It is Monday, September 21, 2020, 2020, 2020, [0:51] 6 is 530, we'll get started in the coastal chambers here [0:54] of City Hall, the greatest city, Evalet. [0:57] Let's start with our roll call, please. [1:00] Comfortable here. [1:02] Here. [1:02] A little spare. [1:03] A little spare, a little spare roll. [1:05] Here. [1:06] All right, we'll start off with our approval of our minutes. [1:11] We'll group these together with the minutes [1:12] of City Council Workshop in the September 8th, 26th, [1:16] and the minutes of City Council meetings in February 8th, [1:18] of 2026. [1:20] Motion to move. [1:20] So I move her pitch, or I'm going with it. [1:26] I need a discussion on the favor, say aye. [1:30] Opposed? [1:31] Motion carries. [1:32] Next up, we'll have our approval of the agenda. [1:35] Motion to move. [1:37] So we'll score it. [1:39] Rosie, and Willis [1:44] have one addition tonight. [1:45] I don't. [1:47] Excited. [1:48] There's only 10 things on the list. [1:50] We'll be at the post two stands. [1:52] You just looked at the clock, like I want to be home for dinner. [1:56] There should be number 11 on the resolution, except in the donation from the Evelt [2:00] Elf slash, and you're addressing Evelt for the basketball groups up inside and in the [2:05] center ice park donation. [2:13] Councillor Rosy, are you good with making that motion with the change? [2:18] Councillor Rosy? [2:20] Councillor Rosy? [2:22] With the changes, Rosy and Lewis, all in favor moving forward with the agenda, with the [2:27] What you're curious about the comments, if you're wondering at home, who is here with us [2:34] live tonight, it would be nobody, it is a quiet quiet, we'll check again, so air to [2:43] though, he's recording us but to have you here, but we know you're ever watching us, [2:50] we'll thank you very much, we'll jump into consent of agenda, we'll move on approval of [2:56] for August 23rd through the 15th to 26th. [3:00] So, for perpid generosity and any discussion on that. [3:05] All in favor say aye, I'm a post, emotional carrier. [3:10] We will get into our new business. [3:14] First up, consider the percommission proposal for part camping rates, [3:18] a motion move. [3:20] So, [3:24] for perpidged, second, [3:27] Work will us. [3:31] Jerry, what to put us in the loop of your discussions that you guys are having in the next place? [3:37] Yeah, we're looking at, uh, on the hospital. You tell what it is, it's moving a lot. [3:43] So that's electrical, water sealer. [3:47] Uh, we did some surveys of other compounds in the area. [3:51] Um, we haven't, uh, raised rates since 2022. [3:56] And we thought there was necessary to get the weights out a little bit, to be competitive with other [4:02] cancrumbs, and it didn't go well. [4:05] So, the code for the code which was in all of them also. [4:11] Anything down there? [4:12] It caused the coverage. [4:13] Well the only thing that I will add that we were very reasonable, and after we posted [4:20] these, the manager of the facility and the veterans part there came back and we discussed [4:30] some other changes and worked out just fine. The building rentals that are out there [4:38] all stayed the same. The civilians, resident, non-resan, kitchen, and dining room, [4:43] in a resident, in a resident, in a course store, local schools and stuff, none of those breaks have changed. [4:58] And you said that when you guys are doing this, you compare it to local, if you go further than 30, 40 miles or whatever, what was kind of your radius? [5:07] I'm amazed at it, have you? [5:09] Yeah, any cat problems with it? [5:12] More than miles, it's all. [5:14] We didn't go outside, it was long. [5:18] Pretty much everything wasn't going to single this county. [5:23] Okay, okay. [5:24] Just curious. [5:28] Does anybody have any new numbers or not? [5:30] Hold up. [5:31] I don't know what the number will be showing you. [5:36] I mean, I look at this and feel like, [5:38] especially when it's storage, [5:40] I mean, [5:41] can't store anything anywhere for $200 or any more sold. [5:47] So that is what it is. [5:49] But does anybody have any questions for closer per-picture for Jerry? [5:52] You should know that there are other insurance covers, anything, that's all at the park over the winter, there are insurance covers and others. [6:02] The owner of the camper. [6:06] Yep. [6:09] This is a little questions for the Coast of Perpetra for Jerry on this. [6:12] We'll move forward with both. [6:14] All in favor of these new proposed parking camper, parking camping rates. [6:18] Say aye. [6:19] Opposed. [6:21] Motion carry. [6:22] Next up number two. [6:23] except the port from the range corner is three places atoms lift station [6:26] rough motion to move sport what even in per bitch in for everybody at home [6:35] I just want I was going to change it this is nothing to do it from anything [6:40] personally for me it looks bad when it says atoms lift rough I don't have one but [6:47] this one make that very clear that we're not trying to sneeze something in [6:53] because I wouldn't have given it a different name, so anyway. [6:58] Coordinate and Purpitch, Jerry, elaborate if you would for us, please. [7:04] Yeah, for this is all about, is our name or situation, [7:07] about the identification, which is located between the open areas of muscles. [7:12] The building is open. [7:14] The look that's really, really old. [7:16] I've never, never had a lead construct in that all since I've been here. [7:20] And we've been not fully bandaged on it for the last 26 years, and all it's certain that when we get everywhere in the coming months, we lose to our electrical staff. [7:32] And it's getting to be in this funny salt. I have to roll and get support for this and it's a little more than this quote, but it's something that has to be done. [7:58] But let me ask you a question, Jay, so we can put this into perspective, that if it brings an all electrical into weapon air, then it first actually passes. [8:06] It's got the cost of hundreds of thousands of sold. [8:09] And if it's higher, it's not even that. [8:12] You have to use that one also. [8:14] Wait, I said, we've passed about quite a few times over the years. [8:19] On behalf of all of them. [8:20] Well, look what happened at the field pond area there. [8:25] We lost pumps and went not over in that area too, [8:28] so let's not go through that again. [8:30] And this is pretty, it's, it spans into a bunch of teeth [8:34] in the long run because, and more and more of you, [8:37] you want to go to honor with the turret and fix it, right? [8:42] Do we have numerous quotes for this or... [8:45] Oh, this is the old one. [8:47] only one. I will be in favor of this just because of the timeline, but on the next one if you [8:56] be well with a grab one from somebody from Ebblet, as well, just make me, I don't know anybody else [9:03] knows what I'm going to love for you like this. A large furnace is about the only one I know that [9:07] I don't know if you can try it, it's short, so that's what you are. [9:14] Don't I just, I don't know if you can do that. [9:17] And I agree with you and I think the rage corner for this is the best option. [9:23] Even if that quote is from a local company, we don't do it. [9:27] It just makes my stomach feel better that we at least made that quote from Colin. [9:30] I know in your free time, we would love to do that. [9:41] I don't know who else would, but range cornice definitely is the ticket in this type. [9:48] So I appreciate that we