[0:31]

[0:39]
Good job.

[0:47]
And I'm going to say it as an act that on 26 to ask to say this is free.
[0:51]
Consider an act on a visit from US representative magazine.
[0:54]
It did the stuff that built community project funding for the verbal high school.
[0:59]
He'll hold this project, where it takes any interaction there on the motion to pay me this at this point.
[1:06]
I'll make a motion to take a second from the vice president, the second from Mr. Hull on the paper.
[1:10]
I'd like to do Mr. Magazine of coming on the later, we'll take that tough off the table.
[1:16]
26 to ask 264, considering that the application for reminiscence for their own doing business as
[1:21]
power a home remodeling or a hawkers of pandemos license for door-to-door sentencing windows
[1:27]

[1:53]
Highway verbal assessors map 130 lot there is there or there.
[1:57]
Oh, I take any of our action.
[1:58]
There are.
[2:03]
Well, the intermotions were gorgeous.
[2:04]
I was, I was, I was, I was, I was, I was, I was.
[2:06]
Thank you Mr. Anderson, though I was second.
[2:07]
Second, second, second, second.
[2:08]
First, I was a battle.
[2:09]
Let's go and on down there, people.
[2:10]
Hello, then the paper.
[2:11]
Go home, time.
[2:12]
It was a paper.
[2:15]
I, I, I, I, I.
[2:16]
Take you.
[2:17]
It's a big summer.
[2:18]
I'm going to just go back to.
[2:19]
Oh yeah.
[2:19]
Number three, public comment. Anyone wishing to hold time, having a stand-up over here at the
[2:28]
letter, please. No button to press this time. Just be loudly clearly for us if you're good,
[2:36]
you know, to condemn and address.
[2:49]
The name of P.A. Muller, I lived on $45, the name of the task help. Good evening, Tom
[2:55]
count the members and presidents in this bottom.
[2:58]
Prior to the large town council meetings,
[3:00]
I'm questions in regards to the power report,
[3:04]
which was mentioned at the meeting,
[3:05]
so I find a public record request
[3:07]
with Ms. Martin on July 29th.
[3:11]
Received most from term by Ms. Martin on July 30th,
[3:14]
and materials were provided on all the spot.
[3:18]
It contained the power proposal,
[3:20]
which was written on January 14th, 2026,
[3:23]
and for a bit to read off on January 14th and 1526.
[3:30]
The palpable causal is very detailed.
[3:33]
I have a here for you to see a few like.
[3:35]
It mentions that, thought, the field review
[3:38]
will also include recordation and documentation
[3:42]
of any above-ground features.
[3:44]
That's just told in what is storage structures
[3:47]
or foundations for other features and to thought.
[3:51]
It also mentions that, quote, similar features are associated with 18th and 19th century agricultural landscapes,
[4:00]
while others may re-present traditional pieces of native American ceremony and memory. End quote.
[4:09]
The proposed then continues to describe various pieces of equipment and continues with testing methods.
[4:15]
quote, to determine the Britannic agricultural improvements and or other metallic
[4:21]
argument on advance, brass or led, characteristic of 17th and 18th century down
[5:00]
And vote. Health and seniors was vote. Upon quotation of the field review, and mental detector survey,
[5:08]
pallet will prepare some really work for it that reports on the results describes any cultural deposits that were observed.
[5:17]
And vote. My question, I read the final report of pallet. And at the last meaning or stated that only the stonepies were ultimately assessed.
[5:27]
but not the stone foundation or a coin grip.
[5:31]
Cal confirmed that they were ultimately instructed to only assess the stone pires.
[5:38]
My question respectfully, who made the decision to turn down the original proposal?
[5:44]
And given the significance of the stone structure as described by what I need principle archeology,
[5:50]
Charlotte Taylor in a letter via email to Mr. Goth on January 14, 2025, with the recommendation
[5:59]
for move out of the line by 25 feet. I asked respectfully why was nothing done to protect
[6:07]
these foundations? Our comprehensive plan in our broad the page that then is out of the
[6:19]
and to initiate reservations on page 2019, Chapter 10, which is the town council.
[6:28]
I brought that page with me as a rundown for easy reference.
[6:32]
We know that this is only the third such stone foundation
[6:36]
with the unusual niches in Rhode Island and it needs to be preserved.
[6:43]
Thank you for your attention.
[6:45]
Thank you.
[6:46]
Anyone else?
[6:50]
Mariana, we'll go to the number four general good worker at the Donna Burville.
[6:54]
I have a question.
[6:56]
So I'm here about the White House and I'm waiting to say that.
[6:59]
Well, if you want to talk on the, if you don't want the e-blaves, when that comes up,
[7:04]
you'll have a chance to speak that.
[7:07]
Mr. Anderson,
[7:10]
but six minutes ago, the wait included for George Barber.
[7:15]
The spirit was smart, 10, the voucher.
[7:18]
He is on last World War II veteran in rural.
[7:22]
It is 100th birthday party March 8th, I believe,
[7:24]
the top council date of proclamation form.
[7:27]
I have a picture of this collection of metals, if anybody wants to see it.
[7:32]
This deep, deep, basically was our living example
[7:38]
of what a great generation had that he did in World War II,
[7:43]
I'm going to help with some. And I just want to, I'm sure we'll do more for George Farberk,
[7:50]
he's an incredible citizen of this community, as well as an unbelievable patriot. And I just want
[7:57]
to make sure that everyone understands. We lost Mr. Bishop folks in his way, just finished
[8:04]
up in the Fremels.
[8:06]
And that's what Mr. Bull.
[8:10]
The viewing plaza is done at the rehearsal pod.
[8:15]
The theme.
[8:16]
The Hames were all installed today and they'll be finishing up tomorrow.
[8:21]
They look fantastic.
[8:23]
The other chance they could walk by on the sidewalk to see how nice that projects go.
[8:29]
And I add to that that if there will be an opportunity to hand your name grade to one of those
[8:34]
for some nominal charge or that of child in your way, for all posterity people will come there
[8:41]
a hundred years ago.
[8:43]
It was Dennis Anderson, you know that, and then he creates people to do it sort of supports the
[8:50]
post.
[8:50]
We're looking into that cost now and we'll set up some kind of program where people can actually
[8:57]
this a guy who will come and do that instead of pulling it all out and replace
[9:04]
it.
[9:05]
Good luck.
[9:08]
I'll put it on your own.
[9:11]
Oh, the congressman is not here.
[9:14]
I'm a little bit early.
[9:15]
That's fine.
[9:16]
Well, I'm going to talk about it on general good and welfare.
[9:18]
And then we table to your item.
[9:20]
We're going to take up once the congressman arrives.
[9:23]
But a little bit early this evening, we met with congressman magazine at the Burville High School athletic
[9:28]
complex, which looks great. Speaking of favors, we've got a section of favor that went in that's
[9:33]
down by the entrance to the complex. The congressman was there to take a look at the foundation
[9:40]
for the fieldhouse that we're beginning to work on. He had to apply this with a $500,000 grant
[9:46]
for that and what from the repeat distance comes in, but as well as the ADA come light,
[9:51]
viewing plaza.
[9:54]
So, I'll sort of flip back a little bit more since he'll be on his way in,
[9:57]
but that was at the place really up all week in Tokyo.
[10:00]
Kids there this evening, it's great. It's been a very, very positive response. Every child that we spoke to is loving that field has other parents.
[10:09]
I think that he got there just as a girl sign for getting was finishing and before he left, there was over a hundred-page period football, and truly there's something to do.
[10:19]
Anything else for a good and welfare?
[10:23]
All right.
[10:24]
We'll go on the number five consent agenda.
[10:25]
Please know all items on the consent agenda.
[10:27]
She'll be acted on as one item.
[10:29]
And the equivalent to taking the proposed action on each item individually.
[10:34]
I have a motion that we wrote the consent agenda.
[10:38]
I am 26-2-7-4 to edit letters and include thanks and appreciation and regret.
[10:51]
With a motion to a further present, the consent agenda asked for the exception of 26-2-7-4,
[10:58]
with the addition of a thank you letter for Mr. Frederick. All those in favor?
[11:04]
We have a time to sign up, Rex, because I don't know what to do.
[11:07]
Paul is a favorite.
[11:08]
Hi, hi.
[11:08]
Thank you.
[11:10]
Number six, petitions to be considered an actin on a 26-275,
[11:16]
consider an actin of petitions from Ryan Uto,
[11:19]
which you consider a many pocket restrictions on sales ad,
[11:21]
or take any of the action they're on.
[11:24]
Mr. Uto.
[11:25]
Hey, what?
[11:26]
I'm going to tell you about that right here.
[11:32]
Well, the record, Mr. Uto, we will need your name and address.
[11:35]
Yes, my name is Brian Gugel, I'm a resident of nine three sales out past Florida.
[11:41]
I did any members of town council, I'm here to request a change, the current parking
[11:45]
restrictions on sale of Avenue and Pasco, specifically a section between 83 sales out and
[11:49]
13 sales out.
[11:51]
At present, this area is posted in no parking any time, I'm asking council to consider replacing
[11:56]
the restriction with a four-hour parking amendment, it was a half-brayout in the initial
[12:00]
but my landlord don't really barely ask me to amend it, don't know, for R.
[12:06]
No matter in the day, well continuing to prohibit overnight marketing.
[12:10]
There's a question based on the actual conditions we see on the street every day,
[12:13]
local vehicles, regularly park along the section of sales out,
[12:16]
and traffic is still able to pass through the area.
[12:19]
I've photographed my action, with me's just a mid.
[12:22]
As my exhibition A, this shows existing sign-ins,
[12:25]
the vehicles park along the roadway, and we're meeting travel screens.
[12:28]
For our limit, we provide reasonable short-term parking for residents, visitors, caretakers, contractors, and delivery personnel.
[12:34]
At the same time, we're already over night parking.
[12:36]
We're going to be at the vehicles from being stored on the roadway and we're going to preserve access.
