Sincerely yours, Nancy Preski, Delta [0:16] County Clerk. Please rise for a word of prayer. [0:20] Lord, as we begin this meeting, we thank you for our many blessings. We ask for [0:25] your guidance to help our commissioners make decisions in the best interest of [0:28] the citizens they serve. And Lord, we pray for the safety of our military men [0:32] and women and our first responders. Amen. I pledge allegiance to the flag of [0:39] the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation [0:45] under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. [0:52] » Mr. Melner >> here. [0:54] » Commissioner Johnson >> here. [0:55] » Commissioner Williams >> here. [0:56] » Commissioner Vanenhovven >> here. [0:58] » And Commissioner Jensen >> here. [1:00] » Okay. Welcome everyone. Uh let's see here. [sighs] [1:07] Get down to number five. Approval of the minutes the previous meeting county [1:13] board minutes on 818 26. [1:17] » I would uh move to approve as for as presented. support. [1:23] » Okay. All in favor? >> I. [1:25] » Anybody? Anybody opposed? Motion passed. >> Number six, uh, approval of the agenda. [1:33] » I would move to approve with an addition. I would like to add number 13, [1:37] appointment to Brownfield Authority. [1:46] » Move to approve as amended. >> Or I'm sorry, you already did, right? [1:50] Support. support. Yep. >> Okay. [1:54] All in favor? >> I [1:56] » I >> anybody opposed? Motion passed. Number [2:01] seven, presentation of written communications received and forwarded. I [2:07] would move that we place the communications received and forwarded on [2:11] file along with the reports from the Can we do those same time? [2:17] » No, we'll do those in the next one. Sorry. for just communications received [2:20] and forwarded >> support. [2:23] » Okay. All in favor? >> I. [2:27] » Anybody opposed? Motion pass. >> Number eight, reports of standing [2:33] statutory and special committees and others. I would move that we place the [2:38] opioid task force minutes from 1226 26 26 36 26 43 26 51 of 26 65 of 26 1120 of [2:53] 252 [2:56] of 26 3 26 of 26 4 23 of 26 5 28 of 26 and the health and Human Service Board [3:07] minutes from 62526 and the airport advisory board minutes [3:11] of 71326 on file. Support. Okay. All in favor? [3:18] » I. >> Anybody oppose? Motion passed. [3:23] Number nine. Public comment on agenda items. [3:29] Public comment on agenda items. >> Is there anything on the phone? [3:34] » No. Seeing none hearing none, we will move on to number 10, committee reports, [3:41] administration, administrators report. >> Thank you. Uh the federal office of [3:46] management and budget has proposed a governmentwide rewrite of the [3:49] regulations governing federal financial assistance of under two CFR part 200. [3:56] Nicole recently submitted comments on the proposal, raising concerns about [4:00] increased administrative requirements, uncertainty surrounding federal funding [4:04] commitments, and potential financial exposure for counties. Uh, these changes [4:10] could create significant uncertainty for counties that enter into contracts, [4:14] limit local resources for or advance funds based on a federal award. MAC is [4:20] urging county commissioners to contact your house member uh to write support to [4:23] the Senate uh including the provisions delaying the OM's uniform guidance rule [4:29] until December 11th. A group went out to Pine Pioneer Trail Park to examine the [4:35] proposed path for the non-motorized connection between Eskanaba uh Wells [4:39] Township in Gladstone. It was determined to be a feasible plan by the engineers [4:44] that were there and uh in attendance for the walkthrough. At this point, the [4:48] county has funds through the Hannibville 2% grant to be able to start on [4:52] preliminary surveying of the area uh to see if there's any necessary easements [4:57] that are going to have to be discussed um and put in place. So, there will be [5:02] more to come with that in the future. Um, I would like to formally thank Brad [5:06] Nelson and Joe Burby who uh were helpful and instrumental um after the OB Fuller [5:13] Park tornado uh for their quick response and huge help that they lent the [5:18] maintenance crew that night um right after it