have a quote from them on the list and the word from them. [9:52] Because we know we're going to get a quality product when they're done. [9:56] There we have 70 questions with all of your guardians. [10:00] Jerry, I appreciate you getting on this, and do you have a timeline when you believe they'll have it completed after our boat. [10:06] I'm not really sure I'll haul my way or more, and see when you get there. [10:10] It looks almost like they're in truck and sitting on their feet. [10:15] This is a little smaller than mine, so hopefully they can get on that. [10:19] Okay, wonderful. Thank you very much. [10:22] Anything further for Jerry? [10:24] All the favor of moving forward with this right corner is a roofing replacement for Adams [10:30] lift station, say hi. [10:31] All right. [10:32] A post. [10:33] A emotional character. [10:33] Thank you. [10:36] Next up, approve the 2027 contract show to give it in for City Legislative Consultant. [10:41] Motion to go. [10:44] Perfect. [10:47] Rosie. [10:50] He whispered him a year. [10:54] Now, discussion is open. [10:58] Have. [10:59] And here comes the suggestion. [11:01] Our costume group is your legislative consultant. [11:04] We've been in the U.S. [11:05] For the last few years. [11:08] They present the contract for 2027 in the ABC amount is 26. [11:15] And so I just took the interview just for you. [11:18] the agenda for your review and for your consideration and for the just for the audience [11:24] and respect that they provide a lot of being in assistance, legislator and consultation. [11:30] So we'll be able to be able to be able to get in talks to the legislative and their [11:37] support against providing information for the staff and respect that we consider the very [11:42] So, the staff recommendations, we're going to consider the contract. [11:47] Two of the different proposals. [11:49] Thank you. [11:50] One thing to put in perspective on what they do is one of the things they did for us this last year is they assisted us in our 2.5 million dollars. [11:59] Ever received from the state legislator. [12:01] Legislative to help us with the waste water management system that we're working on. [12:07] That's a truly large project of course, but without their assistance on this, there's no guarantee [12:13] that that $2.5 million would came our way. [12:17] So when you start talking about the amount that we spent per month in half a year, which is [12:21] up in $2,000 a month, and what they bring back into us, not just in that one project, but [12:25] in all of our projects, and also the fact that they do give us sometimes a solid advice direction [12:34] and things like that, which would cost us [12:36] anyway if we researched someone else down in the given to us. [12:39] So they do play a large role in a lot of things [12:41] that we do here in our community. [12:43] And I think costume group is definitely the ticket for us, [12:47] or we're very hard to see a memo. [12:49] So there's anything further? [12:53] No, we all didn't move forward. [12:55] All in favor of this agreement with the legislative [12:58] consultant, Constance, and say aye. [13:03] All right. [13:04] We'll afford you another year, working with you, gentlemen. [13:08] All right, next up, number four. [13:10] Approved the building assessment agreement. [13:13] Motion to move. [13:16] So moved. [13:18] Board. [13:18] I was eating per bench. [13:22] This discussion is regarded in 209. [13:26] I apologize. [13:27] I had so stuff up here. [13:29] I can really talk. [13:31] But our 209 grant, absolutely. [13:33] That was brought to us. [13:34] we had this book that I wanted to make, [13:37] who is looking to review the building [13:42] and give us a layout of what they would be [13:47] needs to be done in order to remove the building [13:50] or for us to make a financial decision on what we want to do [13:54] next with the building, if anything at all. [13:57] Have you ever anything to add to that? [13:58] No, I think it's a very common way. [14:01] I think this will be a great choice. [14:03] If you're thinking that you want to come out for a date, I'm going to do two days, but I [14:09] will be quick to turn around and you'll be in a session. [14:12] That was the last step in the process before moving forward. [14:17] Does anybody have any questions or anything else they'd like to add? [14:22] Then we kind of beat it with a horse a little bit during the workshop. [14:26] But if there's nothing else to add, I will go with all on paper, moving forward with this assessment [14:32] agreement say aye? [14:35] Opposed? [14:36] Oh, she's carried. [14:38] Next up, number five. [14:40] Authorize signing that the resolution for legislative appropriation contract. [14:45] Motion to move. [14:46] So moving. [14:49] It's worth perpidion, little less. [14:54] This goes to what we were just discussing is one of the things that we just took in recently [14:58] as the city of Evel. [15:00] I received $2.5 million legislative appropriation from the state for wastewater treatment updates. [15:06] I'm proving this resolution, authorizes the city and partnership with MSA Professional Services to complete and submit the application deliverables. [15:15] Is there anything anybody like to add to this? [15:20] I guess all that I like to say is that I like to think the cost of the group for their help. [15:25] I like to think our legislators that spoke for us, Pat, for going down and taking a day [15:32] talking in front of them, and Jerry, you're telling that evening that was 7 o'clock at night and was a little off of your normal working hours. [15:42] But answering the million one questions that I had the legislators had after hours. [15:47] It all kind of came together at the last moment, but to everybody's credit, I appreciate it. [15:52] I hope so we can get there so as what Mr. Purpose just said, a big thank you. [15:57] It's the first of many that we're going to need [16:00] in order to finish this slide for project, [16:01] but it's a good way to start. [16:05] Anything else thing to be like that? [16:09] Okay, all in favor of signing this resolution [16:11] of appropriation contract, say aye. [16:14] Opposed? [16:15] Motion will carry. [16:16] Thank you. [16:18] Next up, number six, consider mitigation study [16:21] for station 44 property. [16:23] Motion to move. [16:28] Covenant in a per bitch. [16:30] I had the luxury of joining our [16:37] developer for the station 44 in he had some positive information [16:43] in all hand that over to Alan if you want to share both in a big side of it before we [16:48] move forward and give fear of this input. [16:51] Yeah, so what we got here is they completed out what one donation for that doesn't need [16:56] the exact boundary. It's got to go to a test panel, which consists of the city [17:01] meeting local government unit that kind of controls all that. One process starts [17:08] and goes to, so I think right now what the urgent see is, is getting that [17:14] wetland donation approved by the city and tap panel so that a boundary is identified [17:21] and then over the winter it sounds like they're going to come up with concepts and [17:25] I'm not sure what's actually going to go on that site [17:27] in helping them impact our, and we won't have to wait [17:30] for green up next spring, and to put a impact application [17:34] in us, probably in a nutshell, all the best say that. [17:38] So by having this boundary of food, the tap panel can move [17:43] or having accept that, they don't need to