[0:00] and down - and there's another option you can just go across the road from [0:09] where his this hydrant is go across the road not along and I kept anglers field [0:18] there and that would help to other water users Duke has a shared yet dangles [0:26] culinary and staff rooms have a shared so there's three lines on that side of [0:35] the screen and really none on my side of the street you're gonna fight through [0:42] that if I just talked to redeploy your community Robert I was talking to him [0:53] about his water tastes better you know it's cheaper and so woody pieces yes [1:01] made his mind up not sure he wants the water so why not put that line [1:08] you're not the place you want to dig through there's a gas line and that's a [1:13] number Eastwood there's an electrical line and that's a me and the Eastman [1:21] Eastman like an art property we own over to the other side of the road we have 20 [1:29] feet of that 22 feet of that road is our property so there is nothing on the [1:38] other side my proposal is go across the road from where it is right now take [1:53] care of the stefanos and Dukes they may already have their life vitamins and Kip [1:59] has - so we got three hydrants there thank you look at the subdivision [2:10] it shows the abilities on the other side for us we do have [2:17] so we looked at the easement when we designed it and generally I like to keep [2:21] a lot of lying on one side of the road keep the utility corners the same [2:25] throughout because when we start crossing with blinds it gets complicated [2:28] and messy very quickly and so when we looked at that work but the plan is to [2:32] put the floor like right off the edge asphalt which if the utilities that they [2:37] sent me are correct which is why we're out of mistakes I can confirm there [2:41] should be a corridor there that is not as far off of the asphalt the gas line [2:45] currently is but it would keep it on that same road but there must present [2:50] there that time and there and it appears from looking at the right away so we [2:54] would be well within my right away so I agree with the 22 feet but it's you know [2:59] that those 50 feet back gives us 22 you know seven or eight feet there and we're [3:04] talking about being right off the edge as well there's only a couple they would [3:08] have to close one way obviously they do work that guess line this is a little [3:16] that might change things and that's why we had a bar but the plans they sent me [3:20] show it in a different location short way back at the very head to the right [3:23] away about the you know the asphalt and if that's correct that's like I'd be [3:26] lying right next to you at home why we blues date is because a lot of times [3:30] that's not right dude also don't you have to allow a certain distance between [3:38] the gas line no no the only criteria there certainly [3:47] a each city has a standard for help for buildable distance the only state code [3:53] I'm aware of is the water and sewer can't be in the same trench there's [3:57] plumbing codes regarding electrical power but I'm not aware of anything [4:00] regarding water and power or water and gas obviously didn't like to be far [4:06] enough apart that when you're gonna have a water line we don't hit the gas and [4:08] vice versa so so you have a 30-foot easement on that side of the road 22 [4:15] feet of it already is part of the road right and then the other eight feet you [4:22] have two lines running in there already and it just makes more sense quarter [4:44] preservation so when we get water lines are going back across the road the notes [4:48] are really hard to get anything in in the future and that was why I remember [4:51] on when we did the big water line project we had a gas line that did that [4:54] on a crossroad went down about 300 feet will back across the road and out there [4:57] are people about and we made them fix it that's was right in front of my house [5:04] and it certainly happened after they gasoline but when we do that it makes it [5:07] really hard to figure out to get future utilities in and so yeah we're shooting [5:12] there something you can very easily shoot yourself in the foot there's [5:15] certainly place to where it's done and if the gas line is right off the asphalt [5:18] you don't have any more easement there's certainly reasons why we may have to do [5:22] that looking if the utilities the way they were drawn on the map it looked [5:27] like there was plenty of room to keep it down on that side of the asphalt and I [5:30] think that makes more sense from a porter preservation same point as far as [5:35] the people that are interested today what we have on the plans is every lot [5:38] we plan on setting a camp whether they were active or not because [5:42] when you're there you know put a call of perceivable locations some would be [5:46] usually hits with these right away potentially mess maybe right away others [5:51] might not be used for years we did the same thing I'm right you know if we were [5:54] in the water like that once I on the road we dive across where we had to put [5:57] cams and connections to every lot those Lots haven't paid for those connections [6:02] yet but we did it all once was a lot more contractors and so we would propose [6:07] to do the same thing here but regardless of what side were left on we would cut [6:11] across and run services to all of the available locks so that when the current [6:16] or future