[0:12] Let's get started and introduction so that we have a new person in the [0:20] And we're thrilled to have you back. [0:23] It's going to be back, thank you. [0:25] Great, I'm glad to have you. [0:27] Thank you. [0:28] I appreciate all the support. [0:29] Yeah. [0:29] All the text messages and the emails. [0:32] I'm going to ask all of you. [0:35] Is there any one here that we don't know? [0:38] I think you're here. [0:39] Good. [0:40] Where are you? [0:42] I'm just a stranger. [0:43] It's starting to get up. [0:46] I heard there was food. [0:48] Can you make some public comments? [0:50] Is there public comments to be made? [0:55] So are we going to move on? [0:56] Wait, I just want to thank these guys for having us do this [0:58] again in their house. [0:59] Hopefully we can do it again next year. [1:01] I really appreciate it. [1:04] Scott, thank you. [1:06] Thank you. [1:06] Yeah. [1:08] I heard the next year, I heard the next year, but I know it. [1:11] I look forward to this every year at Scott's house. [1:13] I think it's really going to be good. [1:15] Well, you're welcome to come, though. [1:16] OK. [1:17] Might get a little awkward. [1:19] What? [1:19] I heard there's good hummingbirds here. [1:22] Why would it be awkward? [1:23] You need to sit out there. [1:24] Oh yeah, I'm meeting in here. [1:26] Because I won't be with you anymore. [1:28] Well, I know. [1:28] Which to, like, can't be though, I did. [1:31] You can give public comments. [1:33] Okay. [1:34] We'll move to number three. [1:38] Central business approval items when we start with Nathan. [1:43] Okay. [1:43] And first item is just simply approval for the minutes [1:46] from the June 10th meeting. [1:50] So I'm looking for a motion to approve the events for June 10th. [1:55] So moved. [1:55] Yeah, a motion to mean a second. [1:57] I'll check it. [1:58] All in favor. [2:00] All right. [2:01] All right. [2:03] Is this an Action Item Educational Assistant proposal? [2:06] Yeah. [2:06] I knew that action. [2:07] Yeah. [2:08] So we're looking for approval for FJ Saladworth to be able to go to the NVA. [2:17] All right. [2:18] We figured that long-term plan for the agency, this will really help the agency move forward. [2:26] He's going to do an emphasis in business analytics and we're going to go to the next screen. [2:31] And then if you have questions, if we go through this, please stop. [2:35] So, Jason, I elected to go to S.U. My alma mater, so I was, you know, I approved that right away, [2:46] especially he decided not to go to A.S.U., or L.S.U., so that was good. [2:53] But it's going to match the cheapest of the four programs that he looked at. [2:58] And it's a fairly quick program, the 12 months there. [3:02] and it would cost per hour to type 21, go to the mix. [3:07] And they have that business analytics emphasis too, [3:11] which I think is a very important thing. [3:14] You want to talk to that, what it looks at, what it's. [3:17] It's not really what they'll do. [3:19] My son actually graduated from SUU [3:22] with an MBA and a master's of business analytics. [3:25] So he had some of the courses at the J School. [3:28] So, if it's really data analysis, obviously you have to look at that deep in the table. [3:39] Python into Power BI, so it's really data mining tools that you can use. [3:46] I think you're diving into SQL and things like that. [3:49] So, it's actually a very critical thing for the large amounts of data that we could have. [3:58] with the direction that the world is going. [4:01] We're lighting so much more on data. [4:04] The figure, this is a very important strategic move [4:07] to give Chase a lot of the speed on this. [4:10] Now, this is what is anticipated, scheduled to be still. [4:13] So next December, in 27, we would have a party [4:19] and he would host. [4:22] Congratulations. [4:31] So I'll call, it'll be $20,000, but whatever cost the center would be $15,000, $65,000, $67,000, [4:40] and just proposing a three-year commitment following the right position. [4:45] I'll say much longer than that, but that's kind of indiscriminate. [4:48] Yeah, that's been our typical two is the year. [4:53] All the education. [4:56] Is this a lot online or actually in person? [4:59] It's all online. [5:01] That's nice. [5:02] Yeah. [5:06] We're just really looking for an approval. [5:10] Could we just be paying the 75% that drag? [5:12] Yes. [5:13] Yeah, 15%. [5:17] And we did, it was an estimate on the book, that's why it's, you're not exactly, we're [5:22] participating in the more than, so you're giving that