of trustees, Dr. Degrazia. Um, as you
[15:05] mentioned, my name is Cindy Romero. I'm
the library services manager with the
[15:08] city of Glendora. I appreciate the time
to see speak with you this evening. As
[15:12] the new school year begins, I'd like to
take an opportunity to thank you for the
[15:15] long-term a partnership between the
district and the public library together
[15:19] with Dr. Prince and her amazing team at
educational services. The student
[15:23] success program has launched new ways
for students, families, and staff to
[15:27] learn about and gain access to the
resources that they need. Some of those
[15:31] programs include library card
information as part of data confirmation
[15:35] process. library staff at all elementary
and middle school back to school nights
[15:39] and open houses, public library support
for the dedicated school library team,
[15:44] meetings with the teacher tech leads and
principles, and a brand new hopefully
[15:49] annual student success fair which will
take place next week, Wednesday, on
[15:53] September 23rd from 5:30 to 7:00 in
Bidwell Forum. We'll be highlighting
[15:58] tools and resources available to
students to succeed from both the
[16:01] district and the library. Among the
libraries resources, those include
[16:05] homework ca bytutor.com, a live 247
homework help program. I know Mr. Lopez
[16:10] is familiar with the tutor.com homework
buddies, a in-person homework help
[16:15] program that is provided for our K
through six students provided by our
[16:19] high school students. So, they're
getting some volunteer credit while
[16:22] they're helping their younger peers with
their homework. 247 access to ebooks and
[16:26] more. online learning and research
tools, opportunities to explore, create,
[16:32] and connect through reading incentive
programs, steam, and hands-on learning,
[16:35] and cultural programs, and of course,
volunteer opportunities where our
[16:39] students can gain valuable job
experience. Together, we give the
[16:43] students the best possible access to
resources to help them succeed, not only
[16:47] in school, but beyond. I'd like to thank
you for your continued partnership, and
[16:50] we look forward to how it will continue
to grow and evolve um as as we serve

this year. Our student council welcomed
[17:36] students and their families with music
and smiles on the first day of school.
[17:41] Mrs. Feronado reviewed schoolwide
expectations with each grade level, and
[17:46] our students have shown that they are
eager to do what is right. Our PTA
[17:52] membership is already up from last year
and our run, jump, and power up
[17:56] fundraiser has already reached more than
50% for our goal.
[18:01] Spirit wear cells are also going strong.
We welcome families to back to school
[18:06] night and had an amazing turnout. We
also held our first Cullen community
[18:11] Friday where we recognized students who
earned the kindness award.
[18:15] It has been a wonderful start to the
school year and we are proud of our
[18:19] Cullen students, families, and staff for
making it such a positive and exciting
[18:24] beginning. We are looking forward to
another amazing year filled with
[18:28] learning, growth, kindness, and culling
pride.
[18:32] Stanton Eagles were soaring high at the
start of the 2627 school year. Our PTA
[18:39] adorned the front gates with si fun
signs, props, and balloons to excite our
[18:43] students on their first day back. Each
day forward, we have started learning
[18:48] more about each other, our campus, our
programs like Eagle Time, music, art,
[18:53] and steam.
Students are learning new math concepts
[18:58] with the new textbook adoption and
learning to be resilient when things get
[19:01] tough.
PTA started their fundraiser with a fun
[19:06] kickoff with photo cutouts, balloons,
and insensitives to help drive
[19:11] membership forward before we celebrate
in October with our monster boogie bash.
[19:16] We are so proud of our TK and kinder
students for making it through their
[19:20] longer days, which just started. Stanton
Eagles will continue to soar high with
[19:24] the support of our community, PTA, and
board of education.
[19:29] What a fantastic start to the school
year at Southerntherland. From day one,
[19:33] our campus has been filled with
excitement, smiles, and cougar pride. In
[19:38] partnership with our PTA, we welcome
students and families with bright smiles
[19:43] and fun photo opportunities.