revisit the site [17:47] and the data window and say, well, we think that's right. [17:50] But let's see how vegetation grows next spring. [17:53] and maybe you come back in that boundary shift a little bit. [17:56] We're going to all the impact applications and stuff [17:59] have to be updated in three lecture sets. [18:02] Counter-portment training. [18:03] Try to push this in nice. [18:04] We can do it before process. [18:08] And vegetation starts dying. [18:10] And I mean, typically, we want to do them [18:13] side reviews and, after a point in the fall, [18:16] I guess, is kind of where it's going to go in the back. [18:19] So it's keeping the process moving. [18:21] So, with us voting on this, what type of timeline you believe that that gives the developer [18:27] if they choose to move forward with building, what kind of a timeline? [18:32] Now, we're in what they're timeline, just our timeline in what works with government sources [18:39] for is it look like? [18:40] So, the developer also called me a modern making sure we got this to the city and what was the [18:44] next step in which we had a good conversation about it, my understanding is, yes, this was [18:50] the first formals thing to happen, second, he's working with the tenant that's coming in [18:57] here, they're super interested in getting something going in this site and by starting [19:02] this wetland application process to figure out all the mitigation needs for this particular [19:11] site, they can potentially look at breaking your own next frame, it's kind of, if all [19:18] start to line here that permits to do it all, they can just keep moving it right through [19:24] this, what is best case scenario is kind of how you present to it in my chat or a phone. [19:31] So, the super interested in that website is still obviously, they have agreement with you guys, [19:37] best as much as I know. I'm working with a different, different engineer, not myself. [19:43] So, when they approached me about this, it was failing out this well and delination complete. [19:47] What do you think? What's the next step? [19:51] In matches the previous ones pretty closely. [19:54] It's not like something dramatically different than [19:59] what the city had done years ago. [20:01] So it's, I don't see a problem. [20:04] Maybe maybe don't move right through with no issue. [20:07] But it's processes you take me into these well and projects. [20:11] So what do you need from us then? [20:14] I think what we're looking for here is just to prove it. [20:17] Consider approving it. [20:19] If approved, a tap panel meeting with the regulators will be put together to keep that process [20:25] full on the panel. [20:27] Put together with the developer and you will make our move. [20:31] So it'd be the tap panel, so it'd be the Wattlandellinator that did the work to the field. [20:37] Put together a report on it. [20:39] The city is the LGU, and there's usually someone from Bowser and the state that are all [20:45] so on. [20:45] So I believe it's like a Dave Deamer, and I have to look who the Bowser records for at [20:50] work at the moment, but they typically all part of that tap panel to agree with that delineation [20:57] report, or maybe they agree with some changes to it, and that's kind of how you move them [21:02] through when it happens with them, and it's portrait on it, which comes back and the city [21:07] access of phone and all to you. [21:09] So there's also, in the township somewhere, [21:13] sitting in this town, he would be stepping in [21:14] and have a wrap, and the whole application [21:17] processed through the town, and every municipality [21:21] in town, he, and whatever, has a slightly different process [21:24] I'll be moving through, but here it's the city's [21:28] the old to you for the project. [21:29] So both the government, unit that kind of controls [21:32] all of the people who are supposed to as the easy way to say it. [21:36] Pat, you already own that. [21:38] Oh, and in that, in the police, you can, you can, [21:42] someone can donate someone else's property if they want to, [21:45] but to mitigate it, you must get their permission. [21:48] We are the older sister's property, the last life being property. [21:51] And to send you all the progress, you have to agree to have it mitigating. [21:55] And through the process, that's an out-and-serious thing. [22:00] This is just, uh, [22:06] the right student, they need to do an order to proceed. [22:10] So, which obviously I still stand is was the best way for us to handle this entire process. [22:16] One extra vote here and there to hold on to the ownership of the land through the process as well. [22:21] So, same way of any of the questions for an order at all. [22:26] Work after this matter. [22:30] All of favor of allowing this mitigation study at Station 44, say aye. Opposed? Motion carried. One thing I'll say, and this is a little lot of book here, not that they moved ready for that, but when I came into this two years ago, I never understood why it took so long to get a business in here to build a house, to move forward, but when everything is old and in mink and everybody else for six months, it's insane, but we appreciate it. [23:00] out on everything that you do for us. I don't know if we ever say that enough because I know [23:03] when you get paid. But your time and energy is well worth it. We appreciate it. I just never [23:08] would've guessed the amount of steps we've got to take to make something happen. Jerry told me, [23:14] I just didn't believe him. I don't have a meaning to have a meaning to have a meaning to have a meaning to have [23:19] that. That you do. That's a good sense saying. But I'm glad that we're moving forward and I am hoping [23:24] that spring of 2027 that's good at many on many levels. [23:28] All right, number seven, consider proposal for dehumidification facility assessment for [23:33] the hippodrome. [23:34] The quotient to move. [23:35] So, for which, or, well, this discussion is open. [23:42] Pat, do you want to speak for, have, oh, yeah, I guess, I can do this section of your [23:48] We're shot me a year or a year today, and what the goal is for you is that you can [23:54] achieve facility assessment, so that will come on board with distance, for T's and [23:58] evaluate your first system, and find the most cost-effective approach to updating your [24:04] place. [24:04] That system, we do think there are some savings you occur. [24:08] We do have an ultra-wide refunds rate that can help with this going to be a capital. [24:12] So what we're trying to find is a strategy to bring back to you and mitigate that gap, either [24:18] You know, in a set that this group is some modifications to one of those before, but all the way to get the work out and move forward. [24:28] And we do have a timeline here with the actual life. We've got to get this done, and so we want to be very impressive about it. [24:36] And if that sets them complete and bring back to you a recommendation that we can work with. [24:42] I'm going to lose the higher beef funds for the study. [24:47] You know, I think we can, you know, there should be a reason for reason we couldn't get more. [24:52] Any other [25:00] questions or discussion regarding this? [25:04] I am thankful that we're at this step, fixing this because we need to start hanging in the right direction. [25:11] So, all in favor of the reporter for this facility assessment of the Hippocrum say aye. [25:17] Aye. [25:17] Motion carried number eight consider