Quick update on the pickleball
[1:16] installation and tennis court. The
fencing work was completed, well, except
[1:20] for the small part where they need to
add in a new piece, and that will be
[1:24] billed and completed separately.
The final court painting was completed
[1:28] within this week, and will be paid as
soon as an invoice is sent. The lines
[1:32] are the only remaining work to be done,
and Jerry is trying to get that
[1:36] scheduled.
But has not been able to get that
[1:39] contractor to contact him back. So,
hopefully
[1:43] we can get that done, and then we'll be
ready to go.
