announced a grant program as with last
[1:01] Friday applications you want Valentine's
Day for you that could be 75 percent
[1:07] grant and the reason that's important is
some of these project costs there's four
[1:13] pounds your street and sorbonne and
water and sewer well we did talk about
[1:17] store bum or a street fund to pay for
that part of it
[1:21] NDC grant if you really nice to cover
some of that part of it so some of these
[1:27] numbers are going to change or not
the way that you see but there is really
[1:30] good news I think that those two
programs could really help offset some
[1:36] of those impacts and then the other
thing that they remind me today was that
[1:40] the interest rates are lower now and
you're likely going to be if you went
[1:44] five years to do another
ten years it's most likely going to be
[1:48] higher how much higher we don't know
that
