request that some of the election
[10:24] workers have made uh folks that worked
at the crore precinct um
[10:30] um I've worked for about four years and
that loation um well it has
[10:38] a adequate space in either the gym or
the cafeteria some of the arrangements
[10:44] uh traffic patterns coming into the into
the building um and the parking lot
[10:49] itself uh are a little bit awkward um
and some of us talked about the
[10:55] possibility of using the community
center for that that pral precin polling
[11:00] location um and I think a few emails
were were written um before this past
[11:05] election and and I also followed up with
some emails and and spoke with a few um
[11:12] so I went to visit the the community
center and the will Oak looks like it
[11:17] would be adequate Pride for there's a
runoff election in in May or June I
[11:22] forget which um but we expect kind of
low turnout um and thought it would be a
[11:28] good trial run that the board would
consider that um and the general
[11:33] election we're expecting a huge turnout
uh even for the primary election that we
[11:38] had a few weeks ago we had at one point
30 or so people waiting in line and and
[11:44] they were inside the building um will o
room I don't think will have that kind
[11:49] of space and I always worry about
weather you know folks come to vote and
[11:53] may be part of their decision whether or
not to come vote uh if the weather's bad
[11:57] and they know they have to be standing
outside uh you might be a
[12:01] deterrent um and and whenever we're
we're setting up the the arrangement
[12:07] setting up the the sping plat we're
always looking for ways to make it uh
[12:12] most efficient for the voters make it as
pleasant and experience as possible um
[12:17] at least what what we have available to
to us as far as resources uh so the
[12:22] community seter just seems like it's a
great central location um the kind of
[12:27] thing that you know City the county um
would build for you know a function like
[12:33] this and uh if nothing else it's it's
great advertisement for the community
[12:38] center and all facilities that it
offers so I just just wanted to refresh
[12:42] that that request and uh what the board
to consider Mr call we would be more
[12:47] than happy to consider it I know some
members of this board have already
[12:50] expressed an interest but we need an
official request from the Board of
[12:55] Elections okay before we can do anything
at all okay so if you can get them to
[12:59] send us something we will definitely put
it at the top of the list for

we were to move from from the new huling

assembly who was preparing the
[17:08] background work necessary I have still
today not gotten a direct answer from
[17:14] any of our
legislators uh about what is required of
[17:19] the city in terms of procedure in order
to see this through however because
[17:26] they' put me in touch with a bill writer
I am assuming that there's nothing
[17:29] further that the city is required to do
now as a practical matter I think I
[17:33] would always recommend that the city put
this on for public hearing uh prior to
[17:39] any action by the general assemblying
not going to happen absolutely well let
[17:45] let's let him finish first let him
finish well I I know the board does not
[17:50] love this response but the board can do
what he want however I do think that the
[17:55] Optics of uh changing the city these
corporate boundaries without providing
[18:02] affected Property Owners any opportunity
to make comments is not is is
[18:08] potentially problematic uh
whereas at least giving folks the
[18:14] opportunity to express comments or
feelings on the issue uh when and doubt
[18:19] is always the better option in my
experience um but this it's it's up to
[18:24] the city how you like to proceed to to
the board that's why

this is a legislative action it's not us
[18:45] the public hearing would be held by the
legislature anybody who proposes this

common at that point the city of

was a legislator who brought this to us
[19:06] and that's going to that's public
hearing would be on that it's not for us
[19:11] to decide there's a statute and there's
not a statute govern this particular
[19:17] process well then I've got another
lawyer who's telling me a lie who
[19:22] happens to be a
senator there is not a statute and we've
[19:27] already discussed this there's not a
statute that governs the legislative uh
[19:31] the process for the general assembly to
amend boundaries there are processes by
[19:36] which the city can
initiate uh an amendment to the city's
[19:40] corporate the boundaries of the city's
corporate limits we've discussed those
[19:44] options in P but we can't enact it
ourselves we need legislative approval
[19:49] to do it the legislative boundary
Amendment that's correct and that's a
[19:54] con that's a that is not something that
arises under State Statute that P
[19:59] granted to the general assembly by the
North Carolina Constitution there's not
[20:03] a statutory process that outlines what
needs to be done by the state or by the
[20:08] general assembly in that case it's
simply an action by the general assembly
[20:12] it uh come as a result of a petition
from a or a bill proposed by an
[20:17] individual legislator and it follows the
same process that any other bill would
[20:21] follow right not something that Ares
under statute that that sets forward
[20:26] specific procedures for for that proc
[20:30] okay am I still on the floor well I need
to go to somebody else but you can
[20:35] finish with your thought P well when
you're when you're ready I would like to
[20:39] make a motion that this board vote to go
forward with this and send a letter to
[20:46] the
legislature um telling them this is
[20:49] something that we would request because
I have been told that that's all re I
[20:54] don't know why we have two different
answers I'm sorry Kevin we will come
[20:59] back to you on your motion um