[12:40]
We're a snow roll, street maintenance, and in terms of vehicle and other municipal services.
[12:45]
And now that's when the thousands will approve a change without the proper review.
[12:49]
I'm asking that to police department, Department of Public Works, and any other appropriate town officials,
[12:54]
a value waves a roadway with, traffic flow, visibility, emergency access, and proposed assignment
[12:59]
locations. If that review confirms that the parking can be allowed safely, then the current
[13:04]
total prohibitions should be reconsidered. They could put it on necessarily restrictive
[13:08]
when it reasonable and enforceable for all women could address the needs to enable it without
[13:12]
creating safety problems. I respectfully ask the council to authorize and authorize the appropriate
[13:18]
review and begin the process of mending the parking regulations in this section of sales and
[13:22]
Thank you for the time of celebration.
[13:24]
So we don't need to just point it.
[13:25]
Thank you very much.
[13:26]
That was very concise and well said and well,
[13:28]
well, Red, thank you.
[13:30]
Any before I, this will most likely refer
[13:33]
to our college in subcommittee, but do anyone have any questions
[13:35]
for the petitioner at this point?
[13:38]
No, it's pretty clear.
[13:39]
And it's a nice picture in that.
[13:41]
Do we need to refer to the administration before
[13:43]
those sort of notes?
[13:44]
Even if you can want to put an order in this answer.
[13:47]
You know, we'll take care of it.
[13:48]
We'll take a look at it.
[13:50]
I just don't know if we need to wait
[13:52]
My next being referred towards, so we can submit it to ordinances at the same time as the
[13:57]
administration take a look at it.
[14:00]
I'll make a motion that group for it to the administration ordinance.
[14:03]
Second motion to refer to this position to both the administration and the order in
[14:07]
some committee.
[14:08]
And it was a second.
[14:09]
Although it was in favor.
[14:10]
And I think you very much would thank you, thank you.
[14:12]
The clerk will reach out once it comes up out of ordinance and so forth, we'll let you know
[14:18]
when it's going back on the agenda.
[14:19]
Thank you very much.
[14:22]
All right.
[14:22]
Number seven, unfinished, we don't think the color is picking up, right?
[14:26]
Okay, number seven, unfinished business.
[14:27]
We considered an economic, we have none.
[14:29]
The number eight, while the hearings, 26, the Ash 276,
[14:34]
proposed amendments to the Revital Audence's
[14:36]
Dundrago, Rhode Island, 2000, or as amended,
[14:39]
the Section 30-71 zoning district
[14:42]
uses amending the requirements for other outdoor
[14:46]
commercial recreation, youth indoor commercial recreation,
[14:49]
and at five and at few districts.
[14:51]
Which note that notice of the public hearing was advertising the one side fall on August 2nd well in 19th
[15:00]
On the homepage, you have the town council page of the towns website at www.burgle.org.
[15:06]
First, we have any comments in what recommendations from the court in some committee. Mr. President.
[15:12]
Yes, we look at this. The recommendation came from planning.
[15:15]
I've never done the several years ago when they looked at the zoning, and I've wanted
[15:21]
to consider the increasing need for indoor recreation and they realized that not allowing
[15:31]
that and the farming zones would be not a wise idea, so they're suggesting they change
[15:40]
that, you know, the use of a special exception, which is therefore quite a planning on their plan
[15:46]
to get okay and it was a position of the on the subcommittee that we totally agree with the
[15:53]
planning board, and we totally suggest that the current council approved this application.
[16:01]
I'm a volunteer fee, commenting but recommendations from the administration, the solicitor on the
[16:07]
I want to support it as well, where it is here being a more detailed conversation.
[16:12]
Generally speaking, what we're trying to do is give people more of the 70.
[16:16]
It came in as a promise that the way we're in relation in what we've already said,
[16:22]
that's who's interested in these support.
[16:26]
Great.
[16:27]
We know persons who wish to address my consults,
[16:30]
they name the addresses.
[16:31]
We'll want to see proponents.
[16:33]
many components here, want to de-appointing, so I've had
[16:37]
any components of the changes.
[16:39]
I'm going to close the public air, but the motion
[16:41]
includes, I'll put it in you at a second.
[16:42]
Yeah, thank you, thank you, Tony, by the way,
[16:44]
it's President, although it's a paper, by my
[16:46]
my time-pensive operation, just a couple of minor changes,
[16:49]
and then they both sense in the world.
[16:51]
So, yep, just to just do it.
[16:54]
Then, when I say anything else, I consider a motion
[16:55]
to adopt the amendments, we're going to adopt that.
[16:57]
S, that I can, okay, let me say it.
[17:00]
Well, then, that motion to adopt the amendments,
[17:02]
to revise an onusus, the town of Berlin,
[17:04]
Rhode Island, 2004 as a vended section,
[17:06]
30 deaths, 71 zoning district uses,
[17:08]
amending the requirements for other outdoor
[17:11]
commercial recreation, indoor,
[17:13]
commercial recreation and F5 and F2 districts.
[17:16]
Is that an emotion, is that an emotion?
[17:17]
Yes, it is.
[17:18]
Thank you, a second.
[17:18]
Yes, it's a familiar list of rules.
[17:20]
It was a favorite.
[17:21]
Most points are in front of you.
[17:23]
We have a motion to join this public hearing.
[17:25]
A second, so I take on the way spread out.
[17:26]
It was a favorite.
[17:28]
On this point, I'd like to take up
[17:29]
from the table, item 26 to ask 263 on the motion.
[17:35]
Second, let's move to Mr. Battles.
[17:37]
I'm going to let my president, I was in favor.
[17:39]
I represent him magazine.
[17:42]
Thank you for being here today to discuss the federal community
[17:44]
project funding that you supplied us
[17:47]
for the Berlin High School Field Health Project.
[17:49]
Floor is yours.
[17:50]
Mr. Representative.
[17:51]
Thank you.
[17:52]
Thank you.
[17:52]
Follow me.
[17:53]
I'm not here today to talk about e-bikes.
[17:57]
So don't ask, but I just wanted to put up a date I've been here for a month of the day,
[18:04]
making visits around the town, and just wanted to reiterate that the town road was very important
[18:12]
to me in my work representing the National District of Congress, working as hard as I can to get as much
[18:18]
federal funding back here to Rhode Island so that we get it. These are fair share, if not, a little bit more,
[18:24]
And I want to continue working collaboratively with all of you to do that.
[18:28]
So it was great to visit the high school with you all not long ago,
[18:33]
where we were able to secure a half a million dollars federal funding
[18:37]
for the infield house, coming off of another half a million dollars
[18:41]
federal funding that we were able to get for the viewing class up.
[18:45]
You know, I pursued those grants that you're request,
[18:49]
not just because I believe that you've sports are important
[18:53]
which I think they are, but also because I think community building is important.
[18:57]
And, you know, it's my hope that those facilities will help bring people together.
[19:01]
Three years to come.
[19:03]
Get people off their phones, maybe, and interacting with real life.
[19:06]
People, young people, but also people of all ages.
[19:09]
And look forward to seeing those projects advance.
[19:13]
Looking forward, I'm currently working on a new grant proposal in conjunction with Senator Reed,
[19:20]
working on this one together to extend a water line to the new senior housing development on
[19:27]
steer farm road. That's where neighborhood's life still valley is developing a 64 unit senior housing
[19:33]
development. We of course have a housing crisis in the state of the stand or some by housing
[19:38]
particularly for seniors. And so that grant has now passed out of committee and both the house
[19:44]
and the senate and we're waiting for a full floor action. But I'm hopeful that by the end of the year
[19:50]
We'll have some good news on that.
[19:53]
We're going to continue to support the fire departments as best we can in recent years through the afternoon.
[20:00]
Members for local and local bill for a new pump or vehicle. 600,000 for the passport fire department for a new tank or vehicle, 300,000 for a Harris bill, or a, for breathing apparatus and face masks, and we're going to continue to work with the local fire departments on their AFG grant applications again to help them maximize their chance of success and getting that back.
[20:24]
And then finally, as I've talked about with Dennis and others, I recognize the importance
[20:33]
of well-one to this community at Community Health Centers generally across the safe, which
[20:39]
are facing severe financial challenges.
[20:41]
And so I'm going to continue to fight for the Community Health Center grant program that has
[20:49]
provided $2.5 million a year for well-being.
[20:52]
to try to at least maintain if I expand that, in addition to the rule of health grants that I know you all are
[20:59]
going to interact with you as well. But I want to be supportive of where I can. I'm also quite
[21:03]
in hard to reverse the concept to Medicaid and the Affordable Care Act that I think have also
[21:08]
created additional financial stress on well one and other health centers around the state.
[21:13]
So stay tuned on that. The plea will have a subchange is coming next year. So just to wrap it up,
[21:20]
You all know this already, but if you'd rather members of the public who are here,
[21:25]
we're the way this works and it was in the fall. We'll get together and we'll talk about
[21:29]
what the priorities for the town are. So, you know, I look forward when we get to October, November,
[21:35]
hearing what the priorities are so that I can start working along the Senator Reed Senator White House
[21:40]
on the next round of federal grant opportunities to help out the community. So that's the update.
[21:46]
That's it.
[21:47]
Thank you all for the partnership.
[21:49]
I want to do everything I can to continue to bring back, because I said at least your fair share
[21:54]
if not a little bit for the post federal funds.
[21:58]
So, we're representing magazine.
[21:59]
I want to thank you on behalf of not only the Council candidate administration, but also the
[22:04]
residents of Burrable for the work that you've been doing, you know, but that's on a range
[22:09]
of issues.
[22:10]
We appreciate the collaboration.
[22:11]
We look forward to continue collaboration and we'll certainly be there to you up
[22:16]
some opportunities in the fall, the partnership between our federal delegation and the town certainly
[22:23]
is valuable and it allows us to leverage the residents' taxes and make them go so much further.
