[3:00] Council doesn't seem to have confidence
[3:02] in mayor in uh Chief Clifford or chief
[3:04] Marino and the figures that they've
[3:07] given us so um because I feel very
[3:10] strongly that Public Safety is probably
[3:12] should be all of our number one concern
[3:15] around this table um I'm voting no on
