[0:04]
We're going to take the seats, we're going to get started, because we want to get finished.
[0:08]
We're going to take the time, we're going to have
[0:12]
a number of small meetings.
[0:14]
Thank you to everyone for joining us this evening.
[0:17]
This is kind of the culmination.
[0:18]
It's going to be an opportunity to try to discern the proper use for those about roll.
[0:25]
And so I appreciate everyone who's taking their time to come up.
[0:29]
We're going to take the workroom members, members of the Plan Commission,
[0:31]
across these village staff residents who have come for a comment.
[0:37]
Thank you so much.
[0:37]
We cannot do this process without you.
[0:40]
We can't do this process alone.
[0:44]
So the lettuce.
[0:46]
I don't think we have the flag.
[0:49]
But we're in a new place we're going to say.
[0:51]
So if you were to stand there and join with one.
[0:54]
Oh, there we go.
[0:55]
We got one.
[0:56]
And pleasant allegiance to the flag.
[0:58]
I mean, United States is America.
[1:00]
and to the great public, for which it stands, one nation under God in the visible with liberty and justice and law.
[1:10]
Roleball is like a specific place to take you on to the man for France to go up with the law and try to do this for this.
[1:18]
Is it all the same?
[1:22]
We've done a visible role call.
[1:24]
We have a form for those board and a form for the workgroup.
[1:27]
So thanks for being here.
[1:30]
Thanks very much.
[1:33]
So we're going to do with a little update for those guys, there are a couple of the issues
[1:37]
that we've talked about before in the work group, which is primarily listening to property
[1:42]
for sale.
[1:42]
It goes a little bit further into the demolition property, so we'll kind of get your time.
[1:46]
Yes, thank you.
[1:47]
So, thanks a lot.
[1:48]
Thanks a lot for being here.
[1:49]
We appreciate it.
[1:50]
Thanks for the folks in the audience who are being here.
[1:54]
We have a lot of sort of time at the end for public candidates.
[1:59]
And then we have a public meeting and kicked out this process, three of the same sessions.
[2:05]
And the work group are going to be again for a final of the same session after this process.
[2:12]
So we'll turn it on.
[2:13]
We can soak together a few minutes and have a time to explain how the design structure can work.
[2:19]
So looking forward to it tonight.
[2:21]
Two quick updates.
[2:23]
I want to make sure the board appears in the work producers.
[2:26]
So, we are proceeding with the direction preparing the site to two M-O.
[2:34]
So, we will be getting coaches.
[2:35]
It's a public process.
[2:36]
We're going to get a bit to go through that.
[2:39]
So, back to date.
[2:41]
Sometime, when I think about the consensus,
[2:43]
it's been in the board and the work group that we need to do that before we fully
[2:51]
Part of the site.
[2:52]
Why should I say that?
[2:53]
We need to get a current being with fully marketing design.
[2:57]
Second, we are in the process of having scenarios with different brokers to help target the property.
[3:03]
We have an area yesterday.
[3:04]
We've got to let's get over next week.
[3:06]
We're looking for a third and yet fourth.
[3:08]
So we'll continue to move that process along as well.
[3:15]
Can I get to take my study beyond to say what I think kind of is the way of developing pressure.
[3:19]
You've got to work on your job out to this point.
[3:21]
Can I have to figure any more time and turn it over again?
[3:23]
Right,
[3:26]
good evening, everyone.
[3:27]
I'm not waiting for questions.
[3:29]
I'm going to talk about the responsibility of consulting groups
[3:31]
for the grant and self-taughtness project.
[3:34]
I have a part of this not here.
[3:36]
I've taught them a lot about the law.
[3:37]
It would be very nice to assist in meeting actually.
[3:41]
A lot of the work in this set up tonight is looking more involved.
[3:46]
And as a result of this meeting, I'm going to be going to mention before,
[3:50]
we will be taking this information and the stuff that's going to be done.
[3:53]
And the final concept, why is it going to be the greatest?
[3:56]
The public will hear it over here that minute and bell.
[3:59]
Congratulations for the pressure, the association of the press and the
[4:03]
organization.
[4:04]
And this year, how facilitate this process, you know,
[4:07]
values provided in analysis and market, being one of the types of
[4:11]
uses and the likely work at this location.
[4:15]
And I'll just comment on this a little later, by the way,
[4:18]
pressure.
[4:19]
This is what those are.
[4:20]
One of the things I want to do first
[4:26]
is it needs up to you on the project process of the timeline.
[4:33]
As a result of tonight, we're going to summarize results and results will be posted on the village website.
[4:41]
We'll talk about that a little bit later, but that's what it's like.
[4:44]
As I mentioned before, the next step will be the preparation of up to five.
[4:48]
for the conceptual site, my answer for consideration by the community.
[4:54]
Once we do that, the team will post that information.
[4:59]
Most of you guys still can have the opportunity to visit the Circle.
[5:02]
Anyway, what I'm saying to us is the portal, if you remember,
[5:05]
the initial portal where you could offer comments on the issues
[5:09]
that we're going to put the portal to the site.
[5:12]
That same portal will be used in a different format,
[5:14]
We're aware of what we will be posting in a certain place, we come up with, and we also
[5:21]
solicit community reaction to those plans before we're doing the same time.
[5:26]
The first plans are brought to the planning commission and then to the village board for their consideration.
[5:34]
The goal of this is that the extent of possible is to still down on those five options
[5:40]
This is the two or three that would be then depending on how this process would forward the
[5:47]
initial issue structure, put it into a developer recruit practice.
[5:51]
Now again, there's a broken model, we're not actually sure all that, but I'll double
[5:55]
down to the other one.
[5:56]
The point is then information, you're given to a broker, put it into a package, would be the
[6:04]
result of the board plan you should have input, and hopefully narrowly down and optionate
[6:08]
and can both slide what we want to consider.
[6:12]
And again, there's a process to tell you
[6:14]
how this goes through the broker or a contract broker.
[6:18]
We would be evaluating developers,
[6:21]
coming to the village, their proposals,
[6:24]
their financial plan, the offerings,
[6:27]
on the site, and then after that, there will be
[6:30]
a negotiation with sales terms, and likely
[6:33]
in some sort of contract on this property.
[6:37]
And then after that, there would then be a typical zoning and safe plan to be processed
[6:45]
in a city and all of the town would be going through and that will still have to
[6:49]
occur in the form of a zoning with lightning, zoning the process again depending on what
[6:55]
important, the primary reason.
[6:58]
But let's just assume that from all of you.
[7:00]
And then reviewed the specific development plan.
[7:03]
So this is more than a conceptual idea to
[7:06]
all group prohibition is part of this bit, and then decided that we would want to
[7:11]
develop our money effort to be bearing the process, to build the site, and thoroughly
[7:17]
and bring that again to the planning commission and to build it forward and then to the
[7:22]
other commission to pay an input and that process.
[7:26]
So that's what we're supposed to go, and this will likely grow over, and again, I'll
[7:33]
and take them into early next year.
[7:37]
So in comes to retail, when Allen has a strong retail market, not like they can see here,
[7:44]
there are some strings with the site that they will get played with over there.
[7:49]
But they're quickly enough to many for presenting restaurants or making a small strip
[7:54]
center, nothing has that large one, a strip of a retail strip center, multi-tenths, is
[8:00]
unless you have a strong anger with that,
[8:04]
if it starts with a different fire,
[8:06]
high-to-rance, that what probably is already in the community,
[8:10]
and non-cosmic, not getting into it with that kind of rent.