Mrs. Fish also held behavior expectation
[19:49] assemblies with each grade level and our
students are already demon demonstrating
[19:54] what it means to be safe, kind, and
responsible Southerntherland Cougars.
[20:00] We've already accomplished so much.
Students and staff have practiced fire
[20:04] drills, navigated inclement weather,
enjoyed a wonderful picture day, and
[20:09] welcome several new staff members to the
Southerntherland team. We are excited to
[20:13] have them join our Cougar family.
We were thrilled to welcome families to
[20:18] back to school night where the strong
turnout reflected our wonderful sense of
[20:22] community. Students and staff continue
to show their Southerntherland pride
[20:26] every f Friday by wearing their
Southerntherland gear, filling our
[20:30] campus with Cougar spirit.
As we look ahead to wellness week, we
[20:36] are excited for all the fun and
meaningful activities to come. Thank you
[20:39] to our families and staff for help
making Southerntherland such a special
[20:43] place to learn, grow, and connect. We
are looking forward to an amazing year.

[20:51] Spartans are off to a great start. Our
amazing ASB and web students welcome
[20:56] families onto our campus during
registration week and web orientation.
[21:00] Sixth graders enjoyed connecting with
our upper classmen and playing team
[21:04] building games. Thanks to our ASB
teacher, Miss Curtis, and our web
[21:08] leaders, Mr. Cotter and Miss Deac for
fac for facilitating these fun
[21:14] activities. Steam day was a huge
success. Students participated in a
[21:19] variety of steam activities including a
sheep eye dissection, marble mosaic
[21:25] painting, catapult building, and
airplane aerodynamics.
[21:30] We are thankful to our steam lead
teachers, Mrs. Carrian, and all of the
[21:34] parent and community volunteers.
We are gearing up for our next
[21:39] schoolwide event, Color Palooa, on
September 25th. This event generates
[21:43] over 20,000, which is used to fund
year-long student centered events and
[21:47] activities.
[21:52] August 13th, we launched our school year
with our get on board, take flight. Most
[21:58] students came to school in their get on
board shirts and had a and had fun with
[22:03] the indooroutdoor activity games ASB had
planned. We enjoyed Kona Ice and had an
[22:08] overall great first day welcoming
students back and making connections.
[22:14] On August 14th, we had our senior
sunrise, a special morning for seniors
[22:18] to kick off their last year of school at
GHS.
[22:22] On August 21st, we had our welcome back
assembly, which was a hit with the new
[22:26] lip sync challenge making its debut. It
was AVID versus ASB, and we look forward
[22:32] to Yearbook versus Drama in our next
assembly.
[22:36] Following the assembly that evening was
our howdy welcome back dance. We had a
[22:41] huge turnout with over a thousand
tartans attending and everyone loved the
[22:46] multiple food trucks, games, and other
activities available along with dancing.
[22:51] Back to school was a success. Parents
were able to meet our amazing teachers.
[22:56] We've had two home football games. Our
student section led by our dog pound
[23:01] leaders along with our band and pep team
makes Citrus Stadium a great night to
[23:05] cheer on our team. Our huge crowd of
students and family have attended both
[23:09] games so far. We're excited the year is
just getting started and we feel like we
[23:13] have a good momentum.

Comments from the members of the board
[23:33] of education. We'll start right here to
my right.
[23:39] » Well, from everything that I've seen,
we've had a great start to the school
[23:42] year, having attended most of the back
to school nights. I couldn't get to the
[23:45] ones where there were three in one night
and in the middle schools there were
[23:48] two. I chose to stay at Samberg. Um so,
um no, the back to school nights were
[23:54] great. um got to visit classrooms that
night, hear teachers, hear our
[23:57] principles uh make amazing presentations
um that fit their school culture. So, it
[24:02] was awesome. And then I've had the
opportunity to visit classroom with Dr.
[24:08] Degrazia and that has been also amazing
and watching our teachers and what
[24:13] they're doing on a daily basis in the
classroom. Um getting to go to Lefay for
[24:17] the first day. So, thank you to Mrs.