[21:03] gon you've been in touch with the bill
writer there they are going to they are
[21:09] going to be writing a bill or you don't
know I don't I've been asked bu a bill
[21:13] writer from the general assembly's legal
department to provide background on what
[21:17] specifically would be uh involved in the
boundary amendment that is under
[21:24] consideration I provided information but
I've not heard and I specifically asked
[21:28] Bill writer in addition to our three
legislators uh to give me some you to
[21:33] explain to me what specifically would be
required if anything from the city
[21:37] nobody's given me a specific response to
but I would assume that as if we took a
[21:43] vote on it then we are starting a
process that does have
[21:47] rules well I I think that if the city
were to if you all were to to vote to
[21:53] petition the general assembly to uh
enact legislation amending City bound
[21:59] that would still not uh enter into any
specific process uh under the north
[22:06] carine General statutes it would still
be something that we are asking the
[22:11] general assembly to do on behalf
[22:16] of anything
else any other commissioner wils I have
[22:22] a question for the attorney how would
this uh affect taxes for those homes
[22:29] so uh the parcels that have been
identified as part of this process are
[22:36] those that are located within uh they
donut P par the ones that are kind of
[22:42] located within or enclosed on you know
several sides by the city's corporate
[22:47] limits but they are not themselves
within the city's corporate limits
[22:51] therefore they are not tax subject to to
the city taxes they're subject to County
[22:56] taxes um and any other special
assessments that might they might be
[23:02] affected by but this process would uh
incorporate those Parcels into the
[23:08] city's tax they would now be subject
both to the County taxes but also to the
[23:12] city taxes so are we able to grandfather
those people in until there's a change
[23:19] of ownership I I don't want somebody get
hit or something with a city tax that
[23:25] they've never paid I I don't that well I
I think that the bottom line I'm not
[23:31] aware of that ever having been done by
the general assembly that's not to say
[23:35] it couldn't be done I think a practical
matter the general assembly much like
[23:40] this board can do whatever provided that
uh that that is specifically
[23:45] incorporated into the test of of any
that would carry this U boundary
[23:51] adjustment out
um so I think that would require further
[23:56] conversations with our represent and Sen
and with Bill writers but I don't see
[24:02] any reason why couldn't
happen is that something we include in a
[24:06] motion
or I I think this this board can include
[24:11] that in a motion this evening if the
board chooses to go down that Mr Mayor
[24:15] if we can I would like to have it
included in the motion well if possible
[24:19] let's make sure we're deciding to do yes
sir um what concerns me is sticking our
[24:27] nose since somewhere to accomplish
something where we don't need to stick
[24:31] our nose in other words if the process
is playing out like it should that we
[24:38] shouldn't be involved in it at all it's
up to the legislators and their bill
[24:43] writers and all that I hate for us to
stick our foot in and have it get it cut
[24:48] off now that is my reservation on this
and I know the mayor protim has spoken
[24:53] to some of these others and I I trust
her 100%
[24:58] but personally I have not heard anything
from any of them I know they've talked
[25:02] to her but I I haven't heard anything
and I don't know if any of the other
[25:07] Commissioners have heard anything and I
would feel better if if I heard from
[25:12] them exactly what they think we should
do as a community so yeah and and I'll
[25:18] just add this is a conversation that
manager and I had last week was that you
[25:23] know I am
uncomfortable recommending as
[25:29] uh adopt any specific statement on this
request until we know exactly what it is
[25:35] that is going to be required of the city
if anything really and and that's where
[25:40] I'm at too and and what what I'm what
I'm concerned about is that any adopted
[25:46] statement by this board may be used as a
litness test to gauge the public
[25:52] reaction to this what's being proposed
here and that
[25:58] if we go ahead and do this and there's a
large public backlash to it we may end
[26:04] up in a situation where our
Representatives might say well you know
[26:09] this maybe's not in anybody's interest
to pursue any further so I would like to
[26:13] have a better understanding of the
process before the city takes any
[26:18] concrete action that's kind of where I'm
at commissioner
[26:21] g i I agree I certainly believe we need
to close the dut holes do things like