[8:14]
When it comes to office days,
[8:15]
we all know it's been happening.
[8:17]
You know, with the office market,
[8:19]
it's pretty much, you know, in the dumpster right now.
[8:21]
Well, it's not an office, prime office location.
[8:25]
However, there is any tenant that's really lost to be here.
[8:30]
For example, maybe some kind of medical office,
[8:34]
it certainly could be an appropriate use.
[8:36]
Residential is another appropriate use over here
[8:39]
that could be some kind of rental product,
[8:41]
it could be over self product, could be multi-story,
[8:44]
it could be two-story town homes, any of these things,
[8:48]
could probably work at this location,
[8:51]
and it could be the market rate, it could be affordable,
[8:54]
there would be demand for either kind of problem.
[8:57]
So
[9:05]
let's get into what tonight's all about the review of this occasion,
[9:09]
and I should say to the colleague, the design show that.
[9:13]
Again, the review, the purpose of objectives, which we've highlighted previously,
[9:20]
this is intended to be a free-falling opportunity to exchange ideas,
[9:25]
the board, and what we've done at the youth of previously in the open houses in the public comment period.
[9:30]
This is your opportunity to move the book forward, to take these ideas and collectively try to determine how they would actually work on the site given the constraints of the site, which I can clarify in a little minute.
[9:45]
Regarding the rules of the role of how we would like to work together, first of all, we've done this for all eight years or well.
[9:53]
It is not necessary to the table group have consensus on a specific idea for ideas.
[10:00]
If one person has an idea and the others don't agree, or they don't like it, doesn't matter.
[10:07]
If a person has the opportunity to express their thoughts and we want to encourage that.
[10:14]
So the interaction, I want to encourage most of the people that you've shavings going to get turned down.
[10:20]
You can certainly talk about it, you can be able to build a little bit not extensively,
[10:23]
because another goal I'll do tonight is I can keep you here until midnight.
[10:28]
So we want to try and end up this workshop process with the design process I would say,
[10:36]
roughly around 830 after we're going to be reporting out here.
[10:41]
So let me get back to the site.
[10:44]
The site has a number of constraints that you need to be aware of, and they have mentioned already.
[10:50]
One of those has to do with X-Warm Road.
[10:56]
And that is, we have, there has been a talk about the vacation of X-Warm.
[11:02]
Which was an attention to make some sense, although the site has more of a community.
[11:06]
You're setting down on the others, traffic, the use of cars, you set the site, or that
[11:12]
roadway, and if that is vacated, we'll impact them and we'll end up on area of traffic.
[11:18]
So that would be a condition.
[11:20]
But one of the options is actually more than willing to consider as a part of this process
[11:25]
as the idea of the next four goes away except what we know is that there is a 48 inch storm
[11:32]
So we're essentially going to break down the middle, which, in order to start, so we're going to try to enhance this part, and then you're going to go familiar.
[11:39]
We're going to have to look at this part of the axis of the regional detention area for this part of the community.
[11:46]
In addition, there's an 18-inch sanded area.
[11:51]
So with that basic thing, as you can see on the burial, if we have under table, there's a big blue swath right down the middle.
[11:58]
It's about a point, a 30-point easer than we have for you to obtain as part of this project.
[12:05]
So basically what does that mean?
[12:06]
It's essentially a place that's the site.
[12:08]
And that's, unfortunately, because it means that it's even some.
[12:12]
It's less usable for some of the potential bigger project you might have envisioned in your event.
[12:19]
So that's the reality where it has to work on.
[12:21]
Having said that, with an easer typically, this would have to be different for today.
[12:27]
Let's assume that typically you can use these in the department, so there's at least the possibility that it's completely available to us.
[12:39]
Configuration is called duck-and-donate's access. If you notice on the area, if there's a little stomach alley, it comes off of the next ward, it actually serves as access to the duck-and-donate's property.
[12:53]
So that, now later, that stuff also leaks to the meat.
[12:57]
Now, other issues that I mentioned this before,
[13:00]
which is very precise, but as you look at the side,
[13:02]
you can begin to appreciate it.
[13:04]
And as you can see, some of the cutouts that we have later,
[13:07]
really have a greater appreciation for the idea that we have
[13:10]
very limited footage on rows of those.
[13:14]
It's 120 feet.
[13:16]
Now, including any portion of actually the couldn't make it,
[13:19]
But again, it would be a limit to the addition, so the number of uses for taking retail uses
[13:26]
that would typically want to be on the roads and all, it's going to go there, it's going to be limited
[13:33]
in life, or I believe, because of that 120 times of the French.
[13:38]
The side is two, two point, two point two-eighthres in total, seven parcels combined.
[13:49]
As I mentioned, this report is a way for you to put your hands on what's that mean.
[13:56]
This would likely produce this for a retail site in the neighborhood of 20 to 25,000 square feet of retail.
[14:05]
That's the building all the way of parking landscape.
[14:08]
That's just a general little problem.
[14:10]
If you look at retail, you need to get some rest rate use versus a shopping center.
[14:17]
The parking demand for rest rate uses are two to three times that for a retail center.
[14:23]
So you think about a rest rate going somewhere on the site.
[14:27]
You can imagine how much of the area would be taken apart.
[14:30]
So again, we have some growing types, but you'll be letting me have to give you some guidance on what that I think.
[14:37]
So those of you who have issues related to the site, we have four facilities.
[14:42]
There's no boundary bar.
[14:44]
We have a permanent, we'll be circulating around the tables, basically.
[14:49]
We will need to go to West Black essentially.
[14:50]
Two tables.
[14:52]
We have any questions.
[14:54]
We didn't know anything starting over there as research.
[14:57]
We'll see you in the next video.
[15:00]
So, if there's questions you have, things we need to research, other sites you want us to take a look at, whatever, the question right here we have that is a resource to note and feel free to ask us those questions if there's additional research that you would like to have done.
[15:17]
What the facilitators are going to do to make sure we have a record, another detail, I would ask one person to volunteer from each panel group to be able to record.
[15:27]
And that's to record the ideas and the thoughts, not the graphics, not the layoffs of the site.
[15:35]
But the conversation that discussion that goes along with the layoffs that you're going to come up with.
[15:42]
Because what the facilitation of the deal is that once you're done with the particular layout, we're going to go on and photograph that.
[15:47]
So once one idea is that you can move on to the next one very quickly.
[15:51]
And I think I did this to some of these other one having the opportunity to have input.
[16:00]
Let's see what else.
[16:01]
So these maps, the aerial photos for scale, to 1-inch people, 50 feet.
[16:08]
The development prototypes that are at your table.
[16:19]
We have a packet like this, because all of the development prototypes that we looked at,
[16:24]
So we thought we might need to be feasible on this site, and there are other uses called other uses.
[16:33]
At the end of the attack, the team of later-grating process, after we do robbery introduction of the health of prototypes,
[16:42]
that people wanted to...
[16:45]
Okay, so the interest in seeing the important insight, I think, is included.
[16:48]
and recreational uses,
[16:53]
storage facility,
[16:56]
but what are two of those things?
[16:58]
Thank you.
[16:58]
Thank you.
[17:00]
And the point of that is we didn't see a lot of those building types
[17:08]
for tonight that are in the package for reference.
[17:11]
If you want this to scale those up,
[17:13]
we can do that in one of those things.