had come through. They jumped [5:22] into action as an emergency response to help open up the roads, get the campers [5:26] who were trapped in the park uh to be able to um exit the park if necessary. [5:31] So without their assistance, I know in talking to our maintenance department, [5:35] it would have taken a lot longer time in order to get those roads opened up. So [5:39] we really appreciate uh their assistance in that and their volunteerism. [5:44] Um as the fair was underway last month, the fair authority held a ribbon cutting [5:48] ceremony for the new bath house that was finished as part of the DNR trust fund [5:52] grant that was administered by the county. That grant was originally put in [5:56] place in 2019. Um so officially the bath house is done. It's finished. It's [6:02] operational. Um, so thank you to Dan Black with Dynamic Design and Matt [6:06] Balakut with the chamber for helping to see this grant through and finish off [6:10] the project. We will just have one final reimbursement that I will help [6:14] administer through the grant and then we can officially close that grant out um [6:18] with the trust fund. So I'm happy to announce that. Thank you. [6:22] » Perfect. >> Okay. Thank you. [6:23] » Can I get a motion to put the administrator's report on file? [6:27] » So moved. >> Support. Any questions? All in favor? [6:32] » I. >> Anybody opposed? Motion pass. [6:37] Number two, finance minutes of 8 20. >> So, Commissioner Williams and I met [6:44] along with our administrator and controller. Um we will be discussing [6:49] both of those items as it was uh the motion was set and carried to bring both [6:56] the RFPs forward which are items five and six in our agenda. [7:03] Can I get a motion to put the finance minutes on file? [7:09] » So move support. >> All in favor? [7:13] » I. >> Anybody opposed? Motion passed. Number [7:16] three, departmental updates. Any departmental updates? [7:22] Any departmental updates? Seeing none, we will move on to unfinished business. [7:30] Number one is the airport resolution and bylaws. [9:06] just a lot to to look at here. [9:12] There's two options. Is there is do we know if there's one option over the [9:17] other? That's um [9:21] Yeah. Yeah. Is that okay if we if we haven't come up? [9:24] » I'd like to make a motion that we put aside Robert's rules of order u for the [9:28] discussion and uh hopefully completion of um the uh bylaws and the um [9:38] » resolution >> resolution. [laughter] [9:41] Thank you. I also just wanted to say it's like halfway through that packet of [9:45] information on that there's is agenda item request form that kind of [9:49] summarizes and then there are three different options following that that [9:54] were presented from the airport advisory board. [9:56] » Okay, [10:00] got a motion. We had a second. >> Mhm. [10:05] » All in favor? >> I [10:08] » welcome. [laughter] >> Thank you. I I was just sitting back [10:11] there. I wanted you guys to kind of read through it and digest it before I come [10:14] up here and start talking. Um, so to answer your question, Commissioner [10:18] Williams, we really don't have a preference. We kind of brainstormed and [10:23] laid out options for the quandry were in now where through a combination of [10:28] districtricting and a move, we now have two members on the advisory board, both [10:33] from your district, and we as of today with one open seat have two [10:36] unrepresented districts. So the advisory board along with Ashley and Gina, we [10:43] came up with three options. The the first option [10:49] basically leaves the board how it is with the one caveat is [10:55] making the five appointed members at large with the goal of filling [11:01] economic development, frequent travelers, general aviation, commercial [11:05] aviation, the travel industry, which today we have three of those five [11:10] covered. In the past, we had all five covered, but in all reality, I don't [11:14] know that we ever will be able to fill all five simultaneously. [11:19] Um, option two [11:26] adds two seats to the board. So, it would be two commissioner members, [11:34] one from each district, and then two at large to fill in skill gaps. [11:41] Option three removes one commissioner seat and