owners wanted access we have the infrastructure in place [6:24] and so without having seen the gas line I don't know if I have I don't have a [6:28] recommendation on whether or not we need to move it to the other side of the room [6:31] the gas line is where you're saying it is the nice would agree that the plan I [6:36] have with with the water line right underneath the gas line and that's not [6:39] going to work [6:44] not impossible but they've got a lot more expensive but we won't know until [6:47] the that Delta field just gets sparkling water if you are how do you handle that [6:57] with the contract they were a change order and so the change order would be [7:04] in the fittings and then the asphalt and so we have a square foot price on the [7:08] asphalt so that one would be probably easy to figure and the fittings have [7:12] have a cost on the market so the asphalt stated saying you have to cross through [7:18] of a anyway whoever gives so if you cross the road just up the road a little [7:24] bit it won't because we're putting services then they asked what makes it [7:28] the same so we may be talking about a couple fittings but but regardless that [7:31] we have a cost for asphalt and who would negotiated cuts for fittings and then we [7:35] have I thought we had pretty much [7:47] or a certain amount yeah yeah I don't have any money [8:03] yeah the water line is more expensive so this probably isn't a good time to bring [8:26] up your daughter on the coping 37 watt go your way okay another question about [8:42] the right way is if it ends up not being right on the edge of the ice ball is it [8:46] gonna it moves over or we're gonna end up incurring costs and fencing and [8:51] landscaping and driveways and all that stuff as we go down that side of the [8:55] street potentially I need billing at the Bliss dates so I already find that [9:02] crossing the driveway so what do you rested that way at the asphalt light be [9:06] back probably doesn't change things very much the landscaping at least the very [9:11] first part was already part of it so whether you dig up just by feet of [9:14] that's my feet I think that's the same it would become the fencing which [9:18] there's some fencing that's already well within the right way and that becomes a [9:22] question of what do we do with that do we know are we allowing new fences to be [9:26] built in the right way and we have to take down to be put back to be put back [9:30] in the right way or we go back on the right [9:32] we're supposed to be those are all good questions that would need to be answers [9:36] before we proceed so they have I think a lot of I don't think we're supposed to [9:40] do Stanley I don't think we're as close to going if people think we are just [9:43] because there's paint on the ground the paint on the ground was a attempt to [9:47] determine whether or not what you told me company Sunday was correct and it [9:52] sounds like it wasn't by Mary skirt-like receipt I could see your ex's point on [10:00] the other side of the road and it's just open field you're going to keeping it [10:07] clean and all right now it's easy to say oh these are here it's easier there when [10:17] we did the design last time we worked really hard I'm picking one side of the [10:21] road or the other and stick with it even through the areas that got tight because [10:25] if you maybe happen to crossing you've just made it almost impossible but [10:28] anything else anywhere in that corridor in the future yeah and I know we have no [10:33] plans for anything new and tell me do so we have to work with them it's always [10:43] about and I don't know that the other side of the road isn't a better option [10:47] what I have on my utility maps what I have worked and made the most sense when [10:54] utilities get map differently [10:58] they ride really good I've been out of a few of these after we get contractors [11:03] turning in a change order first thing out of writing about this well here's a [11:07] contract what change okay who approve that change so he really watches out for [11:12] the town okay so we still have get them with me what do you want to do on this [11:33] application cycle ends before discussing the site right you made a motion I saw [11:52] three hits so so much because I'm asking you what what if we want to do how do [11:59] you want to proceed you have you have done that prior and so [12:04] the site plan the sight line is the issue of is the setback so clarity [12:11] that's I think one of the easiest things to do but whatever you guys want to do [12:17] is this one's up to you guys so at this point we'll entertain a motion and [12:22] discuss it discuss [12:27] Hey break it again J okay I move that we continue this until next time okay [12:37] a second type of ocean I have a second discuss it on the motion no discussions [12:46] okay call for the vote all in favor any opposed [12:51] any motion carries five to one [12:58] yeah he's good okay that this will continue to our next find information [13:06] meeting [13:09] [Music] [13:13] that takes us to item number six approval of the April minutes I have one [13:21] question throughout the meeting you have 20 tricks meetings were in [13:26] active service I'm sorry what we did is that I work for you the we met with Ron [13:41] from Twin Creeks who's looking at getting we talked earlier about the [13:45] building better system and whether the town would incorporate that system in [13:49] water