That doesn't get us to do [32:58] you just need it because the guidelines of the stomach [33:01] program support [33:05] What [33:09] Coming and being available for questions. We will see [33:12] it. First question member Council Councilor Daddy So when [33:15] I get this straight thing is, um way private. [33:20] . [33:21] Place have at least and were expected to pay. [33:26] I see. Yeah, it's in the conservation authorities [33:29] start colleges space benefits. . [33:33] It's [33:38] Because the serves doctors later [33:45] Statements where I guess just capital projects. Percent. [33:51] Ah, , Church back, , okay? ? [33:56] Yeah, it's been enough. [33:59] Yeah. [34:01] It is already on the and order to contribute money [34:05] to this because I also benefits affects the problem watching [34:09] for you would have to be against one our side. [34:14] Spc. Your only allowed there. You got [34:18] better for these. . [34:21] What? Go to themselves. Um [34:26] Right? [34:27] Right protects [34:29] President, please. Uh, whoever may work may [34:32] not that so give it given what he had under [34:37] our act specified. . [34:45] But any other negotiations [34:50] Escape that's actually little their daughters. [34:54] Disgusting. [35:00] Okay? [35:02] Thanks for joining for that really question members of council [35:09] Emotion here that I'll read out secondary after and that [35:14] could spark some questions as well. So most agrees [35:17] that in his colleagues and others of council support remainder [35:20] of the Paisley Die Prepare projection closed. My Stocking [35:22] Valley Conservation Authority Council supports the song in Valley Conservation [35:26] Authority and making an application to the Water Erosion control [35:29] infrastructure funding program. . [35:32] Prepare a project and other municipalities prepared to pay his [35:35] municipal share from Dick Cost $14,820 and cents [35:41] It shouldn't project funded by the water and erosion control [35:44] infrastructure program. . [35:46] Municipality is also prepared a share of the PZ dykes [35:51] Stability assessment for a total of $13,745. . [35:56] Further that should studying Valley Conservation Authority, unsuccessful containing [36:01] funding water and erosion control infrastructure Paired two papers project [36:08] in its entirety $29,657. . [36:13] Excitements Florida discussion. [36:19] Seconded by [36:22] Making certain [36:24] Stuff. [36:26] So one time payment. [36:30] All right. You really think that would be one [36:32] time just [36:34] Okay. Do you have and then that's that could [36:37] be done Got Project one. . [36:48] Could be [36:50] Yeah, it's great to see project provides for us. [36:58] We have to feel those conditions so because this [37:05] work because gracious crossings there Ah, , so please about [37:13] Successful effect. Yeah. [37:22] Councilor question further discussion because questioning your staff. So [37:28] where was [37:33] Bird treasurer Tracy on the spot. [37:37] Okay, identified as act couple projects, So I [37:40] mean percent and then the maintenance. We have a [37:43] step of operating permit. . [37:49] So once you get what operating on import capitalizes. [37:53] One is [37:55] Every time through their reserves overcome [37:59] What [38:01] Stop. You don't trust [38:10] Fear factor decisions prior to go, okay? [38:18] Questions. Counselor. Nicholson Yes. [38:22] This state was into me. Top brass to reach [38:26] That was a coming [38:30] Beach areas within where reuse through used there. Just [38:35] talk to others say this cost on this one. . [38:39] Hi. [39:09] Yes, it is material. [39:14] What is already there, right? [39:19] To keep costs stuff, but [39:21] Will be cleaned up last year. I hate this [39:24] external get change, , just [39:31] Could have been a lot more money for repair This [39:34] we did not work with that bridge. Something beautiful. [39:39] . [39:41] Mhm boot abuse. [39:45] Yeah, I think that every like that was, [39:51] it is best to use the material. Thanks. [39:54] That's much better as possible. . [39:58] Because specifically and, uh yeah, they [40:06] Sure. [40:09] Thanks. [40:12] Further discussion. [40:15] No proceeded vote almost bigger. [40:20] Who is that is Carrie. [40:25] Tired. [40:31] Look, I had to, um, six minutes [40:34] of previous meeting. . [40:36] The minutes for our regular council session held January 30th [40:40] to mover and secondary. . [40:44] We'll have those minutes on the floor. [40:46] Goodbye. [40:48] Shot second and body. [40:51] Answer. Result. Council municipality, Erin Elderly adopted [40:55] minutes and the regular council session held January 3 2023. [41:00] . [41:00] Embarrassing mission used additional installations. [41:08] Hmm. Nine. [41:11] Favor. [41:13] Both of this, Carrie [41:18] That takes us two minutes of subcommittee meetings, and [41:22] those will be the minutes from the Smart board, [41:24] and it's time for the 28th. . [41:28] Must be 22. [41:32] 20 $23,000 and motion Here be resolved. Council receives [41:38] a smart coordinates of October two. Information first discussion. [41:43] . The mission. . [41:45] Decided to approve those minutes. [41:47] Your shot after Dutch in [41:50] Discussion from those nuts. [41:54] A non what proceeded in both holes there. [41:58] Also this period. [42:03] So no public meetings with delegations today we are pleased [42:07] to have two presentations and as a member of the [42:09] first presentation, which will be from our Ontario provincial [42:14] police, like Welcome Inspector Kristen Miller, Staff Sergeant [42:19] Reynolds Stone to the table and [42:21] But how many units started to teach different to the [42:25] agenda package? ? [42:28] Welcome to counselors. Morning. Thank you for particle [42:31] saving time and over your report stories yours. Thank [42:36] you for having us. . [42:38] So this is the year of report opposite to doing [42:44] a bit of [42:45] For a few of your crime statistics, traffic statistics, [42:48] false reservists and then Natasha. Yes, you [42:52] have any questions for the during throat? ? Just [42:59] So we're gonna start off with the violent crimes to [43:02] justice and, , uh, , start off. . [43:06] Good news, which around sexual assault down 64.3%. [43:12] World, according here was sexually assaulted speeches from the [43:15] good news. . [43:16] Um are assaults in this area were up 15.6%. [43:23] Although abduction and I do I always like to clarify [43:26] around the world abduction, , because, , um [43:30] Adoption. We often think of itself being grabbed off [43:33] the street and these cases this is recent domestic related [43:37] their unlawful. . [43:42] Not not an abruption of a child, but we [43:44] are down slightly in that area. . [43:47] The fairly concerning statistic here is the other crimes against [43:52] the person where we've gone from nine occurrences in 2021 [43:56] to 28 in my teacher went to so I gotta [44:00] talk a little bit further about that. . [44:02] So you have an understanding of what sort of what [44:05] we're up against their so 43% of those occurrences involved [44:09] over as much as they usually in intimate relationships. . [44:14] Was it clouds the other 57% your closet Vitus dress. [44:19] . [44:20] Um, so it's PR people threatening other other people. [44:23] Usually, neighbor disputes family. Just use that [44:26] sort of thing. We're getting those types, of [44:28] course. . [44:29] I think it's interesting to note, though, that [44:32] almost a quarter of all those instants are unfounded, [44:36] so that you are on the side. They were [44:37] given to have not actually happened or not fit the [44:40] actual criteria what they were called. So that's a [44:44] benefit news somehow funny. . [44:46] Um, 34% of the criminal harassment occurrences, either [44:50] domestic related or social media related and not as where [44:53] we're seeing a significant increase in this type of either [44:57] through the social media keyboard lawyers who feel that they [45:00] can say whatever they want or will allow part harassing [45:04] people through Facebook or other social [45:09] Um 50% of the threat occurrences were also either domestic [45:12] related or culture. . [45:18] Moving on to property crime statistics. [45:22] Um [45:23] I just have one arson reported to us. Um [45:27] we also have had seen a significant increase in our [45:30] brain measures. . [45:31] As well as an increased in our leftover and are [45:34] stuffed under. So that's the cross the board coming [45:37] priest, Um the one good start on this page [45:41] that I always talk about is the have stolen goods. [45:43] Basically, that means that we In those advances [45:46] we have actually recovered so so property and a billion [45:50] charges articles so when usually we'll see a one or [45:55] two in that column. The CS six and not [45:57] com is actually good news. . [46:02] Flame increase in fraud, occurrences and as well and [46:05] increasing our ownership. I'm gonna talk a little bit [46:09] more about the operation and on the facts. . [46:12] So my 22% of the recognized occurrences we were able [46:17] to lay charges in 27% of those occurrences. We [46:21] did have persons of interest my job. However, [46:25] there was insufficient installation charge, and that means that [46:28] the officers [46:29] Running good idea who they are who the suspects are, [46:34] , but they just don't have [46:36] Definitely charge. Um, you know, C s. [46:40] I doesn't do it any any favors in the [46:42] policing world where they go and they saw these things [46:45] in an hour. Property crimes are extremely difficult to [46:50] solve. You'll see that in our clearance starts to [46:54] shortly like we don't have a very high clearance rate [46:57] involving cards and that's across [46:59] Ford like that's not just in your elders leave that [47:02] is across the country. That clearance for apartments are [47:07] usually very far. . [47:09] Um [47:11] In some of these occurrences break matters sometimes victim has [47:14] declined to lay a charge US. 5% of them [47:18] are still are acutely openly active and under investigation, [47:22] 5% of World War jeans founded celebration Interaction did not [47:25] occur so that it supported breast example trying something was [47:30] actually there legitimately. . [47:33] Mm. [47:34] And also no 56% of residential properties and 39%, [47:40] Okay. . [47:42] With the stuffed over 80% of these practices, Um, [47:46] all the stories vehicle and I can very honestly [47:50] say that the majority of this one have a leader [47:54] and box. . [47:57] Um, so you'll often hear us do our pocket [48:00] your campaign where we encourage people to ensure that the [48:04] vehicles are locked. . [48:06] He's away, not accessible to to change. [48:12] And we could bring that number down easily. [48:15] Oh, [48:17] But 32% of those occurrences again. We had a [48:20] person have been trusted, insufficient evidence to live charge. [48:24] We were able to lay charges in 18% of [48:26] those parts is, um, percent were unfounded sometimes [48:31] before Reporter car stolen and then actually forget that they [48:34] left it somewhere else. . So, , but, , um [48:38] So he is not in the 8% 7% of them [48:42] are still actively being investigated. . [48:45] 29% 30 girls 30% of stolen vehicles happening recovered, [48:50] which is, uh, this thing and 29% of [48:54] them were either a TVs or problems. . [48:58] Okay? [48:59] You said I could ask questions, so I will [49:01] so in the province right now there's sophisticated that are [49:07] using fire, , too. . [49:11] Strengthen the signals. [49:14] Inside the house. [49:16] Is that happening or region or should we [49:19] I think there's bags and into the Southern dogshit into [49:24] the air and obviously where it's coming or the majority [49:28] of being stolen. . How [49:36] Bakker's That's right. Got spirit. [49:44] I think those are [49:46] Usually [49:48] Related in her highest [49:52] In the cities of that very quickly going on a [49:55] shipping container and and leaving the country in this area. [50:00] You're probably seeing the majority of the vehicle sort [50:03] of being strong and being cover. . [50:07] And aren't necessarily Syria. Although [50:17] Somewhere or [50:19] The area. [50:24] So drug crime, um [50:26] We have very, uh few drug crime in this [50:32] area, but you can see it's pretty much both [50:35] from [50:38] Another question? Sure. So just take just to [50:42] verify a break in there. If you recourses or [50:50] something, stolen the thoughts of the other categories to [50:53] find out [50:56] Necessarily. So this reported to the press breaking their [50:59] heart. That's cute, pretty hurt. It's not [51:02] just the [51:03] Okay, benefit or something Stolen? Yeah, break [51:07] their [51:09] So it would be [51:11] Essentially, we do you have to break and enter [51:13] and do that, And that's okay. Right People. [51:16] . Football? ? Yeah. . [51:18] Most likely at that Doesn't the story. Yeah, [51:21] sure. Yeah, And we do see that where [51:24] there's a [51:27] Please write. [51:29] So can you break that down further that is also [51:31] eating the recon Editors. 20. That's over 4600. [51:35] . How many of those are actually [51:39] I would have to teach. Correct that time was [51:43] one occurrence can be [51:46] It could be used to eat out here. Just [51:49] You know that That is not a separate culture service. [51:54] . [51:54] So that way, but it be duplicated. Probably [51:57] you CRS statistical analysis staff. . [52:01] But [52:03] We all think built. Yeah, that existed. [52:08] It's like 18 times. There was a call to [52:10] break down there. But then it would take 4600 [52:13] trying to figure out like 46 times their stolen at [52:16] that 18 times watching great minute with basically my question, [52:22] , But we know [52:23] Right now, Right men around them. [52:27] Yes, so instance uh, break then direct, [52:31] the inspector said. . [52:33] Was taken. That could be a staff. Sure. [52:37] . Yeah, , yeah. . [52:40] Um [52:42] Thank you. [52:43] So when looking at the clearance rates, and I [52:45] touched on this for the for the property frying, [52:49] you'll know the difference between solving a violent crime and [52:52] solving solving of property, crime and violent crime. [52:55] You have an actual witness. You have the victim [52:57] there who was providing you with your evidence, right? [52:59] So a lot of times there are a lot [53:01] easier to clear. . Where is the party line? ? [53:05] Here what We did note, though, that even [53:08] though given the significant increase in property crimes over the [53:11] past year, our clearance rate hasn't changed that much. [53:15] So, um, that's some good news and [53:17] good work our opposition to China here. . [53:21] We'll talk. A little bit of it is important [53:23] lot so just just a fact. . [53:26] So they're probably trying to splash increases much as your [53:30] sister is saying that forded huge in our neighborhood. [53:36] Yes, happening your cultural work. If you see [53:39] something, , it wasn't [53:43] That last year. [53:45] Yes. So therefore [53:47] I think we just kind of catching up to actually [53:50] happening. . [53:52] Editing system. I think I recall year ago and [53:55] I was sitting here having that conversation right that it [53:58] needs to be reported to us, But we don't [54:00] know. Right, Gated. We don't know. [54:02] So thank you for that. So I know there's [54:04] been a huge uh, public awareness in terms of [54:08] just something suspicious, , called [54:13] That has really increase much. Well, you'll see [54:18] that Yeah. . Where you're suspicious samples. . Persson's [54:26] Thank you. [54:27] Yes. [54:30] Traffic statistics. So no mentalities two which is really [54:35] good for you. . [54:37] Slight increase in personal injury collisions. Statistically, you [54:41] don't have a lot of personal injury diet, obviously [54:47] for many months later. . [54:52] Oh, [54:55] But we did have seen a fairly significant increases either [54:59] property damaged, , which, , um [55:02] Not really overly sure why that [55:05] And although we are going to be something our analysts [55:07] take a look at this so that we can you [55:09] know it's early enough of the year. We can [55:10] take a look at why we see not increase and [55:13] do some targeted enforcement. Is it distracted? Driving? [55:16] It's a weather related so we can do stuff [55:21] targeted. . Ah, , enforcement identified her. . [55:28] Traffics to some overall traffic statistics for the year China [55:33] complaints We receive 100 and 23, which is down [55:37] slightly, , um, , traffic hazards. . [55:41] 38 are right program. We do have a [55:46] Get push on or ride this year. Provincially. [55:49] Actually, um not so much in this area are [55:52] provincially. We have seen an increase in our related [55:56] fatalities, so they open P in general has a [55:59] huge push on the right and significant increase in changing [56:06] too. . [56:07] We like to dangerous operation charges? Um, our [56:10] traffic enforcement is showing down. But that's because we [56:13] have had our ticketing. So the electronic ticketing system [56:16] in the park for the officers now so you'll see [56:19] the increase in the teacher. . [56:24] Impaired drivers, uh, and to start driving charges. [56:28] . [56:28] Which [56:30] So there's your overall total calls for service and material [56:33] hours that we [56:35] Policing that was tried to Aaron. Obviously, both [56:38] of the top to their, uh, you're the [56:40] other starts are for South Holding caption area. Totals [56:44] of the traffic stops. The big Four charges to [56:47] those of your distracted driving your hair driving, speeding [56:51] and seatbelts and criminal culture charges just over 1000. . [56:59] Classroom area. [57:01] The top 10. Calls for service, though, [57:03] are for Aaron L. Grizzly, specifically and vehicle [57:06] posters saying number one conference services that is across the [57:10] board, , all of us another one service. . [57:14] And that stops working almost had mentioned your second and [57:17] your third or suspicious persons and six precious vehicles. [57:21] We see these as holes because that [57:25] Community members being our eyes and ears. These are [57:28] people out there who lived there himself a down [57:33] Sometimes, and I don't know. I think there's [57:36] property and they followed into us. Not what we [57:39] ask people to do. Um, because we can't [57:42] hear girl seconds sisters. . [57:45] Um So then you have your family to students. [57:49] Mental health act false alarms. Um, 53 false [57:53] alarms for an area of this size is actually fairly [57:56] high. It may be something that council wants to [57:59] take a look at it bylaws. . [58:02] That is something that we object with other ministers. [58:05] Palette ease, but we have conversations and stuff. [58:09] There is interest there. . [58:11] Domestic disturbance is next. And then you have that [58:14] Thunder Politics initiative. . [58:17] Interesting to note they [58:20] Good about 80% of what policing is dealing with these [58:23] days or social disorder issues that not cry. . [58:27] Um, and as you'll see from your top 10 [58:29] calls for service [58:31] Is proving to be true In this case, right [58:34] rental Halifax family disputes domestic disturbances. Um, and [58:39] those those take up a lot of [58:43] And we do have some things that I'll talk about, [58:46] Um, that we're trying to mitigate some votes. [58:49] . [58:50] Some updates. Seems like a really long time ago. [58:53] But freedom convoys. We spent a lot of [58:55] time a lot of hours locally. Regionally, provincially [58:59] were spent by our officers in responding to, um [59:02] boys are provincial liaison team members locally and provided a [59:06] very, um, where they were invaluable with the [59:09] liaison Nikki organizers and and the majority of events in [59:12] our area. . [59:13] Very peaceful and and we were able to medicate as [59:17] much as last destructions possible. . [59:22] We're still working with our mobile amounts of health and [59:25] addictions Response team with CMHC A and they've been a [59:28] very valuable source. We also though in the last [59:33] year Ember have become involved in a partnership with Fred [59:36] Russo, Pete and Great Bruce House services, where [59:40] they finance the hiring of three mental health clinicians to [59:42] form an answer to your mobile crisis. . Response to [59:46] Julie Robinson is the clinician who works out of our [59:50] Office. She is a mental health nurse, and [59:53] she rides with one of our officers. Monday Friday, [59:56] tensions six she called office service within the subgroup [1:00:01] catchment area that has a mental health or addictions to [1:00:04] it. And given that route 80% of what our [1:00:07] officers are dealing with our social disorder issues. This [1:00:10] is an invaluable resource for us. In addition, [1:00:13] complementing the emperor program as well. . [1:00:16] So it just started at the end of November. [1:00:19] Julie has responded to over 30 calls for service now [1:00:22] with our officers and completed 12 referrals after the fact [1:00:25] and we've diverse routine individuals away from my necessary [1:00:31] Yeah. [1:00:33] Um, last year, another initiative we did around [1:00:37] traffic was the Tri County traffic initiative and actually start [1:00:40] searching, , almost took the lead on the [1:00:42] For the three counties with first ensure on recognizing that [1:00:47] the summer traffic generally comes through all three of our [1:00:51] counties to get to cottage country, and then we [1:00:54] decided [1:00:55] We just [1:00:55] Of a blitz on the Fridays and Mondays of the [1:00:58] of the long weekends, Um, that we would [1:01:00] probably have an impact, and we actually did you [1:01:03] take a look at the starts there. I think [1:01:06] you'll see that for those four long weekends. We [1:01:08] were able to house some pretty significant impact throughout the [1:01:12] area. . The speeding charges, , raising charges. . [1:01:15] Now you thought they may not necessarily have been up [1:01:19] and Aaron Elders lead, but it would see the [1:01:21] impact. Um, with the traffic coming up here, [1:01:24] and we're talking on the way and starts working. [1:01:27] Normally, I was saying, you know, [1:01:28] if you're driving up from Waterloo or country trying to [1:01:31] this area, we see eight cruisers between you know [1:01:34] list of all like Carta that have a vehicle pulled [1:01:38] over. . Chances are that's when they have [1:01:41] The entire park when you're driving [1:01:43] What we didn't see that was significant as timelessness. [1:01:47] Um, ourselves, did not have any personal injury [1:01:51] collisions on any of those passages. Okay, we [1:01:56] really feel that it was successful and careful to do [1:01:58] that again. So what they would do is that [1:02:00] the officer from the three counties would get together on [1:02:03] the Friday and the Saturday and blissfully four doors coming [1:02:06] up to college country. They would return to the [1:02:08] wrong detachment areas on the Saturday and Sunday and continue [1:02:11] to just hurry. . It. . [1:02:16] Forest. We had a couple of very significant warrants, [1:02:19] but I'll talk about two of them. Um [1:02:22] one of them. . We kind of [1:02:24] What do you douche you last year in regards to [1:02:26] the enclosed trailers across not just this area, but [1:02:31] also Wellington County County. Here I county. So [1:02:35] it was a multijurisdictional investigation into those enclosed trailers, [1:02:39] and they did search warrants three residences to in your [1:02:43] county of one in brick Township. . [1:02:45] Um and the [1:02:47] Between the properties, three trailers and our TV and [1:02:49] an ATV were recovered, as well as the significant [1:02:52] amount of love of drugs. Three individuals from Broxton [1:02:56] were arrested and went from offenses and even though it's [1:03:00] our warrant didn't happen, and Aaron Elder State New [1:03:04] York, Community numbers were victims having closed trail of [1:03:07] dust so that [1:03:09] Casa across the area. [1:03:13] And as you probably are well aware we did a [1:03:16] significant warrant on November 15th out of property along concession, [1:03:21] foreigner and township, Chuck a huge amount of [1:03:25] resources to to hold off that warrant. Um, [1:03:30] you know, knowledge that it was a long time [1:03:33] coming, , but as you know, , there's a lot [1:03:36] Those into the planning of these types of points not [1:03:40] only to ensure that we get the best possible evidence [1:03:43] when we get in there, but also to make [1:03:44] sure the safety of our officers um and Republic as [1:03:47] that was happening. . [1:03:49] Um, I won't list all the property that we [1:03:52] would that we are, , um [1:03:55] Covered there. [1:03:57] $90,000 worth as well as [1:04:00] Voting South $11,000 worth of nothing, Ketamine. [1:04:05] Two individuals were taken into custody during the war. [1:04:08] One of them was arrested afterwards and [1:04:11] Trusted and then get a number of charges related against [1:04:14] those three individuals of no [1:04:17] Those three individuals are still in custody. One had [1:04:21] been released as stock return to keep it locked, [1:04:24] just passed. . [1:04:26] Um, We also want to acknowledge that we know [1:04:31] that there [1:04:32] Through the were associated to this to this property. [1:04:35] We are role aware of that world made possibilities. [1:04:42] Um, the property