the preliminary platform for the school redevelopment project. [25:25] A motion to move. [25:28] Excuse me. [25:30] Rosie. [25:33] Sport. [25:34] I pervich. [25:36] This question is open. [25:40] I don't know if any of you really don't end all these pictures or what have you. [25:45] I'm not sure. [25:46] Is this you, Alan? [25:48] So we have all the line-series, Joshua Marshallists, [25:51] that's been doing the fighting process for this. [25:54] It's spraying the orange spray paint on the streets and everything else. [25:58] So yeah, it might be some of that. [25:59] It might be some of that. [26:00] It might be construction-staking. [26:02] Really, it doesn't. [26:03] It's being built up there. [26:05] Do you know what the bail box is for? [26:06] I'm a cornered up here. [26:07] Send it in. [26:08] I believe so. [26:10] There's a permit that was pulled, called, [26:13] through the IPCA called, [26:15] the NPS permit for any time it rains, they had to go and do some inspection to make sure [26:22] they're not creating erosion problems or runoff problems, off sites, out of a project area. [26:32] There's not excessive tracking that it's going to wash down and create runoff problems [26:38] wherever the storm sewer discharge is, so it's part of a permitting process, anytime you [26:43] more than one maker, you have to have that permanent place, and I believe that's where [26:49] they keep some of the data. There's also a job board and stuff that are posted related [26:55] to the funding on site, few things like that. They're doing a better job than I would say, [27:02] most contractors, you gotta go kind of pull teeth to give them a show that stuff, not that they [27:07] I don't have it, I'm not going directly, but it's on public display where there's someone [27:12] from MTC shows up and worse your daily or weekly logs at rain yesterday, did you inspect [27:21] your stuff, didn't see us up from the mailbox and it's on site, it may not be in the mailbox, [27:28] but that's where they were keeping it on site and give 24 hours to produce the records [27:33] or something. [27:33] So for everyone who's been pretty more organized about you. [27:38] So there, anybody that has called me, it was wondering, [27:42] there is the answer, because I'll be an I didn't know the answer, [27:45] I'd appreciate you letting me know. [27:48] I knew that I was getting the call over a weekend that I'd see you [27:51] suited up and you could just tell the world, [27:54] you see, don't you look super smart? [27:56] Well, I'm happy for you, that I didn't even prep you. [28:00] The only question I had on what I was looking at was on the second page, [28:04] We have it corridor to off and we're back talking about that top on this piece of paper [28:12] to be the top right block and it will be locked three. [28:19] Is that something that Casper movies are able to make into a lot there or is that just a [28:26] lot that's meant to stay the city of Evelis? [28:28] That's up to you guys, so to be a lot in the platform, if you want to sell it, great, if you don't want to sell it, [28:36] it's not requiring yourself, but it's set up for that, if someone didn't want to purchase it as an adjacent model, [28:41] if you didn't, someone did want to buy it from the city and build on it, maybe it's a slightly different [28:48] home, or something like that, to that effect. It'd be a lot of options if there's a deed in [28:53] I will create it for that personal and in this plotting process. [28:58] Thank you for clarification on that. [29:00] Does anybody have any questions? [29:01] Concerns? [29:02] For an element on this? [29:05] On this map here. [29:09] It shows Cleveland Street going straight through and in Garfield Street. [29:15] But on the Cleveland side, actually on the horizon side, [29:22] You know, the only entrance is to cleavage Street, right, to get to those lots in the back. [29:29] So, the houses that face Harrison, six lots, six haulsas, six lots of face Harrison, [29:37] backed up to the ones that are coming out of the cleavage. [29:39] And they're all to be six slots on each side of Cleveland. [29:42] The new Cleveland Street extension. [29:46] And then we need jumped on to the Garfield Street extension. [29:51] There'll be the eight lots, but slightly smaller. [29:56] And on the south side of the street would be 12 lots, one more tree. [30:00] Talk to go for the affirmative, and all the ones for another bill, berth of time, oh, lock in the center. That's where I store modern attention in that, oh, lock in, if I'm reassens. [30:15] Now, oh, lock F, do we have that exact size of that piece, then, where we're able to share that with the developer? [30:24] Yep, they're showing this when this plaque will stresses us as part of the submission process that you've been in, you know, that the console actually approved submitting a plaque. [30:37] So if they're being submitted, once the plaque's finalized and signed and by all the entities, I'm going to see that signature page or maybe it's not there. [30:47] It gets recorded, then we'll be the recorded dimensions about law, but we could share them like they're not, but just by a very real piece of a closer problem or something like that. [30:59] Okay, I think this process, so I can get to them dimensions. [31:03] That would be great if we have a meeting coming up two days from now. [31:06] I think it is with the potential, so be able to share that would be a good piece of information to add. [31:12] And actually if you just, in that你就 don't just share a size of every, every lot that's there that would just be over here for us. [31:20] But we're not asking you the three separate times. [31:22] So, thank you very much. [31:27] Does anybody else have any other questions for Alan or? [31:29] We can just follow in your room. [31:33] Harrison Street. [31:34] Harrison Street. [31:35] Where are some of your departments? [31:36] If you, if you, if you have calendar parking, and you're having entry system, Harrison, [31:42] They're not leaving much room for the people that have the calendar part that don't have [31:46] the Rogers on Harrison's seat. [31:49] Yeah, typically don't have a driver either with your garage or yard or a lot. [31:56] It's usually 30 foot, maybe. [31:59] I'm cocking the people that already live on here. [32:02] I guess you there. [32:02] There are a lot of lots across the street. [32:04] So you're swapping your area. [32:08] It has still been parking in my house, but people from the other service street were coming [32:12] park there and once you get a change to a parking or someone's on it. [32:17] That's why I say chief, is that something to where everyone is going to see that the [32:19] problem where that street doesn't have to. [32:21] Do you want to, yeah? [32:24] What do you want to do? [32:25] Do you want to do anything? [32:25] No matter what. [32:26] About a street. [32:28] What do you want to do? [32:28] Listen to that guy over here. [32:31] You don't want to think about that. [32:32] What are you afraid about? [32:33] What are you afraid about? [32:34] What are you afraid about? [32:36] like that, you know what, people who are going to, [32:40] there's a lot of cars that park on Harrison Men. [32:43] Well, from side to side. [32:47] Yeah. [32:48] But again, they do the same thing on Adams, [32:53] gosh, I'm not sure it's back to you, too. [32:57] We have to think of orders as soon as I know. [32:59] I don't want to think of them. [33:02] I just, I was just wondering how they were going to, [33:06] I