[8:58] Good evening, council, mayor, community members. My name is Dr. Bequia Morone. I am the Chair of the [9:06] EG Bill Initiative, led by Dr. Phillips Charities, and I'm here this evening to give you an update [9:12] on what we have sent out to you. So, since the last presentation, we are steady as she goes [9:21] in terms of progress. [9:23] The process is going through on the closing for the land. [9:29] It's a question that we hear a lot. [9:31] So that process is on track. [9:33] I'm really happy to share that in the next two weeks [9:40] every single community member will receive an update [9:44] at their door. [9:46] So one of the things that we promised when we started this process [9:50] but that we would meet people where they are. [9:54] And we have had opportunities for community members to come to community events with us. [10:01] We also have gone out to events where community members are. [10:05] But 100% coverage has endured your sometimes. [10:10] And so I'm very happy to say that over the course of the next few weeks, [10:14] Every single even bill resident will receive information so that they can see each component. [10:22] So the Heritage Park, the Early Learning Center, the Health Care Hub, the Office and [10:31] Retail, the Even Bill Museum, the Town Hall, and the Housing. [10:38] And then there's an option on that information sheet that comes to your door for people to [10:45] be able to contact and say, hey, I have additional questions. [10:49] So again, really making sure that we are doing our absolute best to get that information [10:57] directly to people's homes. [10:58] And then I'm also happy to share with folks that are on October 7th. [11:02] We are going to be having another dinner and conversation at Macedonia, and we invite everyone in the community to come to that dinner and conversation, come share your voices, be part of the discussion, let us know your thoughts and we are looking forward to it. [11:24] So those are my updates and I'm happy to answer any questions that that's what they have. [11:31] If everyone have questions for Dr. Arun tonight. [11:37] Thank you as always for coming. [11:39] Thank you. [11:42] Yes, that is our presentation for today. [11:46] We have Council Division and [11:52] Citizen Participation Direct. [11:53] We [11:57] are ready for confident discussion. [12:01] How far we're going to end up? [12:03] Are you okay? [12:04] Yes. [12:05] Okay. [12:05] Thank you. [12:07] Good evening and one. [12:08] Good evening. [12:09] Yes. [12:10] Yes. [12:10] This is a discussion concerning the host-time facility here at E2N. [12:17] Which I'm quite sure most of you already know that the host-time facility is a AI data center. [12:25] and this is an amendment that is well it's really for discussion tonight. We're [12:34] not here to make any decisions but more or less just to discuss exactly what [12:40] happened prior to this date as well as what is it that the town council needs to [12:46] do as far as to move this project along. Okay, your original date was for the project [12:54] was actually scheduled for July 31, 2025. That was last year. What happened in the adjustment [13:02] and the planning of all of this is the town councilman and decided to give an extra extension. [13:10] It's been now over a year that the completion date has still, as we have not met, [13:17] There is the Commission, they five being the host-line management. [13:23] So what we want to do tonight is we want to discuss the amendment and the information [13:29] is there and it's recommending to find a amendment 3 to the development agreement for the [13:38] town council so we can discuss the accountability of host-line commitments to the town of [13:45] in real. We realize that there has not been a certificate of [13:50] competency yet. And so far, the developers have failed to fulfill [13:57] his commitments to several things that we have asked. And that [14:03] is, if you all will correct me, I believe he showed up at [14:09] being what's in attendance at the last minute. There's a lot [14:12] concerns from the residents concerning the sound issues, adequate water supply, operational [14:22] utilities, and let me make sure that the facility in the project meets the legal county and state [14:30] and government requirements. So under the amendment 2, it was voted upon the town council for the [14:40] the binds for the project to be $250 per day. [14:46] And that was the last agreement that we voted on. [14:51] So far, we have not collected any levy on any fees. [14:57] And I believe the last report that I received. [15:13] So this is an open discussion for the Council to decide exactly where we're headed, what we want to do. And this is not an amendment three. This is will be approaching an amendment three. And I know it is here. I think it was an amendment three. [15:30] a typo here where it says that we will recommend it increased up to $500 a day penalty. [15:37] That was from the last year that was discussed but it was just a discussion. [15:42] But the town council decided that we were going to work with the whole time project and [15:49] that amount was $200,000 a day so not only that but the town also provided $200,000 a reimbursement [15:58] to the third party for the design and the construction costs and all those [16:04] things and with certain conditions of things that was that kind of failed [16:10] through the cracks. So we want to be able to show our commitment to our [16:19] community to make sure that we are for the people being available that we [16:25] to represent the residents of Etonville [16:27] and we were concerned about the longevity of this project. [16:31] We worked this project to move along. [16:33] You know, cautions and you say, [16:36] so any council members have anything [16:38] you would like to say or add to this? [16:40] Yes, of course. [16:41] Thank you for bringing this to the attention of the public [16:47] and as well as this council. [16:49] I would definitely applaud on that process [16:51] and we'll be putting the relations on Mr. Manning [16:54] and concerning his destruction over at the end of the whole stack. [16:59] And I told him last evening that I would like to see him at the end of the season [17:05] on the 1st Tuesday and 3rd Tuesday to give us some kind of update on what it was [17:11] that is that he has gone on because I want to work with you. [17:14] But it's kind of worked. It's kind of hard working with people that don't participate [17:21] I just it was a simple ask just come give up presentation on you know [17:26] Prognosis or whatever it is that you know the tile frame that you're going to be you know [17:31] what was in it you know be you know receiving the old seat and Mr. Denny you have [17:37] you heard anything from that Mr. Madden other day called to say that he will be [17:41] available that's me because I think it's empty so could you turn it on wasn't [17:46] not addressed to this council because I, the assistant said, come to every council meeting [17:51] and he's not here so I, I, I got to move from another council. [17:55] You're not forced to, I know you can't, but you shouldn't address that to another email or call, [18:01] some call. Hey, just a matter. Born man was, um, man said that he would be at this particular [18:07] meeting, but he couldn't make it for whatever reason. That gives me an indication that okay, [18:12] but that would came up and I know things had, right? [18:15] But for me to say here, thinking that he's going to be present, [18:19] you know that he's not going to hear what he's going to do [18:22] with it on you because you didn't express it to me [18:26] or even email or call. [18:27] This is simple phone call. [18:29] I got two phone. [18:30] And that's left right? [18:31] I got one that's for the town. [18:33] And for me not to get a phone call, [18:35] there's anybody else that could get a phone call or email. [18:38] Anything that may anyone going to be here tonight? [18:40] because I got more court than I got anything and he's not here he's not [18:44] pretty and that's a problem especially when this is supposed to be closed out [18:51] August but August of last year you know that's even works you know in [18:58] first to see here as leaders and that and listen it's gotta be [19:02] separations I don't want to put more separations on you but you're forcing my hand [19:07] We got this and we're just like you have business. We can't see here. I'm allowed you to do the thing that you're doing and not hold your account [19:14] Everybody up here is accountable for something in life. And if we sit here and shoot it away and like you just [19:22] Pass it through. It's not going to happen in my child. I don't mind. I don't know about y'all but it's not going to happen with me. [19:27] So at this particular time, I'm putting most on the floor to put more stipulations on him and raise it to $500 a day versus the $250 because I gave you more chances than anybody. [19:42] And I've been willing to work with you. I even told you to call me. And I'm getting to get a phone call. I'm getting to get any correspondence. [19:49] and it came that you want to work with the time of you bill. [19:54] It's like disregard, it's like a slap in the face. [19:57] Because what, I'm good with disrespect [19:58] because I get it all the time, [20:00] but I'm good with it, it can roll off me. [20:02] But what you guys are gonna do is come in my community [20:04] and do what you want to do and they take it on [20:06] how you want to operate it. [20:08] Now there's no room to let the straight into town. [20:10] It's not gonna happen. [20:12] So I advise you, CAO, to get in touch with him [20:15] and let him know that we're from stipulations on that and he's going to be far away from the [20:20] 250 as already been established. I'll recommend a 500 today. That's what I'm going to do. That's my [20:27] recommendation. I'm going to yield to the attorney because I know that that agreement was a part of [20:33] the development agreement that both parties signed off on so there was something for me as well as [20:38] in section one after the therefore it says that the fee should be paid before the issuance of the [20:44] the final certificate of occupancy, [20:46] which we all were under the knowledge of, [20:48] understand that before he could get the CO [20:50] and open that the fees would have to be paid. [20:54] That being said, Attorney Jim, [20:56] before we can increase, decrease, [20:59] wave, et cetera, any agreements, [21:02] what would need to happen? [21:04] So if you want to pursue additional penalties against them, [21:09] you did enter or your prior Mission Council [21:12] didn't enter into an amendment, but then as you stated that the fines would be imposed as [21:18] liquidated damages of $250 a day, which is the $99,000. So in order to increase those, [21:27] we would need to pursue another amendment, which would be amendment three, and increase the [21:33] liquidated damages. It's my understanding that the 200,000 was re-adversed, or those improvements, [21:43] which were made to this site and the stormwater. So I think that if that's the direction of the [21:52] council, then the VAO and legal would work with the