[0:43] We may reference to the total 100 degree roll of trust in that number of long passes of the team. [0:50] And it has to be a question on why this is what happens if you do that at that moment. [0:56] First of all, I'm asking that permit to be submitted to do me a distraction on the first [1:08] of the sole art petition before you can have that as a condition of the approval process. [1:19] So, if I don't understand your response correctly, if there is no permanent for the tunnel, [1:26] then it would not be the extraction of the whole side of the track. [1:30] That's correct. [1:31] So, there's no contingency plan. [1:33] We'll have a chance going up down in the only part of the tunnel. [1:37] One of the presently, we believe that they use some of the variable real-the-range [1:44] policies provided that we can show them that provide proper engineering and to do the construction [1:50] of the top. [1:52] I keep in mind that the variable cannot accept any disruption of the service to that line under any sort [1:59] of some sense at all. [2:00] And because the variable has to get out of the experiences that the construction is done in an order of civil partners that third-engineers review anything that is going to be done to activate the underlying of the integrity of that area underneath the variable. [2:18] And so that tunnel that we envision and installed is critical to the conveyor system that we envision to be far above this entire process. [2:41] All right, now we're going to have a couple of comments and questions, but I'm going to [2:44] also go up around being able to list the sign-up sheet that unless they have the address, [2:47] we'll just go over to my own. [2:51] First up, I'm going to be Carrie Bowen. [2:53] If you can please approach the microphone to your name and add us to the record. [2:59] My name is Carrie Bowen. [3:01] And then, like, the GH's diagram, like in math, [3:04] Bachman, and then about 24, 24, 30, so full. [3:08] Okay, we're going to give you a raise to write-in, please. [3:11] You know, so that that's going to have to be [3:12] for those type of vanquishes, triples, triples, [3:15] and all together. [3:17] So what I heard was, if we did the computer off tonight, [3:21] that's the gate F, and what if it doesn't happen in math, [3:24] or yeah, it's the GANF, and given F, that's the only way, [3:27] that changes everything dramatically. [3:29] So that's a big end, and we've worked with these people for another project in this city, and we know they don't get it. [3:36] So that's one point. The other point I have, in what I heard that these people are not, I appreciate taking the time to come out and form us. [3:45] But what I have heard is sacrifice your help or our love. [3:50] And everybody, these people who came out to me, [3:53] they came to go from their question to the kids who sat there, [3:56] and listening to get to see how this is an action in why we go, [3:59] and what these come here for the breaks. [4:02] But my house is important to me, my house, [4:06] and my family, the health of these individuals, [4:09] and it is now about my team that it's thought [4:12] that taking away the layers that create the natural filters [4:15] and accurate out, that contaminate the water. [4:18] But I think they're about that. [4:20] Other people will speak to those points. [4:22] So I'd be able to understand that. [4:25] We're totally out. [4:26] I'm sorry, I didn't say that correctly. [4:28] And some other city members, because the middle of that [4:32] went out were spent. [4:35] So most of what people would have been doing is a D.B. [4:37] And there are two addresses. [4:40] And I think it was a phone. [4:41] 24, 60, 60, 20, 40, 80, that many people [4:44] have it. [4:45] They're going to do a D.B. [4:46] through the right way. [4:48] And when you walk, they walk and we always try not to be happy because you can't speak to fire for 20 years. [4:54] Also, I should have that patient and then notify. [4:57] The other part on notification. [5:00] It says, for all public hearing, it's that for a very short time. The owners of all property have been 250 feet of this budget property. It's including all public right away, shall we all abide? The petitioner, shall we all abide by the first class mail. Either the owners has reported the mechanic kind of a corner of the office, or the person to last pay property taxes that are collected in this tax surplus in this kind of commissioner. So there it says that the petitioner, so I'm going to let you know why it's tax dollars to pay for those things. [5:31] It is what you have as your ordinances and your valuable things. [5:36] That's actually not the ordinance. [5:38] That is a handout that was prepared several years ago. [5:43] The code requires a lot of notice to be made. [5:48] The city has decided to take that over to an attempt to avoid problems such as what your [5:59] to 250 feet and we're able to set that out. Every developer is required to submit a, we call it up a retained personnel amount. [6:12] And those dollars are used to pay for it, such as the notifications, the attorneys. [6:21] So, in Chancellor's art being used for the city staff to do this, it's being paid by the developer through this routine person out. [6:33] And the right of the way issue is, in our code, it sends for adjacent properties. [6:40] It's the right of way, but it does not specifically state that for in property that is not adjacent. [6:48] And then it's in our actual unified development board that's just the exact language. [6:54] Now there's an older handout. [6:56] There's one that's on the left side. [6:58] I'm sure that's a problem. [7:00] But it is a problem. [7:02] It is an older handout. [7:04] But I can't tell you, it's confirmed. [7:06] The two are 50B. [7:08] It's not exclude the right of legs. [7:10] What happens if you use the tick and turn the tangerine? [7:12] I have a map from the Cali with a measuring device and it was about 299 feet. [7:23] To the property. [7:24] To the property. [7:27] I don't know if I heard that. [7:29] But okay. [7:31] The other thing that I think by 40 minutes, I think it's a thank you. [7:35] It's a very important part. [7:37] It's a thank you for about 250 of the great kind of images. [7:42] Do you know the slogan, in fact, he is a proposal? [7:44] Yeah, I'm going to remind you more about your approach to the real of this development and we appreciate that, it's not even a fast. [7:52] So, I ask not saying questions, what is pan planning on that kind of all is not a group, [7:58] because I don't believe it's going to be a group. [8:00] Just want to put it back there. [8:01] So, when we approve it, are we going to hand it to the pan, we can just hand it back, if it is a group. [8:06] And then who is paying to make that space these days at all? [8:12] It's a period 15 years to negotiate that space bus that I'm migratory to get it. [8:18] To get it actually this goal, and it's millions of dollars. [8:21] So I'd like to like to know who's paying for that. [8:25] And then who's paying to enforce their regulations? [8:27] I know that you say there's no vibrations, but I would say that it's been elastic. [8:31] It's lunch by the staff. [8:33] I've written idle vote that's when's been idle vote that's wrong. [8:37] And I was alert to my lawyer this moment. [8:41] Other people that we have not met from our group will be presenting their questions in place. [8:47] That they've not let as soon as they've written them in. [8:49] Thank you for your time. [8:56] Peter, please. [8:58] Please, please. [9:02] Please. [9:03] Please. [9:04] Please. [9:05] Please. [9:06] Can you say today, ma'am, this is another place, let's bring in. [9:09] My name is Peter V. Officer, on the IS-24, 2.500, [9:13] and several, with some, you know, I say sure if you're a little bad. [9:19] I'm right here, is right here, so as this may run to you for a little bit, [9:24] such like this is the result of the moving of the truth. [9:26] I did. All right, you may receive it. [9:28] All right, I have a question, this will come up to you. [9:30] the United States, and that has passed the few people in December 7th, they did a little walk [9:39] through by the system of our neighbor's son, and got to the road. [9:43] Let's do my home, so this would show you a lot of them in their mailbox, and it confirms [9:50] what that said about what it makes the benefits of the city looks like, but it's just a tiny part of this deal. [10:00] I would like to talk more about what it could cost to the community. Nothing is just all right to do. Some of the stuff has to be cost to something. [10:09] So first off, the main relation of public involvement. The four main orders are really on the public. [10:16] Currently now, if you take out the new venue of the party, the party is purchased for roughly about 1.2 million. [10:24] And 15 years later after it is basically no big one of these that everybody wanted to [10:31] order a top of it, it's the impact of the four main power. [10:35] The conveyor of time, the 150 amount of benefit on the side. [10:40] I'm assuming that's the cost of the instruction. [10:43] Over and over again. [10:45] So, in fact, really, it's time to have a very subtlety. [10:49] It was a tunnel. [10:49] I worked for the President of Santa Fe for 37 years, I provided an expert testimony [10:57] for the Surface Transformation Board in Washington, during the Commission of Texas, the Colorado [11:03] and the California Public Service Commission, so I can tell you, this is a tough one. [11:08] This really felt like people didn't need to trust. [11:11] The other strains were from 12,000 to 18,000 tons, so they didn't understand why they [11:17] one is they can retract. If you can talk about what's happening for 47, whether why I can [11:25] allow for the jewelry sidebar sitting on it. And they have the need of sitting and saying [11:30] can we drill some tunnels for veterans, you know what I mean is that. And that I don't know [11:35] what's been allowed at it. And then as I look at what is it, it's a tough thing. Again, you're [11:42] He's stabilizing something that's going to be [11:44] fractured a lot of weight in the top of it. [11:47] So it could be something that should be considered. [11:50] You know, I think we've already talked about the fact that [11:53] if you don't compare, it's not going to work. [11:55] So I don't know if any further is enough. [11:58] I'm going to tell you to be 85 meters away. [12:02] You can play. [12:04] And then place your lives. [12:07] Now result of that, though. [12:09] If you look at it on a long-term basis, [12:12] all city parks are not in the taxi base. You don't see any tax dollars after the 15 years [12:20] unless you get off the property, the rest, I like your life and the bank insides. [12:27] You're not going to get any tax dollars out of that. So there is a cost amount of that. [12:31] It's not just to get 100,000 out of the year of the 15 years. [12:40] And if you really want to look at that, what was down point of planning, when you look [12:47] at our conference, plan for the same goods are, that property, most of the sea limits, [12:53] was designated as residential for a subdivision. [12:59] And as far as the city parks plan that we just did this last year on the Commissioner [13:06] on the arts board. I've been all the hearings. I'll explain in the process. No one and I [13:13] fully hearings are anywhere else and we're asked for a way to do this. [13:21] Then after that [13:22] the cost of just being seen as part, you know, I heard somewhat even partial development of [13:29] the property and the trial and the use of the students who are there. The only problem is you still [13:33] have to do the rest of the problem. Now when they did the three of us, that was an expensive proposition [13:38] And back in 2010, they spent 12.5 million of their property. [13:43] So even if you say, OK, it's the 30th of the size of that, [13:46] but looking at how 15 years of inflation, [13:49] you could be able to get a potential of six million dollars [13:52] to do that. [13:54] Now, the way that we work on this side, rather than a part, [13:57] is the public, it's part of the public work. [14:00] The public works, that goes in with all the other budget items, [14:04] in the city of Versailles, streets, things like that nature, [14:07] It's not good at competing for the dollars to do these sort of things. [14:10] Now, as you can get some grass, baby, so you don't know what you're going to do, [14:14] but you probably don't know what you're going to do. [14:15] So there are some areas that you have to look at. [14:19] If you look at this as an example, as a subdivision, if you kind of look at things like, [14:36] there is a similar site of property down there, those houses are going for roughly $400,000. [14:42] And there are 2330 houses here. [14:47] So, 30,000 to do that, you basically come up with 100 million dollars out to the tax [14:54] of the credit. [14:55] It's not a great way to detect people who can look at your hands like that. [14:59] That's a large sum of money. [15:01] We're sitting in a park there, and he didn't knock it for the wagon on that. [15:09] You know, that case is not all for what says, this is the current Christ for House. [15:13] Unfortunately, we're building a pet. This is a little, we'll show you now what it is today. [15:19] When you start building a pet, that's going to change that language. There's no clarity. [15:25] A bunch of different studies that have been found on this. You know, they've got these kind of pressures that will be these things. [15:30] There's a curve that applies on this, and if you look at it, I think that I don't know if that's an end I'll say it for you. [15:38] You guys see it in the same one. [15:39] Thanks, another one. [15:41] I'm kind of all careful here. [15:43] You look at how it is on this one professor's scale. [15:48] There's a 30% drop-off in the back of the home. [15:52] It is right across the street. [15:55] They should have come with that. [15:56] If you are a part of your existence, then I'm a part of a soft. [16:02] But again, this is talking about taking courage, [16:06] and evaluation for homeowners, if you take it down. [16:09] So even if you look at it from the same point, [16:11] of an average $400,000 out of the point, [16:13] if you look at the values and that area, [16:16] from all of the subdivisions that surround this area, [16:19] you could take it back. [16:20] If you just look at it from a 10% basis, [16:23] or 200 homes, you're losing it all. [16:26] a lot of money in taxation, and you can say, well, that's not going to happen today, but it's [16:31] house of solid accounts going down, guess what? The tax risk is going down. The tax risk [16:36] going down that way for the city's livestock, just get 200, the fire, the district, everybody else, [16:43] they should hit on the same. And the end result, that course, is the losing money in the [16:49] raised tax rate. So there's about seven of that part of the two. So I'm going to do [16:55] And I said, I'm going to help you guys, and I said, thank you. [17:00] Welcome to [17:10] the second one. [17:11] I said, thank you. [17:11] Thank you very much. [17:22] I did sign my name on the set of published form. [17:31] And I was the second one to sign. [17:33] I unfortunately do have to go to work. [17:36] I worked in the next shift, the county, for the chair of department, [17:39] that I have to please step up. [17:42] I have to play a mull, so. [17:44] Hey, can you hear me? [17:44] No, I didn't. [17:45] I was a second one to sign up. [17:49] I didn't hear you. [17:50] Anyone? [17:51] Mr. Jeb, you're also speaking right now. [17:54] No, no, no, no. [17:55] Take it, my turn. [17:56] I'm not saying. [17:58] I'm saying, I think I'll have to. [17:59] I think I'll have to. [18:00] That's true. [18:01] Okay. [18:02] That's true. [18:05] Yes, I mean, you may be able to have this. [18:08] It's for the testimony about the good, [18:09] for the worst type of acquisition of those in the country. [18:12] Yes, thank you. All right, thank you, sir. [18:13] My name is Jeffrey Paulson. [18:15] I learned at 24 statistics. [18:17] There are these. [18:19] Good evening members of the State of the West Side Foundation. [18:23] Before addressing the health impacts, [18:26] I was raised a procedural tissue that cannot be removed. [18:29] I am a property owner located within 200 feet. [18:32] That was measured. [18:35] The proposed site, due to the exclusion of the photographs, understand as it just was spoken [18:43] that it only the right way of putting our addressed problem, those that are completely adjacent [18:50] to set the profile site, I am on the other side of it. [18:54] The second row, I did it with that second row included, I am still with it from the corner [19:00] of my property, less than 250V from that proposed site. [19:07] I, in one resonance, that did not receive the required amount of this. [19:13] See, it will start to unify the only ordinance clearly required to go [19:17] to solve properties, only for nature, or 50V for resolving the consequences. [19:22] But proceeding without proper notice, finally, it's ordinance, and now it's [19:25] and the whole right, the participate, and he actually takes one of these circuit [19:31] stations with the underneath law and I would request that to look like this [19:37] at a maybe already postponed or further hearings in the future, which I [19:43] greatly appreciate to have those residents be notified about where they came from and yes, [19:49] to the proper time and to address station. Now to encourage all the trouble, like I said, [19:54] My name is Jeffrey Walton. I'm strongly opposed to the addition by the answer to LLC because I'm trying to see [20:00] To be someone's name for the agriculture, to light industrial, to allow mining, rock brushing, asphalt, concrete, and readiness operations associated with the super-aggressed facility. [20:13] The site is immediately adjacent to the Samus-Presidential Neighborhoods, the senior military facilities, and close to a public park. [20:20] The residents who would be impacted include infants, children, adults, seniors, and medically vulnerable individuals. [20:30] These residents would not face a great inconvenience. [20:34] They would be subjected to daily, unavoidable industrial exposure from them in years. [20:42] minding and every operation is generally fine, but to put it back at the Euclidean T2.5 and TN10, as well as restable, [20:52] crystalline silicon dust, which has been raw and it was disclosed that it may be from course, which is it, it does come from course. [21:05] However, directly from the ocean, website, silicon dust comes from the sturdy naturally current, [21:12] animals like sand, soil, and granite. [21:15] Riding through activities like cutting, [21:18] grinding, drilling, and crushing materials, [21:20] such as concrete, rock, brick, [21:22] I often stone, releasing fine, [21:25] research field, particles, [21:37] p-euclides [21:38] that this does come from the materials [21:40] that are in the ground that would be affected [21:43] by this operation. [21:51] I'm going to take a closer look at the CBC, [21:53] One in the inclination of Selta, causes a study of cysts, [21:58] to go to E, and one can't. [22:00] Permanent, irreversible diseases that develop over time. [22:04] Online workers' presence can actually develop exposure at the end of the report day. [22:09] Children would greet this dust while their lungs are slowly developing [22:12] the seniors wouldn't inhale it with lungs already compromised. [22:16] In addition, diesel trucks, in industrial operations, [22:20] release toxic results, they exhaust. [22:22] Having materials and volatile organic compounds, the Illinois Department of Public Health [22:28] has made it clear that industrial and air quality standards are not sufficient to [22:33] protect residential populations, especially sensitive ones. [22:38] The judiciary has stated that these operations would last at least 15 years. [22:43] The operation, sound of the tracks, has already gone beyond the designated years that was [22:53] initial proposed and has been granted as a section. [22:58] That represents an entire title of the exposure for infants and decades of community [23:04] and exposure for babies and seniors. [23:07] This site is also located within an EPA-classized groundwater protection area, mining, [23:15] asphalt, and concrete operations, both real and well-backed immigrants of groundwater [23:20] contamination. [23:22] When groundwater is polluted, it cannot simply be corrected. [23:25] The health consequences include increased cancer risk, development, heart to children, [23:32] kidney damage, and life-long chronic illness. [23:35] The controls, the controls directly also conflicts with the state of the stacks, open, comprehensive [23:43] plan, which prioritizes protecting residential areas, promoting public health, and safety, [23:51] and providing in compatible land users. [23:54] I ensure there are numerous alternative alternatives for cycling industrial operations, could [23:59] be studied without placing them directly behind homes, next year's learning facilities [24:04] adjacent to a public park in immediately adjacent to the view of this old water tower [24:10] supplying with South Presidents and without looking at within the protected EPA's [24:16] highest underground water areas. And with the map that showed of the [24:21] growth is in the area in the telecom and it showed this precisely with the map [24:28] If it was both up, we'll show all the graphics [24:31] are in a circular sea location. [24:37] However, that whole area in the middle, [24:41] there's no rock, there's no sand in that whole mill area. [24:45] There isn't a major thing that said the glacier [24:48] is happening in a mist that whole mill portion [24:51] that is not allowed to come to my bathroom, [24:56] residential areas. [24:59] It's open. [25:00] Under the industrial mind, the industrial operation, the dislocation, with no place present, [25:05] efforts, and firmly compromised, air quality and groundwater researchers. [25:10] Approval of this request, with no only place they public have, at present, to be inconsistent with the [25:15] commission's duty to protect the health, safety, and welfare of the human. [25:20] Therefore, the reason I want to keep it in all associated, especially his permission, should be [25:25] not denied. [26:07] There is a link on the board with the set of peer-to-peer people. [26:13] Ask that way. [26:15] This is where the test will be appropriate for the website. [26:17] I wish that your questions will be answered. [26:18] I hope to be able to help you. [26:20] I hope your advice on the next. [26:21] Please, please, please, please. [26:23] I [26:47] share. [26:49] Come to the right. [26:49] Please, please. [26:50] I'll just go to the board. [26:51] It's from three different sources. [26:53] One is the city's [26:59] continental land and the most organized region of water. [27:05] What are the positions being highlighted on their? [27:10] This is the city-prioritizes of maintenance of this natural resources and regulation of opportunities, which benefit both residents and visitors. [27:18] Would it not continue to be stewards to the environment as establishing sustainable and efficient infrastructure in its development environment? [27:28] Students to the environment. [27:31] The city provides nine goals in this plan. [27:34] And tonight, I'll highlight five of those for you. [27:37] Number one, pursue and capitalize on the city's development [27:40] opportunities while preserving the city's character, [27:44] and sort of at that time, and property [27:47] meant properly managing natural resources. [27:50] Go number two, under the time, encourage high quality [27:53] attractive policy options to be able to [27:55] have as a residence in all states of life, [27:58] and be happy to have that in these favorite communities. [28:01] Go number five of the time, enhance quality of life [28:04] for a low-side president's studio efficient provision of community service and evolving [28:08] tame infrastructure. [28:11] Gold number eight, name and tame of parks and open spaces that need to be the recreational [28:17] and environmental needs of low-side residents. [28:21] And Gold number nine is my favorite philosophy. [28:24] In certain preservation and protection of church, natural resources, and many of these such [28:29] parks, open spaces, water resources, natural areas, and night staffs. [28:37] I agree to again, I agree to. [28:39] I will read one. [28:41] This proposed case answer does not align with the vision notes highlighted at five [28:45] of the nine goals that are very open cities planned but forward in the past five. [28:51] I think they will see anywhere for the city's visioner goals where it comes to [28:55] liver, decrease poverty values, risk and more water resources. [28:58] to the most important data out of the rest of us. [29:01] I would like you to move forward with our environmental plan, [29:04] our core condition that doctorate the state [29:06] and pillow for the United Nations 1987 problem for it. [29:10] The development that meets the needs of the present [29:12] without compromise, the ability of future generations [29:16] of each their needs. [29:18] Maybe that again. [29:20] The development that meets the needs of the present [29:22] without compromising, the ability of future generations [29:26] to meet their own needs, this comes to an hour with stock environment, even worse than mine. [29:33] The environmental goal states as follows, the city of Plystox will protect it and [29:37] us the health of our community and the quality of our environment. [29:41] We'll support a stable, diverse and equitable autonomy and we'll minimize human impacts on [29:47] local and wide worldwide ecosystems to promote a sustainable future. [29:52] Our environmental plans water quality and conservation goal protect from water quality and quantity. [30:00] We're used by current and future generations as well as natural systems. There are two actions to take from this goal. One was to establish a map for a goal of sensitive capital for recharge areas for service, a lot of the map of modeling of recharge areas. These maps of models have long been completed, and it proposes Genshinori is marked as both. [30:23] My good friend, the neighbor, Jeff Jepalson, talked about it, his wife, baggy, friend, will [30:29] speak to again in a moment. [30:30] These areas are considered at risk at high risk to be for contamination as these areas [30:35] directly lead to your water supply. [30:41] Moving on to the cities 20, 20, 24 annual water supply, get high-laced level load of these [30:49] water is the most common substance on earth, but only 1% is suitable to drink. It's the most important resource element on our planet, [31:01] more so than oil, natural gas, minerals, or any other resource you can imagine, treated with respect and to serve it. [31:10] Water is not unlimited, that's from our angle, or not my answer. [31:17] Ask yourselves why we as residents are only permitted to water outside, but that doesn't need a taste of the arena. [31:23] And only between the owners after six or four and a nine. [31:27] This is because the city knows how valuable the water resource is. [31:31] And they said that water is not unlimited, and it's treated with respect to the insurve. [31:35] The expansions pit would offer them hard ones to use water that built in the next 15 years regardless of the day or time. [31:44] Now, based on what I highlighted from the city is very important. [31:46] So the day expansion was not aligned with the city. [31:48] What the city is, probably, is the side of this. [31:51] I'm going to ask you, it's probably a little silly. [31:53] I'm going to ask for a simple exercise. [31:56] And most of the residents here today reside in great neighborhoods, [31:59] It's still as throat as you see here from this proposed bed scan. [32:05] Neighborhoods like the tons of old valley, the sanctuary of old valley. [32:10] Now I myself live in the sanctuary. [32:12] My own suspension visible on that map to see up there. [32:16] And I like to take that for the sanctuary for this quick moment. [32:20] If you could please all close your eyes for a moment. [32:22] I appreciate it. [32:24] Let me take you whatever you think sanctuary will sign. [32:28] It's beautiful, lightly quiet and calming. [32:32] I know what my real slide is, wonderful. [32:35] Not a deterrent problem here, but across the street from your sanctuary. [32:39] The noise, the dangerous dust, but in health of the rescue, [32:43] the field of your sanctuary, from what the vibration of this operation will bite on trucks. [32:49] Your sanctuary is now gone, and so will ours. [32:53] Thank you so much for listening to my explanation. [33:13] And then you can use the grain that is directly clean. [33:16] Actually, also, 2466 is very useful. [33:20] And then you can use the jewelry hand. [33:21] This way, this way, you're going to have to use the whole set of functions that you've all chosen. [33:25] Thank you. [33:26] All right. [33:28] So finding the set of all, then I will release this into the two or two personal protocols. [33:35] What is that password and EPA protection? [33:37] And I'm very happy. [33:39] And I'm very pleased with a publication of the existing [33:41] Wrathlete. [33:42] There's a request for this, for mining asphalt time, [33:44] great readiness and rock machine operations. [33:48] This is not just another investor of projects. [33:50] It is a direct sector of water or health and environment. [33:53] A lot of projects for us are different. [33:55] It was a year. [33:56] The operators really dislike our highly vulnerable. [33:59] They provide virtual water for residents in the city. [34:02] It's