still responsible for the roads to date

has been annexed in since 96 and we have
[19:29] not had any Rovers annexed in
since 96 and that's uh

Green Acres the roads you need great
[19:40] Acres were not covered by that because
it was after 96 it doesn't constructed
[19:46] and the town has not taken ownership of
those roads so the County Town cannot
[19:52] pay for any maintenance on those roads

take responsibility or ownership of

roads until they have been finished
