province's economic success. Tearing
[0:36] down the barriers, that's going to add
$200 billion [music]
[0:39] to our economy, increase our GDP by 6%.

>> The the issue of skilled labor and
[1:30] access to skilled labor is among the top
[music] three concerns that businesses
[1:35] tell us.
>> And we know that demographics are
[1:37] shifting. Our [music] population is
growing, but so also are the number of
[1:41] experienced individuals who are now
reaching retirement age and leaving
[1:44] [music] our workforce, especially in
skil trades.
