[5:12] scaffolding, etc. construction
[5:15] equipment. Um within that site, um
[5:18] you're given aerial images and then the
[5:20] plan for the site. Um they have
[5:22] confirmed that they do meet all the
[5:24] conditions for obtaining a CUP within
[5:27] that district. So um fencing, the black
[5:31] top, lighting, all of that stuff. they
[5:33] will be working with the city when
[5:35] they're ready to pursue the outdoor
[5:37] storage once they're all settled if they
[5:39] go through um to work with me and the
[5:41] city to get all those things in. Um so
[5:44] all of the conditions that were in your
[5:46] packet have been met and they will be
[5:48] working with us um to do that. So they
[5:50] do meet all of those conditions. Um
[5:53] within the packet, I'll just give you a

[8:53] question, most of ours are truck cranes.
[8:55] They're not tower cranes. So the highest
[8:57] that we'd ever have that up is fully
[8:59] extended to maintenance it, but we're
[9:01] not going to leave it up overnight. if
[9:03] we ever did hang something from it would
[9:04] only be at at that point of the of the
[9:07] crane. So, these aren't tower cranes or
[9:09] anything like that. They're more truck
[9:11] cranes where they you'll see them drive
[9:13] down the road.

[9:54] be required to do if we stored outside.
[9:56] We acknowledged everything that would be
[9:58] required um through this application
[10:00] process, but it might not be it could be
[10:02] six months. It could be a year. I can't
[10:04] tell you when we'll start storing out
[10:05] there. We just want to know we have the
[10:07] flexibility in the future.

[10:59] potentially in 10 years, yes, it could
[11:01] that entire green space could be um
[11:05] storage.
