So, graph is in our review. [0:18] That's that. And the other discussion on the April 15th minutes. [0:22] I have no furthermore. Not all news and failure. [0:24] I mean, all right, I'm going to pose. [0:30] So, even then, so we have two beds. [0:35] Then, yeah, that's what we got to do. [0:38] You contractus came to the, if it's an contractus meeting [0:43] on the subject. [0:44] No, that's the subject. [0:47] I mean, I don't know. [0:51] I don't know. [0:51] You don't know. [0:53] Is it any sad? [0:55] No. [0:55] What do we make? [0:56] I did. [0:58] I did. [1:00] I do. [1:03] No. [1:07] Yes. [1:11] I do. [1:12] I do. [1:15] I do. [1:15] I do. [1:17] I do. [1:17] I do. [1:21] Yeah. [1:29] They're very clear. [1:32] Yeah. [1:33] I'm not sure. [1:49] They're very clear. [1:49] Yeah. [1:50] Yeah. [1:50] They're very clear. [2:04] Yeah. [2:04] It's like a good poll dude, I see people for saying they've got to change up around Parliament. [2:10] We're going to get rocks to the last row at 7.7.0. [2:14] Mr. Mills, fire station. Yeah. [2:16] And I'm on fire station. [2:19] You know what? [2:21] Yeah. [2:21] There's lots of devils. [2:23] Yeah, lots of children. [2:26] Yeah. [2:26] I should have said that. [2:28] I didn't invite us. [2:30] Let's look at that. [2:32] I think that ten of just reached down just [2:40] there's the earth. [2:42] But we're getting to the right thing. [2:44] Yeah, let's see if we're looking at it. [2:47] It's going to be up on 274. [2:51] 317 from here. [2:53] I think. [2:54] That's not too low. [2:55] There's 1,000, 1,29. [3:00] That's 1,118. [3:02] That's above 1,381. [3:07] 317. [3:07] units. And because the mills fire station is a, that's a little differently. Yeah. Yeah. [3:15] But a little variation is the first one, which is 274 year. Well, to, uh, of a row of 17. I think you know, [3:22] All right, so [3:32] the price, [3:37] the total for Hager on them, the four jobs, I've just and [3:44] sure it is $274,299 dollars. [3:50] I have a price from San Paterson, son of David, for upper rap on Ross School, L. Southern [3:57] For a total of 28,800 dollars. [4:04] And the origin of what now? [4:06] 274.295. [4:24] 14,5 versus 20, to the same way the difference is and. [4:29] Don't vote pretty low 30 six. [4:35] Yeah, and then I'll follow this if you sit 38 quite a bit different. Yeah, that's the one of the big differences. [4:50] They look like generally. [4:52] You know, it's the same. [4:55] Yeah. [4:56] Yeah. [4:56] It's a little bit of different stuff. [5:02] So we have the [5:08] two bits, like I say, [5:09] figure is 274,295 dollars in Paris, [5:15] and there's a lot of new thousand year dollars. [5:19] All right. [5:20] Yes. [5:21] I'd ask for an option on the beach. [5:26] I'll make a motion that we've set in Paris, [5:28] and something to pay with, but we're total amount of 28,000 in our dollars. [5:33] All right. [5:34] All right. [5:34] By the second bat. [5:35] All right. [5:35] Is there any other discussion on those bits? [5:39] All right. [5:39] It's not all those in favor. [5:42] All right. [5:48] All right. [5:49] Thank you very much. [5:52] Can we get a column there? [5:54] Yeah. [5:55] Yep. [5:57] Cool. [6:00] Good. [6:01] We're going to be now. [6:02] to plan now? I'll think about it, I'll think about it very soon. [6:28] Good morning. [6:34] Good afternoon. Good afternoon. [7:06] So we have that in my agenda then. We have some great proposals these are not [7:17] of goods and we have Nathan Northrup, the grading portion for Northrup is $4,770. [7:31] Is 3800 dollars north of put out a specific amount of the rattle that they would use and acres, which we've done in the past, is just pays by the yard. [7:46] And if we need less, if we need less, if we need less, if we need less, if we need less, if we need less. [7:56] And [8:00] I think we should roll it, which we usually don't specified all of them, but I think it's a good idea. [8:08] That's so, by the hour, after the grading, [8:45] make the motion that we accept. [8:47] bigger enterprises, [8:52] creating estimate of $30, $300 plus, but I would price this quarter [8:59] it as needed, and then rolling at $90 an hour, time and material as after the [9:08] gradient. Also, I can tell. Any other discussion on the gradient? I'll go with it. [9:16] all those in favor. All right, it was worth it. [9:21] With that, [9:25] Bristol mills ruled with plus. [9:27] Yeah, and