nation. [5:28] Now, now it's just minus his winnings, the winnings makes up the difference. [5:35] No, the winning helps him pay for his tuition and then when we reverse after he passes the [5:40] classes, it almost perfectly makes up the difference. [5:44] sometimes, what if he decides to jump ship factory gets this under his belt, [5:48] what would he say about this commitment listed in here? [5:52] We pay back. [5:54] And we've got a lot of people left to pay back when the vehicle was let go, [6:00] and we required him to pay back on all that we had done. [6:05] So that's part of that three-year commitment. [6:07] And this is a fairly early thing we owe about it. [6:10] So they pay a hundred percent back if they've been within three years. [6:14] We use the pro-rated. [6:18] I know. [6:18] We use the right track, however we live the more... [6:20] I think we have to have it for three years, Commandant. [6:24] I'm not well in letting go of any of these songs. [6:28] I think that's all we should do in person on your songs. [6:33] So we're even getting more of a proposal to send Jay back to school. [6:41] I think the motion is fun and the schooling according to that. [6:48] It's been three years. [6:50] Yeah, it's been three years connected. [6:52] Hey, about 100%. [6:54] I'll set it back. [6:56] I mean, I'm just asking her if she's willing. [6:57] Oh, yeah. [6:58] Yeah, about 100%. [6:59] Okay. [6:59] I just want to make sure that's an emoji because I don't want to leave it. [7:03] Sorry, I'm at three hundred. [7:04] Two years, three hundred and sixty-four days. [7:07] You can keep it all back. [7:09] So I have a motion and a second to return to the next thing further discussion. [7:15] All right, all in favor. [7:16] Hi. [7:17] Hi. [7:18] Passes Jason. [7:20] Thank you. [7:20] Start tonight. [7:21] Sort of September 4th. [7:23] September 4th. [7:23] Thank you. [7:24] Good afternoon. [7:25] Good afternoon. [7:26] It's coming up. [7:27] It's coming up. [7:29] So it's a two-year program. [7:31] But they said I can condense it in the 12 months. [7:33] And so it's going to be heavy. [7:35] But I can do it. [7:36] Well good luck, I think. [7:38] It's a bit easier. I have to do a five year difference. [7:43] I'd be good if you could, if you could. [7:43] I was worried. [7:45] And he had to pay double bail. [7:46] I thought about the five. I thought he was low on that. [7:48] You could have changed his attendance if you wanted. [7:50] Thanks, bye. [7:52] I'm glad that the FSU programs available. [7:54] If you go back, you only can available for me at the time. [7:57] Was that the Utah State program? [7:59] It was a similar concept. [8:01] And I think it was over a camera but it was at the extension on. [8:06] And so I was able to go there and eat like that was three colds that were in the whole world great ice there was easy to [8:17] Is there some help proposing here for your wife and 10 kids? [8:21] We should have added that to it. [8:24] One thing that made it said that I'll be done in December. [8:28] That last semester if I take both at once I can be done in October. [8:31] So he said that the actual degree won't be available until December, but I could be finishing up to work depending on the path that we go. [8:39] How come there's such a price difference between every university? [8:45] It's all the same, it's the same program, right? [8:47] It's the same degree on all, right? [8:52] And you can see there's the analytics class that he had. [8:55] That was actually not part of my program. [8:59] I'm actually really excited for that piece. [9:02] The way that it's broken up, and then we move on, [9:04] because I know we want to eat. [9:05] If you want to go back to that one, it's divided into, [9:07] so it's a four-week, 14-week semester, [9:09] but it's seven-week courses. [9:11] So the way they'll work is, I'll take one class for seven weeks, [9:14] and then move on to the next two for seven weeks, and then two. [9:17] And they said, hey, that's how it goes. [9:19] And then when I had a heavier class like that, finance $1,600, you said take that one [9:23] alone, don't take anything with it, that one's awful. [9:25] This is pretty rough as well, I'll be asking very personal. [9:30] All right, thank you. [9:33] Good luck there. [9:34] The financial report will be breached here. [9:37] Thank you, Closer. [9:39] So, the obvious meeting we traditionally do not do a normal year-to-date report is kind of [9:46] time between closing up last year and starting this year, we only have a month [9:52] savings so it will