see how this is designed here. [33:09] Yeah, first I thought you're mind-winged to where they have to wear the new people [33:12] going to park from, like, y'all and drive away, but I don't know what you're saying. [33:15] You're feeling the other side. [33:16] Yeah, you're giving up 20 plus feet every, well, six times. [33:22] It's the time of the year where great friends and neighbors become better. [33:26] I'm glad I'm out of this. [33:31] I'm glad I'm out of this. [33:33] It happened. [33:34] It's easy to talk when you got a fight for a spot. [33:37] Tell you what, Jefferson Street is nothing but love. [33:39] Thank you, everybody. [33:40] Thank you. [33:42] Same real sorry. [33:43] Any questions for anybody on this topic at all? [33:49] I believe to see this in front of us. [33:51] This is information that we need. [33:53] Especially myself in concert perpetrator with the meetings we've been going to [33:57] to start explaining to exactly these developers what exactly they're looking at. [34:04] Myself, concert perpetrator and Pat just do a lot of, well, you know, you know, so this will be great to be able to show [34:09] to you. [34:10] Any chance we can get some bigger drawings? [34:14] Yeah. [34:14] Yeah. [34:14] Realize to make it up there so it's for their console pack. [34:17] We've been trying to create their actual plot size. [34:19] It's going to be like, if you wanted a hard copy, [34:22] be like 32 by 34, so it's a big, quite a bit bigger. We can read that small text on [34:28] the check. Have you had any else of this? [34:32] Only the next step that I can get out of the curtain if I run, we'll be doing two months of [34:36] support. We can send the signal scan and start here. We'll give you a process of talking about [34:41] demand. Yeah, we need the support and we have to work that out. Yeah, it's not. So that's what you're [34:47] getting right now, cracked. That's what we're hoping to have. Yes. Well, if there's not [34:52] Yes, as you need, we're just going to take a quick, easy time out. [34:56] They're both come back to it. [34:58] So then I'll be at the mercy of St. Louis County once we make, [35:02] and put it in their hands. [35:04] And I think we talked earlier that we need to allow up [35:08] to let three or four months for them to turn it around. [35:10] Yeah, so we had one this spring that was submitted [35:13] and it did get approved earlier this summer. [35:17] So it does usually takes some time. [35:19] and all the stuff's already been sent there. [35:22] It's probably holding it in a spot. [35:25] So there's getting the last stuff that [35:26] was needed on the application. [35:29] I think they're going to apply check VRD centers. [35:33] All the stuff submitted, just a matter of what's [35:37] they get to it, to start a crash. [35:39] The T, you're already out of the eye, right? [35:42] Yeah, thank you. [35:43] You're going to work all the time, so I believe so. [35:46] If you're going to work that, it's going on up there. [35:49] before we take this vote for the people at home [35:51] for the council, I may not have heard earlier. [35:54] Casper, the company that's working on the land [35:56] is, they're on the correct timeline, correct? [35:59] And what do you see as a potential finish date? [36:03] So they're hoping to have all the utilities in the ground. [36:07] By the time they wrap up this fall [36:09] and the road, both streets are roughed in. [36:13] They're talking about doing some patching on exterior streets [36:17] where there's current streets where they had a cut-in for some utility connections. [36:23] I think he gets some of them paid them's possible. [36:26] We get him cash back before winter. [36:29] Worst case, the lead brought up a great little gravel up in the combat next spring. [36:34] And you do all the curvy gutter that kind of stuff and then paid the street. [36:41] Prior to probably mid-Jude next spring as well, the target was when we talked about that. [36:47] Okay. [36:49] Does anybody else have any questions for anybody at all? [36:54] All of the favour of moving forward at the platform for the School of the Green of Belminton project say aye. [36:59] Aye. [37:00] First, no commercial break needed. [37:03] Thank you very much. [37:04] Motion approved. [37:06] Send those minutes and then we'll move on. [37:08] All right, could I ask a question for you? [37:11] Yeah, if you need a big problem, you need like preliminary minutes. [37:17] But that's the question that you approve of it. [37:20] So we have to wait till I go over four to get them by six. [37:23] Yes. [37:24] I can clarify what, you know, you might be approved minutes. [37:27] I think it's very cold or the previous one. [37:30] So, sirs, yeah, you're exactly correct. You go back, hot, cold, meeting, you're accepting minutes from the meeting. That's the chair, sirs, the most common ones. [37:41] Excuse me. [37:42] All right. [37:43] To play that might be a little bit out on the way. [37:46] It still has, saw us the mirror in it. [37:48] Well, have a special meeting just to prove it tonight. [37:50] Tomorrow, three days from now. [37:53] Three days from now. [37:54] Three days from now. [37:54] Well, you can be honest, you know what I mean? [37:56] The office always have. [37:57] We could do that on the 29th. [37:58] If we have a minute, it's done, but we're putting that on sadly. [38:02] We're on the middle of the minute, so the pressure is to be on the right pressure. [38:07] So we'll just talk about it in a minute, so we'll be talking about it in a minute. [38:11] Especially me. [38:12] Good 29. [38:13] Okay, if it works, it works if not, it's a week later. [38:18] So, it solves our papers already being held. [38:21] It's a place that's just going to cross the T. [38:23] So, all right, next up, we're nine. [38:26] I'll try signature municipal consent resolution to per resolution to sign cooperative agreement. [38:32] Motion to move. [38:36] So we perpetuate [38:43] support by Rosie. [38:47] I'll hand this to you. [38:49] I'm curious. [38:51] And I'll move to the armors. [38:53] This comes from St. Louis County. [38:55] There are two things that could be the approval on. [38:58] To the most of the personal life of this, we're going to set up some rights on the moot shin [39:02] and outlides in a series of where guys who's responsible for one Congress Parkway, [39:09] the Department of Congress Parkway state, no, for you two. [39:12] The Congress Parkway state. [39:15] And the end of the day is one. [39:16] Most of it is safe. [39:17] What's characterized are employees. [39:18] There are some inspections and other things that the city gotta be involved with. [39:25] I know other staff would do this for a group of group of groupingists. [39:29] The quality of the agreement, the next document is between taking those kind of city [39:33] then one of the rock bridge on the school district. [39:37] Again, get out by and who's been stopped on one of those relates to again, the rock is far away. [39:44] And I read through it that the things that have been asked with this agreement was in [39:49] section where I can keep these alone in those lines, for most parts, it's really defying [39:56] a lot of financial response to this, and we'll not drift into it and say it was [40:01] county. [40:02] But I guess I just refer to who I really get more specific if I don't know how to do it. [40:08] We are comfortable with the non-commissioned pre-do movement. [40:14] I could just mention that a lot of the leading colleagues [40:18] system