and Chamberlain, I could have to change it. [9:30] So the owner of the two houses up on a dominant note, [9:36] 11, the dominant note, which is the one right by the fishlayer. [9:40] I guess the recreational fishermen have been blocking the road. [9:45] So it's 10 because I'm able to access the house and correct you. [9:50] Well, I think there's those two. [9:53] There's a place that you can pull in down at the end of it. [9:56] That the goal of the bridge is a place that you can pull into the lap, [9:59] or if we were to go up towards the wall, [10:01] there's also a little place that you could park straight ahead. [10:04] I think the problem is is they're not in the, [10:07] when you go over the bridge, [10:09] we'll start to the left there. [10:11] They're not going all the way in the spot. [10:13] of their drug vehicle is big and it's been out in this spot and they're not able to meet the corner [10:19] and get up a little bit to get up to get up to the little pair to get to the rental. [10:25] So, no parking sign? [10:26] Yeah. [10:27] I don't know if you don't know if you don't know, I wonder if you do not block all, [10:31] yeah, do not block words on. [10:33] Yeah. [10:33] I mean, yeah. [10:34] Yeah. [10:34] I'm happy. [10:34] Yeah. [10:35] I'm happy. [10:35] I'm happy. [10:36] It's a rope, but it doesn't really look like a rope, because he [10:41] I'm so excited to do it by drive license. [10:43] I was in the middle. [10:45] Yeah. [10:45] We're going to do more block. [10:47] It's more. [10:48] More to a. [10:48] More to a. [10:49] Yeah. [10:53] We've had a request to make a the product. [10:57] Out there. [10:58] So I said, I'm sure that this would be as if this is 20. [11:04] If that's something I'll do. [11:06] I would say. [11:09] It's not 20. [11:10] So I was kind of just wondering, do we have other striping to do any time for them? [11:15] Well, we always do a little round-on road, which I was going to call and have to do it after they sealed the bridge. [11:21] There's just been a happening between, yeah. [11:24] That sounds like the plane. [11:26] Obviously, I think it will be a CF. [11:28] Yeah, I talk to Sean about it. [11:30] I don't know, but I think you've found one. [11:32] Yeah. [11:33] Yeah. [11:34] And this one is six salt pond road. The penultimate needs to run a new well line for the [11:42] health fair and then because the old well is there but I think it's not for any more [11:48] so they're pretty new well and they need to run a new line under the world so they're going to [12:04] six or five. [12:06] That's what we're doing. [12:08] Yeah, okay. [12:11] So there's well must be between the two roads. [12:15] Yeah, I must have a lot. [12:16] It's been seven years there. [12:19] Yeah. [12:19] Yeah. [12:20] I mean, I don't have any problem. [12:27] Cutting it as long as they don't, [12:29] actually they have it paid back in. [12:33] That's what they're done. That's usually always no question. [12:36] Yeah, there's always been the agreement. [12:39] Do you want something written from that? [12:44] Should have something in writing. [12:46] Yeah, it's a time for my speech to have a, you should have something that something should come from in. [12:53] Yeah. [12:54] I will get something together when you sign in the sweep. [12:57] Yeah. I think there are a couple of three inside on the wash. [12:59] So yeah, we can wait here next evening, [13:04] yeah. [13:04] I mean, it's fine if it's [13:07] passionate, brown, but it's a vessel. [13:09] Yeah, at some point, but there is more amount of time [13:12] to what we should be paying back and not pull back. [13:15] It's clear. [13:17] And because we have that at one of the time, [13:22] we'll just pull it back in. [13:24] We think that it was before, right, didn't it? [13:26] Yeah, no. [13:28] Yeah, it was all over, but yeah. [13:30] So we have a set, we have a set that fills it up. [13:36] I'll show you a couple. [13:37] Yes, we'll show you something. [13:42] What kind of license do we need? [13:45] We'll try to verify. [13:54] I'll just turn on bringing all that back. [13:56] I'm looking forward to having us. [13:58] Brad says that they're going to kill the eggs about that. [14:01] Yeah. [14:01] So yeah, [14:06] no, that doesn't need to be a fee for or any money. [14:10] And the water down the set fees for all the departments. [14:13] Yeah, but as long as they're