[17:14]
Let's see what a daycare looks like here.
[17:16]
We're going to do a lot of things.
[17:18]
We're going to do a lot of things.
[17:19]
We're going to do a lot of things.
[17:21]
And to complement that handout,
[17:24]
to the attention, we have taken and scale all the
[17:29]
developed prototypes of a battle.
[17:31]
Most of the development prototypes are in that
[17:33]
back twice and all.
[17:35]
Because several development prototypes
[17:37]
are like that actually different
[17:38]
redundancy between that same type of energy
[17:41]
we just wanted to build a number of paths
[17:43]
that we use, each kind of can have a bag of location, the address, the balance in basic information on what that link is.
[17:54]
But use as your guide, the end of it will find most of the cut-outs here.
[18:00]
Some of the cut-outs that are somebody referenced for any types of the packet,
[18:06]
we didn't cut up, it's for instance.
[18:08]
something like that. So I think we'll look at the high-end
[18:11]
restaurant. It's we looked at Cooper's monogating.
[18:14]
That one doubters drove off by the field. That site is 12,000
[18:18]
million. We have 12,000. That's the story of building. It's a two,
[18:22]
just six-acre site. We'll work on this. Probably another
[18:26]
on this site for a number of different reasons. But if you want to
[18:30]
get a restaurant, the price is not to that. You can look at that as a
[18:33]
scale down version. That's why this is being in one of these
[18:37]
out, you know what you're simply looking for in this subject, and see the reason why some of
[18:41]
these just go off the list.
[18:51]
Yes, one of the things that's very important, some of you are aware and animal also, has
[18:59]
required the ability of possibility of purchasing about a half-acre of the land, Jason's
[19:05]
for every party. And in the kind of, as you will see, a half-acre square. So you get a relative
[19:16]
proportion of what a half-acre looks like. And surprisingly, I was wondering if it would
[19:21]
still, again, take away from other uses. And having a fairly significant impact on what's left
[19:28]
So we want to point at that is one other table group to at least one of your options
[19:34]
includes getting one half acre to the animal hospital.
[19:44]
All right.
[19:45]
So when this crisis in addition to the report,
[19:48]
we're going to ask each table group.
[19:49]
So everyone can do a little bit about what you're doing.
[19:52]
At the end of our day 30, we'll ask one person to represent a group
[19:56]
and talk about it.
[19:57]
If you can, at the top of the table, choice,
[19:59]
what's seen in the post, the generated post, and sentences.
[20:03]
You can't do it, and just do it in something.
[20:05]
Whatever you can do.
[20:07]
So a little bit of chance to report out from each table group,
[20:10]
and then wrap up hopefully a little bit of time
[20:13]
with that instant of arts that also need to exert
[20:16]
kind of public conversation.
[20:18]
It's well.
[20:19]
So that's our agenda, those are the ground rules,
[20:22]
any questions, no, again.
[20:24]
Look at the rolling around, so don't miss me to grab this.
[20:27]
It means it's still incomplete.
[20:33]
Now, you can come up, this exercise is to a lot of you come up with as many options as you want.
[20:41]
Archa, after it's a nice state of inspiration, you can still get down to five.
[20:46]
And then you have a question, thank
[20:56]
you.
[20:57]
Okay.
[20:57]
The amount of authority I think it was related to restaurants, restaurants being a form of commercial retail use.
[21:03]
Yeah.
[21:04]
And the rest are at stake, they take a lot of the site
[21:08]
in the rush, they compare us to this.
[21:10]
So retail center, compared to a rest hour rest hour,
[21:15]
we'll take up close to three times, two to three
[21:17]
on time, and see what it means.
[21:19]
Just get a sense, the rest right here.
[21:21]
Again, we have to kind of out for different type of rest.
[21:23]
I think we're looking there, kind of out in here.
[21:26]
I think they're saying, I got the name of the rest
[21:36]
That's what we have to say, so we have to have some smaller prototypes of smaller ones.
[21:45]
So those are those.
[21:52]
So that means you want
[21:56]
them.
[21:56]
If you can.
[21:57]
Yeah, they're just doing it in summary of, you know, what got you for them.
[22:01]
So, this is a
[22:05]
long, historic throughers and so on.
[22:07]
We have the 12 high, the 12 electrical poles,
[22:11]
and there's a meat for electrical down the center
[22:13]
of the site, and the problem is export.
[22:16]
What's the assumption on that?
[22:18]
It's a...
[22:19]
It's not going to be there in my phone.
[22:21]
Did everyone hear that?
[22:22]
No, I think.
[22:23]
OK, tell me.
[22:24]
I'll tell you.
[22:25]
Tell me.
[22:26]
Why are there this site?
[22:29]
In the assumptions, it will be very,
[22:40]
The first is a bit of a trace paper, you have to say it down, you can use those, start crying out, you're writing it in a hopeful, a lot of a trace paper.
[22:50]
Feel free to move on.
[27:07]
She's doing big things in general, people isn't worried about her.
[27:13]
She's worried about what happened to her.
[27:16]
But people said it's really depends so much on what's in the building.
[27:22]
All right.
[27:22]
And this is the right forest.
[27:24]
So you know what I mean?
[27:28]
I don't know.
[27:30]
I don't know.
[29:31]
1.
[29:32]
1.
[29:38]
3.
[29:39]
5.
[29:41]
3.
[29:41]
4.
[29:43]
3.
[29:45]
5.
[29:46]
3.
[29:47]
3.
[29:53]
5.
[29:58]

[29:59]

[45:00]
Thank you for your time. Thank you
[45:13]
very much.
[45:18]
And thank you for your time. And thank you to our note tour tour tour tour. And we're she's really good in dance.
[45:26]
We want to make sure, we want to make sure that we're documenting what these kinds of things that you guys are creating. So, this people, for example, people ask to take the pictures. I'm not sure why we're using the, uh, the, uh, the public comment.
[45:26]
We wanted to make sure, just give us one second. We wanted to make sure that we're documenting what these dancers are creating, so this people for example, people has to take pictures. I'm not sure if we'll be using the, uh, the, uh, the, uh, the.
[45:42]
Thank you.
[45:43]
Thank you, Tristan Mayberg.
[45:45]
Thank you.
[45:46]
Someone, someone, we got to get all this information to country and come into the report.
[45:46]
Someone, we gotta get all the information to concentrate,
[45:49]
and come from the report.
[45:51]
So either a picture, really good notes or a tracing paper.
[45:51]
So either a picture, really good notes, or a tracing paper.
[45:55]
Better than the applications, the notes will help us better than our predictions.
[45:55]
Better than the applications, the notes will help us better
[45:57]
to have a picture.
[45:59]
I think we don't want to solve it.
[45:59]
I don't want to solve it.
[46:01]
Take a question.
[46:01]
The tables that have to start a drawing are putting at this.
[46:02]
I have a started drawing.
[46:03]
I'm putting an idea.
[46:04]
So you don't pick the apps.
[46:04]
You don't want to pick the apps that are doing it.
[46:06]
Start doing it again.
[46:06]
I can't.
[46:06]
I think otherwise you can run out of time.
[46:07]
I can't.
[46:07]
I can't.
[49:13]
I don't think I got a reserve spot, but I don't think I got a reserve spot, but I don't think I got a reserve spot.
[52:39]
So this is just so sad.
[53:09]
What?
[53:10]
dois, girls.
[53:11]
Question, fifth answer.