around the areas. [34:03] and the conditions put our hundreds of people [34:06] to clean them into on higher than plus, [34:08] where I think it's removed down the soil [34:10] of those that don't provide or are exposed to an octopus. [34:13] Dequitering an excavation change for our flow, [34:17] which disrupts the less. [34:19] The proposed operation, including an asphalt counter, [34:21] bringing us, and we're trying to apply [34:25] less water, semesters, and weather conditions [34:27] and other energy-to-fly products. [34:30] Even my watch-out kits can be over time, especially in these part-of-the-scenes soils, [34:35] can hand-age them here as not compatible if it is comfortable to them that fully [34:40] dares to offer a start-and-turn to water in the Internet of Public Health. [34:45] This article has here in fact, the fact that in the people's system of the area, the fact that [34:49] they are disposed of, and it can entirely on that ground water. [34:53] Even minors, as you can see, are called in and quite a bit tense, and in-personally, [34:58] We have a factor of 2 people this time. [35:00] Most of the service, the service, the fed team act, the cover, and the delicate plants, the wildlife that rely on to be lost records. [35:08] And in a second pet, the industrial, uh, operation of the music, adjacent to the current pet, magnifies the risk within that part of the ecosystem. [35:15] If you want to affect a multiple operation within this class group, you can protect it from our areas of your current and survival. [35:23] The current driver that will look on the roadside of the roadside already in operation, [35:28] within that tax 3% of the area. This pod is in the space in which we have increased stress [35:34] on out, we are of course in potential of canation and burning effect for even further. [35:40] This is not modern development, it is a long-term high-risk industrial expansion to one of [35:44] the most festive modern ecosystems in our city. A pruning of expansion in this budget area [35:50] is valid for the tenth of the six painting policies that underpies, decades of careful [35:56] for all these reasons, I started to urge to put my questions to my [36:00] volunteer pool for this project and to work by her to look at her with this one. [36:06] We're talking on the board of the 10th and the wider, we live off to her, [36:10] as a part of this in my area, is most important. [36:13] Thank you. [36:19] Thank you. [36:19] Thank you. [36:22] Thank you. [36:25] Christine. [36:26] Her husband had to leave, but I know she's been talking on her children [36:30] and how horrible they are. [36:32] They're significant health issues, [36:34] including the little ones that will be fed [36:35] significant health issues, [36:37] and the degree of concern. [36:39] And that's before. [36:40] She wants to share some hidden writings. [36:43] Yeah. [36:44] She wants to share some hidden writings. [36:47] So, first, Dean, site. [36:59] Anybody who does want to speak or take a really injured [37:03] is going on in the middle of like this event, [37:04] something like that. [37:05] and I also want to open clients to have a bit of money. [37:08] And I can be the same name as what I'm talking about. [37:12] See, they're interested in working, please? [37:15] Christine, see? [37:16] Can I go over to a fair bit of circles? [37:18] I think I have 16, what are we talking about? [37:21] I don't know, 16, what are we talking about? [37:23] Can I do the original handpoints? [37:25] This one, I just want you to have to get a close, [37:27] I think, which is the truth, I want you to have a close, [37:29] which is the truth, I want you to have a close. [37:33] As I speak, I don't know, I'm really going to go. [37:36] I have to ask, is there's a bullet in the photo, can I? [37:39] I don't know if you've ever done this last summer, but things that people have talked about. [37:44] But one of my concerns is that when I slow down, I wouldn't fight everyone here at my home. [37:52] I was standing in my driveway. [37:53] It wasn't enough to keep up here that it was not always proof ever, my whole group. [38:00] And I feel like there's a deep concept that there can be made such as a sample on the road that it is a problem that the tracks have had. [38:14] That was promised before that they were going to have a sweeper out of the night and enter the end. [38:20] And this promises before that there is no left turn on that kind of a pit. [38:25] That's not enforced. [38:27] And I would like to make some of the issues our problem, my office is taking years old, I don't know the way I am. [38:33] You're right, well, I'm cracking with the last 20 years. [38:36] And I'm going to go over there. [38:43] Thank you. [38:45] Excuse me. [38:51] Thank you, Mara. [39:01] Thank you. [39:01] Hello. [39:02] Excuse me. [39:02] Thank you, Mara. [39:05] I like that. [39:06] Excuse you, sir. [39:06] Hi. [39:07] Hi. [39:08] Good. [39:09] I'm so grateful that... [39:10] Here's where you can get this one of this, [39:12] but what's that point for you, [39:14] which is the truth, all truth and nothing of truth. [39:16] Okay, do you appreciate it? [39:17] And so I like that women in the comfortable valley. [39:22] We praise our poor children here. [39:25] Since 2011, [39:28] our children have had a great experience [39:30] because we're going to have a good with sac. [39:32] The school of search and health [39:34] to develop this leader's and education [39:36] as I believe in it. [39:38] We truly have grateful for the community and what it is offered at the lower home. [39:46] Our oldest daughter is Tuanian, our youngest son, so we'll start her. [39:52] And we would like to say in what it's talked. [39:55] And it just pays for you a fruit and you will be forcing us to. [40:01] Living in a constant, nothing short of a evening park is. We don't have any evening guests, so we have become like families with many of our members. Our children have been able to play outside safely and interactive ways that many children are unable to do. If this connection is approved, you would be asking me as a mother. To make a choice of utilizing my little five-year-old, who's long-served, well-fing, [40:30] to play outside with her best friends, read in this bill of God, [40:38] which I can go through the [40:39] disease that it calls as though we already see it as those. I will say it comes with [40:45] pause for totally issues and purge of these and it states or lurkers in nearby residents. [40:52] And D are in nearby residents. That's us. [40:59] Let that sink in. Make sure you're trying to [41:02] outside here that's been this whole dust just breathing in and then wondering what kind of [41:07] DM is you're allowing that to occur? I don't know if you want them to choose this [41:12] for their child. There's a reason that the nine other kids are far away from the [41:17] urban. The dust can travel at least three miles away. We start to get those to come and [41:24] sense. We'll tell you that the property value is all when you live near a gravel pit. [41:33] When you refuse to be getting headaches, and that's why we're all here. [41:38] Why are we supposed to be the test plate? [41:42] No other sites have large neighborhoods in your home. [41:47] I asked all of you saying before us, [41:49] if your home or near this pit, how would you feel? [41:53] I think we could safely assume the answer. [41:56] So please put yourself in our shoes. [41:59] There are thousands of people that will be affected by this. [42:02] Do you want the destruction of our health to be on your hands and by your vote of approval? [42:08] Is the sort term and rather weak tax revenue worth a long term health risk of your residence? [42:16] If you vote to approve the decision, [42:20] that is exactly what your voting for. [42:23] It would give over dollars over the health and well-being of our community. [42:27] And it would give over-objectives not that people would live back, and that is not real [42:33] with them. [42:37] Don't try to smooth on with this promise of a leak. [42:42] No one wants a leak. [42:43] No one. [42:45] If we want this women to worry, we can dry 10 minutes to get to the women for so late, which, by [42:52] the way, at the time of these promises, would come to the list and we won't be around [42:57] to see it. [42:58] The grab of it, it preserves with operational denysing densities to the map. [43:06] Each was just built recently. [43:09] These are empty promises and things that we don't need in ones. [43:13] So please don't have the bias with these little parents. [43:16] It is actually very insulting. [43:19] Not to mention, we would have to pay using taxpayer money for this reward of a late that we're never going to see. [43:30] So, we did this bits of a lake, which we don't want, and we just escaped for it, and found that you're great to you. [43:38] How does more important than anything, but let's not forget property values? [43:42] You can do any of these search and see that property values of those near gravel bits will decline by 30 percent. [43:49] Are you okay with this? [43:51] If you live, where we live, would you be okay with this? [43:57] Ask if you are not directly affected, you might not care. [44:01] However, you represent all of us. Please make your decision based up the needs of your residents that you represent on Jack Peas. [44:10] I watched the New Orleans and gathered signatures and had great conversations with neighbors. [44:15] You will not need one person in any of these neighbors that would say, yes, sure. [44:23] Then, this government, we would like to take these silica dots off our cars in our home. [44:28] We'd love to keep our windows closed indefinitely so that the dust is not getting our homes. [44:34] No way. [44:35] We love the sound that's taking a blast in every 3 a.m. [44:39] And the constant sound, trust, is just music story years. [44:42] You will not hear any of us things. [44:46] So we are saying no. [44:48] And if you say yes, why? [44:51] Are you stuck coming to pressure? [44:54] Are you friends with Jack? [44:56] If you want to package it in line, there is... [45:00] One of the reasons why anyone would approve to further this process. [45:06] On $150,000 in tax revenue here, can be easily cashed in fees if you build a new run. [45:13] Grab a lift to not be utilized city. No one in their right line would stay on its own. [45:20] I think if I run it for the superstitioners before Jack. [45:24] You guys were, I loved it, you were too sorry about the beauty of the look of this [45:30] source whose hands I didn't get used to. [45:33] Okay. [45:34] I think we're great. [45:37] Can we view it by a pit? [45:39] Are you concerned about the look of a hole in the ground? [45:43] So, I mean, I don't think that that can be viewable by it. [45:51] Why did Jeff Kees already build an access program of Lily Ponsor? [45:55] So I have to [46:03] be pretty confident that this is a Zanzil. [46:08] This has led Ninyama to reasonably wonder, truly, or wonder, either thinking about, okay? [46:18] If anyone's pockets are getting blind to this Zil, [46:22] How did he try to deal with being made? [46:26] How do you have to be monetized to the level? [46:28] I mean, you mean, can you say that? [46:32] With me, it's useless. [46:33] It's just opposite to being a lot of people. [46:35] You're just like, well, yeah. [46:37] Well, these are the fact that there's an access for an armory pills. [46:40] That's an answer for being someone there. [46:42] That's a good answer. [46:44] I don't think so. [46:45] I mean, it's just truly what all of us want to. [46:48] It's not an accusation. [46:50] It's a one-way. [46:51] It's an infection. [46:52] What's the thing we want there? [46:54] We're curious about this one. [46:55] So, what does this one mean? [46:57] I want to ask you to get a question. [46:58] Really, what do you call that one? [46:59] I don't know. [47:00] No. [47:01] No. [47:01] I don't know. [47:02] I don't know. [47:02] It's like that. [47:05] I'm not interested in hearing people talking. [47:12] So, you don't know. [47:13] So, you don't know how to act out. [47:15] And, you don't know how to get out of it. [47:17] So, let's do the right thing. [47:22] If you care how the people of words act, you're going to do the right thing. Thank you. [47:47] Is that you, City of Nameness, who are supposed to? [47:50] 7-only, 20-13, and a direct bar to wrote. [47:53] Alright, and that can be written by the athletes. [47:55] These were the lessons we were about to get to follow the start by admissions, [47:58] the two cultures and nothing but truth. [48:00] Thank you. [48:00] Thank you. [48:02] Good evening. [48:03] Ladies and gentlemen, we're going to read that. [48:05] I'm here tonight to point the concern and opposition for both the Spanish and the Holy [48:10] on a site. [48:12] The goal of this is going to come up to an extra neighborhood of friends, 3 things that [48:15] we know all church. [48:17] It's the area we breathe, the water we consume, the peace of our daily lives. [48:22] Many operations are generally to us, many articles, and as of this time on the card, it's [48:26] matter of our ways. [48:27] But if our lungs have a big F1, we need to be swamped through risk, risk, and jewelry, [48:33] and cardiovascular health. [48:35] So to the elderly, you know the pre-classic conditions, these conditions are particularly [48:40] I have, for the experience dealing with F1, that's a try to take to the benefit of the human benefit school, which is surrounded by three sides, both with my own material in the 90s, myself and others at F1. [48:54] After now the view, we've been a part of the benefit school, right on the road from my material for 100 yards. [49:00] The woman that's holding me into a high school across town, and then I have F1 in front of F1, naturally disappeared. [49:06] There's also a series of potential for water in the tank contamination from off the recitation, [49:13] next to them. [49:13] Stills from equipment to refueling and preventing the effect of water in private wells. [49:19] Building a retreating water, and all the ecosystems in the risk. [49:23] Equally important is the summary scale of our lives. [49:26] The state's promote of heading sugary, the plight of trucks, the urban board of equipment, [49:32] is not just any diseases. [49:34] Noise and laser homes, the threats are asleep, the rest of the conversations, and the [49:38] ministers to restore it all the quiet, but a lost aim is going to line the children's [49:43] study and play. [49:44] Today, my own system has less than one hour from the existing site migration, and during the [49:48] summer months, you'll have to see whether one is open, and we are very many people who are [49:51] awake and by the sudden eating of the industrial people taking off. [49:56] for both of those expansions, those libraries, just with it. [50:00] How many guerrilla hostels have you been gathered? How many