basically there has to be a budgetary

due to a deficit that's how you can
[6:02] propose the Board of Elections that we
can sell it to our citizens and propose
[6:07] everything we want however would want
but the language on for them has to
[6:13] include just for current expense if you
want to see through ordinance 2 - 19 you
[6:22] look at section 4 this is where it
spells out the change in all of our tax
[6:28] code as required by the floor
election you'll see that 180 206 credit
[6:37] for tax paid to other municipalities is
in there so it is still we are still
[6:44] following through with the tax reform
arm it's just the way the wording has to
[6:49] be for our resolution yes I sent three
different versions we've worked with the
[7:01] attorney for the Board of Elections and
have the approval on these it has to be
[7:07] passed now they've suggested passing it
now because we as the mayor alluded to
[7:13] the deadline is February 6 but there's
still some other rules that things that
[7:19] they have to go through to take anti and
they said that having another week or so
[7:25] just have it in reserve for us if
there's a problem we still have a little
[7:31] more time to come back and have another
meeting to correct it they don't
[7:35] anticipate it but this is what they've
suggested since we had a meeting tonight

to the general fund anyway right no I

the key thing is we just got to get it

can do a plan and kind of see how we're
[9:46] trending I would agree if we do pick up
some additional money then it would be

revenues are going to be here by year