crimes where our officers role aware, [1:04:45] , maybe involved with just don't have that violent. . [1:04:48] First [1:04:51] Just some stuffing updates. So we did receive for [1:04:54] new recruits in 2022. . [1:04:57] Um, And it's also too experienced officers, one [1:05:00] that keep Margaret Regional police and one that transferred income [1:05:04] Highway Safety provisions Society. . [1:05:07] Sergeant David Hackney, that someone you may be aware [1:05:10] of entire career. Um, he retired after 22 [1:05:15] years listening, and we promoted three new circuits in [1:05:19] 2022. So sergeant to Robin's What's been a member [1:05:22] of the three number of years and that we were [1:05:26] able to, uh, hopes to sergeants from here [1:05:29] on county. . Um [1:05:30] Who just recently well [1:05:34] Subject. Any questions? [1:05:38] Thank you very much for your report. And there [1:05:39] is questions, , counselor Stand up. . [1:05:42] This factor. I'm very interested in this. [1:05:47] Um [1:05:47] That is always an issue. Uh, I represent [1:05:52] and we have ongoing shoes there. . [1:05:57] And I realized whatever. [1:06:00] Mr. [1:06:02] 24 7 to monitoring. What is your thinking on? [1:06:07] ? [1:06:08] On electronic three D R. I see a lot [1:06:11] of reports. . [1:06:13] Probably different news reports. [1:06:16] Just recently water and breaches seriously out of that and [1:06:21] looking at electronic monitors that can be moved from street [1:06:26] to street. . [1:06:28] But sure thinking [1:06:32] I am not aware that [1:06:37] Yes. [1:06:39] You're talking like a photo radar. [1:06:40] Yes, I am figure. [1:06:43] Yeah, that is [1:06:46] Has to be designated community consume together to create bylaws [1:06:54] and good Yes. No in a school as well. [1:07:04] . [1:07:04] So there is some grant funding for community seats. [1:07:07] Don't follow radar. . [1:07:10] But only in a school results. [1:07:12] We have designated our schools. [1:07:17] Steve [1:07:19] Being issue that I've talking O Connell broadcast terror, [1:07:25] or is it [1:07:27] Both ways meant just that. I've been to [1:07:31] There's a lot of artists groups. [1:07:36] Another musical ease the benefits of speed science. [1:07:41] Uh, you know your speed. Is that right? [1:07:44] That which also some of the new technology, [1:07:47] the sweet science. A lot of features. Notifications [1:07:51] with speeds are increased. . [1:07:52] Oh, actually get details through. You know, [1:07:56] I'm saying so. They doesn't need a threshold so [1:08:01] that we can create congressmen are generating emails, right? [1:08:04] Rise. Uh, any conservative trends, baby? [1:08:09] It took a stop disagreeable to you like that [1:08:12] research. . [1:08:13] Here's a question right? But it's not. [1:08:17] There's also a black cut radar wisdom. [1:08:21] All of sending an email where we can collect that [1:08:23] data. . [1:08:24] Um So you determine, Um [1:08:27] Right to determine [1:08:29] Today. Um, we get educated screening as a [1:08:35] everyone's all week and we are well aware. . [1:08:38] Yeah. So the challenges the resources right and being [1:08:44] able develops or resources in the areas that have our [1:08:47] greatest concern. The black cat has been showing as [1:08:51] a good, , um [1:08:54] Tool to be able to Durban to determine day and [1:08:57] week. Time of day. If there is an [1:08:59] actual issue identified in that area, because then we [1:09:03] can be more specific them will, when was the [1:09:06] car? ? [1:09:07] As opposed to just you know, go up to [1:09:09] terror. . [1:09:10] Don't any time during the day would know between four [1:09:13] and five or between six and seven in the morning [1:09:16] is a better try. . [1:09:17] So designated school soul. [1:09:22] So many collaborators from the school or is it [1:09:27] Question. Trunk roads count in that It's pretty good [1:09:30] point, , sir. . [1:09:33] 20 1600 m So because we are goes here, [1:09:40] which can carry up with county and say. . [1:09:46] County has a black cat so you could request the [1:09:49] Bruce County deployed. . [1:09:51] Up to determine the speeds and China. They [1:09:57] They actually have that. Make sure that data [1:10:00] Yeah. [1:10:05] Extendable, So that's definitely something you have to [1:10:13] Designation of that specific area. [1:10:16] Basically the senior business doesn't meet the threshold. [1:10:21] There it is. You gotta just be the amount [1:10:24] of administrative Thomas that's well. . [1:10:28] He meant to you by, uh, No, [1:10:30] no. I understand that county for or us partnership. [1:10:34] . Yeah. . [1:10:36] Okay? [1:10:38] Right. I get a lot of questions, details [1:10:42] and I need to have an answer and a lot [1:10:45] of our suggestion. . [1:10:47] Obviously, they don't understand me. [1:10:50] Modifications. Um, so I think this science help [1:10:54] but think he's monitored Science or agreed to [1:11:01] Okay, That's all I have. Thank you. [1:11:03] Under stacker questions, pressure um [1:11:13] But not [1:11:14] I won't [1:11:17] If momentum [1:11:19] Okay, That's nice. [1:11:23] Sorry. [1:11:25] So we do have a community safety officer slash media [1:11:29] officer that is Kevin Martin covers off. Um, [1:11:33] the entire detachment area to be those all of our [1:11:36] media. Really are Jack hole trades because all of [1:11:39] our media he covers zone coverage when required. He [1:11:44] does have a station in the schools to the primary. [1:11:48] . [1:11:48] Um, kids. He is the first school through [1:11:52] covering almost of the other schools and concerns Proust. [1:11:55] He does community presentations pretty much to anybody who lost [1:11:59] his music presentation on any number of topics. . [1:12:03] Fraud. That sort of thing are [1:12:07] Hold it is on officer is comfortable Market France and [1:12:10] he again as a bit of a jack of all [1:12:13] trades. He also does are the Baltics care of [1:12:16] the property and house. . [1:12:20] Mainly does statistical work around the mental health, But [1:12:25] we don't have, um, somebody who, actually [1:12:29] physically, those regularly was truly Robinson. She will [1:12:33] go out with an officer from two um when she [1:12:36] comes in Chocolat with different oxygen, which we actually [1:12:40] see as a huge benefit, , because [1:12:43] Variety of officers were learning center because it's not always [1:12:47] the same person who was going up to the college. [1:12:49] Matter of fact lineup now to to go out [1:12:53] with everything Tweet actually enjoy. . Um, , probably [1:13:01] If we could have a Julie Robinson on every ship. [1:13:04] . [1:13:05] We went happily do that. [1:13:08] It's definite. [1:13:13] That the answer further questions of this council. [1:13:18] Good, Christine. [1:13:19] So couple of years ago, there was a discussion [1:13:23] about desire. . March Fort. . So [1:13:30] First Battalion's so because right now we're section 5.1, [1:13:36] right. . That was [1:13:41] Well, someone that is the crazy do policing often [1:13:44] was, , um [1:13:47] In 2019 there still writing the regulations. We were [1:13:51] hopeful that it was going to be put into force [1:13:54] we for now, , but now we're talking points. . [1:13:58] Like during the time because, um, really heart [1:14:02] has is in existence. . They're not [1:14:06] Creating anymore contracts. So as far as I know, [1:14:09] they're still moving towards the one detachment on board [1:14:12] model and getting rid of the contracts closed section 10 [1:14:16] contracts which brought them [1:14:20] So it would just be the one board area. [1:14:28] That's what that the [1:14:36] 50 sides investigates accidents. [1:14:43] History. So it comes on. [1:14:48] Decision. [1:14:51] Sometimes safely or will, they will go? They [1:14:55] all go and we'll get there and realize that it's [1:14:57] on it's on the other side, and and we [1:15:00] have a very good working relationship with Slavia Shore, [1:15:02] so sometimes one or the other will take it. [1:15:05] But generally it becomes on whether [1:15:10] For the provincial Hively. We do all the time. [1:15:13] . [1:15:14] 121 example. [1:15:19] Yeah, well together. Ah, and that's [1:15:25] To its own, So it's like that one. [1:15:28] So [1:15:30] Yes, And we do all of this. [1:15:32] Uh huh. [1:15:34] Support elevated in there. That's our responsibility. Three. [1:15:40] So if you are bound, actually, that's [1:15:44] not sure that's on your side of the road where [1:15:47] you spelled it, , right? ? Yeah, , but [1:15:53] It is like so what's the com Center? [1:15:58] Calls us We go by for the first ones. [1:16:01] I've seen Mutate college and make sure that the future [1:16:03] was sorry. . [1:16:06] Because it's possible. [1:16:11] It's a lot of that. Yes, I think [1:16:13] I would say Republican [1:16:19] Here. Traffic stats with the under those rights for [1:16:24] friends when we we talked about that is I asked [1:16:27] you. How do we organize your right prevention doing [1:16:30] one year? Um, I know you've got some [1:16:33] stats here. Those write programs initiated this and then [1:16:37] if we wanted to cut, how do we care [1:16:40] up? ? [1:16:41] Determine [1:16:43] Give you these are the dates of your kind of [1:16:45] interested in doing something big around the holidays or Christmas, [1:16:50] , or do we have to be done through? ? [1:16:53] God. And then it would just we have one [1:16:56] of our attachment. I think hurts who administer souls. [1:16:59] . Um Sean Barlow, , which office? ? [1:17:03] You would just contact [1:17:06] Right now, Right? Michelle will be your probability [1:17:10] point contact. Um and then, But it would [1:17:13] be the minister called looking for the additional lines if [1:17:16] you want an additional to what we are about to [1:17:18] continue. . [1:17:19] Essentially you contact Charles questioning contract for these dates, [1:17:24] right? These tires and, uh, usually go [1:17:28] for 60 like program. Um, you took it [1:17:34] just be have a specific event going on in there [1:17:36] and do it like two officers starting [1:17:42] Dragon shovel. [1:17:43] Yep, upstairs that [1:17:47] Area. [1:17:51] The main thing was just [1:17:53] You said that you got to give him more or [1:17:56] just whatever [1:18:01] My turn. [1:18:03] It was traveling. So over here last November sudden [1:18:07] GPS the speed travel area. . [1:18:11] And I thought [1:18:13] All the time and energy and resources kept spears GPS [1:18:18] are telling us in the area I thought to myself. [1:18:23] . [1:18:24] Bring this up someday. Sometimes time today. I [1:18:27] think it's wrong that you know somebody at a higher [1:18:31] level. . [1:18:33] Send up a nasty letter to some of these, [1:18:36] uh [1:18:38] GPS that two wickets? Yeah. [1:18:52] Time travel, but I just thought it's wrong than [1:18:54] that. Have that service that, Yeah, cliche, [1:18:58] though, right? I think I like where [1:19:02] there, but it's still accomplishing because it's telling you [1:19:05] that and maybe they're slowing down and then I think [1:19:07] it's far too were concerned as long as you're slowing [1:19:10] down. . [1:19:11] You know, like I will all often say you [1:19:13] two are officers right? Like I want you to [1:19:16] stop vehicles were speeding whether you relate to check it [1:19:20] or not. That discretion is up to you, [1:19:22] right? But as for licensure, that somebody driving [1:19:25] along the road and seeing you with your lights on [1:19:28] the vehicle, Stop this enough of a deterrent, [1:19:31] right? ? Yes. . [1:19:32] Here and later on that That person has received a [1:19:35] chicken. That's even more but the church, but [1:19:37] that discretion is up to the officer. What we [1:19:39] encourages the traffic starts, so I wouldn't say the [1:19:41] same thing. Anything that is getting people to slow [1:19:44] down. . [1:19:46] Look at the education and enforcement. It does solve [1:19:49] this English You see, right helps place but it's [1:19:51] a great education. . [1:19:53] Yes, I would say yes you're is he is [1:19:56] something that is coming up. Probably slow, close [1:19:59] people that [1:20:01] No. I mean, we identify an area that [1:20:03] was GPS like that, right? You will be [1:20:08] there. . [1:20:09] Speeding. [1:20:11] Which is okay, but I think it [1:20:17] Oh, I mean you back to the right programs. [1:20:21] . You want to relations? ? Um [1:20:25] Focus. [1:20:27] Because it but it seems like you just [1:20:30] Opportunity like maybe the musical animals no. [1:20:33] Weather events are [1:20:35] More likely because driving absolutely the stuff could [1:20:40] At any time spenders. I was still good bats [1:20:42] that are happening at the started up the officers. [1:20:47] Most of our officers who live in this area have [1:20:49] a pretty good ear to the ground as two. [1:20:51] That's two months going on. And no, but [1:20:54] it's you know, looking together is a great thing [1:20:57] I was thinking. . [1:21:00] Introduces. [1:21:02] Yes, yes, up into that. [1:21:05] On the speaking, It's just that we use the [1:21:10] special center issued to [1:21:14] Eight. Okay, right. So it's like, [1:21:17] okay, but we got a chance. Stand up [1:21:21] Visibility, So we did that. Yeah. All [1:21:23] right. . [1:21:26] Back to your point like that's actually great tools and [1:21:30] education. . [1:21:31] Oh, thank you Use every time traffic Europe littering [1:21:36] into the flash. Yes, afterward cancel the next [1:21:46] where it was actually dp [1:21:49] That would be that's it. [1:21:51] That's a great idea up. [1:21:57] But those are minor still down. [1:22:00] In the area. [1:22:01] Well, I'm really I mean, we do do [1:22:03] media campaigns before those weekends, too, right? [1:22:06] And we tell people we're we're going to be watching [1:22:11] flashes up. You know, radar for whatever it [1:22:13] is in the area like I mean, all of [1:22:15] this is by that [1:22:21] Everything's back impact have dedicated number of resources to its [1:22:27] specific traffic and you're driving. You know, these [1:22:31] two west of late past seven cruisers that are able [1:22:35] stops. . [1:22:36] John only impact versus being stopped. In fact, [1:22:39] every credit spirals traipse seen them off. . [1:22:49] Surprise. [1:22:52] One final one for council better, Um, League [1:22:56] would decide to [1:23:00] Josephine, Just put it up. [1:23:05] Yeah. [1:23:07] The only thing I would ask is that you are [1:23:09] the people think of the speeds. Players look at [1:23:11] the water. . [1:23:16] And requested that [1:23:17] Provides a real type of occasions myself so that I [1:23:20] can see it. . [1:23:22] Everything. [1:23:27] Behalf of their nose, the council and her staff. [1:23:30] Thank you very much for your community really appreciate [1:23:33] it. . [1:23:34] Okay, accessible and [1:23:37] Listening and [1:23:39] It's great. [1:23:43] Thanks very much time. [1:23:45] Thank you. [1:23:48] Yeah. Your presentation for bm Rawson Associates, Bridge [1:23:51] Infrastructure Master Plant and Kelly Bear and Ken Lautenberg here [1:23:56] and welcome them to the table. Thank you very [1:23:58] much for switching. . [1:24:00] And, uh, clothes. Get into your presentation. [1:24:03] It is in the agenda package for everyone's reviewed. [1:24:06] . [1:24:08] Which one of you is bringing the good news regulations [1:24:14] and then it started? Yeah, perfect again. [1:24:19] Just having controlling Julius controlling slides here and just next [1:24:26] slide works. Or how are we going to do? [1:24:28] OK? Okay, Thanks. Thanks, Counsel [1:24:30] for the opportunity to speak to you today. . [1:24:33] Um, this is still kind of okay. [1:24:37] Talk about it Concepts here for discussions. So, [1:24:42] um, so today we're gonna talk about your friendship [1:24:45] Infrastructure Master plan working on [1:24:48] So what the agenda next body or talk about some [1:24:53] of the background work that we've been that's taken place [1:24:58] planned process, , our process itself colored [1:25:03] 6 26 under some regulations, every part of that [1:25:06] process question. Sure, Chester public care, okay? [1:25:10] ? [1:25:12] Um, charter boats and valuation process. [1:25:16] Seven discussion. [1:25:18] Fridge Alternatives Pro Church just actually. Yeah. Come [1:25:24] up with the approach to prevent something. Just the [1:25:27] discussion today. . [1:25:32] Book Next steps. [1:25:36] So just for the background here ago, there's leave [1:25:39] 64 bridges within your jurisdiction and a bridge represents a [1:25:44] structure that has spanned freer than treating meters. So [1:25:47] this part called [1:25:53] P under structure Master plan, it was set up [1:25:56] to the gate consideration and 17 people this structure. . [1:26:05] 64 total, but we're just focusing on because a [1:26:08] lot of [1:26:12] Strongholds. [1:26:14] And if you look at your [1:26:16] Age distribution in the structures in the [1:26:19] Perhaps we have down the vote just noticed that you've [1:26:21] got to structures that were anticipated better on them. [1:26:25] We don't know for sure, but sometimes based on [1:26:28] working structures. . [1:26:30] But two structures that 1910 2007 of them in 1920 [1:26:38] 12 30. . [1:26:41] Typically into the G O. They're they're staying for [1:26:43] Duke Richard. They wanted to design life expectancy at [1:26:46] least 75 years. . Such a [1:26:51] Hmm. You felt that you usually get a little [1:26:54] more life than that, on average for suggesting we [1:26:58] just rounded up and say typical life expectancy, bridges. [1:27:04] . [1:27:05] Just talking about him right there, Because quite a [1:27:07] few better for the Tatum the what level through, [1:27:16] they're going to want [1:27:18] Is that things like that would be wonderful shoulder like [1:27:22] sometimes stretch. . [1:27:25] Like exactly mhm dot perfectly. [1:27:30] We're still in service, but [1:27:32] Not true, then discussion on today. [1:27:36] Bye. [1:27:38] So the background investigation work, so we've revisited the [1:27:43] condition of 17 structures. . [1:27:45] Based on our review professional opinion evaluation to determine before [1:27:50] practical to prepare them or to replace structures. . [1:27:56] Based on the conditions we try to predict and prepare [1:28:01] a replacement, be necessary and aware legislation that the [1:28:07] bridges have to years so [1:28:10] We've tried to make these projections, But things will [1:28:12] change over time. And during those future inspections, [1:28:15] something which changing after reacting prioritize, But just as [1:28:19] a starting point, we tried to make some predictions [1:28:22] and similarly problem cost estimates to prepare over place. [1:28:27] The structures were developed. . [1:28:30] Methods to compare value each of the cross and relative [1:28:34] to the cost. So I mean it. We'll [1:28:37] talk about some [1:28:39] Sort of formula. We kind of set up trying [1:28:41] to help which ones will be [1:28:45] I consideration, Definetly? Oh, [1:28:53] Sorry about that provide the summary of those results. [1:28:58] The next flight. Shelton map of the location where [1:29:02] the structure is being investigated, , are located. . [1:29:06] You got, so that's 17 of them there. [1:29:09] Some of them have names. Some of them are [1:29:11] just a number of structure and maybe they have a [1:29:14] name, but we were aware of it provided names, [1:29:17] , structures. . [1:29:20] With these structures here. [1:29:22] Yeah, I scouted throughout this game between terror down [1:29:26] the chest, but across the face that's checking structures. [1:29:31] . [1:29:32] Happens. [1:29:38] You got to the embassy site. Just show pictures [1:29:40] of some of the bridges. Just so you get [1:29:42] an idea of what the structure's looking at. . [1:29:45] The first one, Mr Bear That's at 8 24 [1:29:48] Ross Bridge. . [1:29:50] That is estimated to be another two years old. [1:29:53] Take the structure's flat bridge. You just got to [1:29:57] reinforce concrete slab that goes across [1:30:00] Railings on some of those earlier regions and on the [1:30:03] side direction. Structural members like it talked to kind [1:30:09] of help and support structures. That's where they get [1:30:12] it at one time. . [1:30:15] That's [1:30:17] That's true beauty. A few more that are like [1:30:19] style. . [1:30:20] There's one um [1:30:22] A 11 1 to the right concrete arch structure. [1:30:27] It's estimated the other 12 years. [1:30:30] Ah side and take shape to help us provided strength. [1:30:36] . [1:30:38] And then we go down to 8 14. [1:30:42] Every bell Bridge noodle trust bridge. Truss bridges are [1:30:47] common in Houston longer stand. . [1:30:50] Because there are there are letters structure you're able to. [1:30:53] That's still trust structure to help distance, but [1:30:59] they're the ones that [1:31:04] They are not necessarily designed for the track you have [1:31:06] today. . [1:31:10] That kind of significant that had today so they often [1:31:14] end up [1:31:16] And even then it reaches as well. [1:31:20] So going through some of the others we're gonna see [1:31:23] some similar one so $85 spiritual concrete structure. . [1:31:32] Slide. [1:31:33] Oh, [1:31:34] 29 get more back for the type of structures. [1:31:40] 22 to trust Bridge Bridge just [1:31:45] But it looks a bit there. [1:31:47] 24 trust bridge. [1:31:50] 32 spans Slab Bridge. [1:31:57] Two years old. [1:31:59] Question question for you like these agencies. Bridges like [1:32:03] that confirmed that suggest some extended Yes. Sometimes you [1:32:07] can fax or trying to get ready and I'm sometimes [1:32:13] you've got some other record information that suggests something. [1:32:17] Um [1:32:18] Okay. The child inside Woodbridge. [1:32:22] The original building this time period between this time period [1:32:26] in that time period to pick estimate. . [1:32:28] They're not. They're gone because I'd like to tell [1:32:31] you that a 22. My dad actually helped build. [1:32:34] . [1:32:35] Thank you actually helped together. [1:32:39] Tell you, you know the so that would have [1:32:43] been built somewhere, , probably in the [1:32:49] Right? [1:32:57] Mhm 22 important. Okay, so it's the corner. [1:33:03] So let's thirties to forties. And which is [1:33:05] the jesting a little bit. . Maybe. . [1:33:08] 10 years old that problem. [1:33:11] Country 30 years 40 years. [1:33:15] I'm saying that you would have been 35 everything built [1:33:18] in like late 1939 years. . [1:33:25] Yeah. So [1:33:27] To that information for China. Just no, I [1:33:30] just happened. . Yeah, , that it's [1:33:35] Your age Estimates are maybe a little generous. Yes. [1:33:38] . [1:33:39] Do you know what that happened to be one of [1:33:40] the bridges that you're one of the bigger trust pitches [1:33:43] or it's [1:33:46] Clear. Just how it compares with. Can't answer [1:33:49] that because he was like he was, wasn't it? [1:33:53] ? [1:33:54] Glamorously, even pieces and together to be right. [1:34:00] Tell your folks [1:34:02] You have told me how different answers stuff. [1:34:08] Who exactly strike me numbers reaction. [1:34:15] Bitches trying to already 24. Then another slide just [1:34:21] Child. [1:34:23] Just this slide, okay? [1:34:27] Uh huh. [1:34:29] E 14, which was estimated 92 years old 1502 [1:34:34] years old. . [1:34:36] 72 [1:34:39] 16 92 and and looking at the exactly normal either [1:34:45] still relish Probably [1:34:48] What we do when we are estimating age just coming [1:34:51] to that. That's fine. It 30 years 35 [1:34:55] curious change gasses. . [1:34:58] Okay. 13 Bridge That's really eating four years old. [1:35:03] . [1:35:04] For talents. Two years old. [1:35:09] Trust bridge. [1:35:13] How much lighter bridges [1:35:15] Um And then I slept Bridge just maybe 92. [1:35:21] So Pearson's Bridge to [1:35:24] And it just leverage. [1:35:27] Yeah. [1:35:29] So tracked. [1:35:36] Thank you. So, um, it started this [1:35:38] process by September. . [1:35:42] Started up the whole proven and everything. [1:35:45] Um, so at that time we did a notice [1:35:48] of predicaments. . Mint volitional papers. . [1:35:53] And we also consulted with a number of review agencies [1:35:58] and First Nations communities which are required for doing this. [1:36:02] . [1:36:05] Um, we didn't hear back from from the queue. [1:36:08] But most of them just said that they wanted [1:36:10] to wait to see whether recommendations were coming out of [1:36:13] the bathroom plan before they made it Be. . [1:36:15] Ah specific comics. [1:36:18] Um, and we didn't receive anything back for the [1:36:20] public at that time. . [1:36:21] But again, we didn't know specifically which bridges making [1:36:25] making recommendations about so at the time. I think [1:36:28] I really didn't have anything specific to comment on other [1:36:31] than [1:36:34] Um, that following year, we undertook the cultural [1:36:39] heritage Evaluation reports. So that's the heritage report. [1:36:42] This report Bridges, please that age. All of [1:36:46] these bridges are kind of triggered by H criteria. [1:36:50] There's like checklists and you go through and [1:36:53] Preaches certain age thing. Um, we tried [1:36:59] The form that did the study that wonderful looking at [1:37:03] opportunities bridges, so there was some cost savings by [1:37:07] combining all [1:37:09] Yeah. Purchase. [1:37:14] Ah and then in 2021 20 initiate the engineering evaluation. [1:37:19] So that's when physically whatever to visit the bridges, [1:37:24] and that cost estimates were and then also to [1:37:27] undertook the movies, Additional valuations