adds [11:48] in an atlarge. You know, and the reason why we threw that in there is there are [11:52] other advisories or andor authorities in the county that only have one [11:56] commissioner on them. >> Mhm. [11:58] » Um I don't have Steve's research with me prior to our last advisory meeting. For [12:04] those of you that know Steve, do you know he's a pencil and paper kind of [12:07] guy? So he had a whole bunch of notes written down. And one of the things he [12:12] found is that a lot of the small community airports such as our own that [12:18] created advisory boards at the same time Delta County created the advisory board [12:23] that did one from every district, which is the law for the authority because the [12:31] authority is spending money. But in the KC advisory, we're not we're not [12:36] spending money and the state law that dictates [12:41] creation of the advisory states that the advisory fill skill sets that you need. [12:47] You know, so for example, some of our larger airports have 10 15 advisory [12:52] boards and they all focus on their one little part of the airport. Obviously, [12:55] we don't justify that. So, we have one advisory board that focuses on the [12:59] entire airport. But a lot of those airports, Pelston, [13:05] um, Tra, believe it or not, Traverse City created an advisory board at one [13:09] point in time. A lot of those smaller airports have went from the we're going [13:14] to have someone in every district because you take a county like ours, we [13:18] have a couple districts that are pretty small geographically, and we have one [13:22] district that's like two-thirds of the county because they're split up by [13:26] » population. >> Population. So, you know, some of these [13:30] areas it's hard to find people that want to serve. So, you know, the idea was is [13:35] that we find people that fill the, you know, [13:39] fill fill the knowledge gaps we have, you know, that gives us the point of [13:43] view that we're looking for, you know, and obviously we don't want to [13:47] pack the board with people from the city of Eskanaba because they're all willing [13:51] to serve because it's a 15-minute walk from their house to the airport. But, [13:57] you know, we do need to have the flexibility to make sure we keep people [14:01] with the skill sets we have in place, you know. So, we're we're throwing these [14:06] out here as three options for you guys to pick one. And then, you know, we had [14:11] our joint meeting last month and went over bylaws and we decided we're going [14:16] to put a pin in the bylaws until, you know, because really you have four [14:19] options. you have these three [clears throat] before you or your other [14:23] option is no action which will lead to someone leaving the board. Um, [14:29] you know, so it's kind of your choice. We really don't have a preference. I [14:32] know some of you have preferences one way or the other, but that's for you to [14:37] decide. H um I I like option two myself because I like the fact that there still [14:44] would be a representative potentially from one of the districts, but it leaves [14:49] open these two at large members that can be a skill set they're looking for. Um [14:56] so it kind of leaves in place what we have but adds two members. And if we [15:00] want, if our goal is to, you know, develop our airport, grow our airport, [15:06] really see our airport, move in a in a new direction, I think having additional [15:11] people around the table might be a good thing. Um, so I like option two myself. [15:17] » Same. >> So the the one tidbit [15:21] that I want to throw out there is if we do option two, it makes it a nine person [15:24] board. It moves the quorum threshold from four to five. [15:27] » Mhm. which in the last couple years has not been a problem, but in the past I [15:34] have had problem meeting a fourperson quorum. So if we if we get them filled, [15:39] great. I don't see an issue. My concern is if we say, "Okay, we're going to go [15:42] nine and then we wait six months to fill the three open the now three open seats [15:48] because people don't come forward." >> I think we have several I think we have [15:51] several applications that have come forward in the last couple of