[2:57] however I had been looking at a bunch of
[3:00] rules prior to the pool open we have
[3:02] some rules posted at the pool and and

[3:07] that we ke and I both have photos of
[3:09] that if um if you haven't been up there
[3:12] um
[3:15] but there's only there's only a few um
[3:17] rules that are listed on that sign at
[3:19] the new pool right now it's something
[3:21] like no firearms or knives no alcohol um
[3:25] no coolers no
[3:27] coolers um so so I think there's some
[3:30] other things that we might want to
[3:32] consider um as you look through these um
[3:35] then the other piece are fees um and
[3:39] you'll again you'll see as you look
[3:40] through these that that varies as well
[3:43] um I'm kind of you know obviously um my
[3:47] opinion is that I think that the pool
[3:49] should be free to um residents um I'm not so sure that the pool should be
[3:54] free to
[3:55] nonresidents um and there's even the
[3:58] possibility that we can talk about about

[4:01] non-residents um can use the pool I mean
[4:03] we've had very long lines for the most
[4:06] part so you'll see that some of the some
[4:08] of the pools as you look through this

[4:18] South the pools in Troy right now are
[4:20] not even open um is my understanding

[4:35] these places so what you have is Albany
[4:38] Troy
[4:40] um Mohawk River parking pool I can't

[4:56] it that's as far as I went um in looking
[5:00] at these I didn't think we needed more
[5:01] than this I mean I have concern around
[5:06] um I mean I'm definitely concerned about
[5:08] um FAL matter in the pool so that has to
[5:11] do with you know the kinds of diapers
[5:14] that kids go on there's an overarching
[5:17] thing which is again we have young
[5:19] people that are our lifeguards um so in
[5:22] terms of enforcing it might be difficult
[5:24] for them to enforce some of this stuff
[5:27] so um so we really have to think this
[5:29] through but Paul did you want to share
[5:32] some of the things that you've been
[5:33] observing and
[5:35] hearing life c a great J boys ands does
[5:39] do a very good job um when it comes
[5:43] to trying to OB the goals when I went
[5:46] there this afternoon was one

[5:51] like to obey Authority and it's tough
[5:54] because life cards are just life cards

[7:13] restrict it to just you know City
[7:15] residents in charge of fee
[7:19] um you know about what the time is I
[7:22] mean I've seen clients out there
[7:24] multiple days I'm
[7:26] thinking today was no wai the mother's
[7:29] cooling off now you know it's not like
[7:32] it was two weeks ago when we 90 M was
[7:35] everybody want to get in the pool and it
[7:37] was the new fact that's right everybody
[7:39] want to and everything we hear about the
[7:41] pool everybody loves the yes it's

[7:57] terms of um the 400 person limit and
[8:01] somebody so is it the two people that
[8:03] are at the front desk there that if
[8:05] somebody leaves how do they how they
[8:07] have a counter and they actually have to
[8:09] give an ID and sign in so we know who's
[8:11] in the yes sign that you know if one or
[8:15] two come out and they leaving then two
[8:17] in the
[8:19] line what if someone's not swimming it's
[8:21] all capacity 400 they the that it's hard
[8:25] because there are some people for in

[11:38] the adult laps from hours capacity 400

[11:42] Aquatic director's discretion waiting
[11:45] times um a 30 minute wait after the last
[11:48] slight sound of a storm and then there's
[11:50] a 60 minute wait time to allow for
[11:52] biological like I said for an hour it's
[11:54] find the pool just biological issue um
[11:58] no alcohol no no coolers no knives no
[12:02] firearms um is that sign inside the pool
[12:05] area yeah because I don't think I've
[12:07] seen that sign so this one is in the
[12:09] inside okay so there's actually a little
[12:11] bit more on that than than on the one
[12:14] outside then there's a life saving one
[12:16] that has to be posted for the
[12:18] 911 um and then they have a lot of um
[12:22] like paper rules like when the um visit
[12:26] visitors come in when they come in they
[12:28] sort of check in you have to sign you
[12:30] have to show the ID right there's a lot
[12:32] of papules I didn't grab pictures of
[12:33] that because there was kids all the
[12:36] RO but I do know that um I did talk to
[12:39] Julie what we'll do in the next couple
[12:41] days is get something to go on is
[12:43] realize that we don't have our rules on
[12:45] our website so um we should at least get