to try to figure [1:37:31] out which Bridget potentially [1:37:34] Could be closed cared. We did those evaluations over [1:37:39] that substance here. . [1:37:41] Um, so that included and can support a bit [1:37:44] more detail about these later, we got traffic counts. [1:37:47] We looked at where the along it each other [1:37:50] would be as a big river closed. . [1:37:52] Um, the CI activity. The service of the [1:37:58] Right bridges on and off of its look at all [1:38:02] of those factors to come up with recommendations and then, [1:38:07] , uh, , [1:38:08] Last year, 2022 We actually put together natures that [1:38:12] we're going to talk about it later emailed with binary [1:38:15] representations representing to you today. . [1:38:20] About your Yes. So the reason that we suggested [1:38:25] looking at a master plan approach because they are good [1:38:29] at looking at structures not bigger scale rather than individual [1:38:34] analysis mints like we did for Silvers Break bridge. . [1:38:39] Is your magically I need to look at a group [1:38:41] of structures or regional thing. And it allows you [1:38:46] to make recommendations sort of a longer range approach. [1:38:51] So we thought because you have this using the master [1:38:55] plan it for the love wanted to save money in [1:38:57] that year. . You're getting rid of all your [1:39:01] Accomplishing your grandmama's requirements through the master plants, Divisional [1:39:06] Tritch and also coming off the heritage requirements as a [1:39:12] group and then making, um, recommendations that could [1:39:18] be implemented over a number of years, , whereas with [1:39:22] Individuals very well suspects. [1:39:25] There's not as much of the time on them. [1:39:30] 15 2030 years. [1:39:33] Um, school to study and this was based on [1:39:36] input with [1:39:37] Stop. [1:39:38] Was to focus on the oldest group is in the [1:39:41] municipality and too, , including that [1:39:47] It's important because it even presidents, period agencies, [1:39:51] First Nations communities. . [1:39:53] And to look at developing of phasing plan could be [1:39:55] implemented over a longer time frames. . [1:39:58] And it's part of it to consider the possibility of [1:40:01] clothing. . [1:40:05] That's fine. [1:40:08] This property is is, uh, shows that class [1:40:12] environmental assessment process. . [1:40:14] Used through the master plan. [1:40:17] We're in that setting speed, so phase one is [1:40:20] socially. We are project initiation, additional participation and [1:40:25] helps public and this baby's where you do the evaluation [1:40:30] and come up with recommendations right now, in the [1:40:33] phase where, , um [1:40:36] Want council to come up with some preliminary preferred approach [1:40:42] that we can able back to the public together their [1:40:44] comments on final decision [1:40:48] So what We're hoping for today, and so you [1:40:51] would indicate which way you're leaving towards. And then, [1:40:57] um, once you get in clip from the [1:40:59] public, you agencies and never come back to you [1:41:02] for a final decision before you [1:41:06] Getting near the end of the master plan at this [1:41:10] stage. . [1:41:12] Yes, yeah. [1:41:16] So we came up with three alternatives that we we [1:41:19] commit them very general. . [1:41:23] Bank gives you the opportunity to [1:41:28] Make changes within each of these alternatives. Everybody does [1:41:31] like [1:41:32] So initially alternative one is just replace or repair all [1:41:36] of the crossings as required. So if you went [1:41:39] with this option, we would give you a wife [1:41:42] or when the bridge needed to be prepared or in [1:41:45] place. . [1:41:45] Oh, [1:41:47] Oh, but essentially, you would side to close [1:41:50] or or to repair or replace all the process. [1:41:54] That's some point down. . [1:41:57] Two is to close some crossings and either replace or [1:42:01] repair the remaining crossings specifically likes. . [1:42:05] If anyone over there that leaves it open for you [1:42:08] to decide. Don't any of you might want to [1:42:10] cheat, closed forward there Like general enough. You [1:42:15] could say it. . [1:42:16] But you [1:42:18] One or [1:42:20] Or five or six or wherever many. It's really [1:42:22] open to you. And and if this option is [1:42:26] selected, and even over time deal with the master [1:42:30] plan is huge. . [1:42:31] Even another book every five years and and the kids [1:42:34] to the option. . You could adjust. . [1:42:36] Timings or phases based on deterioration. That's correct because [1:42:42] they do change over time. So condition of the [1:42:45] fridge right now. . [1:42:46] Many different five years, and you may have to [1:42:48] cheating sort of the timelines, , Um, , recommended. . [1:42:52] And that alternative three [1:42:54] Which is an alternative in any e A. That [1:42:57] we do is just do nothing. And that's basically [1:43:00] you would be reacting to the issues of bridge as [1:43:05] a [1:43:06] Yeah, the state concerned and you have to force [1:43:08] videos that at that time, so basically, we're [1:43:11] choosing not to do anything in a systematic way feel [1:43:15] that the problems arise. . [1:43:20] Dave. [1:43:21] That's going to talk about the additional valuations of the [1:43:25] recommendations, , so [1:43:29] Thank you. Additional valuations. And still the other [1:43:32] little bit simplification staff, uh, need to in [1:43:41] okay, , considering different structures placement. . [1:43:45] The first one was the chopping. [1:43:49] And just for your information, this is the traffic [1:43:51] counts. . [1:43:56] 2020 20, Yahoo! Mermaid Bridge yourselves. [1:44:01] What absolutes. [1:44:06] That's what I think you tried. [1:44:09] Ah, each of our options. Basically, the [1:44:12] detailer options we just taken over the [1:44:16] That's got distance around bridge was closed. [1:44:21] You see, I This is a bridge condition context. [1:44:24] . It's just staying. . [1:44:26] Statistical [1:44:27] Contributions to the bridge inspection reports. [1:44:33] So it's a methodology that set up government stores. [1:44:39] Each of them combine them together. . [1:44:42] Transition. Thanks for that doesn't mean that that's four. [1:44:47] . [1:44:48] Just to the side of the bridge. Close one [1:44:52] element there. . [1:44:55] But the bridge tradition index sports just a statistical compare [1:44:59] instructions. . [1:45:02] Service types. [1:45:07] The limits on the bridge of the structure capital. [1:45:12] Definitely [1:45:14] Valuation. [1:45:16] From the connectivity. [1:45:17] So [1:45:19] For the road connected connecting roads, borders girl looking [1:45:23] at it thinking from okay, let's say in the [1:45:26] future, you put it in bridge there. This [1:45:28] road is between this just found family second shortcut anymore [1:45:34] likable, , Probably. . [1:45:38] Purpose. That's kind of help. [1:45:40] Keep wanting to use that, whereas if it's a [1:45:43] road that just kind of generally the middle of the [1:45:45] grid, and there's lots of watch this play like [1:45:48] it's. . Maybe not is [1:45:51] As connected. [1:45:52] For safety, so that was used in the school. [1:45:58] . [1:46:01] Don't answer. It was a cost estimate for the [1:46:03] parents so [1:46:06] Prepare a marketing call. Oh, okay. [1:46:17] So [1:46:18] We went through the evaluation of alternatives. [1:46:22] Um [1:46:23] Get up a cost to replace all of the structure's [1:46:28] dollars. . Um [1:46:31] Looking at this study today, trying to figure out [1:46:33] that that that [1:46:36] A big number. [1:46:38] To me. Evaluation of cultures were identified. [1:46:41] So what we did is we try to set up [1:46:43] to the approach is to use the scores. . [1:46:47] The formula apportionment try to statistically indicate which bridges [1:46:52] Should be considered for sure. [1:46:56] Mm. Couple approaches for [1:47:00] Separation approach one [1:47:02] You know, utilizing the PC? I scored. [1:47:05] No limits. [1:47:07] Councilor. [1:47:09] Prototype. [1:47:11] Forelegs connectivity. [1:47:15] Your replacement cost. [1:47:19] Yeah. And [1:47:21] These were all kind of [1:47:23] Thank you to consideration that that approach. [1:47:28] Number two [1:47:30] Remove the D. C. I pulled limits force. [1:47:33] . [1:47:34] And just focused on the traffic count. [1:47:38] But each word length activity thinking is with approach to [1:47:43] say while return down the road If you didn't replace [1:47:46] that bridge, , is it [1:47:48] Correct condition of the current bridge back coverage. It's [1:47:53] not as important in the future because presumably, they're [1:47:57] structure replace. . We're just looking at [1:48:01] Mhm more [1:48:05] Whose teacher fact location based on the application. [1:48:14] So let's go to approaches. [1:48:16] Four bridges were identified them. [1:48:19] Okay, Higher sports area and then we identified the [1:48:24] next four. . [1:48:26] George, Just go hide them. [1:48:29] First one different kind of the highest group category form. [1:48:32] That's not continuing tribute in the next four so [1:48:36] you can get up to total each of the options [1:48:38] were identified. . [1:48:41] The bridge is identified for closure. It has been [1:48:44] assumed that they would remain open myself required. . [1:48:49] Repair costs speaker pretty different threshold. [1:48:54] Really good. Decide today the finest clothes bridge after [1:48:57] yourself, and relatively not to expect it to work [1:49:02] through that bridge last [1:49:04] Yes, it is. [1:49:06] Practical. So this like what? We maybe wouldn't [1:49:09] tackle major friends so [1:49:17] Ultimately trying to copy of their closing votes, and [1:49:23] the time like [1:49:27] About long range plan necessary fights and crossing them eventually [1:49:31] be closed, helpful to making other infrastructure decisions, [1:49:36] such as helping work project and statement impact their decision. [1:49:48] . [1:49:48] Father. [1:49:51] Yeah. Particular. [1:49:57] The slide. [1:49:59] So with this scoring system, so interested [1:50:04] All the components that we talked about earlier. [1:50:08] Sport. [1:50:10] Basically if it has a higher number. [1:50:13] It is a sport one. WP. [1:50:16] Considered for closure for maybe thought more appropriate for closure. [1:50:20] So take a couple of examples here, for [1:50:24] example, , with traffic. . [1:50:26] If you does old traffic [1:50:30] Probably one that would be more more inclined to consider [1:50:34] the culture so they gave it a higher score high [1:50:38] traffic on it, , giving a lower score. . [1:50:41] Similarly [1:50:43] Old man has got an old limit on it. [1:50:46] I want to give it a higher score. It's [1:50:48] a fairly restrictive loading them in if it doesn't have [1:50:51] a phone number on it. . [1:50:54] Get the lower scripts that's not audience. [1:50:58] Okay? [1:51:00] The teachers were length. Same thing cost so that [1:51:04] cost because I'm really expensive clothes or two to replace. [1:51:09] Then you may want to think about Jesus. [1:51:11] It's really expensive one. That's what we do want [1:51:14] promise to try to pass? ? [1:51:18] B C I sports there. [1:51:23] I feel just point out there that [1:51:25] It's done correctly in the table. The [1:51:28] Scores provided to the service tank. The LCP of [1:51:32] HDB should be switched. It should be in the [1:51:34] top. . [1:51:35] High class for less than time. [1:51:40] Plasma. Tunis University swish corrected the case. [1:51:51] So what? [1:51:52] With the approach number one. [1:51:55] They're really incorporated all of the conditions factors at this [1:51:58] time. . [1:52:00] He said earlier, replacing all of them $28 million. [1:52:05] . [1:52:05] With option a [1:52:08] With approach one. [1:52:10] Yes. Four structures identified. [1:52:13] 8 30 22 17 What [1:52:21] Cost replacement down by 8.7 million. [1:52:28] And that can take a look at where it was. [1:52:30] Structures are located. See points in the western [1:52:33] chest. . The 1 2019 17. . [1:52:39] He 30. [1:52:44] I don't care. Okay. Twenties on [1:52:47] Cycling. [1:52:48] Hmm Hmm. Hmm. [1:52:53] Before that were [1:52:55] Actually identified with that photo in the highest scores based [1:52:58] on the point there's no way he says. Don't [1:53:00] explain popular bit more expire. . [1:53:03] And then the next four structured than listed. There [1:53:06] are ones that were [1:53:10] The next highest court. [1:53:13] Four gets here, Listed there a 11 [1:53:17] Hmm. Five. So terra. [1:53:21] Before, right. [1:53:25] 12. [1:53:27] I'm sorry. [1:53:29] Why [1:53:31] Mr. [1:53:33] In the those [1:53:35] Six potential saving 15.7. [1:53:39] Just to be terrified forwards generally to everything, $1023, [1:53:44] , which is just trying to come up. . [1:53:49] President today. [1:53:53] Boom. [1:53:54] Sure approach one that maybe [1:53:56] Exploit my base more questions just to understand how the [1:53:59] protesters started to explain. . [1:54:02] Just go through. [1:54:04] One line and work my way across to show how [1:54:07] the scoring approaches stating [1:54:09] For example, e one bridge [1:54:13] BC I SCORE board. [1:54:17] Relatively low score. [1:54:19] So it was a sign a sport of in [1:54:25] 15 [1:54:29] Can barely go. [1:54:31] Okay. Score of 15 like there. [1:54:35] Traffic count up to 61 compared to all the other [1:54:39] most of the other bridges that have very old truck. [1:54:41] . [1:54:42] So what we've done with the traffic actually taking that [1:54:46] score Kiwis done making traffic is probably [1:54:51] More important factors that maybe some of the other components [1:54:56] Double sport that's applied to traffic. [1:55:00] There. We looked at the room type for that [1:55:01] one traveling Krever. . But what so [1:55:07] Get this for 15. [1:55:10] He told her later. One blotters more than eight [1:55:16] choose this force so that one is for fools and [1:55:22] That's the eight kilometers thinking short indeed. [1:55:29] Replacement cost for that structure of 2.5 million. [1:55:34] And so that was another one that we saw high [1:55:37] priority that you wanted to [1:55:40] Yeah, size a little more than some of the [1:55:42] others. . [1:55:43] We gave that one took the store and we dealt [1:55:46] with [1:55:47] We have a squirrel 30. [1:55:50] Cost. [1:55:52] It was connected with the he was there for the [1:55:55] locations, , help with child act around. . [1:55:58] So we gave it a score and 10 interactivity within [1:56:02] five. . Not really expected, , doctor. . [1:56:07] Keep up in school, or, um, are [1:56:09] 25. . [1:56:11] I think before I go under any [1:56:13] Questions about that kind of it's just developed the approach [1:56:18] to try to sport [1:56:21] It's something that could be against it just kind of [1:56:24] approach approach one. . [1:56:26] Ah, we can talk about approach to what we've [1:56:29] done there to travel at it slightly different, different [1:56:32] perspective. . [1:56:34] Good question. [1:56:35] Looking at this chart here. [1:56:38] You have me Aaron Vale Bridge. [1:56:42] Rough. They're the same group. [1:56:45] Right, just insane. [1:56:47] Exactly mistake. Yeah, they should be six connected [1:56:51] question that [1:56:52] Yeah, Yeah, it's well, No, they [1:56:55] are two bridges. But sport should be the state [1:56:58] that their website so I just made a mistake. . [1:57:01] Okay, and should be the same. Um [1:57:06] Like I I think [1:57:10] Target rich. [1:57:13] Adherence. Selfridge. Be $3 million. [1:57:18] You said. [1:57:20] Yes. [1:57:21] Yeah. [1:57:22] It's a long [1:57:26] Yes, it it brings, it could be considered [1:57:29] for closure. . [1:57:32] Yes. Discussions. Yeah. Access [1:57:37] So fire after this. [1:57:39] Big from the fourth again. [1:57:45] Absolutely. [1:57:49] That's this. [1:57:50] Including some of this comes down to [1:57:55] Good trying to target sitting bridges to sell that was [1:58:00] taken into consideration Some of those factors [1:58:04] Wage apartments. We didn't try to say this preacher, [1:58:11] whatever we try to just set up general portrayals. [1:58:14] . [1:58:15] Just here. The numbers come up. Nothing. [1:58:19] Me. . It's a traffic cop. . [1:58:24] 220. It's almost explains [1:58:30] You must have it that traffic on thank you that [1:58:36] there's that much traffic on that road in me. [1:58:38] Yes, And on the day he had to go [1:58:41] to very I have different rules and different types. [1:58:45] Different. . [1:58:53] I didn't mean to say that next to your job. [1:58:56] . [1:58:57] But Belgium [1:59:01] So it's [1:59:18] It's pretty, but only once. Yeah. [1:59:24] It's certainly the Matrix with those revised numbers. [1:59:29] Yeah, For sure. [1:59:34] Thank you. [1:59:36] Question later, um [1:59:40] Is this [1:59:41] Used five times before very common story mechanism. Was [1:59:49] it contour? The unique Karen? Obviously, it's [1:59:53] just used for municipalities. This is unique. Aaron [1:59:58] Elderly. We've used similar matrices in other projects. [2:00:02] Um [2:00:03] Oh, good recommendations, not specifically closures, bridges, [2:00:08] , but we've used this type of an approach. . [2:00:12] Lots of times and other gays or master plans were [2:00:16] trying to [2:00:17] Identify it offered number. This one is specific to [2:00:24] others. . [2:00:26] Yeah, Whatever that is that It's great. First [2:00:29] of all, , yeah, , to them. . This [2:00:37] Commonly and say, Well, this is kind of [2:00:40] excuse. Excuse the data, but it's fairway. [2:00:45] I'm not Yahoo! Sorry fishing grounds just to say [2:00:51] President [2:00:57] Which which first so they started to get some of [2:01:00] that information that's available trying to [2:01:06] The other guy. China set up sporting method [2:01:11] Um, I know one thing we've talked about earlier [2:01:14] said activity looking at, you know, where would [2:01:17] it be connected in the future? I have one [2:01:19] witness how it said Well, find this road, [2:01:22] which is in control. Whatever that highways told ship [2:01:27] Traffic is fairly low. Most of the line But [2:01:29] every once in a while this road gets the whole [2:01:32] bunch of traffic, , So yeah. . [2:01:35] That was one Venus probably because situations like that detention, [2:01:42] but that may be another factor that could be [2:01:46] considered. . But it's [2:01:48] We set this up in approach to kinda starting approach [2:01:52] and [2:01:56] Comes. [2:01:58] Oh, [2:02:01] Thank you very much for that answer. I would [2:02:03] have waited to see another category. . [2:02:08] Because a 22 maintenance role was close on time. [2:02:15] So there's [2:02:17] Sorry. [2:02:19] Because means that brush [2:02:24] It doesn't mean approach. But then you look at [2:02:28] the world that towable line [2:02:30] That would account of mine. [2:02:34] Everybody who goes east South. [2:02:38] Takes that road that bridge to get to the county. [2:02:41] And we're like, Oh, places so chance [2:02:47] work would [2:02:49] If you have done that, Lord sorry. Yeah. [2:02:52] . Norcross that [2:02:54] To get to so to me that wins more parts. [2:03:01] . [2:03:03] Some of the bridge is that you know why, [2:03:08] For instance, 8 30. Okay, one thing [2:03:14] with that, like your traffic counseling do that different [2:03:16] times of the year. . [2:03:18] Do you get different data that helps us support, [2:03:21] saying That's another approach and traffic counts versus maybe so [2:03:26] what? It's just common sense. It's like live [2:03:28] in people or by problems. . [2:03:33] And they want to go places They're going to get [2:03:36] the driveway out of your force. . Mint people last [2:03:40] To go around the bar to get to where they [2:03:43] want to go. . East. . Yeah. . [2:03:45] There's nothing that says that this This can't be what [2:03:48] I understand that I'm just saying, Yeah. What [2:03:51] your information, referring good. We just don't have [2:03:55] convenience and the importance of the book. . [2:03:58] Maybe that should be victims Productivity. [2:04:01] Good morning That's popped up for that bridge. Just [2:04:03] because again we don't know that local aspect [2:04:07] But you can certainly buy the inputs and we adjust [2:04:10] those numbers. . [2:04:11] Sure. Yeah, just like the muddy waters a [2:04:15] little bit more of what? We're talking about this [2:04:17] So 8 29 is just busting their age 29 closed [2:04:21] that I would say those presents already thanks to [2:04:25] 357 so that it's almost like those are separate bridges, [2:04:32] , but [2:04:37] Traffic for 30 drastically over [2:04:41] Right. So that's that's true. If you start [2:04:44] thinking about the cooling bridge would impact exactly on the [2:04:47] other bridges. . Traffic, , okay? ? [2:04:51] My change with other looking at traffic right now, [2:04:55] and we're gonna right now. Yeah, start changing [2:04:58] the dynamics changing teachers and to further to that point [2:05:03] because local streams that stone [2:05:07] $10 around today helped [2:05:12] Matches. [2:05:13] Yeah. [2:05:18] Extra time. [2:05:21] Things like that. Which is also it [2:05:27] Maybe a better than not easy from that knowledge to [2:05:33] debate the truth. . Well, , that's different. . [2:05:35] It's different because you're not [2:05:40] Yeah, Maybe that's a good [2:05:47] Percent. [2:05:56] We mark which one [2:06:01] Cultural so can be whipped. [2:06:09] Criteria that can be looked at. [2:06:13] Quiet and culturally. [2:06:15] Yeah. [2:06:19] You're like that Necessarily. [2:06:21] 2 30. [2:06:23] The other rich [2:06:24] They have to be to know what enough [2:06:28] The crazier for single ladies. Six M. [2:06:32] Less than six m especially sorry. Suitable language. [2:06:37] Yes, he really division cars should be driving fast. [2:06:42] . [2:06:45] That's that's the criteria. [2:06:50] Most of our [2:06:54] Hello. You some lady? That's a card. [2:06:59] Oh, yeah, You couldn't. [2:07:01] Yeah, safe and not much, I think [2:07:05] Yeah. Cultural quote. [2:07:08] That's something that could have been taken about, but [2:07:10] they make all the stuff like that. . [2:07:19] Troops were already [2:07:26] And Turkey phobics. [2:07:29] There? Certainly, because look, though, when [2:07:31] she you guys do educated preference. Today we could [2:07:35] look like [2:07:35] And what the detours. [2:07:38] Detours would result if anyone would be impacted by just [2:07:45] to see because we have a moment. Great figure [2:07:54] out there would be a [2:07:58] Still here? Yeah. [2:08:03] To walks. Just like right, okay. [2:08:09] Mhm. [2:08:12] Um, you continue on with explaining the other one [2:08:15] and maybe, , yes, , absolutely. . Tractor. . [2:08:19] That's true. Okay, so that approach number one [2:08:23] we go to [2:08:26] But, um [2:08:27] So with that, keeping that in mind, what [2:08:30] we've done is we've taken approach number one, and [2:08:32] we just kind of said Okay, let's let's assume [2:08:35] for consideration like [2:08:37] That approach was going to be implemented. [2:08:40] But wouldn't [2:08:41] Potentially happened and try to think projections. [2:08:45] Um, so one [2:08:48] Which suggests closure. There's no get repairs to floated, [2:08:55] which is projecting the dependent looking years because they're [2:08:59] excited some issues that that bridge [2:09:03] I mean, we're down through the different structures. [2:09:06] Yeah, one of them. For example, 85. [2:09:09] . [2:09:09] It was some repairs identified that we didn't think were [2:09:13] 75,000 extensive repairs. We talked about spending money to [2:09:19] do that repair. . [2:09:21] That would give it a much more years later, [2:09:24] 1 to 5 years you do some repairs and then [2:09:28] 2025 years from now, , folks. . [2:09:33] The process went through. If I want to go [2:09:35] through each and every world discussed, that's sort of [2:09:38] the rationale. . [2:09:39] People working on weight. True cost a logic, [2:09:42] prepared allowance and everything repairing. It goes much more [2:09:48] years, , people but some of them [2:09:55] I think writing Stetsons, Alisa, just close it. [2:09:58] . [2:09:58] It's satisfying. [2:10:04] Okay, something time staring at. [2:10:08] You can see your you [2:10:15] Okay, So that was the approach one. [2:10:19] Then we did approach to [2:10:21] Which was another look at it. It's a different [2:10:24] way that we did was Let's not [2:10:27] Attacked the current conditions. Reading it a bridge. [2:10:30] Ignore the fact that there is government. . [2:10:33] For thinking that down about this location. How much [2:10:37] traffic? Is there Much usage thinking that if you [2:10:43] give replacing you probably replacement bridge. . [2:10:45] Probably be a to rain. [2:10:48] Should have, but something that would accommodate, so [2:10:52] let's look at [2:10:53] You see those structures in the future? [2:10:57] And [2:10:58] Presented to the same replacement cost. [2:11:02] Just said credit. Keep all on the same. [2:11:04] For option being of this interesting how [2:11:08] Higher priority ones that support higher treasury with the scene [2:11:11] for the identified on [2:11:15] But saying teen age 30 22. Yeah, thank [2:11:20] you. . [2:11:25] Oh, [2:11:29] They won't We looked at Boston B should be. [2:11:32] It's sort of the next four. . [2:11:35] That sport. [2:11:36] What happened was changed from one head structure. 