[53:18]
Part 2, fifth answer.
[53:18]
Part 2, fifth answer.
[53:19]
They're okay.
[53:21]
They're okay.
[53:25]
Number four.
[53:25]
It was all tied to the stand out.
[53:28]
The dark.
[53:29]
It was a slightly spicy,
[53:29]
a little spicy.
[53:34]
Yeah.
[53:34]
The important one,
[53:35]
is the yard.
[53:36]
The yard.
[53:37]
They're in vapor.
[53:38]
The yard's setting.
[53:39]
The yard's setting.
[54:38]
It's like a baby.
[54:44]
All right, so there is one baby.
[54:50]
So the next one.
[54:52]
So yeah, I don't think it's not too difficult to have a good casual education I think I agree.
[54:52]
So the next one.
[54:55]
So the next one.
[54:57]
Yeah, I don't think it's natural to have a good casual hat.
[55:01]
I think I agree.
[55:02]
And I think it's a good hat.
[55:05]
We're going to go either rather.
[56:32]
You know, there's a lot of people in the city.
[56:37]
Yeah, there's a lot of people in the city.
[56:49]
Yeah, yeah.
[56:50]
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
[56:52]
Yeah.
[56:52]
Yeah.
[59:52]
I don't know if I can help the press, I can help the press.
[59:55]
Yeah, I'm going to make it a nice one.
[59:56]
I'm going to do this one.
[59:58]
No, I'm going to do this one.
[59:58]
Yeah, I'm going to do this.
[1:00:31]
Thank you.
[1:02:37]
I'm not like the other guys quite over here.
[1:02:43]
So this would be four to 15 years.
[1:02:46]
So we were about to get here.
[1:02:47]
We're working here.
[1:02:48]
We're going to take a try and a bakery for my house.
[1:02:54]
And see the support house and they also work with the animals.
[1:04:29]
you're going there
[1:09:14]
And this is the time where we like to be in our ramp on a stable process.
[1:09:21]
So I asked you to put your hands down and have a seat.
[1:09:27]
Hopefully you can then apply to someone who will be your spokesperson.
[1:09:33]
And this time I got a huge cable probe.
[1:09:38]
And I asked him to present two of their top ideas with CMT.
[1:09:42]
Yeah, very most of the systems, all right, so we're going to start here at the table four.
[1:09:51]
Thank you.
[1:09:56]
Thank you.
[1:09:57]
Thank you.
[1:09:58]
And I'm Chair of the Environmental Officials.
[1:10:00]
When I'm interested, I'm going to have everybody plus here.
[1:10:03]
So thanks.
[1:10:03]
Thank you for providing us that opportunity to take care of this thing.
[1:10:08]
We came up with more of the night and ideas again.
[1:10:10]
and then we put them down and we like to be kind of swayed from the way that some overlap or some ideas that you can
[1:10:17]
validate or support me to other. So then that is we came down with, if you put it right down to two, one would be to maintain
[1:10:24]
something that the retail space on the road. So that would be a restaurant, a favorite, a good size, with very
[1:10:31]
basic of what you've been looking at behind that on the tap. In this kind of days, some of our favorite
[1:10:36]
ideas was to turn all of that space into a green space that is on the other side of the
[1:10:42]
hand-fishing mark. So it's supported with hand-fishing mark. We're also contributing to the end
[1:10:48]
of the hospital in this model. And in that, I'll also go with three space. The rest part that's
[1:10:54]
strengthening Rosemary would also have some kind of a rooftop bar that would overlook the green
[1:10:59]
space to become a little bit of a cultural community center. It's on the south side of Rosemary's
[1:11:03]
the alternative of that green space is to put support housing all along that
[1:11:09]
tax tax area road. We thought that the choice in front of us for that is that people living
[1:11:15]
in the support of housing, it would be able to walk to return to nearby and work.
[1:11:20]
They would be able to walk to work, they would have access to transportation,
[1:11:23]
based on that location, and they would also benefit from the green space
[1:11:27]
in the Department of Arts History.
[1:11:29]
So we thought it was a great location in terms of
[1:11:31]
in Pythagoras.
[1:11:32]
By our release, we were both live animals.
[1:11:35]
They left animals and all the, again,
[1:11:38]
we were putting a fake or your arrest model
[1:11:40]
or something on the road to the road to the road to the road to the road.
[1:11:42]
So we like using that in the group of green space
[1:11:45]
or supporting housing with one of our top ideas.
[1:11:48]
The other idea was to go completely
[1:11:49]
to the production and to the next space
[1:11:51]
and to the medical complex.
[1:11:54]
So, fronting on, road to the road
[1:11:56]
would be to be at two or three or four story medical building for medical officers.
[1:12:01]
And then behind that, I was taught would be almost a retail street home space
[1:12:07]
where you can buy an individual of franchises to come in and they might be different types of men,
[1:12:11]
but the men's boss versus physical therapy things like that, so it would be integrated with the medical building.
[1:12:17]
So if you're a men's head, that's the nation where again, this creates space when you think the rest of it.
[1:12:28]
So, table six,
[1:12:36]
we had a couple of different goals.
[1:12:38]
We wanted to just come up with a few different variations of different ideas.
[1:12:45]
And one of the things those systems among all our ideas is something they have to eager
[1:12:51]
to the vet clinic, the largest reason behind that was the thought it was important to support
[1:12:59]
a strong local business, and to keep them around, and we believe that that would be a necessary
[1:13:05]
part of keeping them in time. So, we'll all already have started with that path of acre going
[1:13:12]
to the vet. Then if we move next to that next space east, that was really a trippy spot
[1:13:18]
And because we realized that there aren't a lot of great options that will fit in any space that small when you try to rank parking and other logistical things.
[1:13:30]
One idea was to use it as a preferential space, like an extension of library to connect south-westerm and more library.
[1:13:38]
libraries will have a way for residents here, and, I guess, the library is looking for a way to extend
[1:13:45]
to a touch of residents, south of Rhodesville, Rome, and that was one idea of the best space.
[1:13:51]
Another idea was leaning that open and as parking, with the idea of a phase two of developments,
[1:14:00]
where, eventually, in the future, the dug-in space and the wind stop space would be right
[1:14:07]
for development, and if there was that opportunity to use that, now it's the peace-meatly short-term
[1:14:14]
solutions, we have a larger space that someone might be interested in and develop more.
[1:14:20]
So, we would just use it as a central agent for a parking space, parking as a good thing with the other
[1:14:30]
of it, and further developed that, and we had to rent the parking, maybe there's something
[1:14:35]
to come up with.
[1:14:37]
Next, more of the way we really are, it really depends on the idea that we're somewhat
[1:14:41]
like using that as parking space.
[1:14:44]
We can forget that at the parking space.
[1:14:46]
That point, we want to move that to the parking if the next spot on the east of that
[1:14:52]
was to be called a restaurant called that parking.
[1:14:55]
And they tried to work better.
[1:14:57]
There were some ideas about,
[1:14:59]
All right.
[1:15:00]
We're keeping that as an open and as a road and that scenario we were envisioning more of a quick service restaurant facing rules of a road and then medical retail behind on tap.
[1:15:14]
So that's what, in that scenario where we can keep the exportable bit as a road.
[1:15:19]
Maybe in a parking that an idea that was discussed was a multi-use multi-level space on that eastern L-Long,
[1:15:32]
where it would be a restaurant and another commercial space on the first floor going to the rules about down the floor.