line to service Stonehaven and that would be one of our transmission [13:53] area lines and be able to service those people that are at capacity right now [13:58] but in bumps we talked to probably a year ago two years ago they have applied [14:05] for a grant they've got the engineering done and in fact the bid is in the back [14:09] of the way for a 12 inch water line to go down Mill Road and then up the [14:13] highway all the way to a little sweet rope tie that system in 12 inch water [14:18] line so there's apply for the grant Twinkies and so they secured to grant [14:23] and it's in the design phase that's actually activating it so that [15:26] they damn taking care of their shortfall [15:32] so coming on with Billy feathers their and expands really feathers to on down [15:37] build room and where they big night no it's going down the road and then up [15:41] the highway the highway border all the way to little sweet road and we'll [15:45] connect their service the building the other Susan right because it was a [15:53] capacity remember we had one of the residents that got the last dodo [16:01] so then line running up the highway will tie in with the existing really brothers [16:06] to feed that system for at home and then there's the and seward into [16:12] that what's the sewer out of that well we met with them and we talked about the [16:17] sewer and that line across Mill Road is all in the Twin Creeks area so it's [16:23] service by sewer because it's in between Creek area and so that the way that [16:29] works is the application comes to the town and their town doesn't it [16:34] negotiation with typically to hook into that sewer line which is also across the [16:40] highway no I already goes up to the trailer park so that in negotiations or [16:45] is it just in quality no it's done it's we're in that area so so that's gonna [16:51] take care of something as part of the discussion with something you know [17:03] someday will that work right so we didn't even know was an option so we met [17:07] with them and discuss what they was offering one thing that's a special [17:11] service district that's the only portion only the course one that comes in yes [17:17] and the sewer is up to the trailer park now it is yes servicing that trailer [17:22] park on it but it doesn't go past the trailer [17:31] the highway and I believe that 12h a lovely service it will be out of date no [17:38] ma'am it's a 12 inch sewer line water okay what's what's nice is the sooner I [17:44] don't know about the independence back shows commercial and residential one [17:57] bunch of roads off the highway and a lot bigger than what we're discussing here [18:03] tonight oh yeah 600 Eagles that's gonna be it's huge so this uh is this [18:11] twittering seward crossing in the devil's city limits open the door for [18:18] other municipalities to teens who are into them [18:24] no it does exactly the opposite can't rain sewer from another municipality [18:27] into special service didn't true it's a town and Daniel had its own sewer it's [18:32] already serviced by this district and so when you go to that's all protected in [18:37] that they went got to Grant's that's why do you have that it's all protected as [18:41] their their area so if you proton that then you have to go through the courts [18:47] if you're cooking on that area the potential you can't work it out you'll [18:51] end up in court and so that's that's why the process is they apply to the town [18:56] and there's a town negotiations between creeps typically what that means is [19:01] doing pretty charges this bunch of town tax on their administration fees and [19:05] charges the customer that's how it works just curious X protects opening the door [19:13] to more lurid or Roth availabilities because there is a sewer service sewer [19:19] service yeah that's a great concern close to our borders right and that date [19:23] right back to what I said about the Health Department don't hang your zoning [19:26] on the septic requirement because things change they have Microsystems now I mean [19:32] everything changes there's only should be based on on the things of where ours [19:36] is based on the values general plan all the things that we talk about because [19:42] that's what happened in the county they went are a 5 because it one one seven [19:45] four five but it doesn't call up that's going to be an experience yeah baby [19:52] Bluebird here is to go bug about it in in town the town does have if you look [19:57] on the zoning map up above there above the red barn we have are a one on that [20:02] side to highway cool to be able to develop that they're going to have to [20:06] run that super wide so and there's some interest looking at stuff that way right [20:11] now so as bad Miami does more and more valuable it becomes pieces [20:20] thank you it's a busy little patient yeah okay so approval of minutes April [20:30] 18 everybody had a chance to review those any Corrections or additions there [20:44] is one Tricia Tricia Xavier her name is Tricia [20:50] Diamond Schneider is [20:56] andr I don't think she signed in that's okay okay so does your motion to stand [21:11] with that correction yes okay looking for a second holster motion in a second [21:19] any discussion seeing none for the favor [21:29] okay I don't remember seven motion to hear a [21:34] motion to adjourn okay got motions our second on favor we [21:41] stand adjourned until our next meeting okay before 9:30