adjournments? How much effort will that be gone? Moreover, any insurance and [50:05] situations that would be delivered is enough to go looking at the outside of the 500 million lights. [50:10] Besides, see where the 24-950-5620 allows the anchor hours work on group projects. So, just to be [50:18] of the kind of things I have, the only goal of it, and the county, the city of Lisette. [50:25] I think we set the credit from up. [50:27] A few at lawfully, our great John Sandrowers. [50:31] The list already is interesting to be found in constant, [50:33] the small number of seats of white enemies, [50:36] and on the right of the center of the state will be lost. [50:40] I'm not asking you to do any industry outbreak, [50:43] which is a cease or production of just planning [50:46] And I think this is a group of both [50:47] part of our infrastructure, in fact, [50:49] that I almost forget about the very successful business [50:51] and the recruitment issues. [50:54] Unsurprisingly, our site is to forget [50:55] to have a future-sized list of things. [50:57] We have a link in the category of the line. [50:59] We have a nice link in box link on the line. [51:01] And the line is like an early Wisconsin. [51:04] Old sites in the category of box link [51:06] are surrounded by residential homes. [51:09] The quality of this nation in the West Act [51:10] does not want me to consider this a little name, [51:13] but in order to be started for close sites. [51:15] And that the Henry C. Conqueror would have almost a few polls. [51:19] This is a matter of not my death, but rather not in any matter. [51:24] So the United States is important not to recommend that the [51:26] districts are holding the city, or at one, and they will not take it. [51:38] Thank you more. [51:46] If you say your name in the head, let's go to the record. [51:48] I'm David Mora, and I'm a 2006. [51:51] I'm a six-year-old. [51:52] I'm a six-year-old. [51:54] I'm a six-year-old. I'm a six-year-old. [51:54] I'm a six-year-old. I'm a six-year-old. I'm a six-year-old. [51:56] So that's where you're about to go, what's that point? [51:58] For sure, for sure, for sure, for sure, for sure. [52:00] Thanks, sir. [52:00] All right. [52:01] Thank you. [52:03] Hello. [52:03] You're one of my main teams here, Laura. [52:05] And I look at the module about you. [52:08] And I want to talk to you about something that really matters to them. [52:11] My current community. [52:12] I want to grab with us today. [52:13] I want to go right across the street. [52:15] I'm already. [52:16] First of all, I think all of you are in person. [52:19] First of all, I want to talk to the police. [52:20] Do you have a part where we can play? [52:22] But if they know this ground, everything is going to change. [52:24] on the supernovae called the Sharks and Shoes. [52:29] Just be alive. [52:30] You know, being able to hear the birds singing [52:32] or enjoy time and laughter while they play outside [52:35] in the sun. [52:37] Also, I'm going to worry about the dust. [52:39] I hope there's been a lot of dust [52:41] that came to the air [52:42] that made it harder for us to breathe. [52:44] I don't want to worry about my friends getting sick [52:46] or having trouble breathing for this [52:48] or the dirt in the air. [52:49] I want our animals to be a pest [52:51] dead, long for a new round. [52:53] There are lots of birds and other animals living here, but there's a rabbit bit, and those animals might have to find your bones. [53:02] Then you will be set up all of us who loves seeing and hearing them. [53:05] I've also heard that a rabbit could think they were a little better for their days. [53:10] It was all they had interest for the animals to eat in a gravel. [53:13] It would be harder for us to ratify or walk to our seafood. [53:17] We shouldn't have to worry about our safety just because it's a problem. [53:21] Finally, I believe we should keep our neighbor and best for everyone not just for big companies. [53:27] We should keep our future in the kind of place we want to let anyone grow up. [53:32] Grab a bit of fit into that vision all. [53:35] So I ask you, let's work together to say no to grab a bit. [53:39] But in particular, the important nature of the state's and happy healthy place for all of us. [53:44] Take care for listening and let's keep making our community the best place to be. [53:48] Is [54:01] it in Jensen? [54:08] Hello. [54:09] Can you stay your name for the record please and have us? [54:11] Yes. [54:12] My name is Susan Jensen. [54:13] I live at 8411 Crystal Springs Drive Road in Palestine. [54:19] All right. [54:20] Can you raise my hand please? [54:21] This way that this way we're going to get a little bit sci-fi. [54:23] I can't just chew, don't you? [54:24] Doesn't know the truth? [54:25] Yes. [54:25] Well, thank you. [54:26] Thank you. [54:27] I apologize if I repeat a few things that have already been mentioned. [54:32] I might come and start short so I'm going to be too much of a overlap, but I am, I am on the board of directors of the Moons of Street Watershed Alliance, and our report diligently to promote conservation, restoration, education, and why land use spending with the waters, and I appreciate all comes that we're made of all financial areas already, so that's where we're going to end up with a little bit, everyone here tonight. [55:00] We may not know the name of yours, but every property in the country county exists in the name of waterhead, is in the case of the pre-stream or river towards which the water in the market flows. Many of you choose chose to live here in the country county because you value the natural beauty of our county. In the Pune Creek watersheds, we are lucky to have some very rare environmental gems, including granary funds, [55:29] such in my nose, wet furries, and remnant opes the manas, along with high-quality, cold-large [55:36] strings. These are also unique products of our racial geology, which was mentioned earlier [55:43] in presentation. We just can present what we also get along these unique features that [55:49] aren't found in the world. The watershed is home to poor private fields, major preserves, [55:54] or protected natural areas and many conservation easements. [55:59] When you pre-border it, which orders the town roads and was stuck, [56:03] ultimately connects all of these types of areas, many within the past three special resource ground water protection area. [56:10] Even if these are not immediately adjacent to the property in question, water within water shed is all connected. [56:17] As most of you know, all water for our human use and county is source from the ground. [56:22] Many of our wells hold water up from underground sand and gravel aquaverse, these are more [56:29] shallow, but wells which dip down into the deep line still not the first. [56:34] The boon and dust creek water to the line is very concerned about allowing the expansion [56:39] of foriativity along the town roads as it will open up our very source of drinking water as we mentioned earlier. [56:47] So, you know, the reference to the link, my understanding is the link to the action of the aquifer. [56:54] When you dig down and you expose the aquifer, as we've mentioned, then opening it up to potential contamination. [57:02] And excavating increases, and more sand and gravel through the aquifer becomes exposed to environmental pollutants. [57:12] runoff from, as was mentioned, [57:15] recited with asphalt fields, which is taking place [57:19] for a longer, as was mentioned, in the presentation, [57:24] and chemical runoff from our fields is also, [57:27] in terms of what we're going to get into, that is, [57:29] both water. [57:31] Additionally, it is a very close proximity [57:34] to many of the environment, [57:35] primarily sensitive and protected land. [57:38] For that reason, we publicly oppose the approval of the special use permit for the poor expansion and the food industry, why don't you thank you. [58:39] I came to the side for the help of Charles Square, [58:43] all of them to hear the ease of the area. [58:45] As an officer, I wrote the Society, [58:47] I was a lot of those shooting on the land, [58:49] and I felt like they were. [58:51] I was probably, obviously, to hear that [58:54] lying to back yard, they were looking at it, [58:57] essentially, as being proposed here. [59:01] I think my research worked in my house. [59:04] I wondered if I had a complex plan of what's gone. [59:07] But the only site, first off, [59:08] It's agricultural right now, and if we aren't ever to bring in this [59:13] energy development into our state, it would be single, and we all must [59:18] direct it by the end of the day. [59:20] We'd like to go to the conference today, this conference plan, which is [59:24] the beginning of the day. [59:25] The people of what's out there, as well as what you guys have to [59:28] talk about. [59:29] So it's kind of disappointing here. [59:31] This is not necessarily a shorter year after we've been [59:37] So when the question is, can you just point out a place where it takes a little [59:41] condition that doesn't have to be near holes that this can be built? [59:47] I'm definitely not someone who stands on that. [59:49] I understand that there's a need to be at these minerals, these items. [59:54] I have a problem to be able to make our robots build, I don't understand. [59:58] Bye-bye. [1:00:00] I mean, I mean, I still need, right next to you, a modern topic. And I have a last read, promwalk section, right. [1:00:10] It just doesn't seem to make sense where this is actually being done. Is it basically on their side opinions? Is it on their question? [1:00:20] So that additionally, like I said, I'm going to talk to you about the comprehensive plan. [1:00:25] I'm basically a part of the process of plan. [1:00:28] It talks about a industrial space that's pushing through these parameters. [1:00:32] It buys the steps that we have on my students, and in my group, we're able to accommodate decades. [1:00:37] Are you kind of giving us this one in our own documentation? [1:00:42] I'm not necessarily using this. [1:00:44] I think we have visual and ways to enact two adjacent languages. [1:00:47] And such industrial uses should have be appropriately [1:00:51] for housing and to minimize these events. [1:00:55] A lot of some multiple neighborhoods, [1:00:57] obviously it's not being that criteria. [1:01:00] Additionally, we're not talking about [1:01:02] to believe that this head will shutter [1:01:03] in 15 years as per close, [1:01:05] as we're already seeing with the heads of the tracks. [1:01:10] The next language, [1:01:12] the comprehensive plan, [1:01:14] we're very interested in all of that, [1:01:16] which is one of this annexation of the week. [1:01:18] I quote, East Errors, which are primarily [1:01:20] going to be about the Southern, Eastern [1:01:22] and Manage of what's not to be existing, [1:01:24] then it's a little after class. [1:01:26] The city should quote, [1:01:27] this future for urban annexation, [1:01:29] and these errors for us, the need for the independence of Athens. [1:01:33] For any group to enter water and waste water [1:01:36] struck infrastructure, these two means [1:01:38] and the past these must be evaluated [1:01:40] before we're seeing these group opportunities. [1:01:43] To protect water supplies, [1:01:44] special attention must be given to protect our water recharge, which, again, will [1:01:49] put us listening, for any pollution and boiling water conservation practices. [1:01:54] I mean, it's just a normal case, but what I'll ask to be on this area, if I can, if I can, [1:01:59] if I can. [1:02:00] But, again, the concept plan is getting, is coming to the rest of you to say, what should [1:02:05] not be happening? [1:02:07] All right. [1:02:07] At this point, I don't see any guidance within the comprehensive plan advising [1:02:12] of my inhibition to pursue a thick. [1:02:15] A lot of this bit will give you that contradiction of the plan [1:02:17] and what the community wants to deserve, [1:02:20] and the inhibition is not so bad. [1:02:22] Additionally, I do ask anybody in this group [1:02:25] that's interested to try to find a way for others [1:02:27] if you're not familiar with us. [1:02:29] Take a look at it and it's people are talking about, [1:02:32] it's a little safer, it's a really nice area, [1:02:35] a lot of natural grasses, and you're going to find that far. [1:02:40] All right, what he said, it's a really neat area of life. [1:02:44] And that's kind of why I chose it. [1:02:46] And I don't know if I really has a chance to come on. [1:02:48] You kind of see what area it looks like. [1:02:49] Let's take a look at that [1:02:56] later. [1:02:57] Thank you. [1:02:59] Thank you. [1:03:03] Thank you. [1:03:04] Thank you. [1:03:04] Oh, I got it. [1:03:04] Let's take your name and add this to the magazine. [1:03:07] I think the name is dated. [1:03:08] I go on a break. [1:03:09] It's my middle name. [1:03:10] It's dated Gregory Fisk, that by mistake. [1:03:14] I lived in 1401 East Finch Court in Woodstock. [1:03:19] that's in the village of the search order pulled out and then can you place your aim. [1:03:26] So that's what we're going to get for the books. [1:03:28] I'd like to share the two books with you. [1:03:30] I did. [1:03:30] I was going to talk tonight for that assignment that I would have for all the impacts. [1:03:36] I would like to start off by asking a question. [1:03:38] Is there going to be a transcript of this meeting tonight? [1:03:42] There will be a brief answer. [1:03:43] I just report it, Sergio. [1:03:49] Okay. [1:03:49] So I'm going to make sure that I can review that in town right now. [1:03:54] And I like to do that to you guys a lot. [1:03:56] Go ahead. [1:03:58] Okay. [1:03:58] Okay. [1:04:00] So I'm going to talk a little bit about first of all. [1:04:04] I think I'm going to talk to you. [1:04:06] I'm going to go to the floor. [1:04:08] If you just slide, that's just what we're going to do. [1:04:10] And I hope that I'm going to introduce you a couple of the people. [1:04:14] like good. There's certainly a list up there in the, in the, in Applewood. He's just, he's just [1:04:21] once, sexually back in the two pluses if you, or you do it back there. And he's, on the occasion, [1:04:27] I'm guessing he's probably a, uh, Korean word, better, he's gotten, you know, he wears a wheelchair. [1:04:34] Thank you, so he's like that. We thought we were going to get, he's on, I'm already, I'm worried for his help. [1:04:41] Okay, he's too close to this tip, and he's not only one, there's a child that doesn't go on there, [1:04:47] but I would like to ask two questions. [1:04:49] What does this letter send out in Spanish? [1:04:52] Because I don't hear it over there, Spanish. [1:04:55] Do we need to think about that? [1:04:59] Is that our partner? [1:05:06] And we have a pretty significant [1:05:13] in this standard population, do you