board asking for this amendment but then
[42:02] he still has to pay for a hearing and go
through the hearing process or the board

amendment to the Planning Commission and
[42:10] ask the Planning Commission to prepare
an amendment for adoption we have to go
[42:14] through um and
notify because this would be a change in
[42:19] uses I believe it's just a general ad
notification similar to most like
[42:26] ordinance amendments um I don't believe
because it's not a map change we don't
[42:30] have to notify everyone's surrounding
it's more just a general but you still
[42:37] have yeah we would have to have a public
hearing but this is something the board

do and it would honestly go about as
[42:45] fast as a variance process in my opinion
if not maybe faster because for variance
[42:50] you also have to gather the zoning
hearing board which is a separate board

and get that moving so variance puts a