not have the normal layout of the budget like we do but I [9:59] do have some things to do over with you. Receiving Center, I don't know if you [10:03] can assure you some pictures. This was the picture I showed at our last meeting. [10:08] This is what it looks like today so we are making progress and as you can see [10:12] point of inspection should occur next week. [10:16] Today we're working if you can see the picture, [10:18] you can see they're framing up some of the curbing, [10:21] getting it ready to go. [10:23] You'll see a note on here. [10:25] There's a center block retaining wall that separates [10:29] us in the American. [10:30] Now that we have, you know, our building used to kind of have [10:34] a big hump there in the center and then it dropped down. [10:37] That's all been flat now, as you can see by the picture. [10:40] or this used to be three feet higher for this guy right here standing or maybe more. [10:47] Now there's this retaining wall but really the maverick elevation and our elevation if we're [10:52] looking at our buildings, now they meet very, very closely and we have this retaining wall [10:58] in the middle. [10:58] All we're going to do is build that up, just to hold that some dirt and I don't really want [11:04] to lose any fence line but the retaining wall will not support a fence, it's a six inch [11:12] and I'm in discussion with Matt Rick on allowing us to tear that down. [11:19] And just our same tech fans, the family you've seen up behind our day treatment. [11:25] We'd like to put that between them. [11:26] The other problem with the three foot fans is, you know, you have 30 feet back in the property line for visual. [11:34] With that retaining wall, we won't be able to put any fence on at all, because that will be higher than the three feet. [11:41] So hopefully Maverick comes around and is okay with this carrying that out and making that look better. [11:48] I know we run a little bit of a risk with some damage with vehicles. [11:52] These are very robust panels. They can take some beings and not great. It's not a great alike vinyl. [12:00] But that is one thing we're working on, but we are looking at the 4-way inspection this [12:07] next week. [12:08] At the meeting last week, the contractor was actually hopeful we'd be done by the end [12:13] of this calendar year. [12:15] So I'm going to create a process soon. [12:18] We'll be close to the end. [12:20] There was no deadline on that. [12:22] We didn't compose a deadline. [12:24] We knew that we didn't have the funding to operate it yet. [12:27] And we knew they wouldn't want to drag in for another six months, you know, they want to get out and get more money elsewhere. [12:34] So we didn't propose any headlines. [12:37] It was, we anticipated about a year, which would then march, so they're going to finish it in close to the 19th or 10 months. [12:44] You can be encouraged to have a company with a legislative session. [12:48] So we could say that two of them waiting to be funded to operate. [13:07] And if it will be more Star Trek and a little more Star Trek. [13:18] I don't know if you heard this, they thought it was gold. [13:23] Oh, I've heard that one. [13:27] It looks like a golden crown. [13:30] It's better than headers. [13:36] It's a little sticker on your car says. [13:41] We're on to the next item which you're on the stage. [13:44] We'll be right along. [13:48] So facilities, ground sidewalks, we are in the process of our security system where [13:56] enabling a future for door alarms if somebody forces a door open, we will get alarm for that. [14:07] We're going to integrate it with our key fog system so if a known person key fogs in it [14:12] They want to arm and they're supposed to rearm [14:16] up by double swiping and they leave. [14:18] We're going to see how well that works. [14:20] But we're a little bit worried. [14:22] We didn't have any rich real. [14:23] We saw on the security cameras. [14:27] We had somebody, and actually I'll jump to the next side [14:29] and exterior outlet power. [14:31] I don't know if you guys in your public buildings [14:33] have had problems with you being in charge of station [14:35] for everybody wandering through. [14:38] And we have them, and we don't necessarily have a problem with the powers that they use. [14:45] I'm asking minimal, but it's just they're hanging around at 2am or out of our buildings. [14:50] And this one gentleman, we have him on camera. [14:53] You can't see him throw the breaker you can hear it. [14:55] You can hear the plug. [14:57] And