know? [1:05:16] Are you not mistaken? [1:05:18] I don't know. [1:05:18] All right. All right. All right. All right. [1:05:20] Guys, guys, I'm going to let's just want to talk about this. [1:05:21] Okay. So I think this is the decision which we've drawn as well. [1:05:25] It should be taking into consideration that we are going to have to sit [1:05:27] up additional set of letters. Okay? [1:05:31] And if you have to do this in the future, something that we should do as a rule. [1:05:35] It's obviously taking into consideration. [1:05:39] I'd like to go back, if I go into the city ordinance, 23, 0, 0, if you six, you got off all of them at that correct. [1:05:50] I think it was mission before I'd know my question, so I'm assuming that you're a better person. [1:05:55] Is that it? You just do you say, oh, you're so... [1:06:07] That was a research of 2026 that was extended to 2028. [1:06:12] So I asked the committee here, where's the park? [1:06:18] Where's the park? [1:06:19] I was nine places, put it in the permanent plant there. [1:06:22] So I'm going to go to the where's the park? [1:06:25] So I can explain the ordinance. [1:06:29] The ordinance was drafted into parks. [1:06:32] They were allowed in 2023 to extend the gravel mining of that property for three more years, so 2026. [1:06:41] They were allowed to continue with the asphalt concrete recycling and the reclamation for a period of five years. [1:06:51] So that's where the 2020 had come from. [1:06:53] That was part of the orchestra. [1:06:54] Let me show them and I'm sorry, what's the answer to the question? [1:06:59] The question is where is the park? [1:07:01] It's 426. [1:07:02] Yeah. [1:07:02] Your mission should be closing down. [1:07:04] It should be moving towards recognition. [1:07:05] There was not our park proposed as part of that. [1:07:09] That is supposed to be important. [1:07:10] It says right in the bottom. [1:07:11] It says that the recognition is supposed to be completed by 2024. [1:07:14] You're correct. [1:07:15] But it wasn't, but it wasn't designated as a park. [1:07:18] Okay. [1:07:19] Here are the details. [1:07:19] If you'd like to take a look at this, [1:07:24] The plan was to create the link, which he's done, and make the property, it's sold in [1:07:30] manufacturing right now, and make sites available for many factory type pieces. [1:07:36] So, we'll now do the thing. [1:07:37] That's what you're calling a recommendation on the legal one. [1:07:40] So, what we're going to do is, I guess, I hope it is primarily just that with the north side, [1:07:45] and if we have to, we can't question specifically for the information on the south side. [1:07:49] Dear, I mean, that's what the exchange, okay, let's go ahead and ask for it. [1:07:51] Let's go back. [1:07:52] The correct explanation can be for residential use, it can be for industrial use, it's just restoring the land back to a grade that makes it usable for any purpose. [1:08:04] That's pretty necessarily part of it. [1:08:06] Okay, I understand. [1:08:07] Does that doesn't that includes the right to explain to you now? [1:08:10] That their current land operations are. [1:08:12] I'm also going to go to the right to explain. [1:08:14] That's being proposed is not a land that is being owned right now. [1:08:20] Okay. [1:08:23] All right. [1:08:24] I don't think you'll open it, I don't think you'll open it, I don't think that's not. [1:08:27] I think it's going to be a second for me to cover my thoughts here. [1:08:34] So I think I do want to talk just a little bit more about the water. [1:08:38] And this is much to you guys. [1:08:40] I don't know if you're wearing this. [1:08:41] This is very fun. [1:08:42] It's on you, sir. [1:08:43] And Janet, it's just a test yesterday. [1:08:46] But last night, you can do the county gravel, community. [1:08:53] But water's not a test. [1:08:54] Okay, so the gravel is not a test. [1:08:55] If the plan is the fifth, does not stick on county land, then the county does not [1:09:02] have to be the land. So the land is a question where I was not even owned by the [1:09:06] cities, I'm not sure of why we're having this discussion. But that land is county, [1:09:10] not only land this, yes, it's not any work for it, okay? And they are testable. They are testable, [1:09:15] they are testable, they are testable. So we can make it, but if anybody else can make a [1:09:18] complaint, it has to be the quality of the model on land land, because it can't be tested. [1:09:28] So there are monitoring holes that are required as part of this, the monitoring, so Jack, do you want to talk quickly about the monitoring wells? [1:09:37] No, that's the answer. [1:09:38] No, that's the answer. [1:09:39] Okay, but, you know, I want to ask you that there are monitoring wells. [1:09:41] I just want to make sure that your question was asked. [1:09:44] All right. [1:09:44] Do what you want to do? [1:09:45] I want to ask. [1:09:47] I kind of tempted all of the governing bodies that are written like this. [1:09:50] So if he's monitoring himself, then I don't want to hear a question. [1:09:53] I mean, for fire to submit as part of the UDO, there's a fire cylinder, I think it's a federal same. [1:10:31] It's not a question. It's a statement. I'm wondering about all this, but this is a statement. I understand that you don't trust the moderators. That's correct. Okay, because I'm going to report it to you. I don't know if I'm going to be aware of that. [1:10:43] And he said, what's the copies that are also says that the county goes straight to the state, [1:10:49] IEP, water division, and they monitor over the county. [1:10:54] You've got lots of protected out there, and don't forget that's just the offer out for sure. [1:10:59] It's definitely out for sure, but it's like, we're all the wells built. [1:11:02] Well, that's how old we are. [1:11:03] Well, there's something on the slide. [1:11:04] There's something that you can ask you to answer this question. [1:11:07] I don't think there's nothing. [1:11:09] There's nothing. [1:11:09] There's nothing. [1:11:10] I would like to say that there's no track of wealth. [1:11:12] I don't think you guys are aware of it. [1:11:14] It's part of the worth of the West end of the property. [1:11:17] Are you aware of that? [1:11:18] Maybe because it's certainly just place to stay in your town [1:11:21] or your record place. [1:11:25] That's a mine. [1:11:26] That's a mine. [1:11:27] I think I think that it's a real business question. [1:11:31] What is the monitoring or question? [1:11:33] No, so I'm asking you. [1:11:34] It really is. [1:11:35] He's talking about the deep wells that the city uses. [1:11:38] and I'm just saying that there's a shadow of hope, there's a pride in it, and that there's a thought that is a bit more for us to do this project, and I don't know if it's for aware of it. [1:11:46] I think you were, I think it's okay, and some people would probably should be monitoring these responses for us on. [1:11:53] Okay, I think about it, thank you for joining me, appreciate it. [1:12:08] Will you have a Martin sin? [1:12:21] All right. [1:12:22] You said the name of that nurse, will you please? [1:12:24] Will you? [1:12:24] Will you? [1:12:25] Will you? [1:12:25] Will you? [1:12:25] Will you? [1:12:30] Will you? [1:12:31] is there anything? He said that this one is not a good one, but that's our question issues. [1:12:35] I don't know if we can help you. Yes. All right, may I proceed? [1:12:39] My name is William Arson, and I have lived on a really fine road for 35 years. I am [1:12:45] neighbors with the existing gravel that Mary had been put in over 25 years ago. I [1:12:51] was at that beginning where he promised a beautiful lake, triple lake, baseball park and [1:12:57] strange people, all that there is a big hole in the ground. [1:13:02] And that's all that this new bit is going to be a hole in the crowd for 50 years. [1:13:08] I like how they say it will be just free. [1:13:11] Come to my house in the summer on a windy day. [1:13:14] I have an inch of dirt my driveway and I can't open my windows. [1:13:21] There's lots of holes to start and machinery until 7 a.m. [1:13:25] I've heard them working as early as 3.31. [1:13:29] Ground fit. Ground fit will understripe home to their climate home, but this is our home. [1:13:37] Do you think they care about displacing a lab weight? No. [1:13:42] Do you think they care about trucks coming down their road? No. [1:13:46] Do you think they care about solar because that's going into the earth? No. [1:13:50] Trust me, there won't be a beautiful eggplant, they're saying this will be a giant hole in the ground for 50 years. [1:14:18] Last year. [1:14:19] Anyone else that would like to speak for permission? [1:14:22] They have a sign up to you, please. [1:14:23] Come over here. [1:14:24] We'll just sign up for a little bit. [1:14:27] Yeah. [1:14:27] I think you just tell them that are you just going to do it up on your hands. [1:14:35] I'm going to introduce it to you. [1:14:36] All the record members. [1:14:37] That's home. [1:14:42] I'm going to 94 17 with common hope. [1:14:46] Just on the edge of this map, you can see the common position here. [1:14:51] I'm going to take your spot out of the well. [1:14:56] All right. [1:14:56] I'm just going to test very well to get it. [1:14:58] From the second point, we're just going to do something. [1:15:00] I do, I do, I do, I do, I do, you know, the wildlife, the certainty, the view, the high-oly, the San Francisco pre-eminent, all of you is this area. [1:15:12] I hear your plant constantly, so that the known ways of the bird was kind of, you know, I would say, you don't want me to ask me something's in up to how you come up to it. [1:15:27] It's one of the ways I'm not for this. [1:15:30] Thank you. [1:15:43] You're not. [1:15:45] You're receiving any answers correctly? [1:15:47] Sure. [1:15:48] It's June, April. [1:15:49] And that's 24, 73 pair of new circles. [1:15:53] In the sanctuary moment. [1:15:56] I didn't think it. [1:15:57] All right. [1:15:58] What's your hand? [1:15:59] You just want to test one of your questions. [1:16:00] What's your question? [1:16:01] What's your question? [1:16:02] What's your question? [1:16:03] Yes. [1:16:04] When you meet the seats, sir. [1:16:05] So I'll be standing up here at no tables. [1:16:07] to put that, to speak it from the heart, [1:16:09] to speak it from a lot of people that have been around here. [1:16:12] I'm October 2020. [1:16:15] I'm trying to now believe on road, just like a win in the other day. [1:16:19] What kind of beautiful house has been built? [1:16:21] I'm literally going to close this house in the classroom. [1:16:23] I'm facing our own across the street, [1:16:26] so that it doesn't get any closer. [1:16:28] And all of the side of my seat, all these trees [1:16:29] being able to go along a really fun to make a call. [1:16:32] And instantly, I'll slide against it, and we'll [1:16:34] like, this wasn't the sanctuary [1:16:36] that I was working with, however, it was what it was, and it's for my house to be built. [1:16:44] I was with my ice, it was three hours, for two days in a while. [1:16:46] This was our program. This was going on and we were purchased. [1:16:49] This is the one we saw, this is where we wanted to live. [1:16:51] I never thought I'd live in this step. I lived in Pistolea, but I'm not going to go in. [1:16:55] But when I saw it, I was just exactly what I was looking for. [1:17:00] We moved in our house. It's only 24 months. [1:17:02] We were even there a year, my wife got diagnosed with cancer, children with cancer, and she passed away the only one year living in the house. [1:17:12] And I thought, I lost everything, my whole future was gone. [1:17:16] But I had a community around the atmosphere, the circle, the surrounding areas, people that I love, people that are grown up with, and people that I don't want to lose. [1:17:25] I don't want to see people put their houses up for sale. [1:17:28] I don't want to lose these people. [1:17:30] I spent the last three and a half years rebuilding my life. [1:17:34] Meaning someone to go. [1:17:36] My new girlfriend just moved in December 30. [1:17:40] She is very new kind of nice. [1:17:42] I don't want to be outside of my backyard [1:17:44] and I can't help her with the hand there. [1:17:46] I don't want to have to leave what was possible. [1:17:48] I've forever been the first time in my lifetime. [1:17:51] Think about what's happening. [1:17:52] There's so many members here that I have to write [1:17:54] in the short period of time. [1:17:56] I love my communities, I love my family. [1:17:59] I'm going to spend a couple of times [1:18:00] while I'm here talking about this graduate graduation. [1:18:03] These talks about making friends, [1:18:05] while I'm in construction management [1:18:06] for the mechanical education and transportation [1:18:08] you are about to never met. [1:18:10] And I've been all the graduates around here. [1:18:11] I'm a medical largest in construction operations [1:18:14] of a whole cabin, and we've never met. [1:18:17] I know everything goes on with your graduate graduation. [1:18:19] But that's not what I'm going to hear it's off of, [1:18:21] because when my support is here, I'm talking about that. [1:18:23] I'm just speaking from the market where we all have [1:18:25] a lot of stories. And I just want to look forward to it because I, as well as my dad, [1:18:31] our lifelong public service for the county, for the city and the temperature of our [1:18:36] whole time lives. We do it best for the public. That's what we always do. And I know you [1:18:40] can't do this thing for us because we love the community of respect. So thank you for listening. [1:18:44] That's [1:18:58] my best time, but I give it my 10th Marks to Merleman. [1:19:03] I live at 3 years ago for Lily Pond. [1:19:07] Right at the time, Lily Pond. [1:19:11] Marcia and I have to be mighty. [1:19:13] And then Merleman, EDR, T-E-L-S. [1:19:21] And get me. [1:19:22] Where did you get it? [1:19:22] Oh, yes. [1:19:23] I need to see where. [1:19:24] So it's just where you're about to be full. [1:19:26] It's like, she's a cute little, she's nice. [1:19:28] Get me, Lily. [1:19:29] Yeah, she's cute. [1:19:30] So, I have the assembly time for 10 years and I kind of want to talk about this basic [1:19:37] of actually the assembly time world. [1:19:40] In the team industry, there's already several little memorials within our world and I tried to [1:19:51] even walk my dogs and the road several times and there are trucks that aren't supposed to be [1:19:57] I'll see you next time. [1:20:00] The normal side of the road and there are. And so it is a very dangerous road to begin with anyway. And so including all of these different kinds of construction here, which I feel may have a more dangerous in this way. And yes, you can stand on my driveway too, and there is a lot of noise. [1:20:21] One of the first apps we're looking to move here but it is a