is important for violence, but it's going to be necessary to respond to the [40:23] we won't be able to move on to the goal of this. And we can kind of face it for [40:27] some of that suggested that we want to fight, you know, a lot of like happen. [40:33] We won't be really sweet, lightening, we're more just a fight pass fighting, but it will, [40:39] I wouldn't even speak to you. [40:41] Is it the same goal as the station? [40:44] Is the bill certainly going to get me to be responsible? [40:46] Well, they're picking up the part. [40:49] Anything that we're taking under the old one, [40:53] they're in a case for a new one, [40:54] but if we need a bigger size, [40:56] which would probably want to be a bigger lift station, [40:59] we couldn't be having our businesses in an early morning. [41:02] We have to meet a bigger one, so we'll have to pay for [41:05] an additional off-beat off-the-paying [41:08] that they'll make to move this approach. [41:12] We'll be able to find an answer to that. [41:16] We'll be right there. [41:18] We've got to go bigger now for a moving and we want to say the same size as the others. [41:24] Yeah. [41:24] I think they were potential of the process going into there would be some future tax revenues [41:32] that we could sort of pay access to help with that infrastructure. [41:35] Right. [41:37] And just one of those things where you don't take the free one up front to spend your money completely [41:42] on a new one, a year or two later, [41:44] because you find no quick that you're not heavy enough. [41:48] Let the county pay for a chunk of the new one [41:51] and we just pay for the rest of it. [41:53] So it's just a wise choice to make it a long run. [41:56] But have we even come inside with the need of any idea [41:59] of your? [42:00] Yeah, I'm not both in America over here. [42:02] It's time to go over and I'm going to be so [42:03] that there are a couple of people in the water sauce. [42:08] And I think it's just a bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit. [42:14] And for the people all there, listening when we're talking about, we're talking about the new highway road that the county is looking to build between Highway 37 and the second round about that was just created by Wolverine Way, the Rockland School District, and that road that's going to connect those area up, run parallel the highway 53, and we'll open up a lot of area for us to put in new businesses, et cetera. [42:40] And along that role, we'll be both the summer we'll have, and also a walking, biking path. [42:48] And the lighting that we're discussing in the live station will be for that area there. [42:55] Something that [42:59] the county has a lot of projects going on right now, so we're there to be able to really push hard to get this to the front of their wishlist as a lot to what Commissioner Nelson's doing on his way out in the assistance that we're getting from Commissioner Jugovitch. [43:13] to make sure that this gets completed as well as it has a lot more to do than just [43:19] allowing the city of Elot, that's the benefit to us to have an industrial parkway [43:24] but it really is going to generate a safety way for police, [43:30] and fire, and the MS to have another way in and out of Rockery School District. [43:36] And then to the parents that are reals coming in, it's going to make their [43:38] like these here coming in and out and as much as I want to make your life [43:41] you're coming in and out. It makes me feel better as it does this council knowing that there's [43:45] more than one way in for EMS and police to get inside the school district to assist. So not only [43:52] is it going to create the growing parallel to Highway 53, but it's also going to create a [43:57] a growing that goes up and directs into the prevention elementary school. So you know how to create a nice [44:04] You know, the allow people to come in no more freely, but ultimately the allow police firing [44:10] domestic at their FNB, we're also trying to make this not feel like a dirt road path [44:17] where we're just much of business stuff, they're by putting this nice, walk, biking road, [44:22] and everything else and there's where people can really try to enjoy this space, so as we continue [44:28] to progress, continue to support our county commissioners as they are the ones that are on the final [44:33] have the pushing us through. Correct me if I'm wrong, Pat, but the last media was 90, 95% [44:38] done. It's the load of the fine ASC that needs to be taken care of. So, keep pushing [44:45] our current commissioners and those that are running, that this is something that's important [44:49] to us so we can make sure we get this started, which would be a spring-ish of 2027. So, [44:56] If there's no other questions for the powers that have... [45:00] We'll move into a vote. [45:05] All in favor that now, authorizing a signature for the municipal consent resolution, and approve the resolution to sign the property agreement, say aye, aye, abstain, motion, carry. [45:17] Number 10, transfer the V.E.A.D. dissolution funds in the amount of 100,000 into the 14-0-2-building capital plan, motion to move. [45:26] So move, rich and little us. [45:32] Okay, so as we look to finalize B. E. Duck, [45:39] that'll be closing out here in the end of the month, [45:41] a couple of days actually, right? [45:44] There'll be checks this first by whatever is in the check-in account [45:49] and whatever amounts are left, [45:51] 50% will go to Virginia, 50% will come to us. [45:55] And of our 50% we're looking to put $100,000 [45:58] of that into a capital plan for the 14.02 billion money to go into a higher savings account. [46:06] So it can earn us some money, so when we have costs that come our way in the future regarding [46:12] the 14.02 billion in the media, we'll have funds directly. [46:15] Alan Take care, we'll have funds directly available to them to try to tackle some of these projects. [46:23] This is also quite important for us as we're applying for potential grant money from the [46:29] attribular. [46:30] They see that we are putting money into its future as well and not just looking for a hand [46:35] on it. [46:37] So, whatever money is left over, I think we'll just come into the EDA if we type in and decide [46:43] it from there. [46:44] What we do with it? [46:45] Is that correct? [46:45] Yeah, I mean, if we're in the direction of the council, [46:48] but eventually there's been a discussion about the 40-year-to-year-to-year [46:52] that it'd be managed by the E.G. Law Center, [46:55] and so it would make sense to have a lot of follow-up [46:58] in the E.G. Law Center. [47:00] Yeah, so whether it's five thousand or twenty thousand dollars [47:03] left over on top of that, those funds can be decided [47:06] therefore in the future, but the first hundred thousand dollars [47:09] will go into the capital plan. [47:11] So any questions on that at all? [47:14] This has been a process, but we are coming to the end when we're talking about days. [47:21] So if there's no further discussion or any questions on favor of taking the delusion, [47:27] that this elusion begit a funds of 100,000 for the 14 or two capital plan and put it in a motion say aye. [47:35] Aye. [47:36] Opposed? [47:37] Motion carries. [47:38] And the number 11, the one that was added, this is a resolution, accepting a donation from the [47:46] Elk Slash of Energyizing Evelas for the basketball coups that were put inside center-ice [47:52] part motion to move. [47:55] So, Rosie, support, per