contacting the day safe, [14:16] but we're restoring it to it's original. [14:20] And we have those to its original definition. [14:23] Should be fine. [14:24] You know, as opposed to a big. [14:27] They have a close last year. [14:29] And then we model. [14:30] Yeah, it's for people to see and so on. [14:33] Yeah. [14:33] I think it's more that thing in the outside scene. [14:36] Yeah, this is something. [14:38] Yeah, check it out. [14:40] Let's see what it's all about. [14:44] But we don't need to put any action on most of the hours. [14:49] There are tables. [14:50] No, I mean, I don't have sighting to say. [14:52] Like, we don't have to do that. [14:54] I mean, I think you can want to make a motion in a second for your minutes. [14:58] To approve of the renewal. [14:59] We can do that. [15:00] All right, [15:09] I'll make the motion that we have, because we know the application for legislation for all of them. [15:31] Okay. [15:38] All right. [15:38] We hear that. [15:42] Most of the exceptions. [15:44] Most of them. [15:58] In terms of parents, right? [16:01] Yeah. [16:01] Do we have to initial all over? [16:04] I think it's just the list. [16:06] Yeah. [16:06] I think this is, I guess in the past, you have just initial those spreadsheet. [16:10] Yeah. [16:11] But the applications do get separated out. [16:14] And they don't want to know what alphabet is. [16:16] But I thought it was signed into the past. [16:18] So, it wouldn't hurt if you're looking at something in terms of a definition of, well, [16:24] yeah, [17:00] it wouldn't be commercial, it wouldn't be $1,000, $1,000, $1,000. [17:04] Yes. [17:14] Well, where are we? [17:15] Because there are a full set of certain applications. [17:19] So, for everybody's business, but April first, with the debt of money, and then, you know, [17:24] needs to make a good process to hold them around the lower way. [17:58] It's nice. [17:58] There's a lot of different versions of these things. [20:24] I'm also in shock this time, isn't it? [20:27] It's a void shaft. [20:29] Yeah. [20:29] Maybe I don't know if somebody falls asleep in the eye information, [20:32] then we do. [20:35] No, we don't know. [20:39] We don't know. [20:40] Yeah. [21:27] We've also here. [21:30] Those those are vacancies. [21:31] What is it? [21:35] It's a separate stack. [21:36] . [23:23] Is he on the legislation, you know, did you ask a statement, but, and then you said. [23:28] Chairman, [23:52] do we post that, is it a tool for us, or should we, if it has a space on where she put it first? [24:00] That's was an empty line, it means. [24:05] That does that. [24:06] You know, [28:19] all the way, you know, the political movement. [28:22] We fool, fool, yeah. [28:23] Yeah. [28:26] Yeah. [28:26] I don't know. [28:26] We were too debated for you. [28:27] But that was. [28:30] No. [28:30] Those only one that was a main resident when they were in the service. [28:34] No. [28:34] Most of them. [28:35] But by looking at the exemptions, I have a question important. [28:39] But you can get taxes this year. [28:41] I was only going to give those a time office at two o'clock and teach these other [28:45] three people how to rent the taxes. [28:49] Okay. [28:49] That's okay. [28:50] with you. I don't so I think that you're next meeting on the 20th, but you're picking [28:54] your milk. And then we can go as well. Then we should be able to commit to access shortly [29:01] thereafter. So we could just, you know, I'd be hopeful and say the 21st. We could close it too, [29:08] but it might be some time later. Absolutely. Yeah. But yeah. Because I think it's a bit [29:15] have so many other needs to know more people should be aware of how it works. [29:20] And I think that's coming in minutes. [29:22] How do you sit on very, very few people? [29:25] Yeah. [29:26] No, how to go to the place. [29:27] And at least if we're not both into the public, then we can all gather around welcome [29:33] to everybody can see what you do. [29:35] We can ask questions. [29:36] Yeah. [29:39] So, before we move on to the next agenda item, we have a visitor here. [29:44] know, did you have anything that you wanted to invest in? [29:48] They had Tom Vsons, how do you guys do your Tom Vsons? [29:53] All right, that's a lot of stuff. [30:02] All right, I didn't want to make sure we didn't just have you sit in here if you had a question that something that was all