beautiful little sanctuary area. [1:20:30] It's here, everything all through our yard, our acres, all the time. [1:20:37] And I have feeling that with this version, this will not be the sanctuary that we always try to move into. [1:20:45] And so I just wanted to say that I oppose this. [1:21:04] Hold there, Max. [1:21:07] Can I? [1:21:07] Can you say the name of this, please? [1:21:09] Hold. [1:21:10] At 4.7 per referral. [1:21:13] I'm sorry. [1:21:14] Do you relevant? [1:21:15] I'm sorry. [1:21:16] Please. [1:21:17] Say it. [1:21:18] Yeah. [1:21:18] TRE. [1:21:20] Living. [1:21:20] L.I.B. [1:21:21] I [1:21:29] .M. [1:21:30] Two. [1:21:30] All right. [1:21:32] All right, do you swear that that's where you're not good for the whole side point, which is true, the whole truth? [1:21:36] Is it true? [1:21:37] All right, you make a sheet. [1:21:38] I just have a simple question on this, Jack. [1:21:42] You, um, and that's a lot of money in that field, correct? [1:21:47] We need a new, more side of technology. [1:21:50] You're going to have to speak your language. [1:21:52] It's definitely easier. [1:21:53] Sure, sure. [1:21:54] I think that. [1:21:55] Um, you persist, that way. [1:21:58] Um, the more side that we're all in contention. [1:22:00] So that personal land that you purchased [1:22:07] would have been best of them. [1:22:08] We must start off with our money and pay for the land. [1:22:11] No matter what, there is a one-section, one-section. [1:22:14] Yes. [1:22:18] All the other about six million on both sides. [1:22:20] On the other side a little bit on this really, really. [1:22:23] So the side at where our scheme was and it is on agricultural. [1:22:29] With the potential of it being residential in the future. [1:22:33] My question is, why would you invest so much money in something that is not currently agricultural [1:22:40] and potentially residential? [1:22:43] If it's not sold in the future for your views, unless you have some regulatory tips [1:22:48] that may be pushed over into your paper. [1:22:51] If I do it, I'm going to check to the situation that he's up at the city in the park. [1:22:57] I think you should come in and use that to the ground. [1:23:02] Okay, so if you have a deep face, we don't know what it was or anything else. [1:23:07] You might have to do this. [1:23:09] See you next time, as well. [1:23:10] So think, why was someone invested in something like that? [1:23:13] It does not have someone to measure. [1:23:15] And I'm going to see if there was a famous or a positive outcome. [1:23:19] I think there's time for this to close it up. [1:23:21] That's one point. [1:23:21] I don't know how to plan on this. [1:23:23] I'll be back. [1:23:25] I think I think I should put the unit. [1:23:28] OK. [1:23:29] OK. [1:23:30] Are you ready? [1:23:44] I'm going to close it up. [1:23:47] Here's the fourth class. [1:23:56] It's the 5588K. [1:24:02] 250353DUVI. [1:24:03] No, it's the 501 class. [1:24:04] I just have a few minutes. [1:24:06] How's that? How's it, did you get that? [1:24:08] What was the screening? [1:24:10] Grand deal, yes, but. [1:24:12] And can you raise your hand please? [1:24:14] This way, just where we're going to go, let's act like we're just in two cultures and nothing but the truth. [1:24:18] Yes. [1:24:19] I just have a two clarifying questions. [1:24:23] Jack, you showed us a picture of the lake in water purge. [1:24:29] How large is that lake? [1:24:31] A lake is 30 years. [1:24:33] 38 years. [1:24:34] How long did it take to mind in that life? [1:24:37] It took a little like five years. [1:24:39] Five years. [1:24:40] Why have you proposed the 85's, but that team? [1:24:45] From my research, it took 15 years to mind. [1:24:52] It's based on the demand you're by your hand, [1:24:55] what's happening at a certain time, [1:24:56] what's closest to anything. [1:24:57] What's closest to anything. [1:24:58] What's closest to anything. [1:25:00] The man is switching us to figure out a lit of makeup up. And the peace we're going to be going at in a year will be almost double a one who did five years ago. [1:25:12] And it's us trying to beat the public demand and don't forget the public demand is for all of us to roll us to use. [1:25:19] And the people with the S4 plants are practising plants call up Jack and Tori. [1:25:26] Next year, we don't need $40,000, so we need $70,000. [1:25:30] So we've got to figure out a way to get to the public. [1:25:33] And I'm 74. [1:25:34] I should be set out to be to Florida. [1:25:36] Instead, I give up an morning and further figure out how to be to the man for the public. [1:25:40] And our goal is to obey that. [1:25:42] Guys, ladies and gentlemen, answer this question please. [1:25:45] I think the answer to that question. [1:25:48] It's just a dangerous question. [1:25:49] It's actually good notes. [1:25:50] And they do a global bubble in the next meeting. [1:25:52] And what does that have to do? [1:25:53] I don't know. [1:25:53] I will address that. [1:25:54] I'm sorry. [1:25:55] You might as well come to school. [1:25:56] Go ahead. [1:25:58] Where is the DNR standing in this process? [1:26:03] Well, the Department of Natural Resources? [1:26:05] Yeah. [1:26:07] How do they... [1:26:08] Well, from when I understand they have to prove to me. [1:26:10] First you get cell link and then you get your operating performance within [1:26:14] to include in our theme is a whole sense of the tracks. [1:26:18] We have a permanent rate for lead fill operation, [1:26:21] which is a restoration of the existing pit. [1:26:24] Have you contact with the general at all about the plans [1:26:27] for the new lake to make a new lake? [1:26:30] They leave it, it's a local level. [1:26:33] My research or like that, I believe, [1:26:37] a privilege for the new land. [1:26:38] We have to grab a lot of operations, [1:26:40] affect more than 10 acres per year, [1:26:41] more than 10 foot of overburped death, then they call them as a jurisdiction of an idea in [1:26:47] our otherwise they are referred to the local level for that of regulations, plan and [1:26:54] framework for the space of execution. [1:26:57] How many? [1:26:58] I did not believe also that you submitted it and people can't record it. [1:27:02] Are they answered? [1:27:04] That was included? [1:27:07] And the D and I are still a lot of them. [1:27:09] If it's under that 10-8 years of that 10-8 years of that 10-8, [1:27:12] it's just that it just doesn't run under a stable current. [1:27:15] And they still do a lot of them. [1:27:17] You're really pushing you up to make sure [1:27:19] that it's not over that 10 years of that 10 years of that 10 years of that 10 years of that. [1:27:21] So, they still out of the ball. [1:27:23] They start to play. [1:27:24] Got it. [1:27:25] Thank you so much. [1:27:26] Thank you. [1:27:26] Thank you. [1:27:28] Is that the lead? [1:27:29] Okay. [1:27:42] Any other kind of question? [1:27:45] The other question? [1:27:46] The other question? [1:27:48] Well, I just wanted to thank you. [1:27:54] Thank you. [1:27:55] Thank you. [1:27:55] Please take your hand in. [1:27:56] Tony, Tony. [1:27:58] So the DPRR, the 10th degree, 10th degree, [1:28:02] because we're well over 10 years. [1:28:04] So you're just watching that, [1:28:09] the DPRR, on the edge of it. [1:28:12] So the one above is a good question about the public. [1:28:14] It's all about 90 to 10, [1:28:18] So they watch that here as long as you stay under ten acres, and you don't, when you [1:28:23] strip to get to the ground, that's an acre, it's not long as you're not moving on. [1:28:27] The average part of the century will all the birds. [1:28:30] The DNA is watching, so they should be all of them heading for them. [1:28:33] But it's not to stay firm at long as you stay. [1:28:37] I don't believe you just want out of there. [1:28:40] I'm sorry. [1:28:42] So, I wasn't having to work on 160 acres of money, not exceeding 10 acres a year or a year. [1:28:53] It's from if you're going to be done in 15 years. [1:28:55] Yeah. [1:28:56] Because you have setbacks on the others. [1:28:59] I don't hold problems on 15, but the thing is, you can see it out. [1:29:02] I only need five different numbers. [1:29:06] The link. [1:29:17] The name is Denise the Shower of the Last Thing, [1:29:19] and which A is L.O. [1:29:21] And this one. [1:29:22] What's it is? [1:29:23] The D.N.I.S.A. [1:29:26] S.H.A. L.O. [1:29:29] And within 24, 16 has been dried, [1:29:32] the apple was self-dibitioned. [1:29:37] You saw a testimony about the good for the one side [1:29:39] of coin conditions that you thought you was going to go to? [1:29:41] I did. [1:29:42] I did. [1:29:43] So, I'm not as close to the other neighbors here with the plant, the existing plants. [1:29:50] And I know that the Germans said there's no dust and no noise and neither all the noise and no the noise and no the noise. [1:29:55] And I'm pretty far from that. I'm not as close to the others. [1:29:59] So... [1:30:06] And then also had a kind of question that you have, chair chair, and you're not the answer about it. [1:30:12] just like Eric, I'm curious if you can find them called [1:30:15] make him answer the questions. [1:30:17] Like you can do that. [1:30:18] You will definitely want to be able to hear [1:30:20] if they do it on that. [1:30:22] And also, right, that's okay. [1:30:23] And then also, let me know the young lady asked [1:30:26] about the DNR questions. [1:30:28] You asked Ms. Mepholzano, [1:30:30] what was happening there? [1:30:31] You're helping answer the question. [1:30:33] I think you're here to listen to everybody, right? [1:30:36] Well, I just think you're very strong. [1:30:38] It's a question that is a very supernatural research. [1:30:41] You go cap or you say, yes, another thing. [1:30:44] It's a foundation to respond to say that. [1:30:46] Yes, and so forth. [1:30:47] Yes, but the question was for the drama and the answer is no questions. [1:30:52] It's an order to be only a huge requirement to submit. [1:30:56] So I was just clarifying that. [1:30:58] My question is, my question is, [1:31:00] and I'm not sure what did this man like if you see commentary. [1:31:04] But do you have any kind of business with a gentleman that's sitting here before us? [1:31:09] I'm a city planner, I'm a certified city planner for the city of McKinnon. [1:31:13] All right. Do you have any business with them? You have a partner? [1:31:15] No, I do not. [1:31:16] Isn't that for the city of McKinnon? [1:31:19] Correct. [1:31:19] Of course not. There are no super aggregates, businesses, not a way to benefit them. [1:31:23] And they can have zero. [1:31:24] Do you have zero confidence in interest? [1:31:26] I have zero confidence in interest. [1:31:28] Okay. [1:31:28] Thank you. [1:31:35] Excuse me. [1:31:36] I did last time I wanted to make out that I had one more question, but I'll bet it's pretty good. [1:31:41] It's not a positive or a negative or a negative person, but we thought it's pretty good. [1:31:46] It's pretty good, it's pretty good. [1:31:48] So, this is, this is unimportant. [1:31:53] This is not a positive state. [1:31:55] So, I'm just kind of curious, why would we be discussing? [1:31:59] Because it's only the people in the land that we don't know. [1:32:01] They're requesting annexation in this state. [1:32:03] So we're going to bump those together, set them on the way we do that, and that's really. [1:32:08] It is different what happens is the process of somebody who has the answer to the property. [1:32:13] They will see an access, and everyone has part of that, and I can put some of them for those. [1:32:17] So the process involves, if there is something in front of us that are required, [1:32:20] it will partner both in the publishing process for the state session. [1:32:24] So if you can understand how that might look a little strange because it applies to an access, [1:32:29] for the transition, happened at least two years ago, [1:32:32] as part of the country, so you got a 20-year-old son. [1:32:36] Was there any other comments? [1:32:37] The conference of plan is a guide. [1:32:39] So when, when an incorporated property seeks to annex [1:32:44] to the city, the conference of plan is referred to for things like this. [1:32:49] My answer to that. [1:32:50] So it wasn't that it was within the city at that time, [1:32:55] what we were already planning for annexation. [1:32:57] It's just the city, it has the ability to plan for areas outside of our [1:33:02] jurisdiction. [1:33:03] So that's why this land is included in the land, because ultimately, it [1:33:07] probably gets some point, it will probably come into the city, and be developed [1:33:11] up, you know, whatever purpose. [1:33:14] I discussed that with you. [1:33:15] I'm kind of aware of how that works out. [1:33:17] It depends on why you develop it, because the end decision I've been talking about [1:33:21] for the housing that, you know, with the system plan fire, it shows us in the annex for housing. [1:33:29] What is racial? [1:33:30] So, I can see a little bit of it here to be done. [1:33:32] I will put them all together and have to shut it through as a, as a public impact, you know. [1:33:36] So, you have to start. [1:33:38] And so, this will finally be crucial. [1:33:40] I mean, because the, somebody wanted to build a subversion there. [1:33:44] And then it's going to be the same for the same process. [1:34:29] It is not exactly a pretty traditional sense, but it is question that would be asked [1:34:33] by the self-adversion of future. [1:34:36] How many people do you want to join in? [1:34:38] It's just a self-adversion. [1:34:41] About 300? [1:34:43] About the self-adversion. [1:34:44] It's just 300. [1:34:47] About. [1:34:48] About. [1:34:49] And you expect that to be? [1:34:52] And you expect it to add? [1:34:53] We can add one more point. [1:34:55] You will let us do nothing. [1:34:56] Yeah, that's probably not one or two. [1:35:00] So we're looking at four to six in police show. [1:35:06] All right. [1:35:07] All right. [1:35:09] Next question. [1:35:10] There's why we're standing in there, let's see here. [1:35:13] I think this is too true. [1:35:14] There's this, we know about the choice out of the self-cleaners. [1:35:17] That's correct. [1:35:18] Shall we get to that one? [1:35:20] That is correct. That is part of the current transition. [1:35:23] And there's two questions. [1:35:24] Or is the staff who is checking that? [1:35:26] The police are. [1:35:28] So if you get complaints from neighbors, saying, you know, they're visually seen, there's a new government, one of those here. [1:35:43] If I get a complaint, I will let the police chief know, and then he will send out. [1:35:51] A large car, so they come to the bottom of the van. [1:35:55] All right. [1:35:56] They don't care, please. [1:35:57] We'll go up to. [1:36:00] All right. [1:36:01] All right. [1:36:03] Thank you. [1:36:05] All right. [1:36:06] All right. [1:36:06] So I'd like to push for both of our top