[24:45] Dear heavenly father, in the name of our

[24:48] tonight we come together to speak in a
[24:50] dialogue that will bring our city to a
[24:52] place of unity, love, joy, and kindness
[24:56] with the leadership of these common
[24:58] council leaders, the mayor, and with all
[25:00] legislators and senators. We pray Lord
[25:03] God that they have the same mind to move
[25:05] forward. That Skenctity will be a light,
[25:08] a beacon that will shine above all
[25:10] cities and bring peace, love, and joy.
[25:14] Better homes so there's none unhouse, no
[25:17] crime. Bring it down to an all-time low
[25:20] or no violence at all. We look for you,
[25:22] oh God, to bless this meeting tonight.
[25:25] That we will all come together in an
[25:26] agreements so that this city will be a
[25:29] city of joy, love, and happiness. And
[25:31] that the rivers that flow from this
[25:33] city, even from the Mohawk down to the
[25:35] Hudson to every river and stream, that
[25:38] prosperity would flow from the city.
[25:40] Bring the jobs back. bring the housing
[25:42] to a all-time high level of security and
[25:46] first class lives for all those that are
[25:48] in here even in the high hills of this
[25:52] city so that your will will be done in