[22:30]
And that's so critical in today's day and age with escalating costs on every day.
[22:34]
Thank you, sir. Thank you. Thank you very much.
[22:41]
Okay, we will now move back to the agenda of taking on item 2626-277, we're both amendments
[22:52]
that are revised.
[22:53]
General ordinances, town of Burville, we're now in 2004, as amended, Chapter 26 and
[22:58]
title traffic and vehicles by repealing section 26-4, use of recreational vehicles and other
[23:05]
vehicles on public and private property, and it's entirely, and we're placing it with
[23:10]
26-4 use of recreational vehicles, electric bikes and other vehicles on public and private property.
[23:17]
Please note that notice of the public hearing will doubt or dice in the one side of the call.
[23:21]
On August 19th, 2026 and posted on the homepage and the town council page of the town's website at www.burnal.org.
[23:29]
First up is a payment input recommendation from the board of some committee, Mr. Vice President.
[23:36]
Yes, thank you, Mr. President.
[23:37]
And we had looked at this many times over the past several months.
[23:45]
The ordinance has stated that it was written long before e-bikes are heard about.
[23:51]
So we had a glitch in our ordinance at the time that didn't include e-bikes.
[23:56]
And do do a rational complaint from residents with some youngsters writing unsafely, especially
[24:03]
in a village pastoral and other concerns, we decided to take a look at that and make e-bikes
[24:11]
part of our ordinance. And we looked at state law and that had a lot to do with what we decided to
[24:19]
do. I walk in into the laws that he wants to accept to say this. Young people under the age of 16
[24:27]
are not allowed by state law to write on state roads. And that would include all state roads,
[24:35]
it does say highways, but highways are very broad, definition and the state law.
[24:42]
So if you run 16 in your writing and you bike on state roads, you're breaking the law.
[24:50]
We included that in our ordinance for town roads as well. It's difficult to get anywhere in
[24:57]
I don't remember what I'm traveling on the state road.
[25:00]
Individuals from 16 and up should be licensed by state law, operate e-bikes.
[25:08]
I don't believe people know that. I don't think they need to be registered, but a license is necessary to operate and e-bikes on roads in the right.
[25:17]
After that, I'll just say our recommendation was to pass this, including some changes, and with help from the police chief, there was instrumental on helping us fashion this ordinance.
[25:29]
We soly recommend that the column council will to the affirmative for the suggestion.
[25:36]
Thank you.
[25:36]
Thank you Mr. Vice-president.
[25:37]
I want to be comments input recommendations from the administration.
[25:41]
I'm going to solicit the time to amend the chief of police.
[25:44]
What's the day?
[25:45]
So, let me start.
[25:46]
Are we just serving the vote?
[25:47]
I'll turn it off.
[25:48]
I'll sit here.
[25:49]
It's a fun.
[25:51]
I'll go to the next.
[25:52]
There we go.
[25:53]
I'm sorry.
[25:55]
We're going to the original work.
[25:56]
It's the proposed door.
[26:00]
Yeah, okay.
[26:01]
Here we go.
[26:02]
Oh, okay.
[26:03]
Yeah.
[26:03]
I'm not going to tell about that.
[26:05]
Well, sure.
[26:06]
It was the best part of this information.
[26:10]
Sorry, sure.
[26:11]
It's not enough.
[26:11]
It's not enough.
[26:11]
It's not enough.
[26:14]
So I'm going to talk to this presentation of correlations here.
[26:17]
It's the kernel to talk about what he's going to do.
[26:21]
But the problem is all right.
[26:23]
And, you know, what just, you know, if it's your foundations, we'll do it in a blessed forest
[26:30]
and give it a thumbs up here. Generally speaking, it was sort of what I said. We were
[26:36]
at his table at the ordinance, but we were in some Canadian, and I think originally we were
[26:41]
trying to manage the bikes, but they say balls, but he likes, and does it any more of this?
[26:46]
It's not that they're lost in suggesting. There's already a state law about bicycles. So it doesn't
[26:51]
it's going to be that and whether it's implicit ornaments, but not. So I take the recommendations to take
[26:57]
a simple thesis out of it. It doesn't really cause it to make it a principally relevant.
[27:04]
We're not suggesting we're going to be fully in that future. I know they're going to
[27:09]
change this month and all.
[27:15]
So that being said, we're also going to look forward to
[27:18]
section of the original awareness and to remove the bicycles from the original audience post
[27:25]
in the audience. Now they're all often in the design down. So now it has better
[27:31]
than I want. And that's what I'm going to tell you. Sure. Sure. So I was asked to speak to the
[27:39]
issue of what we face relative to the proliferation of new bikes. It's statewide, but it's
[27:47]
a large community, and what we really experienced on a growing scale, on numerous complaints,
[27:57]
relative to particularly those of the New Year to 16, on e-bikes operating within ASCO,
[28:06]
are skilled at a break that or a manner that disrupts the traffic flow in the spirit.
[28:16]
And that's put in my opinion that complaints of juveniles writing their e-bikes with the flow of the traffic,
[28:23]
blocking the flow of the traffic, from the CVS, don't get donuts area of Passo, disrupting patron flow there.
[28:33]
And the problem for us, as far as enforcement on this issue, is that there really is no regulation that speaks to properly enforcing e-bites in what it is.
[28:47]
They have basically the same right to us.
[28:51]
So in this, was spoke to that when it was presented
[28:55]
or in this language was initially developed,
[28:57]
voicemails was included.
[28:59]
I was against that.
[29:01]
They're not going to treat voicemails as the same as e-bikes.
[29:04]
Simply because our calls for service are focused
[29:09]
on those operating e-bikes in a pretty reckless manner.
[29:14]
And the typical responses are people respond, engage with those that were disrupting traffic, putting
[29:23]
walters, safety at risk, putting their own safety at risk. And so our offices would speak to
[29:31]
those involved, kind of not like this to behavior itself. And if we don't witness to behavior,
[29:37]
we're in a position where it's incredibly difficult for us to work for us. So the pattern
[29:42]
decaying, scape with hills and walls, and then to either a region knock it off or a
[29:49]
tube disperse. And what could happen is all this would leave the area and then the same
[29:58]
all of their structure.
[30:00]
I am in the support of this line which that addresses human rights for those under the age of 16. I am not looking to address
[30:10]
vice-warness in the same manner. So that's why we spoke to a change in the language of that. I believe
[30:19]
this ordinance gives us the positive enforcement tool that is necessary to end this behavior
[30:27]
of disrupting motorist driving down the roadway and having those that pull out on their
[30:33]
equites and front of them and wait water, block the motorist with traveling down the roadway.
[30:42]
Again, the motorists are concerned about their own safety and we are equally concerned that
[30:49]
the those that are engaged in this discrepancy major and an age under the age of 16 on the vehicle
[30:56]
that we believe is too powerful for someone that age to be operating on, you know, on a
[31:05]
roadway, never on the sidewalk. So that's why I'm in support of this line. I think it gives us
[31:12]
the tool to curb this behavior and the tool that many other communities are looking forward
[31:20]
as well because they're experienced and just saying that's what we're about.
[31:25]
Thank you.
[31:26]
I don't know.
[31:27]
And they also made a administration.
[31:30]
No, not maybe.
[31:31]
Okay.
[31:33]
Please note, persons who wish to address the council.
[31:35]
She'll still have to name it.
[31:37]
She'll speak and name the addresses.
[31:39]
We want to see proponents.
[31:40]
People who are in favor of the proposed changes.
[31:55]
Hi, guys.
[31:56]
J&L's are 82 Kennedy Lane, Patkinsville, Rhode Island, my property of butts, the bike path.
[32:05]
So, I know I've heard a lot about the streets, but I didn't really hear anything about the bike path.
[32:11]
I, let me just, I live on the bike path. I win the set day in and day out. I hear it day in and day out.
[32:20]
All hours of the day does not matter what time of day it's at night.
[32:24]
sometimes we can hear him scream and bite. I actually had an answer when my grandson almost
[32:30]
back hit. Okay, he was coming, he was walking down in Australia, I don't know if he got the
[32:35]
female in the nettle, but my grandson went up ahead of us as kids are, as well as my kid. And
[32:44]
he was off my horse history and a kid was coming all the horses we can bust around the corner
[32:50]
and my grandson literally jumped back to prevent from getting hit.
[32:56]
So that's one incident, another incident in my husband and I were walking and we were walking.
[33:03]
And there's one of the kids composing by and one of the kids, I say, I'm only, you don't.
[33:10]
And I have to say, I say, and the kids turned around. But at the moment,
[33:18]
seriously, I didn't know
[33:19]
Well, so my big concern is the bike path as well, and they, and if they're courteous, you know what I mean?
[33:29]
If they're courteous, it doesn't buy on the grass, that's fine. I'm okay. I'm not okay with it.
[33:34]
Because they don't belong to you, but at least they're being courteous.
[33:38]
Then majority of them are not courteous.
[33:40]
So, there's a huge concern for me living on the white path and using it pretty much daily
[33:47]
and not able to enjoy it anymore.
[33:50]
These strategically, we strategically, especially now, kids are in school, we're better at it,
[33:57]
but I mean, it's easier for us to stuff, we strategically time our walks because the kids
[34:02]
are going to be in school now.
[34:04]
So that is a major concern for me, and I did have people come to me, and I do, I see you
[34:09]
even and addressed to me and we said, you know, they were concerned. Before we even went in,
[34:15]
they were concerned about the bike path going in. And I was like, we don't have a problem with
[34:20]
the bike path. So when there's a long distance, main team, and it doesn't become a hero.
[34:25]
And someone's only going out of them because he's exactly the day.
[34:28]
There is competition in this audience that does not allow e-bikes down property, including the
[34:34]
Okay, so I mean, I'm just putting it. You know what I mean? I know it's hard to catch them because you're not the end of the time
[34:42]
But even if you put some flakes out because I know that I'd ask that because there is one class up behind my
[34:48]
Marabody and because of me, I call the town and said you're going to put a stop sign right there before that
[34:54]
Dating to go over to their house because somebody's going to get killed and they did but I have
[35:00]
I'm going to get killed, and I'm going to be with this to say that migrants are almost that head by feet and bike.
