particular item we have had properties

sometimes you have to take less to get
[7:41] more I think this business plan was
presented awesomely they have a great
[7:49] business plan they obviously know what
they're talking about they're just not
[7:55] opening a number of businesses at one
time they're taking their business one
[8:02] at a time to make sure that they get the
one business addition to their company
[8:08] open up and running and getting it
productive they want to come to our city
[8:14] we don't want to sell the property for
the price that they're asking but what
[8:19] they're going to be giving us in return
sometimes you have to take less to get
[8:24] that more these people sound like they
know what they're talking about and
[8:29] although we don't want to not have
control of that property we have the
[8:35] option to purchase it back if they do
not fulfill their contract and I think
[8:39] that that is a very important thing they
are meet willing to meet you halfway on
[8:45] everything that you have asked for along
the line and I think that you need to
[8:50] have a little bit more of an open mind
because we're gonna lose a business and
[8:55] it'll go to another city another city is
going to say sure we'll meet you halfway
[9:00] we'll take care of this we will take
less now because we know we're going to
[9:05] make out in the end and that city is
gonna be the one that makes out Brook
[9:08] Park cannot keep turning people down
because they're not
[9:14] giving us everything we're asking for
sometimes you have to be willing to give
[9:20] up a little bit to have it come back to
give you more in return and I think that
[9:25] that's what this company can do they're
smart they're not opening up a bunch of
[9:30] businesses on in a lot of areas and then
having to fold a couple to make sure
[9:36] that you know they can get what they are
asking for they're being very selective
[9:42] they have a great plan they are not
reckless and I think that it's time to
[9:48] be a little more open and a little bit
more giving because everything is a
[9:53] give-and-take and if they're willing to
bring in business to us we should be
[10:00] willing to take a little bit of what
they have thank you

help our city going forward but above

could say they've actually heard a word

they're on board with this the business
[10:55] wants to come here everybody at least
that I've talked to residents

this business coming here and just as
[11:04] far as I'm concerned as a resident I

day on this we should get this done