versions. [1:36:08] And I'm just standing because we don't have to get on the bridge. [1:36:12] You can put that up again. [1:36:13] Seven, eight and seven. [1:36:14] I think we're going to bring her home to the house. [1:36:19] Mr. Pete's or your son, would your time caught, you know, employ her through that you don't start with the other hand? [1:36:31] So how do you do you decide for yourself what is about the operations? [1:36:35] The operations is us turning on the plants. [1:36:38] The operations are preparing. [1:36:40] I have a hand with that, or even even trucks, [1:36:45] some tanks and truck drivers come early [1:36:47] in one of the way to be the first ones. [1:36:50] If they didn't, they truck even said, [1:36:51] they didn't need to return them, or put them in. [1:36:54] Is there a truck with any other side of it? [1:36:57] I don't know, if it's four or five in the morning, [1:37:01] if you drive all the wrong blitz side, [1:37:03] every Walmart grocery store, retail store, [1:37:07] is there still a red trucks? [1:37:08] You can't stop those trucks that are on the road coming by. [1:37:12] You can just stop. [1:37:13] Although those don't seem to open up, but the trucks are open to pull in. [1:37:19] You know, they just want to get them off from the road that they're going to have. [1:37:21] So don't pull by and see if trucks running to table, they're operating. [1:37:25] Do our points as you can get there via it. [1:37:27] Let me take a look. [1:37:28] I'll take a look. [1:37:29] I'll take a look. [1:37:31] Okay. [1:37:32] I'll take a look. [1:37:34] I'll take a look. [1:37:36] So, the question is, it was very easy to map up the national authority of the North area. Why is that? [1:37:42] So, if our survey and topics were dealing with the railroad trying to get a permit through [1:37:47] and that's given access to the update. [1:37:50] And was that a good best thing? [1:37:53] The property is not in the city right now. [1:37:55] That's not in the city. [1:37:56] That's true. [1:37:57] That's true. [1:38:00] That's true. [1:38:01] Yeah, if they were able to suit the babies, they're way or way or go where. [1:38:05] Oh, I'm just going to like even a base of whether to have access for them to do their survey, [1:38:10] and monitoring it, engineering all the things we're doing. [1:38:14] I'm going to give them access. [1:38:16] I'm going to risk that cost. [1:38:18] We'll just check that out. [1:38:20] All of them. [1:38:21] All of them. [1:38:25] All of them. [1:38:27] Yeah. [1:38:31] Okay, now so the question, is that the urgent mission is to see your operations from [1:38:36] the road because of the ground? [1:38:38] When I got into the tower of 14 in the Indiana, why do I see trucks on the top of the top? [1:38:47] But you're not supposed to see me take over the ground? [1:38:49] Why are you supposed to see that from 14? [1:38:52] It's because I closed down the property the other 28 acres. [1:38:55] There really is also the tracks before reach to go. [1:38:58] I was a tenant that paid a dollars on royalty and he owned a property and he dictated what I could do and go to. [1:39:07] I can't wait to finish by birth and raise an attire and play more trees I own it now. [1:39:13] If you've seen us last four weeks, I don't care if we're going to work it already. [1:39:17] Try and just start to work together and done. [1:39:19] Okay, so that's not what you need to do. [1:39:22] We're going to do a little bit. [1:39:23] You're going to see a beautiful hyper hallway a lot of upper trees. [1:39:26] And that's what you're looking at. [1:39:27] You can see it in my list. [1:39:28] I'm going to do it. [1:39:30] Okay. [1:39:31] I think that's all the questions. [1:39:32] Thank you. [1:39:35] Thank you. [1:39:35] Thank you. [1:39:40] Thank you. [1:39:41] Thank you. [1:39:41] Thank you. [1:39:43] Thank you. [1:39:51] Thank you. [1:39:51] to see how long it will make you go back over the bed. [1:39:56] We think about how you're doing so. [1:39:58] No matter how difficult it is, we'll never see anything like that. [1:40:30] There is no operation before 7 a.m. or after 7 a.m. I've heard that there are emergency times that you can ruin the plan. [1:40:44] Ferretation when some of the tools are holding through a top of the downtown Chicago and they can say it for seniors. [1:40:52] The mayor is in Chicago called us up and we're going to do a dollar. [1:40:58] We always call it the local place. [1:41:00] We sell me down emergency and we open up the gate and we take care of emergency. [1:41:05] That happens about us every three or three years, for a few hours and it's definitely going to happen again. [1:41:13] So we've agreed this soon to have you open up the work. [1:41:19] Asked up an amwork before seven a.m. [1:41:21] And that's what we do that. [1:41:22] It's just a low trust. [1:41:24] We're really not operating. [1:41:26] It's really just a big touch because an emergency is just to get the material. [1:41:30] I'm going to stop. [1:41:31] All of the say is that you're the whole night. [1:41:34] I've heard two different answers in one of the operations. [1:41:36] So they do operate beyond before seven a.m. [1:41:39] at the 17th. [1:41:42] Not by the death of the stupidity. [1:41:44] We'll call it over time. [1:41:46] There's no answer. [1:41:48] There's no answer. [1:41:48] There's no answer. [1:41:49] There's no answer. [1:41:50] There's no answer. [1:41:50] There's no answer. [1:41:52] That's called number. [1:41:54] Lowering is called. [1:41:56] Lowering is called an operation. [1:41:58] You move to equipment and need to work. [1:42:01] Lowering is working. [1:42:02] You're working. [1:42:04] Question two is the planning commission. [1:42:07] do you look at the cash flow to the city when you look at your decisions? [1:42:15] For example, EPA's taxes and you get a percentage of the city gets a percentage of the sales tax, right? [1:42:25] So if you look at all that, and if you look at what in what other revenue you would not get if you were to turn it to a President [1:42:43] So you have no responsibility to say, do you see your planning, [1:42:48] recommendations, or consider the gravity stream to the city of Wisconsin? [1:42:52] You know, again, the impacts on the turning priorities. [1:42:55] And it's like, like, we put in, like, we put in, though. [1:42:58] We put in the nine new weapons and not make it on sales tax, right? [1:43:01] Like, it's not, it's not, it's not, it's not, it's not, it's not, it's not, it's not. [1:43:06] That's not for us to do anymore. [1:43:08] Yeah, are you to find development ordinance? [1:43:11] It's basically there's only ordinance, [1:43:13] I'm kind of looking for it too. [1:43:15] They're hard to write theory. [1:43:17] For any type of, this is a special use. [1:43:20] And for any type of special use, [1:43:22] there are, which seven rate criteria that [1:43:26] have to be considered by the blank machine [1:43:30] as well as the city council that determine, [1:43:33] do they need to do this special use [1:43:35] business criteria, track it, just want, not quite it, generally financial things have not. [1:43:44] So that would be the, we've stocked the mayor and the capital of the United States decision. [1:43:50] Seeing that, if we make this ground, if we get this revenue statement, if we make it a neighborhood, [1:43:57] if this other revenue statement, [1:44:01] the city council took that, the city council could consider that. [1:44:05] good. [1:44:08] And then the GIS maps show 23 plenty of off. That's your comprehensive planning to [1:44:17] own Kevin County. Right. Who does that? [1:44:20] Me, Kevin County. Are you having a lot of letters to that? No, we do, but we also have our [1:44:24] comprehensive planning to explain them within the one-and-a-half mile planning [1:44:27] boundary of the site and I believe we have not thought that this is what's actually. [1:44:33] Okay, you have to go and do a process of switching from red to red, and then it's going to go through. [1:44:38] Lay it in the throat. [1:44:40] This is that rock. [1:44:41] You just want to clarify. [1:44:43] You just want to try to listen to it. [1:44:44] Okay. [1:44:45] Thank you. [1:44:53] Like you said, the name of the head was going to work. [1:44:55] Congratulations. [1:44:57] Action. [1:44:58] Ready, one, two, three, two. [1:45:08] All right. [1:45:11] All right. [1:45:13] All right. [1:45:17] Thank you for doing that opportunity. [1:45:22] It's worth it. [1:45:23] It wasn't right by me about this. [1:45:26] It's not worth it. [1:45:27] It's been a very good support. [1:45:29] It's like this. [1:45:31] It's fun. [1:45:32] I'm very impressed. [1:45:33] And I knew all of these people. [1:45:37] But first, we will move from here. [1:45:40] What do we expect next? [1:45:42] And I would like to bring up the course of the course of the individual analysis. [1:45:47] And in the sex, you don't look at those things. [1:45:50] So anybody can show up, and in the season, they do provide our service to the society, [1:45:58] the need of these things, we have to do that. [1:46:01] So, they have four of the rules, they have done its own rights. [1:46:05] So, all of those have been managed, they have been managed. [1:46:08] But none of them is my first question. [1:46:10] I was ready to go from here to my next act. [1:46:13] I don't want to do that, but what can you do as our opinion, will you wait for the war [1:46:17] that's what you have to do, and that's how many of us, so what do I expect in future? [1:46:23] So, how can we get into my case with Beijing? [1:46:25] So, the process of this is, this is the following participation portion of the framework to be used [1:46:30] also provided, this shall all become a future. [1:46:34] The process tonight is that it's recommended to continue mission to hear it, so that [1:46:38] needs to be spread and is to provide additional documentation that they have in the [1:46:42] process. So the actual vote for this item. Again, this is just a black and any body. [1:46:47] So this is for this extension. We're required to require a little plenty of the blank [1:46:51] mission. We give a recommendation. It was a city council. Tonight, we're in that [1:46:56] building our condition and we're going to be so that we get the documents that [1:46:59] staff requested. And then that way was we have all the information you will vote [1:47:03] So the next meeting is February 19th is this, I don't need to take it to the February 19th [1:47:12] and I can see how a meeting could be given for a program. [1:47:16] How do you want to get in the office? [1:47:18] I was going to get in the office. [1:47:20] I was going to get in the office. [1:47:21] I was going to get in the office. [1:47:25] That was part of the most specific station in the world. [1:47:30] and then the system I like to do additional, [1:47:33] I'm not doing this. [1:47:35] I think I would like to hear that. [1:47:37] And I guess also in the newspaper, [1:47:39] and there's also a sign as close to this on the [1:47:42] department. [1:47:44] But once that's on, the longer the typically [1:47:47] design is available as I can tell it's tonight to keep the [1:47:51] fall with the hearing cells, the hearing [1:48:07] in the next meeting is, you know, although for the banks, it will be inaugurated at T-foot [1:48:14] and you want to get a reminder, you can send the mind to office, your name and key bail, and we will [1:48:22] which one endless, and then when you want the next year, [1:48:25] the next meeting is scheduled, [1:48:26] which is about to put notice key, [1:48:28] and then it's going to be out. [1:48:30] I'm going to ask you a question. [1:48:31] I'm going to ask you where you are. [1:48:31] You're sure there are a lot of types about this. [1:48:33] I think you're so, they have a line to this here. [1:48:38] It's like legal documents. [1:48:40] And so, that's why I do what you don't want to bring no text, [1:48:43] I'll take it, or you don't want to tell it. [1:48:45] They have a legal right, and I'm like, [1:48:47] I do talk to many people, and they have a right to this side. [1:48:52] So anybody, either if you're not, I just don't know about the power of the first year, you'll participate in that. [1:48:58] They have this, they have the likes, that is the emotional, that is the likes of this. [1:49:04] And for the end of the next aspect, that's the end of the aspect, that's the end of the aspect, that's the end of the aspect, that's the end of the aspect, that's the end of the analysis. [1:49:10] So, so far we have only a hundred percent of that now, it's not a tough one to know this. [1:49:16] But I don't think the fact is that it's 100% of the dollar. [1:49:21] You know what I think? [1:49:24] It's something I had about 50% of our dollar. [1:49:27] I don't know what it is about. [1:49:29] So that's the value of the dollar. [1:49:33] But what I think I have a value of the dollar. [1:49:36] If you are, I know the average rate very well. [1:49:42] I think that I estimate that this, we understand the measures. [1:49:46] this is the most impacted, I'm not expecting this person to follow us as a rule of law. [1:49:51] Because that will be decimal rate. [1:49:54] And that's a division will be decimal rate that will lose values. [1:50:02] I am going to address 45 million hours in the investigation in a piece of duty. I follow on to run early and thank you. [1:50:15] Even we are 15 percent lost, which is relatively on the lower side, but that's limited. We are looking at 25 million hours of loss. [1:50:27] So we can be, that's kind of what we're asking for in other places. [1:50:32] But the only thing I'm seeing is, if you're saying, this is not a data code of humanity. [1:50:38] For example, all I was saying was, somebody has to do it. [1:50:43] But I was pushed to try. [1:50:45] Investors to say that are just going to be out of the object. [1:50:48] And even like that is how to find this kind of aspect. [1:50:55] the end of the land. Is it possible? So, I can't point at least that was the key. It's just [1:51:03] the point that the past 20 years, and that this is just a big sense. Even if it's [1:51:09] absolute, I can promise you that. I can promise you that. I will promise you that. I will [1:51:15] promise you that. But I will promise you that. Because when you are going to look for [1:51:24] And some of you are there, but we are only doing there, we are only doing there, we are doing it, we are doing it, we are doing it. [1:51:32] So you are just looking, you don't know what kind of it. [1:51:35] So I saw and in the lake is something that is similar to the river. [1:51:43] I am going to go to the lake and I want to go to the lake, it is a beautiful lake. [1:51:51] But we have a number of 31 is hard, and if you are deep in the government, if you [1:52:01] through far, there are people going to the business. [1:52:04] It seems that in this order, our work is for that. [1:52:09] So it's, I think, for example, I think about the