[35:11]
Okay, Senator.
[35:12]
I don't know what to do.
[35:13]
So, as Mr. Rosson just said, there is language in this group of immigrants and streets through the bike path as well.
[35:21]
As well as any other town property.
[35:23]
And when you're saying, just echoes the complaints that we hear almost on a daily basis.
[35:31]
As the how the bite e-bikes are operating, quite frankly, that way that I was in here with this built.
[35:38]
But I have brought it multiple times.
[35:41]
And it's not designed to accommodate that type of apparatus in that setting at all.
[35:47]
And it says, right now, the cleanest day, no motorized vehicles.
[35:51]
Well, not only does it include now it includes eBikes that were available 10 years ago, but also mentioned
[36:00]
for reals, opens, and other gas powered bicycles, clean your bicycles.
[36:07]
It was already in the mountains.
[36:08]
It was built and up and down.
[36:10]
I know they do.
[36:11]
And I've walked that many times that you've probably seen me go by your house and I've seen
[36:15]
the same behavior because when they go all by duck pond and they get on my trails not
[36:20]
There it is. It's wide open.
[36:22]
Go there. As you guys, someone has already stated, it's not even there. I'll enjoy in their e-bites.
[36:29]
It's getting from 0.1.
[36:32]
And it's getting from Harzill and Pasco Pasco to have whatever.
[36:36]
But the bike path is the main dragon and I'm going from Harzill to Pasco.
[36:42]
So I'm very concerned and someone is going to get killed.
[36:46]
It's unfortunate. This was put in as a walking trail somewhere along the line. It's not being called by the past.
[36:55]
It was never the intent to be a fight.
[37:00]
Unfortunately, that's what I got used for.
[37:03]
I love it. I love it. And like I said, now that Steve and Dress are saying, and I can concern. I'm trying to go around to everybody.
[37:10]
that a budget. We said point-billy, I don't have a problem with that, as long as it's going to be
[37:16]
maintained and it's not going to be hanging out and that up until recently, if it wasn't that bad,
[37:21]
but now we don't, it's almost not going to be enjoyable, like I said, we're going to strategically plan our
[37:26]
walls. So just to the line, which is for your identification C2, let us read, it's in the record of it.
[37:34]
If electric vehicles and parts and recreation areas, it's up in designated parking areas,
[37:38]
the person shall write,
[37:40]
or tell a move, or trim a electric bicycle.
[37:43]
Within any town owned for recreation area,
[37:46]
including trails, past playgrounds,
[37:48]
picnic areas, and we'll be in space.
[37:50]
So it is interesting.
[37:52]
All right, thank you.
[37:55]
Hold it.
[37:55]
Other, one of the subtle change to this is,
[37:59]
we also put in that they can write a half hour before dawn
[38:04]
or a half hour after dusk.
[38:05]
I know I've just witnessed it myself nine o'clock at night driving dollar over with no lights on there
[38:12]
Everybody they're going to run into that talk that little thing to keep I'm talking about on the main streets
[38:17]
I don't even see it. Yeah, we're going to have the proponents of my name is Dejmas
[38:25]
I'm going to have a question. I've read an article and I'm farming by
[38:33]
And I thought this also included four wheelers in the ATVs, and that's my concern, everything that seems just said I would agree with with ATVs.
[38:45]
You already had the order so that we did this because E-Bikes just recently became the fashion 10 years ago, we didn't have E-Bikes, so we decided we had that add E-Bikes.
[38:58]
Okay, so if it mirrors what the other things control as well, it's just a mirror image for an
[39:04]
Epozy likes. So what you're saying is true. Well aware of the problems you have my
[39:09]
Gaza with the Sandbanks and the four wheel is going up and down there and doing that for years.
[39:15]
We've been living after four years and then part of this movement. I remember going with a police officer
[39:21]
and a council member named Nell Gooddrow for us to solve in the 80s that we're going to address that issue.
[39:28]
So I think we're all well aware of what's going on down in your opinion.
[39:34]
Thanks. Mr. Bess, just so you understand, definitions in this ordinance
[39:38]
to be one motor vehicle's motorized vehicle.
[39:41]
It's with any motor vehicle or motorized vehicle, any kind, including limited to recreation vehicles,
[39:45]
altering vehicles, water cycles, dirtplates, many bikes,
[39:48]
boatbeds, gold carts, motorized scooters,
[39:50]
or cycles, stand-up motorized scooters, motorized
[39:53]
train cycles, snowbeals, quad cycles, quad cycles,
[39:57]
or any other vehicle deemed unsuitable for.
[40:09]
My
[40:16]
name is Sarah Fitzpatrick and I live on 24 sales Avenue, which is E-Bike Central.
[40:24]
I'm looking at the material that was implemented in the agenda package, and the ordinance is not saying anything about under 16 or before does correct?
[40:35]
after does, is there a full W, the ordinance,
[40:39]
somewhere that we can refer to?
[40:43]
We have to give it back.
[40:44]
We have to give it back.
[40:44]
You guys called for the operator that proposed fault.
[40:48]
So V, I'm sorry, I'll read it.
[40:51]
Operation by though, it's on to the age of 16.
[40:55]
No person on to the age of 16,
[40:57]
shell operated waterized vehicle or electric bicycle
[40:59]
that's done on a girdle.
[41:01]
Violet is of this provision with base penalties
[41:03]
as outlined in some section 5 of this section,
[41:06]
it's made for the Department of the Indian Party.
[41:11]
We have any other proponents for them to close change into proponents.
[41:16]
And we want to de-aponents of proponents
[41:28]
to remind that we need your names and records,
[41:30]
but the nature and address for the records, please.
[41:32]
Both of them have just looked fair and I look at 50-shore
[41:34]
or a passcode. Thank you.
[41:41]
And approximately in high school,
[41:43]
I'm just recently graduating in those school top or in my class.
[41:48]
I own a class to e-bike and I use it for many things.
[41:52]
I have two on job on jobs.
[41:55]
That's okay.
[41:55]
It's not on.
[41:56]
It's okay.
[41:57]
Take take on deep breath doing great for all of you.
[42:00]
Absolutely great.
[42:05]
I have two long jobs.
[42:10]
Good job.
[42:11]
You've got the long jobs and what else do you want?
[42:14]
Yes.
[42:17]
with how might you, but I'd be living into where I could go.
[42:20]
No one uses dogs.
[42:25]
It's okay, buddy.
[42:26]
Take care of time.
[42:28]
There's no rush yet.
[42:28]
We're in the no time limit.
[42:30]
We're gonna get paid by the hour.
[42:31]
We have the service.
[42:33]
We got it, buddy.
[42:37]
So you're going from your house over on the lake to all the parts of town.
[42:42]
Yes.
[42:42]
Where you wouldn't be able to do it if you didn't have a human.
[42:44]
Yes.
[42:46]
Okay.
[42:46]
But you might give me free not like
[42:49]
Or I just had a break in my bike. Yes, so where I could go was very limited
[42:54]
My friend lived like a mile's hot tail from me. Yeah
[43:05]
Well, I'm sure I can eat like if you get off those hills easier
[43:08]
I believe
[43:13]
rides ain't what go in my friend's house
[43:15]
It makes it more convenient for my parents and be actually get places. Right. Oh
[43:21]
I always wear a compliment, and I follow traffic laws, like, and Jackson knows the laws for this, but I like to stay on the sidewalk, slow down by going on a cool past and bull, you know.
[43:37]
On the, like, I always try to go, like, all the way to the end or in the grassland passing people.
[43:47]
Look, I want to say, I'm only composed yourself there a minute and you know, look at your notes there.
[43:53]
But I want to say that you are unfortunately the kids that are being penalized by the balance unfortunately.
[44:05]
And there's no other way to say it.
[44:07]
But you know, some kids in this community and I don't think it's just our community by any stretch.
[44:12]
I think the Colonel can speak to this as he probably talks to the other chief police,
[44:16]
the chiefs of police around the state and throughout the country. The advent of these vehicles
[44:21]
has been incredible because it does open up your ability to get further, you know,
[44:27]
where you can't normally get on a type of pedal like. But unfortunately, we are in a scenario right now
[44:35]
Now where good stewards of the room, good stewards of their e-likes are paying a price because
[44:43]
of, I don't know if it's my normative or a majority, quite honestly, because I think everybody
[44:47]
here is unfortunately experienced these bad hours.
[44:53]
When we go by you and maybe I go by you, I probably don't notice you because you're probably
[44:58]
The vein was.
[44:59]
The vein was.
[45:00]
I think it's like a lunatic. So I just wanted to say that to give you a chance to, of course, yourself there.
[45:09]
My name is Mark Farr. I'm from Father, I also live at the 50-show road past go.
[45:16]
Some people here probably know me. There are a lot of things around town.
[45:21]
I just wanted to say a couple of things, so we, in this community, have a history of
[45:29]
not
[45:30]
punishing those, do the right thing because of people who do the wrong thing.
[45:36]
And you can go back to your second-man resolution.
[45:41]
We look at the state law and say, you know something that we're not, that we're not going
[45:46]
to file a law, but we're not going to go out and actively force the state law.
[45:51]
Because we believe in the freedoms, we believe in the rights of people.
[45:56]
I understand what rent the whole state law, know that you have to be 16 years old, get it?
[46:04]
I think the proofs department can use those state laws at their discretion to go after the ones
[46:10]
when we lose down to the over.
[46:12]
To go out to the dirt,
[46:13]
because it's honestly not really thinking what's it's the dirt,
[46:19]
whether there be a lack of alcohol,
[46:21]
whether they're gasped.
[46:22]
I watched the kids sit on a two-stroke dirt bike
[46:24]
and see if you guys watch them on without a care in the world.