months. [15:54] We've had several >> and we have commissioners that are very [15:57] dedicated. >> Yeah. [16:00] » I'm going to bite my tongue. [laughter] [16:04] [snorts] >> Yeah. Yeah. If you if you have a list of [16:07] people want to serve, I that issue goes away. [16:10] » Yeah. Yeah. >> But I know in the past we've had [16:12] trouble, you know, we've had seats sit open because we have a hard time getting [16:15] someone to come forward. >> I would like us to consider um going [16:19] down to one commissioner. I don't feel it necessary to have two commissioners [16:25] on our boards. Um, you know, we have one commissioner on [16:31] the planning commission. We have one commissioner for plenty of our other [16:37] boards. Correct. VS. >> Well, some are statute. It's two [16:40] commissioners. And I don't know. >> Is this by statute? [16:42] » Yeah. I don't I don't know off the top of my head. Do you know if I think it [16:45] was in statute? >> Um, I can look it up real quick, but I [16:49] don't mind. thought it actually was. >> But like parks and wreck is too because [16:53] it's statute. I think >> I'll have to say advisory if it's an [16:58] authority there maybe, but I'm not sure if with the advis if it's an advisory. [17:01] » Yeah, I don't think the aeronautical law stipulates any. [17:04] » Okay. >> Okay. [17:05] » I won't look it up then. [17:10] Again, I would just go back to, you know, developing our um airport and and [17:17] really wanting to focus energy on the airport. I actually like the fact that [17:21] there's two commissioners on it. Okay. But, you know, that's that's my opinion [17:25] as of right now. I just I feel like we're really moving in the right [17:28] direction with the airport right now. And I I like I like the representation [17:33] » on the board. I like the fact that we would be adding additional people to to [17:37] really help um just move it, you know. move the needle there. So, [17:41] » okay, great. >> I wouldn't say that. I was also kind of [17:46] leaning towards three just because of the try to thin it down, try to be [17:50] budget-minded. But, um, Commissioner Williams, I do see your point as far as [17:54] like, hey, if we have the people that are willing in the spots, like that's [17:57] awesome. >> Yeah. [17:59] » Especially Oh, I'm sorry. Oh, I was going to say [18:02] » neither Michigan law or federal law require two commissioners. [18:06] » Okay. Thank you. I was going to say the especially since we're how we've already [18:10] looked at wanting to be able to expand and develop um as we move forward that [18:16] also brings in those additional resources knowledge base wise to help [18:22] help facilitate that. [18:28] » Well, I would make a motion that we adopt option two to uh edit. [18:34] Oh, we have to [laughter] >> do we have to have a motion to come out [18:38] of >> Yeah. Could Could I make that motion to [18:41] come back into Robert's rules of order? >> Support. [18:44] » All in favor? >> I. [18:46] » And then I would make the motion to adopt option two, which would edit our [18:52] um resolution that created the airport advisory board [18:58] to, and I'm just going to grab the language real quick so I get it right. [19:11] uh that would consist of nine. The airport advisory board would consist of [19:16] nine members, two of whom shall be members of the county board of [19:19] commissioners, two of whom shall reside in Delta County and fill one of the [19:23] skill sets in the above forementioned resolution and five other [19:27] non-commissioners who are citizens and current residents of Delta County. And [19:31] then the five members are one from each district. [19:34] » So basically it would be option two as presented. [19:40] » Nope. >> Any more discussion? [19:45] Roll call, please. [19:50] » Commissioner Johnson? >> Yes. [19:52] » Commissioner Williams? >> Yes. [19:53] » Commissioner Vancen Hovind? >> Yes. [19:54] » Commissioner Jensen? >> Yes. [19:56] » And Commissioner Milner? >> Yes. Okay. [20:00] » Thank you. We are going with option. >> Thank you for your work, Brian. [20:12] » Oh, let's see here. [20:21] Down to number two. Or is there another motion on that? [20:26] » No. >> Bylaws. [20:27] » No, that was it. >> That was it. [20:28] » Okay. Now