past this. [1:52:13] I mean, for 25 years, I see that in one of our business colleagues, they are living [1:52:19] I'm going to be number one. [1:52:21] I'm going to be number one. [1:52:23] I'll actually be, I'm an expert. [1:52:27] I think you guys are familiar with it. [1:52:29] We'll take it to the end of the map. [1:52:30] Thank you for coming. [1:52:39] I'd like to say, just one question for the panelists. [1:52:48] I'd like to be a chair. [1:52:50] We'd be a chair. [1:52:51] We'd be a chair. [1:52:52] We'd be a chair. [1:52:53] We'd be a chair. [1:52:56] We'd be a chair. [1:52:56] And then, for a meeting, a one piece of paper, [1:52:59] a chair. [1:53:02] And then, for a meeting, a one piece of paper. [1:53:05] And if you were a chair, you could call us. [1:53:07] This is where it has to be much good for the sacrifices that you've got to do, and not your much. [1:53:11] It is. [1:53:13] I'm not. [1:53:14] As the questions, I think that's on me as Nathan. [1:53:21] This is at least for me and the community members that I talked to has come about very quickly for us. [1:53:29] There was not a lot of open discussion. [1:53:33] We saw the road going in and I didn't really thought the land. [1:53:38] and a very confident and forward, which, unfortunately, [1:53:44] I think makes us feel very out of control and maybe that things [1:53:50] are not going down on us, and nobody is accusing anybody [1:53:54] of anything out of writing, but I think you could understand [1:53:59] how we feel that way. [1:54:01] I would listen to him talk about how beautiful this situation is going [1:54:07] be, but I would leave there attached. And it is not beautiful. And I'm pretty good distance [1:54:16] from it. I don't know what I have to do. I have to ask, not to ask really if it just [1:54:24] is certainly a lot further than I'm going to be. And I hear egg nines often in the summer [1:54:31] when I started outside the trots, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, I laughed, I just [1:54:38] got a lot of the last night to up. Well, it's working tonight because it's not [1:54:41] every night, but it's a lot. We do feel vibration, snack, snack, snack, snack, snack, [1:54:49] snack, I guess you could be something else. I don't know. Because I'm not as a [1:54:54] and I don't always go now all the time in my town. [1:54:59] I also let people... [1:55:09] I follow, I use a rule to comment, quite often, and you will down there in a rainy day, and [1:55:16] your cars are literally covered in mud. So, as clean as you might want to paint all your [1:55:23] little access goes inside to the trucks are masks and they be bravo on the road and the [1:55:30] round on the road shifts our paint and cracks our windshields and their dirty very dirty [1:55:40] and the dust is I don't notice so much for getting a half a mile I don't think I actually [1:55:48] could but I've always contributed to the arms because the arms make a lot of dust to [1:55:52] especially when they're harvesting and I'm providing multiple different farm areas. [1:55:58] So I hope that might come out to where the housewives come out, [1:56:02] and I know that it's going to be kind of dusty, and they can last in the squirrels [1:56:06] or go to a plant where I'm going to pour in the squirrel in your garden. [1:56:10] Then there was a lot of me so much. [1:56:13] The lot of this dust has gone either of us. [1:56:17] I garden in my garden, I grow food. [1:56:20] And I couldn't bring in an E, I walked and dog to use the glass, and I ran straight into the website and that park. [1:56:30] So I'm a personal note, you talk about trucks working, everything's delivering to Walmart at five a.m. [1:56:38] But I didn't mind how expensive to Walmart. [1:56:41] I looked, I was careful when I purchased my home. [1:56:47] And this is supposed to be my retirement home. [1:56:49] And I have a lot of what I already asked you in this home, and I think it's hard for me to see where it is, and I want to piece that I thought that I was going to get when I came to the sanctuary of Bolbatti. [1:57:05] We are so staffful of our area that the landscapeers that worked in our community had to have a proved [1:57:17] kind of pulse to even apply some bond that's a careful return to these, that's how we live. [1:57:24] And this is not that, and I'm listening to you a lot, which is breaking my heart and it's frustrating. [1:57:32] And it's scary because we don't know what's going to happen and we can't protect ourselves from this. [1:57:43] So all I ask is that you, means for living, grow your family, do what you need to do. [1:57:52] I don't know you can do it. [1:57:54] I know it needs to happen. [1:57:56] I don't know how to get it. [1:57:57] Please don't do it in my house. [1:58:00] Please, please don't let me do it in my house. [1:58:22] My name is Kurt Feffett. [1:58:24] I heard the 28th and border is you wait. [1:58:27] What's the name of the screen? [1:58:29] Border is the OER, D-E-R, I-J, the way. [1:58:35] What's the name of the border? [1:58:37] The name of the border is me. [1:58:37] D-E-C-T-E-T. [1:58:39] What's the name of the border? [1:58:40] I was in the same boat. [1:58:42] He said, that's what he was looking for. [1:58:44] That's quite vicious. [1:58:45] Two cultures, nothing but two? [1:58:47] He was looking. [1:58:47] I was just going to say anything today. [1:58:49] I came here just because I'm concerned. [1:58:52] Like everybody else in your voice. [1:58:53] Everybody here will have a ball of taste. [1:58:59] I believe that Mr. Pieces is a very smart man. [1:59:03] He's one of very good business. He's got places all over the place. [1:59:08] He said that he rented his property from that web home. [1:59:13] I've been told a few years back when he was able to buy it. [1:59:20] He must have known that this authority was running out of breath, because they did a big [1:59:27] amount of time and they know how hard it is. [1:59:31] So why would he have purchased something that he knew was going to go out of business? [1:59:38] That's not only a question to you. [1:59:40] Why would you do that? If you didn't, somehow know he was going to be able to do more property to do this. [1:59:47] Well, I mean, I have this reaction. Do you want to respond? [1:59:51] Sure. I mean, for this is up here. I have a thought of a question. [1:59:56] We typically buy up our breed for especially if they're in the mining area. [2:00:30] Community Ministers, Resurble. Thank you. [2:00:34] Everybody hawking? Are you going to do it? Do it this way? Yes. Okay, so, I'm going to do that. [2:00:39] Do I ask for an answer? I'll be in London. [2:00:44] Can I hear a spoke? [2:00:47] Sorry, I hear a bit. The issue I just want to talk about is your flow of scientific knowledge. [2:00:52] Yes. [2:00:55] It's three things that the first one was, everybody keeps saying, of nine time and hearing noise. [2:01:01] I'm going to try to write notes that was a huge pipeline project, right, adjacent to us. [2:01:06] They were operating at all times getting deliveries of pipes, machines, all kinds of stuff, all throughout the time. [2:01:12] That is not us. The next part is vibration. [2:01:15] Where I live, there's a train, a short way to wave. [2:01:18] I hear my field vibration every time before that train comes through and after it comes through [2:01:24] This it has nothing to do with the mining operation is that's not it and then the third thing was the first level behind you [2:01:31] Saying a bunch of stuff during full check speed [2:01:33] Okay, let's like it was like it was like it in between [2:01:37] Oh, I don't think [2:01:39] I [2:01:41] No, I don't know [2:01:43] I don't know [2:01:48] to ask you in person. [2:01:50] So you know what I'm talking about? [2:01:51] I'm just talking about that. [2:02:02] I'm just talking about that. [2:02:03] One question. [2:02:05] One question. [2:02:05] I'm also talking about me. [2:02:08] Z. [2:02:09] And then. [2:02:10] What's the other? [2:02:10] Throw me. [2:02:12] Go ahead. [2:02:13] One question. [2:02:13] First lady, they per se. [2:02:16] You mentioned that there are times that it's a urgency that you need to work after hours. [2:02:21] I think that's one of the most important things I've ever heard of activities that you can answer to, especially the question is, you've gotten contrasts for all of them. [2:02:32] I don't know any call way. [2:02:34] But we contrast that with this issue to work at our office. [2:02:40] We've worked seven days a week. [2:02:43] That's what we're working with. [2:02:44] But there are five. [2:02:45] Because we deliver to the, we try to deliver the right up until our hours run out. [2:02:52] And we very rarely ask for the exception. [2:02:55] We only ask for the exception, [2:02:57] when there is some type of emergency, [2:03:00] a storm or something that happened, [2:03:03] and then some township or city needs material, [2:03:06] immediately, and then we'll call them, [2:03:08] the police department, the staff isn't there, [2:03:10] we'll call them the police department, [2:03:12] and just go out and record that we're going to have [2:03:13] four trucks leaving us a certain time, [2:03:16] and they do a certain city for a legitimate reason. [2:03:19] And then, honestly, since we've been there, I think, [2:03:23] after three times, it didn't accept it. [2:03:26] So, including emergency use. [2:03:28] And then, one of the first initiatives [2:03:29] that I'm trying to leave there, [2:03:31] Walter Calro, that only got the two days, [2:03:34] when voting was rebuilding, but how low to self, [2:03:37] it has to say for permission to come in that way [2:03:40] so that all the way around. [2:03:42] So, those rear rear exceptions are very legitimate reasons [2:03:47] And as monitored by the city, being left in the outside of the disease, this is what you're talking about. [2:03:56] If you only have a few businesses where you can work after hours with government contracts, you can decide on what it is. [2:04:04] No, it's only like, like, six months. [2:04:08] Now, he is not allowed to work after 7 p.m. [2:04:13] There is a permission that, as he mentioned it, [2:04:17] if there's some emergency, let's say the bridge goes out. [2:04:22] And, following the neases of the ordinance, [2:04:24] that allows him to work with government times in Thailand, [2:04:28] sitting in the cemetery where it's said, [2:04:30] we've had the county into the West High. [2:04:32] Well, the emergency situation, [2:04:33] Okay, so the work, the advice is to sort of, you know, working at night is not an emergency, you all go to tell me, do construction of all night. [2:04:43] That's not considered an emergency where we would allow him to moderate. [2:04:48] But if there was a storm in a bridge, you went out and we needed an emergency purposes to get vehicles by there. [2:05:01] On the other hand, [2:05:13] we are talking about one other two local issues, tough questions. We think we are going to have more to the prohaut, not necessarily. [2:05:29] And maybe a little more carnage for that, I think the least of the best for that, that's the only option. [2:05:36] If they want to work at night at night thirty night, it's going to come out of the window. [2:05:41] Thank you. [2:05:48] Okay. [2:05:49] So I wanted to say a new question. [2:05:51] And then I think I'm not probably going to do anything here. [2:05:54] And if you have any additional questions, folks, please submit that in the staff. [2:05:58] and we can get you an answer for it and then we can also present that and we're [2:06:02] working it to us. [2:06:04] Oh, what was your name again? [2:06:05] Pretty good. [2:06:06] Robbie, R-O-M-A-N-A-P. [2:06:09] I live in 2013 with our mother. [2:06:16] Great. [2:06:17] And then did you speak before? [2:06:19] Okay. [2:06:19] Do you work great for any of you please? [2:06:21] You swear that that's when you're not good for. [2:06:23] What's that point for? [2:06:23] You're just a two-fold. [2:06:25] Okay. [2:06:25] All right. [2:06:26] Make a shift. [2:06:26] I just want to ask one more question. [2:06:29] Can you provide records? [2:06:30] A lot of time. [2:06:31] How often do you find your apparitions outside of the state or operating hours? [2:06:40] Birds have been murdered several times. [2:06:42] I'd like you to talk about how much time does you have operated outside of the state or operating hours? [2:06:52] I'd like to talk about how much time is less than a year? [2:06:55] Why do you do that rather than a minute? How many times do you have it? [2:06:59] A minute of this pit? [2:07:06] Can't you provide that information? [2:07:09] The other example time is giving the safety out of other pits of urge. [2:07:13] It never is so rare. [2:07:15] He's here. [2:07:16] He's here. [2:07:17] He's here. [2:07:18] You don't have that information, President. [2:07:20] The only exact number of times it's happened. [2:07:23] I can say ask you guys if you can. [2:07:25] If you can't, just you can't. [2:07:26] Just you can't. [2:07:26] That's really fine. [2:07:27] Sure. [2:07:27] Just. [2:07:28] All right. [2:07:28] If you can't just verify that information. [2:07:30] And I'll read you back in the next meeting. [2:07:32] So that way we can. [2:07:33] Yeah. [2:07:33] I just don't need anything. [2:07:36] I would just like to know how I can be from this. [2:07:37] And after I was I told you now how often you find your other kids [2:07:40] I was saying this is about it. [2:07:42] So we know what you're saying. [2:07:45] Correct. So he's getting into that. [2:07:47] Yeah. [2:07:47] Thank you. [2:07:50] All right. [2:07:52] I miss this little one. [2:07:53] I have to go up. [2:07:54] But this is super. [2:07:55] That's your initial. [2:07:56] The answer is 4.5. [2:07:57] 5.5. [2:07:59] Oh, sorry. [2:08:00] Here we be. [2:08:01] They are. [2:08:01] Why? [2:08:02] That's the initial. [2:08:03] They're being called the NAT. [2:08:05] They're the five. [2:08:06] They have a real-time. [2:08:06] that I'm talking about. [2:08:08] That's so partial Saturdays. [2:08:13] Can you pass it? [2:08:13] Is it for the party folks? [2:08:15] If you have any more comments, please submit them or as you can, [2:08:19] so we can get your response from staff, a little bit of a Fisher, [2:08:22] but I was just going to be looking at February. [2:08:27] I mean, I mean, there's a 9.5 to 11.5 to 10, [2:08:29] but I can say it or if anybody wants to say it. [2:08:31] I don't know. [2:08:33] He's driving the car. [2:08:34] That's true to this. [2:08:35] I'm not even. [2:08:35] That's all you can. [2:08:36] We have said the number of people and it's unlikely that the people are scheduled for here. [2:08:44] So we won't count the number. [2:08:47] Thank you. [2:08:51] Thank you. [2:08:53] Thank you. [2:08:54] I'm trying that because our meetings are all ready scheduled to be at City Hall. [2:09:01] So so we might have to just say thank you. [2:10:32] Thank you very much, thank you very much, thank you very much.
