[10:00] On August 25th, the Redevelopment Commission approved Resolution 2026R-11 pledging South Clarksville allocation area number one tax increment and approving a tax payer agreement. On August 28th, the Clarksville Economic Development Commission held a public hearing and approved Resolution 2026 EDC-1 approving the issuance of bonds for the project, along with a project report proposing financing of the Economic Development Facility for
[10:30] cornerstone group.
[10:31] The total cost for the construction of the project is presently estimated to be approximately $21 million, $47,845.