development agreement to pursue any additional [22:03] have to agree to those amendments. [22:05] I'm sorry. [22:06] Both parties went out to agree to those amendments. [22:08] Yes, ma'am. [22:08] It has to be voluntary because there would be. [22:12] Have to be consideration essentially. [22:14] Now, you know, we could evaluate all available legal options under the existing development agreement. [22:20] With respect to any other potential revenues that may be available to the city. [22:25] With regard to the potentially specific enforcement. [22:29] Originally, the agreement provided for a forced sale, but when the amendment was made the last time around, they may or may not have been taken out. [22:42] So, the way that the agreement reads, the amendment is that it will be amended to include those. [22:49] would examine this, which was not specified in the original smell in the [22:52] agreement. So there was a consideration given at that point. So at this point, the [23:00] tells remedies are the $250 a day if you want them to agree to $500 a day and hold [23:07] their feet to the fire potentially, we would have to enter the negotiations with them [23:11] on that. And if it's not agreed to, then we would pursue whatever other legal [23:16] options we have. Well that's definitely my stance on that and then did I [23:19] continue to say that we was ran verse two when a thousand notes. [23:26] That's what [23:26] I didn't agree with that, that down the dip and something that I didn't agree [23:29] with. As we have met since it's stated and in a way it's important to me. Because [23:35] people ask me to, right, and I got to say this publicly because it's important that [23:40] public notice particular things. I have to make a question and I got a million more [23:44] Of course, it's a life where he's not president. [23:47] Infrastructure wise, it's a lot of infrastructure issues [23:51] over here within the guidelines of his construction [23:55] that he's constructed. [23:56] That wasn't there prior to him constructing [23:59] his particular build. [24:01] And it becomes the late, whenever his phone's really bad. [24:07] And you can't even drive through there without damaging your build. [24:10] I don't have to actually drive around [24:14] So, boy, going through this area right here, and I don't think I should have to do that [24:18] all in a minute, but that's even more probably the matter right there because those are [24:22] the issues that I had with him last time and those are the issues I have with him now, [24:27] and I told him I need answers, and maybe that's why he's not here because he's not able [24:32] to answer the question that I have a question for, he's not able to answer. [24:38] and for you to not be here tonight that gives me an indication that you don't care in the sense. [24:46] And like I said before prior to him showing up on the last meeting I haven't seen over a year. [24:50] Over a year. I don't know about anybody else, but that's a problem. [24:56] For me not to see you in over a year, I have no correspondence, no phone call, no indication of anything that's going on over here. [25:06] and you're a building, you're a business, an establishment, [25:10] especially with everything that's associated with it [25:14] that could be in danger to my community. [25:16] Because that's one of the main keys that I'm focused on. [25:21] How has it is this building? [25:23] He told me that it's not, I bet it's just me [25:27] because I didn't own research. [25:29] Like I said, normally I always know the question to the answer. [25:32] I would know the answer to the question I'll ask. [25:35] But you just sit here and tell me that, and I've already done my research, underlines [25:43] everything that I need to know that night, and it's an indication that he's not here [25:47] in the night. [25:48] And if he is watching, because this is public meeting, many, I'm extremely disappointed, [25:55] and everything that has been taken place will do not show an accountability, disrespect [26:02] in my community. And I'm asking a simple thing because you told me verbally and you told [26:08] everybody else verbally that you would issue wildfire to every citizen and the time [26:14] we go. [26:17] Then he get up on the phone and tell me, oh that's not sustainable. He said that [26:23] he wouldn't but he get up there and say it's not sustainable. Don't make your mouth [26:28] to check that you can't catch. You understand me? I would never say something that I can't do. [26:34] I can't do it. Simple as that. I think the people appreciate you saying, I wish I could, [26:41] but I can't do it. Versus, I'm going to get everybody by the wildfire and the completion of this [26:48] try again, blaze, blaze, and then boom, we're almost at the closing point. He's supposed to be [26:54] I told him a long time ago. [26:55] He told them to be in a long time ago [26:56] because every councilman I ask you [26:58] and you tell me a different life. [27:00] And I'm already knowing what it is. [27:03] Every time I ask him, where do you lie? [27:05] You say it won't be complete until it always comes. [27:09] All that means he said it's gonna be self-tempo. [27:11] Just like now. [27:13] He said it's gonna be completed. [27:15] Self-tempo at first. [27:17] He said it's a time of life. [27:18] Well, he said it's a time of life. [27:20] To dance, it's a time of life. [27:22] And he's right here, it's his kind of ability. [27:26] There's one thing I'm going to do on the whole is switch to the fight. [27:29] Right? [27:30] We love it and different or whatever. [27:32] Right is right, wrong is wrong. [27:33] If you come in my community, I'm trying to dig, take on what you want to do [27:38] from a business perspective and not giving us any indication of anything just going on [27:46] with your business and your establishment. [27:48] but I got to hold you accountable and I got to put a stipulation on me because I told you again don't tell me now I got to put a stipulation on you because I was a nice guy. [27:57] I got to remember nobody's up here with saying on that council when I made these recommendations. [28:03] So they warned it, really? [28:05] It's like I'm outside of here but I said no, take it easy. [28:08] We're going through the 250th day, I think that's reasonable. [28:11] But you have accounts, films that I saw up here, [28:14] other four people that saw up here, [28:16] they want to really suck it to myself now. [28:18] Let's be reasonable and fair across the board [28:21] and work with them. [28:22] I did that. [28:24] And I told him, then, I'm going to hold your account book. [28:27] You told me you're going to have this completion at this date. [28:31] So I'm going to hold your account book and it's yet to happen. [28:34] And it's still yet to happen. [28:35] And as far as I'm concerned, I don't know where it's going to happen. [28:38] But at the end of the day, he got to give us $100,000 before we get to O.C. [28:43] At the end of the day, it was out of how we had to deal with it. [28:48] I don't know how they looked when they shaped up like. [28:52] But I don't let other people hear my time. [28:54] So other people don't want to speak on this matter. [28:56] But me as a leader and a legislator in this town, [28:59] it's a slap in the face. [29:01] Not only to myself, but to my citizens especially, [29:03] because on the board are abortions. I fight, I fight for God. I talk for God. Because they can't talk. [29:12] I only want to make decisions I feel. That's fine. That's fine. I don't feel make decisions. Crucial decisions. [29:20] And I've been there for too long for Mr. Manning and for him to sit here and blatantly just be [29:27] constantly disrespectful towards this administration. I'm not going to have it. But I hear [29:31] I don't want to tell you anybody if they want to speak on it. [29:33] I do want to tell you something. [29:36] They want to just about to see, oh there's other issues that need to be resolved on that [29:44] particular property. [29:46] And one of them is the, you mentioned about the flooding, it has been a problem. [29:52] And it is true. [29:53] The flooding there is just really, really serious, really dangerous. [29:59] Thank you very much. [30:02] So that has to be straightened out. Also sidewalks. It's supposed to be a sidewalk on the one more road. Right. That's a very unsafe road to be walking. You know, you know, kind of sidewalks. So that's one thing there that's supposed to be taking care of the ditch with the water. And there is something else. [30:29] gone on with the road. I'm not too sure exactly. That's all about I am. I do have a question [30:37] for the attorney. If we decide at some point we would like to continue to 50 do we still [30:45] always still require to meet for the amendment three and in addition to also to submit a [30:55] a level of demand for the $99,000 is due to the towel. [31:04] So under amendment two, it provides for those liquidated damages, like you said, the amount [31:11] of $250 a day, I think was July 31st, you don't have to send a demand, they can't get their [31:20] see those and so they say those would be dangerous to see. So he's correct now. They will continue [31:28] to roll and so they work through their issues. It's flooding, if it's whatever it is, it's only [31:35] up to CO. Those files will continue to occur daily. There's no specific maximum or anything like that in [31:44] amendment, they will just continue to approve to the panel. And the only time it would not [31:52] approve would be if there was some delay in the town, but there's no evidence of that, my knowledge. [31:57] So, I think that answered your question. [31:59] Yes, my question, but what also went to a real concern about the residents we out here in the town, [32:05] who need to help us sense of confidence, they need to have a sense of confidence based upon [32:12] on environmental issues that they have. [32:15] So I wanted to find out, as a part of the amendment, [32:19] can we also include community engagement [32:22] or relive it based upon the already existing? [32:27] Well, you are limited at the moment. [32:29] You can ask them to enter into good faith amendment [32:34] and you can suggest terms like that, [32:36] but there's no guarantees that they don't agree to that. [32:39] Now, they are gonna be bound by the state laws [32:41] and they have been recent legislative action moving base and that will apply [32:47] regardless of your development. All right comes so I'll add to that [32:54] turning Jen in a developer agreement I believe it's in [33:03] the very first [33:04] developer agreement dating 2016. You know what we on the exact date five 25 2016 [33:12] of the execute duty for room 4, page 2 of this agreement, this is going to be section [33:20] 3, paragraph A, subsection I, there is the $200,000 in birth, re-embursement, that's listed, [33:28] there is also in subsection 3, the thigh loss that count to 1 minute's referencing, that [33:34] is in that original agreement, and the amendment to the agreement, the first amendment, the [33:41] The $200,000 is also listed. [33:43] I do not see the sidewalks. [33:46] So I guess I want to know if the original agreement [33:50] for