[13:29] so at the other pools are these are
[13:32] there rules posted as well there should
[13:34] be there used to be now kids have a
[13:36] tendency ripping them down or ripping
[13:39] the fence open as they did in um FR
[13:42] Street pool they had the fence open a
[13:44] couple times and got in and
[13:47] um did a little swimming and actually
[13:50] one day um we had to uh PD was there
[13:54] fire department was there so the
[13:56] ambulance and had to take a two
[13:58] individual
[13:59] by ambulance to the hospital too much po
[14:02] orange shoes too much heat and you
[14:05] really should swim one year like
[14:08] that transport to the hospital and they
[14:11] had stuck in and they weren't kids they
[14:12] weren't they were
[14:14] adults and obviously there's no fees at
[14:17] those at those pools at any of our other
[14:19] pools so that's also the other piece of
[14:21] this is you know whether the when we
[14:25] have rules would they hold true for all
[14:28] the R um I would think that that would
[14:31] be a I would say yes got to be around
[14:35] the board I think yeah I think it has to
[14:37] be the same at all at all the pools the
[14:39] hours are they consistent at all the
[14:41] pools no uh the other only pool weend
[14:45] Cal okay but that's the only the only
[14:49] difference among the pools right now no
[14:51] they have a because of the lap and
[14:54] resistance the hours are a little bit
[14:56] different and they also give the
[14:57] swimming lessons at Central Park because

[15:02] second part for assuming lessons and the
[15:05] um used to think of adults going for the
[15:07] lap pole but there's a lot of younger
[15:08] people that go in early in the morning
[15:10] and they're they're using the lap pole
[15:12] for exercise and the resistance walk so those hours are different because of
[15:20] them I mean I'm okay with those I mean
[15:22] obviously the hours being different
[15:24] because it is that is a different as a
[15:26] different facility right
[15:32] so is it noon to 6 General yeah

[15:49] using the PO on the daily basis where
[15:51] they're coming from um yeah I would

[17:56] preference to our residents because they
[17:58] to complain that people joining the lane
[18:00] they can't get in they have to um
[18:02] resident or getting in I we don't even
[18:04] know if that's true though yeah but
[18:06] that's just yeah we can look at the
[18:08] report and see how many but that's think
[18:10] we should consider is the preference to
[18:14] resident to use
[18:15] it and non-resident should be well
[18:19] non-residents without a resident with
[18:21] them as far as you know just say me and
[18:24] I bring my granddaughter who's a
[18:26] resident here but I'm not a resident
[18:27] here so I I think once we get some zip
[18:30] codes and find out exactly who's going
[18:32] there right I mean you want to bring
[18:33] your grandkids and that's a good point

[18:42] grandkids could be visiting or you could
[18:45] have any relative coming to town to

[18:54] piece is even the ID I mean I think Gary
[18:56] did you mentioned at our last meeting
[18:58] that um in the past um School IDs have
[19:02] been used correct what I'm being told
[19:04] though is School District collected the
[19:07] IDS year reissues in September so I
[19:11] don't know to what
[19:12] degree that is
[19:16] a
[19:18] functional component
[19:21] of I've been over there many times and
[19:24] just a joy of seeing these 12 13 15 16
[19:27] kids with towels and being with students
[19:29] and walking home and walking over to the
[19:31] park and coming and going so that's why
[19:34] like to know who's you know what's the the ZIP code is is pretty
[19:38] important I I think most of them are are
[19:41] residents but the ZIP code though even
[19:43] like when I think about our ZIP code um
[19:45] it's the same zip code for n i mean so
[19:48] the ZIP code isn't necessarily going to
[19:51] um tell us the full story but it is a
[19:53] starting point at
[19:56] least do we have any
[20:01] um do we have any we looking for
[20:05] reciprocal agreements with any of the
[20:07] other with
[20:09] or and N is all you have to drive there
[20:12] I mean I can't imagine anybody living up