12 [2:11:41] was identify. . [2:11:44] Okay, changed from 12 to 1 of them to [2:11:47] 8 29 and the potential system. . [2:11:52] Otherwise, the other three for same [2:11:59] So, uh, suggesting that maybe [2:12:03] 8 29 12. [2:12:07] My French, depending on which approach [2:12:14] Maybe go through this story about this, but [2:12:20] We put the head to the function of her two. [2:12:22] I'll take 11 starter worker Waycross for this one. [2:12:25] This one will be supported again. Look at [2:12:28] traffic him Traffic priority score. 30 was provided for [2:12:36] that. . [2:12:38] Type around the road. Yeah. Much traffic have [2:12:46] More to disclose that road that a higher score. [2:12:50] And at each of their length is kind of a [2:12:52] bit of a range. One was the real long [2:12:55] one. . So we got that sport 10 years. . [2:13:01] Basic classes in the 2.5 million Children and over 15 [2:13:07] higher. . [2:13:09] Different. [2:13:10] Connectivity even continuously. That's pouring. There's an try. [2:13:16] . [2:13:19] E. [2:13:25] Hmm. [2:13:35] Okay, Go ahead. Continue on that and come [2:13:38] back. . [2:13:46] So the next slide, you know, basically instead, [2:13:49] Okay, let's give the assumed approach number two. [2:13:53] What would be, uh, projections costs in [2:13:58] the future? ? [2:14:00] That would be the [2:14:02] 18 place if you decided to go down. [2:14:05] So, yeah, structures upward, trying to be [2:14:11] closed veteran might do some repairs to once more. . [2:14:15] And after that of the planet, Bijan money on [2:14:18] it, Uh, so that you would have a [2:14:23] timeline there suggested potential primary. . [2:14:30] And as we said, before musician to do and [2:14:34] deciding public earlier, , that might be [2:14:37] Something you have to consider. [2:14:40] Committee treat Here's John [2:14:48] Yes, Things happened. Trust [2:14:54] Twisted [2:14:57] Sensitive potential time life. [2:15:03] Yes. [2:15:05] Thanks. Um, so that's the true approaches Kelly [2:15:09] just continuing on what's where next steps. . [2:15:13] Shoot smaller, Gotta choose box culverts. [2:15:24] So thanks. [2:15:30] But spends [2:15:33] Um [2:15:35] Be careful, Senior private Jeep [2:15:38] Actually tell you that [2:15:41] But in the topic [2:15:43] There are applications where they are more cost effective. [2:15:45] Yes. . [2:15:49] Box culprits Larger spans come best possible. [2:15:55] We're looking at most bridges. [2:15:57] Trouble. Uh, bridges there. [2:16:02] I understand. [2:16:03] Great cast blocks is typically [2:16:06] Six. [2:16:07] First [2:16:09] I don't know now. [2:16:16] Large crane factors in circular [2:16:20] And and [2:16:22] Oh, yeah, that's an option, but bridges [2:16:26] bigger than [2:16:30] Because I think something with them. [2:16:36] It wouldn't work. [2:16:39] The smaller ones to get Yeah, you might. [2:16:43] Sorry. I'm just thinking construction delay type thing, [2:16:47] but that man [2:16:48] But you know for months by pope [2:16:52] Yes, that's that they prefer to [2:16:56] It's a [2:16:57] There is a case to be made, and and [2:16:59] we have. . [2:17:00] So tender morning to hear tomorrow It's only a [2:17:08] In that case, the client said, Well, [2:17:10] that's tender options. . [2:17:14] That job, but it's even more smaller problems better. [2:17:17] . [2:17:18] That should be. Sometimes they face will come in. [2:17:23] . [2:17:26] Where did they come? A lot more. [2:17:30] Reset. See them being more [2:17:36] Say $20,000, please. [2:17:41] Good. [2:17:43] Yes, Thank you. [2:17:45] In that situation. [2:17:46] So if it comes down to the site taken consideration [2:17:53] County gold. [2:17:55] Lot of traffic unions. [2:17:58] Yeah. [2:17:59] And then this morning that he just more traffic. [2:18:01] Trillin's factors so [2:18:07] Um, option certain [2:18:14] Some of these [2:18:15] Scott, you you're in there. [2:18:17] You guys are looking at tired. [2:18:21] Two. [2:18:25] So crazy piece just [2:18:28] I don't job, captain, but I don't know [2:18:32] the spring fall suffering. . [2:18:35] Pizza. [2:18:39] And sometimes the outfit's structure where you've been able to [2:18:43] produce a span, But then you have to go [2:18:46] trees, , details. . [2:18:50] Determine the clothes are, um, one of the [2:18:53] ways to kind of help you statement downstream. That's [2:18:57] another being trying to help determine structure too big in [2:19:00] the off time back days. . [2:19:02] Big trust digits that have been relocated alongside another site. [2:19:06] . [2:19:07] So we took it off County road at the used [2:19:10] to put a beer in it. . [2:19:12] Four m longer than anybody cares to happen. Location [2:19:16] and [2:19:20] This is a lot for school factors to [2:19:25] But it's different. Yeah, So in other words, [2:19:29] , [2:19:30] You hear me for? [2:19:31] Yes, on WhatsApp now, correct. We're not [2:19:34] trying to [2:19:35] Otherwise couldn't see. Yeah, thanks. [2:19:42] Another handoff. [2:19:47] Hmm. [2:19:49] Brother. [2:19:51] Slide before the questions [2:19:53] So, um, so the next step is for [2:19:55] you to hopefully selective memory for approach. . [2:19:59] So the alternatives that [2:20:01] When you consider are those made one today discussed the [2:20:05] beginning. I'll tell you one which is to replace [2:20:07] what we care all the crossings. . [2:20:10] If you if we didn't close some of the crossings [2:20:13] for alternative freeze building. . [2:20:16] Ultimately, let's say you do choose the focus. [2:20:20] Um [2:20:23] The next step would be to get into it Presidents [2:20:25] so you don't have to this stage identify which ones [2:20:30] for you want to go with floor or age or [2:20:33] whatever. I think that's pretty close and get your [2:20:36] input from the public. . [2:20:37] Um [2:20:38] You can revisit. Ultimately, it applied over sport [2:20:44] should be a recommendation on which bridges and [2:20:47] The general climbing just then you have something planned for [2:20:52] active budget over, you know, bridges are closed [2:20:56] or [2:20:57] Replacement towards that. [2:21:00] Um [2:21:00] Of the stage. You just indicate that you are [2:21:03] actually considering closure that I think it's fair to go [2:21:06] out to the public. He would present similar presentations [2:21:09] What time here and then give the public an opportunity [2:21:14] to [2:21:15] Give me your feedback. [2:21:17] Consider making funds. [2:21:21] So that would be the next step would also circulate [2:21:24] the agencies. First nations, um, and indicated [2:21:28] again we would give them a similar sort of that [2:21:31] shortened version of of this, um for them to [2:21:35] consider and give feedback on [2:21:38] And then what we receive all that input 70 just [2:21:41] come back to you. . Summary of Pita. . [2:21:44] So we could public meeting and we would ask. [2:21:49] With a comment cheeks presidents to write us with their [2:21:53] input, and what I would like to do is [2:21:55] to have that notice that would go [2:21:58] All right. You're just focused letter also published a [2:22:02] paper but I would also like to directly we help [2:22:04] anybody that lives like any of the affected sections of [2:22:07] road. . [2:22:08] Where there's a bridge that could be potentially identify. [2:22:13] So that they have an opportunity that they can see [2:22:16] what part that lighthouse [2:22:20] Um, once we come back to you, and [2:22:22] you [2:22:23] Identified through approach for that, and we would Ah, [2:22:28] finishing Master Plan report. We've been working through [2:22:32] this process with working on a report, , which summarizes [2:22:35] Process finish that report up and it would be made [2:22:39] available work station. . [2:22:41] Hello, 18 timeline. That's what they did Consider [2:22:46] is that these are your 17 oldest bridges. But [2:22:48] other bridges that you're still needing to prepare and 18. [2:22:54] And so we would work with Scott. I'm [2:22:56] coming up with the facing plenty of them. That [2:22:57] would work these recommendations into plans for other structures so [2:23:04] that [2:23:06] World Capital. Uh, [2:23:10] Yeah, Rude. The other day, I noticed [2:23:13] a master plan in that would be published. . [2:23:17] Of course, 30 days mandatory. You curious that [2:23:21] master like [2:23:30] That's it. [2:23:33] Um [2:23:36] The opportunity for worst managers, your perspective, anything [2:23:43] this council needs right now to help me decision or [2:23:48] approach you prefer were like a little bit right now. [2:23:52] Because thinking so I'd like to thank tell me [2:23:56] again for doing this report. . [2:23:58] Promised them from prior to be made in this chair [2:24:01] because every number being rasta in one county [2:24:07] Master plan that shows some of the creatures down here [2:24:10] in [2:24:11] So being here dollars they has, especially for 65 [2:24:16] 50 companies. . INVEST Cambridge [2:24:19] Ah! [2:24:20] Preaching that are against quality. [2:24:22] And maybe see their figures there at 28 million. [2:24:26] To stubborn teen. [2:24:30] Ah question here in the Vegas. It's [2:24:34] Doubles. Realistic. Great, so great that we [2:24:38] have this master plan coming forward. . [2:24:40] As living here, my whole life. There's lots [2:24:43] of bridges, , I could say Oh oh, , [2:24:46] But [2:24:47] Let me M Ross. Ah! [2:24:50] The two approaches story. [2:24:53] Last scoring is how, hoping it would help council [2:24:56] made the decision on the bridges that could be totally [2:25:00] passionate. . [2:25:02] Have you noticed an approach one approach to the same [2:25:06] showing up some of the scribes even though they changed [2:25:08] it. . [2:25:10] Um [2:25:11] And then I just like golf. A comment on [2:25:13] Kelly like I think I have it in budget here [2:25:16] to do maintenance work on a region pieced it. . [2:25:19] That is not even on here. But it's over [2:25:21] 100,000 budget that we need to do to retain. [2:25:26] Ah [2:25:26] Bridge based on studies and counselor, monopolistic counselors that [2:25:31] quite good over the years every year, trying to [2:25:34] make its outrages. Uh but most before we paged, [2:25:38] , uh, , that [2:25:41] And star section. [2:25:43] Ah, we built a new grand spire Spear. [2:25:46] Oh, just before me out of here, So [2:25:50] we are doing stuff, , but we just don't [2:25:54] I think that's the money to tape 65 bridges sport. [2:25:58] . [2:25:59] That's my whole thing. Ah, questions from members [2:26:04] of council this time counselor better. . [2:26:09] Into that fish. [2:26:12] Anymore. [2:26:13] Yeah, that's it. Eight traffic court serious fear [2:26:20] levels. . [2:26:23] Hiking, biking. [2:26:26] Yeah. [2:26:27] Yes, some bridges, then God. [2:26:31] Because impossible [2:26:36] Right? [2:26:37] And that certainly considered expected spaces in Irving. Thinking [2:26:43] is typical five times. . [2:26:49] Uh huh. [2:26:51] That we get [2:27:00] So you have to [2:27:02] Which gives him right now it's debatable whether the dreamers [2:27:05] should process everything, , too. . [2:27:08] What it's a case by case certainly did want to [2:27:11] maintain a bridge, forcing the district marking the stuff [2:27:15] suggest a method to feed off. That's it option, [2:27:21] , but [2:27:22] We were looking at [2:27:26] I think I was just wanting to issue that that [2:27:34] ability safe. . [2:27:36] Football. [2:27:39] Neighborhood. [2:27:47] Yes. [2:27:49] That too. I mean, it may have reached [2:27:51] a point eventually where you do not too close it [2:27:53] because the bridge meet actually Singapore something, but they [2:27:57] couldn't have period operate sports people. . [2:28:01] Yes. [2:28:04] Good. [2:28:05] Um [2:28:06] So this has been a topic that I [2:28:09] Remove it entirely right back down. [2:28:14] I really think that it would you close Don't impact [2:28:18] so many people. . [2:28:20] You know, there's we sitting here? I understand, [2:28:24] you know, packed with me and somebody car [2:28:27] tractor finance part of China's retract that, like going [2:28:33] around five miles block to get to the same point [2:28:39] rich, , huge inconvenience. . It's a time waster. . [2:28:43] Just make sure that [2:28:46] So having said that our whole time account So we [2:28:50] have to do that Selfridges bridges we have prepared racist [2:28:54] but everything in our power to not hold gradients. . [2:28:59] Having said that the day is coming that we want [2:29:03] just it's it's coming out of that. So when [2:29:06] I look at these eight bridges you basically so like [2:29:12] It doesn't take a huge amount of money, people. [2:29:15] . [2:29:16] 10 years. [2:29:17] So I am going to go and do that expensive [2:29:20] money on these practices going to at least get into [2:29:24] that stage, like where years ago because they say [2:29:34] that they truly were power. Rewriting about that's that's [2:29:37] wonderful. . [2:29:39] But [2:29:41] We started doing this. This is a This is [2:29:44] a huge step backwards, especially ratepayers areas, people, [2:29:50] towns every day and stuff further work. A. [2:29:55] It's for the one a nonstarter, Everybody else [2:29:59] big time problem. . [2:30:00] So therefore, I would really like to see the [2:30:03] weekend expense. Some money and vixen experience together another [2:30:07] like period about 20 years and one of the some [2:30:10] of them wrapped up. . [2:30:11] City $1000 prepared by services that also possible cost [2:30:21] It sounds like grand scheme of things keep keep peace [2:30:25] in the community for another potential used [2:30:28] So I think that we should know, literally trying [2:30:31] hard to keep this going as long as we can [2:30:34] going that somebody? Yes, the Arab peoples. [2:30:37] Casper's got it, so we should probably received the [2:30:41] fact that that acquired presents today is coming. It's [2:30:46] not coming yet, , but it's coming. . Yeah. . [2:30:51] The whole way I said, try to do this [2:30:53] may be prepared as you can. But maybe in [2:30:56] the report it was at a threshold. Okay, [2:30:58] three pairs of possible for that 150,000 or whatever. . [2:31:04] That's when you decided, but that's up to you [2:31:06] guys decide what is that threshold like if you're happy [2:31:09] to state that much to repair that it through, [2:31:13] and that's great. That's it's really your decision. [2:31:15] How much you're willing to spend. Prepare them. [2:31:18] One comment and my dad. . [2:31:20] That trust bridges. [2:31:24] What is that happen is [2:31:26] But order regions repairs on them and prepared for 30 [2:31:31] years. Trust bridges tend to be used for repairs [2:31:36] and helps 15 years later found something else side. . [2:31:39] Right. Interesting debate prepared. [2:31:43] Frequently and even the daughter to make quite as much [2:31:47] Yeah, that's unfortunately even 15 years And now this [2:31:52] It's a long time in the whole name. Scape [2:31:55] of Rule. Aeronautics status has changed a lot in [2:31:58] the last 15 years ago change together. . [2:32:02] Yeah, I like to treat everybody fairly colleague. [2:32:06] You know the town books up street Weight's industries, [2:32:16] sort of least we can get. . Perhaps absolutely. . [2:32:24] And that's why [2:32:31] Questions, comments. [2:32:35] So I'll so I agree with [2:32:41] How [2:32:43] This is the 13 years being here, just like [2:32:47] that. . [2:32:48] Because it's pretty quickly. [2:32:52] Yeah. [2:32:54] We can't spend 28 million [2:32:57] But [2:32:59] For sure not have bridges. There's just not that [2:33:01] money there. . [2:33:04] So my residents need lots of times they called build [2:33:08] up on the other side of that bridge or everyone's [2:33:12] aware of years. . [2:33:14] The years for president speakers, and, yes, [2:33:17] I agree, , right newsletter. . [2:33:19] You for sending it to the neighbour's. [2:33:22] Not every name for awhile. Medlock like something inside [2:33:27] this palace, So obviously there's that point. Yeah, [2:33:30] I understand that opportunity for people to access this [2:33:38] in a written copy. Maybe they have to call [2:33:40] into our office here. . Immediate balance there. . [2:33:44] But like it or make it available, people like [2:33:46] certainly could help in contacting the midnight you would be [2:33:50] something like, be looking forward for guys suit But [2:33:55] I know in the past we have true. . [2:33:58] He gets possible work up. [2:34:01] Yeah. Leverage. Oh, [2:34:04] Yes. [2:34:08] Leaders that was able to [2:34:11] Indeed, information note. But if you have a [2:34:14] launch globally for the middle of community [2:34:19] We were good contacts. Okay here that [2:34:27] Help. [2:34:28] Oh, [2:34:29] As far as I know today's decision, Indians [2:34:33] Which one or two on worked doesn't have to be [2:34:40] today. . Decision counselor. . [2:34:43] My my craft on that, or like you have [2:34:47] to decide on approach approach to the day is really [2:34:50] to stay with either A you the status quo. [2:34:54] Mhm constituents recovered. . [2:34:56] Oh, we're going to just keep all the bridges [2:35:01] or were gonna do something in between. Let's go [2:35:04] to the public underinflated thinking we're going to close up. [2:35:09] . [2:35:10] You don't know about the public influence like that, [2:35:14] In fact, , the site for sure which [2:35:17] Like it's just to this guy. [2:35:20] Right now. We're thinking about it. Um, [2:35:23] not too good just to follow up that you basically [2:35:25] want to give you a direction. Finish yourself. [2:35:29] Yes. . [2:35:32] Yeah, There's really no decision. We're not closing [2:35:37] next year, the input from and we're gonna look [2:35:41] at options. . [2:35:42] To that allows you to escape right to study and [2:35:48] then the day compensation [2:35:50] To make these decisions and case basis. [2:35:55] Well, the reason I want you to come back [2:35:58] and said, , really [2:35:59] Get the input from residents about to you that feedback [2:36:04] and we would probably want to one of the approaches. [2:36:07] . [2:36:07] Design. [2:36:09] Is that you're saying things were going to repair these [2:36:12] for awhile being eventually. . [2:36:15] Yes. [2:36:17] I guess Street get the feedback and something's identified in [2:36:21] for which this factor in has come up with approached [2:36:25] three and we might come up with different bridges. [2:36:30] Match point is, we're going to continue to start [2:36:33] gathering information trying to create some consensus. . [2:36:38] Hopefully going through. Yeah. [2:36:42] Folks, This is [2:36:47] Yeah. [2:36:47] Okay, so we need another doctor on the screen [2:36:51] page 43 Miles. . [2:36:55] There's three alternatives. I think this is a question [2:36:59] that this council asked to. The wording is a [2:37:03] preliminary preferred, , okay. . [2:37:05] Rather than a preferred because the ideas preliminary and to [2:37:09] get that back then thank you for that. So, [2:37:14] , uh [2:37:15] Today with the member of council would like to start. [2:37:19] . [2:37:19] Ah! [2:37:21] Like a secondary one of the alternatives, and we [2:37:24] would have won that. . [2:37:31] Right? [2:37:33] So [2:37:37] Numbers of counseling more time or information. Bondi alternatives [2:37:42] There are three [2:37:48] So remember counseling it started with directions. [2:37:52] So I guess I obviously alternatives place, I guess [2:37:57] is close up crossings. . [2:38:00] We've been up there so [2:38:03] And maybe it makes no difference. [2:38:08] We could revise it to say, you know, [2:38:10] eventually closed crossings. . [2:38:13] Another replacement. [2:38:15] Hmm. That's there, and eventually close. [2:38:21] Like. Yeah, That's what we talked about. [2:38:24] Yep. Yep. Right. Wordings Like I have [2:38:28] no issue with that at all. . [2:38:30] You want to change that to repair and eventually closed [2:38:34] crossings in every place where roommate [2:38:37] Definitely okay. [2:38:43] Um [2:38:46] Alternative one but almost [2:38:50] Fall into that we change supporting [2:38:53] Um [2:38:55] Replace or repair as required. [2:39:00] And [2:39:02] It's so, saying none would be retired, possibly [2:39:05] say. . [2:39:07] Seven million have to be retired. [2:39:10] And I guess we're saying that I didn't know. [2:39:12] Yeah, actually, two, so they're kind of [2:39:16] one of the same story. I guess like this [2:39:18] siren. I mean, I think it's inevitable. [2:39:21] Some of these bridges [2:39:24] Some states. [2:39:27] Okay. Uh, assaulted live here. [2:39:35] Things like or other members council their thoughts. [2:39:43] Okay? [2:39:44] Do you have to alternatives to [2:39:47] More discussion on alternative to [2:39:51] Just maybe clarify that [2:39:53] Taking off to decide you could think about the word. [2:39:57] . [2:39:58] It's just here. [2:40:02] For intelligence issues. Paper. That's all I can [2:40:04] do. . [2:40:05] But they're trying to come up with the decision Alternative. [2:40:10] . [2:40:11] Maybe the wording can next. [2:40:15] Okay? [2:40:16] Principle two, but that's next. [2:40:19] That's awesome. [2:40:21] I don't want to staff or worrying like we can't [2:40:24] come back works so yeah, that's great running already [2:40:30] breakfasted. . [2:40:32] Really big, uh, big on sports law. [2:40:41] Q to the battery post process. [2:40:49] Oh, [2:40:50] Bring it back. [2:40:52] That's right. [2:40:59] Council comfortable about wouldn't show [2:41:04] Which is [2:41:06] Legislation is just committed nothing. [2:41:11] So what is it is [2:41:15] Okay, meeting that you're going to have a plan [2:41:19] and you will be taking the plan. . [2:41:22] What does something [2:41:27] Mhm, which which are supporting dollars class. [2:41:34] Try. Sorry. It sounds funny, Correct. [2:41:40] Funny to have a plan. . [2:41:43] So when I I just don't know. So I [2:41:50] guess what I'm concerned with the wording is tonight's people [2:41:54] read this. Oh, you're gonna close the bridges [2:41:56] right away like it's perception of the public. Everybody [2:41:59] fired up. So that's why I think the word [2:42:02] he needs to be Internet. It needs to be [2:42:03] correct, , because, , yeah, , [2:42:07] I think the only difference, but Speed said, [2:42:09] is the art of repair friends, air and eventually [2:42:13] closed process. . [2:42:17] Yeah, sure. [2:42:18] Have the manners. [2:42:23] Facebook groups of the public. [2:42:25] Pretty educated one of the options because you choose option [2:42:29] one. He's already right now. We [3:09:45] all have the same ones in which Italian trip that's [3:09:48] right. Um, so it's easy for you band. [3:09:52] . [3:09:53] I think in the long run because it easier because [3:09:55] if we have a nice company policy, because thank [3:10:02] you. . [3:10:03] Understand it. [3:10:05] Accommodated too fast. [3:10:07] So I will bring in a while back to Mexico. [3:10:10] . [3:10:12] Stop. [3:10:13] Questions for third morning. [3:10:17] Yeah. Looks mhm much further before anything else in [3:10:22] CEO Works department this morning. . [3:10:25] Seeing any you will have to finance [3:10:29] That's true color 13 to 1. That's right, [3:10:32] but I am 2023 operating Combo budget. Third draft [3:10:38] 1 23 Casey table [3:10:43] Mhm. [3:10:48] Holding. My boy stays quickly, and that's not [3:10:53] right. Perceptions. Oh, also battling luncheons minutes. [3:10:59] So like the sure and we have a public [3:11:02] public engagement on this on, not next week. [3:11:06] We call it it. . [3:11:09] I mean next week. [3:11:12] Please proceed with the right here. Tracy, perhaps [3:11:15] let's start right adversities usually like, make sense and [3:11:19] where we have, um, budgetary costs. So [3:11:23] is there not operating budget? Um, under protection [3:11:27] conservation. There's a separate department that manages separate in [3:11:31] the state from integration of the lead agreement. . [3:11:34] I didn't have 28 23 operating budget is $24.20 dollars [3:11:40] projected, which is through the taxation, and it's [3:11:44] intended to cover maintenance issues that are brought forward conservation [3:11:48] story. . [3:11:50] And then within that 2020 to have little budget we [3:11:55] have proved $56,000 and dollars to deal with this couple. [3:11:58] . [3:11:58] Initiatives that they have brought forward last year, and, [3:12:02] um in 2022. It was proposed that the [3:12:05] 56,000 and it's 28 through the grand and 28,000 surgeries [3:12:09] hurt. . [3:12:11] That didn't take place in 2022. There's the character [3:12:14] for which is included in our 14 23 Capital budget. [3:12:18] I gotta find this 22 Tran 008 and there's [3:12:22] $44,000 in the back budget 22 through the grant and [3:12:27] 22 coming out of the reserve, and that's currently [3:12:30] finest. . [3:12:33] Because any further [3:12:37] I mean, inspect. [3:12:40] Questions, secrets the date maintenance. [3:12:43] Okay, so there's money has been, you know, [3:12:45] last period inspect so therefore, if we do [3:12:48] constructive trust trust [3:12:51] Yes. [3:12:56] Okay, right. [3:13:00] Thank you. But Tracy proceeding like Oh, sorry. [3:13:06] . Scott spent co [3:13:11] For that, really? [3:13:16] Oh, God. [3:13:19] Right. So that reserve last year Yeah, work, [3:13:26] , so they went to do work last year. . [3:13:30] And Jacob Visegrad. [3:13:33] They were gonna see Received it right now, Graham [3:13:35] said. . Uh [3:13:40] Assassination institution for God. Okay, but I have [3:13:48] That will be work itself. That one talk [3:13:51] Okay? [3:13:53] So are you saying there's not enough money in this [3:13:56] whether they're not, But I just don't want you [3:13:58] to pick all of life's Scheer's sorry, expect. [3:14:03] Yeah, , yeah, , year. . [3:14:09] That's why you cheat. [3:14:10] Maybe last year. [3:14:14] People just say Master [3:14:18] I didn't mean to do [3:14:21] Oops. Look. [3:14:25] Thank you. All right, emails, but yes. [3:14:30] . [3:14:30] Yes, we keep finding that you received grants conditional [3:14:36] on the fact that civility assessment being done [3:14:39] So [3:14:41] That has that. [3:14:42] Had to be done before any other work. So [3:14:47] they were doing this book Stability assessment, which just [3:14:49] after the Canterbury so we're gonna have to pay for [3:14:52] that sports ability and nothing out of the funds that [3:14:54] were allotted last year and then additional funding is needed [3:14:58] for this year. . [3:15:01] I don't know how much this looks Phileas that's been [3:15:03] actually ended up costing so the modern morning classrooms and [3:15:08] based on that to do the actual then I think [3:15:12] they're actually based It office tender lawyer [3:15:17] Okay, Project. [3:15:20] Okay? [3:15:21] Oh, okay, so having said that, in [3:15:24] the additional costs we're going to have here is basically [3:15:27] going to be assessed. . [3:15:30] Right. What That is. [3:15:32] Thinking it was around 13 almost all right next to [3:15:37] that grand portion or other that [3:15:40] Sure they are. So we don't know how we're [3:15:42] funding that is [3:15:48] Okay? Yes. I'm just gonna just this item [3:15:53] and let's go this before we believe, And we [3:16:01] have that information lies and I'm really grateful and I'm [3:16:05] just trying to find the communication from them. . [3:16:08] Identified that I haven't pretty here. [3:16:11] It was completely dates abilities that to the estimated cost [3:16:16] was 27 $490.50, percent of which was covered by [3:16:21] the funding. So the cost of urine elderly please, [3:16:24] , please to list $13,745. . [3:16:28] We would have had to do that. Then we [3:16:30] would apply 23 for the wicked funding it again Project [3:16:36] That's where and dollars successful we will only have [3:16:42] So what was in the budget last year, Tracy [3:16:45] And 2022. It was 56,000 and the carry forward [3:16:48] 44 right, so 13,000 of that would be just [3:16:53] like fish should still have, of course been available. [3:16:58] . [3:17:01] But still one like we have enough money. [3:17:05] Yes, they're successful. Yes, I understand. [3:17:10] Yes, that 30,000 that direct addressing this your question. [3:17:13] . 