[0:54] City Clerk, Tiffany Carranza, are you ready to go? [1:01] I am Mayor, if you aren't. [1:02] I think we're ready to go. [1:03] I think the audience is ready to go. [1:05] Welcome, everyone. [1:06] We have two meetings this afternoon. [1:08] Our first meeting is the Housing Authority. [1:10] So can I have a roll call for the Housing Authority? [1:14] Board members, Hamilton? [1:17] You're a painter? [1:18] Here. [1:19] Leros? [1:20] Here. [1:21] Are there any changes to the agenda or supplemental reports for housing? [1:28] There are no changes to the agenda. [1:30] We do have one supplemental document for item 5A, which is the presentation from staff. [1:36] Thank you, and we do take public comment under housing during the public comment portion of the meeting. [1:40] The public is invited to address the housing authority on any item within the subject matter jurisdiction of the board. [1:45] Please focus your comments on either past actions taken by the board or proposed future action. [1:50] To be taken by the board. [1:52] However, if the subject of the public comment is not on the agenda state, law strictly limits the board's ability to respond at this meeting. [1:59] City Clerk, do you have any speaker cards or? [2:02] I do not may or I believe all the cards I have are for the council meeting. [2:05] All right. [2:06] Thank you very much. [2:07] We do have one consent item on our Housing agenda. [2:15] Item 4A. [2:17] I have not received a request to pull that consent item. [2:21] If not, I will entertain a motion to move the consent calendar for House. [2:26] I will move to approve the consent calendar motion by board member Hamilton. [2:31] Second. [3:10] So, our Housing Director will first out here, the report from staff. [3:16] Great. [3:17] Thank you. [3:18] Chair members of the board. [3:20] Stephanie Gull, Housing Manager here today to briefly review the Housing Authority mid-cycle budget adjustments. [3:28] You may recall the two year budget was adopted June 17, 2025 and then at the May 19th meeting. [3:37] Just a few weeks back, we reviewed the proposed updates to the second year of that cycle, which will run starting this coming July 1st through June 30th of 2027. [3:48] Brief update because at the last meeting there was no direction to make changes. [3:54] It was proposed to move forward as staff had prepared the proposed amendments. [3:58] So in front of you, you will see that originally the budget was adopted at just over 25 million for all housing authority funds, [4:06] of course the section eight fund being the largest of those. [4:09] And with the proposed amendments, the adjustment would be up to 26.18 million for expenditures. [4:17] Again, most of those changes within the section eight fund based on HUD funding expected to be received. [4:23] I'm happy to answer any questions, but we can be brief today. [4:26] And today's requested action is to adopt a resolution approving the fiscal year 2627 mid-cycle budget. [4:34] Thank you so much. [4:36] The closures of councilmember has received information of board members and for this hearing. [4:41] That is important to the decision making process at this hearing. [4:45] And if the information is not included in the written material for the item, please disclose the information at this time. [4:52] So participants in the hearing have an opportunity to consider that information. [4:56] So disclosures. [4:57] We will start. [4:59] No disclosures. [5:00] No disclosures.