[20:21] definitely have kids as you said walking

[20:40] um one I mean you can see in terms of
[20:42] the fees that um most of them have a
[20:45] different structure for um it would be
[20:47] SE like kids under a certain age get INF
[20:50] free
[20:52] um seniors might have a different or
[20:56] actually like for example I'm looking at
[20:57] Nuno right now they're their seniors are
[21:00] free
[21:01] um I I like all residents free yeah I do
[21:05] too um so I guess it would just come
[21:08] down to non-residence at this
[21:11] point
[21:14] I so I I don't know I don't think you
[21:19] know they were never charged for years
[21:21] over at um Front Street or um Hill Hurst
[21:25] or anywhere
[21:26] right uh to you you know the cost to
[21:31] operate the pools maintain the pools um
[21:35] they don't go down if keep going the
[21:37] repairs I mean have Front Street and
[21:39] black I need more repairs
[21:43] um you so you know if you're looking to
[21:48] try and offset some cost and you have to
[21:49] look at a way of doing it for revenue
[21:51] and the elated revenue is Fe if you
[21:54] don't Fe we
[21:55] have they're going to incur these costs
[21:57] going forward um chemicals going go up
[22:01] um y every year um just the cost of
[22:05] maintaining at that pool is very large
[22:06] it's got to be vacuumed
[22:08] um there's staff there on a regular
[22:12] basis every morning even though the
[22:14] vacuums are um robotic ones um we can't
[22:19] do them INE
[22:22] because unfortunate some will take them
[22:25] they cost a little over $3,000
[22:30] 3,000 um per per unit and we were trying
[22:34] to track the one down because we ordered
[22:36] two but only one came so purchasing is
[22:38] trying to track down what happened we
[22:40] didn't pay for the second one but you
[22:43] know where it went or it just got missed
[22:45] or it's just you know back ordered but
[22:49] um so we have sa that goes up there
[22:50] early in morning they have to check the
[22:53] water make sure it's meets requirements
[22:55] the health department before it can even
[22:56] open
[22:58] so um that's being done about pools so
[23:01] those costs go up every year because
[23:03] salaries and benefits go up every year
[23:05] chemicals go up every year electricity
[23:07] goes up every year um you know water we
[23:11] put in the F goes up every year um our
[23:13] budgets we see that so um it's just
[23:16] something whether or not we for the
[23:19] residents and we just incur the cost and
[23:22] that's
[23:24] it well me again I do feel
[23:28] it's middle of July right I mean right
[23:31] or end of July now I guess it's the end
[23:34] of July next week is August 1st um I
[23:37] mean I think anything that we're talking
[23:39] about probably wouldn't go into effect
[23:41] until next year the summer of 2025 I
[23:44] just wanted to get the ball rolling here
[23:46] um but we would have to know kind of
[23:49] what we want to do in terms of budget
[23:51] getting ready for Budget um because as
[23:54] you said I mean I know you'll be
[23:56] presenting um a budget that has the
[23:58] these increased costs um you know when
[24:01] you talk about the um staff that is
[24:03] going in early and you know doing the
[24:06] back that's that's not that's not not
[24:09] young people no those are you know our
[24:11] staff from the
[24:13] because they're certified to do the you
[24:15] have be certified to do
[24:17] the and because they're already
[24:19] operators whether the waterers waste
[24:21] water they're certified to do certain
[24:23] tests so they they can Comm in or we
[24:25] have to train the parks and waste water
[24:28] we do have people
[24:30] around at night and morning early rather
[24:34] than having somebody start at 4:30 in
[24:37] the
[24:39] morning you know and we have to look at
[24:42] I think this was a learning curve for
[24:44] boys and girls club too so whether or
[24:46] not you know based on their experience
[24:48] after the first season with the new pool
[24:52] what will they require next year and
[24:54] will
[24:55] their go all the fees for services there
[24:58] mhm so we can get that I mean again as
[25:02] we're this is just a preliminary
[25:04] discussion to try to start the ball
[25:05] rolling but um obviously that'll be
[25:07] something that'll play into you'll you
[25:09] know I'm sure you'll get that from while
[25:11] you're doing well so I know what I know
[25:14] what the fee is for this year they're
[25:16] charging okay it's in the budget um it's
[25:18] just you know after they get to
[25:21] um you after the season's over the end

