As adequate notice of this meeting has

the bulletin board in town hall with

the official website of the Township,
[2:09] ourclark.com, in compliance with PL
effective March 1st, 2026, and the
[2:17] proper filing of said notice. Formal
action may be taken at this meeting.
[2:21] This meeting is judicial proceeding. Any
questions or comments must be limited to
[2:26] issues that are relevant to what the
board may legally consider in reaching a
[2:29] decision, and the quorum appropriate to
a judicial hearing must be maintained at
[2:33] all times.