of the, was it the Legion? [30:09] in that, yes, twice. [30:12] All right. [30:13] So, soul purchase agreement, I assume this is America's. [30:17] Someone said they want to go market [30:18] from our lawyer. [30:20] And I have not, I was shared that. [30:23] I'm not best with, I'm not so haven't heard back in that. [30:26] But our lawyer said to be, you thought it was unlikely [30:29] that they would have any problems. [30:31] But you know, our work's very reasonable. [30:34] Yes. [30:34] So, my suggestion is if I have the unmarked, but it's the unread the top, we'll see here. [30:41] If you wanted to go ahead and sign as, it would be signed and then I, and if they did. [30:46] If Sundile gets to go ahead and you're set to go. [30:50] Well, yeah, that's one of the things we've got to, we've got to help the edge. [30:56] Yes, I don't know. [31:05] I guess I was waiting that 18 years ago. [31:10] I'll make a motion that we sign the Sundog solar, solar purchase agreement with Sundog solar [31:19] as edited by the town council. [31:25] in the other discussion before we saw it. [31:28] All those in favor then. [31:32] Here we go. [31:36] If yes, we get all the enough to squeeze. [31:49] These traditionally quiet down in the civil government right after the time meeting [31:54] and because our time meeting was technically delayed in my analysis. [32:10] Right. [32:10] And then they did that all those Paul. [32:15] No, [32:21] no, no. [32:21] No, we'll use them. [32:24] Yeah, I just, I say, I can't do that. [32:28] It's been faced with three signatures. [32:36] And then we all the money to divide out the names. [32:40] So we'll have a back. [32:42] Yeah. [33:22] Boom, [33:29] boom, boom, boom, boom. [33:30] Right there. [33:31] Oh, it's just, [33:33] of school learning and school work publicly. [33:36] So Greg and Halas regard all of the main [33:38] historic preservation commission, [33:40] and they had asked for additional information. [33:44] So they want additional cross-stations, elevation, [33:47] and they had a various questions about the bridge. [33:51] But I think probably the bigger piece is that they want [33:54] to do an archeology site of the land right there [34:00] where that bridge would go. [34:01] So that's, that makes you have that we [34:08] not the oldest of the beginning. [34:10] Yeah, that was really just like pretty crazy. [34:13] Yeah. [34:13] Is there a traditional one that has to be one that we built with heritage and there's you get out of that somehow. [34:21] No, no, no, no, no, no. [34:22] It's not the same. [34:23] Oh, the partition. [34:24] Yeah. [34:24] It's not the cause of the bridge. [34:26] It's because of the big and big people. [34:28] There was no, it's not the kind of the kind of river being the kind of river. [34:34] I don't know if it has something to do with that, but no, I don't know. [34:40] I guess so. [34:42] I said, oh, yeah, it's so active, but it seems to be that. [34:48] Oh, my words. [34:49] Yeah. [34:50] They didn't make it to hell, that was what that thought, right? [34:52] Yeah. [34:52] This is a street. [34:54] I don't know what it was. [34:54] It came up on the court. [34:57] It's only a few people who stayed in Maine when they qualify [35:00] to do an archeological study. [35:02] you know, like one of us does make the professors and they can all do it on the side of it. [35:11] So, like there's still a little bit of a real story, she said. [35:15] I love, I love it. [35:17] I guess. [35:18] They all need a drill. [35:20] I guess, I guess if we have to, if we have to, if we have to do, [35:25] as an archaeological study, and if we have to find that. [35:28] Well, I think that was if you put a bridge next to the bridge. [35:34] Oh, so yeah, that's how I understand it. [35:40] Yes. [35:42] You're in a temporary point. [35:45] I don't think a temporary one. [35:47] But I can track with Greg because I'm not sure what the context of the composition. [35:51] Yeah, [35:55] predictive model for likely presence of pretty short archaeological sites. [36:02] So, yeah, if we end up wanting to do a project, we'll involve thinking the standard fridge [36:10] but best chicken. [36:12] And then we would have to do the phase one, archaeological stuff. [36:18] He's there. [36:19] He's there. [36:19] He's there. [36:19] He's there. [36:20] He's there. [36:20] He's there. [36:20] He's there. [36:21] He's