[1:51] did attend, I think a few of us did, the
[1:53] CSDA conference um here last month. And
[1:57] so, I found it extremely informative. um
[1:59] Um, and one of the
[2:02] one of the sessions that I attended was
[2:06] the self-finance session on managing
[2:08] revenue volatility and building
[2:10] reserves. So, it was extremely relevant
[2:12] to, you know, a lot of the work we're
[2:14] doing in consideration of our new
[2:15] strategic plan moving forward. And then,
[2:18] I also did, um, attend the State of
[2:21] Reform conference September 3rd along
[2:23] with Director Delarim. And we got a lot
[2:26] of really great information from the
[2:28] ex-experts across the state informing us
[2:30] about HR 1, um, and a lot of the
[2:34] strategies that they'll be suggesting
[2:35] that, um,
[2:37] municipalities use to address this
[2:39] issue, which is going to be the biggest
[2:40] disenrollment that we have ever seen
[2:43] um, under HR 1, the Medicare diet. So,
[2:46] both of those we attended, and if
[2:47] anybody has any questions or
[2:49] information, we also did get slides. Uh,
[2:52] they provided them from the Local
[2:53] California Department of Finance.

[3:11] lot of those topics are ones that have
[3:13] been, uh, shared in the past, they're
[3:15] still extremely important. The Brown
[3:18] Act, the conflict of interest, the
[3:20] public record request, all of those,
[3:22] even though I've attended them in the
[3:24] past, I still of gained a lot of of real
[3:27] life experience on how uh, it's being
[3:30] used, changes that have,
[3:32] uh, occurred. So, it was very beneficial
[3:34] to be able to attend that. Um,