something weird happens. [15:00] No, no, it was a little bit of the aftermath of this, because he was in Salt Lake, and I called him [15:05] and sent him over to get a breaker for it. We, it blew up one of our breakers. It just stopped. [15:11] It's a $1,000 breaker as he threw that down. I don't know what happened, but that breaker [15:17] was not too set. It was locked up. And so, you know, we are enhancing our security. It was putting [15:24] up cameras kind of all the time and we've actually in Delta the cops came over the Sheriff's [15:32] Department came over one day and asked us for some footage of the 7-11. There was a car [15:37] of the park behind it and went over and withdrew from an account at the bank across the street [15:43] and so we've actually been helpful with long-distance movements on cameras so those are just some [15:49] other things along the security. [15:51] There is a grant that was talked about. [15:57] It's been talked about, and I don't know if you've heard this. [16:00] The problem with the grant, I don't know if they're [16:03] changing this or not, but they were ready to grant money. [16:06] We were some homeless grant money to construct a remodel [16:11] facilities to house homeless. [16:14] And you know, our residential units kind of [16:15] sit on the fringe of that. [16:17] They're not necessarily homeless, but if we weren't housing them, they would be. [16:23] And I'm wondering if, there's a meeting tomorrow that I'm planning on attending, you can [16:29] get awarded up to $550,000. [16:32] The big question we have is the match. [16:36] We've heard, at least what it was, was a wonder one match from the counties. [16:41] And if they are holding tight to that, I don't think that we're interested. [16:45] But if it's something other than that, we may be interested in applying and seeing if we [16:51] get some money to re-model some of the rooms we have in E from, or sorry, Mount Pleasant [16:56] and Nephi. [16:58] So this is Stena Utoffine, it's not Federal funding? [17:02] Yeah. [17:03] Yeah. [17:04] And it's money that was set aside for, you know, homeless and what they're finding in the rural [17:08] areas, they don't, they don't need to build a big homeless shelter, but they place like [17:15] our residents will be a perfect place to spend $108,000 [17:19] during the model, paid rooms or something like that. [17:24] So, again, we will never comment and say, [17:28] this is the homeless shelter. [17:30] But we could definitely say that our folks [17:32] that are in there would be homeless if they [17:33] are doing up providing housing for them. [17:36] So, that's just something that's only got, [17:37] so the county had to match that. [17:41] And it's really only been a Salt Lake's been interested in it. [17:44] Because they could do the one-to-one match, we know that we cannot. [17:48] Sorry, Fisher. [17:51] Good damage to your question, sorry. [17:53] Yeah, I just... [17:53] Oh. [17:55] Yeah, I have to. [17:56] Okay. [17:56] Yeah, it would be that the counties would have to be that way. [18:01] Probably the only one who can afford to do that would be Sampe. [18:03] Yeah. [18:06] Catch. [18:07] Okay. [18:08] Anyway, that's just an update on something that might be coming around. [18:12] If it helps us, we'll look into it if we match, and if we don't qualify, if we can call tomorrow on time. [18:23] We're looking into it. [18:24] Yeah. [18:26] Crystal, I'll pay you one side or two. [18:29] We have a, I invited, I'm the chair of the finance committee in the state. [18:34] I don't know if you could do that. [18:35] I did. [18:38] So the finance directors, we have a committee and they don't like to chair and I've been [18:43] that for a year and a half now and it's actually been very good and honestly with some of [18:54] the fill-in stuff that I've been doing it's been good because one of the things that they [18:57] do, the chair of the finance committee goes to the director's meeting, so the meetings [19:03] the nationals who like paying those as well for the last year and a half, and that's [19:07] going to be good. [19:08] We invited the Cyber Center of Utah to come to one of our financial and immediate meetings. [19:13] And I don't know if the county, this is all about telling you something we've done, and I [19:19] think that each of the counties should look into this. [19:21] If you haven't already, you might be involved in this, you may not. [19:26] But the Utah Cyber Center, they are a, they are offering a sock, a security [19:33] operation center that will