there. [36:21] He's there. [36:30] He's there. [36:31] need another. It's because of this other prenatal site that their team's done about it. [36:39] It hasn't been surveyed before. Yeah. [36:51] All right. Looks like [36:57] you want to do that. [36:59] There's no next bridge. Well, I'll check that with all of them then. I don't know. I'll let you know what they say. [37:08] So tell her, oh, just a few things. If you could sign this for Jess 4 and she is going to be kind of just take a test. [37:17] I've done a certified cross with a bit more. [37:21] So this, we have some building, it's area here, come in at the end of the day. [37:28] Which we want to see. [37:30] It's for the legislative policy committee. Okay. I'm not going to take you to have anybody to nominate. No, I don't think so. [37:50] And there's a rubber call. And then this is about talks is landing one of the fishermen local fishermen down around. [37:58] On the news, the talks are landing to unload their produce. [38:02] And he has passed me Bobber, we can just move that out of these numbers for these. [38:09] I said, I don't know any name, I suppose I guess it's a lot to do. [38:14] He can't store it, not technically to it can't store stuff on there, right? [38:21] And he would be willing to build a ladder or something to go down. [38:26] I'm not familiar with too much with that learning, but it said that he would build that a lot of [38:32] and of course he would pay to use that process, you know. [38:36] No, to try and lay a little bit, as long as he can, as long as there's facing up there, and [38:41] as one might say, he's not partying the equipment there, and they'll bring me trucking and [38:46] roll it up for something new, right? And I think they asked him, because I guess he has [38:50] I don't know, something that asked about it, but some of them is trying to. [38:55] Yeah. [38:55] But it's probably the same thing. [38:56] Well, they're doing their asking you to. [38:58] So they're for nomination. [39:01] Yeah. [39:01] But if you don't even know the people. [39:06] Well, I think they're looking at the ergonomics. [39:08] The ergonomics, I mean, you might know that would be. [39:10] Oh, for us to know. [39:11] Yeah. [39:16] It's in a minute. [39:18] It looks pretty good. [39:18] Yeah, yeah. [39:23] You give me more trouble. [39:26] You keep an eye on the trouble. [39:29] I'm trying to keep an eye on the trouble. [39:32] I was saying, I had time to do it. [39:34] I'd like to do it sometime. [39:36] They might have like, but I have to say, [39:38] let's start, let us say it again. [39:42] Just care and I'm the floor we have. [39:45] That's it. [39:46] All right. [39:47] That it. [39:47] I don't know if I should say that, see, film is thanks to you. [39:53] Thank you. [41:42] No, I read any of the MMA stuff in that magazine. [41:45] Yeah, yeah. [41:46] Do you read that bottle? [41:49] Kevin Sutherland or Kevin? [41:52] Newcastle? [41:54] I started at half of it. [41:55] Yeah, quite a character indeed. [41:57] I knew that he was working on his list of hamburgers or something. [42:03] Take a copy of this for Tron's sake. [42:06] Take a copy of it, most of it put a bit on to all buses. [42:12] You've got two instead of a wall. [42:16] I don't know if you have to ask me about a couple of words. [42:19] It seems like he's tired. [42:21] No, no, [42:27] no. [42:27] It's broken up. [42:38] Don't worry, it's not my idea. [42:39] Can you see where you're dealing with the body? [42:44] Oh, my God. [42:45] I guess somebody wanted the buses. [42:47] Yeah. [42:47] I like how that kind of thought. [42:50] Yeah, that's pretty neat. [42:53] Yeah. [42:55] Yes. [42:55] We get a lot of attention. [43:03] We get that in some variations. [43:18] I think [44:52] that's the next one. [46:01] Do you think that fence that guys couldn't have a cross from, or were your courses? [46:07] I was, I was to run to close. [46:09] Yeah. It's a thought of town, or with a state, I don't know. [46:12] Yeah, it's pretty fun. [46:14] We came up to that one when we used it. [46:16] I always think it's probably not thinking about it. [46:18] Yes, that is. [46:19] We're, we're, we're supposed to be there. [46:23] It's not high. [46:24] I don't know. [46:25] Yeah. [46:26] We don't even know if we've got a consensus. [46:27] And it felt a bit weird, you know, it was a friend. [46:32] Yeah. [46:33] I mean, right on the