authorize upfit equipment for a truck
[1:55] that we purchased, a replacement vehicle
back in August. Uh this is to include a
[2:00] service body crane and some other up fit
materials to this truck to help us
[2:04] better serve the community, faster
response for storm uh emergencies and
[2:09] situations like that. Uh we provided
three quotes as documented out in the uh
[2:14] the memorandum. Be happy to answer any
questions regarding this up fit
[2:19] equipment.

[2:24] And resolution 110 is to purchase rock
salt for the upcoming winter season. I'd
[2:29] like to touch on that we participate
with 93 other agencies in Southwest Ohio
[2:34] to do a collective bidding process. Due
to the fact of this previous winter
[2:40] um and explained in the documents uh
provided for this resolution,
[2:44] uh the pricing per ton went up 64%
I believe to $123.50
[2:51] a ton. So um we only received one bid
for a potential multi-year bid uh packet
[2:58] along with many other jurisdictions. So
we'll navigate next year when that time
[3:02] comes, but for this upcoming season um
recommending to go with Champion
[3:08] Landscape Supply who was our sole bidder
for this upcoming season. And due to the
[3:13] increase in salt, um we will do
everything in our power to not uh negate
[3:18] services, but we'll try and find
additional ways to be creative so that
[3:21] way we're not um blowing through the
budget on on rock salt and have to do
[3:26] additional uh fund transfers, but just
we'll be mindful this upcoming season
[3:30] and still deliver the services that are
expected to the residents. And I'd be
[3:34] happy to answer any questions regarding
the uh rock salt
[3:37] uh resolution.

for the Kings Ridge Drive pedestrian

but uh, the initial project agreement
[4:02] for Kings Ridge Drive we entered into
just over 3 years ago. Uh, so this is
[4:06] process is uh, kind of coming to the
end. We're getting ready to bid. This is
[4:10] ODOT's chance to say, "Hey, before we
take this to bid, are you still up for
[4:14] the project? Are we still moving things
forward?" So, it's sort of a
[4:17] housekeeping item. There's no real new
obligation here, but it is saying, "Yes,
[4:20] we do want to participate in your bid
process." Are there any questions?

agreement with Volkert uh, for
[4:31] right-of-way acquisition for the State
Route 741 pedestrian improvement

where we need to start acquiring uh,
[4:43] some temporary and some permanent
right-of-way. So, this would allow us to
[4:47] execute an agreement with Volkert uh,
with ODOT as well uh, to start
[4:53] uh, the right-of-way planning and
procedure
[4:56] uh, acquisition.

brought home a trophy. So it's right at
[6:55] our nice public works entrance for
everyone to enjoy. But it was a good
[6:59] time and thanks for the invitation.

was not able to make it to the sandwich
[7:08] making contest. It may have turned out
differently. So that's my first comment.

appreciation to the board for
[7:17] all of the work that we've been able to
do so far on the Kingsbridge Drive
[7:20] streetscape project. This project was
first placed into a township
[7:25] comprehensive plan in 1996. So we are
coming up on 30 years from when it was
[7:29] first suggested. We're a long way out
from that initial suggestion, but again
[7:34] appreciate the board allowing us to move
forward on some of these projects to
[7:37] improve our community. Really excited to
get some of these under our belt and I
[7:40] think we have several more in the queue.
So again, I appreciate all the support.

released our financial audits for fiscal
[7:52] year ending 12/31/25. So, they're out on