they'll come back now that we have that part and now we'll uh work on [20:33] the resolution and the bylaws getting them all squared away. [20:36] » Number two, appointment to uh airport advisory board. One opening [20:43] now there's >> now there's two opening. Three [20:46] » three. >> So which districts do we have open right [20:49] now >> on the airport advisor? [20:53] » Yeah. So we have the two at large members. Correct. And then [20:58] » Okay. Thank you, Brian, cuz it's just been so [21:01] » so scrambled. >> The current people we have on the board [21:03] now are myself and Will K who are in Christine's district. [21:08] » Dee is in your district and Steve is in Pat's. [21:11] » Okay. >> So, that leaves John and Matt's [21:13] districts open. >> Don John and Matt's and which numbers [21:16] are you? >> One and five. [21:17] » One and five. And we have we have an applicant from district five [21:22] and we have um an applicant from district three. And the applicant from [21:27] district three, >> we have two applicants from district [21:30] three. >> Oh, I'm sorry. There are Yes. [21:33] » But we already have one of the members who is going to be considered the [21:38] atlarge member for district 3. So we have a district one, a district five, [21:44] and a district three opening. Mhm. >> And we have an applicant from district [21:48] five. >> So we have two from district three and [21:50] one from district five. Y So two appointments could technically be made [21:54] tonight. Correct. >> Mhm. [21:56] » Okay. [22:03] I'm going to make a motion that we appoint um William Taylor to the airport [22:09] advisory board. >> Support. [22:14] » Any discussion? All in favor? [22:17] » I. >> Anybody opposed? Motion pass. I'm [22:21] » going to make a motion that we appoint David Deno to the airport advisory [22:27] board. >> Support. [22:30] Any discussion? >> All in favor? [22:33] » I. >> Anybody oppose? Motion pass. [22:37] » So that would leave one remaining for district one. [22:41] » Yep. >> And that would be your district, John. [22:43] Okay. Thank you. Okay, [22:49] we'll move on to the RFP dispatch center uh relocation and re uh ventilation [22:59] award. [23:09] Make a motion that we award to Matrix Consulting Engineers [23:16] I'll support. Any discussion? [23:22] Hearing no discussion. >> Uh, [23:26] real call on that one. [23:30] » Commissioner Williams, >> yes. [23:32] » Commissioner Vanenhovven, >> yes. [23:34] » Commissioner Jensen, >> yes. [23:35] » Commissioner Johnson, >> yes. [23:37] » And Commissioner Milner, >> yes. Okay. [23:42] Should pass. We will move on to new business. Payment on the bills. [23:48] » I've examined all claims presented and recommend payment of the following and [23:52] that the county clerk be directed to issue orders on the county treasur to [23:55] the claimants for the amounts allowed. We have a grand total of bills of [23:59] $1,540,73544. [24:04] » I would move that we pay your bills. Support. [24:07] » Okay. Uh roll call. Commissioner uh [24:12] Vanenhovven. >> Yes. [24:13] » Commissioner Jensen. >> Yes. [24:15] » Commissioner Melner. >> Yes. [24:16] » Commissioner Johnson. Yes. >> And Commissioner Williams. [24:19] » Yes. >> Bills are paid. Number two, payment of [24:23] bills. Uh correction. >> This was just because on the um bills [24:29] cover sheet, the number was transposed. All your actual bills in your packet, [24:34] everything is as presented that you voted on, but we just need the [24:38] correction for the total amount of claims. [24:41] Move to correct >> support. All in favor? [24:45] » I. >> Anybody opposed? Motion passed. [24:51] Number three, 2026 winter tax rate L429. [24:58] » Thank you. >> Do we have to we do it? [25:01] » And Charice is not here, is she? >> Chalissa is not here. No, I don't think [25:07] there's anything we can do about this. This is kind of like we just [laughter] [25:10] accept this and move on. Yeah. >> Um, yeah. So, I would uh move to set the [25:16] 2026 winter tax rate at 3.6860. >> Support. [25:25] » All in favor? >> I. [25:28] » Anybody opposed? Motion passed. [25:32] Number four, M dot consist to greed. [25:44] And this is for uh >> yeah, this I and um I would just move to [25:51] approve. It's a pro it's $600 