[26:29] more kind of hot over there like more
[26:30] unintended like so there's been so he's
[26:32] having some police presence there to
[26:34] support that um and I just so I'm
[26:36] understanding what you're saying is that
[26:37] we probably would wait to see what
[26:39] utilization looks like and like what
[26:41] where we can identify whatever the
[26:42] trends would be to say okay so we want
[26:44] to plan for this trend that we saw last
[26:48] year that every when 3:30 to 6:30 was
[26:51] the time where they had like more issues
[26:53] with people so they're going to have to
[26:55] staff it more there so therefore their
[26:57] cost could reflect okay I mean we you
[26:59] know we we have a very good trend of
[27:01] what the other pools were FR
[27:04] Street Hill was open in the old Central
[27:06] Park we knew our EIC cost we knew
[27:08] everything and this is new for us now
[27:10] this is new pool so we have to see what
[27:13] our true costs were and you know I
[27:16] know you know we do have a police
[27:18] presence there now you know most of the
[27:20] day you know is that going to be
[27:22] something that's going to be carried on
[27:24] next year because that's a cost you're
[27:25] taking an officer off the street would
[27:28] be or is it an offic that's on
[27:31] overtime so for those roughly 9
[27:34] weeks may say this pool went so good
[27:37] maybe it's opened earlier maybe it's 10
[27:39] weeks now we opened a little early this
[27:41] year because it was
[27:43] new open because it was hot it was wied
[27:45] hot you know if we have a year like this
[27:47] next year you know are we going to plan
[27:50] to open a week early because that week
[27:52] is everybody's pay the salaries and the
[27:54] chemical for an extra week so um
[27:58] so there's a cost that we don't know the
[28:00] true cost yet as soon as the full closes
[28:02] yes we can figure it out um best we
[28:05] then chemicals be easy I know I know
[28:08] we're going to purchase um but it's it's
[28:13] the
[28:14] sappy so I know there's also some
[28:16] preliminary conversation with the school
[28:18] district I don't know if this was just
[28:19] kind of like a stop that measure right
[28:21] now to see like you know what the
[28:24] conversations have been how to like um
[28:26] some of the district support staff have a presence there because they know
[28:29] students and they know some of the
[28:30] community members and can help kind of
[28:32] like allate some of that concern I don't
[28:34] know if that's something that they're
[28:35] looking to do maintain and move forward
[28:37] is that just like hey right now it's a
[28:39] good response kind of all hands on that
[28:41] see if we can support people and I also
[28:44] are we in those coners are we in those
[28:45] conversations so no so so these
[28:48] conversations are between boys and girls
[28:50] club in the school district um and I
[28:52] haven't necessarily been part of those

