Missouri Medicaid, uh, can or are
[20:46] enrolled in two different pieces. One is
the fees for service in which we are
[20:50] paid and then uh Medicaid uh issues a
one year one time per year balance to
[20:56] cover the the cost or the based on um
what they determine uh our operating
[21:03] expenses are. The managed care program
is a little bit different in that uh
[21:09] they directly issue the payment on
behalf of uh the Medicaid participant.
[21:15] And we will expect two of these payments
moving forward uh in uh each calendar
[21:23] year uh through 2029 at this point.
Hopefully, it will be extended. So, in
[21:28] order to receive our reimbursement, we
need to issue the non-federal share
