just [1:18:24] you know discuss it [1:18:27] tomorrow evening if my time how is [1:18:29] Friday for everyone are we good for [1:18:32] Friday that we can do meat I think it's [1:18:36] good with something yeah [1:18:37] we want to wrap this up and get this [1:18:40] because we're going forward if not we'll [1:18:42] have to meet next week [1:18:44] and probably a special uh city council [1:18:47] meeting there [1:18:55] copy me [1:18:57] and I will be an answering like what I [1:18:59] do all the time to get the answers [1:19:01] that's all the questions I know it's hectic but um [1:19:10] yeah if you have not received answers to [1:19:13] your questions please let me know I know [1:19:17] you have one more that the one that was [1:19:19] located yesterday from what years if you [1:19:21] can just put in a writing for me I can [1:19:23] see Paul today yeah I mean this is all [1:19:26] this stuff I I like to share that to all [1:19:29] the council members to all of us on the [1:19:31] same pages in terms of the question I [1:19:33] was asked and the answer is I uh the [1:19:36] thing you asked about the county cars I [1:19:38] got the other ones but the county cars I [1:19:40] have told you know pull the files on you [1:19:42] know because Joe is not coming back [1:19:44] until next week I thought it was coming [1:19:46] back uh soon I just follow the files [1:19:49] tomorrow that's why we can [1:19:52] Italian vehicles [1:19:58] that was one of the questions I was [1:20:00] asked [1:20:01] yesterday I thought I thought Joe was [1:20:04] going to be in uh [1:20:06] yeah [1:20:11] that's the only one I'm standing that [1:20:13] comes with yes [1:20:14] the one that you did back and forth [1:20:17] today yes we did got an answer to some [1:20:19] of those yeah if you go through all your [1:20:22] questions and if there's any missing [1:20:25] we'll get there [1:20:28] um so people have changes they're [1:20:30] sending them to the mayor and me and you [1:20:32] yes [1:20:38] what we have done in the past is that we [1:20:40] spend their time or we don't need to do [1:20:42] that or be sanitize [1:20:46] on the floor [1:20:48] so that really have answers to anything [1:20:50] any concern no why you can't do this [1:20:52] that'll probably be Friday night yes so [1:20:56] if you can send any any suggestions just [1:20:58] before we ask them the questions are [1:21:00] they providing or the answer providing [1:21:02] proposals gotcha changes to them so that [1:21:05] they can come back with [1:21:09] I just remember to make changes where [1:21:11] you're adding stuff you can either take [1:21:13] it away [1:21:20] [Music] [1:21:22] you know well maybe you know from about [1:21:25] something no one had a fun bounce or [1:21:26] Oracle loss or or uh yeah you have to [1:21:30] take it out of a different alignment [1:21:31] number so yes remember it's not one way [1:21:34] it's a plus or a minus [1:21:39] you know like it says if you want to add [1:21:41] stuff in your photos other places you [1:21:43] would think this job is not required or [1:21:45] not you know whatever you can take that [1:21:46] out and add [1:21:48] along that line you know it doesn't have [1:21:50] to be the same department but yeah [1:21:53] it's going to be the same fund the [1:21:55] fund's got to be all the same yeah [1:22:00] if there's nothing else at full [1:22:02] brightness I have solution to recess [1:22:04] I've got to write this time [1:22:09] yeah on a favor all right thank you all [1:22:13] in favor [1:22:15] um [1:22:20] foreign [1:23:44] you know [1:25:16] foreign [1:27:15] so [1:27:42] much [1:27:48] foreign [1:28:20] everybody [1:29:07] [Music] [1:29:49] thank you [1:30:11] people [1:31:29] foreign [1:32:59] thank you [1:36:55] foreign [1:37:03] okay [1:38:42] thank you [1:41:43] foreign