pitch. [47:59] Discussion? [48:02] Again, thanks to the Elk Slash for their generous donation, they're always there when we need [48:11] and done along with the energizing level, of course, but all of us, all the organizations that have [48:17] been stepping up to help us with these small little things that we want to get done to make [48:24] our tone better. It's just really remarkable that cooperation would be getting from them [48:30] and donations and not grants and everything. I think it's just absolutely amazing that the [48:35] are right up there with all of them, it's with their donations. [48:42] Absolutely. [48:42] And without you, if you kind of look into it, you kind of see the part of everything, at least that a small level of not even a large level like this. [48:52] And they're addressing it, you know, they're working now diligently with the elk to try to help create wherever they can. [48:59] and energizing it with all we bring in also the donation of the ice shack if you will for the center ice park ice ring. [49:12] So these groups are going out and they're finding these funds to help the taxpayer dollars a little bit. [49:18] And you know, $15,000 here, $1,000 here, 20 grand here, and all that's up in the long run. [49:22] And these groups are doing it through hard work and they're doing it through the community. [49:26] So, two things I like to say, number one, if you have any interest in joining the Lions, [49:30] the Elx, the Mason, all of them play a nice role in cyber-community, but also if you have [49:35] any interest in being a part of exercising, you have to take a look to see what they can do, [49:39] to see what you can do to be a part of these groups, if you feel like you can lend the hand [49:44] in any which way. Because, like, Constra-Purpose just mentioned, it's very favorable to the city [49:50] whether it's a thousand-dollar donation issue and abuse because they are direct things that the community has seen [49:57] Direct, I mean the two basketballs couldn't be more direct about things that you're seeing that there was donate it over [50:02] So thank you to everybody that plays a role in these things. It doesn't mean a lot to us [50:07] May the else regarding this sorry resolution all in favor except in the donation say aye [50:15] All right, I'll post a little carry next up. We have our board in the ease on updates. I'll start on the far left. Joe, you're up. [50:25] Uh, you don't think I have just a care for all of you. [50:35] He's 20 years pro. [50:38] You got me on another committee. You got me on another committee. [50:50] We're starting a committee for our master plan at the airport. [50:57] There's some information that has to be delivered to the legislature and stuff like that. [51:07] We're looking to build new taxiways, hangers, you know, there's the demand from what I understand that other regional airports excluding heavy and of course, but [51:23] or cook, tower, they're all at a space, they both have some space. [51:30] We're sitting pretty good if we can get that our part developed and get some more businesses to come in. [51:39] We're looking for any kind of suggestions going down the line, [51:45] but there's going to be some meetings about our master plan more forward. [51:49] We also got a number of applications for part-time work-out there at the airport for snowfalls and general maintenance and clean-up of the facility. [52:10] It really looks good out there. [52:12] Our new managers don't have really good job of maintaining and he's gotten rid of a lot of junk that this is outside and cleaned it up. [52:21] It's starting to look good and we're starting to get some people interested in coming back, so. [52:26] Perfect. [52:30] The other thing we had was our part and red commission meeting, and of course, you know, all the rates. That was discussed tonight, then I think everything out there is going pretty well. [52:45] The one thing about the parks, I'd like to talk about, we're trying to make this town a little bit better. [52:55] We had a nice group of people going paint, northside park and get it looking shut. [53:01] Just before the Fourth of July they did a remarkable job. [53:04] We've had some people come on and take care of some fire hydrants, painting and doing some stuff and volunteering to do that kind of work. [53:12] But we still need some volunteers and I don't [53:16] not sure how the chief is going to go by what I'm talking about, [53:21] but we need some patrolling. [53:24] And if we have some citizens that see something going wrong [53:27] at the parks, please let us know. [53:31] So we can address it. [53:33] We've had some vandalism up that sunrise park. [53:39] We've had some bullying going on up there. [53:42] We saw some damage to the hockey rink that we had to be replaced. [53:47] The basketball loops have been damaged to the point where we might have taken down. [53:57] I mean, if you're not going to, parents are going to look after the children that are up there, [54:05] and who are using our part. [54:07] And we're just trying to do the right thing by making RFC nice. [54:11] And we can't have this kind of vandalism and stuff going on, you know, on a regular basis. [54:18] Are you talking about, they were going to watch it. [54:23] You know, that, that would be so helpful. [54:27] Well, I just wanted to green berate. [54:30] I hesitate to have someone involved in the rituals by themselves, but if they could report or even take a license plate number, [54:40] or get a description or something like that so we can know who these people are, it would be very [54:46] helpful. I'm brand new equipment up at the park and they've already got their initials engraved [54:52] into some of the cap-rass that they're so. [54:58] It's really quite sad. [55:03] I guess to your point, [55:05] because the perfect is that you see something called like one, let the officers get their right [55:09] way, not asking people they handle it themselves that they don't feel comfortable. [55:14] I'm sure we are. [55:17] But call my little one or at least report it so that we kind of have an idea of what we're [55:24] looking for. [55:25] I know that there was a concern member that came to City Hall and reported what they saw [55:30] and just happened to know what they saw and who they saw and a simple report goes [55:35] long ways, so it allows chief and his staff to do what they need to do, but not saying anything [55:43] at all makes it really rough. [55:45] You know, it's tough, and it's not just our parts either, it could be the rest of the city [55:51] for that matter. [55:55] The last thing we need is someone to die in, one of these dilapidated houses, because someone said [56:02] I don't know why I didn't know that there was somebody else in there. [56:04] You don't just, if you see something out of the ordinary, a break in or something like that, just, you know, [56:10] I don't want the chief to spend a lot of paperwork and stuff like that, but at least we can more than investigate and see it and make sure that no one was with it. [56:20] Very much. Anything else? [56:22] No. [56:24] Appreciate it. Thank you. [56:28] Let's go ahead. [56:38] Excuse me. [56:38] primarily, what is the future road to store at most of your CDA exciting to say that we [56:51] finally have the grouping company that's going to be putting a new roof on that building [56:57] has a vehicle parked a lot now and we're going to see the building supplies that have to [57:03] to do that. That's a