[46:27]
When I was a kid, we were hiding in those things.
[46:30]
So it's crazy.
[46:34]
Couple of things we can propose that can go on
[46:37]
that we can refer back to the order and some committees
[46:39]
and add a couple of things, maybe take a couple of things out.
[46:42]
You used to say, well, you could add in to office and discretion any act that is unsafe.
[46:50]
They can take it.
[46:52]
And if it's a misdemeanor, take it, they don't have to win.
[46:55]
So you can go by with a great intestinal warning, or our intestinal warning, but witness.
[47:00]
You can add in a requirement for e-bike that is called safety course that are available online in their free.
[47:07]
and have to carry a license, and I know I understand that I actually bought state wall,
[47:13]
but that's what we do about it. We go with common sense, though, there's one more thing
[47:20]
involving out of the blue, like two or three weeks ago. Maybe it was right after I saw
[47:26]
your post on Facebook. I got a random text from a woman who I coached her son in basketball
[47:33]
and she goes, I just want to let you know something. She goes, I just got a text from somebody
[47:40]
that I coached with that said, do you know Lou Farrell? And she says, yes, I do why? His father
[47:47]
coached my son and he was on his team. My daughter just fell on the bypass and Lou Farrell
[47:54]
pulled up. Wipped out his first aid kit and helped this little girl to the skin underneath what
[48:00]
being to get on it for. And then Rodon is married way, pedaling the whole thing. He worked his
[48:08]
body off to get the sea bite, and to be able to go to his friend's house and to be able to go to
[48:13]
his girlfriend's house, to be able to go to his random one jobs around the town. He's doing the right thing.
[48:20]
Go out to no one's doing the wrong thing. Come up with a different way. That's fine.
[48:25]
Thank you.
[48:28]
Thank you.
[48:28]
Mr. Front.
[48:29]
Look on.
[48:29]
I want to thank you very much.
[48:30]
It's not easy to get up.
[48:32]
I'm talking from the very little.
[48:34]
And you did a great job.
[48:35]
Very great job.
[48:37]
Thank you.
[48:39]
I'm funny.
[48:40]
Other opponents here.
[48:42]
Okay.
[48:44]
Now, you're going to get beat by the young guy behind.
[48:46]
Oh, so we're all fed.
[48:47]
Please.
[48:49]
I just like to say.
[48:51]
We're just before you just need your name and address, please.
[48:54]
every part of the working was by a worker.
[48:58]
I just like to say in the months of this year for me,
[49:02]
and for I believe I've met
[49:05]
the provision.
[49:10]
He's just like a good kid.
[49:13]
And as you said, the bad apples.
[49:16]
Well, I'll get one of the bad apples
[49:18]
because possibly setting up a registry in town.
[49:24]
I'm going to eat bugs to the end and you can take it, design any bugs, but where you can put it on the street,
[49:32]
you've got to come down and be at a license, pass the road test, and then you can move on your way back.
[49:39]
Possibly even get insurance, very cheap for stuff like that.
[49:44]
We have a four-wheel side by side because we $75,000 a year for $25,000 a week.
[49:49]
I have the memory. That's what I'm afraid of. I don't want to be coming to my house like I did one night.
[49:58]
What did I write?
[50:00]
But to switch into my driveway, to get coming down the hill on a regular bicycle, no lights, no reflector in the front.
[50:09]
He almost ran into my mailbox, and then he swore at me, but I'm not seeing him.
[50:16]
But I think if he never was on a bicycle, not even on a bicycle.
[50:21]
And now, recently, I've taken photos of three individuals who don't come up.
[50:27]
I don't know how to rub it anymore because they know I got pictures of who they are, but then I saw another one to that, but yesterday, I'm down the hill, but he had a home and goggles on. That's the other thing.
[50:43]
I don't know how to handle any safety equipment. That's mandatory when you're on a motorcycle, no one rides there, but like that open face, you should have glasses on at least in a minute.
[50:54]
So that would add a little more bite to it, and with the registering people like this young man would still be able to operate like they like to, and they still be able to be legally on the road.
[51:11]
at least on townholds. I understand his state regulations. He just had to keep to up the
[51:17]
Stembroke. So I can appreciate that, till speed limits are higher, traffic is higher.
[51:24]
But I didn't think I'd be up here to defend them, but up because I sent pictures to the major
[51:32]
about a couple of kids and they haven't been around since. I thought a lot of kids talked about
[51:38]
and all right, down to five of them.
[51:40]
A lot of times I've thought of things.
[51:42]
I had kids doing donuts for a year's ago
[51:44]
with me at the section of the hill and we're all.
[51:47]
As this is going to start,
[51:50]
so I call a police department.
[51:52]
They found out who it was, two days later.
[51:56]
They were done.
[51:57]
They've not been in private anymore,
[52:00]
but at least the police once told me,
[52:01]
it said, you guys, you got to cut this stuff up,
[52:06]
but they've got somewhere they haven't stuck in this town.
[52:08]
I was in an accident that I caused.
[52:14]
Not too many years ago that West, Brook, and
[52:24]
Roundtop.
[52:26]
I started going through the intersection on blind spot in my guard with substance.
[52:30]
I couldn't see the truck.
[52:33]
Pick up such front.
[52:36]
Off to the side. I just pulled out slowly.
[52:38]
just kind of didn't know fast to the teeth of me. So we were set on all that up. On the
[52:44]
cup, it's telling you all, you're going to have to bear fine, and you're going to lose
[52:47]
responsible for this violation, secretary. So some young guy comes through with a sports car or like
[52:54]
a Honda with the long pipes on stuff like that. He says, oh, he's still around. He says, yeah,
[53:02]
he says, we're going to have to get him a few weeks ago because he's wrapping his pipes up all around
[53:09]
It's all in me. We catch you doing it again.
[53:14]
You're going to be a violation of the
[53:15]
Secretary for all. But as this man said, you know, I've been on a scene on a road by police
[53:21]
and my snowmobile. They knew more about this government. And then just let you go on your
[53:27]
merry way. But it's the bad amount as it falls the problem. Like if they had seen me go on the road
[53:33]
40 miles out. That's not necessary. I was going from a house to a trail. And they know that,
[53:41]
common sense. So I think if we were to deal with this a little more, hopefully,
[53:52]
we don't be that rough. Instead of being, we're going to stop you know, you know what I mean?
[54:08]
Justin and I live on 178. You and you haven't passed them.
[54:12]
Justin, what did you last day, Justin?
[54:14]
Was she? Was she? Was she?
[54:17]
Was she? I think it's just unfair that the like bed, the reckless drivers are not obeying the rules
[54:27]
and the good kids. So you're trying to go to the fence house, the fence house,
[54:31]
on the sidewalk. You're only going to miss this fee with it. It's again,
[54:34]
I'm penalized for all the bad actions that the other kids are doing.
[54:39]
Sometimes I just go, like, a little bit less to my friends' house.
[54:43]
And I'm getting penalized for all the bad kids in the center of town.
[54:47]
Do realies and then build a good.
[54:50]
And I'm gonna respect for Finn.
[54:52]
I'm always on the sidewalk.
[54:54]
Always obeying rules.
[55:01]
It's just not fair for the kids that truly are respectful, responsible.
[55:09]
I hear everybody's complaints about the kids, writing out in front of them, and yes, that is the concern.
[55:16]
I can tell you, I can probably write down right now about a dozen and a half of the students and kids that are constantly in the center of town. I'm very involved with these thoughts and town.
[55:26]
I could name it almost all of them. You will never find either one of my boys in the center of town.
[55:32]
They ride to their friend's house. They'll ride to spring lake during the center.
[55:36]
Eason will ride to where his nanowarves to have lunch with her. It's just the shame that this
[55:44]
court of the kids that are being reckless and changing a lot of people. I'm going to cause problems
[55:49]
for the kids that just want to have fun. Go to their friend's house and know respectful. I must say it all.
[55:55]
I'm sorry, I say it all in my work, so I can not always get used to it was found out during the day, and it's a shame for him to just have to sit around.
[56:03]
So this gives him the opportunity to make a slight little job to it.
[56:07]
So I hope that he becomes a little strict, you know, that you are a mental.
[56:14]
Thank you.
[56:15]
We've got our opponents here, but our opponents just do quite a lot.
[56:23]
I'm not Harold from the time, but I just can't.
[56:26]
I just can't.
[56:27]
Perhaps it's a resale of my jobs on road.
[56:30]
Thank you.
[56:32]
My son, Cameron, lives in Plandale.
[56:35]
We live over here on Delson Road.
[56:38]
And that's his main source of transportation
[56:40]
has gone from Plandale up to Harrisville,
[56:44]
up to Pasco, almost all of his friends living
[56:47]
as soon as everyone will.
[56:50]
They don't typically come out this way
[56:51]
because it's really nothing to do out in this area, so he has an e-bike, he also has
[56:58]
an e-dark bike as well, and he typically rides the e-dark bike, I get it. That's probably
[57:05]
a little more high profile than the e-bike that he rides, but he does follow the rules. Whatever
[57:14]
the rules are, other than being on the road, he's not supposed to be on the road with it. He'll
[57:20]
of the way it was. He's not weaving in an out of traffic. He's not doing really. He doesn't even know how to do
[57:25]
really. He doesn't do any of that. And I know whoever that was, that's full class was talking about,
[57:32]
like the kids that hang out in the fourth part of town in Pasco, those are the kids that are being
[57:38]
the problem. They're not. Because most of those kids, they do the right thing. It's like one or two
[57:46]
with three of those kids that are probably not doing the right thing.
[57:49]
They're doing Wally's past problem brewing
[57:51]
or, you know, past sidewalk or whatever over there.
[57:55]
That doesn't mean row right there.
[57:57]
They're doing Wally's and we've been in it on traffic.
[58:00]
They're up and down for him side walk all that stuff.
[58:03]
I get it, there's a couple, there's like,
[58:05]
maybe five or less kids that are actually the problem
[58:09]
that everybody here sees.