the site plan carries over to the amendment. [33:55] It will. [33:56] Do you know that was replaced section eight? [33:58] Everything else stands. [34:00] Oh. [34:00] That being said, even in the second, [34:04] even, I'm almost done. [34:06] Even in the second one, there is, [34:09] is in the second developer agreement to get a occupancy. [34:14] And then I'm again hearing that before anything can be enforced [34:21] that there would have to be agreement for the amendment. [34:25] Yes, yes. [34:26] Okay, so it sounds like at this point, [34:29] we can make recommendations for what those fair, [34:33] good faith are, but there is no guarantee [34:39] guarantee that we're being provided tonight that anything will change outside of what the [34:44] devils have already agreed to is that a fair assessment? [34:47] That's a fair assessment, but I would say that that won't limit any other potential remedies [34:52] that the city will, or town will resort to personnel and will not waive any of those, you know, [35:00] maybe limited to, in this regard with respect to that section of the agreement, but nothing [35:05] else particularly to things that you brought up, I've gone away all the certain things. [35:09] Just wanted to clarify. Thank you. Any other comments? [35:12] Tell us what I mean. Did you have another one? [35:13] Yes, I mean, I just want to bring to your teaching if you turn to page two, which is on the [35:18] grade seven. [35:19] You talked about the side. [35:21] No, I thought the side point was, yes, man, I'm standing in the first agreement, you know, [35:25] there to confirm what you said. And that's why I said, you know what the amendments, I just [35:30] wanted to make sure that that was not taken out. That the sidewalk was still understood [35:34] that it was supposed to be a part of that site plan that is provided to the town. [35:39] And I think he's keeping what's more telling is the $200,000 that's reimbursed, you know what I'm saying? [35:45] Well, that's all for reimbursement. [35:49] That's a lot of money on top of what he already owed us. [35:52] Apparently. [35:53] Yeah, we've already paid off. [35:55] Yeah. [35:55] Yeah, I know better. [35:57] I wasn't in a remit with the $200,000 doll. [36:02] How many of you said that they might want to do a shit with them? [36:06] I remember that being applied in the questions, if I also wanted to touch on the environmental [36:12] effects, because once we did come to tell someone I know you are there, but both him and [36:16] Ms. Muddy stood up and addressed some of those issues, particularly when we passed them [36:20] in max concerns about the flooding. [36:22] It was brought out then that there was a collaborative, I want to say, blamed, a collaborative effort [36:28] in addressing those issues and that it was understood that those would help you resolve [36:33] before we move to the final stage of certificate of occupancy. [36:38] I also want to bring out that we asked Mr. Manning while he was here about the potential noise pollution as well as the water consumption. [36:47] Ms. Money was here to attest to that as well as some comment from our talent engineer to talk about the water consumption and the mitigated [36:56] a conservative community, as well as the schedule of a large generator testing, and we [37:06] asked him if he could commit to notice to the community. [37:10] He made claim that they currently do that testing down there at their current facility that [37:14] is already here in the town of Eatonville, and they haven't had any major community concerns [37:18] about it, but we specifically asked before you get ready to do that with the new facility, [37:23] If the consul that you can give us a schedule of testing, so then we can prepare. [37:27] So we would know what time of day to anticipate it. [37:30] We know that eventually the property would be developed. [37:32] So we wouldn't want the current, the new development that would come out there to be affected [37:37] by the ITER. [37:39] But the commitment was made in the last meeting that we would get notified of all what that [37:44] looks like. [37:44] But I will make sure that this Monday can pass over the conversations between Duke Energy, [37:49] the Florida Department of Transportation, [37:51] the Orange County, and the engineer of record [37:53] for both Mr. Manny, as well as John's E2 Bill, [37:56] and their respect to the concerns environmentally. [37:58] But they were, they were brought out, [38:00] and I was, I spent that in this bit [38:03] because I know that those are some of the concerns [38:04] from the community that you advocated for. [38:07] So I can make sure that you get a report on that. [38:10] And they'll have to get all the required permits, [38:12] like you're saying, from water management. [38:15] Correct. [38:16] One is that was one of Ms. Monday's concerns [38:18] was that there was some water management district concerns that we asked her attention [38:21] and so she was working with both Manny and Mr. Manny and the town engineer to figure out how [38:28] that gets satisfied and to understand was that nothing happens until he does what he's supposed [38:33] to do. I just wanted to bring that back. I want you to answer there. If I can't have this [38:37] I'm gonna make this attention to you mom. She didn't go, could you please reach out to the man in [38:43] email, phone call, and have him email or call each and every council member up here and [38:50] give us some kind of update on what's going on with his business, establishment and [38:55] where he's anticipating on being at completion, to get his own seat and on top of that, for [39:02] he's able to get on for the shoes as well because it's in contract, you can't get that without [39:07] I think that's correct. [39:10] The 99, 250,000 euros. [39:12] I don't know if that will be on from the availability of leaching. [39:15] And then my brochure is going to escalate from here on the horizon. [39:19] Yeah. [39:20] And so according to what the attorney saying, [39:22] and this has been a ongoing discussion, [39:25] anyone who understands building those their processes. [39:29] So he would have to clear all of that. [39:32] Any irregularities that's going on, [39:34] We have to be cleared up before CEO is given so those are the chambers that's in place to ensure that that happens [39:41] So he can't get a CEO. He got things that's done done according to programming exactly the CEO [39:47] So as the attorney said that's the two-fifth of it and let's do something on our [39:52] Fault that we don't have somebody quite in this spec [39:56] Which is our third party so in that aspect it's gonna continue to keep going keep going [40:01] We will get notification the attorneys will know [40:04] Um, give it a chance tomorrow. [40:06] We can see it instead of going in to find out. [40:09] But in reference to him timing in, [40:12] we can't force that, [40:13] but what we can do is hold them to the agreement of 200, [40:16] the fifth and eight and they take them another three years. [40:20] Hopefully don't, [40:20] but they take some of the three years and you just take that and multiply by 200. [40:24] Of course, but just for clarity, [40:26] I just, you know, I'm asking as a leader, [40:29] as a legislator as someone like that, [40:31] that this community because it's a great concern for me [40:35] and I'm pretty sure it is for my citizens as well [40:38] to have this building just sitting here doing nothing. [40:42] I ride by going to work and I ride by coming from work [40:46] and it'd be honest with you, it's a hassle at this point [40:50] because it's not a completion. [40:53] And I don't wanna be no horse about it, man. [40:56] I was one of the ones that really wanted to work with them. [40:58] I mean, I'm still willing to work with him, but he has to write by himself, he has to [41:04] write by the community with no way he says he's going to do it. [41:07] So if you can't just, you know, with any of the information to him, I would really appreciate [41:11] him. [41:11] Make sure that everybody up and get the correspondence that I would get also sent. [41:18] Before we grab this on the other side of the line up, do you have any questions and comments [41:25] about? [41:26] So, I guess the request is obvious that if you could get us information on the [41:31] potential remedies in the event that there's not a desire to amend the agreement, if [41:38] you could just get that to us. [41:42] Yes. [41:43] Thank you. [41:44] Sure, boss. [41:45] Okay. [41:45] We'll be working. [41:47] We're going to see it. [41:56] as each council member, what's the consensus of fine? [42:02] We're going to represent each of them about 500. [42:05] We want to do 250 or what, [42:06] so that way we can be in declaration for the next, [42:09] or prepare for the next, [42:12] I'm in the three, copy, copy, copy. [42:13] So what is it that we want that coincide [42:17] to what we already want? [42:19] I love, there's anything that we need to include in that. [42:23] I think I'd like to know what the remedies are [42:25] for us if us to $5 an hour and a half, she's already 20, right? [42:32] No, we're really happy we haven't discussed tonight. [42:34] We will. [42:35] Oh, okay. [42:37] We'll take another one and limit ourselves. [42:40] I think we have a different perspective. [42:41] We've renewed up to two history of it. [42:43] You know what I'm saying? [42:43] You've got to get up in. [42:44] I don't know how far you guys went back in terms of following this, [42:49] but it's been an ongoing issue for ten years now. [42:53] continue to come and try to be grown up and committed to, you know, [42:59] not just in the 12 of them, you know, and it's just, it's a [43:03] foshis that we're at, it's gone right now. And for us to see [43:07] here, and I get your stance there, and, you know, I can tell [43:11] you all the time, you're the most transparent mayor out of [43:16] South of Germany. And I respect every mayor that I've [43:19] I don't know what's out of here, but we need the most transparent, I appreciate it. [43:22] I do. [43:23] You know what I mean? [43:23] You ain't going to regret on every day now. [43:25] You know what I mean? [43:26] But I do need the most transparent mirror on the side of here. [43:29] And I love all the ones that this is. [43:32] I don't think I know them or not. [43:34] I do. [43:35] You know what I'm saying? [43:36] But with that being said, I'll be in agreement with you just to get all the different [43:41] renovations and see what we can do from a better straight up point by you guys reaching out [43:47] to their team or who else we need to reach out to, bring it back to this council. [43:51] I'll become a maker, educated decision on what direction we need to go other than just [43:56] staying here. [43:57] Like you said, tossing numbers out. [43:58] But no, I told that. [43:59] I'm dead serious about that. [44:00] But I want to be fair, across the board as well, what I'm having this council been agreeing [44:06] with. [44:07] You know what I'm saying? [44:08] And if you're not, maybe you can meet me in the middle. [44:10] I understand. [44:11] Yeah. [44:11] One thing for the first two was that we discussed it, and