Green for escorting us and I saw a
[24:21] really really fast TKER. She was super
fast. That's what she told me. She was
[24:24] super fast. She was She ran around. She
was really fast. She showed us right
[24:28] there. Yeah. And to uh get to see the
facilities and and and different things
[24:32] like that. Um and to get some I got some
we got some gifts from Lefetron. Some
[24:37] honey. Got some honey. Oh, Dr. Graz
didn't get the honey,
[24:40] » but avocados and things like that. So, a
little gift bag. So, that was a a lot of
[24:45] fun. Um then we went to see Samberg and
uh thanks to Dr. Purcell for taking us
[24:52] around. things were going well. We had
the the band played us a couple of
[24:55] tunes. Got to see the new uh
refrigerator freezer in food services,
[24:59] which is it's always good when you can
give people what they need to do their
[25:03] job on a daily basis, right? And they
needed that and they were super excited
[25:07] and all the meals that they're feeding
the kids on a daily basis, they need to
[25:10] have that. So, it's brand new. So, it
was awesome. And then the other part of
[25:15] that day was um Mrs. Jules camp teacher
at Samberg
[25:22] Dr. Drossia and I got a box of cookies.
So now we're expecting every time we go
[25:27] to a campus that we're going to get some
kind of treat, right? So and they were
[25:30] amazing. My kids said they were amazing.
My wife said they were amazing and they
[25:34] were they were absolutely amazing. And
then on another visit got to go to
[25:38] Stanton Elementary and see the wonderful
teachers there and some of the
[25:42] infographics they have for students on
behavior and how to greet each other
[25:45] with high fives, knuckles. It's really
cool and every door has them. So, it's
[25:50] really amazing I think and thanks to Dr.
I mean to Mrs. Kent for taking us
[25:54] around. Um but just great things
happening across the districts and the
[25:58] schools that I was able to see. I didn't
get to all of them. I wish I could but
[26:01] didn't get to all of them but um had an
amazing start and good things happening
[26:06] in the classroom. Oh, got to see also
Leetra the DLI class and that was really
[26:10] really
that the teacher that at le
[26:18] it's it's all good all good in GUSD as
far as the start and things like that.
[26:22] So I agree that we just got to like GHS
said got to keep that momentum going. So
[26:28] that was uh really neat to be able to
see for the first time as a board me as
[26:32] a board member and looking through a a
different lens.

>> Uh it it has been a wonderful start to
[26:41] the year. It's been really fun to see.
Um I made it to as many of the back to
[26:45] school nights as possible. Got to do all
that and had some fun uh being at all
[26:49] the football games, which it is kind of
magical being in Glendora with the
[26:52] lights and seeing the hills and watching
everybody have a have a great time. Um,
[26:56] and we're in full swing with uh with
soccer. And it's been really cool to be
[26:59] on all of our uh many different fields
and seeing people in the community um
[27:04] consistently coming up and checking in
and and it's just another opportunity to
[27:08] get to meet with the community and it's
been really wonderful. Um so we'll
[27:11] continue to support our teachers and
support our students and keep things
[27:14] rolling. That's it for me.

[27:34] » hello. My name is Rilene. I am a senior
and I go to Whitcom on the goal program.
[27:42] Yeah, I am planning on going to a
nursing school which is exciting. I just
[27:49] started doing volunteership at my
hospital. So hopefully everything's
[27:54] looking good and I'm planning on doing
CNA school to help me get involved more
[27:58] with nursing.
>> Awesome. Well, thank you. Um well, I'm
[28:03] happy to have you here and I wanted to
remind you that um up here you get a
[28:08] voice and you get an opportunity to
share your concerns, what you see in the
[28:13] community. Not only are you reading
reports, but you're also reporting back.
[28:17] And um I encourage you to advocate for
your classmates, advocate for yourself.