14,000 carry forward. . [3:17:17] That's pretty sure. [3:17:19] Today's [3:17:22] Right. There's nothing further with [3:17:27] The topic. If we could get into your work, [3:17:30] , please. . [3:17:31] So the third draft report is really you're in the [3:17:36] way it was presented in the second rockets, focusing [3:17:39] on the changes that have taken place and then they [3:17:42] updated schedules as well as documentation throughout the rest stops [3:17:47] on how we accomplished the budget that representing and scared [3:17:50] today as draft them with free [3:17:53] So we just walked through that report. So in [3:17:59] drop number two when you were at 8.9% tax rate, [3:18:03] Integrys if you want to have a balanced budget, [3:18:05] but we're always working on the promise of gaming [3:18:07] for six. . [3:18:09] And again that second draft we needed $170,000 and reductions [3:18:13] in order to even achieve the 6%. So what [3:18:16] this drop version Number three is presented is that we [3:18:20] have successfully next $170,000 of reductions to get us down [3:18:24] to the 6%. So if council agrees to a [3:18:28] 6% tax rate increase in the budget documents presented budget [3:18:34] So looking through the analysis, it was really accomplished [3:18:38] by [3:18:40] Come back in and get looks at what they could [3:18:42] do. I had identified in curiosity still have some [3:18:45] contract services, technical sport and have that position. [3:18:52] We've now taken out any of their credit contracts from [3:18:56] the G I s department. . [3:18:58] Complete review was God update, salary planned and Kurt [3:19:04] him analysts capital seasonal student positions, making sure that [3:19:08] the hours worked in 2022. We got what we [3:19:12] were planning on for those same hours in the cellar [3:19:16] Planet 2023. . [3:19:18] And as a result, um there was some significant [3:19:21] changes that were made. And if we look at [3:19:25] page 1 26 of your agenda, , alright. . [3:19:33] On the departmental areas where changes were me and you [3:19:37] can see the comparison. Direct knowledge. 100 areas [3:19:41] to drop Number three Presented today was accomplished fighter has [3:19:45] any $1000 reduction and you'll see it primarily relates to [3:19:49] wages and benefits did end up with [3:19:54] Alright so fast when I did all the final numbers [3:19:57] of 20 to 6 59, So right now that's [3:20:00] been included the transfer working capital to help offset our [3:20:03] capital projects with any 22. . [3:20:08] There was a minor adjustment just to pick up with [3:20:10] the transition to soft stuff. What the annual cost [3:20:14] of it does. . [3:20:16] And that really is, um, the overall change [3:20:19] that's getting in the operating budget. . [3:20:23] Sit down. [3:20:29] You understand the questions [3:20:31] Ok, Hmm. [3:20:33] Possibly later. So great donations is probably basketball that [3:20:39] refer to scheduled to eat it provides you with and [3:20:43] the update based on the discussion and direction from that, [3:20:45] from where we wanted to go, Um, [3:20:48] and supporting the opposition. Your sleep, so in [3:20:52] total re perceived [3:20:53] Um [3:20:55] The requested $38,000. Plus, we have a schedule [3:20:59] Beauty, which is part of our ongoing grant donation [3:21:02] policy, which shows you your financial commitments and facility [3:21:06] that's already and we live in France Page 1 37. [3:21:10] . [3:21:11] Guys. [3:21:12] So total rest of 57,006 quarters 70 and then the [3:21:18] proposed Fran rs details based on that, especially on [3:21:21] January 30th where every applications received 1 38,029 11,000 Crisis [3:21:29] five What is produced discussions. . [3:21:33] And then there was no change Finance facility depends. [3:21:37] We haven't done anything to reflect amendments for the current [3:21:39] fun at this time, Tonio see that if we [3:21:43] want to maintain the same budget allocation as 2022, [3:21:48] then we're actually $484 over donated until caucus. . [3:21:59] Tracy, counselor. Hampton is over the country and [3:22:02] then beating over business emails indicate one of stress importance [3:22:08] of the foundations of the chest house, , does it [3:22:14] Ah! [3:22:15] Hospital. Hmm. Oh, hearses and the tracking [3:22:20] doctors. . And did you know that information? ? [3:22:27] Clear questions. Concerns comments regards to [3:22:33] Elections. So at this point do we have any [3:22:37] money with question? ? The year? ? Yeah. . [3:22:41] We're done. So if anybody comes in another words [3:22:43] classic Yes, Grant donation policy doesn't allow does say [3:22:49] that, you know, we conscious submissions on October [3:22:52] 1st and anything that comes in after that, once [3:22:55] the budget is adopted, and we can file it'll [3:22:58] the next year. . [3:23:00] Hold off unless they choose to come. The Council [3:23:02] of Request. . [3:23:06] Mhm. [3:23:09] Good job. Three different with these. So the [3:23:13] 10,000 when he started in ability, commitments is not. [3:23:18] . Ah. . [3:23:21] Yes. [3:23:25] We are good page. [3:23:28] Page 1 42 41, but did better package gives [3:23:33] you the other grant donations that have already been approved [3:23:38] on an annual basis. And then on page 1 [3:23:41] 42 or the commitments that are contained within Jervis agreements, [3:23:45] , Right? ? Okay, , So, , um [3:23:50] Not [3:23:52] 100% certain that [3:23:55] No. [3:23:59] That's possible, uh, through curling Katrina baby building. [3:24:03] So, um, say that kitchen is used [3:24:06] for the chest Berlin club and the invoices generated kids [3:24:10] finally so that we can track those, , but it [3:24:13] But you know I can have their own abused. [3:24:17] It's terrible to say that most of them are going [3:24:20] forward and album blackout. . It's just [3:24:22] Starting to Republicans. [3:24:27] Um again. [3:24:34] So what are [3:24:37] Yeah, you were 100 ft. [3:24:41] Maybe upset. [3:24:45] Yeah. [3:24:52] And all the review of what's going through the account [3:24:55] and 2022 to live with them forward. If there [3:24:58] is a surplus that organization in the year end report, [3:25:01] transfer the service baskets you reserve so that is [3:25:05] there for additional request inspection. . [3:25:11] True question. [3:25:14] Questions. Comments were specialty. [3:25:23] Again this time back injuries. E pitching it through. [3:25:27] The report said it on the next section is [3:25:29] looking at the top of the budget. Um okay. [3:25:32] . 2027 getting in the lunch. . [3:25:36] Morning Dew discovery to show you where you landed Raft [3:25:41] and comparison Stockett budget and then again, it's supported [3:25:46] through the special E Is your your project project? [3:25:50] So [3:25:52] The main areas that changed [3:25:54] Yeah, I didn't end up with six. [3:25:59] Against 9.9 million in total capital requested 2023. [3:26:04] Um, compared to 10.9 million, so to staff's [3:26:08] efforts, reviewing their workload, um knowing what they [3:26:12] can manage and giving forward or renting first, so [3:26:16] there was 347 5 that was reduced from the capital [3:26:21] projects. . [3:26:23] Looking at the protection services. The hydraulic Ram was [3:26:26] removed from the budget, , which was $15,000. . [3:26:30] And transportation services that sidewalks [3:26:34] Mhm after meeting that the ministry regarding the grant, [3:26:40] then decisions made too deeply. . [3:26:44] 3 23 to match the same as the original request. [3:26:49] So capital project and the second draft was 3 [3:26:53] 1,000,022, , and it's been reused 1 1,000,095. . [3:26:59] And then on various mental services building for the hearings, [3:27:03] landfill waste skills building staff looked at the project [3:27:08] completed in the budget Researches economy $200,000 [3:27:14] Let's go, OK? [3:27:15] Our creation. Cultural 1 29. There were a [3:27:19] number of projects coaches was deferred $20,000 that was previously [3:27:25] identified there. Frank Frank evidence briefly for similar with [3:27:29] the terror arena. Forward Placement $50 dollars for 2024. [3:27:34] . [3:27:36] Stock. No. One million it, um, [3:27:40] Cable, you look at the Hubble projects, you [3:27:44] know, separated it so that there was a project [3:27:46] dealing with the doctor and one dealing with the necessary [3:27:49] repairs to the doctoral and park. . [3:27:53] And then, um, accessibility upgrades to the Chess [3:27:56] league hosted a terrible photos, Both of those projects [3:27:59] that were different five [3:28:03] Yeah. [3:28:04] So looking at? How does that positively skin capital [3:28:08] withdrawing from research? ? So I just showed that [3:28:12] Goodbye for me to nothing changed in the sewerage. [3:28:15] Water managers were looking at 3,053,000 coming out of reserves [3:28:25] needed question 2023. That's down. 294 so keen [3:28:29] for heart January, , so we're taking less. . [3:28:33] Reserves present results This change [3:28:37] If there's any questions about the detailed projects building is [3:28:41] as well but for example, , reserves [3:28:48] Help idea with the question of Dr Mm Aspect. [3:28:52] So can you. You said Dark art building. [3:29:00] Can you just [3:29:07] Yeah, So there's now two separate projects. You're [3:29:10] on page 1 44 schedule E H two, of [3:29:15] course eat, , you'll see that there's a top [3:29:19] That's project called 21 Rock 11, which is adult [3:29:23] apartment start, so we separated it. Understanding is [3:29:27] ongoing discussions now as to whether the station's gonna be [3:29:30] so we wanted to really separated from its not attach [3:29:33] them first. . [3:29:35] Dark Milic Art is doing with a billion appreciating mall, [3:29:40] which is now I gotta buy as 23 run [3:29:42] number three, , right? ? [3:29:44] Well actually left Charlie Stevenson Particulars project itself. [3:29:51] So on each two for under reparations. [3:30:01] 21, right? A lot of just a few [3:30:07] lines out of that one. Yes, 23 to [3:30:11] 25. . [3:30:13] The doctor will in, okay? [3:30:16] Hmm. [3:30:21] Councilor Carly first Yes, early. [3:30:28] The pain. [3:30:29] Commander Beautiful [3:30:33] Yes. [3:30:35] You hear what sometime and we're just not sure this [3:30:38] study life. . [3:30:41] Clearance Street all the time. [3:30:46] Faithfulness to start reading. [3:30:53] Sure. [3:30:56] That council doesn't then 22 questions what he says talks [3:31:01] with easy like river and the nation Like what That [3:31:03] means, , right? ? [3:31:12] Okay, So tell me more. [3:31:16] Batteries. It's not very cute for the second offer. [3:31:20] . Um, , no public [3:31:26] That's not what happened. Theories user? Yes. [3:31:30] So look again, so [3:31:32] That's [3:31:36] That's the group number noon. [3:31:40] Actually, so [3:31:42] Jesus. [3:31:47] Yeah. [3:31:49] So councilors were talking about this for number of years, [3:31:53] so disappointing that we have in their three travel [3:31:57] weeks. We're still doing the renovation upstairs we're talking [3:32:01] about. So what has changed in the last couple [3:32:04] of weeks that all of a sudden we're changing the [3:32:06] course of this aware. . [3:32:11] See your response to this question. So all the [3:32:16] last year and working with securities um [3:32:20] What we stopped and they dedicated their interesting, vibrant. [3:32:23] Even more pictures concerns. There has been some [3:32:28] questions about what [3:32:30] Usability would be much lower than current library where it [3:32:34] is now into that which, basically everything renovated and [3:32:37] address all the characters. Um, call that's it [3:32:40] Conserves. . And what are we doing with [3:32:45] So the opportunity [3:32:49] Really, really like people to fix that they're leaving. [3:32:53] Making more assessable issues with the further feeling is [3:32:57] that the front not the bathroom is not assessable. [3:33:03] There is nothing for very small additional force base. [3:33:07] It's about 900 right now, Um and there was [3:33:11] a British fire and if we were able to securities [3:33:16] additional funds, which are outlined in the sun coming [3:33:18] before [3:33:19] Um, we wait people to them big that building [3:33:22] that wheel of the process. . [3:33:24] Located at the same period, Dealmaker second floor to [3:33:28] making the most progress preparations and we get to space [3:33:31] is updated. . They based on bread isn't suitable. . [3:33:40] Back to you, Um, approval. Dwight, [3:33:44] second. . [3:33:45] The library did say that they utilized. If we [3:33:49] were to renovate this for they have larger meetings meeting. [3:33:56] They could be a universal spaces. If you [3:33:58] pressure [3:34:01] Um, and they were very keen on staying where [3:34:06] they are. That would be there for adoption that [3:34:11] space. Consider during this budget cycle would be get [3:34:18] France. . Terrific people spaces. . [3:34:21] And keep the pureed. [3:34:23] In and out supportive position vibrating patients. Their concerns [3:34:28] were the elevator in the size and configuration about how [3:34:31] they are indisputable. Vibrating, which we are addressing [3:34:34] anything early has a greatness too. . [3:34:37] Right now, this second is it being on the [3:34:40] second floor? They really don't want to be on [3:34:42] the second floor, building their sound for access. [3:34:46] The like the deliverance. It's just the word cover [3:34:53] countries second through [3:34:57] 2000 actually lease where have it in that location where [3:35:03] we currently are. . Ah! ! [3:35:06] So that they also were concerned that we books on [3:35:10] the second did retain and structural engineer and expressed that [3:35:16] week should not be issued. I think your list [3:35:19] of that this fear of that, you know, [3:35:22] like there's an issue the others in the and a [3:35:28] transfer. . [3:35:28] What will be rather than it he posts are still [3:35:32] literally dropped out first four just for being usability. [3:35:37] It's not ideal for them. This is what we [3:35:40] need to so I don't buy any of that. . [3:35:44] In this county people comfortable every year, 16 several [3:35:47] since we started this stretch. . [3:35:49] And I don't think to the county people dictating twice. [3:35:53] . We have a plan. . [3:35:55] Maybe to make that area strive through funding through their [3:35:59] rental, which that Katarina desperately needs income and desperately [3:36:04] needs occupation in terms of how many people in that [3:36:07] building because I building is endangering clothing, , sometimes. . [3:36:12] Alright time. [3:36:13] So to to do this, I think is a [3:36:17] really bad [3:36:18] Decision. [3:36:20] To try and deter what we have been doing is [3:36:23] working on now the last 456 years. . [3:36:27] We have addressed all the concerns before, but the [3:36:29] way of the books elevator more space. Like every [3:36:33] time they present a challenge and a hurdle. We [3:36:36] hope the time and we have spent a lot of [3:36:38] money and [3:36:39] So now when we have the elevator, I think [3:36:41] was going to start. . [3:36:45] Was starting very soon there too close to that day. [3:36:49] . [3:36:49] Like this is to me. This is I just [3:36:52] do not like this one did. . [3:36:54] And for us to go and spend 100 20,000 getting [3:36:57] to do this. It's still maintaining the old building [3:37:00] in the heart to get rid of all buildings. . [3:37:03] To me. This is this is dumb. [3:37:06] What did he even still opportunity to to renovate framework [3:37:10] doctors possible standards and even at the end of the [3:37:13] day, um we would have a building for ground [3:37:16] thing where the current library is. That's not a [3:37:18] suspect, so we will dispose about handsome point future. [3:37:22] . [3:37:24] Was happening, at least where they would meet accessible [3:37:27] mints. Fire Hall Ross when he gets posing, [3:37:29] it's not accessible, either. So again doesn't mean [3:37:32] anything to you, because buildings for sale is, [3:37:35] as is here is [3:37:38] I don't know. So to me, I I'm [3:37:40] not saying this one survivor. . [3:37:44] Stated, so I don't like I don't believe the [3:37:48] county should be undermining US system. . [3:37:50] This is the base space. We have renovating new [3:37:53] space. . [3:37:54] All the challenges we've had overcome, and then let [3:37:57] me say no. We just don't want to do [3:37:58] that. . [3:38:00] Thanks. [3:38:02] County hasn't even this is clients and [3:38:06] So where is the host of [3:38:10] I think this is really [3:38:13] I just wanted to make public comments, uh, [3:38:15] was important Library board also involved with [3:38:19] Conversations stop with this and and I was supportive and [3:38:23] still support of getting information so we can make a [3:38:27] decision to make. . [3:38:29] So it's chicken and egg grants or the existing library. [3:38:35] Will they have? It s okay Large Grant, [3:38:41] , Possibly, , we still haven't said yesterday. . [3:38:45] And that's what I thought. Well, Once. [3:38:46] Once the renovation happens in the center, they can [3:38:49] see how great it is. That first guy envisions [3:38:53] the new space, , see the new space and [3:38:57] Won't be a large arms twisting [3:39:00] But when I was supportive and new hub staff doing [3:39:03] some homework just to this council have two options is [3:39:07] to [3:39:08] What is the best best option? Heard the library [3:39:14] in us. So I was I was aware of [3:39:16] him and support So far, however, do totally [3:39:19] agree that this council West Side [3:39:21] Final destination. [3:39:26] Didn't want to do. The original plan was to [3:39:29] sell the covers or to look at other options. [3:39:35] Biggest biggest thing was to move the library to the [3:39:37] arena because it gave the reason and they wanted more [3:39:40] space. That guy also got his first please for [3:39:45] the library as well as this [3:39:48] So what? [3:39:50] It just keeps making done this mistakes over and over [3:39:53] again. . [3:39:56] And this is just another Just stop. We wanna [3:40:04] wanna be [3:40:06] Try to be positive and friendly. This council table [3:40:10] and migrate don't like the word done. And, [3:40:13] um you know it. Was there An elegy council. [3:40:15] Those big decisions? Um or Miss colleagues through [3:40:18] the last 12 years old? So here are the [3:40:22] decision makers I would say through American. Well, [3:40:27] I I take full responsibility for this because it wasn't [3:40:29] a community to let um, discussion it was looking [3:40:33] for properties to retrofit. . [3:40:36] Lugar already have through potential great really got it sort [3:40:40] of use. The outfit killed two birds with one [3:40:43] stone and then also the renovate and have a voting [3:40:45] purposes. Center. So I think full responsibility that [3:40:49] wasn't actually. Really, um, let request. [3:40:53] It was more you know, dressing counties issues and [3:40:57] trying to make our space accessible, invisible that was [3:41:00] integrated. We also have the school patients faced with [3:41:05] help. . [3:41:05] We're ready, Distracted for for [3:41:09] You counsel. It's important for people to be interviewed [3:41:12] departments spinning which is underutilized. Now I felt what [3:41:15] we track up there and then I believe we can [3:41:20] do all of this under France. If if we [3:41:23] can't. Well, then we're back to agree doing [3:41:26] location right now, , visibly financially. . [3:41:30] Business. [3:41:32] Take the home boxes other than it's all of a [3:41:35] sudden floor. . [3:41:38] Every day. [3:41:40] Council. Uh, [3:41:42] Your child that help sustain actor So I was kind [3:41:45] of building this to this afternoon. . Asian's [3:41:54] Uh, busy is a budget right around topics so [3:41:57] around [3:42:00] Thank you guys. More of it. [3:42:03] Following decisions will happen to X afternoon and that decision [3:42:06] will be [3:42:08] Back. Okay, So would you like to like [3:42:12] to save save this afternoon or something to support? [3:42:15] Um [3:42:18] Yeah, there. [3:42:20] Okay. I think it was marking up question before [3:42:24] we cut the, uh um, building that's people. [3:42:32] . [3:42:36] For [3:42:46] Mom. It's been saying we're looking new for the [3:42:51] This year. Yeah. [3:42:55] Anyone in? Yes, Yes, that right now. [3:43:00] . [3:43:04] Precision. [3:43:08] I'm sorry for better. [3:43:12] Let's just say that very avalanche. [3:43:14] Two minutes. Just two questions first with the library. [3:43:18] . [3:43:19] The library words talking out of both sides. Asia [3:43:23] First of all, they say they want more space. [3:43:25] . [3:43:26] And [3:43:28] They say they're they want that building a [3:43:32] Successful to Darwin accessible mint washer that's going to take [3:43:37] space away from them. . I think [3:43:39] I'm wrong, but I didn't renovated site and make [3:43:42] the Washington stuff don't think Let's fix or not fix [3:43:46] recently. . [3:43:47] That's just my comment. [3:43:49] And secondly, Carly, um, on recreation and [3:43:53] culture that we're gonna we're gonna disturb the upgrades. [3:43:57] The Chesley pool models, Okay, and, uh, [3:44:01] , [3:44:02] Sarah Fuller Accessibility. Um [3:44:07] No health and safety people. Really. Avery, [3:44:11] watch this. . [3:44:12] To start the [3:44:14] For their operations. Yes. [3:44:18] Oh, [3:44:19] Yeah. [3:44:20] Yeah. [3:44:21] It's not [3:44:22] Hello, people. [3:44:24] So what do you choose? [3:44:27] In both places. [3:44:28] Oh, yeah, It's not the ideal scenario. [3:44:31] What is it? ? [3:44:33] Okay? [3:44:38] Come together with the Chesley electronic sign. What happened [3:44:43] there? Why would we place so that is the [3:44:46] last case where [3:44:49] I believe this. [3:44:52] So which [3:44:57] Isn't currently not stay connected to whatever. [3:45:02] See [3:45:02] Trying to the girl. Well, I That's right [3:45:06] with it because just actually replaced but sober, working [3:45:14] interest. . [3:45:16] Be better than I can't eat. Yes, fixed. [3:45:19] . [3:45:21] Yes. [3:45:22] How old is that? Some very oldest years didn't [3:45:31] You. [3:45:35] Questions back to you, Tracy. [3:45:39] Continuing through our age 2029 starts into the reserves. [3:45:46] Page one has an updated church that you saw. [3:45:51] Address, so I just highlighted where we see strangers. [3:45:56] . Um only innocent transport result. . [3:45:59] Really? [3:46:02] At night. So that includes the 22 6 15, [3:46:05] which was balancing episode plus reserves development budget adjustment. [3:46:11] And then then there was just a slight adjustment [3:46:14] through the euro, which is $230, which is [3:46:17] my water services is reflected there. But then 297,000 [3:46:23] is the reduction that we put in in that transferred [3:46:26] to capital. . [3:46:28] So now that's been reduced with the couple projects ever [3:46:33] so [3:46:35] It shows that we start the year and just literally [3:46:38] at municipal services, almost $8.5 million in our reserves. [3:46:44] . [3:46:45] Take some money out for operating and transfer money in [3:46:49] as part of our operating budget for net increase of [3:46:52] looked like five million and then with the capital initiatives [3:46:56] that have been identified and there's a $3 billion [3:47:00] The land at 6.9 Million proposed to be in our [3:47:05] research. . [3:47:08] That's right. [3:47:09] The positive to use 317,000 from emergency draft. [3:47:14] Actually. [3:47:17] Could I [3:47:18] That's [3:47:20] Cover Steve that have changed in the reserves. [3:47:26] It's really just wrapping up there. [3:47:28] Most important [3:47:32] We ended up with 2023 budget is the same recent [3:47:35] form $56,000 on our lucky with the tax rate increased [3:47:40] by 6%. . [3:47:42] Axel endorses Version three has presented today. [3:47:48] And one thing that I did that There was some [3:47:51] general discussion at the last being about you know, [3:47:54] where does our tax rate land and relation to what [3:47:58] else is out and reimbursed me went on to after [3:48:05] And provided just the fact room inspiration on page 1 [3:48:08] 53 of your pocket, and it just takes a [3:48:12] look at, um immediate or difficult single family home [3:48:17] and gives you action Parador. . [3:48:19] Looking at 20. [3:48:22] Just so that you can see our tax rate versus [3:48:25] uh, assessment. So if you look at Bruce [3:48:28] County and total they're saying a single family home for [3:48:32] Oliver's, Carol, because 200 like 4000, you [3:48:35] look good and we stand in relation to that, [3:48:38] as I have worked with 176,000, and you could [3:48:41] always high as too many. . [3:48:43] Er 93 preparing this document short. [3:48:47] And that's just looking at the 2022 of the assessment, [3:48:50] which is the same as 2021. Because this [3:48:53] is students that there's been no property and don't have [3:48:56] the traded in the market value assessment. We're still [3:48:59] waiting. . Don't win that's going to come. . [3:49:02] But then it also just shows you the dollar change [3:49:06] tax rates, you privacy and 2022. We don't [3:49:11] have all the [3:49:14] That were like that 0.79 which generates $1,380,000 per 100,000 [3:49:22] and assessment. How do I make this? The [3:49:25] last column looks at what is a property or even [3:49:29] across each of these. Alright Venus colleagues, diverse [3:49:33] counting. . [3:49:35] Based on every $100,000 of the assessment. So we're [3:49:38] we're 1 $1582. Then he could be as well. [3:49:43] If you can parents in the north there at [3:49:45] this 2003, and then again, they could be [3:49:48] as high as 1482. . You're living frosted. . [3:49:53] This was my interpretation of where I thought it might [3:49:55] be looking at what he asked a question about where [3:49:57] it is. Our tax rates sit in relation to [3:50:01] municipalities process. . [3:50:08] Crazy questions for Tracy. [3:50:10] Hmm. [3:50:17] Um [3:50:19] This is necessary here. Could you help me out? [3:50:22] ? Um ah. . [3:50:25] Fridge is how much money you put into Sterns have [3:50:30] a number of 392 that we're taking out bridges. . [3:50:35] Transfer annually about 100 90 number 81 summer and then [3:50:42] is there. There's also um page 1 32. [3:50:48] There's a number of [3:50:50] 1 57. [3:50:53] 400 is [3:50:56] Okay. 1 50 will show you the transfer to [3:50:59] reserves of schedule. Two breaks down all of our [3:51:03] offering credit, , industrial and super and water. . [3:51:10] And trust schedule after three and more than 50, [3:51:13] where it shows you the money that's coming out of [3:51:14] each other reserves, so you'll see the 100 morning [3:51:18] going in for bridges. . [3:51:21] Reserved from bridges. We have [3:51:25] 392,020 out, and that's the music cheese Water bridge. [3:51:30] . [3:51:31] Yeah, and Turk rich as [3:51:35] 222 that was just wrapping up carry forward. [3:51:41] Mm hmm. [3:51:43] Okay? And then [3:51:46] There's not a 50,000 in week 128 from the out [3:51:52] of the fridge of reserve. . [3:51:55] T one Ross Street Bridge. [3:51:59] So I think end of 2020. Really? We [3:52:01] won't have 61,000 in the bridge. . [3:52:06] Seven. [3:52:09] Where I'm going with this line of questioning is questioning [3:52:13] or laundering it. This council shouldn't be increasing that [3:52:17] 20,000 based on smarting expensive workers would be and if [3:52:27] Possibly [3:52:28] Thank you. [3:52:30] More money than or [3:52:36] Just loving it. [3:52:41] That's right. 120 doesn't feel like enough. [3:52:45] Because some big asks small. [3:52:51] Observation trees here and I think that question was well [3:52:55] with the idea that we need [3:52:56] Keep Reserva policy. What is our threshold or building [3:53:01] to a little tighter Capital plan? I think from [3:53:05] that we'll see we've got our working capital. So [3:53:09] historically, what's been Donna's congratulated to put over money [3:53:11] into reserves. Take it out for capital and a [3:53:14] nice smooth if something goes negative to say the bridge [3:53:17] reserved by negative [3:53:18] Then it's an allocation within the year from the working [3:53:21] capital line, So I think we need to work. [3:53:24] It really need 2.6 million in our working capital [3:53:28] reserve that's overstated that we really need to avoid it [3:53:31] down to the reserves weapon with the threshold that we're [3:53:34] kind of conquest or do we need, you know [3:53:37] we have 100 and 60,000. . [3:53:40] But there's 160,001. [3:53:42] So once our offer that we want to have [3:53:44] Yeah, be able to cope forever Winner preserved in [3:53:48] the effect that it's a heavy snowfall. That beautiful [3:53:50] predict. You know, it's different than what were [3:53:52] historically seeing. . [3:53:55] So I think looking at what's the right number of [3:53:57] bridges looks at each line of skin 1, 47 [3:54:02] and 13. . [3:54:05] Come reserved policy inspections. [3:54:10] Yeah. [3:54:12] Um [3:54:15] I promised him two of its 12 30, obviously [3:54:19] really important, Um, reason motion here that states [3:54:24] towards the third draft 2020 operating capital budget presentation of [3:54:29] meetings scheduled Wednesday, Pepperidge 2nd 300 staff for the [3:54:34] final budget corresponding tax rate. . [3:54:37] I lost everything. My seven [3:54:39] Thanks for the three [3:54:41] So, um, just [3:54:44] Policy ideas. I love here. Um Members of [3:54:48] council want to make adjustments to this today or hear [3:54:53] from the public? ? [3:54:55] Make adjustments at our next meeting. [3:54:59] Like so [3:55:00] So I still have some questions there somewhere operating costs [3:55:03] that like to ask, , trust something. . [3:55:07] Yeah, So then [3:55:11] Keep going, or we break for lunch and then [3:55:13] pick the stag up at one o'clock. Yeah. [3:55:16] Is that okay, , folks? ? [3:55:19] Because there's a couple questions Good. Okay, questions [3:55:22] so [3:55:24] Is that, okay? That's positive. Justin on. [3:55:28] Uh oh. Pause that, um alright. [3:55:34] Absolutely more questions that much Okay? ? [3:55:39] 43 inches very easy. [3:55:43] Doctor, one [3:55:46] Are on recess for lunch. Hmm. [4:23:48] Whatever. [4:23:51] Hmm. Okay. [4:23:59] Yes. [4:24:01] Okay? [4:24:04] Welcome Everybody back up. Could lunch break or so [4:24:07] full And we are right in the middle of 13 [4:24:10] 11. Sorry. We're right in the middle of [4:24:13] 13 to 1 2023 the operating capital budget. We've [4:24:19] over most of the report questions and Tracy, did [4:24:24] you want to highlight anything before we get into more [4:24:26] questions? Are we back to questions were difficult Questions. [4:24:31] . Okay? ? Right before the break of council doesn't [4:24:33] Upstairs question or two, so [4:24:36] Fire away. Um, um, a couple of [4:24:39] different things. Um, one I got. I [4:24:42] got Tracy to figure out what our actual real tax [4:24:44] increases between over expenditures course of the year. So [4:24:49] we're down 1.5 million on our reserves. Physical services [4:24:53] only. . Yeah, , so that [4:24:57] Or are 6% that we're now jumped into after charge [4:25:02] if we would live in that 1.5 million, So [4:25:05] by the end of the year where this huge positions [4:25:07] we were the first of the year, we're looking [4:25:09] at a tax break increase of 34 hours. . [4:25:13] To get us in the same space just to put [4:25:15] this all reality. . [4:25:18] How much of that? How many dollars before Siniora. [4:25:20] . [4:25:22] Yeah, I know. I didn't like this with [4:25:24] that makes a lot of questions work at that, [4:25:28] Um, one more thing that I wanted to bring [4:25:31] up with this. I like to get an actual [4:25:35] general ledger like we used to do so you can [4:25:38] see it all different coins, , every department. . [4:25:42] Let me speak system. [4:25:48] So then each department I chose you. What The [4:25:50] income is expenses is in line by line to me [4:25:53] can see every every sentence going 360 pages for [4:26:04] And like not to be there for the answer. [4:26:10] And the third thing that I wanted to ask you [4:26:11] bring up the innovative council. $20,000 never really made [4:26:17] a decision that we've never actually hold it up. [4:26:21] Now we just became the give it I'm going to [4:26:23] a student. . That cost is in our [4:26:27] Operating yes to to do that. [4:26:30] But I do want to express that. Actually, [4:26:34] something that attacked is I'm not so sure the importance [4:26:37] of the member of that organization and again I am [4:26:40] part creating the same thing every time you have to [4:26:42] stay with us. We have to see money. [4:26:44] We have to just do the bare necessities in some [4:26:47] places and places we got it identified wants for the [4:26:50] needs to me. This is one of those small [4:26:52] not necessarily believe. . [4:26:54] Tell. Yeah, probably. I would like this [4:26:58] to have a conversation about that is making this the [4:27:01] first time. It wasn't a promise. We're gonna [4:27:03] have some tough cost reductions. Cost savings are gonna [4:27:06] figure out ways And to the best of my knowledge. [4:27:09] . We have said anything anything. . [4:27:12] So they're in for only essence full again for another [4:27:14] 60,000 taxpayers money and I really think we should seriously [4:27:19] will have a conversation. . [4:27:23] Okay, I'll of text Bruce County Perspective. See? [4:27:29] So that might see how that three or questioners [4:27:31] counties 50,003 years discussion about whether to continue one, [4:27:38] Uh, , decision was made that this year [4:27:42] Who's got a supporter 50,000 anticipated longer support. So [4:27:52] was well documentary three years, one year and then [4:27:55] Bruce County stop is also trying to, uh they [4:28:00] want to see source there. . Sure. . [4:28:03] Yeah. [4:28:04] Somewhere else, not from the [4:28:07] Taxpayer. [4:28:08] So there is there is a movement. [4:28:11] Parent that I have also heard a couple of these [4:28:14] mirrors that look at it through through budget that they [4:28:18] may not perceive last time concrete context to it that [4:28:24] there's also other conversations out. . [4:28:29] I do think everyone stopped really busy and they can't [4:28:33] get into the joint flower to the efforts that they [4:28:35] might see is [4:28:37] Doing work on them. But that [4:28:41] Chris. Some of those efforts that I see is [4:28:43] doing right now, about this as much as small [4:28:47] as well. . [4:28:51] Yeah, definitely. It's council. He decided we're [4:28:53] going to proceed with that. So I'm not gonna [4:28:56] tell ya. I'm not sure I want to perceive [4:28:59] that or not, , but [4:29:01] So [4:29:01] But other members, Okay, Um, I think [4:29:05] there was here in December elevation presented to this council. [4:29:11] . But do, , um [4:29:15] Yes, Right now. It's good times. Anything [4:29:18] Asian. That's okay. Deputy Air. Okay, [4:29:23] I would challenge the new value received from it or [4:29:29] covered their detail and worked on some of the curious [4:29:34] initiatives that potentially safe account. . [4:29:39] Knows move it, But I think I can see [4:29:42] that's important related to the I team work that was [4:29:45] done, um, to be able to increase the [4:29:48] security team works in time. . [4:29:54] Also various comments. [4:29:59] Girl candidates have been desire for and Christian placement people [4:30:06] career in the vacant they want to come much working [4:30:10] and able to be a great place to work and [4:30:14] benefits, , but a charge of four [4:30:17] But being able to access that, um that information [4:30:25] your job descriptions and [4:30:27] Types of things that we keep. [4:30:32] First just quite a bit about well. [4:30:36] So working together into the same state money versus trying [4:30:43] to do everything [4:30:48] There's some initiatives that sounds like already going forward. [4:30:53] I certainly like just any things that you that counts [4:30:59] for word crazy. . [4:31:02] The statement that got a lot of attention. Like [4:31:05] One water. [4:31:08] But I think it's just murder beach. Thank you. [4:31:11] Yeah, making sure people around. Yeah, [4:31:15] maybe not as sure. . But [4:31:20] Hmm. Good to see that succession planning is also [4:31:23] wondering Earth. I think that become more and more. [4:31:28] . [4:31:31] And something that's problems. Side desks is love, [4:31:36] two cents. . [4:31:38] Yeah. Members of Council Council staff. Um, [4:31:42] of course not. I missed that meeting presentation That [4:31:45] was [4:31:47] First meeting over here's your, I think. [4:31:50] I missed that. Like when I listened to this [4:31:53] and Bruce County is taking a hard look at [4:32:00] Municipalities are, um and with the state of our [4:32:04] budget, every dollar that's very really believe that, [4:32:10] um what did you What did you tell us? [4:32:12] We're going to take from reserves 1.3. . [4:32:17] What was in that 1.5. [4:32:22] Why so? [4:32:24] That's dangerous. [4:32:26] And, um [4:32:29] I just think I know the importance of write that [4:32:34] stuff. . [4:32:36] But I think that this kind can always go back [4:32:38] into it can be not. . [4:32:41] We often go to Rio ever like me score. [4:32:47] I don't know that answer to see question the first [4:32:56] story in there considering joining now, so I think [4:32:59] to the answer is you You know any back it, [4:33:02] , so I think [4:33:05] It's not there. [4:33:08] Just add [4:33:09] Almost 29. There is a working session with all [4:33:13] of the see to look at sort of quarters that [4:33:17] stinking, especially identifying what special projects this year structure [4:33:24] at South and then shared service. What shared services [4:33:28] Department there that we could share village each other shortly [4:33:31] through. . [4:33:32] Yes, Carry and then having me have a unified [4:33:37] advocacy was similar issues like if we have issues with [4:33:41] nursing shortage, haven't we haven't unified approaching mastery? [4:33:46] So I mean, those four pillars. Quite what? [4:33:49] Our richest work working session 29. I have [4:33:54] had suspect conversations with their [4:33:57] The Seattle with Kelly, Um, just about funding [4:34:00] for this kind of just disconcerting about all going funny. [4:34:05] Um, he's also on the same thinking that [4:34:09] it's caught has to be causing all of these initiatives [4:34:12] back to work at Nolan's. . [4:34:14] Insurance services that will cost savings to this looking at [4:34:19] secession Plans City we shared where we may need an [4:34:24] arborist and there's one arborist in speaking. How can [4:34:27] we all share that morning when we need those resources? [4:34:30] ? Things like that? ? [4:34:33] All have more information should be pursued this for the [4:34:36] year after the 29th of March. That's when we [4:34:40] will be adults. Flying was projects freedoms by shaking [4:34:46] like this shirt. . [4:34:48] Much. [4:34:50] Thank you. Glad table. Uh, [4:34:55] Do you understand me? That first year nothing story [4:35:06] college now. . [4:35:08] Not here anyways. [4:35:11] Have we seen over the three years? [4:35:14] By physical. You see it there actually, being [4:35:18] a bit productive, like kind of lost the first [4:35:21] couple of years. They're still trying to fulfill my [4:35:26] perspective. One wisdom portal for HR material, So [4:35:31] we're sharing information. Could we have done that without [4:35:33] this group? ? Probably, , but [4:35:36] I think having someone will back together that we did [4:35:40] subjects worker base like method data and mapping that you [4:35:43] would you help everyone in the county? Yes. [4:35:49] And then identifying our I T State of affairs. [4:35:54] That was beneficial because I think we could demonstrate just [4:35:56] what we needed to do that then. . [4:35:58] To, uh, maybe to a shared service model. [4:36:02] . [4:36:02] World right cheek like maybe that's still open, so [4:36:05] I think [4:36:07] No, There was some benefit last year. Um [4:36:10] and I was hoping that through these four colors, [4:36:13] we could have some concrete projects word for this year. [4:36:18] . [4:36:19] Yeah, I think that we're getting more and more [4:36:22] Concerned. I think everyone I know, um more [4:36:25] than respondents when they were in the meeting last week. [4:36:28] They were really concerned that these projects because savings [4:36:32] and they were in the same way you probably ourselves [4:36:35] and what probably the most kids are in and the [4:36:38] county. Obviously, um, you know, rather [4:36:42] than it's not just innovative ideas, which are fantastic. [4:36:45] . That's where your fish [4:36:46] Having innovative solutions to basketball. We can't get that [4:36:49] straight. But if they are cost savings to share, [4:36:52] , I would I have conservative as well. . [4:36:56] Hmm. Beautiful first opportunity for counselor better because I'd [4:37:00] like to everyone's opinion as regards to the direction or [4:37:04] initial thoughts like this isn't a decision at this moment. [4:37:07] Yes, like really good for myself. Fine, [4:37:11] most. That's so okay. And that's thank [4:37:20] you for letting [4:37:20] Stop. [4:37:22] Some of the things that has been discussed mentioned our [4:37:26] services that are weakened choir from other sources very easily. [4:37:31] In fact, some of that definitely we used [4:37:34] to work with very expensive great 20 fish into this [4:37:42] just down the next day. . [4:37:46] Okay, so because they're doing something specialized stuff That [4:37:51] doesn't mean that they only need to do this stuff [4:37:53] like they're just people providing services chosen to be associative, [4:37:57] , therefore gets [4:38:00] $20,000 a year. He didn't [4:38:04] Find or you get a need for some of the [4:38:06] stuff we had hired this down the individual basis so [4:38:08] called [4:38:12] Do a job description things. [4:38:15] So [4:38:16] I'm not saying we don't do great work. [4:38:18] Eisen ratepayers as a counselor islands. [4:38:21] Capital savings. And maybe that's because I understand. [4:38:25] I haven't heard of always, but I have not [4:38:28] having stops that status system that's not happening. So [4:38:34] I [4:38:36] Value here understand seeing this as a council [4:38:41] Back. [4:38:43] Questions, comments. [4:38:48] What about [4:38:49] But starting this until our next meeting here and then [4:38:54] we decided that council and it's an opportunity to review [4:38:58] the December meeting as well that information or could send [4:39:03] that to us marrying him. I was just gonna [4:39:05] say to point we can send out some additional information [4:39:10] like the history. They've actually shared some stuff through [4:39:13] this one guy. . [4:39:13] I worked on the screen colors so I can pull [4:39:16] all that material regulars at all T two groups. . [4:39:20] So will simulate what is your own any Because you're [4:39:23] that you're are represented missing? ? [4:39:25] I mean, what do you say? So, [4:39:27] if you're saying that, Yes. I really think [4:39:29] we should be part of this for another year to [4:39:33] take you with these five. What you're saying if [4:39:37] you are there and point [4:39:41] Through. The ideas are disgusting. You're not going [4:39:43] to actually happens. Then you're trying diverse, pensive [4:39:46] girls. . [4:39:48] I wish that this working session was sooner than actually [4:39:51] doing. I think I feel more comfortable when you [4:39:53] were ushered in the sheriff. . [4:39:55] And then I would have to [4:39:59] Much stronger than you. And I think we're gonna [4:40:00] get something tangible in this, uh, because you [4:40:04] know, there's each of us that at that meeting [4:40:06] with [4:40:06] Say, you know, and I t shirt services. [4:40:10] What We're after I get folded out, and [4:40:12] it's a bunch of innovative ideas like Smart Beach, [4:40:15] which all wonderful, but they have no hair and [4:40:17] oversleep like direct impact. . [4:40:20] Uh, I haven't worked pleasures between announced that I [4:40:24] was able to be much more educated. Is this [4:40:27] going to give us a big, um, always [4:40:31] say is there's three people on the eighth. They [4:40:33] were all in agreement. . [4:40:34] These initiatives for 23 has to be cause it is [4:40:38] so I'm hoping that that $20,000 on the unit Gator [4:40:41] $20,000. . [4:40:44] But it's not just we put in the but what [4:40:46] are we gonna get turned to [4:40:49] Okay, So why is this means related to budget [4:40:52] season like you think this is something what I do [4:40:55] before? ? What is precise. . [4:40:56] You know? [4:40:59] That's my question. [4:41:01] I could. I could see if I could try [4:41:03] to get something for next budget meetings. . Uh, , [4:41:07] If you read that with me than what I can [4:41:09] do is I can hold together the material and share [4:41:12] counsel's get some kind of working session for our next [4:41:16] budget. . [4:41:18] It's true that it's not me, but I'm just [4:41:20] saying that if these the innovative and really wanted to [4:41:23] be corporate, why don't they have this all seven [4:41:26] prior to the bigness decisions Because to me, it's [4:41:29] a become a member should convince. Steve Blake still [4:41:32] comes first chicken or the egg Horse of the card [4:41:35] language. It's because I think now they have seven [4:41:37] people. . All the other parties are all committed to [4:41:42] One except the county just walked into one of the [4:41:47] nurse. Three like you find so they probably people [4:41:53] already received anything. . [4:41:56] Mhm, but [4:42:01] Two other laws and we got in this house. [4:42:04] We could ask them to give me years. Another [4:42:07] stop. After this. I have to confirm that [4:42:10] it's pretty good. . Pretty good years advanced. . [4:42:16] Rob [4:42:18] I [4:42:20] Yeah, I'll have to check that these, uh, [4:42:24] visit you The fact that we were utility route [4:42:29] You know it, didn't it didn't. It wasn't [4:42:31] that didn't happen the issue to them, But let [4:42:34] me a have the stay in this year to be [4:42:37] about you. Yeah. No, I Okay. [4:42:41] Thank you. Yes. Yeah. This council that [4:42:46] you're afraid of [4:42:47] Something similar discourage of transit. [4:42:53] Could be the We'll get more information and thank you. [4:42:56] . [4:42:57] You got on the West. [4:42:58] Oh, [4:42:59] Um, we're done with this topic. [4:43:03] The A couple of questions questions, too. So [4:43:08] back to [4:43:10] Uh, [4:43:12] Discussion on the actual roots in percentage or another question. [4:43:18] I wanted to to find out and get a [4:43:21] report on. How much do we spend on computers [4:43:25] In terms of license? You didn't end of war [4:43:29] updates and [4:43:32] Costs associated with tech support and things like that. [4:43:36] I'm gonna have to intercept this before Tracy, raise [4:43:39] it down Crazy. Is this just like a general [4:43:42] anything five hours easier. . [4:43:46] It's a major thing that answering them [4:43:48] I want to make sure all counselor asking for things. [4:43:52] And I would say it's ryr with our production [4:43:58] question software as you build your credit lines and your [4:44:00] details, all of them. So, um, [4:44:04] we could probably pull something together. I can tell [4:44:06] you right now what we budgeted for software like [4:44:10] Under just general government. But it may be more [4:44:13] informative reports together saying what we have to make sure [4:44:16] it got a call different departments because each department that [4:44:19] has software has their own software lists, so we'll [4:44:23] be able to high alright. . [4:44:26] The extra package. Other I T service contract that [4:44:29] we can do is stand next, So I'm going [4:44:31] to read the details forward coverage themselves. . [4:44:34] Right. Okay, um [4:44:43] You don't want too many details to exposure results to, [4:44:46] , uh [4:44:47] Two. [4:44:52] I don't think there was a risk in need for [4:44:55] better names. Just talk about the software in the [4:44:57] president and speak to exactly [4:45:02] And that's whatever [4:45:03] Okay. Other opportunities. More questions. [4:45:11] Maybe they're just wanted to confirm Bead. Um [4:45:16] Everything. [4:45:18] Capital. [4:45:22] Fire protection Chief chairman Hat [4:45:27] Is born vehicle That's [4:45:31] Nice. [4:45:32] After the last media and spread across the allocated [4:45:41] Yes, yes. [4:45:46] And so the follow up question is that he used [4:45:48] to know. . [4:45:51] Sure, Yes. So I would certainly say it's [4:45:55] It's definitely need call processing. . [4:46:03] The best also monitoring that's showing affection. Waiters are [4:46:10] Different disciplines people being sent away to different schools