to cover from start to end of project that they [25:57] can grade that corner by the um the Chamber of Commerce. It's it's basically [26:02] just allowing them to grade that and it starts the beginning of the project, it [26:06] ends at the end of the project and they're just paying us for that. So, I [26:09] would move to approve. >> I'll support. [26:11] » All in favor? >> I. [26:13] » Anybody oppose? Motion passed. Number five, RFP audit. [26:23] » So, this was forwarded from the finance committee. It was our recommendation [26:27] that we put an RFP out for auditing auditing services um for the fiscal [26:36] years 26 through 28 um the attached RFPs with it. Uh the biggest rational is that [26:43] it's it's one of those that it's recommended periodically just to change [26:47] up your auditor so that you have different sets of eyes looking at it. [26:52] Okay. I'll move to put out the RFP as recommended by the finance committee. [26:58] » Support. Okay. Any discussion? >> Just one question. Um, do I understand [27:03] that in this RFP we have a little bit more dates, so we have a little more [27:07] teeth as far as like you get this done at a certain time. [27:10] » Yeah. >> Perfect. [27:13] » Any more discussion? All in favor? >> I. [27:18] » Anybody oppose? Motion passed. Number six, RFP investigator invest [27:26] » investor. Sorry. Let me pull that bone back here. [27:32] Sorry, grabbed the wrong one. Um, it was the recommendation the finance committee [27:37] has sent forward um to pursue an RFP for an investment firm. Um that's to assist [27:43] in taking over identifying [laughter] benefit uh accounts um from the former [27:49] employer which we previously asked our administrator to look into. This would [27:53] be part of that step or part of that process. [28:00] » You make a motion. >> Sure. I I'll move that we um accept the [28:05] RFP accept putting out an RFP for an [28:09] investment firm to assist in taking over the defined benefit accounts. [28:14] » Support. >> Okay. Any discussion? [28:18] » All in favor? >> I. [28:20] » Anybody opposed? Motion passed. Number seven, RFP opioid fund deadline [28:26] extension. [28:32] » This is a request that um I had put on the agenda uh so that we could extend [28:38] the date of accepting um RFP submitts due to uh an issue we had getting the [28:48] grant on or the grant application on the website. Uh I spoke with uh [28:53] administrator Dalvo and this will not interrupt any of our um processing any [29:00] of our um quarterly reportings anything like that. So um they will still come in [29:07] October. >> Okay. I would move that we uh approve [29:12] the request from the opioid task force to extend the deadline to September [29:18] 25th, 2026 with their review on October 2nd, 2026. [29:24] » Support. >> Okay. Any discussion? [29:27] All in favor? >> I. [29:30] » Anybody opposed? Motion pass. Number eight, [29:34] uh LOA courthouse food allowance. [29:42] I don't know if anybody has any questions on this, but I can speak to [29:45] it. >> Yeah, I didn't have any questions on it. [29:47] I'll move to approve. >> Yeah, [29:49] » support. Any discussion? All in favor? [29:55] » I. >> Anybody opposed? Motion pass. [29:59] Number nine, special assistant prosecutor attorney. [30:06] I see the prosecutors here. If we have any questions, we can [30:14] I thought this was a a great way to solve a problem trying to find someone [30:19] locally and being able to use the resources that we have to connect uh [30:23] remotely and and get the work done. So, I I thought this was a great solution to [30:28] a problem. So, [30:32] » I agree. [30:37] You need a motion to accept. >> I would make a motion to accept the [30:41] special assistant prosecuting attorney uh contract as presented. [30:45] » I'll support. >> Okay. Any discussion? [30:49] » All in favor? >> I. [30:51] » Anybody opposed? Motion passed. Number 10, out of county travel uh for the [30:58] UPACC fall conference which is October 15th [31:03] and 16th. [31:06] » Move to approve. >> Support. All in favor? [31:10] » I. >> I. [31:12] Anybody opposed? Motion pass. Number 11. Appointment to construction and zoning [31:18] board appeals. One appointment. I would move to approve Rowan Hinsman to [31:26] the um