[58:11]
There's only five kids, I guarantee it,
[58:15]
that are actually calls in the problem. It's not very many. Most of the kids are very respectful
[58:23]
when they're writing their electric motor transportation. Let's be honest, we're all pushed
[58:28]
into this. This is what we were pushed into. We were forced into electric moments of transportation.
[58:37]
And this is what we have. We have electric E, we have E-bites, we have electric airplanes. And
[58:43]
They're so easy to get, you can get them on the Amazon,
[58:46]
you can get them everywhere.
[58:47]
You order it, and it's at your door, and the day or two,
[58:51]
and you can go out right, you can go out right,
[58:53]
you can go out right, you can go out right, but everywhere.
[58:56]
And it is what it is.
[58:57]
This is what we were pushing into.
[58:59]
Electron vehicles.
[59:00]
This is what all of our kids are right.
[59:02]
Because this is what we were pushing into.
[59:05]
This is what we've had.
[59:06]
This is what we do.
[59:07]
Nobody's right in bicycles anymore.
[59:09]
If they will, they all, but not as banking.
[59:12]
You know, in the whole thing like writing on the bike path with electric vehicles, I get that like, yeah, do you want it on the road instead instead of taking the bike path do they, you know, shoot down the past
[59:30]
on top of a shop and go down that way,
[59:32]
past village, yes, and head out that way,
[59:35]
where there really is no weird or right
[59:37]
to get to Asto from where you're going.
[59:42]
And the same thing, yeah, these kids go to Spring Lake.
[59:45]
They go to all these different fishing spots all over town.
[59:48]
They all follow each other, hang out with each other
[59:51]
and say, hey, it's where we're gonna be.
[59:53]
And they have to find different places to go
[59:56]
where they don't think they're gonna get in trouble.
[1:00:00]
Obviously, Duncan Donuts was one of those areas where they thought they could hang out, but they couldn't see the S, that whole area, they couldn't go there. Some of the kids started hanging out and, you know, the pavilion at the, with the library is stuff like that. Then they, now they're on that road and stuff, just hanging out, hiding from everyone. But they just want to hang out. They don't want any trouble, right? From,
[1:00:30]
But police or any other residents in the area, they just want to be kids, really, they want to do what they do.
[1:00:41]
This is what it is.
[1:00:45]
We moved out here to have like a little more sense of freedom.
[1:00:50]
We moved out here ten years ago.
[1:00:52]
We moved here from one socket.
[1:00:55]
I know how that school system is.
[1:00:57]
That's the school system that I grew up in.
[1:00:59]
I didn't like it.
[1:01:01]
I was forced to join military when I turned 18 right after September 11th, school never worked out for me.
[1:01:08]
I'll never work out for me.
[1:01:11]
That's the path that I had to take.
[1:01:14]
I know all those kids are in one socket, and the kids here are above the phone.
[1:01:19]
I'm not in those kids.
[1:01:20]
The kids in Providence are not these kids.
[1:01:23]
They're different kids. They're good kids.
[1:01:26]
Most of these kids, 90, 9.9% of them are good kids.
[1:01:29]
The kids that you guys see like doing wheelies and weaving in and out of traffic and like it's it's a select few
[1:01:38]
group of kids that are just ruining it for everyone. It's not everyone. It's not all. It's just a very tiny little, you know, few
[1:01:49]
group. It's a small group.
[1:01:54]
I will speak in both of us.
[1:01:55]
Don't you did great. You did great. Thank you.
[1:01:58]
I mean, other opponents here.
[1:02:02]
I don't know. I'll just get a motion to close the public hearing. So look.
[1:02:06]
All right.
[1:02:07]
I did.
[1:02:07]
Made by the Vice President.
[1:02:08]
I mean, this is that all that was his favor.
[1:02:11]
I have to tell him about his organization.
[1:02:13]
Before we get to liberating.
[1:02:15]
I think they do want to make a point.
[1:02:19]
And when I start a little bit maybe with her role.
[1:02:21]
in currently, correct me upon a long,
[1:02:25]
if we do want to be prior to this,
[1:02:28]
if we had one, I wanted to go out to the bad apples.
[1:02:32]
Would you say that your hands were a bit tied
[1:02:34]
in terms of what you were able to do?
[1:02:36]
Yeah, very much so.
[1:02:38]
Does this, does this propose change the ordinance?
[1:02:42]
Give you what you think you need to go out
[1:02:45]
to those bad apples of the bad.
[1:02:49]
Yes, and you know, our people are very good with mentioned by the gentleman and kind of
[1:02:54]
middle of the fact about our ability to speak to people and change the behavior. That hasn't
[1:03:01]
worked here and we're not engaging of children because we're having those conversations at all.
[1:03:09]
We're engaging with those that are basically listening to us and then going right back to the same behavior.
[1:03:20]
This language would change that behavior.
[1:03:24]
This ordinance, it was the tool to deal with that behavior.
[1:03:30]
But what I was telling the same was, is that our people are very good at exercising their discretion.
[1:03:35]
in realising the difference between those that show no respect for all these folks to operate
[1:03:43]
either on the go away, from the blank gas, versus those that do, and I think promise
[1:03:53]
you that our engagements are not this young gentleman here for as many of the person
[1:04:02]
you're similar to him. And that's not my focus. And just as I said in my opening remarks,
[1:04:09]
I've originally bicycles were included in this. And I was dead sitting against that,
[1:04:16]
because I don't think that's the answer. We're looking forward to all.
[1:04:21]
I think that people that have fallen victim to this type of behavior are also looking
[1:04:28]
for the same tool to be enacted to end this, as far as lady disregard for whether it's the motorist
[1:04:38]
just driving down the roadway, person walking on a bike path, or person walking on our sidewalks
[1:04:44]
that are confronted with this type of behave, but not look at the impact, this type of a young
[1:04:50]
bell.
[1:04:51]
We're currently, would you say that there are tools that we gave, will we can engage as opposed to just trying to talk our way for it?
[1:04:59]
Right, so...
[1:05:01]
The procedures of the behavior of patrol officers as they have passed by a luke or an eastern or a travest, would it be fair to say that that behavior is going to be the same, but you're not really looking at those kids.
[1:05:14]
because I know people and I also know our volume of calls for service.
[1:05:22]
One, our people want to know part of it.
[1:05:25]
And two, you don't have time to waste with the baby.
[1:05:32]
They're calls for service.
[1:05:34]
They're engaging with those that are bringing their behavior to the attention
[1:05:38]
where someone picks up the phone and calls us in the afternoon.
[1:05:41]
hand. This gives us the ability to help stat cost. Thank you. Before I continue to apply now,
[1:05:50]
I'm going to open up the rest of the council. I have it's my president. Yes. What I was going to say before
[1:05:58]
but President asked the police chief on his opinions, I was going to say that police usually has
[1:06:04]
a lot of discretionary ability and they use their common sense as many of you mentioned common
[1:06:09]
sense on who to look for. They were powerless to do anything about these bad actors. This
[1:06:16]
gives them your opportunity to do that. And hopefully bring this dangerous situation on
[1:06:20]
the control. The fear we had as council members is this. What about main tenets of a council
[1:06:27]
is protect the health and welfare of this community? It would be a shame if one of those young
[1:06:33]
people, what kill, doing stupid tricks in mainstream
[1:06:37]
pastoral, it killed my amorous.
[1:06:39]
How would any of you feel if you were the more risk to hit that child
[1:06:42]
and it died, or she died?
[1:06:45]
It's important, even though it's important for us to look at this,
[1:06:49]
it's typical to separate the good guys and the bad guys,
[1:06:52]
but that's what the police do. They do it all the time.
[1:06:56]
If warnings needed, I'm sure they'll give that. If it's more serious,
[1:07:00]
and show it up, take it to the next step.
[1:07:05]
The chief and I talked along with my committee
[1:07:07]
that happened to these two people to my right,
[1:07:10]
about looking at this, giving the year,
[1:07:13]
and looking at the possibility of making changes
[1:07:15]
within that period of time, that might correct me, right?
[1:07:19]
So, really appreciate, especially the young people
[1:07:23]
coming here.
[1:07:23]
I know how difficult it is for young priests
[1:07:25]
to get up and part of the rural people.
[1:07:28]
And I really admire your ability
[1:07:29]
to get up there. You did a great job. But on the other hand, just trust us to say this,
[1:07:38]
when I'm after the good guys, we just want to control the bad actors. And there's a level
[1:07:44]
of responsibility that is lost here. And that's parental involvement. Paris, I'm not being
[1:07:52]
parents anymore. It would be a shame if my parents didn't know what was going on with their
[1:07:58]
and he continues this behavior. Perhaps the parents is ignorant of it. This would give them an opportunity to police and notify the parents what they're doing.
[1:08:08]
And perhaps the parents can interject and maybe force them to do act in response from rare.
[1:08:16]
So, please believe us when we're telling you, it's not a point to go after the good kids. I lived up in the woods for years.
[1:08:25]
I know what it's like to try to get around the storm on a bicycle even when I was a kid and that was all the time ago.
[1:08:32]
But let me tell you, I almost guarantee the police chief in the police offices used to permit us to discretion when it comes to these things.
[1:08:42]
I appreciate the important.
[1:08:44]
I mean, when I was down the line here, Mr. Wolves, one of the things that's not here in Minnesota and it's a week to discuss that life.
[1:08:50]
And unfortunately, the police department doesn't have the means, but to have a safety class where the ECBites get registered in the driver gets some trained.
[1:09:03]
Maybe some group in the future can hit that on, maybe the school department can offer something, I don't know.
[1:09:13]
I just, I have witnessed it myself, a child who's under 16, right through a stop sign
[1:09:21]
at the intersection of the assembly.
[1:09:23]
That's a busy intersection.
[1:09:25]
Go right through it.
[1:09:27]
That would be my luck.
[1:09:29]
It happens.