then we came back with the [44:18] amendment. [44:19] So, yes. [44:20] Well, I think it would be a good solution. [44:22] Our recommendation is to have legal and administration, CIO and LORD MAYOR meet with [44:28] them and let them know that the council is to increase the size from 250 to potentially [44:33] up to 500 a day and consider what the revenues they are and that we would like to work with [44:40] them for a potential third amendment to get this project done, that's fine, and we'll [44:47] bring that. [44:47] That's where the city Christmas is going to take that when you have a break. [44:52] Okay. [44:53] The administration can move forward. [44:55] Absolutely. [44:56] Oh, and I'll wait. [44:59] Okay. [45:00] So, your play that we could potentially get that by the next council meeting. Would you, would you need more time? Being a budget, being a budget, that's why I'm asking, it's a big problem. Can I have a sucker? But at minimum, we've got some of this question on it. Okay. They really have some framework. Yeah. First council meeting. Okay. [45:23] The first part. Yes. Two falls for me. [45:35] I'm just afraid you under my [45:37] manners if there's an update at the next meeting. [45:40] It's not me that I'll pass the information. [45:43] I can do that for you. [45:44] I'll explain. [45:46] Okay. [45:48] I'll see him put a date saying I told her. [45:52] No. [46:00] We'll just give you the best if we can just update you each time I'll bring you one [46:04] of the days back. [46:06] That's fun. [46:07] Okay. [46:08] What's that? [46:09] What's the matter? [46:10] What's the matter? [46:10] Okay. [46:11] You do have a walk on items in front of you and don't forget me, I'm being kind of critical [46:18] tonight. [46:19] I'm barely ever asked for you to give me a walk on items. [46:22] I'd like you to have the information as quickly as possible. [46:27] Yes. [46:27] If there wouldn't be a deal to disdivision to disdivision. [46:31] Oh my goodness. [46:32] Yes. [46:32] What's the thought of it? [46:33] That we have some workouts for the profession. [46:35] We'll pause right now to give them participation. [46:39] Apologies for the situation. [46:42] Yeah. [46:43] First of all, we'll be careful. [46:44] If you can come to me. [46:47] Careful. [46:56] Careful. [46:58] My name is Carol Mosley and I'm a descendant of Mosley car family and the reason why I'm here is because I know that there are. [47:08] There's a lawsuit as for the land and I just found out some information regarding the land that I didn't have to know. [47:17] and I just want to go speak with it voice of the Lord. When it comes to that land by family, [47:26] donated 80 acres of that land, and there's been a lot of bad stuff that's happened over the years, [47:32] and I just want to speak about it because it's not right. And when it comes to making decisions, [47:38] we need to do the right thing, as I like to say. I'm praying about it so I know there's a God [47:44] that I believe in and I know that he's based in changes and I think he'll take care of it [47:50] in the long run. Everything will come out in the open. So I'm just going to leave it at that. [47:55] Thank you very much. Yes, ma'am. [47:59] Thank you. May I know this? [48:03] Thank [48:16] you Mayor, members of the council, members of the community. [48:20] I've attended a number of the bucket sessions of the recent weeks and that is a gauntlet that I [48:27] I can't imagine putting you guys in an envious position [48:30] of anyone in the decisions put before you and any of them. [48:35] So thank you for your diligence and five of them [48:39] and all that matters. [48:41] Thank you as well for considering the salaries [48:46] and what that means to the people, what that means [48:49] to what the charter says to be done. [48:52] And I do hope that competition can be [48:55] had in the right way. That $65,000 that was sort of year marked S for that scenario. [49:09] It's treatment. In the most recent budget year, I noticed that you guys had only a part-time [49:16] grant writer who was splitting duties also for some other role. I would encourage you guys to look at [49:23] bringing on a full-time grant writer because it was asked of this council at the workshop, [49:30] what would this individual be doing part-time when there's no additional work? [49:35] To that, I would say that the historic town of Lincolnville sits in a unique position [49:40] to acquire specific grants that otherwise should go to other areas that you guys can bring in [49:48] house. With the right grant writer, the right person, that individual has more than enough [49:54] work for a full-time role. They should be researching, investigating, applying, writing, [50:03] and seeing all those grants to fruition, such that full-time position could work. So, [50:10] again, not that that $65,000 is freed up because it was being taken from other budget binders. [50:16] I understand but I do encourage you to look at that budget and see if that is a goal that you can [50:23] can fund because that is a goal that can truly aid growth style if the right person is bringing [50:31] the right grades to the table and they should have enough work to do for you guys. So thank you again [50:37] for the dividends on the budgets opening weeks and there's still a year you can come but that's [50:43] something that, yes, else, consider. [50:46] Open that to my wife. [50:49] It's not a beach. [50:59] My first thing is the archeologist report [51:02] that was done in 2009, [51:12] we do for the research on that. [51:13] Tim Parson, which was archeologist [51:16] out of Orlando said that there are effects [51:19] from the school in 1899 that we must do. [51:22] So I think we should encourage Dr. Phillips [51:24] to this segment, get back. [51:26] And we should complete the OGPS [51:27] That's to finish the report. [51:31] And Dr. Tim, my part's and also I said that there's a page missing that we gave that ground [51:36] is our historical destination. [51:39] So that means that that makes a lot of money to the town of Yvesville. [51:43] The second thing that we want to talk about is historical boundaries and historical boundaries [51:47] on the cover maybe to the local town ordinance and it should be expanded to at least the [51:55] or goal, because they're based on board and we request it [51:58] from the preservation board and workshop [52:00] and make sure that happens. [52:02] That's against economic impact, [52:04] and that's money in our pocket. [52:06] And then the last thing, one of the last things [52:07] that I'm gonna talk about is too, [52:08] is that lately, I've heard so much from Dr. Philip Board, [52:11] advisory board, and so many people talk about the talent [52:13] in those corrupt, their politicians corrupt. [52:17] I like who they talking about, does that, [52:19] they're talking about you too, [52:21] or you're talking about our kids, [52:22] because like, didn't people do bad things? [52:24] and if there's proof, they're bringing it to light, [52:28] but accusations, there's an accusation, [52:31] I'm gonna tell them people that work well. [52:33] In a civilian life, there's the same policy, [52:35] someone this type of politics on the towards money [52:38] or also on the TTT dollar. [52:43] There are things that, and Jacksonville, [52:45] they don't want to be, people do that, [52:47] it's all the time, it's in Chicago. [52:48] So let's start looking at the mirror and say that work [52:51] for rough because we had a bad mayor they had got a [52:54] project shoot if you will because good people do bad things. [52:58] The M.O.U.E. was wrong but Mayor Gardening was wrong because it was [53:03] not how you're bad. But it doesn't mean that she's a bad person [53:06] and it doesn't mean that we're corrupt. So quit wearing that bow [53:11] and quit letting people say that. Talk about what is the more [53:13] worthy enough to spend money. We have black talent here. [53:16] We have great people here and collect the impact that we could do [53:19] to just a better job than they can do. [53:21] So I think that we've got to quit by that. [53:23] And also the last thing is that it's a penalty, [53:26] but everybody keeps them up. [53:27] Don't do business, but this particular organization, [53:30] because they don't pay the bills. [53:31] That organization is an incorporation. [53:33] They have a board of directors. [53:35] Don't do business with them, but don't bash them, [53:38] because we can bash them. [53:39] You're bashing us. [53:41] And then also to, I would like to put that kind of campaign, [53:43] that massive joint invests in some of those vacant lands [53:46] to stop building that infrastructure. [53:47] structure. We don't need to wait for the hunt for a party, but there is real property there [53:51] that could be an asset to our town and our town economic budget. We have to, we have to, [53:58] we have to set ourselves free. So, I thank you very much for your time. [54:05] I think this is pretty good to get [54:09] the meals. [54:12] Here we go with the time market. Hello, everyone. My name is [54:16] The Santa Meals, I live at great-team greens and street on that floor, and I've been there [54:22] for 46 years. [54:25] But I didn't come to cheer you about my mom. [54:28] I came to remind some people about the home that was supposed to be worked out. [54:35] Right now my son is in the hospital, again, the town itself promised me all the paperwork [54:46] work that he needed to get pipes around his house and his sewage. He had a sewage [54:56] tank, a septic tank, I'm sorry. [55:01] My grandmother was charged from 1965 until 2023 for the outside [55:13] property that eat and deal paying sewage on a sewage come back. She didn't have. She [55:22] has sucked it. So all that we as of the town at that time was to fix this [55:30] problem. My son and his family is getting sick now. He's back in the hospital [55:37] again. And this is my just now being talked about. It's been going on for years. The people know [55:49] on how so what I'm talking about. And the only way that it could have gotten done is the voting [56:03] situation was right. This is what I know. You wonder why you only had 400 and some odd people [56:14] in this town voting at the election. You want to know why because people are sick and tired [56:23] of being sick and tired. [56:27] They're not going to kill you, but I'm here to kill you. I'm sick and tired [56:32] I've been sick and tired. [56:35] I look out for the senior. [56:38] I'm a senior. [56:39] I'm 72 years old, and I'm grateful. [56:41] I'm glad I make sure they have food. [56:48] Water. [56:50] I use my own time, my own money, my own gas. [56:54] Some of the seniors don't have a way to get real water. [56:58] How would it next be? [57:00] You know that the whole town will know that. [57:02] We can't drink that water. They can't put that water in there. What are we doing about it? [57:11] What do we get out of water? Why is our water bill so high? [57:15] Out of my strings, their water bill is like $20,000. [57:19] Yeah, I thought there's always an 80-something that I wouldn't let. [57:26] We were promised that our water bill would go down. [57:30] You wasn't an author to me, but it was a product