[26:27] that I think us stepping in here
now is going to open us up to public
[26:35] scrutiny it's not going to be like
nobody's going to see this and we're not
[26:40] going to get at the next meeting for
public comments everybody from the dut
[26:45] holes there's no way the bottom line is
if it can be done through the
[26:50] legislature and they tell us what we got
to do then we do it other than that I I
[26:57] think we're
we're opening up a can of worms that
[27:01] you're not going to be able to put the
cat back on the
[27:05] can and and there's nothing that says it
really needs to be done tonight in fact
[27:09] this is purely a discussion item but so
it still give and it's not like we
[27:15] haven't been working on it so I just
think uh a little bit more time to look
[27:19] at this other stuff would be prudent in
this thing mayor protim you've got till
[27:24] July I said that the first time there
was a meeting is this a short session we
[27:28] are running out of time and it is it is
it is not our decision that started with
[27:36] this board Senator bod came to the city
and had a meeting with with the fire
[27:43] department about getting more funding
for the fire department and she said you
[27:47] are not collecting all the taxes that
you're due we have citizens in creedmore
[27:52] that are getting police and fire
services without paying a dime for it
[27:58] because they're in these donnut holes
and her answer to me was everybody has
[28:02] to pay their fair share I brought it to
this board and said there's a short
[28:07] session we need to move fast it's been
two months now and we're still not even
[28:12] anywhere near this we do not need a
public hearing it is not concern of the
[28:17] public only the people that are involved
and it's not but the legislature has to
[28:23] know if this board wants them to
consider it so we we have to vote to
[28:29] send a letter to the legislature to say
would you consider this that's all we
[28:34] have to do and I know you haven't been
told that but I have and and I'm not
[28:41] lying is it is it you said second ago
that the legisl needs needs to know that
[28:47] this is something the city is the legisl
not
[28:50] aware because we have to send them
something in writing saying our board
[28:54] has voted and we're asking you to do
this but where and I guess my question
[28:59] is where is this you keep saying there's
a requirement to do this but I nobody
[29:04] I'm I'm not aware of any requirement
imposed by Statute Constitution and I've
[29:09] not heard from how do they know we have
an issue that's the only place I
[29:14] understand that but they he needs
something in
[29:17] writing for I mean to makes sense to me
I mean I think City ofed an
[29:25] entirely legislative matter to the
general don't see why they would need
[29:29] anything from the city I think that you
you said it just a few minutes ago that
[29:34] this is not something that the city need
have any involvement in this is an
[29:37] entirely legislative matter the general
assembly introdu the bill it goes to
[29:41] that FR but they they they're not
experts on every peaceful land in the
[29:45] state of North Carolina we have to give
them the information of that you've
[29:50] shared that so now they need something
that says the board of creedmore would
[29:55] like you to check into this I mean they
will will not go forward until they
[30:00] can't just do it on their own without us
saying okay what what I'm I'm can you
[30:07] explain to me why that's the case they
want to know if the city we don't need
[30:11] to do anything is something that is
entirely done by the general assembly
[30:15] it's separate and part the city has no
involvement we have to ask them where
[30:19] these where these these two an thought
process is overlap if it's something
[30:24] that's entirely done by the general
assembly which I think is the case I
[30:28] don't know why they need anything from
the city except for the city to be the
[30:33] one to open up the potential can of
worms so that they can take a look at
[30:37] and see whether this is something they
want to back or that's it and and that's
[30:41] fair that's a requirement and if any of
our Representatives or our Senator are
[30:45] going to say I will not introduce a bill
until the city does these things as a as
[30:50] a person that's exactly what I was told
exactly those words that's the case they
[30:55] i' I've asked them that question
directly s times and if they want to
[30:59] respond to me and say these are the
things that we are going to require
[31:04] before we will sponsor a bill then I
will advise the board in that case that
[31:08] that is something that if this board
really wants to go through this process
[31:13] that's what you're going to have to do
but they've told me as an elected
[31:16] official for the city of creedmore that