monitor 24-7 all of your devices. [19:38] So they offered through this company called Sentinel-1, so if you've heard of McAfee, you've [19:43] heard of Dispersky, which don't use access to the trustions, you know, there's all kinds [19:48] of different security, Norton, Sentinel-1 is one just like that. [19:55] We had been using Bitdefender, we just, and I can send you, I can send you this slide [20:00] I'm sure we can. [20:01] All right. [20:01] And if you could bring and do that. [20:03] But I'd send you a PDF of all of this. [20:06] 701, they've bested state for counties, local governments, and state agencies. [20:13] They pay 100% for this, okay? [20:16] So we have been paying, and unfortunately we've just renewed the contracts for, we've paid [20:22] about $10,000 for Bit Defender. [20:27] We have migrated to 701. [20:30] It is free from the state. [20:32] We've actually RIT person, Gaxi likes this better than what we were getting from the [20:38] defender. [20:39] There's a problem on a computer we have one, when we installed it everywhere, it was one [20:43] of them that alarmed and they made a phone call to actually say, you've got to do this [20:49] with a computer, they found the problem. [20:52] This is all cyber security, health for ransomware, any of that. [20:58] This helps protect you with that. [21:00] This is not free. [21:01] It's all free paid for by the state. [21:03] You can see where the funding is secured from. [21:08] With that, they also have this product. [21:11] I don't know if you've ever heard of fishing campaigns. [21:15] Where they'll send you an email and see if you bite. [21:19] But it's, hey, I have $100 million in Ecuador. [21:25] or I just need you to give me $10,000 so that I could pay the guy to look, you know, click [21:31] here to do it, those kinds of things. This actually is a product to help you make sure [21:40] you're folks are engaged when they are looking at emails and don't get caught by something [21:46] that isn't legitimate. And so it does some trainings, it does a little bit of everything along [21:54] on that, just helping your folks know what they're clicking on. [21:59] So this is a free product as well. [22:01] This know-before is a name of that company. [22:05] Also, close. [22:07] This is some training. [22:08] So if you have IT staff who would benefit from training, [22:12] this is a little more like if there's [22:13] some seats available, and you kind of come and go. [22:17] But this is a training that's available for your IT staff. [22:21] I think it's very valuable. [22:24] And then this last one, I think that only [22:26] pie youth and Wayne would be eligible. [22:29] I don't know. [22:30] Are you, do you use Google, Google Workspace, Gmail [22:36] for your county email addresses? [22:38] You guys know. [22:41] I'm going to say yes. [22:43] OK. [22:44] Do you know? [22:46] I don't know. [22:47] OK. [22:47] And you don't have to know. [22:48] I just, this last one, oh, sorry. [22:51] This is them monitoring all of your endpoints, all of your computers, and if there's a Microsoft [22:57] patch that needs to be on them, they'll help you with that. [23:01] That's what this action one does. [23:03] The last part is the Google Workspace. [23:05] They will actually pay. [23:07] If you serve a population of 10,000 or less, they will pay all of your Google license fees for you to be on Google Workspace. [23:16] So, if Mr. Honeyclad would talk with you each after, because I think you guys would be the only ones who would call a fight there. [23:27] Are we over 10,000? [23:28] The county was, yeah. [23:30] We're 15,000, 7,000. [23:32] That's what I thought. [23:32] So I think it's only, if you're new, but this is what we use. [23:36] There are a few bit of our stories and our email is through Google Workspace. [23:40] If you can't, sheep. [23:41] I can't wait. [23:43] That's worth a lot of money to you guys. [23:48] We paid $14,000 a year for Google Workspace, which provides all of our [23:56] stories for our shared documents and does all of our email and all that. [24:00] So this is a wonderful thing free. So this is separate from the other day of the [24:05] cyber center. This is separate, but if you look, if you were to do this, they would [24:11] to require you to do the others as well. [24:14] But you really want to do the other with that list. [24:18] You can do the other without this, yes. [24:20] Which is what we're doing. [24:21] Yeah, I think that's a good idea for us to do. [24:23] And again, this is saving us $10,000 a year [24:26] just on a