basis. [46:36] He's decided that he has a single bow. [46:39] And he was the last student. [46:42] He's not going to the end. [46:44] But in a corner going to the end. [46:53] Or the pitch is going to the point. [46:55] But I need to say it. [46:57] Well, I don't think that is. [47:01] And we'll see, so you go by and start from the side, don't be kind of doing it. [47:06] No, no, no, this. [47:12] Yeah, I'll think of the LP that's on the side. [47:38] So how would it come as if any questions? [47:42] I don't have a question. [47:44] I don't think it's just that. [47:48] Were you all in, I mean, that the logic had to pass through both of them had to pass? [47:56] I mean, I think we felt like that. [48:01] General, that we needed to pass some kind of a budget that, you know, that night. [48:05] Well, I think I said, whatever the number is, the duplicacy of it is, we needed to pass something. [48:14] I know we need a motion to reduce the amount or anything, but I thought that would happen [48:20] even if somebody would make a motion to do a new thing, but we did, and I said, I just [48:28] I think, you know, all of them, you know, I think you know, everybody stands on the budget [48:35] in the process. [48:36] I think a lot of it was a, you know, it was a process issue, you know, [48:44] at least for me. [48:45] Yeah, process, not so much to do all of this. I did agree with it, but I put a noted letter to the end of this week. So just read that and tell you how I feel about it. [49:02] And there are a cherry to get advice as to come up with a number. [49:07] Yes. [49:07] He recommended me to come up with a number. [49:09] I can agree with the budget of the society. [49:16] But I think that the small communities and the ESE, [49:23] but I see you come along with my heart. [49:25] Yes. [49:26] This year. [49:27] The school committees and the ESC place, and the public position, you know, entering into binding contracts. [49:41] What we'll be interesting for me is to see if the way they conduct their meetings changes are up because it's pretty clear from the process that people want to more open [49:56] transparency. Yeah. You know, you see, you see, me getting's for this. [50:01] Bristol. Oh, that old, old, old freedom. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. It's. [50:07] Yeah. It was like saying, we, we here. But I'll say put the town in the difficult position [50:12] because if we're delayed it, you know, we're about another 45 days. And you know, if [50:22] if it ends up delaying our tax commitment and sending out tax bills and it affects, you know, [50:27] the town to protect or have people all the bottom of my mind continue operating and take the budget. [50:35] And then it gets to do, yeah, on July 1st, I think was the deadline where it [50:40] becomes a great area of what happens, you know, but it could have, you know, it could have [50:49] that cost in the town if we delayed it much longer. If we had to borrow money to continue operating, [50:58] we'd be paying interest. And it's an extra little bit if we have turned it down. [51:06] Go to the last within the food. That's that's where the that's the right, but yeah, [51:13] but our assessor agents have worked with other towns that this happened to and they [51:20] we deal with many revenue on the state but they will recommend that you use the last [51:25] year's budget, or the most recent approved budget for the storm. [51:29] How would have been much cheaper to do that plan? [51:32] And if that would have happened, it would have been more sensitive for the town to go a bit [51:38] I mean, the big thing that could hit the lead tax fill going out, we get the town's revenue [51:48] comes in, we spend money for 12 months. [51:51] Our revenue comes in over, I'll say, three or four months period. [51:55] So we have, we have no revenue, I mean, we have exercise sets. [52:00] But our property tax revenues, we don't get any property tax revenues until our tax [52:06] and say June, and we start getting tax rid of them, and then the tax bill becomes [52:12] due in September. So we collect 95% I'll say about taxes between June and September. And then [52:20] there's no more revenue. So if that had been pushed out, we would have been in the point where our [52:30] Any problem we still have to may have to borrow a little bit of money for operating expenses. And if that's something that