good thing. We're also very close to the open bit of accepting proposals [57:13] on the exterior shell. It's very interesting, I suspect. By the next meeting, I should [57:23] be able to report on that. Hopefully, we will have that project underway. That part is pretty [57:32] I think we handled some of the business associated with the day-to-day stuff and those [57:39] of them. [57:40] And we also have, we're in line to have the powerful and we discussed previously. [57:47] We're going to have that move. [57:49] That's all been being far, it's just a matter of getting up and up and up and up and up. [57:53] All of these are worklists to get that project up to. [57:58] That'll make a big difference to call the extra part of the project, [58:04] this handle, too, so. [58:06] That's about it. [58:08] The role is going to determine the board for the HIA's. [58:14] HIA is very, very, very, very, very, very blessed to prepare to get through the dissertation. [58:22] just to make it a stuff that's a good budget. [58:25] You have some great talks, very precise. [58:29] They're not a lot. [58:30] I mean, first sheet. [58:32] Everything else is moving right along as planned, I think. [58:37] There was a doctor of cooperation with the E.D. [58:41] E.D. and C.E. [58:43] So it's not that easy. [58:46] And we talked a little before. [58:47] So it's all there we are, I imagine that you might be getting the call as two. [58:55] All we want this is the scene. [58:57] Yeah, I think I see it. [58:59] Yeah, I can be right there. [59:03] That's the voting as far as what's going on. [59:06] I knew it'd be better for you. [59:09] Just the polls won't be coming. [59:14] Perfect. [59:16] Here we go. [59:17] The executive committee got together, we're working now to put together two more leases for the 14-0-2-0. [59:24] One is, in a couple days, the other one will be next week for my understanding, so we'll try to get that building to a mode. [59:32] 88% full, just a couple months. That's exciting. [59:40] The rest of it, executive board committee meeting, I just felt like there was not a whole lot of share from there. [59:46] feel like a problem. You can definitely bring it up. [59:49] It was just words that needed to be moved or else we could be ready for the future, I guess. [59:56] But I wonder, just mention that there's a problem. [1:00:00] Our poll being was put in at Central Center, ICE Park. And we'll have an electrical company in there, so we'll go to an electric and we'll start moving some power to underground what have you just please be careful when you're over there. If you see the people working, they're going to have up their safety stuff, but just be smart and keep your distance. But they're starting to move the power to different places inside Center, ICE Park, whether it's for the ice shack, for the lighting, whatever it is, but they're getting that process. [1:00:30] going. [1:00:32] The community center is going to be a whole thing roller skating in about [1:00:35] October 2nd to October 9th. So make sure you put those in your book if you're [1:00:39] at a roller skating and know that comes for quite an end we'll be leading the [1:00:42] charge and probably the disco dance but he doesn't take so. [1:00:49] Light, blowing snow. [1:00:52] Lying dancing we back on the 16th if you haven't done it yet [1:00:55] something fun to try and give it a whirl. And the last thing I want to mention was [1:01:00] Big Truck Night will be this coming Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m. You'll have city trucks [1:01:06] down there, some other items, and then a slew of food trucks what happened. So come down and [1:01:13] enjoy the night from 4 to 7 p.m. We'll have lots going on. [1:01:18] So the Minnesota wilderness [1:01:19] our local hippodrome hippodrome hockey team that be there you can meet and greet with [1:01:25] those with those players as well so stop on bike but that's that's all that I [1:01:30] really had so Jerry you got anything on your plate the only thing I have is on it [1:01:39] start up all cleanup today. So we have a through zone. So we have a through zone. [1:01:45] So we have a through zone. But we're all going to help fix the block right next to these. [1:01:54] Till six, every day. [1:01:55] We're going to do a lot of things. [1:01:58] And we're going to do a lot of things. [1:02:04] you're doing any [1:02:13] personal helping you know cleaning grudges this year you're taking this [1:02:16] you're off there cheap anything on your schedule no he has talked a little bit [1:02:27] a little bit of a camera parking next Thursday begins already our guys are looking [1:02:33] What would we do it? [1:02:35] Are they? [1:02:36] Sarkazzo. [1:02:37] Sarkazzo. [1:02:37] Sarkazzo. [1:02:38] But if you want to come and talk to the chief for his people of old calendar parking. [1:02:42] If you have any questions on the Thursday. [1:02:44] Yeah. [1:02:45] If you have any questions on how it works, we have a little cards to give you. [1:02:47] If you're new to town, come and see us. [1:02:48] We can explain it. [1:02:50] Yeah. [1:02:50] We'll have some cards at the big truck night. [1:02:51] Two to hand out down there. [1:02:53] It's a good idea. [1:02:54] Yeah. [1:02:55] Chattaborne is a little bit big truck ready. [1:02:57] I'll be there. [1:02:58] Chief will be there to talk about calendar parking. [1:03:00] That'll be the topic. [1:03:03] Is that anything on your mind? [1:03:05] Nothing. [1:03:06] Is that anything on your mind? [1:03:08] No. [1:03:09] Thank you, bro. [1:03:10] Absolutely. [1:03:10] I appreciate everybody's hard work in their committee meetings and sometimes I know that [1:03:15] don't have a lot to say at the committee meetings, but I know there's a lot going on with everybody in their [1:03:20] time, so I appreciate everybody. [1:03:22] And I look forward to the next three to six months for the city. [1:03:28] Can start to really get up all the work that's been done because it's actually [1:03:32] You didn't sign, you just delivered, we can announce it, so I think you guys, for everything in advance and stuff for dealing with all of us, I appreciate you greatly. [1:03:43] Now's the time that we can talk about that. [1:03:47] But in all seriousness, I want to thank everybody for their patience and all the projects that we're doing and for their support here for the City of Bevel, and we'll see everybody on Thursday night, downtown. [1:03:59] And from there, we'll go and see if we're in the hippodrome for hockey. [1:04:05] That's coming up and everything else going on between these centers. [1:04:08] Thank you very much. [1:04:09] I'm sorry. [1:04:11] We're going in there. [1:04:12] So we're right at the end of the meeting. [1:04:14] But just to let everyone know that on the 29th of the council, [1:04:17] that we're going to research our staff, we're going to meet two to 29th. [1:04:21] We have to one week later, that'll be posted. [1:04:24] So the public is aware of it. [1:04:25] And with the Mayor of City Council's permission to be, we'll probably have a very short, special meeting to come up with a bunch of issues that we mentioned in the work of City Council. [1:04:36] There it is. [1:04:37] If you have any questions, I would just say that they're feel free to reach out to City Hall. [1:04:40] We can explain it to you a little bit better, so we'll be back on the 29th for a special meeting, and also for the workshop. [1:04:47] To a clock. [1:04:48] Thank you, everybody. Have a great one. [1:04:53] I hope you're successful.