just [4:46:13] with the that's that's that's customers. Most of the [4:46:19] truckers have been a little after out, sitting in [4:46:21] chairs can be used for [4:46:24] And whether it's not collected most of the last seniors [4:46:26] right now guys home, , depending on other grounds. . [4:46:34] The inside and terror. Sit outside. Don't remember [4:46:38] any success. . [4:46:42] So I have a concern that [4:46:45] Two million per fire hall actually be more of [4:46:49] Because of the factors affecting instruction. [4:46:53] Yeah. Maybe we faced the tough decision next year. [4:46:58] Dude number will wish that were you know something? [4:47:02] ? You're [4:47:04] Just put it off for years. So I have [4:47:07] a chair of concern that [4:47:10] TV truck comes up. Oh, just put it [4:47:14] on. . [4:47:15] Display. I'm not debating any of the points of [4:47:18] view. . [4:47:19] To me. [4:47:21] I'm just wondering like if it's you know, try [4:47:24] to [4:47:25] I get the whole of any [4:47:27] Almost at all costs, because that's the most important [4:47:30] thing right now. And then. Yeah, legislator, [4:47:34] certainly one of your things people have got to [4:47:36] keep it costing down and whether we can through this [4:47:39] bomb talking about trouble purchasing years trucks keep your costs [4:47:43] down. . Um, , but certainly [4:47:49] Cuter. [4:47:51] During the daytime members. [4:47:56] Public best, not myself. [4:47:59] Hmm. [4:48:00] Exactly Think Counselor better out of program first and then [4:48:03] cancel W [4:48:07] It's tough decision, right? [4:48:08] Login city by all you need to cut somewhere like [4:48:12] study expensive. . [4:48:15] Discussed some other issues like some other possible cost savings [4:48:19] with regards to personnel. . Maybe [4:48:24] John [4:48:27] Brady. [4:48:29] I get to do this, but I also see [4:48:33] that to run your own vehicle. . [4:48:38] Course. [4:48:41] If it makes tough decisions. I think councilor so [4:48:45] why can't we like share? Some vehicles got several [4:48:49] sitting in the parking lot. So at lunchtime today, [4:48:51] like why can't use grab Scott's chart? The [4:48:56] Bible's [4:48:58] Whatever other vehicles were sitting around with their announced he [4:49:01] had his inside. I don't understand why we department [4:49:06] continues trial, , I realized how many people someplace where [4:49:11] The same time. [4:49:12] There's gotta be enough for the posting transport culture analyst [4:49:16] business hours today. . [4:49:19] So stop first your hands up. Come out of [4:49:22] that. So today, for example, off started [4:49:26] company drug here, Uh, my because we have [4:49:32] that usually start here. . Actually, , that is [4:49:37] So, uh, [4:49:39] Steve has in the past. Speaking to that device [4:49:43] style, reward your football down the speed that referee's [4:49:48] vehicles Steve Stuff car for [4:49:55] He tried it. Sure. All right. That's [4:49:58] correct. Yes, So certainly, whenever you know [4:50:02] I have seen the need, but God necessarily training [4:50:07] yourself. Eliminating this to catch up. Lighten scar. [4:50:09] Um, but again with the branches because we [4:50:12] don't want this profession's [4:50:16] Another moving up terrorists. That's your partner's still basis. [4:50:22] . [4:50:23] Yeah. [4:50:27] Say ah, Any other discussion Council staff? Try. [4:50:32] I know that Stevie's, but I went over [4:50:35] that truck reported. . Scott has these [4:50:39] We have an awful lot of trunks. [4:50:41] I really question [4:50:43] Whether our chief building inspiring truck No. Is it [4:50:48] radio like 1800, kilometers and that truck last year? [4:50:52] ? [4:50:52] Yes, well liked in the mouth. Here's around [4:50:58] like Indian 100 questions. I can't hear that. [4:51:02] Well, , it's in the report of it. . [4:51:06] All right. Well, listen, This truck sits [4:51:08] in your sight, but not awful lot of time. [4:51:10] Should this be discussed now? Oh, girl [4:51:15] dot but, , uh, , [4:51:18] I get it now? No, like, um [4:51:22] I say we should discuss that. That's alright. [4:51:23] That's okay. So but but we can stay with [4:51:28] it is that $1800? ? [4:51:30] So we are. We should get out of aeration [4:51:32] like primitive. I'm pretty confident and I can't see [4:51:37] a truck sitting [4:51:39] Vital. [4:51:41] Are you? Steve would put more more wealth than [4:51:44] that, I think. Is it possible that I [4:51:46] mean the thing is just travel. . [4:51:48] Every station's exactly trading exactly block. So why is [4:51:56] everybody so, uh, deals Very quickly. Uh, [4:52:01] you look 2020 Mileage CBO Dodge Ram 14,000 Now [4:52:10] by 15 61 and I believe guys just years [4:52:15] Downtown, the back of our area, So it's [4:52:17] putting in 14 collar's okay, That's correct. I'm [4:52:21] sorry. . [4:52:23] Um [4:52:26] I still question whether he needs to attract [4:52:28] Um [4:52:30] I know this was discussed my last for around [4:52:36] Let's try [4:52:38] So are we. I guess I guess with my [4:52:41] miles long [4:52:43] So that's the big thing that I can do more [4:52:46] and I'm gonna order for, , um [4:52:53] Why don't you get into that report? That's alright. [4:52:55] . Review council side. . Um [4:52:58] Let me just check something. [4:53:02] One second 50. [4:53:09] But right starts report to go ahead, player Carry [4:53:16] on, , That's okay. . [4:53:20] Really questions. [4:53:23] Great to see you. [4:53:26] Here. [4:53:30] So, yes. Okay. Question but more common, [4:53:35] um so just talking with some folks that two [4:53:42] additional marriage like the rest of us. . [4:53:46] Tracy. [4:53:49] Hmm. Trying to make stuff. Yeah. Um, [4:53:53] , And that's realizing these are last year's numbers as [4:54:00] Thursday. Character. Other folks are band lot of [4:54:05] people seem to be around Second percent so realized trip [4:54:09] have to calculate their [4:54:12] Thanks. Okay, but, um [4:54:15] Appreciate anything. Inflation was 7% last year, too, [4:54:19] and that the marriage comment. I'm I'm comfortable [4:54:25] with. This is the budget that goes forth for [4:54:26] public, , but I do want it. . [4:54:28] Guess. What note there first. [4:54:31] Place that we can put back into the bridge reserved, [4:54:35] and that brings us up to increase of 7%. [4:54:39] . [4:54:42] In, um [4:54:44] It's hot, trying to [4:54:47] Better to keep up with inflections and let yourself get [4:54:50] mind and me. We know we're going to need [4:54:52] that money that [4:54:57] I realize everybody is definitely increased this conference Now I [4:55:02] do worry a little bit, , but it's a lot [4:55:05] Lot of keeping up with inflation. That's just yourselves [4:55:11] European supporter of taxation policies as well. . [4:55:19] Respect to say that [4:55:21] Yeah. Thank you for that. [4:55:24] Yeah, well, I'll say that about the same [4:55:29] stuff that reserve is really low compared to the needs [4:55:33] of the reserve. . Uh, , [4:55:37] 1 22 way into that reserve should sure increased short [4:55:43] term for this upcoming here. . [4:55:45] 100% of taxation. Seven more, however, this [4:55:50] council lands but I think the idea that I would [4:55:54] Support. [4:55:58] But all he did to this [4:55:59] Cute. We're gonna have a meeting with our problem. [4:56:02] . [4:56:02] Oh, [4:56:04] Ideas from that meeting so that I agreed this motion. [4:56:09] . [4:56:09] Uh huh. [4:56:10] Degrees. You know, Final decisions. Our next [4:56:13] meeting in 27. . [4:56:14] Brands. We still have the balls in the air. [4:56:18] . The land I see We're gonna land for [4:56:21] So other decisions on the 27. Is it still [4:56:26] an opportunity for us to make or changes or six [4:56:29] changes or or we can take a walk you want [4:56:33] so [4:56:34] It's not exactly lactation is [4:56:36] That we're still working hard. [4:56:40] We're out stops knobbing 1% increases about 68,000. [4:56:49] And the second thing is we know where the county [4:56:52] is sure yet as to whether actual at 6% how [4:56:56] much [4:57:00] Correct. [4:57:05] Stuff anyway. [4:57:07] So how is that? How does that translate the [4:57:10] dollar's types? ? [4:57:15] Right? Hmm. Hmm. [4:57:24] Okay. What do you still want? Whatever remaining [4:57:27] because the last time we were percent? Yeah, [4:57:30] so number was 791. . [4:57:34] We just got through with this. Just start. [4:57:40] So I think I think you'd be pretty safe on [4:57:43] that 7917 something you need today or something for next [4:57:47] week. Just we need to know exactly how much [4:57:50] of a lady in the day that's not what I [4:57:52] rate increases is how much more he does. People [4:57:56] watching, you know bigger checks. How much more [4:58:00] if they're writing an extra $125 per $100 125 dollars. [4:58:04] . [4:58:04] Well, this county has $250 and that's a that's [4:58:07] a major hit. . [4:58:10] So we need to need to talk real numbers here [4:58:14] and the 1% that when you say more money than [4:58:16] the British Circle, , I couldn't agree more. . [4:58:19] What are you thinking? [4:58:21] Well, I was I was almost on the congressional [4:58:23] 55,000% Taxation 50 something else because I wasn't there, [4:58:29] so I was like 15 to $60,000 more. . [4:58:35] Thank you. So I would tell him to stop [4:58:38] Find out, , of course. . [4:58:42] You just had 6% and find that some for us. [4:58:44] . [4:58:48] Okay. Got it. We're not part of 6% [4:58:51] or 7%. . Staff find it and we have to [4:58:56] Will be by next week there. [4:59:03] That's traditions. [4:59:05] So I'm not sure whether we have to decide on [4:59:07] that break today. . [4:59:12] So I didn't the day though It's stocks really coming [4:59:14] from if we make some more cuts is not necessarily [4:59:17] helping. Because that money that's all being funded by [4:59:21] reserved started committing [4:59:29] Right? [4:59:38] Okay? [4:59:41] Three questions. [4:59:49] From a technical question. But the the first report [4:59:54] of the taxation a number of comparative 1942 [5:00:05] So that's just one type of that's just so okay. [5:00:11] Stats are raised in a single, Okay. [5:00:14] That's one example. . Yeah, , thank you. . [5:00:20] Just like that, with the county raid on a [5:00:25] home values. . [5:00:26] 3000 you're looking at over $60 increased. [5:00:33] How much are we as 16. [5:00:41] Jesus. [5:00:48] Six were [5:00:50] 120 [5:00:52] Let's go. [5:00:57] Putting the right [5:01:00] 639 [5:01:02] Yeah. [5:01:03] Not make sure include the chart to show that Asians [5:01:08] that went to the howling presented to the strong [5:01:13] Take 200. [5:01:20] So thinking about in [5:01:23] Um [5:01:24] I made some military going through this for today that [5:01:27] guests are going and million dollars 6.9. We get [5:01:34] some projects. . [5:01:36] Such as the sweeter truck at 425,000. [5:01:40] Not be highlighted. That's a Yeah. Every 20 [5:01:43] years purchase here. . [5:01:45] Can we see you safe Left purchase. So, [5:01:49] so that's 1000 tasting fireball things to her 50,000. . [5:01:59] God preserve is going down Estephe and Terra 142,000 testing [5:02:04] thousands. . [5:02:07] Could be just, you know, uh, [5:02:09] Spider highlights and the major ones that are important. [5:02:14] Even that are causing that reserved for the metal. [5:02:19] What's up presentation, But I know it works for [5:02:22] us taking more time. . [5:02:25] Through the lines taking more time but public that's here. [5:02:29] . That presentation. . [5:02:31] People likes. I'm sure you're systematize crazy. [5:02:40] So we re in this motion that we have discussion. [5:02:44] Just keep going with that, like, uh, [5:02:48] and not necessarily public with their next council meeting [5:02:52] again, , like someone deserving members of that. . [5:02:56] Asia. [5:02:59] Very like we have 8.4 million or you're gonna have [5:03:03] 6.9 but over 6.99 and accomplished that is not really [5:03:08] designed or allowed to start up various things like [5:03:13] Thursday's a bunch of money and reserves. That's got [5:03:16] to set that up. Ah, you marks for [5:03:19] various things that you spent there as it steps to [5:03:23] the week. What is our real amount of money [5:03:26] deserves that. . [5:03:28] Actually could spread out because [5:03:30] Under 60. [5:03:33] And really the reserves them how other than a few [5:03:36] of the outdoors like the efficient secrets that's tight France [5:03:39] to defend everyone's brands. . [5:03:43] Cannabis legalization specific so back in maybe split the list [5:03:47] as to which was our specific But other All of [5:03:50] the other reserves are really [5:03:53] Counselors discretion in the past site or choose to build [5:03:59] a reserve for the chest. The trailer park, [5:04:03] right, We're putting the reserves in. But that [5:04:05] doesn't mean the council can't redirect doing that. We [5:04:08] don't need that much money and you use it for [5:04:09] something else. Like yours. Crecion. That's that's [5:04:13] a prime example. . Justic Trailer park makes money. . [5:04:18] Put away for future improvements towards justly because there is [5:04:22] no time in history that we're going to take money [5:04:24] from taxation to make improvements to that have so therefore [5:04:30] that's why there was money. Put aside profits from [5:04:33] that. . [5:04:34] To be able to maintain and keep that there. [5:04:40] So it's things like that. And there was also [5:04:42] that sound. . [5:04:45] Half a million dollars. Okay, complete simply because [5:04:50] that part of the 6.99. Yes, that's what [5:04:53] we can't stand on. That's Dez neighbors, certain [5:04:57] spots. . What's not to like? ? [5:04:59] So this is what I'm saying. Like these these [5:05:02] ones that we cannot spend on general expenditures. . [5:05:07] We need to identify them and separate them from [5:05:12] Yeah. [5:05:21] Mhm Rita resolution and then [5:05:24] Words Russian if needed, the result of council hereby [5:05:27] supports the third draft 2023 operating capital Budget presentation. [5:05:31] Public meetings scheduled for Wednesday, February 22nd 2023 direct [5:05:36] stuff Thanks for the final budget, corresponding tax rate [5:05:39] by law, , actually, , 27 20 industry. . [5:05:44] Small mover and secondary floor than we can discussion. [5:05:51] Album. [5:05:53] Accuracy. Sean Special [5:06:00] His special needed. [5:06:06] The vote that [5:06:08] There. [5:06:11] Theory. [5:06:22] Oh, [5:06:25] Good. [5:06:26] I was just informed that our facility and recreation manager [5:06:33] needed, , uh over the field and [5:06:36] The council's commission. We couldn't move for two reports [5:06:40] in front of our two public works reports right now. [5:06:43] . [5:06:45] The first manager. Looks like he's okay with that [5:06:47] comes up. Thank you very much. Ah, [5:06:50] House counsel feeling okay? ? [5:06:53] 34 non. So currently we will see you after. [5:06:57] Thank you, Tracy for your work, you [5:07:01] know? ? [5:07:05] Live to 13 51. [5:07:08] Let's go. Office store level renovation of people. [5:07:18] Um curly and order. Yes. So we put [5:07:22] it our studio job chicken, sleet fell over levels. [5:07:25] . [5:07:26] Condition for this building and to have to work with [5:07:31] job. . [5:07:32] Construction of so construction was the only company too. [5:07:38] Ms Sponder. So the only thing that is it [5:07:43] European does not wash your [5:07:51] Questions really. [5:07:53] Britain sturdier [5:07:59] They're not like I understand. Yeah, but rocket [5:08:04] no normally [5:08:08] The homestead so [5:08:14] That's good was reading this. I thought I read [5:08:17] somewhere over that doesn't include the electrical [5:08:20] This is just closing in. [5:08:25] Chris is right. [5:08:27] All right. [5:08:28] So I get the plant. The original man was [5:08:31] July something more offices downstairs, So close it to [5:08:34] me. . [5:08:36] Outside of that. [5:08:38] Cold room actually, and then picks up where the [5:08:41] elevator is coming in. . So it [5:08:46] Why are we doing like wanting to use this space? [5:08:49] Like why are we completing the solar wind stuff, [5:08:53] , So the budget is [5:08:56] Don't tell your crappy [5:08:59] Actually get as much of it done as possible. [5:09:02] Do with house pocket room, Maybe using our own [5:09:06] electricians rather than using dogs stuff. . That's that's [5:09:12] Come here. [5:09:16] The questions. [5:09:19] Because the motion your resolve the council here I accept [5:09:22] the proposal from construction and 1000. We always make [5:09:25] sense. . [5:09:27] Of what taxes. School Office renovation authorized 2023 3 [5:09:33] budget approved additional costs associated with this project. . [5:09:37] Additional funding President 20 23,000 and financed PG Reserve 7134. [5:09:44] . [5:09:45] Secondary. Alba Flora. The discussion [5:09:48] By constructing and person [5:09:51] Discussion. [5:09:56] Langen? Nope. I still want to go back [5:09:58] to when you were saying as attrition. . [5:10:01] I shouldn't say it was one of the ones that [5:10:03] we didn't want to deal with. Okay, because [5:10:05] I just last question. Okay. Thank you talking [5:10:13] to me like that. . [5:10:20] So sad So but, uh, no thanks. [5:10:24] Verification for the discussion. . [5:10:29] Favor. [5:10:31] It was nice, scary brush. [5:10:34] It takes 15 52. [5:10:39] Charlie, can you take us through these two breasts, [5:10:41] please? So we spoke to the secret little [5:10:45] bit earlier deliberations. So we're at this point just [5:10:49] investigating whether it's [5:10:51] Library of 10. [5:10:54] Better parameters of what 70 years for that particular grant. [5:10:57] . Um, , but there were [5:11:01] The main one is, you know, opportunity, [5:11:06] the mercury support and this is due to continue their [5:11:10] operations to the [5:11:11] The area. [5:11:14] So this one is just time sensitive next week. [5:11:18] We didn't have any hands to avoid 7 20 last [5:11:22] time it's years ago, , when I was two [5:11:27] Distraction. [5:11:31] So take a little [5:11:34] Good. [5:11:35] Separately. First Allen for questions many folks shut off. [5:11:41] . [5:11:44] And you know, but, um, does it [5:11:46] make sense to add projects into the right application? ? [5:11:52] Um Hmm. I like some of the other. [5:11:57] I'm not me. . Okay, , um [5:12:01] Yeah, right. [5:12:04] Problem than please. [5:12:07] Yeah, really. [5:12:14] Sure. [5:12:15] Okay. They haven't checked over the wrist. [5:12:19] Which you later violence in detail to whether you can [5:12:21] apply to several patients. . [5:12:25] So looking at that put [5:12:28] Typically, though, what you [5:12:33] Yeah. [5:12:36] Class, Okay? [5:12:40] Thanks. [5:12:42] Hmm. [5:12:45] Is that we don't from all of the things that [5:12:47] jeopardize your chances successfully. . [5:12:51] ValuJet here. [5:12:56] Successful with that. [5:12:59] Group, so [5:13:08] Forms. [5:13:10] Yes, she has this. [5:13:19] You understand that the other so that will be, [5:13:24] uh, , our decision argumentation. . [5:13:30] It's okay with that. [5:13:32] Absolutely feeling. [5:13:36] So [5:13:36] Chris Cox said. [5:13:40] You know it was ideas on your childhood. [5:13:48] Yeah. Resolution is direct styles program operates Talbert hurt. [5:13:55] Thanks for doing that. One, um, [5:13:58] so we'll have to pieces. . [5:14:00] Yeah, very. And, uh, it's like, [5:14:04] , watch it. . [5:14:05] Faso earlier this [5:14:09] I really wanted to, uh, precious about this [5:14:11] project and then a true homeless special. . [5:14:14] Yes. So the idea was to [5:14:18] Correct library location. [5:14:22] Okay? [5:14:23] I had an additional five black square feet, Dad [5:14:27] acceptability issues that have been ongoing. . [5:14:29] Front door back door the wash in, um and [5:14:33] this legacy where they're very, very great program, [5:14:36] which helps to fund these major events. Our finances [5:14:42] thinks so. . Because basically you got it next. . [5:14:48] We got it. [5:14:49] There's a good chance of this project with thanks Project. [5:14:53] . [5:14:53] Yeah. [5:14:57] Work. [5:14:59] To start questions and discussion on [5:15:04] Wishes. Submit this branch or not this [5:15:10] Awesome This project in America. [5:15:13] So [5:15:15] Where? What? [5:15:18] Library. [5:15:21] Sandwich. [5:15:22] Discussion. [5:15:24] Okay, communities. [5:15:28] Meeting. Honestly, Billy, okay? [5:15:33] My concerns is over the last two years, There's [5:15:36] been a lot of community presentation discussed one of areas [5:15:41] Village discussed and [5:15:44] I think I think great makes sense. Um, [5:15:48] not sure. . [5:15:50] Great. [5:15:51] Give it [5:15:55] I'm curious person much I a [5:16:07] Does it one way. I know it wasn't after [5:16:10] negative, , which is [5:16:12] How do you [5:16:18] Yes, Councilor Predators. [5:16:21] So just from speaking just that do [5:16:32] Yes, no to me, but [5:16:38] I knew that possible place this feeling like the library [5:16:42] where it is and again, it's just it's saying, [5:16:45] , like people I speak to [5:16:50] British something specific to that actively [5:16:57] I don't know. I would have to double check. [5:16:59] . [5:17:00] And it was very specific to [5:17:03] Because project [5:17:07] Very bad. [5:17:09] You know, so [5:17:10] Like. Expect that perhaps [5:17:13] Purina, Mica replied the town hall for another building. [5:17:18] . [5:17:22] And it says states exactly just saying something. [5:17:30] So we have a couple of design options. One [5:17:32] is, , uh, , 500. . [5:17:36] Try to do whatever [5:17:41] The other options. [5:17:44] Got it. But can you have to work with [5:17:48] on the wireless? ? Actually, , just [5:17:51] It's [5:17:55] Yeah. [5:18:02] Dungeon. So if you apply for this great, [5:18:04] successful project ahead [5:18:08] Yes. [5:18:10] I actually want to do. [5:18:13] Department. [5:18:17] You read it with the office? No, no, [5:18:19] , The arena is neatly separate. . So [5:18:22] Yeah, but the vibrate would be going into the [5:18:24] ring. . [5:18:37] So right so [5:18:42] Probably attractive library services report territory. [5:18:49] Yeah, that decide possible good. [5:18:53] Perspective, at least so that could happen. [5:18:58] Anytime. I don't believe that Good night. [5:19:03] Just 400 burgers got a council 300 public. [5:19:07] That was a part of plaster. Mr. [5:19:11] So they could pick it up. [5:19:14] Life. [5:19:16] Beautiful option would be too much. [5:19:21] Right? [5:19:23] They period. Okay? [5:19:28] There. [5:19:29] Divisions they've ever seen chance. [5:19:33] Possibly [5:19:36] Right, Stupid Muster. Southern is investigated. [5:19:45] We don't know. [5:19:47] So that's why my two cents so [5:19:54] So I mean, this is [5:19:56] Used to be able to saying that ivory right Howard [5:20:05] It's it's gonna be doing [5:20:15] Okay. Cool. Just wondering if maybe the recommendation [5:20:22] of the stage here will be just investigation possible. [5:20:27] This peaceable this bread to be knowledgeable, , okay? ? [5:20:31] They're very stringent. [5:20:36] Um, So instead of submitting the grid, just [5:20:40] take it in the investigated, , they come back. . [5:20:46] Committee That's specially we could, which is [5:20:50] Which is that China is the assets for a living [5:20:52] trying to. That's what we have both in here [5:20:54] to investigate and submitted because of the council budgeting process [5:20:58] right with this bit of perceived next, , but [5:21:04] The council feels that the stage rather not Smith, [5:21:07] but just press to investigate the possibility of shots. [5:21:11] That conversation dealing with [5:21:17] Tracy. What on our general by Joe? What [5:21:19] is the incoming expensive? ? [5:21:24] Community. [5:21:29] Hmm. [5:21:41] Around noon will be what we charged that [5:21:51] Yeah. [5:21:52] Look, that's it. [5:22:14] Give me one. [5:22:18] Hmm. [5:22:19] By check. [5:22:21] Yeah, 8000. [5:22:25] Then we have [5:22:29] So right? [5:22:31] 2500 and $16. [5:22:36] So it's already awesome and taxpayers. [5:22:39] By 106 100 Bucks a year just to host the [5:22:42] laggard not going [5:22:46] We take that $8000 and happen. [5:22:57] And then also the courseware right. So on [5:23:02] Cardi. How many more square feet in the arena? [5:23:04] ? Are we looking at? ? [5:23:06] Compared to the library. Yeah. [5:23:10] Church. [5:23:11] 1300 actually is without being there. [5:23:16] Mhm. [5:23:19] Back in the budget, right? [5:23:27] 2% business. Pretty is thinking it's around me. [5:23:36] What is the deadline for this grant just for its [5:23:39] anniversary, So we have to have to spend this [5:23:42] year membership questions. . [5:23:48] Shitload child hopeful things just for the revolution. [5:23:55] Are you suggesting that I think it makes sense to [5:23:58] look into written and see what projects with I would [5:24:03] like to see this brought to the community room. [5:24:07] That's so that maybe so that [5:24:10] Cooking here. This is the best use of this [5:24:14] crash and acute because, um, I project like [5:24:19] the cenotaph. . [5:24:20] You know as a lot of heritage traveling to and [5:24:23] I would not advocate another. I just have a [5:24:27] little concerned if we were to renovate this building and [5:24:30] not say thousands for you to it. Um and [5:24:34] is the building going to be there for another 100 [5:24:36] years? Whereas this using legacy fund like this, [5:24:42] too? ? [5:24:43] Recognize the major anniversary. Investment beauty want to make [5:24:46] sure that it's something that's going to be weak. . [5:24:52] Two years. [5:24:53] So that's kind of boring. That's in