council

approve the appointment of Joe Signs as

operating.

manager that has worked diligently
[1:53] for the past few years and um has taken
us through many many um eventful
[1:59] uh situations and
I I felt compelled to do this along with
[2:04] I know that
um many of us feel this way cuz we first
[2:09] hand get to see his works.
And um
[2:13] I would like to ask council if they
would consider uh making a motion
[2:19] to um support um or to authorize our
city attorney to enter into negotiations
[2:27] with our city manager in reference to
uh
[2:33] his uh like
his his contract. So.
[2:38] » Including all the salary, benefits, etc.

attorney John Leman to negotiate and