[1:09:29]
So if we could train these kids to to provide more safely.
[1:09:34]
And I got to disagree with you with it back.
[1:09:36]
There's more that five.
[1:09:38]
many more than five I see him driving from the maple mill I see him driving down all the
[1:09:47]
town they all go to pastel but just more than five let's lock that hang out but there's only
[1:09:54]
a handful like we can't have any I can't have any I can't have any I can't this is the
[1:09:59]
of Dillon Regions.
[1:10:00]
any other committee, you know, all some of those skin problems 60, or at this fall now, or guarantee it, but there are 1670 in the year as a whole. I'm sorry, I just, we've given the public, we've got to maintain these rules here. Council, the corporation, and then you want to say I'll keep talking. No, no, no, no, we have to close that, no, no, no, no, we have to close that. No, sorry, we want to roll 16. Okay, they should have a license, we want to keep all 16 years old. Okay, some of those kids that you're talking about. We're still a dude, it's a little dude, no, sorry, sorry.
[1:10:30]
Mr. Andrew, say all those are the ones that are not doing the right thing.
[1:10:37]
I think we do all the grants.
[1:10:39]
We all agree.
[1:10:39]
Mr. Andrew, if you need what was pretty well said,
[1:10:43]
I've heard a little bit of this.
[1:10:46]
It's not at all lost on me.
[1:10:48]
If you have some parents that showed up here tonight,
[1:10:51]
and then the ones that are not in the Bronx.
[1:10:54]
And that's always kind of been the only girl we have.
[1:10:58]
Unfortunately, in this town,
[1:10:59]
we could stuff have to do stuff in our ordinances,
[1:11:03]
provide with state law all the time,
[1:11:06]
what the word, or a policy commitment.
[1:11:10]
And I trust the criminal and it is worth
[1:11:12]
that they're going to make sure their focus is on the ones
[1:11:16]
who are here and their parents who are not here.
[1:11:20]
And I think that's best we can do.
[1:11:25]
Anybody else?
[1:11:27]
Before I entertain a motion,
[1:11:28]
And I will say that it's, you know, my final comment is, it's my hope that if this
[1:11:34]
does pass, that we will see some action taken by Burvil PD to, which, and that action will
[1:11:46]
hopefully spread amongst the bad apples, you know, sort of like fucking the bad apples
[1:11:52]
on that barrel, you can keep the good apples going for a long time to get those bad
[1:11:57]
So my hope is that if this does pass tonight, that this gives the world be the most certainly
[1:12:05]
has many other more important things to be doing, but as it's been said here tonight,
[1:12:12]
this isn't important.
[1:12:13]
It's going to become even more important if someone God forbid gets killed.
[1:12:17]
So it's going to be my hope that what we potentially all for the police department tonight
[1:12:22]
gives them the opportunity to sort of curtail some of this. It's not going to be looned, it's not going to be
[1:12:29]
Eastern, it's not going to be these kids who are going to be looked at. It's going to be these bad actors who
[1:12:37]
have been, as we said earlier, ruining it for the rest of everybody.
[1:12:45]
All right, with that said,
[1:12:46]
to take any motion?
[1:12:48]
I'm going to pause the moment here.
[1:12:50]
Second.
[1:12:51]
Well, no.
[1:12:52]
I need to.
[1:12:54]
Well, I want to be on a motion.
[1:12:57]
But either adopting or not adopting.
[1:12:59]
When you're motion, we not be able to advise general awareness time program around
[1:13:04]
a thousand four or seven minutes.
[1:13:06]
Chapter 26 and title track.
[1:13:07]
We have those for feelings.
[1:13:09]
Chapter 26.
[1:13:10]
Or discrimination.
[1:13:12]
There's also another way to solve public practice.
[1:13:15]
And we're placing it with session 26, or you're scraping each other, you're supposed to let
[1:13:20]
them up.
[1:13:21]
Now those animals are completely private property.
[1:13:26]
They're probably acceptable.
[1:13:27]
They're probably acceptable.
[1:13:28]
And they're good.
[1:13:28]
Right.
[1:13:29]
So we have a motion.
[1:13:30]
Maybe I'm going to say this in a second.
[1:13:32]
That can.
[1:13:32]
I'm going to.
[1:13:33]
I'm going to.
[1:13:33]
I'm going to.
[1:13:34]
I'm going to.
[1:13:37]
I'm going to.
[1:13:38]
I want to thank everybody for coming out tonight.
[1:13:42]
I want to thank everybody.
[1:13:44]
particularly our young people that came out tonight, you know, your parents, as well,
[1:13:49]
protecting time on your evenings, come open talk this evening. This is, you know,
[1:13:54]
it's an important issue in this town right now and I'm hoping that we're going to put things
[1:13:57]
on the right track so that you guys who are obeying the law, you continue to do it and you won't
[1:14:02]
even skip a beat and using your rebolks. Most of the drillers over here. We'll show you your drillers
[1:14:08]
all of you here and look at that again.
[1:14:10]
Thank you, my colleagues for letting us know as a favor about that.
[1:14:12]
Thank you all from being here.
[1:14:15]
Thank you, Elyts, yes.
[1:14:16]
First, we all wish you want to stay for the thermaloff one,
[1:14:47]
we're going to be taking hands-of-cell benefit of the oil.
[1:14:49]
You want to take discussions for you.
[1:14:56]
That's great.
[1:14:57]
May we bring the soon.
[1:15:29]
All right, we're going to move on to 26-2-7-8, application for new
[1:15:32]
So we can somebody respond to the foundation, and we're kind of calling it a lesson, so I don't want to
[1:15:39]
down one of the time, so I'm going to respond to the sessions, that's what I'm going to say.
[1:15:45]
That's what I'm going to say.
[1:15:46]
It's nice.
[1:15:48]
Okay.
[1:15:50]
I don't want to be comments input recommendations from the administration.
[1:15:54]
Mr Wood, speak up all in a book.
[1:15:56]
Great idea.
[1:15:57]
Just pick up a little bit more so I can hear you over that.
[1:16:00]
A lot of little things.
[1:16:01]
Just more of that.
[1:16:03]
I don't like it.
[1:16:04]
It's just a little bit more.
[1:16:05]
All right.
[1:16:05]
Well said.
[1:16:07]
I'm going to move on to see proponents.
[1:16:10]
Do we end?
[1:16:12]
Please don't.
[1:16:12]
I guess we don't have any.
[1:16:13]
Please don't.
[1:16:14]
Any.
[1:16:15]
Any.
[1:16:15]
One.
[1:16:16]
Which.
[1:16:16]
Interesting.
[1:16:17]
And also.
[1:16:17]
She'll stay here name and addresses.
[1:16:19]
Any proponents.
[1:16:21]
Any opponents.
[1:16:24]
I'll let you know what you're looking for.
[1:16:27]
What's the problem with hearing?
[1:16:29]
That's exactly what I said.
[1:16:30]
Who was that made by me?
[1:16:32]
Just the anesthesia.
[1:16:33]
I'm just a battle.
[1:16:33]
You got it back a week though.
[1:16:34]
I like it.
[1:16:36]
All of the paper.
[1:16:37]
I'm half town council operation.
[1:16:40]
All in.
[1:16:40]
I don't know.
[1:16:42]
I don't know.
[1:16:43]
The Patriot.
[1:16:44]
I want to say that the Patriots football in such a stand that may not be lethal.
[1:16:49]
I don't know.
[1:16:49]
with their camera group.
[1:16:50]
It's legal.
[1:16:51]
It's legal.
[1:16:52]
Good.
[1:16:52]
Good.
[1:16:57]
I mean, just for education, everybody.
[1:17:00]
This is going to allow us to work not only at temporary, you know, work not only
[1:17:06]
at but eventually once we get the snacks, shack, slash, press box, up and running.
[1:17:12]
It's going to be a great addition to all of the programs down there at the, uh,
[1:17:15]
the new, uh, ringing field complex.
[1:17:18]
But that doesn't have any further discussion, I wanted to get a motion to grant a new
[1:17:21]
virtual license to the town of Burville doing business as the town of Burville for
[1:17:26]
concession, stands to a blank, virtual site, be staff, Burville, assesses map 144, lot 023,
[1:17:33]
but over here, for as long as all stakeholders have been there, motion, may by Mr.
[1:17:37]
Badlands and it was a second life, Mr. Anderson, all those are favored, not even.
[1:17:42]
more of the adjourned folks here.
[1:17:44]
I'd like a motion from Ms. Danis and Timon by Ms. Vellon,
[1:17:46]
Ols of Paper by 9.
[1:17:49]
Number nine, new business to be considered an act
[1:17:50]
in on 26-279, consider an act on a war to tank.
[1:17:55]
What's the sum of it?
[1:17:56]
Well, that goes these in the war to product.
[1:17:58]
They're going to act on their run.
[1:18:00]
All right.
[1:18:02]
Well, closer to it.
[1:18:06]
I'm sorry that you don't have numbers on the head of things.
[1:18:09]
It was supposed to have numbers on the head of the tank.
[1:18:13]
on the different alternatives.
[1:18:16]
Do you want those notice we can post on this,
[1:18:18]
so that you can speak at the University?
[1:18:20]
I know which one I like about all the costs.
[1:18:23]
Yes.
[1:18:24]
Well, less is there's any further discussion.
[1:18:25]
I want to get a motion to table.
[1:18:27]
A motion to table.
[1:18:27]
Exactly.
[1:18:28]
A motion to table.
[1:18:28]
I'm just saying this.
[1:18:29]
That's going to be a great question.
[1:18:30]
Right.
[1:18:31]
Move on.
[1:18:32]
There's 26 to ask 280 consider an act on.
[1:18:34]
A men in the house.
[1:18:36]
How is a softball field upgrade line?
[1:18:38]
In the fiscal year ending.
[1:18:39]
June 30, 2027.
[1:18:41]
and capital improvement programs
[1:18:43]
of how's your field equipment
[1:18:45]
operating improvements or take any of the action they're on?