[28:22] Um because that's and and ask us
questions because this is also a
[28:25] leadership opportunity for you. Correct.
So I want you to make the most of it and
[28:29] um reach out to any of us for that type
of support because that's what we're
[28:32] here for. So thank you for being here,
for taking it on because I know it's a
[28:36] huge responsibility. There will be
Mondays where if I were you, I'd just
[28:39] sneak out. You don't have to stay for
the whole thing, but it is a good
[28:42] learning opportunity if you do. Um,
okay. Steam day at Sandberg was
[28:47] absolutely amazing. Um, I did get to go
and tour the classrooms. I got to see
[28:51] the sheep eye dissection and the art and
the airplanes. Mrs. Deer was there when
[28:57] they were uh, so I think she's already
trying to get kids to sign up for the
[29:01] aviation at the high school, which is a
really good move on her behalf. Um, it
[29:05] was a lot of fun. Kids were super
engaged and excited. hands-on learning.
[29:10] So, I do want to shout out to the
Glendor Education Foundation and Dr.
[29:13] Prince uh for those efforts that it
takes uh resources, right, that it takes
[29:20] to be able to give students that type of
experience because I I see that they
[29:26] really enjoyed it, that they were
learning. Um the especially when they
[29:30] were watching the video before the
dissection, I thought a couple of them
[29:33] were going to pass out to be honest with
you. There was a lot of squirming. I'm
[29:36] glad I I was able to leave, but it it
was great to see them and I'm so
[29:40] grateful that we're able to provide
those opportunities for our students and
[29:43] yes, the teachers handling that schedule
change amazing because it was it was
[29:48] organized chaos and it was beautiful to
see as they change from one class to the
[29:52] other. Um I got to attend Tiny Tartans
back to school. So cute. So cute. Um our
[29:59] tiny tartans, I don't think we talk
about them enough. Um the preschool is
[30:03] uh you mentioned magical. Uh, the
preschool is definitely a magical place.
[30:07] Um, the the room was full of parents.
There was no kids. I'm sad I didn't get
[30:12] to see the kiddos. Um, but the parents
were just so excited and I love seeing
[30:17] um this is Martine, Mrs. uh, not
Martinez Gomez. um Marlene Gomez, you
[30:24] [clears throat] know, just she's so good
with the parents and um a lot of them
[30:27] are first-time parents, so reminding
them like don't bring zippers, don't do
[30:31] this, and you know, my baby's 16, so it
was nice to hear that and just reminisce
[30:36] a little bit. So, I'm happy that I was
able to attend to that. Um,
[30:41] I noticed that none of these reports uh
went without mentioning PTA and our PTAs
[30:47] are extremely important and a big part
of why our teachers have the support
[30:51] that they have in the classroom, why our
students get amazing opportunities. Um,
[30:55] I just wanted to remind the community,
the thousands that are watching online,
[31:00] to please make sure that you sign up for
your PTA, make sure you sign up to
[31:04] volunteer. If you become a member, you
do not have to help. you don't, but we
[31:08] would love for you to help. Um, and then
tomorrow, GEF, the Glendor Education
[31:13] Foundation, is hosting their back to
school parent edition. It promises to be
[31:17] a lot of fun at the Great Leaf. So
hopefully I I would go to their um I
[31:22] don't remember the time. I think it's
600 6:30, but maybe their Instagram has
[31:26] that information. Um, it should be fun.
One last thing because I know I wanted
[31:32] to get to the city council forum, but
the farmers market. I was at the farmers
[31:36] market last week and I got to meet a
couple of Glendora High School students
[31:39] who are amazing entrepreneurs. They
started a business called Pain in the
[31:44] Glass and I was very very impressed with
these two young men because they came up
[31:49] to me and said, "Where is our
entrepreneur class at the high school?"