[1:15:39]
And then back behind tab, and then floors two through four could be residential.
[1:15:45]
This idea really came late because at the last meeting, when someone spoke about micro units,
[1:15:51]
a group that worked all day and stuff, but no one was really interested in that idea that
[1:15:57]
possible compromise, because it seemed like it would have been a whole burden on schools,
[1:16:02]
possibly generated a fair amount of tax revenue and bringing residents.
[1:16:07]
It would also, the micro units had a affordable aspect of housing, which was an area of
[1:16:15]
potential within space.
[1:16:16]
So those were our visions for the location.
[1:16:19]
Are we taking questions?
[1:16:21]
It's really good.
[1:16:22]
Sorry.
[1:16:22]
So that was actually two was the mixed use.
[1:16:26]
Sorry.
[1:16:27]
That was option three was the next use.
[1:16:29]
Option 2 was a win-service press run on Roosevelt Road and medical retail won't tap.
[1:16:38]
Thank you.
[1:16:42]
I'm sorry.
[1:16:45]
I mean, next up, one thing I heard.
[1:16:49]
We also had an option of, but we had a daycare set in Max Space.
[1:16:54]
We had so many medical retail data center in Max Space.
[1:17:00]
A day-to-day center takes up a lot more space than I personally realized, and the footprint would be quite large, so it would take up the majority of that pro space, but we think that would be a good possibility for it in a time when people have to get up and do the frequency button.
[1:17:18]
Now I'm done.
[1:17:19]
Thank you.
[1:17:19]
Thank you.
[1:17:21]
Hi everybody.
[1:17:22]
I'm family, family, family, and I'm one of our village trustees.
[1:17:25]
And I think what I'll do is start with, we had some agreements very early on in our discussion
[1:17:34]
and like the other two groups, we thought that the parking for the animal hospital made a lot of sense.
[1:17:44]
We did look at one option, they would make it a shared parking situation which will come in on at the moment.
[1:17:50]
And then the other one was the area at X-Moron Roosevelt Road that faces the Roosevelt Road.
[1:17:58]
It seemed that that needed to be some type of retail.
[1:18:01]
And we did have some discussion back before that would just be that sort of square shape
[1:18:07]
that is adjacent to the Roosevelt Road or would be the space going all the way through the tap.
[1:18:14]
We left that open ended.
[1:18:15]
We also took an idea that we shared with us regarding the fire station and really sent a lot of time talking about what could have looked like if the fire station was repurposed and moved and so that the corner of X-Morning Tap,
[1:18:34]
net adjacent to the parking space is we relocated the fire department there and then taking
[1:18:41]
the existing fire department we because that's into local structure we thought that could be
[1:18:47]
child care on first level and some sort of a community event space on the second level.
[1:18:54]
We compared it to an option of renting the boat house at Lake Ellen maybe this could be a space
[1:18:59]
that would overlook Pantish Park and allow for anything
[1:19:03]
for birthday parties to gather in different universities
[1:19:08]
that type of things.
[1:19:10]
And then looking at that space that's on tap to have
[1:19:14]
a variety of costs in the fire station,
[1:19:16]
this would probably be our actual two-three
[1:19:19]
because we did talk about a lot of different options there.
[1:19:23]
One of them, again, was the medical facility, I think,
[1:19:28]
that has been mentioned, we did talk about that as being a multi-structure and we didn't get
[1:19:34]
into detail about what would be at each level, but some type of a multi-structure.
[1:19:40]
We also took an idea that was shared with us about that being a space that perhaps the Glumberg
[1:19:48]
District 87 could use for transitional programming for the development of the way students who
[1:19:59]
were served up through age 21, also an indoor pool setting, something that could be fill
[1:20:07]
a boy.
[1:20:07]
We did discover that not everybody realized that that high school staff pool, so that might
[1:20:13]
something that could be any, with all of the options that we discussed, we realized that we
[1:20:20]
don't have the information of what is the minimum space required for each of the options.
[1:20:28]
So that's a little caveat that we would add to that.
[1:20:31]
We did talk about the residential component.
[1:20:35]
We did talk about it in light of the multi-level, and I think we probably would have enjoyed
[1:20:40]
We have a good discussion.
[1:20:42]
What if the concerns came out of our group is the pedestrian safety?
[1:20:47]
And so that if there were anything like that,
[1:20:49]
there would need to be an extensive,
[1:20:50]
steady consideration of what would it look like
[1:20:54]
for regular access to pedestrian pedestrians?
[1:20:59]
We did also just as a sideguard discussed
[1:21:03]
that we thought a lot more avenue should remain
[1:21:06]
for the different reasons that have been shared.
[1:21:08]
did not come up with an action in the span across that row.
[1:21:13]
I think does it cover everything?
[1:21:27]
It's close to, you know, me.
[1:21:29]
But I know we ride the night before the village.
[1:21:32]
This group came up with, what does that say?
[1:21:34]
I don't remember anything else.
[1:21:35]
This group came up with two concepts.
[1:21:39]
The first concept includes a,
[1:21:42]
I'm trying to describe this.
[1:21:44]
So you can follow along.
[1:21:45]
Sure.
[1:21:45]
So the first concept includes,
[1:21:47]
the epic or for the animal hospital, for them to use that's what they're parking, the other portion of that lot of these things.
[1:21:54]
Also, be used for parking, but dedicated to the uses that to provide on the side.
[1:21:59]
So, the L-shaped parcel of Steve, I guess, he's the most parcel of what he'd do with a long-resdeveloped road,
[1:22:05]
a one-story anchor restaurant.
[1:22:08]
And the thought is that restaurant would be one of the sort of reasons of all of them in which transition and south,
[1:22:14]
a lot of the attack strategy for our attention and become a two-story building.
[1:22:19]
And so the first floor would be a restaurant, the second floor would include residential units,
[1:22:24]
and then actually when East, there would still be that two-stories would continue with the first and second floor would be residential.
[1:22:30]
That's a good follow-me.
[1:22:32]
So, starts out on the story.
[1:22:34]
It was a two-story, based east, and then it was up as residential.
[1:22:38]
There was quite a bit of a debate over what is that residential food that's there?
[1:22:42]
And so the group talked about having a background score,
[1:22:48]
elderly or adults with disabilities or entry level workers,
[1:22:52]
but specifically is not interested in having families
[1:22:55]
who reside in this type of housing
[1:22:57]
because with internal and place additional burdens on the school.
[1:23:01]
Right, can't you have that? First one, okay.
[1:23:03]
Okay, so the second concept is a little different.
[1:23:09]
It's going to look just the part eight for the animal hospital.
[1:23:11]
like it sounds like a lot of the other groups recognize it's working as well.
[1:23:16]
Then in terms of the L-shaped parcel, it still includes a restaurant, the U.S. belt
[1:23:20]
room frontage, that restaurant.
[1:23:24]
The building may carry a South-Torne's tattoo, but it also envisioned some sort of outdoor
[1:23:32]
space in the restaurant.
[1:23:33]
So if you're a guard or a group of top guard,
[1:23:36]
but that, the reason I'll touch
[1:23:40]
personal along X-Mor,
[1:23:42]
would all be done if you did two to the restaurant,
[1:23:44]
and then the other portion of the L,
[1:23:46]
and it's the Eastern portion of the personal,
[1:23:48]
would be a medical building.
[1:23:50]
The group was looking at a three-story,
[1:23:52]
a medical building, just a little ambitious.