construction and zoning board of appeals. [31:30] » Support. >> All in favor? [31:34] » I >> I. [31:36] » Anybody opposed? Motion passed. Number 12. Veterans Affair Committee bylaws [31:43] amended. >> I would recommend that we table this [31:46] until the next meeting. Um the Veterans Affairs Board did meet last week. They [31:52] discussed this, but what [cough and clears throat] came about is [31:54] that we do have um a termination from the original adoption of the committee [32:02] and of the bylaws. But what the bylaws are lacking are actual term limits for [32:08] newly uh appointed or renewed um uh placement on the committee. So we need [32:14] to adjust that and we also need to define what a vacancy is because per the [32:19] statute for that committee uh they have very particular um requirements for how [32:24] we go out and advertise for that committee. So we need to include that as [32:28] well in the bylaws. Um that portion of it was not included for the Veterans [32:33] Affairs Committee to take a look at at their last meeting. I would just request [32:37] that we extend it until um our October meeting so that they have a chance to [32:42] look at that and give a recommendation to the board. [32:44] » That sounds good to me. >> Yeah. I would move to table the Veteran [32:48] Affairs Committee bylaws amendment until after their October meeting [32:54] » September. They meet the last Thursday in September. So your first meeting in [32:57] October, we will have a recommendation by that time. [33:00] » So then I'll have it for our Let me correct that motion then. I would move [33:05] that we defer the Veteran Affairs Committee bylaw amendment until our [33:09] first meeting in October. >> Support. Okay. All in favor? [33:14] » I. >> Anybody opposed? Motion passed. [33:17] » Do have things I'll send to you as well and then you can send to Perfect. Thank [33:21] you. >> Number 13, which was added uh Brownfield [33:27] uh appointment. >> Yes. And I would uh I would move to [33:32] appoint Rowan Hinsman to uh Brownfield Authority. [33:35] » Support. >> Favor. [33:39] » I. >> Anybody opposed? Motion passed. [33:44] Uh we go down to number 12. General public comment. Any general public [33:50] comment? [33:56] » Anything on that? >> Sorry. [34:00] No. Seeing none, we will move on to commissioners comments. Commissioner [34:06] Kelly. >> No, thank you. [34:08] » Commissioner Johnson, I'll take that lead, too. [34:12] » Commissioner Johnson, >> I want to thank everybody that came out, [34:15] supported the fair again this year. Um, once again, it was uh very successful [34:20] and a safe fair. So, thank you to everybody that came out and helped [34:24] support that. Commissioner Williams, >> I would like to thank uh the folks who [34:30] helped us in the fair booth. Um we had a lot of participation from our employees [34:36] uh and and friends and it was just uh really successful. It was a it was a [34:40] great [cough] um I had a lot of fun in the fair booth. [34:43] I had a lot of great questions. Uh there's a lot of information that I [34:47] think we can add for next year that we didn't have information that people had [34:52] asked for. So, I think that we uh can we can just continue to improve it. Uh but [34:56] I do want to thank the employees and uh either their friends and spouses who [35:02] helped um uh to to be in that booth during that fair. So, thank you very [35:07] much. >> Myself, I have nothing um except that [35:13] we're starting in the fall already. >> Okay. Meeting schedule regular board [35:20] meeting commissioner board meeting on 9:15 26 5:15 read here at the service [35:26] center and the regular board of commissioners meeting on 10626 [35:32] 5:15 read here at service center [cough] [35:37] [clears throat] uh 30-day notices appointment uh [35:40] » there's a lot >> pretty much the same uh opening on [35:44] department and human resources uh services. Uh, one state, one county, [35:50] building authority, brownfield, uh, redevelopment authority, [35:56] uh, DA data, airport advisory. The only thing we need [36:01] is >> one person from district one, [36:06] uh, construction zoning board of appeals. [36:09] » We we filled it. [36:11] » Yep, we got that one. >> So, that one's gone.