that's what they want and that's all
[31:20] they need to do and all I'm doing is I'm
giving you my legal advice that the city
[31:25] not stick its nose in something that's
that we until we know that doing so is
[31:31] absolutely necessary because any
blowback from a formal action by the
[31:35] city to adopt a letter and send that off
is going to come back on the city not
[31:40] the general assembly and and if that's
if that's a risk that that a majority of
[31:44] this board is Will to run that's fine as
far are not you legal advice that that
[31:49] is not at this time until we know that
doing so is an absolute necessity for
[31:55] this process to move forward I have been
that that's exactly what's needed for it
[31:59] to go forward and and that's fair I
don't dispute that it might be the case
[32:03] I've asked that same question and I've
not received a specific response you all
[32:08] are free to move forward with that
process you know adopting and approving
[32:11] a letter to send on and it's if this
board votes to do that I will support
[32:16] that effort wholeheartedly all I'm
saying is that my legal recommendation
[32:20] is that we not do that until we receive
some specific concrete you know written
[32:26] instruction as to these are the step
get commission alri so Kevin what
[32:32] specific or nonspecific reply did you
get from them the response that I
[32:38] received was does the city intend to
adopt a letter and does the city intend
[32:42] to hold a public hearing and I said my
response to that was the city will
[32:46] consider whatever requirements are
imposed can you tell me what
[32:49] specifically will be required of the
city uh so that we can assess our
[32:53] options before decide what to you know
how to move forward and I've not
[32:57] received any a specific response however
after that email exchange I was told uh
[33:04] a staff attorney from the bill writer's
office will be reaching out to you and I
[33:08] received a email from the bill writer
Bill writer's office asking for specific
[33:14] parcel information which the city's
already prepared um I forwarded that on
[33:18] and asked the same question of the bill
writer you know what if anything is
[33:23] going to be required by the city before
a bill can be introduced uh and timately
[33:28] put into committee and voted on and i'
not received a specific response to that
[33:34] request
[33:38] to all right any other
[33:43] questions all right commissioner
kachinsky I'll go back to you and your
[33:48] motion if you would like to make it I
make a motion that this board
[33:53] votes to send a letter to the
legislature to ask them to consider for
[34:01] legislation the expansion of the city's
[34:06] boundaries is that
it I know that commissioner Wilkins had
[34:11] a request what was your request graph of
the as far as taxes grandfather them as
[34:17] far as taxes what does that mean yes
that means anybody currently in donut
[34:21] holds wouldn't be included
until until 202
[34:28] until it's a change of property 2025
yeah until change of property like the
[34:33] owner of the home yes no oh what's the
point that's what's the point what's the
[34:38] point of doing it we're trying to
increase the revenue for the city so we
[34:41] can afford to help the point of is I
don't think it's fair to hammer somebody
[34:45] with tax hang on hang on no we'll just
discuss yeah yeah I know but I'm I'm
[34:50] going to get it to where we know which
way it's going here commissioner I mean
[34:55] mayor proen has made a motion M Mr
Wilkins has made an amendment to the
[35:00] motion yes sir so we don't do these very
often so I'm not real clear we do the
[35:06] amendment first got to ask if I accept
the
[35:10] amendment decide whether that whether
that amendment is something she's
[35:14] comfortable withing to her motion or not
right we'll then put it to a vote uh
[35:21] depending on the results of that a new
motion could be made which would would
[35:25] include I got you now okay
so you are not comfortable with his
[35:31] Amendment the point of this is for
everybody to pay their fair share if you
[35:37] are getting services from the city of
creedmore without paying which what is
[35:42] what all these properties are doing
right
[35:44] now I'm paying for their services you're
paying for their services and they're
[35:49] paying nothing everybody needs to pay
their fair share the city of creedmore
[35:54] is trying to maintain the services that
we offer to the citizens who pay for it
[36:01] and the ones that are not paying for it
are um the ones that are not paying for
[36:06] services are getting the services that
is the point of this and that was the
[36:11] Senator's point we we're not getting
enough the fire department needs a
[36:16] firehouse and and the state can't
provide the funding to them unless they