[1:23:54]
So we did a two-story building,
[1:23:55]
we had a parking lot, medical facilities like that.
[1:23:59]
But then then the one over to the west side,
[1:24:03]
How do you have the, as I mentioned, the end will have a little parking, but then the remainder of that personal,
[1:24:07]
to be the parking for the restaurants.
[1:24:09]
Can you capture that one?
[1:24:11]
All right.
[1:24:13]
All right.
[1:24:13]
Thank you guys.
[1:24:14]
I think about a resident here in Quattle.
[1:24:16]
Now, we have two ideas.
[1:24:19]
The first one mirrors the last three that said where we had a restaurant on the front side towards
[1:24:30]
result and kind of tell that to have a open plan as you go for their ease.
[1:24:38]
The case, sorry, next to the animal hospital.
[1:24:42]
I don't think we were at four or seven parking,
[1:24:45]
but we could be here with it.
[1:24:47]
But that would be a day before.
[1:24:48]
The kid center, on a preschool, something that was focused on kids,
[1:24:53]
commercial.
[1:24:54]
That was one of my biggest, had a little bit of, thank you, couple of most.
[1:24:57]
The second one was a little different.
[1:24:59]
We went to kind of a food home.
[1:25:02]
So really a big layout warehouse style.
[1:25:07]
A lot of the parking, maybe,
[1:25:10]
X4 ahead of here.
[1:25:12]
And it had to go into that retail and restaurants on the inside
[1:25:15]
because it was really basic for a plan.
[1:25:18]
But a lot for multiple different types of businesses to play in.
[1:25:22]
And that really started really all different.
[1:25:24]
It's kind of all the space that we have.
[1:25:27]
Those are actually things.
[1:25:34]
More detail on.
[1:25:35]
So the building itself would be...
[1:25:39]
Roswell's a tap in east.
[1:25:41]
And then partying with the...
[1:25:44]
Uh, to the west, I guess that would be...
[1:25:47]
Is that the...
[1:25:47]
Well, for always one.
[1:25:48]
There's a second one, I'm sorry.
[1:25:51]
Um...
[1:25:51]
For the food called...
[1:25:52]
I think we're...
[1:25:54]
We're...
[1:25:54]
We're working on...
[1:25:54]
We're working on the...
[1:25:56]
We're working on the...
[1:25:56]
We're working on the first level.
[1:25:58]
The second one you can have it, or you can use some of the space, you know, where the app also is set.
[1:26:04]
That's it.
[1:26:05]
With that, yeah.
[1:26:06]
Thank you.
[1:26:07]
Sorry.
[1:26:07]
You think, well, no.
[1:26:08]
And actually, where if you say that you want to continue talking about it?
[1:26:12]
President, sir, do you want to just kind of?
[1:26:15]
Okay.
[1:26:15]
The gentleman.
[1:26:17]
So, we're going to,
[1:26:21]
uh,
[1:26:21]
I think.
[1:26:22]
It's the great mission of the people who have waited for the groups to finalize through design, we have all the time, and I can shoot.
[1:26:34]
So if anyone would like to please come out, or if you don't have to be on a different one,
[1:26:50]
do you mind this before?
[1:27:01]
I did the square rock, right?
[1:27:04]
Oh, you guys.
[1:27:06]
Great.
[1:27:10]
Yeah, I think it's a good time.
[1:27:12]
Third, yes.
[1:27:13]
I brought you a little bit of a silicone-owned resident
[1:27:16]
in the Park U.O. Olympics School of Auburn.
[1:27:19]
In February, during one of the final Zoom calls for the College Board, they presented
[1:27:25]
a summary of concerns about the equation of the powder at the speaking and the vacuum,
[1:27:34]
which hundreds of our neighbors will stop on your own community.
[1:27:38]
I would like to share those concerns very briefly before we get it.
[1:27:42]
In order to this about, we had concerns about increasing not reducing, you know, basically
[1:27:50]
our attacks were, and we developed this solution, we wanted to generate income to produce
[1:27:57]
our higher-end average public attacks in a case.
[1:28:01]
So, if you're concerned, we have the impact to our school, and other shows the recent attacks
[1:28:07]
programs were passed, got another available on the table for the other part of the bond
[1:28:13]
for schools, and hard to view all of the trees already actually passed. We were concerned.
[1:28:20]
First thing we had concerned about losing an opportunity to have a value added space
[1:28:27]
that would provide energy to parents as part of the surrounding communities.
[1:28:31]
And, unfortunately, concerns about the disenfranchised from the greater cloud-owned community
[1:28:40]
in our global treatments between the evolving and the amount of developments in terms
[1:28:44]
of how we want to help on our own, we felt created an unnecessary body amongst our communities.
[1:28:55]
I'd like to indicate that I'm in this support of mixed-ship's micro-unit of proposed
[1:29:03]
here in last week's meeting. As the units are smaller, they are technically more affordable.
[1:29:10]
And the micro-unit development will maximize the tax revenue of the space, will limit the impact of our schools,
[1:29:17]
And this is the meant guy's story of our strong concept as a people who would provide that value of the states that would provide a better benefit to that fish market and our community.
[1:29:31]
I'd like to say the end how to process it.
[1:29:33]
And the problem with solving it is fruit, I think this is gone all the way in my opinion.
[1:29:40]
We're using it at your suction of the incredible treatment of the South and North Carolina.
[1:29:46]
We've listened to our videos, the problems of all countries, the richies, and we're making
[1:29:51]
cars.
[1:29:53]
I realize that I'm in the final, probably not a close to the battlefield, but someone has
[1:29:58]
actually purchased them.
[1:30:00]
The moment we've been involved with, even if this effort is at an all-forward path, you know, like, there's still concerns, so traffic, you know, how we potentially protect units, where we can certainly probably ignore our past stations, there's still a lot.
[1:30:19]
But I remember what I just wanted to say, I remember what I had promised, and it's inspired to see so many people invest in it. So thank you.
[1:31:05]
And you know, as I started, I didn't talk a little bit last week that said, you know, my kids wanted to school those things kind of didn't help, and then a long story, but they wanted to be fine-tarded by a small board of my daughter and I needed to hear a friend of mine at the south side and talk about the south side versus the north side, and never knew what they meant.
[1:31:24]
But through this process, now I'm trying to get it to the certainly seem to me like the majority of the folks who are pushing for affordable housing out from the north side, fully active, and else I'm going to answer that.
[1:31:38]
What I really do want to say, oh, it's similar to what others have said, it's a tax issue.
[1:31:44]
My dad took 1,600 bucks over the last
[1:31:48]
X number of years, 1,400 of it was for DNA mapping.
[1:31:53]
So, those pages are pretty high already.
[1:31:56]
There's another about to run them.
[1:31:57]
You want to spend more of your money,
[1:31:59]
hard days for it, you want to spend more of your money.
[1:32:02]
So, I'm really forward something
[1:32:04]
that maximizes the tax revenue that will help
[1:32:08]
to folks on south side and DNA and schools
[1:32:12]
to help with our tax growth from that perspective.
[1:32:18]
There's been a lot of issues raised.
[1:32:20]
It's on the side, we have the Bill of Twins,
[1:32:22]
which is one of those COD down there
[1:32:25]
and other good asset, but guess what?
[1:32:27]
No tax from the EPA in the bank of those.
[1:32:31]
So we need the help that we can get.
[1:32:34]
There's a variety of things.