[37:51] consider the fact that there's a lot of
[37:52] students that are that live in SKC but
[37:56] go to Charter School schs or you know or
[37:59] private schools or even home tutoring to
[38:01] where a a student ID if we're using the
[38:04] state school district wouldn't be
[38:05] applicable for right um so but I think
[38:08] that if like no different than the DMV
[38:10] like you know you have like a list of
[38:12] acceptable things like maybe like a a
[38:14] school report card or something that that we can say okay this proves
[38:19] that you live um in the city as connect
[38:23] and then we can generate whatever that uh idea that's going to look then
[38:27] you know I would just say let's just be
[38:28] mindful about like not everyone has you
[38:31] know it's going to have a student ID and
[38:34] obviously my main thing is not
[38:36] everyone's going to have money to to

[39:42] that have a city school district ID we
[39:46] accept that and as Farley's point out
[39:50] there some kids may not have that so how
[39:52] do you fill the Gap with that so you
[39:55] know you still may make it access so you
[39:58] have to pay $2 to get it and
[40:02] it's valid for so many years I think the
[40:07] two bucks would probably cover our

[41:09] little bit more research but when I
[41:10] think about like Destin prep um they
[41:13] probably have school
[41:15] IDs they probably have some sort of ID
[41:18] for their own students at or a Catholic

[42:13] which is that for example if I had
[42:15] somebody visiting from out of town um a
[42:18] niece or you know brings their two
[42:20] children um I'd want to get those kids

[42:30] non-residents that I'm bringing with me

[57:46] some education and then you get some
[57:48] buying from the community too if people
[57:51] are part of the process so I maybe we
[57:53] just talk to them about like maybe of
[57:55] community project that we want to work
[57:57] with them on around sign Elementary
[57:59] School poster contest yeah something
[58:01] like that that can that can engage
[58:03] students
[58:06] iation uh um restroom
[58:11] monitors anything I I know there's been
[58:13] a lot of
[58:14] flushing I mean we we increased the um I
[58:18] think one of the problems was the
[58:20] fixtures that were there were low flow
[58:23] to sa water okay
[58:26] to a a higher rate to to take some of
[58:32] the St because I know I heard about the
[58:35] one there was one issue that I heard
[58:36] about with somebody sticking something
[58:38] down there was a piece of rebar there
[58:41] which could have came dur construction
[58:43] it just fell in there just didn't get
[58:45] noticed and was removin products so we
[58:49] did put more of the high rate fixtures
[58:54] in have we been having any problems with
[58:56] diapers or anything like that in the
[58:58] restrooms no um people still put wipes
[59:02] in and you know we're checking when I
[59:05] was up there this afternoon one of the
[59:08] guys water plant was checking me the new
[59:10] St pumps that they have up there so it's
[59:13] just more animal quaintance thing and um
[59:16] you there are just certain items that
[59:18] shouldn't
[59:19] go I know are there signs like there are
[59:21] in any public restroom on haven't in the
[59:24] lady room okay
[59:27] I can't remember now more of the
[59:28] problems are in the women's bathrooms
[59:31] yeah yeah so

[59:38] um CU those signs I mean those are just
[59:42] dur in terms of going to a restaurant
[59:44] and make sure there's recepticles there
[59:46] that have a choice to put them in if
[59:48] they're not what happens is some you

[59:52] and they're changing the paper and
[59:54] they're just throwing something in in
[59:55] the toilet
[59:57] and if it doesn't get flush the next
[59:58] person in they're throwing more stuff

[1:00:06] know if you're going to use it it's got
[1:00:07] to be flush but you can't just put a lot
[1:00:10] of material in there um you know wipes

[1:00:55] similar responsible for their safety and
[1:00:58] behavior while at Bing facility all
[1:01:01] Waters yeah and there's going to be some
[1:01:03] things have be modifi because you know
[1:01:05] when we first started we you know we
[1:01:07] thought you know what is it way me a lot
[1:01:11] of 13y olds don't want to be with their
[1:01:13] mother at the pool you know it's just
[1:01:16] you know so somebody's going to have to
[1:01:19] decide what is the appropriate age level
[1:01:22] for a youth to be at the
[1:01:24] pool you know I mean you read the swim
[1:01:27] test in there lot of even Lake mour a
[1:01:29] lot of people have to pass that's where
[1:01:31] we
[1:01:33] can if I was 1 my mother was standing
[1:01:37] there watching me
[1:01:38] just
[1:01:40] yeah that would probably would have gone
[1:01:42] to the pool back yeah this one Albany
[1:01:45] definitely has children under the age of
[1:01:47] 13 um and if they they have to leave the
[1:01:50] water and sit on the pool deck until