of what would go down. [57:37] It's the wind up. [57:41] These seniors, they're just like me. [57:44] We are all on a fixed income. [57:48] If you're up here in the office and you know that it's hot outside, [57:53] and these people don't have water, all for an outcome and get it. [57:58] I can't just pull a lot of the fingers and I know quite a few, I know quite a few. [58:06] Please listen to me, Mayor, I would like to have a private deal with you, whatever I can. [58:14] My number is in town all. [58:17] Mr. Lundy, she knows what we had to go through to get something done. [58:25] everything the town adds up to do not it was so error I've created God nothing happened to [58:35] hell because I'm gonna put the fog on this town and I will fight I [58:43] will fight still God [58:46] because it's been had and they had approved it but nothing yeah all that was done is not [59:13] I'm glad to share the conversation about whole Spurn in that agreement. [59:19] So my question is since the time frame has expired, the contract is still valid. [59:27] Number two, if it's not valid, then we should be sitting [59:31] having a conversation. [59:33] They should be provided at least 38, [59:36] notice they need to talk about what's our next steps. [59:39] Because if our next steps are, you're given us a date. [59:44] No, let's put it in writing. [59:45] We got a contented table and have a conversation. [59:49] And if they don't meet that, like they've generally said, [59:51] let's do the remedies. [59:52] But I ask you, Councilman Mag, give the process some time, because the last time we had [59:59] the conversation. [1:00:00] And that's when we keep up everything. If you look at that amendment, we have residents some rights to put it up for sale. Councilman Matt, I would like for you to look at those amendments, those minutes, because you were the individual, they're greedy, did the entire contract. That section is the same for that power. And Councilman Matt, you put the vote and you took it away. So give the attorney this time. And I have [1:00:29] this board this time, let's go with the facts and not our feelings because our feelings got us in a [1:00:35] position where we took away our leverage. Now I'm praying that the attorney, which you have done an [1:00:42] amazing job, that you will see that there is a way out or a way to work with it. But I just asked the [1:00:49] council, let the experts be the experts, and let us take inspiration with a state because when I [1:00:58] reviewed it. I didn't even see a clause for termination for convenience. You [1:01:03] typically will have that. Hey, we don't agree. I don't agree. Hey, let's get out of [1:01:07] it. So let's look at what options we have and come back to the table and [1:01:12] hey, let's put that back up there. If you can't read the deadline, deadline and [1:01:17] that time, hey, sorry, so bad. But hey, this this agreement and we're in a [1:01:28] understand, sit down and have a conversation. [1:01:31] We last night, you know, Councilman Mack, [1:01:33] you were talking about a budget and how you need a raise [1:01:35] and you deserve a raise for what you do. [1:01:39] What I would say to that is this office is a public servant. [1:01:43] You serve the public, that's us. [1:01:47] And by serving the public, you do what's right [1:01:49] and the best interest of us. [1:01:52] That means coming prepared. [1:01:54] That means they can come to me within the visuals [1:01:56] and not yelling and not demanding someone to be present because you feel like you [1:02:02] need them at that moment. We don't know what misimade is doing. You don't know [1:02:07] if you have a family emergency, but all I ask you to do is take it down. [1:02:13] Thank you very much for the last one is Angie Gart, [1:02:25] come on there, answer. [1:02:29] I'll have a quick answer, Dr. Carpenter. [1:02:32] We can answer, Dr. Gartenter, please come now. [1:02:34] First of all, MOUs are administrative and then are presented to the council, so you have [1:02:53] I don't care who they are. [1:02:59] Thank you, Council, for kind of holding the reins of men. [1:03:03] Regarding the whole style, that last extension was one of two that was offered. One kept [1:03:09] session 8 in it. And if it did not finish by July 31st, 2025, the request was that 200,000 [1:03:18] year return. That was locked down. And what you have is what was approved. The 200 [1:03:25] $50 was about asking that we put some leverage, get some leverage so that it wouldn't just [1:03:33] be an open box and there was no date. At least this way, $250 would get some sort of [1:03:41] emphasis to finish the building. That took three votes. Two said no, three said yes. I mean [1:03:48] that's just, um, the town was not in Breachland. Greeninversa, $200,000, but yet the council [1:03:55] did at that time agree to it be a verse 200,000. And I still did as they don't understand it, [1:04:04] but I think it's important going forward that we say honest and open and truthful on this. [1:04:14] There's another written agreement with Wi-Fi and me of all people. As much as I was on [1:04:22] the opposite size with Mr. Vivar, there was never anything in writing, and you can make [1:04:28] it not see anything. And that just kind of went around town, because I only heard it. [1:04:32] I never saw it in writing just to keep people straight on that. [1:04:37] In regards to the data center, it would be interesting to get data on how much water is used [1:04:44] for your average cost. And I think that you'll find that the size [1:04:49] effect data center, it's going to be comfortable. Number one, the other thing, I found that with [1:04:56] the noise generated, if you already have one down, down the way, and there's no noise complaints, [1:05:03] then it would make sense that there might not be much noise complaints here, [1:05:08] except when the power goes on and you know generators, just like you wouldn't aim home [1:05:12] important when we lose power. And I think in [1:05:23] regards to redoing an agreement, who [1:05:26] on earth is going to agree to tariff themselves 500 to 500 dollars when they're already [1:05:33] 205th? I mean, that I wouldn't. And that agreement is already signed by all the parties, and it [1:05:41] It does stay until the certificate of occupancy is issued. [1:05:49] I would not charge myself more if what I have to. [1:05:53] I think that's it. [1:05:55] Thank you, that's her. [1:05:56] Ms. Gini said that was our last public participant. [1:05:59] Yes, that was it. [1:06:01] Okay. [1:06:02] Thank you. [1:06:05] We're going to switch up in them. [1:06:08] These will get home. [1:06:09] We are now ready for the question of the law. [1:06:11] I think that's going to be clear in front of you. [1:06:16] We're going to be approval of our group. [1:06:18] It's going to be fixed. [1:06:19] That's going to be 46. [1:06:21] And then you've got the budget. [1:06:22] But it's a clear beginning. [1:06:23] I've come up on 2025. [1:06:25] In any sense, you would already have 2026. [1:06:27] That's about to be about where there's 2025. [1:06:30] That's fine. [1:06:30] this call to free normal weeds. [1:06:33] Resolution 2026-26. [1:06:36] A resolution of the salary even [1:06:37] bill on each town for a minimum, [1:06:40] the adopted budget for the fiscal year begins, [1:06:42] October 1st, 2025, [1:06:44] and September 30th, 2028 as adopted by ordinance 2025-55. [1:06:51] You provide for personnel and salary adjustments [1:06:54] for the HR, tax risk, risk, [1:06:57] position, providing for conflict, stability, and the effective day. [1:07:04] We have heard the preamble of their emotion, [1:07:15] hearing no motion, [1:07:18] disguise, but not emotional. [1:07:23] We've already four or five before we move on. [1:07:27] Cultural disreservation is reflective of the conversation that has had a budget [1:07:32] about the alignment of [1:07:38] responsibilities and duties [1:07:40] These, I think, pertains to pay roll with this money job to know that this was just the formal resolution for the [1:07:48] staff. [1:07:50] That means things to Daniels. [1:07:52] Is there a way for the point? [1:07:55] That council report is as right now, which is one of the finalized things. [1:08:02] good to do from have been sent over from Goldman to the auditors for the [1:08:13] adjustment. It was roughly about $1.2 million dollars off, but those instances [1:08:19] are about, so hopefully within the next two years we'll be able to file a last [1:08:24] part of it, which is tapping away right now on party concern is very essential to know that [1:08:34] with the party as well as with the present is essential to have to get it right. [1:08:43] There has been a lot of things have been done, that things have been done in a certain way [1:08:50] and although we're trying to correct them for moving forward with it and I'm optimistic that [1:08:57] we are on the right path but getting things right and really saying they're the movie things for [1:09:02] and that's my report. [1:09:06] Jim, [1:09:08] do you have a report on the budget? Yeah, I have a report on the [1:09:19] other than what I told you just you're moving on then, you're talking about [1:09:24] budget stuff. No, it just doesn't work for the people. No, nothing there. I'll [1:09:31] continue to update you on the post-doc matter and let the policy, its procedures, [1:09:39] and also the point that I'm here [1:09:42] if you need to please reach out. [1:09:44] Thank you. [1:09:45] That's it. [1:09:47] Nothing to report out on, [1:09:48] but I did want to inquire since the council's [1:09:51] was here about the intentions of moving forward [1:09:54] with the workshop tonight with our last budget workshop. [1:10:00] And I get a sense that we're not at a place to go, [1:10:05] when that's really what I'm preparing. [1:10:07] So I didn't want to entertain some dates. [1:10:13] for continuing our workshop. [1:10:18] I know our first hearing is scheduled for the night for it. [1:10:21] We should the second Wednesday, which we need to have on my workshop done about it. [1:10:27] It's the day of the first. [1:10:33] I think that I think it's understood that there is definitely a need for at least one more workshop. [1:10:39] Do we have any. [1:10:41] recommended dates considering that at first here in the next Wednesday. I know [1:10:46] customer back has told us about it a bit of a week. [1:10:50] Where is it? It's not a good day for me. [1:10:52] Tuesday, yeah, Monday Tuesday, Thursday, it's a big side for me a little bit, but where's [1:11:01] the Friday's? I'm not a little bit. [1:11:03] Can you tell us about the risk-priced dates on? [1:11:05] The age. [1:11:06] The age. [1:11:07] And it was another one. [1:11:10] He was a virus little on. [1:11:14] Maybe we need to get clarification. [1:11:17] But I was thinking that the first hearing was already pre-set for the second hearing. [1:11:23] Okay. [1:11:23] It is. [1:11:25] The first is the last. [1:11:26] You're talking about restricting. [1:11:28] Right. [1:11:28] The thing is that we do not make an adjustment to the actual hearings, because there are other hearings [1:11:34] that are happening. [1:11:34] In case we needed to move the hearing to a close. [1:11:36] Okay, in