bit of enter licenses. [24:29] So this, we've implemented this. [24:31] And again, this is just an FYI for all of you. [24:33] I think you'll have to talk with any of your IT folks [24:35] if they have some questions on this. [24:38] But I think it's a wonderful thing to say to you. [24:40] And it's 24-7 monitoring of your network. [24:47] Kind of the reason we did this is my next record was Southwest, our sister agency in St. [24:54] George did get some ransomware. [24:56] They came in the office one day and every piece of paper in their cobblers had their ransomware [25:01] in order to bring them out, you know, so stamps on them. [25:05] And it took quite a bit of work to educate themselves [25:09] from that, so we was just going to be regional for that. [25:15] So, any questions on any of this? [25:17] I don't know. [25:17] I kind of want to do that quick. [25:19] Please, don't let too much on that one. [25:21] I'll send you the VGA. [25:23] Any questions for Richard? [25:26] All right, thank you. [25:27] we will move to number five, and that is Jake's. [25:33] Yeah. [25:34] So we'll go over to New Year's Interim Nation first. [25:37] We'll go to that end of the draw, which is kind of a great thing. [25:40] Since our last meeting, we've had three separations. [25:43] First one is Lynette. [25:44] You all know that she's retired. [25:46] And then we lost the case manager on both teams, [25:49] or on the drug dealer team and then on the tri-county team. [25:53] Jessica, her last day was in June. [25:55] was just last week. New hires we were able to replace Jessica, so we have a new [26:00] case manager, also named Jessica. So your place Jessica with Jessica, they're in [26:05] you at Miller, which then goes to the next one, we're going to the next slide, our [26:10] open positions we have a case manager spot opening in the field. Chris Matthews and [26:15] I review about five applicants right now. None of them are amazing, but might be [26:20] great. We don't know, we're gonna look at them and see and hopefully just [26:23] I'm going to read this next week. [26:27] And then the other one, the Wreck Therapist. [26:29] That's on another position that we have available. [26:31] If you remember last time, I think I told you all that we [26:33] actually had somebody that's a bachelor's level Wreck Therapist [26:36] that applied. [26:37] We interviewed, she was a great advocate at the end of the day. [26:40] She went through her application just, [26:42] oh, it wasn't the right time for her to switch jobs. [26:46] We do have a Wreck Therapist that's on deck to come on [26:49] even school right now, and it would be starting to [26:52] in the internship here in the next few months, too, but I'll be really good. [26:56] And that's for open positions. [26:58] And the last thing, your favorite part is the mandatory part of stock trainings. [27:02] We are 100% on every team except for Tri-County, and the one person that's missing is on [27:08] the lead right now, on extended medical leave. [27:11] And so I would say that's 100%, but really it's 99.5%. [27:17] We are right now. [27:18] Did you guys work on that extra day on this day? [27:20] No. [27:21] No, but I did remind them last week about it, so I told them last Monday that there was a camp last Sunday, two and a half. [27:28] Anyway, I reminded the team that it's on hand. [27:32] All right, that's it for me. No actions. [27:35] Well, you need to be commanded that 100% is 100%, right? [27:39] Yes, yes. If you're not first, you're last, right? [27:42] And we're not. We're not better yet. We're almost. [27:46] Well, that's good though. [27:47] All right, thank you. Any questions for Jayce? [27:51] All right, we'll move to number six, quality assessment, and that's Jared. [27:57] Yeah, so in June we all got an email. There's a new requirement for [28:05] therapists who supervise other therapists. So these are more fully licensed [28:10] therapists supervising interns or people working for a full license. [28:15] And so there's a new, we have to take a course, [28:20] it has to be at least eight hours, [28:22] and it lists some of the topics on there, [28:24] but this course has to be done by the beginning of January. [28:30] And so this is something we're working on. [28:34] Richard, you go the next slide, we've gotten a quote, [28:38] so we're looking at 12 to 15 clinicians. [28:41] If we do that live at our business office, like in person, [28:45] that's the rate to 37 if we do it virtually kind of so the team on each team [28:53] will kind of gather together and