[0:22] quorum. The first item on our agenda is the approval of claims. We have payroll from two pay
[0:30] periods. The first in the amount of
[0:35] $4,649,490.24. The second in the amount of
[0:40] $4,572,164.80. We also have general claims in the amount of
[0:48] $3,993,906.41. Purchase card purchases in the amount of
[0:56] $36,534.52. And retirement payments in the amount of