[1:32:35]
The mixed use thing that we've talked about last week
[1:32:38]
and gentlemen, just mentioned.
[1:32:40]
seemed like an option that they could, again, something to maximize it, I think there's,
[1:32:48]
you know, for the folks who are really pushing for affordable housing, you know,
[1:32:53]
I think there's some opportunities on the north side, you know, maybe those people
[1:32:57]
could be pursued as well, from that perspective.
[1:33:01]
So that's really my true sense of work.
[1:33:04]
I think we need your push to help the folks on south side
[1:33:08]
with their tax burden and turn out and have a nice answer.
[1:33:13]
What you told me, you know, get your garden to head, you know,
[1:33:18]
and you know, dancing, those kind of things,
[1:33:21]
that means they're having a dance.
[1:33:23]
I'm not sure.
[1:33:25]
You don't have a difference, don't you?
[1:33:28]
You don't have a difference.
[1:33:28]
You don't have a difference.
[1:33:29]
Two minutes and thirty four seconds.
[1:33:30]
You wouldn't have a difference.
[1:33:34]
You wouldn't have a difference.
[1:33:36]
like a lake of poker, good, come on.
[1:33:42]
Hello, we had a little part of that, I wanted to school here.
[1:33:49]
They're really, really, actually, much at many times.
[1:33:53]
And I was very interested in what this meeting tonight.
[1:33:59]
I heard a lot of people around here say, oh, it's not going to be for that because they're
[1:34:03]
I mean, they already have a good position.
[1:34:06]
I was very surprised.
[1:34:08]
Plus I was surprised that affordable housing
[1:34:10]
wasn't the big thing on the team.
[1:34:16]
Because everyone else had said, that it's going to add
[1:34:19]
a burden to the school district,
[1:34:21]
and so you continue to examine
[1:34:24]
how anyone around here with their taxes,
[1:34:26]
which are already taught.
[1:34:27]
So I was happy to see that there were other
[1:34:30]
commercial-focused ideas that had been
[1:34:33]
and I asked her if he's looking to those because affordable housing, not saying it's a bad thing.
[1:34:41]
But with what I've seen, it is only made it possible by various credits and taxes.
[1:34:49]
And obviously, I'm going to have to grow eventually and I'd like to sit and she'll have a home and that type of thing.
[1:34:55]
And I'm going to have to pay property taxes and not only that, but I'll have to pay income tax to government,
[1:35:01]
which then goes to finally those affordable housing things so my taxes aren't going to go down
[1:35:09]
Okay.
[1:35:10]
Let
[1:35:16]
me just say what we've always been.
[1:35:20]
Because they have their stuff.
[1:35:22]
All right.
[1:35:22]
Did you want to give it a try?
[1:35:23]
Why not?
[1:35:24]
Okay.
[1:35:30]
Here's what the trustee, you know.
[1:35:33]
I don't know.
[1:35:33]
Can't give it a try.
[1:35:37]
It doesn't matter.
[1:35:38]
It doesn't matter.
[1:35:50]
So I'm going to give it a first shot.
[1:35:53]
A lot of time.
[1:36:05]
I'm really happy.
[1:36:07]
It's much hard to stop this.
[1:36:08]
I'm going to like to see here.
[1:36:10]
And I think that's hard.
[1:36:11]
It's a big, big hug.
[1:36:13]
I think it's a love.
[1:36:14]
I think it's all just so this is good.
[1:36:16]
I'm going to take it to the United States tonight.
[1:36:19]
And I say, you know, we'll talk and keep it that way.
[1:36:22]
Because I go down for this on road.
[1:36:24]
I want to see another good night stuff, say, you know, thank you, I don't know.
[1:36:29]
And thank you all. I'm a people tour.
[1:36:54]
Hi, I'm Julie Evans, and I play parents of a first
[1:37:02]
-lead group of students throughout
[1:37:04]
London, who are advocating for people with discipline, and a housing, and really inclusive,
[1:37:12]
and I'm really our first focus has been on housing because of the opportunity that's come
[1:37:18]
And I just want to compliment our peers on listening to us and learning about our audience.
[1:37:25]
Really, that is our proprietary purpose.
[1:37:28]
To help you learn about the needs, our people, our students, our academic health, our children,
[1:37:34]
intellectuals, our office employees.
[1:37:37]
And I've had questions from leaders to further, you know, understand the audience.
[1:37:42]
I've had people thank me for, you know, coming with information so that you can learn more about our audience and why if there wasn't students who want to stay here to make their lives here.
[1:37:54]
So I really just want to thank you for caring and wanting to learn so that we can do things together to further their lives.
[1:38:03]
So that is really what I want to say.
[1:38:05]
We're going to continue to get to pay for this process, actually, because then very helpful to our families.
[1:38:12]
It has to be a problem together in a new way.
[1:38:15]
And we are already in for each other.
[1:38:17]
There's so much that we know as families that we can share with one another.
[1:38:22]
And we have really hard to organize to help each other help ourselves.
[1:38:28]
And we can just make better for our families and our children.
[1:38:30]
So that hasn't been a five product of this process and I'm just very excited to see what we can do.
[1:38:38]
You know, as a community to, you know, just keep these people here.
[1:38:43]
I mean, that is what my son wants more than anything.
[1:38:45]
He needs to stay in the knowledge and continue to make this life as a 22 year old.
[1:38:49]
Stay here for as long as he can to make this look up like here.
[1:38:54]
So let's do it.
[1:39:02]
Okay, anyone else who would like to public comment process or initiative or anything else?
[1:39:12]
Come on,
[1:39:22]
I wish you all the same, but we're not going to have that time against you.
[1:39:35]
Well, thanks.
[1:39:37]
Sorry.
[1:39:38]
I thought the last couple of times, but I didn't want to afford it here at all, say speech, but I thought that would be good to give some voice to a lot of people that were not aware of this being.
[1:39:51]
I just thought that a lot of this being like water for me.
[1:39:55]
I'm doing a lot of labor, a lot of my years, and I haven't seen go search, and I haven't seen aspirations for this property.
[1:40:02]
So I'll just, I'll make sure a few of the things that I've done.
[1:40:07]
Much interesting.
[1:40:08]
I'd like to speak about a picture that I started.
[1:40:13]
So first thing is that, as I mentioned forward, this is not a discussion about a world
[1:40:20]
of how to be the thing or a back-day when we detect the need of a world of housing, the
[1:40:24]
world of housing in this country, that's a huge problem.
[1:40:29]
In the shift here, it's what to do with this little hillside.
[1:40:33]
It's this right place to have a quarter of the crossing.
[1:40:38]
And so, this is a version property that is actually down the really crisis.
[1:40:46]
This is all over there.
[1:40:49]
So, you know, I think the discussion really here should be,
[1:40:53]
But what can properties which should be deployed in this place to start growth, across the entire business court, and start having that snowball effect in helping on what they are in growth?
[1:41:10]
So that has to be actually the main objective of this particular site.
[1:41:17]
So I understand that there's been more of a quarter of housing in the commission to be
[1:41:23]
out of broader discussion on this and maybe I just decided to figure it out, how do we
[1:41:29]
rely on a quarter of a half of this in that?
[1:41:32]
I just think about this side, but it'll let us still have the whole of what it will now, and
[1:41:36]
see where it's the right place to do that, and that's not the specific way to this one
[1:41:41]
that a very little being served at school aren't for the residents of what was going to be good in there.