[31:53] And so I've already done some advocating
for them. Um there's there's options for
[31:59] them through the RO and I hope that they
signed up for those online classes. But
[32:04] I I just I wanted to just say it that
I'm just so proud of the many students
[32:09] that over the summer started their own
little hustle because getting a job out
[32:13] there for teenagers is really really
difficult. And so the fact that these
[32:18] kids didn't just say I'm going to sit at
home and do nothing and said I'm going
[32:22] to create this job. I'm going to do
something with my hands and create a
[32:25] business. It it's just a testament to
not just their drive, but also, you
[32:30] know, what's happening at home and the
families just encouraging them and
[32:34] supporting them because a teenager can't
start a business without family support.
[32:38] So, I just wanted to say kudos to these
children uh for being just little
[32:41] go-getters and um proud of them. And
that's it.
[32:46] » Thank you very much. Uh you guys touched
on most of the points. Soccer. Dan and I
[32:50] are usually at the field every Saturday.
It's crazy. Uh Dominic or I are at the
[32:55] Sunday fall ball. So all of our
facilities are being used not only from
[33:00] Monday through Friday with our students,
but on Saturdays and Sundays with people
[33:05] in the city. So they're being used like
crazy. Uh the the soccer fields were
[33:10] full and fall ball was full. It was
hotter than heck up there, but it was
[33:14] still full and the kids are having a
blast. Uh Janette and the board and I
[33:18] received a letter from LEO saying that
we're in great financial shape. They
[33:22] accepted our annual budget and
everything's uh accepted and I thought
[33:26] that was a good thing to get. Uh flag
football's rolling down at Louis Pompei
[33:30] right now. If you have not been to the
flag football games, you have to go down
[33:34] there and see those. And just lastly on
the PTA front, your board of directors
[33:39] joins the PTA, too. So, we're PTA
members. We do it as a collective group
[33:43] just to get the momentum going. And uh

[33:47] » eight memberships this year.
>> Yeah, look at you. But um but you know
[33:50] the the it it's my personal opinion that
the district doesn't go well without
[33:55] parent involvement and that's a really
good way for parents to be involved. So
[34:00] we appreciate that too. And I will turn
this over, believe it or not, to our
[34:05] superintendent for his great report.

[34:14] perspective all through that throughout
the year. Great job tonight. Prior to
[34:18] our meeting this evening, we actually
held a dedication and ribbon cutting
[34:22] ceremony to honor the life and legacy of
former superintendent Dr. Patrick
[34:26] Bushman,
renaming the superintendent's conference
[34:30] room to the Dr. Patrick Bushman
conference room. Dr. Bushman admir
[34:36] admirably served the GSD community for
24 years as its superintendent 1976 to
[34:42] 2000. That is unheard of now and it was
unheard of then. After retiring, he
[34:49] continued to serve the Glendor community
as executive director and CEO of the
[34:54] Lewick Family Foundation and continued
his gracious work with several local
[35:00] service organizations, including serving
as the Kowanas Club president many, many
[35:06] years ago. His daughter Stacy was able
to join us this evening. It was a
[35:10] special tribute to a special man. when
you get a chance, come by and see his
[35:15] conference room. Tonight, we will hear
an important fiscal update from our our
[35:21] business services team. They're all
important from them, but this one is
[35:24] especially important. Led by Mrs.
Walszac and Mrs. Medina as they provide
[35:28] the annual unodudited actuals report,
commonly referred to as closing the
[35:35] books, on the most recent fiscal year.
Mrs. Walszac and Mrs. Medina will
[35:40] present their summary of the report's
key outcomes along with budgetary plans
[35:44] and considerations going forward. Bond
news and information. There is
[35:49] definitely information to be found about
the bond measure G upcoming for the
[35:54] November 3rd ballot. You can find that

[36:38] year at the elementary schools in
conjunction with the Glenora Education

present the 2025 2026 last fiscal year
[37:43] unodudited actuals.
Where's the
[37:55] All right. Good evening, President
Clifford, board of trustees, Dr.