the city of creemore initially entered
[41:39] into a memorandum of understanding with
the Bros Law Firm on March 2016 this
[41:44] original agreement expired on June 30
2017 copy is included in the agenda
[41:50] package for the board following its
expiration the parties have continued to
[41:54] abide by the terms of the original
memorandum
[41:57] except in so far as the city approved an
updated compensation structure in
[42:02] 2022 the purpose of this new memor is
set forth the understanding between the
[42:06] parties concerning the nature of the
relationship under which the law firm
[42:10] serves as a City attorney to replace the
original memorandum the current
[42:14] compensation rate of $215 per hour will
continue through June 30 2024 the new
[42:20] compensation rate of $225 per hour will
become effective July 1 2024 and run
[42:27] through June 30 of
2025 this memorandum Shall Serve shall
[42:32] govern the relationship between the
parties for the period beginning on the
[42:35] effective date of this memorandum and
continue for a three-year period through
[42:39] June 30
2027 at which time it will automatically
[42:43] renew for one year terms unless termin
terminated 10day termination in writing
[42:48] by either
party board approval a motion would be
[42:52] an order to approve the proposed
memorandum and authorize the manager to
[42:55] execute um
and that that agreement is in the

that's being operated down at the

Legion and I suggest at that time if we
[45:58] could close off actually there was a
discussion amongst all board members
[46:03] close off sanord Street and allow the
farmers market to be here or in this
[46:08] parking lot cuz there's not really a lot
going on in the parking lot on Saturdays
[46:15] so um I would like us to give this a
whirl and see if we can do it and move
[46:21] the Creed more Farmers Market to um it's
shut down down Sanford Street so people
[46:28] could walk it they could park in our
parking lot and walk there we could they
[46:32] could set up Booth all up and down
Sanford and we would set an set
[46:36] times uh so it wouldn't be the entire
day maybe from 9 I don't know what it
[46:42] was when it was at the community center
I think it was like from 9 until 2 or 3

we would say these are the city's rules

assistant manager at the buner State
[54:10] Employees Credit Union and he has given
the city written confirmation to place
[54:14] two picnic tables on their leas property
at the cash points ATM located at 110
[54:19] sanderfer Street the Butner State
Employees Credit Union will continue the
[54:23] Landscaping Maintenance with their
current ground vendors Richard Avent
[54:28] with a DC3 has received another quote
for the conversion of cable fiber optic
[54:33] to City Hall from AT&T their quote was
$1,304 a month for the same Services
[54:39] spectrum is offering they don't own the
cable so they'd have to lease it and
[54:43] then Mark that up and that's why the
price is higher Spectrum was offering
[54:46] 625 per month the price is double
because AT&T does not own their own
[54:51] fiber uh bc3 also check with Frontier
and they do not own fiber optics in the
[54:56] area so they've done their due diligence
trying to help us find an alternative
[55:00] option two hours after the agenda went
out this past Thursday uh we received
[55:05] even a lower monthly quote from Spectrum
governmental representative uh who gave
[55:10] us a price of $499 per month on a
60-month agreement so I've asked them to
[55:16] forward the contract I docy signed that
today so we can proceed with
[55:21] that according to vc3 executive summary
and and couple meetings ago the board
[55:27] asked for updates on the vc3 if there's
anything going on of Interest or changes
[55:31] in the prices of the contractual
agreement that the board approved uh
[55:35] during the month of March 2024 19
incident requests were opened and 20

opened varied from access requested

on Thursday
[1:00:26] um there was a presentation that they
did um they did a again a five County
[1:00:34] study on emergency facility needs
assessment um I know
[1:00:43] since I've been in town I've been
pushing to get a emergency plan for the
[1:00:50] city of
creedmore um which I thought I saw
[1:00:53] something in the budget maybe that to
work on that this plan which was given
[1:01:02] to all of the Emergency Management
directors of the
[1:01:08] counties in the cartar they are then
supposed to share
[1:01:13] it I guess with the local
municipalities um I know we're now in a
[1:01:21] Bad season we're in a season where stuff
can hit the fan
[1:01:26] um so I just want to make sure that if
we follow up with the carar and make
[1:01:33] sure that the Granville County or
Granville County Emergency
[1:01:37] Management gives us a copy of this this
was more designed to find out where we
[1:01:44] where there was a need for
facilities if it hit the fan where do
[1:01:51] people go I know a couple years back we
had an ice storm here to was off for
[1:01:56] almost 24 hours and everybody I called
said oh you can't use that you can't use
[1:02:00] this you can't use that so again this
has been started by them we can take
[1:02:07] that assessment and maybe build from
it uh the other thing that I have is
[1:02:15] Manny Agger who's a member of the DGI
committee his brother passed away on
[1:02:20] Sunday so we should just keep him in our