the light. [5:24:57] But also, I guess better concern around contract [5:25:05] as well. . [5:25:08] Need to is that [5:25:11] Possible. [5:25:14] Thank you. I realized delaying is definitely coming off. [5:25:17] . It's like this point to touch challenges getting [5:25:22] Other projects. [5:25:24] Done tractors. [5:25:28] Which just [5:25:33] I'm sure [5:25:35] Okay, so I definitely think you should have scared. [5:25:38] . [5:25:40] What went off projects that have been identified. [5:25:48] Thanks a lot. I'll just read over idea and [5:25:51] then councilor said Act So so in the resolution, [5:25:55] there is two points. One is dressed tax red [5:25:58] rat. . [5:25:59] Program number two is dress stopped to investigate and words. [5:26:05] . [5:26:10] I'm wondering if this council was saying [5:26:14] Investigate worse than being just testing. [5:26:22] Second year of this strike that that would [5:26:27] Your previous speaker, boss. [5:26:31] Investigate. Alright. Future Council meeting is now public [5:26:34] public. . Uh, , remember, , this is well. . [5:26:42] That is, like, think the direction are going [5:26:44] even council staff, , so I believe that we're [5:26:49] Just to get worse here. Um, items agree [5:26:52] with be like, , right? ? [5:26:56] To my own name. I think I think [5:27:00] Good or bad. I think the library has to [5:27:02] be Rita. We've got a meeting in that building. [5:27:05] . [5:27:06] Um we're looking at more rent. [5:27:09] Uh more revenue. [5:27:12] And, uh, [5:27:15] Beyond the building, right? We owned BlackBerry, [5:27:19] so possibly that to sail one just salad. . [5:27:24] Ah! [5:27:26] I just think we have to move on this. [5:27:29] We've discussed for years and I think we have to [5:27:36] those [5:27:38] So we just wouldn't wife Graffitti still investigating that? [5:27:45] Another possibility. That's right. So that's just like [5:27:48] feeling like I think we must move ahead here. . [5:27:54] Oh, design. [5:27:56] Change. This says that [5:27:59] Period direction where to keep working and bring more information [5:28:03] back mindset. . We still want more information back or [5:28:08] Like you just said [5:28:10] Thanks kind of made up. Information never hurts us [5:28:14] better than budget. . [5:28:15] I don't know that conversation You're talking about the last [5:28:20] few years like, really wear this just to make [5:28:24] that clear bearing on anything, but I like the [5:28:27] libraries. I would like to see it. I [5:28:29] like to see it extended whatever it is that the [5:28:33] library people with [5:28:36] Frida afterward with minutes ever finds. [5:28:40] And they just more money go there to talk as [5:28:43] if they eventually will change their mind. . [5:28:46] I mean, they know I haven't spoken to them [5:28:49] myself, but they just don't just don't want to [5:28:52] go there and keep discussing it. I think they're [5:28:54] discussing something that is just not something that will be [5:28:57] possible. . [5:28:58] For that reason, I think you should at least [5:29:01] consider [5:29:03] Two accounts is building renovated and negative, viable library [5:29:06] that is attractive to our community. We do not [5:29:10] think there are people using the library is not just [5:29:12] stuff based on the [5:29:18] That's my next step. Thank you for that doesn't [5:29:21] two things. So one? Yes. I think [5:29:23] we should investigate too successful. . [5:29:27] So I think we should still do that. [5:29:29] Shockingly. [5:29:33] This is just a dollars and cents guy. So [5:29:35] like to me, this is an absolutely Liberator into [5:29:39] the area to get more space every charge more than [5:29:42] an extra $10,000 for the building. And it's not [5:29:45] costing us $500 to keep that building hero, Sage [5:29:49] ST Building for 100,000 or whatever that you work. [5:29:53] There is another chip to pay off. . [5:29:58] There's so many advantage just to be able to do [5:30:01] something different angles to come out and then costumes this [5:30:05] power. . [5:30:06] Um, end of the library. People are just [5:30:09] just so opposed to building the to the arena. . [5:30:15] They are then let's start on this building and they [5:30:17] can run their own. . [5:30:24] Bye. [5:30:26] Further discussion. [5:30:28] Promotion. [5:30:30] Actually, you know, read a secondary [5:30:35] Magic. [5:30:36] Close ingredients. The result of council hereby direct steps. [5:30:39] Smith Red Grant program creates a community park direct [5:30:44] stopped to investigate annually submitted applications and Lacey's building communities [5:30:49] through arts and heritage for the library, renovation and [5:30:52] steps. . [5:30:52] So movement secondary for a council center and show. [5:30:57] Aw, , [5:31:01] Yeah, previously discussed was amended to that say track [5:31:07] stopped to investigate, , uses two months. . [5:31:12] So it was striking and or submit just [5:31:16] Thunderheads investigated gradually operation [5:31:20] So what is the current secretary? [5:31:25] Good. [5:31:27] So people that consumer vote [5:31:34] That's it. [5:31:39] Everything's not rich conversation period that [5:31:47] So what are we really going on? So it's [5:31:51] not going to be demanded, because we already know [5:31:54] what happened. Investigate and or submit grant application to [5:32:01] the Legacy fund building communities through arts and Heritage vibrate [5:32:06] Innovation extension. . [5:32:13] Discussion. Negative dark skin. [5:32:16] So we will proceed to vote in favor. [5:32:23] As well. [5:32:26] So [5:32:31] So we are voting on. This has agreed. [5:32:35] Right now Any member of council can motion [5:32:41] For something different. [5:32:44] Just this is going to be [5:32:48] How about difference? Sorry. Yeah. Syria. [5:32:52] 14 opposed. [5:32:56] By post this is defeated. [5:33:04] So [5:33:06] All around this topic, or at least [5:33:14] I will make the most important for, um [5:33:20] Right? [5:33:21] But [5:33:22] Two. [5:33:24] That's a great legacy funds. [5:33:28] Okay? [5:33:31] Yeah projects. [5:33:34] That's great. [5:33:40] So we just passed for our staff to capture them. [5:33:44] . [5:33:45] Uh, I didn't. That's good. [5:33:49] No pressure. [5:34:03] Yeah. [5:34:06] All these quick discussion. That's okay. So we're [5:34:12] just clarifying Deputy Shaw's questions is [5:34:28] Ok, Hmm. [5:34:35] We don't have drug stature, very grand. [5:34:39] After that people legacy [5:34:45] Gypsy projects and [5:34:50] 100 has to be a Yeah, Next purchasing to. [5:34:57] I think this is good for you. I'm [5:35:00] going [5:35:02] So you read that and we'll make sure the movement [5:35:05] secondary. . [5:35:09] One dressed out is right. [5:35:11] Bread bread program. Crazy elephants, Cities hurt and [5:35:15] secondly, direct steps. Best Legacy fund around the [5:35:18] city community through Earth Pursuit Project Facebook. . [5:35:26] Now we got a discussion. That's better you said [5:35:33] Brenda here because it doesn't understand. . [5:35:38] And how much do you know about it already Borders [5:35:43] between resection little bit himself, , which is transported [5:35:48] Yes, the latest were landmarks. [5:35:53] Okay. Reason you put the library was just like [5:35:59] during the right time Sincere because it was next child. [5:36:07] . [5:36:08] Yeah, okay, too. [5:36:12] So discussion on the motion. [5:36:16] Further discussion. [5:36:20] Favor host That is scary. [5:36:24] Big further for us today, Carol just to mention [5:36:29] everybody. So, yes, happening on Monday, [5:36:32] So just lose Dunbar. . [5:36:37] It's awful. [5:36:42] Incredible and wait till the yard stuff. You okay? [5:36:46] But on the spot there is also activities that [5:36:48] are treasure chest museum as well doing today. Yes. [5:36:53] . [5:36:55] Thank you, Charlie. [5:36:59] The report. [5:37:03] So you'll have back public works 13 3 ones with [5:37:06] the safety zone. . [5:37:07] These are the troops. [5:37:12] Um, cloud is here and welcome you to the [5:37:15] table. Okay? 1 54. That's a page [5:37:22] of the times. . [5:37:32] 33.13 31 Yes. [5:37:42] Get here. [5:37:47] You can't let Scott [5:37:49] Perfect city. You take us to your report, [5:37:51] please with the community Safety zone report. . [5:37:56] Um [5:37:57] And they are too late. This report to um [5:38:02] Based on the, uh 28th resolution. The council [5:38:07] estimated that incident on the bridge and, , uh [5:38:12] Mhm. [5:38:14] We looked into kind to not saying for the teacher. [5:38:20] . [5:38:20] By appreciating Bruce County. Uh, [5:38:25] Right arms, baby said its third court two on [5:38:29] it. So what we came up with this direct [5:38:32] Munday shin is to make that community safety don't and [5:38:36] structure [5:38:38] The Camp Creek Bridge. [5:38:40] Would have acute community safety Joan section basically right Church [5:38:45] Street temporary bridge. . [5:38:48] Bruce Callie, with Destiny Community Safety's at all Street [5:38:53] up the hill. . [5:38:56] Um, in doing this, you post 30 glow [5:38:58] Moran, Our assigned me, uh, for very [5:39:02] good reason. . Signs post construction sign. . [5:39:06] So, with that in place together to charge double [5:39:11] charges buying because [5:39:15] Tonight. We're recommending to helpful today, Uh, [5:39:19] Bridge County or taking their reports driven out so [5:39:24] That's it. [5:39:26] So, uh, has stopped. [5:39:32] Question words, man. [5:39:36] Um, maybe safety zone. Um, that would [5:39:40] Ryan helps in the side of the woods. . [5:39:42] Yeah, upstairs. Okay. I'm sorry. Um [5:39:48] He's he would okay this for a short period while [5:39:53] the bridge is being constructed or what you do it. [5:39:56] . [5:39:57] You know what you give something up. [5:40:00] Away. It's hard to get it back. So, [5:40:02] , he says in terror can't [5:40:05] Okay, Um [5:40:08] Increase that a community has got independent school zone. [5:40:12] So we're what exactly this so [5:40:17] Community safety zone designated fighters already. [5:40:23] These areas that you feel textured. Okay, okay. [5:40:27] . Have ours. . President here in all ours. . [5:40:32] I know, sir. Some of our has won [5:40:35] in the survey. . [5:40:38] That's why five [5:40:40] No, they don't have any other. You know, [5:40:42] this time they are actually held this our policy. [5:40:47] . [5:40:50] The count experience six years old, installing circle work [5:40:55] history. . [5:40:57] That's why Mr Report. Investors split because [5:41:01] Sure that Irishman Church Street [5:41:08] And it's going to be designator. [5:41:11] Disturbing terrorists because [5:41:18] Thanks for that recommendation. [5:41:28] I wouldn't know. Definitely clear, Pendleton, Um [5:41:31] just to add to that, And I think what [5:41:33] you're thinking is Council on sender. . Uh, , [5:41:42] The community was really redeemed in a school vote that [5:41:46] was in relation to the electronic, um, feeling. [5:41:50] . [5:41:50] So you can only have those speeding devices in a [5:41:54] community safety zone, which is designated in front of [5:41:56] the school, , though. . [5:41:57] To that separate community safety zones have their own kind [5:42:00] of [5:42:02] But safety zone as a safety, So it will [5:42:05] be the dreams Thank you in relation to the electronic [5:42:09] speeding in the photo radar. [5:47:10] Anyway, Um [5:47:12] Basically, trucks move knowledge, but we need a [5:47:17] 1,525,000 of them here. . [5:47:21] Uh, pages basically arranged from 1993 to 2022 because [5:47:28] countries it up. . [5:47:30] No burial out to average boat, you know, [5:47:33] 1200 commoners a year. . Yeah, [5:48:05] Bottom inducts work. And since we've been buying new [5:48:09] anthem, , a [5:48:11] Internationally to shortchange [5:48:17] Ship. [5:48:18] That's what I think that it could be to the [5:48:20] past. . [5:48:22] Oh, [5:48:24] So you can see the different schedules never posted in [5:48:28] the report. . [5:48:31] Oh, fuel, Okay, report and all these [5:48:35] things. Comment that the higher near the truck she [5:48:39] got [5:48:39] Better off people. [5:48:41] So we get all calculation there. Um, Basically [5:48:45] these 21 trucks pick up 17% of people thought [5:48:49] And say we have all brand new trucks. [5:48:53] Based on your knowledge. [5:48:57] Your last year You only have one He [5:49:02] We all trust? Just because they're only getting, [5:49:06] uh well, , you can see what five say. . [5:49:13] Um [5:49:17] Pickup trucks on maintenance end of it. [5:49:20] Um, very much so you that pinups 13%. [5:49:25] He told me just project so army has much about [5:49:30] 132,000. . [5:49:32] My lips 17 sure. [5:49:39] Again. All stress. That sounds like a lot [5:49:42] of vehicles, , okay? ? [5:49:43] Problem is the model once I have students [5:49:47] I see it thinks that using billions or even lawnmowers [5:49:50] that they have that vehicle bell grass within the tower. [5:49:56] . It's not like they're being [5:49:59] So that way you can because of health and safety [5:50:01] of solid, , please. . [5:50:04] God States, right? Never used to come up. [5:50:06] . [5:50:06] Practical right down. Yeah. [5:50:10] Cast. [5:50:12] Yeah. So we do leave. [5:50:17] Um And I think we worked out probably between department [5:50:22] that as we as we get a new vehicle, [5:50:24] important to choose a higher around age kind of sucks [5:50:31] for record he shouldn't because they tend to [5:50:35] They are very [5:50:40] Mm. [5:50:42] Dog, basically, um, conclusion, um [5:50:47] I'm sure you have some questions based on the report [5:50:51] he would like to state status for continue to bring [5:50:54] vehicles to to the table of budget. . [5:50:57] You are and purchase duty able to keep [5:51:02] Shooting down the line of [5:51:08] That's it from speak. [5:51:13] Pleasure receiving through Mariano just to describe face so since [5:51:19] preparing the report us through their able Protective Enterprise Fleet [5:51:24] management, , and they come last year kitchen [5:51:29] Going through the material. He's going through his presentation [5:51:32] that he provided back last year, which is attached [5:51:36] and said, there's some additional cost savings their feet [5:51:39] pH. . [5:51:41] Ah constitutional mileage over Ridge there, there may be [5:51:46] some additional costs that may not be as far as [5:51:49] cost difference between single picture. . [5:51:52] Um, he would be available by counsel by the [5:51:57] updated discussion and we're talking are treasurer and Scott. . [5:52:02] Mm. When we could do that later on this [5:52:05] year, , like into the hall [5:52:07] Become back and in greater this budget cycle to change [5:52:13] the ground or something. Continue If you were buying [5:52:17] anything. Three kills, approves a budget There's two [5:52:21] vehicles in there right now, as you talked about [5:52:23] me sleeping people as well as one works trial. . [5:52:28] Placing the 1982 trumpets. So, um, they [5:52:31] will be purchased. That's what's in the legends this [5:52:33] year, so no change as top schools continue purchase [5:52:39] program [5:52:41] Tina. That's basically were that, um he started [5:52:47] to make sure you have to date. . [5:52:50] Thank you questions. Let's go Stacker than Nickerson. [5:52:55] Um, First of all, I do that to [5:52:59] apologize. . [5:53:01] Reading this report. I was thinking Miami Johnny's trucks [5:53:07] like 2021 looking at the CBOE 12,007 underneath. That's [5:53:14] my house, , put on [5:53:16] This year. I love that 45 fights to thinking [5:53:21] that was my art on your daughter. That's not [5:53:23] the case. . [5:53:25] That's the biology puts on [5:53:28] Three double check that figure's year. Indeed, he's [5:53:32] arrogant, , uh, , like 1600. . [5:53:37] Here. [5:53:45] Okay. Done. May I continue? Um, [5:53:50] I just wondered. . [5:53:52] We've talked least you probably looked at the leases cut. [5:53:56] . You don't think it's a bit manage? ? [5:53:59] I don't know. I must piece because the way [5:54:04] we do stuff knowledge, , Don't [5:54:07] We should buy a truckers passing it out because we [5:54:10] need to talk. . [5:54:13] Is, um [5:54:16] Traffic was at those signals. [5:54:22] Hell when we buy these trucks [5:54:25] We negotiated deal or [5:54:28] What we do in our hits that boat, you [5:54:31] see? ? Ah ah, , we did. . [5:54:39] Particular remembers. Hold on. No, Hmm. [5:54:43] Anyway, We didn't get a bit platform him, [5:54:46] but [5:54:47] Typically, they happen. [5:54:50] We're confident being the best crisis. Yeah, because [5:54:53] you you actually get all your buying new you don't [5:54:56] give up. . [5:54:57] They're not smart party as high as it used to [5:54:59] be. . You get a factory. . [5:55:02] Etcetera again, okay? [5:55:07] Definitely just a question. Who counsel legacy in the [5:55:10] legend? Yes. To despair in the peat 1 [5:55:14] 70 here. . You got that? ? [5:55:16] Because purchase over three years. [5:55:21] Leasing is actually he's $1000 more than purchasing. [5:55:27] I didn't see if drug so I won in three [5:55:30] years. . That's right. . [5:55:34] Yeah. So I will comment on that. So [5:55:39] that's where I think. Are these gonna go back [5:55:42] to us? Uh, summer number? Uh, [5:55:45] excuse on that, but it's still works out to [5:55:48] about 90,000 police. . [5:55:52] 23 years. You are right now. [5:56:00] Lose 10 drugs. [5:56:02] Three weeks. [5:56:06] This. [5:56:08] Treasury Tracy actually, that these are open and releases, [5:56:13] which is different than you are going to just [5:56:15] released a new book, One of the benefits three [5:56:19] years of [5:56:23] You get from that medical coach. [5:56:25] It's not, um even to present our least works [5:56:31] for the municipality. Different way of operates versus have [5:56:36] my own people. Well, radio our savings and [5:56:42] we looked at public planning. That may be something [5:56:45] that we want. . [5:56:47] Output, not putting all your money up right great [5:56:51] community reserves because then you'll speak for so [5:56:58] Past global considerations. Consider [5:57:03] Uh, follow. [5:57:05] Oh, yeah. [5:57:07] I can see where you're coming. The other way. [5:57:10] . I look at it. . It's the police. . [5:57:12] Regardless in yeah, on the tracks. [5:57:16] Don't need a price of three trucks a year. [5:57:19] Trump's We don't buy contracts a year. [5:57:23] And that's where you can have a strategy on whether [5:57:25] you wanted to three before right. You missed me [5:57:29] altogether there when I'm saying 18 or 20 tribes [5:57:34] You're only buying two types of years now through this [5:57:37] lease program. . Really, , look at it. . [5:57:40] Every year. You're gonna be really paying three trucks [5:57:44] two years three so gradually leases cars. . [5:57:50] I mean, what? We've been a year? [5:57:52] Yes, that's another big one. Yeah. Don't [5:57:55] do this to make money. Just like guilty. [5:57:59] It's nothing money. . Hmm. . [5:58:01] What [5:58:03] Just get a crash stuff. So like totals, [5:58:06] 36 month lease owner and 48 $30.20. . [5:58:12] Number that needs to be corrected from city. That [5:58:15] number indicates [5:58:18] I think that's beauty. That number is three drugs, [5:58:20] but that number is would be adjusted if we [5:58:23] want sleep back and, you know, presentation. [5:58:27] I think that could be excited for this, uh [5:58:31] to your comments. Questions if you want. Another [5:58:34] presentation is certainly [5:58:40] I'll make that point. Really for you right now. [5:58:42] I'm not interested in presentation. Several reasons. [5:58:46] One day came and they lie to us and one [5:58:48] of their their arms and what they do isn't quite [5:58:51] accurate. . [5:58:52] One thing we haven't seen any consideration is the interest [5:58:55] rate now auto leases compared to the local business classrooms. [5:58:58] Hire might agree with what you had said there [5:59:01] that we are a. I disagree with what Tracy [5:59:05] said. Because now we're moving this cost capital operating [5:59:09] so every year we're gonna have the operating expense obviously [5:59:12] leashes. . [5:59:13] Whatever runoff and when it happens to me to be [5:59:15] special, put more pressure on their operating speakers now [5:59:19] finance important that way. That's the only way that's [5:59:22] the way you can track relations and own because we [5:59:27] buy it. We pay for extra leases. You [5:59:31] use a lesser payment and you're just basically run to [5:59:33] get at the end of day. . [5:59:36] They tell you all you have that It would be [5:59:40] maybe not the industry at the time in terms of [5:59:44] what you stop this works. . So, , um [5:59:47] I'm not the least the interest in seeing that interview [5:59:49] very, um That's your mental, very expensive lesson [5:59:53] Partners order and I also really much agree with Scott. [5:59:56] How we asked our vehicles down they become. [6:00:00] We've got all the CEO that usually takes like 20 [6:00:05] years, whatever, and they're worth nothing. And [6:00:07] that's great because of the already said all that extra [6:00:10] money. . [6:00:11] Have you sit around and you see the parking lots [6:00:14] for six months a year ago, , so [6:00:16] Totally not interested, not interested in the presentation. [6:00:21] Uh, [6:00:23] Been trying to get it to Council of Friends, [6:00:25] presentation or not so other members presentation [6:00:32] Not after what I am, because present present going [6:00:38] on at school doing three degrees and something, but, [6:00:47] , um [6:00:48] We have decided that the motion at the end of [6:00:50] this does says resolved Council hereby direct staff continue with [6:00:54] the current practice of wearing his will vehicles to future [6:00:57] purchase, rather than leasing accordance with municipal procurement policy, [6:01:02] continue to budget for these purchases as a choir [6:01:05] annual capital budget process. . [6:01:08] So we were in secondary have that on the floor [6:01:10] and then we can have discussion. . [6:01:15] So Senator Center [6:01:18] No expression. [6:01:21] Very clear. [6:01:27] Do nothing. We will proceed to the vote. [6:01:29] Almost favor was that is scary, very much frustrate [6:01:35] a sky. . [6:01:37] Yes, things that I've drawn by you, Um [6:01:41] good roles, early bird registration and to speak, [6:01:45] so I would really like raised er, anybody's interested [6:01:48] in one. . We do that. . [6:01:50] Two groups for today. 16 like [6:02:01] Just last. Please let me know that. [6:02:06] Okay, received. [6:02:08] Oh, five crows imaginative circuit's call about the conditioner, [6:02:14] , a backroads believe with them. . [6:02:19] It's mild during the day, they sparkle floor. [6:02:24] You guys were hoping to get in it today. [6:02:27] The goal for traders, but more or better chancellor [6:02:30] going on around. . [6:02:33] The surprising thing called [6:02:37] Mhm going forward, Uh, Hamilton's street That was [6:02:41] probably the last meeting. . [6:02:43] Ah, the engineers like to schedule a meeting and [6:02:48] I don't take should be aware of it usually like [6:02:52] to schedule construction meeting people on the streets or on [6:02:59] class and all that stuff. Um, I'm hoping [6:03:02] for the week. . [6:03:05] Every 97th, but we [6:03:08] After the terrorist would yes. [6:03:14] That would be our stop Early engineers. That's right. [6:03:17] . Ah, , I don't know if not [6:03:24] What has to give is just set it up and [6:03:26] like, , know where it is. . Just go like [6:03:31] Yeah, like certainly. [6:03:36] Wednesday. 22nd or busy [6:03:40] Last week, so [6:03:47] The day that you are saying I'm saying schedule list. [6:03:50] . [6:03:54] Schedule. [6:03:56] The quality of that. [6:04:00] Okay? [6:04:04] What? Just a friendly reminder. [6:04:06] But we do not. We do not want four [6:04:09] members, , counselor. . [6:04:10] We'll just, uh, communicating amongst council started up [6:04:14] and, , uh, , upwards of three members coming meeting [6:04:20] No aggressiveness, business and more than four members could. [6:04:25] Then we got asked to go through the extra [6:04:26] work, , but, , um [6:04:29] Naturally working with that three year there. [6:04:34] Yeah. [6:04:38] Other things on your list Car. That's it. [6:04:40] Thank you. . [6:04:41] First God. [6:04:46] Don't thank you very much Scott or works. [6:04:52] So we are, um, down to emergency services. [6:04:57] There's nothing here except been informed that Chief Tiered [6:05:01] in, uh, has a verbal update immigrants to [6:05:04] recruitment? Yes. [6:05:36] A little bit of great news as well. Um, [6:05:39] started receive this notice from a gentleman was in [6:05:43] the Bill Walker and like familiarly, Remember that name? [6:05:47] Ah, here, Tracy like to make it [6:05:50] the nation and they're not of $100, the Fire [6:05:52] department municipality and appreciation of kindness by Donald Power. . [6:05:58] Whereas I know is a proud member of the basically [6:06:01] Fire Department department station. . [6:06:06] Please find enclosed check and $100. Probably very obviously. [6:06:10] . [6:08:11] Go, Um [6:08:14] Another thing, Um, when the police officer and [6:08:17] I don't want to be dogmatic occurs, really feel [6:08:21] we need to get our urban areas address this issue. [6:08:26] . [6:08:26] One way or the other. I don't know how [6:08:31] herself Peters like speeding is a is a serious ongoing [6:08:40] You bet you going to call time? [6:08:42] And, um [6:08:45] I don't think Saturday, right fuller radar. Apparently [6:08:49] can't do that. . [6:08:50] Unless we want to. Indeed doing that.