[1:41:48]
And this is not a proper information.
[1:41:50]
And people will be really isolated from all the other people.
[1:41:55]
And the whole point of the portal housing is to bring people that have to be in favor,
[1:42:03]
and in favor of bringing to our community.
[1:42:05]
And if we make that side, the problem happens if this doesn't do that.
[1:42:12]
So if I have a few much of a lot of statistics through some of this points, but I don't
[1:42:18]
have enough time.
[1:42:19]
But I mean, I want to thank all the trustees and all the people who are working here in
[1:42:26]
the library.
[1:42:27]
If you open-minded, do you really appreciate it if they don't open-minded, all the
[1:42:35]
How a lot of faith we know that we're going to make the right decision.
[1:42:41]
How I talk about our entire community since I was once on the other side.
[1:42:44]
Girl, we need a prosperer.
[1:42:46]
Thank you.
[1:42:51]
Thank you.
[1:42:51]
Thank you.
[1:42:52]
Thank you.
[1:42:52]
Thank you.
[1:42:53]
Thank you.
[1:42:57]
Anyone else?
[1:42:58]
We'll have your comment.
[1:43:00]
In any of the stuff.
[1:43:01]
So, it's something you can call it.
[1:43:04]
And so I'm going to hear your chat.
[1:43:06]
Right?
[1:43:06]
You want to say something?
[1:43:07]
It's coming.
[1:43:09]
I just want to thank everybody.
[1:43:11]
My name is Eric Anderson.
[1:43:12]
I'm a third of the year.
[1:43:14]
Thank you.
[1:43:14]
The work they're putting in.
[1:43:16]
I had a great idea.
[1:43:18]
I was telling her that I think a stand-alone sportsbook.
[1:43:22]
I think that's what it says.
[1:43:24]
It says that it makes a lot of money.
[1:43:27]
And yeah, it's not everybody's going to be going there.
[1:43:29]
It's the top.
[1:43:30]
They close this act black.
[1:43:32]
It goes a lot better.
[1:43:33]
It's those who learn that.
[1:43:35]
They're going to go to the school.
[1:43:36]
And they're putting money into the ground.
[1:43:39]
I mean, I know it's a wild idea, but it's something that I had in mind.
[1:43:43]
All right, thank you very much.
[1:43:45]
Thank you very much.
[1:43:46]
Thank you so much.
[1:43:47]
Yes.
[1:43:51]
Usually I get a song for a song.
[1:43:53]
I think, first of all, she's saying, telling me,
[1:43:55]
you talked too much.
[1:43:57]
So I'm prepared for this.
[1:43:59]
I've asked her to do this.
[1:44:01]
But anyway, yeah.
[1:44:04]
I hear that they hit about a period of advancement in over over, but anyway, I would like to
[1:44:12]
Okay, let's see again.
[1:44:20]
Okay.
[1:44:21]
I'm sorry.
[1:44:22]
Here I'm sorry.
[1:44:24]
Thank you.
[1:44:25]
Thank you.
[1:44:25]
Thank you.
[1:44:30]
Anyone here?
[1:44:31]
Thank you.
[1:44:32]
Thank you.
[1:44:33]
I'm sorry.
[1:44:35]
I'm sorry.
[1:44:38]
I'm sorry.
[1:44:38]
Thank you.
[1:44:40]
I think you learned listening.
[1:44:41]
I'm very excited to hear what I've learned.
[1:44:44]
I don't know what I've learned.
[1:44:44]
Alright.
[1:44:45]
Thank you.
[1:44:46]
Thank you.
[1:44:47]
Here we go.
[1:44:48]
Here we go.
[1:44:49]
Alright?
[1:44:51]
It's a lot of chalk.
[1:44:52]
Just Jordan, I've been over 35 years.
[1:44:56]
I just came to make sure to move this line and do their job.
[1:45:01]
We do not invite that, we'll start hearing a word for the elections.
[1:45:09]
I have a bit,
[1:45:15]
I have a bit, I have a
[1:45:16]
bit. I have a bit, I have a bit, I'm listening to the group asking this, the first one that
[1:45:18]
I've actually come to my comments here. But I did have a couple of questions from looking at
[1:45:22]
the videos from before. And one is, the general time, I was able to pick with place, and
[1:45:29]
but they're going to be doing some redevelopment over there,
[1:45:32]
and then you've also got the whole two homes of maybe,
[1:45:34]
you know, going under redevelopment over here.
[1:45:37]
This might be on this, because I've been in this for many years.
[1:45:41]
How is this free time together?
[1:45:42]
You can't just type, hold down, or talk about whatever it is,
[1:45:46]
and do it, and do it there, right?
[1:45:47]
I mean, that needs to be coordinated,
[1:45:49]
which is why I asked you about the marketing analysis.
[1:45:52]
You know, that you talked to those folks,
[1:45:54]
do you know what they're doing or what they're trying to do?
[1:45:56]
It's just a marketing that we did, I'm so, okay.
[1:45:58]
So, I have that, that's what my big concern, and the other one, saying to me is that intersection
[1:46:06]
of parks, I'm a right-on park in Roseville, it's so busy, it's, I can't imagine having
[1:46:13]
cousin there for adults, I can't, I just can't imagine it for families for anyone, I think
[1:46:20]
it's just, I just think it's not the right place for that, they're building me, when I
[1:46:28]
How are folks that are living in a community, right there at most,
[1:46:33]
well, how are they going to be crossing over there and accessing that?
[1:46:37]
How are they going to be working over a piece for it?
[1:46:40]
Trader Joe is running most places safely.
[1:46:43]
How are they going to do that?
[1:46:44]
Because many of them will be pedestrians.
[1:46:46]
They will not be driving cars for the car.
[1:46:48]
I'll just make two minutes.
[1:46:49]
I'll just make two minutes.
[1:46:53]
I think we're completing our public comment, so closing remarks, the other market that I'll make
[1:47:05]
up to.
[1:47:09]
One of this is the right site.
[1:47:12]
For those of you who are in favor of understanding that the discussion on affordable housing
[1:47:16]
is going to be ongoing regardless of what happens with this site.
[1:47:19]
We will continue to visit this issue in development across the village for the purpose of trying to continue to build up our recycling housing for whole seniors for both development and saving adults in order
[1:47:33]
Those who are in need of housing. So this discussion on affordable housing in terms of tenure, regardless of what they have for this particular reason.
[1:47:45]
Well, the bill is boarded through a few months ago
[1:47:48]
approved a consultant contract to do a housing study.
[1:47:51]
And as we got, I'm doing some research.
[1:47:55]
We have not had any public meetings on that debt,
[1:47:57]
but that is something that I'll continue to afford
[1:47:59]

[1:48:02]
The next one point, the reason why we haven't really
[1:48:04]
started is more of your additional crisis.
[1:48:06]
We'll begin that one.
[1:48:07]
But just to keep in mind the work that we did here,
[1:48:10]
is going to be given to the next group
[1:48:12]
I was going to address the issue of village and wife on housing in affordable housing, so this is really still just the beginning of the discussion.
[1:48:21]
Beyond that, I don't have anything else.
[1:48:23]
Any other comments from anyone.
[1:48:25]
Other wise.
[1:48:27]
I move that we close to this meeting.
[1:48:31]
Thank you.
[1:48:34]
All in favor of God.
[1:48:36]
Thank you.
[1:48:37]
There you go.
[1:48:37]
Thank you.