we do it virtually that's the rate so so [28:58] that's something that we're gonna try and do it all together we think because you [29:02] can do it separately but we're looking at I think this saves us some money to do [29:06] this way. Who's requiring you to do that? The status? Another unfunded mandate. Yeah, that's [29:17] right. You've got it and it's got a short fuse too. So this about last year's legislation? [29:28] Yeah, that we got the email in June. Hey, you have to have this done by January. [29:35] So, and then the therapists, now for supervisors, they have to have at least two years under their belt, fully licensed, to supervise. [29:46] And so that's, I think that's a wrinkle too, that might have implications for us. [29:53] Reality is too long, these lines, there's, there's a lot of back there, it's out there. [30:00] I'm going to come out of the crack school and maybe don't get any adequate supervision. They don't want me to start practicing and they never have someone to help train them in the day-to-day thing. So even though the S. I agree, this is none of that mandate. There's a lot of those mom and pop shops, the small little single practitioners that have no one that they can check with, they can check in with to see if they're doing it right. And this was a step in that record. [30:29] So I'll go away, it is an unmanaged and you have to do it. [30:34] I think from term, the quality of clinicians will improve because there's some accountability [30:43] on the job training. [30:46] Definitely. [30:48] We're lucky because we have an agency full of clinicians that have been doing it for years [30:53] and years that can provide that oversight. [30:56] So for us, this feels very redundant, but for some of those practitioners out in the [31:04] state, elsewhere, this is absolutely a good thing to help them to get that training [31:10] in the oversight of the thingy. [31:13] So. [31:13] Well, maybe they all offended. [31:17] I could say that was sick in that. [31:20] Yeah. [31:22] Maybe they were, you might be offended. [31:25] Yeah, because that's going to add up across the state. [31:34] That's all that's it. [31:35] Jared, any questions for Jared? [31:39] Not. [31:40] Without around the agenda. [31:44] We don't need a closed session today. [31:47] There's obviously some people on the real, probably the stuff's the thing I'm meeting with for today. [31:54] Wow. [31:58] Richard's hungry. [32:00] We're going to go for a bite. [32:03] Last one. [32:05] So we can move down to there. [32:07] No, that was free plan. [32:11] I've just seen this bottom line. [32:14] We didn't mention that. [32:15] So, traditionally, we have got to review, you know, we can hold that to a later date as well if you want. [32:23] Meaning I can see that that's, you know, the worst restriction on that. [32:30] I have a question for you here on closed session rules. [32:36] We were in commission meeting two months ago, and there was an issue that came up. [32:42] and I recommended we go into closed session and they said we can't even though we had this [32:49] basically same thing posted here. They say the issue at hand has to be on the agenda. [32:58] So you can't leave. We've had the same discussions. We just released them. So having this, [33:03] they're saying that doesn't qualify because you've listed all of them. We have to have it specifically [33:10] call out? Is that what they're saying? You can't say too much, though. [33:15] I have to say we're talking about cases of confidence in the camouflage [33:20] some way, but it has to be on the annual listed as an agenda item in [33:25] order to go. Is this correct? We went back and forth. Yes, I've heard both. [33:31] Christopher, I know you've had a lot of training on this. What are your thoughts? [33:34] We still just read one whole session for [33:39] Pending litigation or pending litigation and professional [33:43] Comments sort of an employee that's what we didn't you know having all we don't say any more than that right there [33:50] So you just repeat these down below [33:53] Yes, and [33:55] Well, where's Tom do we just have us do we just repeat these we have maybe and see however many there are and there's always on the agenda [34:04] Is that what you all do? [34:06] The same thing, but they said no. [34:09] And we do it that way all the time. [34:12] So that was one that we haven't got student on yet. [34:15] Who's going to know? [34:16] Our county attorney. [34:18] Oh yeah. [34:19] We have two county attorney's. [34:23] And they have all the things that we