case we needed to move the hearing in order to accommodate another workshop. [1:11:41] Well, here is a set of those and I do. [1:11:43] So, I'll call the applicant for the work. [1:11:45] Okay. [1:11:46] Another date. [1:11:47] Minus the first year of the night. [1:11:49] The night. [1:11:51] Can we do one this week? [1:11:55] The next? [1:11:55] The next? [1:11:55] The next? [1:11:56] What? [1:11:56] I mean, the color of the rest of the business. [1:11:59] I'd better say there is a historic recommendation for you. [1:12:03] Do you think that meeting has been taken advantage of? [1:12:05] Also, so you have Monday the 7th Monday night, all that they [1:12:11] They would they understand [1:12:13] There was a thing to be the most official date [1:12:17] Like there are any opposition to budget workshop number six being Thursdays at 23rd [1:12:27] The workshop [1:12:46] We're discussing the entire budget, or is there a certain section, but we went through [1:12:52] So we should just from finalize those last couple of months that we [1:13:03] Man [1:13:07] Three with those three hundred [1:13:09] Three hundred which filled already in place [1:13:13] So it goes into one sewer revenue [1:13:18] Which are pretty much to that sort of it goes the one that we have to discuss it is water and sewer expenditures [1:13:26] All right, that's fine. That's fine with [1:13:31] this 400s [1:13:35] 4-1 is always that that's refused. [1:13:38] Revenue and expenditures from what the revenue is, [1:13:41] it is what it is. [1:13:42] And 4-2 is still worth. [1:13:45] It's just so those two funds are the last [1:13:47] so that we get to have numbers in it. [1:13:50] 5-30 works. [1:13:52] Yep. [1:13:53] 5-30. [1:13:53] Yes, sir. [1:13:54] Right. [1:13:55] We have one more part number 6, 5-30, Thursday, September 3rd. [1:14:00] Yeah. [1:14:01] Your recommendations prior to that could [1:14:04] and that's what I did if y'all were at the tournament and y'all having it then we can go [1:14:08] ahead and have those numbers work so we'll know what we're staying for and for. My stance is [1:14:13] what it was a week ago so I don't have any more objectives though. Recommendations at this point. [1:14:20] So as far as I'm concerned I ain't even got to be up because I'm already committed to what I've [1:14:24] already spoke on. All right. Okay, okay. [1:14:31] No, no, I don't want to give a what if you want [1:14:40] to give a report about what's obvious. I don't think so. So for those who have not [1:14:48] recognized, we are doing some upgrades to the chamber and we're almost there. We got [1:14:54] brand empire, which looks very good at the [1:14:58] the room. [1:15:00] I've been paying it. I don't know if any of you all feel the calmness in the room. We chose a cool color, kind of a warm color, you know, warm color, you know, intensity. I want to share something, since the mayor has given me an opportunity to share to talk about it. This is a lock up in a similar image, [1:15:29] which you see on it of what this back wall is like. [1:15:33] We're doing a custom mural on this back wall, [1:15:39] and it's going to feature the store of pictures [1:15:41] that tell the story of the talented people. [1:15:44] And so we're very close to having that done. [1:15:46] I hope that maybe by the end of this week, [1:15:48] no later than next week. [1:15:50] So this just kind of gives you a bird's eye look. [1:15:54] And you should take pride in our town, [1:15:56] be in the first black equal red time in America and so they get some strides to [1:16:02] update our chamber which should be the sacred space of our town hall that's all I can't [1:16:15] All right. We're going to start report live with our mayor talk. [1:16:21] You want to go to the office? See where they go. [1:16:24] You want to start? I want to work inside. [1:16:27] Yes, I am ready to go, but thank everyone for coming to this evening. [1:16:31] Please make sure you come to the budget hearing and listen to us and sit with us. [1:16:36] If you have comments, we do appreciate your comments. [1:16:39] So thank you for coming and I hope everyone's how many of the short is mine and we're ready to go. [1:16:47] I love you guys. [1:16:49] Thank you, Vice Mayor. [1:16:50] I'll flip it up like, California Red Alps. [1:16:53] Yeah, we're looking forward to it. [1:16:55] Thank you for remembering us on this. [1:16:58] I'm in trouble right now. [1:17:00] I'm in trouble right now. [1:17:01] The heavyweight is going to go here. [1:17:03] You have what I'm going to have tonight. [1:17:06] I'm going to have a call about you. [1:17:07] I'm hearing things that we're running up to better. [1:17:12] Kind of email. [1:17:13] I do have a few days. [1:17:14] I have a little. [1:17:15] You know, I'm just able here. [1:17:16] He's all my notes. [1:17:18] And I take. [1:17:19] For two. [1:17:19] Two meetings and asking questions. [1:17:23] I can tell some. [1:17:24] Just a few things about a break of tonight. [1:17:26] And I'm just kind of. [1:17:28] Spread it out. [1:17:30] I. [1:17:31] Really. [1:17:34] I appreciate it in a way when we get the update reports from Dr. Goa on the development. [1:17:44] However, I am concerned, very deeply concerned, more concerned, about where a week, where [1:17:50] a week, as a government, as people here in the town of Louisville. [1:17:56] I don't really see anything that we are doing for our residents. [1:18:00] What I am seeing is that the consistency and the very aggressive from the developers and their team to inform the individual residents about the development. [1:18:19] I don't have anything missing because that's what we should be doing from the time we were and I have not seen that at all. [1:18:29] We have not had any community gate this, but our own residents here in the town. [1:18:35] So I have probably about 30 questions and concerns, but I'm not going to address them all [1:18:41] tonight. [1:18:42] I just want to just appeal. [1:18:46] Now, right now, we should be having conversations with Dr. Phillips about the ward of the infrastructure. [1:18:54] Okay? What they are going to be responsible for? In fact, probably all of it, because it is their development, and then what we're going to be responsible for is for our concerns that need to be addressed. [1:19:11] We really haven't really set down to the table to really talk about some really, really hot-born issues about this development. [1:19:19] They're saying that they have $20 million that they are going to invest. [1:19:26] And one of my concerns I was going to ask questions about the room she dealt, the TDT [1:19:35] funds that were awarded a little week ago is for the infrastructure, not just the museum [1:19:41] All right. I'm concerned about the, um, about the roles is does that affect [1:19:49] Kennedy Boulevard or why more role? I don't, I don't know. I haven't had a, um, [1:19:56] an understanding of how I just learned what it. [1:19:59] Have we actually sat down with Dr. Phillips [1:20:02] to talk about the sewer project, the water, [1:20:06] And have we determined what the cost is going to be? [1:20:11] What's our collaboration? [1:20:13] What is their collaboration with the town? [1:20:17] It wasn't really seeing much of anything right now. [1:20:20] That's the way that I'm seeing, that's where I'm feeling. [1:20:22] Because we were already asked about one of the council members [1:20:26] who was very persistent about someone here on the council [1:20:29] being a part of the advisory. [1:20:33] But we could do have a school member [1:20:34] member, who also made a decision about his whole development, and that person serves on [1:20:40] the CACS. So, we won't really go there that much. We know what has happened, okay? And how [1:20:48] would these projects bring real revenue to the town, okay? I'm concerned about any other [1:20:56] projects, all that property, and goings that's going to be involved in the upkeep of [1:21:05] these facilities, are those going to be challenging for these kind of questions that I'm very [1:21:10] concerned about as to where we are and where we're going, and while we're not having community [1:21:16] engagements with our own people, and trying to come up with some strategies as to what [1:21:22] going to help us as a town. I don't really see that happening. And so what is it to me? It seems [1:21:32] to me very comfortable sitting here listening and engaging in what someone else is going to do [1:21:39] for us but we haven't done anything but ourselves. So it seems to be very relaxed upon that. [1:21:46] So, I do have a lot of other questions, and I would like to share some of these with you [1:21:55] the next time that I come. [1:21:57] And as far as the budget is concerned, we'd like to know about some funding for some capital [1:22:04] improvements, and those are the things that I am interested in, where is the money going [1:22:10] to come from? [1:22:11] All these extra salaries and increases, where is the money coming from? [1:22:17] So we haven't really talked about that. [1:22:20] And we haven't talked about much of anything when it comes down to capital improvements. [1:22:26] So we still got a way to go and we will need that meeting on Thursday, [1:22:30] because I do have some things that I would like to bring up and I would like to identify those [1:22:35] my concerns and symptoms in and so that way we can talk about it and kind of look at it so [1:22:40] that way we can have it in advance because I have about 20 things I like to consider just take [1:22:46] the look at it and review it and make sure that we are on target and because I really would like [1:22:51] to make for me as a representative. I want to do my very best and to do anything that I can do [1:22:59] the mates, his council, the town, much better, and so that we can be really good at what we do. [1:23:08] So that's all I have and thanks very much and thank you very good meeting everyone. Thank you. [1:23:14] Well, please don't throw on it. [1:23:16] Okay, this is my time to be back. [1:23:22] I mean, you too. [1:23:24] All right, well, good evening everybody. [1:23:28] Thank you all for coming out of the end of the year. [1:23:29] It's a time period. [1:23:30] I know it's always this weird appeal, [1:23:32] but at the end of the day, [1:23:33] I think we're not going to always think of, [1:23:36] like, feel like we're going to have opinions on how we feel. [1:23:41] Brothers are really disciplined and disciplined, right? [1:23:44] But in a way, [1:23:45] but that they said, [1:23:46] I can't do this to anybody that has so many laws [1:23:48] that are supposed to fall. [1:23:51] particularly when I born it was I just seen a walk out this [1:23:53] on a great house. So my heart and prayer with her family, [1:23:57] anybody else that helps suffered any loss. I'm host that. [1:23:59] My father had kind of given him occasional how I felt about [1:24:02] that and the conclusion of the individual that's not here to [1:24:07] lie, but either here there, I know we'll clear that up. We're [1:24:10] having some more conversation with administration, [1:24:14] tackling that and I'm in hopes that we could come up with something [1:24:17] that would make sense because at the end of the day, like I said, [1:24:20] many, I'm