[1:01:58] it's we have to talk to Shane as well
[1:02:02] into these discussions because I mean
[1:02:04] you know we got to make sure that the
[1:02:05] kids are comfortable enforcing these

[1:02:16] again I think what we want is just
[1:02:18] people dropping you know kids off and leaving them I mean when I was young

[1:04:44] for the people that are going in there
[1:04:46] may be some of those scenarios you want

[1:04:53] kids from the city out using these
[1:04:56] facilities should be done at
[1:04:59] the most minimal cost so that they're
[1:05:03] basically going in for
[1:05:06] free
[1:05:08] that's yeah I mean this you know it's
[1:05:12] kind of high I think I mean how much do
[1:05:14] they charge they're charging 10 bucks
[1:05:16] for well an adult 13 years in is that
[1:05:20] season
[1:05:24] um no that's a daily rate they have SE
[1:05:28] at Nuna they have Season Pass rates and
[1:05:31] they have daily rates and so yes I mean
[1:05:33] um 314 for a year for a family that's in
[1:05:37] the same household it doesn't say that
[1:05:39] there's a size to the to that not at all
[1:05:41] um if you wanted to go in as and do lap
[1:05:44] swim it's $15 for the whole season um
[1:05:48] but then they have daily
[1:05:49] rates um and I just I mean the children
[1:05:53] under under two years are free two years
[1:05:56] to 12 years it's $6 and so that would be
[1:05:59] like literally every time somebody went
[1:06:00] to the pool a kid they'd be paying six
[1:06:03] bucks per
[1:06:04] kid um so I mean I probably are hoping
[1:06:08] that they're going to come get the
[1:06:09] season pass could yeah no I'm sure
[1:06:12] that's what they're trying to do they're
[1:06:13] trying to sell season pass they want you
[1:06:15] to buy the season pass because they know
[1:06:16] you're not going to cut every day they
[1:06:17] also I mean I felt that this was a
[1:06:19] little complicated they have three
[1:06:20] different seasons even they have early
[1:06:22] season regular season and late season
[1:06:24] and they charge different um they have
[1:06:28] different hours depending on the season
[1:06:31] and they even have a late season if you
[1:06:34] only are going August 5th through Labor
[1:06:36] Day you only have to pay half price for
[1:06:38] those seon obviously you're not there
[1:06:40] for the whole season but I mean I think
[1:06:43] that's kind of
[1:06:44] complicated most of the pools in there
[1:06:47] school ends and you know Labor Day the
[1:06:51] end of August because most of your staff
[1:06:54] are high school students or college
[1:06:56] students you're going back to school
[1:06:58] have the
[1:06:59] staff you have to close it y I mean the
[1:07:02] colony town pool they do do the fobs um
[1:07:05] and you have to have a resident key fob
[1:07:07] and you apply for it at no charge from a
[1:07:10] recreation office um and you have to
[1:07:13] show the key fog in order to use the
[1:07:15] town the town
[1:07:16] pool
[1:07:18] um you so that's I guess I need you guys
[1:07:21] to kind of absorb this stuff and and
[1:07:24] pick out you know
[1:07:26] stuff that you think so I guess moving
[1:07:28] forward next year most importantly too
[1:07:29] is what what we might need to put into
[1:07:32] the budget for next year well right
[1:07:33] that's raising cost of
[1:07:36] chemicals uh extra staff uh from the Boys and Girls
[1:07:42] Club depending on what we want so are we
[1:07:45] thinking that we'll sub submit kind of
[1:07:47] like once we look through this then
[1:07:49] individually we'll submit like what we
[1:07:51] think our ideal thing will be or should
[1:07:53] it be like a shared Google doc like
[1:07:55] we're working document with everyone I
[1:07:57] mean just you could do that I I would
[1:07:59] have to figure out how to do that but I
[1:08:01] think better would be to to do exactly
[1:08:04] how you started out I would ask that
[1:08:06] folks take a look at this and maybe
[1:08:08] submit um you can either I guess submit
[1:08:10] them to me and um what what are some of
[1:08:15] the key key rules that you Paul could
[1:08:19] you send me that photo that you took