happens, not every year, but something that happens quite frequently. [52:40] But if we had had to borrow more money for a while, the period of time, then all of a sudden we were paying, I don't remember what we paid last year. [52:48] a tire share, we didn't really borrow 150, so it wasn't much enough, but the previous [52:54] year, it was $400,000, we needed to pay 20,000, 20,000, $30,000 in just time, so if we had [53:03] to wait until July 1st, we wouldn't have got the tax goes out until probably August. [53:10] That would have been a hardship on our, it might have been a hardship on our taxpayers as well [53:16] because they're all attached as we do in September. [53:19] So they said about 30 days when they look at that, [53:22] you know, they normal get a format when they're okay. [53:26] And so the solution would have to be that [53:28] somebody's kind of stand out and said, [53:30] just for a few some budget to it. [53:32] And it's right. [53:33] Nobody, nobody chose to do that. [53:35] And I thought that it was somebody that would do that. [53:44] But, but, [53:45] point is that you spoke in favor of doing that, but you made it appear that the whole point [53:53] was, I remember that. [53:59] I mean, I think the statement I mean was that, I said, I'm pretty sure [54:04] I said I didn't advocate for any particular amount, I said I didn't just need to pass any budget. [54:10] I wasn't advocating for a particular amount on that budget line, I just said, [54:15] I think it's in our best interest to pass a budget in, you know, in, you know, set it up to this group. [54:21] I mean, town reading can decide what that amount is. [54:25] And ultimately, we've decided on the 217th of December. [54:30] I was on the one of it. [54:31] Well, it was 2008-2004,000. [54:34] Nobody, nobody chose to make a motion to reduce that system of administration, right? [54:39] So, yeah. [54:40] I was a little confused and I wasn't the Jefferson medium when it would be in the past [54:46] last year. [54:47] When it did in the first time and the second time they had a teacher come up with a new [54:53] amount of things to raise it for dinner again and there was no dinner for people to turn [54:58] it down. [55:00] We could have done the same thing, wasn't there for a reason why they didn't do it? [55:05] Yeah. And I'm personally more concerned about process rather than the budgetary here. [55:14] And one Becky's folks, she was pretty clear that they weren't going to make any changes as far as the contractor positions. [55:22] But I think we did the best that we could do this year with that particular budget. [55:28] And I'm willing to see as a dangerous boss. [55:33] Right, because if they don't, I believe that next year's town meeting will be even more [55:39] difficult for them. Right. Right. [55:42] Yeah, does. Yeah. Yeah. Sure. [55:45] Oh, I don't know. We'll be the ones on the wall. [55:49] Yeah. There needs to be some change. Right. Right. [55:53] Well, yeah, she stood up saying, you need to, well, [55:58] you don't have a choice, look at it. [56:00] Yeah, we have the last, I'll share this at the last ESC meeting on April 29. [56:06] John Summers, our budget committee chair asked the ESC board to [56:10] consider moving their budgeting from December. [56:14] Their ESC budget to move it to the process to April. [56:17] So at that point in time, they would have both approved amounts from the [56:23] hands. So they would have a proposed budget, but they couldn't act on that budget really until [56:29] April, even till after the time region. It wasn't meant with, it was stupid. I mean, I think [56:36] that's a better answer. Okay. I don't think anybody would be able to do that. And tenderly, why would [56:42] they sign a contract before the budget has happened? Yeah. I was that question. Yeah. Yeah. I said, [56:53] It was too easy, but been over all these questions and, you know, I'll say it very, very consistent in their answers, but I mean, yeah, you know, we, we challenged in all the fact that we felt that we had a time we into a proof that into local agreement, and I know nine old state law allows them to do what they did. [57:19] they didn't violate any state laws doing what they did. I just think that I just said that [57:26] should have included the community and the decision. I think we've talked, you know, we've made that [57:32] fair to them all over the