here to try to help you also, so don't think that I'm just [1:24:24] sitting here trying to, you know, keep you up side here because [1:24:29] that's not the case, but I got to hold your towel in the big cup. [1:24:32] You got to be in some right here. Okay. And also, congratulations to [1:24:36] the one specifically. I have an opportunity to, of course, this [1:24:38] kid, four years, and it gives me great pride to know that I was [1:24:43] executive and his life and graduating and growing off to pay football on the scholarship and school where he's out of things in North Carolina so we're so [1:24:52] great kid and an opportunity to, you know, grow with him and watch him grow for years that his world so salute to him and then [1:25:03] And one of the reasons for the, when the news mount scholarship awards, so congratulations [1:25:10] on, so if you watch it, also hopefully we can come to a conclusion on getting a balanced [1:25:15] budget. [1:25:16] I do hear a lot of different opinions on how people feel, and about that knows me, know [1:25:22] that I list, especially my citizens, when you're speaking your voice, I got to be the voice [1:25:27] for you. [1:25:27] So if you're telling me that you want to see something, I'm going to make it my strong recommendation that we see it [1:25:36] As seen if it makes sense, but I got to make the on miss educated says enough here for not only is bored, but for the citizens as well [1:25:43] I'm making sure that I'm protecting the integrity of this community as well as this board right here [1:25:50] also [1:25:50] So let's address Ms. Neal and her son, I know we've been dealing with this for quite [1:25:57] some time now. [1:25:57] Hopefully on the Mediterranean side we can tackle this and come back with something that's [1:26:04] going to make sense while we can, you know, get that situation ready for us and whatever, [1:26:10] however that looks. [1:26:12] Legally, if we can do it, let's do it, if we can't, we're explaining what we can't and move [1:26:16] forward, right? [1:26:17] But I think we can't get to a point to where we can do something that was being unsustainable for this family because it [1:26:23] There's something that's been going on for quite some time now [1:26:25] And also on the water rate. I know I asked this question, particularly every meeting [1:26:30] I think we need to come up with somebody did some kind of idea of others $2 that they're getting credit it [1:26:36] Each month we got to do something [1:26:39] We can't not just do nothing [1:26:41] Especially when the citizens of the yellow and then I hear constantly so we got to make sure that we're moving forward and [1:26:47] a man transparent, especially with something [1:26:50] that was an aspect that was out on the city. [1:26:53] So I want to make sure that we're covering [1:26:55] all our basic guidelines across the 90s [1:26:57] and making sure that we're protecting ourselves [1:26:59] while we're going to have an uproar for my citizens [1:27:02] who are the CEOs of this community. [1:27:05] So we want to make sure that we'll be a very mindful [1:27:07] of that also. [1:27:08] So let's keep all of those in consideration. [1:27:10] And the DOJ police center down in County in the park, [1:27:14] I know I arrested this pretty much every mean also, you don't have to ask me now, I'm [1:27:21] saying it over, but where are we with this project? [1:27:24] When are we anticipating open with that, something that's in our backyard, the word that I [1:27:29] hold down, but when are we going to be anticipating open in our own project, and I know in all types [1:27:37] of things, we'll have you, but we'll try to hear the same old cycle, we need to give [1:27:41] results. Okay. So, um, also, um, [1:27:49] it ain't the thing that you do is, it's, it's the process. [1:27:53] And I want to say, address this to the, the, the news lieutenant that has been, um, um, [1:28:00] uh, appointed to that position. If he's watching the listening, I have no issues with anybody, [1:28:07] especially my police department because I know they protect and serve this community. I have a [1:28:11] probably with the process on how it was processed. I don't know the [1:28:15] individual that was promoted to this position. I don't care who it is or who it [1:28:19] was. I have a party with the process of how it was done. That's not that's [1:28:24] my argument. That's my right. That's why I feel the way that I feel about it. And [1:28:28] I will like to sit down with this individual and have a conversation with [1:28:31] him to let him know that it's not you that have met it or disappointed it or [1:28:37] or, you know, angry at this point, you know what I'm saying? [1:28:41] Because, of course, everything that I've seen, [1:28:44] I got a lot of reason, you know, feeling the way I feel. [1:28:49] But neither here nor there, that's there. [1:28:51] I hope like it, I'll turn to the speak too long, [1:28:52] to do, maintain it. [1:28:54] And then also, it's always gonna be the citizens. [1:29:01] And I know I had two individuals get up here tonight [1:29:03] and I'm not disappointed at angry at anybody [1:29:07] that was the opinion towards me. I feel like, you know, they're targeting me in terms of how [1:29:13] they feel. That's what I'm here for. Hold me accountable. You know what I'm saying? Please hold me [1:29:19] accountable. And I will do my best and my due diligence and making sure that I'm fulfilling every [1:29:25] need of you. How? Every problem you have every concern because that's my job. My job is to protect you. [1:29:33] That's my job as a legislator, and as a leader, that's a servant in his community, so I would never see him when I fill it on my sleeve because I don't. [1:29:40] I got some skin approach, I don't get to hold all that stuff, and I can deal with anything, I promise you that. [1:29:47] So with that being said, I welcome you guys, a board ship being on any issue that you may have. [1:29:54] Also, I'm almost finished. [1:29:56] Thank you, Miss King, for your continuous leadership. [1:30:00] And your vision, just to, you know, I can recall first on and displacement of socials. And I can honestly say that. But now we've. Got ground to see so many different things happening in this community and in this town in this township right now is brand new carpet. It's the look thing that map. I'm telling you, man, it's the look thing that matter that people pay attention to, especially people like, you know, very detailed on everything. You will never see me. [1:30:30] not there in detail. Everything I do is by detail. Everything you got to be [1:30:34] lined up correctly, right? So thank you, you and yourself because I know the word [1:30:39] that you put in. I know when I don't have a budget yet. And like I said before, you [1:30:45] got to take care of people that take care of you, man. We're nothing without our [1:30:49] employers, our employees. And with that being said, I thank you to all everybody [1:30:57] That's a thought for the time being because we can't get through this process without you guys [1:31:01] You know saying y'all make our job like each even though I'm not on the administrator side [1:31:07] That's the mayor do this [1:31:09] You know saying but like I said before to hurt she's [1:31:13] They're transparent about everything that goes on this time. So thank you all from there for on that last but not least [1:31:20] And I've been speaking about this for some time now because I had an opportunity to sit on this board [1:31:24] but it's a very prestigious board [1:31:26] and it's called Community Action Board. [1:31:29] And I settled that board for five years [1:31:30] and out of five years out of the chairman [1:31:33] for four out of five years. [1:31:35] And that's a great opportunity to bring resources back [1:31:38] to my community that will be very resourceful [1:31:42] to my community. [1:31:43] I made sure I brought the brochures, [1:31:45] the flyers, whenever they're having different events. [1:31:48] It's never a money that they're given away. [1:31:52] It's not like you have to apply like given the money away [1:31:56] Rather you need it for your electricity bill. You need an AC and your house [1:32:01] You need the house reader you name it. They got it even if you want to go get your CDLs [1:32:06] You want to go to school and listen. They got all sorts of programs that are associated with that [1:32:11] But I want to make sure we got somebody over there. That's representing us for the time being that my recommendation has always been [1:32:17] and Councilwoman Jordan. [1:32:20] Because she started my alternate and she did terrific job [1:32:23] when she started my alternate, whenever I'm not there. [1:32:26] She started a piece of me and she did terrific job [1:32:29] and I'm pretty sure that she would like to sit on that board [1:32:32] as a board member now and possibly have me as awesome, you know what I'm saying? [1:32:36] But with that being said, if all lines are hard to clear, [1:32:39] thank you all, I love you, there's nothing you can do about it [1:32:41] and you all have a great evening. [1:32:43] Thank you so much for being back. [1:32:47] Thank you very much for hanging out with us on this Tuesday, the budget workshops. [1:32:55] They have been very educational for me, so thank you guys for your patience and also [1:33:02] coming out to this town council meeting, family, and those recipients of that Wendee [1:33:09] a Bruce Mount Scholarship, you know, I'm super, super excited to be a part of that. I like to see [1:33:15] us in the community do more of that. You know, we have to find a way to give back to our youth [1:33:22] and just tell them, thank you and let them know that we see them and we appreciate them because at [1:33:27] the end of the day, they really are our future y'all. So I like to see more of that stuff continue, [1:33:34] but they're just coming out of coming up with a Thursday 530 budget. [1:33:40] Have a good night. [1:33:44] I'll show you. [1:33:46] Good evening everybody. [1:33:49] For you Japan, do we bet that we did enjoy it? [1:33:54] If you got it, if I could get it under the game. [1:33:58] So since you started with that, [1:34:00] I hope the one Randolph had a bit coming up that we did not acknowledge tonight. [1:34:05] right? And so I want to yield a few minutes, sorry, because I want to yield a few minutes [1:34:10] to talk about the breast cancer event that's coming up on the 12th. Councilwoman, did you [1:34:14] want to talk briefly about it to remind the residents? [1:34:17] Yes. And I've got to fly you some into some of the table. Yes, if you don't have, we have [1:34:24] a great event coming up. And right now, we're trying to make sure that we have enough people [1:34:30] so that way we take care of the overall operation. [1:34:34] A group coming from, it's called Beautiful Gate, [1:34:38] and they do 3D mammograms all over the state of Florida [1:34:42] and nonprofit, and they have entered into a partnership [1:34:45] with the town of EBL to do this annually. [1:34:49] And so it's free if you have, you don't have any shirts, [1:34:53] if you have any shirts, it doesn't matter, [1:34:55] they will provide service to you. [1:34:59] And