can do this way. [34:27] This way or have we the ABCB? [34:30] You see, we just have the top part, just the top part. [34:34] See, and I've always said that for me. [34:36] I think that covers it. [34:37] But I'm here, stories like this, and I'm like, [34:41] I don't know what I really am. [34:43] And then I'll allow me to repeat, [34:46] why do we all don't even close session? [34:50] So, and to change tapes. [34:54] If it's easy, you'll just have one or two, [34:58] but we've ever had three things [35:02] There's three things that you can go and close section four. [35:06] And then, right. [35:07] Personal, property, [35:09] litigation, litigation. [35:11] Well, strategy, strategy, section two. [35:14] But the museum would just have the two, [35:17] we'll just say, hey, we're going in with four, [35:20] section four, pending litigation, [35:23] and, or, property, and commission of seat, [35:28] was that a proponent of your attorney's state [35:30] that still wasn't okay. If it's listed like this but then when you say you're going in, you're going in for this, [35:37] did he say that that wasn't all? [35:39] He didn't say, he just said it had to be listed on the agenda as, you know, something posted within the agenda. [35:49] As an agenda item, it hasn't impacted. [35:53] It has to be more than just that counterpart. [35:55] It can be probably A was the reason we were going to go in. [35:59] and so that had to be on the agenda that we were going to do that. [36:03] A year's didn't have an A and that's why it is then you can. [36:08] I'd have to go back and look at one of those three right there [36:12] would have to be on as an agenda item. [36:15] Right, so he's recommending that it's more targeted. [36:18] See, what we did, so good point. [36:21] So we actually, this time, we knew we were not going in to executive [36:26] So, if you see number seven, we just said, I said exactly what they called me. [36:31] We did not list anything specific because we knew, and that's when we started having [36:35] the debate. [36:37] Do we, if we were to go in to talk about property acquisition, does that have to be listed there? [36:43] Or is it covered in a generalized statement from the code? [36:48] I think you have to state what you're going in for. [36:51] We do state of course specifically what we're going to do in the closed session for, [36:56] but we just have this on the agenda. [36:58] And it's standard, good, real thumb. [37:00] Follow on your attorney says to you. [37:02] That's a good one. [37:03] That's a good one. [37:04] Stride these sessions. [37:05] So I think to be safe, we're probably going to, when we know we're going to go into closed, [37:13] we will list them as an agency. [37:15] I think so. [37:16] You actually have this on the agenda. [37:19] We do. [37:19] So you didn't have number seven on your agenda? [37:23] Well, we just have it printed at the bottom of that right there. [37:28] This printed that we may have to go into post. [37:31] That should be a minute or so. [37:33] We're going to have to be reciting this. [37:37] There, yeah. [37:38] I agree with Commissioner Brown, I'll follow what he's done. [37:44] Okay, so we are now two number nine. [37:48] nine for the next meeting schedule and that you want to talk about how I pick this. [37:55] I think I hit it in there. [37:57] I'll talk about the next one. [38:00] We'll be October 14th. [38:05] It's a case of house. [38:07] No, that's what I do. [38:08] We won't be doing that. [38:09] We're going to be here to check on your schooling. [38:14] Well, then it looks to me like any matters from the board, we need to go around the room. [38:21] Anyone want to volunteer if they get concerns or issues or matters? [38:27] I'm good. Commissioner Bren. [38:30] I'm good. [38:31] What's going on in Selina, South? [38:33] And in Selina, all the construction. [38:37] Yeah, so they've been working out for years. [38:41] There's some housing developments, what's going on in the small college campus, next [38:49] to the dates. [38:52] Just an extension? [38:54] No, I think it's something to do with dispatch as a state. [39:01] Yeah, as a state. [39:04] All [39:07] right. [39:08] I think we need a motion to adjourn. [39:13] I'll make that motion. It always comes from you. [39:16] That's like midnight, so. [39:20] What's your opinion on surgery? [39:22] That's great. [39:23] I'll talk to you about it. [39:24] The journey. [39:25] Thank you, everyone. [39:26] Richard, I already sent you that media. [39:28] You should have. [39:29] Okay. [39:29] Thank you.