internet. We thought that was a way. My feeling is this, you know, [57:39] you know, I haven't brought this question up, but I don't know if there's any legal ways for [57:43] town to have a full-time meeting, we'll say that in any interlocal agreement and to have to [57:52] be full alone at that time meeting. And that's really a question for our lawyers. [57:58] Could we have to have an audience or a resolution or anything? [58:03] Yeah, something bad up now, say it live, say it live, say it to do it, but we can make... [58:08] surface such a separation between school law and everything else. We can make, we can make [58:18] land use rules strictly from the state law. Yeah. Why can't we make a break? [58:24] I think it's a reasonable session and just say, okay, in the future, any interlocal agreement [58:34] to do it by any time, anything will be folded on that time, everything will be able to get time leaving. [58:42] You know, even if we do an amendment to a mental local agreement, we will be able to do that. [58:51] So, everybody's the answer. [58:56] It's sort of, it is what it is now. [59:01] Yes, it's, you know, the CEO, yes, yes, it's organized it. [59:07] Organization is a bit kind of inefficient. [59:11] Well, I'm assuming you bring it's a revenue to the town, it's not just nothing. [59:16] We can all of this for. [59:19] Yeah, I mean, I reached out to the ESC website and do not have a website to go, [59:24] the ESC people of the University of the Department of Education. And I shared our story about what [59:31] happened here, and then I just said that had we been able to go over at least have a public hearing, [59:36] but the budget would have liked the cast and their enhanced response back was basically [59:42] we've got to call you all. Yeah. In other words, too bad. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So, so we think they [59:51] to have them together, to pressure the child. [59:56] I mean, good guy, I said, hey, let's go over here [59:58] and let's find out what I don't know. [1:00:00] I think it's a possibility that if it's a petition that we have to do, or I don't think so. I think it's just a matter of going to the attorney and saying, hey, what can you find anything that will protect. [1:00:17] basically the sanctity of town, when it comes to solar, because there is this [1:00:23] survivor, it's also used to get to do whatever they want. That's not the kind of [1:00:29] government that they have for yourself. I think in that story we'll have to figure that out. [1:00:40] All right, [1:00:44] so, no other questions tonight, I have to weigh in here. [1:00:51] But our eyes open. [1:00:53] Four more minutes. [1:00:56] So this question can be asked, and the school board, right? [1:00:59] And they'll have to, yeah, let's see how we saw this. [1:01:02] Yeah, exactly. [1:01:03] Yeah, you do have to sort of alert you that you have to sign in when you get there. [1:01:07] If you want to make a public comment, you have to sign in when you get there. [1:01:11] And they are starting to think the process of having them at the beginning and the meetings. [1:01:17] That's good. [1:01:17] Oh, it's a public comment. [1:01:21] And that's very soft Bristol does it's like, I think Bristol's been trying to dot that. [1:01:26] And that's the wisdom. [1:01:28] There was a minute that Bristol's always headed at the beginning with a meeting show. [1:01:32] Right. [1:01:32] But then that's kind of not that it's always a soft Bristol's and we had both places. [1:01:37] that you don't get a chance to really have a question about that night about what was discussed [1:01:43] during the movie because it was the public comment set. [1:01:47] Yeah. [1:01:48] Yeah. [1:01:49] All right. [1:01:52] Thank you. [1:01:53] Notice that upcoming meetings, planning board meets Thursday, May 7th, 630 p.m. [1:01:59] the town office, school board meets Thursday, May 7th, 530 p.m. at Bristol School, [1:02:07] parks department meets Tuesday, May 19th, at 530 p.m. at the LWC, and the next select board [1:02:13] reading is Wednesday, May 20th, at 630 p.m. here at the town office, anything out there we need [1:02:20] to discuss here before I last to agenda item. I don't. I don't. I don't. I don't. I don't. [1:02:29] Title 1, Chapter 13, 405.6A to discuss a first and now, and we'll second listen. [1:02:38] All right, all those in favor. [1:02:40] All right, Flynn.