also we have you to get care to doctors and medical care in the event if you are experiencing symptoms or maybe you can find something there like a mom or whatever. [1:35:13] So that's a very good program. [1:35:16] If you just want to write this phone number down, [1:35:20] you just call this number 407-858-1421. [1:35:29] And that's a nurse that will answer the phone. [1:35:32] If she doesn't answer, you leave your information, [1:35:36] your name, your phone number. [1:35:37] They'll get back to you. [1:35:39] And the event is going to be Saturday, [1:35:41] We set 10 with you 12 from 9 to 3 across P.M. and the Denton Johnson side. [1:35:52] It's 6. [1:35:54] That's right. [1:35:57] It's 12. [1:35:58] Yeah. [1:35:59] The last year is the last year. [1:36:01] Yeah, that's the date for the last year. [1:36:04] Yes. [1:36:04] Yeah. [1:36:04] But it is 12. [1:36:05] Yeah, so we're looking forward to sending people out and getting those that have to say live, even if they always say lives. [1:36:16] Okay, thank you very much. [1:36:20] Maybe we're going to mention it, so I didn't originally intend to speak on it, but I just wanted to say thank you for your efforts in that field. [1:36:26] we know if it's okay with you for me saying that you're a survivor. [1:36:31] Yes. [1:36:31] And we're proud of that. [1:36:33] And then I think you should be knowing that resources are important. [1:36:37] She mentioned that if you have insurance or if you don't have insurance, you still have [1:36:40] services available to you. [1:36:42] We know we live amongst. [1:36:44] We know how disparate treatment can be sometimes, but it has somebody to come into our neighborhood [1:36:48] to do this on the flag for us. [1:36:51] It's an amazing thing. [1:36:52] breast cancer month is next month and so men and women I encourage you to go [1:37:00] get screened. Great great event that's coming up I can't wait. On the 19th and I [1:37:06] don't have that flyer here from this came to shunt tonight but you will see it [1:37:10] coming shortly in a water bill on your door bill on your social medias is the kickoff [1:37:16] of the girls mentoring program that will be coming to Sun Eatonville something [1:37:21] special to myself in collaboration with Lane's Girls. Ms. Lisa of Lane's Girls is a former [1:37:28] community personality that I was privy to enjoy the mentorship of. She has been running for 20 [1:37:37] years a girls mentoring group out of a pop group and those girls have done amazing things. I was [1:37:43] privy to go to their scholarship lunch in this year where they give out $45,000 in college scholarships. [1:37:49] we have a bunch of young ladies from Eatonville that have participated in her programs and so more [1:37:55] information coming about that and the reason that I made a note of that is because I have to make sure [1:37:59] that it did not clash with the breast cancer event. So on the 12th we have breast cancer event [1:38:04] and on the 19th excuse me we will have our very first kickoff girls mentoring meeting is for girls [1:38:12] and the 5th through the 12th grade, it will be at the Denton Job Center at 1030 AM. [1:38:17] I can't see some more information coming out about that. [1:38:22] I want to bring to the Council's attention Ms. Belger, our Deputy Clerk has access [1:38:26] to start thinking about people that we think we should encourage to apply [1:38:33] to be on our Historic Marker Task Force. For those of you who are familiar with the town, [1:38:38] If you ride around the town in the historic district, you'll see historic markers that speak to certain landmarks. [1:38:44] We know that they could use a little update, a little rehabilitation, a little love, and in doing so, [1:38:49] we want to incorporate the voices of the community. [1:38:51] So we have opened up those applications. [1:38:55] The deadline for those applications are set to for 11. [1:38:58] You can find those on the town website and the social media. [1:39:01] You can also reach out to our clerk's office to get more information if you're interested in applying. [1:39:06] So just encouraging everybody to tell somebody about it, we constantly talked about the voices of Edenville. [1:39:15] You've seen what it is you've got descendants, you've got former residents, you've got current residents, you've got future residents. [1:39:21] We want to hear all the good stories, not just about the east side. [1:39:26] We want to hear about the rainbow, we want to hear about ponchos, we want to hear about all the significant parts of Edenville that make it something that we love. [1:39:33] It's a touch of this historic, I don't care which I'll thank you. [1:39:38] But please, please spread the word on that application, RG1-11, Ms. Belinger has been [1:39:44] working tirelessly with National Park Services to get that taken care of so that I'm really [1:39:47] excited about that project and what that looks like for our historic preservation. [1:39:55] Just a quick update, I know it was briefly, it wasn't directly mentioned tonight but the [1:40:00] how the eating bill has been collaborating with pre-building together who has taken on [1:40:05] a number of homes in the town of Eatonville to help with rehabilitative services. [1:40:10] I was able to go down to their office with Executive Director Johnson of the Eatonville [1:40:15] CRA recently and had very fruitful conversation about the continued work that they're doing [1:40:19] and the partners that they're bringing in to help us with slim and black in the town of Eatonville. [1:40:23] So I'm excited to see what the first phase of those projects look like and then ready to move on to the next phase to get more houses in the pipeline to take advantage of those services that are being offered. [1:40:37] Have you missed Stanley in the building tonight? We have lifecycle riding this weekend. Yes. [1:40:45] So the mayor is coming and so we just told us in a continued thank you to continue to work that you guys do. [1:40:52] You don't come in looking for any food else and so I'm just going to give to you every chance I get. Thank you to the lifecycle club for keeping us in shape. [1:40:59] I'm hungry for it. So, thank you, Council Member Randolph, for bringing that up about what we are doing out of the community. [1:41:06] I do know that hunger for, excuse me, Dr. Phillips, face off their updates to stealing their due diligence phase. [1:41:14] We know that we're waiting on them to close. We know that there's a few things that are pending. [1:41:18] We know they're doing their civil studies, all their groundwork. [1:41:21] And so, again, letting the process be the process. I think it's really important, [1:41:24] while still being creative in the meantime, it's okay to let them do what they're supposed to do [1:41:29] as developers or as property owners, but to your point, it's also important that we do what we're [1:41:35] supposed to do as residents. I stood up in the entire hall and my charge to the community was, [1:41:41] come out, get active, voice your opinions, let the committee hear what those are. So I know [1:41:46] Ms. Fort is in the building tonight, but Ms. Fort along with at least four other [1:41:50] eating bill, natives, residents, lovers of eating bill are on that board that [1:41:56] most of us know at least one of them, I encourage us to communicate with them [1:42:02] if it's a checker board, checker table that you run on the hunger for property, you should probably [1:42:08] tell them. That being said, I would also like to add that as far as [1:42:13] as what we are doing as a community, [1:42:16] I know I brought to you about a month ago [1:42:18] that Baker-Variel's will be coming back before us [1:42:21] to finish that master-claiming conversation. [1:42:24] I know that kind of got stopped in its traps, [1:42:26] but I do know that the consensus of this council [1:42:28] was that that job was not completing. [1:42:31] So that being said, they happened in writing to come back. [1:42:33] We did ask that they wait until after budget [1:42:35] because we know some buyers are doing different others. [1:42:38] So I have extended an invitation for them to come out [1:42:42] in October to speak with us. In the meantime, there's a website that was used at the time of [1:42:48] the master planning. If you went to any of the meetings, you could find the updates of what [1:42:52] happened in those master planning meetings at www.envigianvill.com. www.envigianvill.com was an info [1:43:08] website where they uploaded what was talked about information frequently asked questions and it was sponsored by the [1:43:16] tell. It was something that the tell was working on as far as getting that information out to constituents, to stakeholders. It's still [1:43:24] up, it's still active. Those PDFs are still on there, so if you're interested in any capacity and seeing what was talked about during those master plan to meet in or maybe [1:43:33] want to see what was put on a little picture board see if I even like anything that was on there. [1:43:37] I think that's a great place to start as far as communicating what we would like to see in the [1:43:42] town. And that doesn't just cover the hunger for property. That encompasses the entire town. [1:43:47] It talks about transportation. It talks about walkability. It talks about retail. So some of those [1:43:52] desires that we have about how do we generate revenue with this new development. Some of those ideas [1:43:57] are on there again. When the residents say we want a checker table, they put the checker table on [1:44:03] the picture. Now we do realize that that's a really big wish list and that we couldn't get [1:44:08] realistically everything off that master plan here. We have since talked with administration, [1:44:16] the planner, engineers about what's realistic and what's not, but it's a touch point that we can [1:44:21] change. We put our hands on to say okay well I like what y'all had on there or I don't like anything [1:44:26] that y'all had on there. But it's a there's a contact section so you can get in and leave comments [1:44:31] and visit Eatonville.com. I invite us to all check it out. I'll leave with this one. There [1:44:38] there was a recent loss to the community that we may or may not be aware of. For those of you who [1:44:45] remember Miss Annie Peters a long time long time Eatonville resident attend yet Macedonia [1:44:52] her niece, Ms. Patricia Nicholson, just passed. If you have been in the [1:44:57] cognitive world at all, you know exactly [1:45:00] Patricia Nicholson is. She spent 50 plus years. She did my mom's hair. She did a lot of the ladies at Macedonia's hair. We just lost her. And for me, that's a loss to a number of communities. One of them being the time to eat and build. So my heart goes out to her family and those who are grieving her loss. That being said, I move for a German. So move. It's been a little bit done. Second. Second. Second. Second. [1:45:26] The second on the paper of the journal, please signify the I's, it is an I-20, the R-Gern. [1:45:32] It's available. [1:45:35] It's available. [1:45:37] It's available. [1:45:38] It's available. [1:45:39] It's available. [1:45:40] It's available. [1:45:40] of those rings.