21st of March and uh we actually had um
[1:02:36] a young lady Dennis do you remember her
first
[1:02:40] name oh did she um who came to the
meeting and said that she was a uh
[1:02:46] realtor in the creedmore area and she
wanted to be more involved with her
[1:02:50] family and and get to know what was
going on a little bit more so she
[1:02:54] actually joined the cprc she gave
uh she sold out her application with
[1:02:58] Dennis after um our meeting so that was
really nice she was a nice young lady so
[1:03:02] we're looking forward to having her on
the
[1:03:05] team um I did mention to uh Dennis that
I would like to consult with the board
[1:03:14] and and kind of bring up some new um I
don't know if you want to call them
[1:03:19] activities or events at the end of the
day uh Monday through
[1:03:26] Thursday uh well actually Thursdays 600
to9 is pickle ball which is fine but
[1:03:32] Monday through Wednesday um from 6:00
till 9: at night we either have
[1:03:39] basketball from 600 or from 3:00 to 6:00
or from 6:00 to 9 there's private
[1:03:43] rentals so for the
members of our community center there is
[1:03:48] nothing for us to do in the gym Monday
through
[1:03:52] Wednesday so you either have to walk or
around the track which is
[1:03:57] great or you have to use the gym
equipment or there's a fitness class but
[1:04:03] as for using the gym
itself it's either already
[1:04:09] rented or there's basketball for 3 hours
from 3:00 to 6:00 in the
[1:04:14] afternoon so I told Dennis that I would
like to consult with us to see if maybe
[1:04:21] we could suggest that there is some more
activities for people that have
[1:04:25] memberships that that work during the
day that can't do these other things
[1:04:30] that are offered during the day which
are all great the tots and and open gym
[1:04:35] and and things like that but I would
just like to see some more activities
[1:04:40] for members in the evening well and I
understand your issues but to also
[1:04:45] remember that these rentals help pay for
a lot of that stuff that membership
[1:04:51] doesn't quite cover so we don't it's
kind of hesitant to suggest we eliminate
[1:04:57] a rental in order
for other for membership activities when
[1:05:03] there are other terms for that now
there's but not everybody can go in
[1:05:08] during the day though right and I think
it you know I pickle ball on Thursday
[1:05:13] nights from 6:00 to 9:00 is awesome and
I think it's being well taken um
[1:05:17] advantage of I think Dennis can uh agree
with me for with that
[1:05:22] um but you know like it'd be nice to
have like maybe an adult volleyball um
[1:05:28] open gym or you know maybe some
dodgeball or something you know extra
[1:05:35] for the people that can't make the dur
you know the things during the day that
[1:05:42] also pay memberships that I think should
have some type
[1:05:45] of say in maybe what goes on so that's
just my thoughts than what what do you

want to do anything with the basketball

it's one of the reasons I pushed for the

Mayhem where badges vers versus the
[1:06:26] Vikings it was an excellent excellent
time our the uh from what I understand

forfeited because they were afraid they

creedmore police
[1:06:41] department that's just my opinion that's
not EXA they did forfeit but I don't
[1:06:47] know why I'd have paid extra money to
see the sheriff out there playing
[1:06:51] basketball but our chief and our Police
Department held their own they did a
[1:06:56] great job um the students won in the in
the long run the students won but I'm
[1:07:03] going to tell you something they fought
really hard towards the end to try to
[1:07:07] win that game and I'm very proud of you
guys and you raised $1,000 for um
[1:07:13] juvenile diabetes yes yeah it was very
good very well attended I think um I am
[1:07:20] attending the Community Police Academy
which I'm in my fifth week of that and
[1:07:25] it is very
interesting um Jessica laws has
[1:07:30] organized it extremely well students
from South Grenville High School are
[1:07:35] attending they want to be police
officers and the information that we've
[1:07:39] learned is I was amazed at our last at
our last class seeing some of the toys
[1:07:45] that our detectives have um I attended
the Main Street conference with
[1:07:50] commissioner alright and the mayor in
Goldsboro and we had a great time there
[1:07:56] met some good
vendors I attended the CPR class at the
[1:08:00] community center so now I have got my
CPR thumbs up I went to visit Wilma the
[1:08:07] new store on Main Street Garden Center
uh Debbie Rogers happened to be there it
[1:08:12] was a Saturday and it's a very nice shop
if you want to pick up some plants or a
[1:08:18] gift for somebody last minute we don't
have too many gift shops on Main Street
[1:08:23] but it's an option and she's off
offering some pretty good classes from
[1:08:27] what I see on Facebook um Sunnyside on
Main I have become a regular at that
[1:08:33] place and the food is superb if you
haven't tried it yet you need to go give
[1:08:38] it a try cuz they're doing very well and
I love the Roosters on Main
[1:08:43] Street yeah they do stand out thank you
ma'am uh let's see I have attended the
[1:08:50] Campo meeting also the Main Street