[1:18:50]
You voted this in a capital improvement program
[1:18:52]
implemented to solve quality,
[1:18:55]
parameters no longer, they have often been
[1:18:58]
no longer in business.
[1:19:00]
But the point that we got from our step out,
[1:19:03]
but we wasn't able to build stuff.
[1:19:06]
So what I wanted you to do is basically
[1:19:08]
So the terminology in the language of the capital code.
[1:19:14]
So that took slow to the core of the salt blockies.
[1:19:18]
So a lot of things have to do with the state of the community.
[1:19:22]
The money that's needed for whatever cost we need now.
[1:19:26]
That's not a little salt, have to be.
[1:19:28]
Thank you.
[1:19:29]
Any questions?
[1:19:30]
You're right now, I'll let you in a motion
[1:19:32]
to approve the internal fiscal year, 27 CIP budget change
[1:19:36]
for account number zero one zero zero seventy four dash five six one four five
[1:19:41]
thousand field, revising the description from how's the softball field upgrades
[1:19:46]
that how's the field equipment upgrades and improvements, no change to the
[1:19:50]
existing twenty five thousand dollar appropriation funding source or total
[1:19:54]
just for your ending 27 C.I.E. budget.
[1:19:57]
Someone, maybe I was the analyst.
[1:20:00]
Hearing none on the demolition to approve the internal fiscal year, 27, CIP, budget change for account number 010-074-56145 House of Peel, revising the description from House of Softball field upgrades that House of Peel equipment operates in improvements, no change to the existing $25,000 appropriation funding source or total fiscal year ending 27 CIP budget.
[1:20:28]
So, maybe I was the analyst about all of those that they were, and we're going on to
[1:20:34]
26-281 computer and act on adopting a five-year capital program, a data action there on.
[1:20:41]
What was to what?
[1:20:42]
I shouldn't have done this before, we just left off the table.
[1:20:45]
It's much of the dirt that's used for doing it.
[1:20:49]
It's not the labor of the session, but it may be more should we not pay us the Senate.
[1:20:54]
It's just place all just to change over the next quarter or so.
[1:20:58]
We have a motion.
[1:20:59]
For Mr. Anderson to adopt the five year capital permit program as presented.
[1:21:05]
Second, my Mr. Battle on.
[1:21:06]
All those in favor.
[1:21:08]
I'm sorry.
[1:21:08]
You need a discussion for those.
[1:21:10]
Okay.
[1:21:10]
Very none. All the paper.
[1:21:12]
I.
[1:21:13]
26 to ask to wait to consider an act on a resolution.
[1:21:15]
the men in the Burble Prevention Action Coalition
[1:21:17]
this year ending June 30th, when we 27, operating budget
[1:21:21]
as adopted on June 10th, 2026 or take any other action
[1:21:24]
they're on.
[1:21:31]
All right, I'll do a little bit of mic.
[1:21:33]
Yeah, I mean, we didn't already have budget on that.
[1:21:35]
And we basically had two budgets.
[1:21:37]
We would think of them for this program.
[1:21:39]
One incorporated a serious, great plan for it
[1:21:43]
and seeing each other.
[1:21:45]
This budget reflects the fact that we did not get anything.
[1:21:50]
So, we need to amend the money, specifically, but he's those lines for me, probably.
[1:21:57]
Any questions for the administration?
[1:21:59]
Most of the money comes out by the floor line, and I don't understand anything.
[1:22:04]
I mean, I've show the current, it was a ball of dissuaded.
[1:22:07]
Do you feel like we're sacrificing anything?
[1:22:09]
Is there anything?
[1:22:11]
Are we cutting any good?
[1:22:12]
We weren't getting up.
[1:22:13]
No, but we've done many years as a dog to fund.
[1:22:16]
And to pay for this in case we lost our money, lost my friends, we do have some state
[1:22:23]
grades as a smaller race than we used it, but they have enough money in the league.
[1:22:28]
I'm going to get some to pay for this year, I'll be learning your tune over with all of the
[1:22:32]
field of brains.
[1:22:33]
I guess your question, nothing is going to be changed, nothing is going to be changed.
[1:22:37]
This is some of the columnized participants in the motion.
[1:22:42]
And we're kind of pretty much not that important.
[1:22:46]
Just, okay.
[1:22:48]
We'll listen to an end of discussion on all the attention for
[1:22:50]
Doc Resolution number 26 to ask 27 of verbal prevention and action
[1:22:53]
coalition, beat back, and reflect to replace
[1:22:57]
the originally passed resolution 26 to ask 22 of them.
[1:23:00]
We mentioned action coalition, beat back.
[1:23:02]
That was asked on June 10, 2026.
[1:23:10]
anyone. Mr. Anderson. Mr. Anderson, the await.
[1:23:15]
Can I get someone anybody from motion, sort of, Mr. Vice President, any second?
[1:23:20]
Second. Second. Second, Mr. Brown, is to end the day with waking up. I like it.
[1:23:23]
I'll always have a favor. Alright.
[1:23:28]
26 to ask 23. First reading and proposed amendments of the Guerreroville General Audence
[1:23:32]
this section 30. 31. So only districts and zoning maps by changing the zoning
[1:23:36]
district of permissible assessors map 130 lots zero five three zero five four zero
[1:23:43]
five five zero five six zero five seven zero five eight zero five nine and zero
[1:23:47]
six five from forming residential F five for suburbless residential part 40 that's
[1:23:51]
just kept the link of public hearing most of central public hearing is called the
[1:23:55]
chair. We have a motion second the public hearing of the quality of the
[1:23:58]
chief made by Mr. Anderson saying by the Vice President, all those in favor of
[1:24:01]
high. When he's six to ask to wait for consider an act on the Ronald World
[1:24:05]
health transformation program and take an action they're on.
[1:24:09]
Mr. Wood.
[1:24:11]
So this is the University of Nareland.
[1:24:13]
Mr. Henderson was talking about it.
[1:24:15]
The state has a fairly aggressive problem.
[1:24:18]
It's one of my fellow government or rural health programs.
[1:24:23]
In order for the town marble to receive these funds,
[1:24:28]
we have to be visiting the
[1:24:30]
I would like it to answer the programs by the theory of what is, and this is only, I'll put it in a place
[1:24:39]
in my way for three ways that can be explained. It's only the one that I'm getting three and
[1:24:44]
four ways to do this. So we've talked to the foreign districts and we've talked to Lowe one.
[1:24:49]
We think that Lowe one is the proper use of the singing and the response of this program.
[1:24:54]
basically those themselves in the first year, basically is
[1:25:00]
Social tape, future gifts, programs that all the foreign parties and all the entities that beat the system to the health program and talk to and work as well as one created a major problem.
[1:25:14]
That then becomes an application from the next year, which becomes the funding that it does with different things if you're ready to do so.
[1:25:24]
I'm talking about a and once you're talking about that and we're talking to that, it's a good thing.
[1:25:28]
It's like down a whole part of the potential problem.
[1:25:31]
I think it's one of the most appropriate agencies to coordinate that, you know,
[1:25:35]
forward their own dates are met with this as well.
[1:25:39]
I'd like to think that there is a single word in one of the other activities.
[1:25:43]
They said that both the program for the future.
[1:25:46]
Well, there's any points as the deadline for the applicant was as far as 30 as well.
[1:25:51]
one's put the application in yesterday with our blessing knowing that we've been up to
[1:25:55]
that this year, because in my assessment, I've been on a couple of Zoom calls, and personally,
[1:26:01]
that's the coordinator here, it's pretty impressive. I think in my mind, nobody is equipped
[1:26:10]
as we currently sit to do this, and well, one will be the first one to tell you good need to recruit
[1:26:15]
great talent to actually perform that role, to perform that role, that in essence is the
[1:26:22]
convener and organizer of all entities to float what we think our legitimate opportunity
[1:26:30]
said we'll go into the pool for the state to start building up money into next cycle. In this
[1:26:37]
cycle there's 125 grand to cover the cost of going through this exercise and there's another 30 grand
[1:26:43]
for any physical stuff that you would have, but, and so, for graciously, well, once agreed
[1:26:49]
to do it, there were more to support him as upon the night. You know, that was at the
[1:26:53]
German, and, um, with the understanding that it may take a little bit of time to find
[1:26:59]
my person to do this, so I don't think there would have been a good judge.
[1:27:04]
Oh, yeah, the head of it. Now, he wants to find some of the right skills that absolutely is going
[1:27:10]
leave this thing happening, everybody's going to have their chance to get their stuff up for
[1:27:15]
consideration. So we're literally in the top of the first inning of a very long. It's really
[1:27:21]
any way to really take a motion on this, hopefully, right? You have also said, oh, why I, you
[1:27:25]
have learned, you know, good looking at the boat is, see, doors, boat, one of the, I'll make
[1:27:31]
the motion that we all support that, well, what is the first one to the top part? Well, you
[1:27:37]
And only I want you to suck it.
[1:27:39]
We have a motion made by Mr. Anderson to offer the town council's and the downverbal support
[1:27:46]
to well one has the sole applicant for this grant, seconded by the Vice President, all
[1:27:52]
of those in favor of the nine.
[1:27:55]
We do appreciate well one's activity in this and taking the bull by the foreign sort of
[1:28:01]
speak.
[1:28:02]
on the end of this with a few heads of that type of events
[1:28:04]
that I've seen this year on this.
[1:28:09]
Okay, we will want to number 10.
[1:28:11]
The ever-lawly tone of the communication
[1:28:12]
that gets it enacted on.
[1:28:14]
We have that number 11 reports A through AA to be received.
[1:28:19]
I'll have to be in a motion to receive,
[1:28:21]
report A through AA, as presented.
[1:28:23]
It's almost a second.
[1:28:25]
I'm interested in this.
[1:28:26]
I'm going to say that by the end of this front.
[1:28:28]
And I was crowned all in favor.
[1:28:29]
