The council has to take action because

projects on Redstone Street that are

council took corrective action and it's

a modern day city and you're making the
[3:29] appropriate reszoning amendments to the
code. It's not spot zoning.

unpopular to some, although I think

grow, the tax rate will go up. It will.

will go up. Services will go down. We're

about firefighters. We're talking about

ask them. if we work with them. Prime

the Inspect Park 10 years ago because
[4:11] the city worked with them to do that. So
before everybody just oh we're not going
[4:16] to do it, we're not going to do it.
Again, I don't know what discussions
[4:19] were having were had with time and prime
properties. Maybe discussions were had
[4:24] maybe an agreement could not be reached.

[4:29] upon the council to make sure or have
come in here in a committee and see what
[4:36] can be worked out. The city has to grow.