[1:09:34] for the rules we want to kind of go into
[1:09:37] this knowing that this is going to be
[1:09:39] kind of a living thing that we're going
[1:09:41] to have to we should just give ourselves
[1:09:43] the ability to have some autonomy to say
[1:09:45] you know what we thought this was a
[1:09:46] really good idea but it turns out it's
[1:09:48] not and and and this is the reason now
[1:09:50] for those things that we not might not
[1:09:51] be able to fory as far as rules go um so

[1:09:56] stone because we want to be able to be

[1:11:19] if he did a a teer recreational fee I
[1:11:22] some people like to swim some people
[1:11:23] like to play tennis and pick a wall
[1:11:25] you're going to use all the city's
[1:11:27] facilities there there's a price for
[1:11:29] this if you're just a kid that wants to
[1:11:31] go swimming you know maybe it's at
[1:11:33] certain age you yearly pric is $10 for
[1:11:38] the whole year um you know
[1:11:41] but you know we have people playing
[1:11:43] pickle ball we play
[1:11:45] tennis maybe it's it's tiered setup
[1:11:48] where you know you're this is a you this
[1:11:50] is a full recreational pass it allows
[1:11:52] you to pickle it and everything I agree
[1:11:56] yeah something different for just
[1:11:59] swimmers for because that's a that's a
[1:12:02] short season pickle ball they're out
[1:12:04] there if it's nice in April they're out
[1:12:05] there if it's nice in November they're
[1:12:07] there the same tenants they're they're
[1:12:08] out there till we take the Nets down
[1:12:10] yeah the swimming too is a staffing
[1:12:14] issue we don't hire kids we remember
[1:12:18] kids when they come in they want to work
[1:12:21] for the city for the rest of their lives

[1:12:32] take time off you got to leave early to

[1:12:47] minimum and Central partment is the last
[1:12:50] pool we close so Front Street will get
[1:12:53] closed shutting down quck and Bush
[1:12:55] moving people to Central Park but
[1:12:58] there'll be times when we're probably
[1:12:59] going to have to
[1:13:00] limit attendance is the pool because we
[1:13:04] won't have the lifeguards
[1:13:06] right one question before um so I was
[1:13:09] thinking with the school district what
[1:13:11] about the sheriff's department you know
[1:13:12] how they do the fingerprinting they work
[1:13:15] it into fingerprinting City ID kind of
[1:13:18] thing you know they always out I'm just
[1:13:19] I just put that out there because of
[1:13:21] school and this and that so that's a
[1:13:23] good suggestion from Paul the general
[1:13:24] IDE you know just sing Single it out for
[1:13:27] 10 pick them
[1:13:30] off

[1:13:36] have that IDE you can't show up at

[1:18:09] the pool but will our overall electric
[1:18:12] cost go up they're probably going to go

[1:18:18] people use more water so it's not
[1:18:21] necessarily going to be solely the
[1:18:23] swimming pool but we may not have the
[1:18:26] ability to break that down some of the
[1:18:28] chemical costs are up more Paul's
[1:18:31] looking at ways how do you manage that
[1:18:33] how do you
[1:18:34] mitigate uh things and some of the
[1:18:36] recommendations that were
[1:18:38] made may not be the most cost
[1:18:44] effective I I think we should have a