[37:58] DeGracia, Executive Cabinet, and the
public. Tonight, along with Miss Medina,
[38:04] Director of Fiscal Services, we will be
presenting the district's an audited
[38:09] actual report for the fiscal year ending
June 30, 2026.
[38:14] This report basically gives a the board
a complete accounting of how our
[38:18] revenues and how our expenditures
actually closed out for the 2526 school
[38:24] year and it's the foundation for our
independent audit which is going to be
[38:28] taking place this fall.
So what are what's what's the an audited
[38:34] actuals report? So briefly where it fits
um the state law requires three
[38:40] financial reports each year. The first
one is the first interim which is filed
[38:44] in December and then the second one is
the second interim which is filed in
[38:48] March and currently we are do tonight
we're doing the audited actuals which is
[38:54] actually due tomorrow and it's co it
covers the full fiscal year and it
[38:59] reports our final revenues our
expenditures and our ending fund
[39:03] balances of all the district funds and
we have 13 district funds and it's the
[39:10] starting point of the audit.
Where's our money coming from? So, our
[39:15] general fund for 2526, we had a total of
100.1 million.
[39:21] 77.2 million or 77% is our LCFF
resources and the other 23% comes from
[39:30] the federal, our state and local other
local revenues.
[39:36] the 77% of our general revenue the uh
LCFF is basically the local control
[39:42] funding formula and we have the base
grant which is it uh 70 million it's
[39:47] also made up of supplemental grant as
well as add-ons the add-ons is basically
[39:52] our TK as well as some transportation um
allocation that we get from the state
[40:00] and this is our LCFF is the is our
largest revenue new source and it's
[40:06] driven by ADA. And then I'd like to turn
it over to Miss Medina to go over how
[40:12] the money was spent.
[40:18] Good evening everybody. Okay, so I am
going to talk about where the money was
[40:22] spent. So when looking at our general
fund expenditures, you can see these
[40:26] categories. um certificated salaries,
classified salaries, benefits, books and
[40:32] supplies, contracted services, um
capital and other outgo. So in our in
[40:37] our general fund, which includes the
unrestricted and restricted side, we had
[40:42] 105.6
million in expenditures. So uh 82% of
[40:48] our budget is mostly just salaries and
benefits, which is about um 86.4
[40:54] million.
[41:01] So next we'll go over the fund balance.
So um this chart represents both the
[41:06] unrestricted and the restricted fund
balance. So and on the unrestricted side
[41:12] we ended the year with about 14.4 um
with a deficit of a little over 3
[41:18] million. On the restricted side we ended
the year with about 12.4 4 million with
[41:24] a deficit of 2.1 million. So looking at
those together, um our deficit spending
[41:30] was 5.2 million. Uh at estimated
actuals, our deficit was actually
[41:36] projected to be slightly more. So we
actually ended the year a little better.
[41:41] So when we projected our last projection
in May for estimated actuals, our
[41:47] deficit between unrestricted and
restricted was projected to be a little
[41:52] bit over 6 million.
[41:58] So, I wanted to spend a little bit more
time talking about the unrestricted side
[42:02] because when that's how we really
evaluate how our district is doing
[42:07] financially when we look at the
restricted side, like on the previous
[42:10] slide, there's a lot of restricted
one-time funds that we're spending down.
[42:14] So, we're intentionally spending down
some money, which is primarily the cause
[42:18] of that deficit, which is normal. Um, so
when we look at the unrestricted side,
[42:23] we are looking at our beginning fund
balance, the revenues and expenditures
[42:26] and looking at what our deficit is
there. Um, so like I mentioned
[42:31] previously, it was a little bit over $3
million, but we knew that when we were
[42:36] um projecting
back at EA that it would be about that
[42:41] amount. When we look at 2627
which we presented in June, our deficit
[42:47] is dropping to a little bit um over
700,000. So we have implemented some
[42:55] budget reduction plans. Um also we got a
increase in cola so that is definitely
[43:01] helping um us balance our budget. So we
are heading in in the right direction.
[43:06] Um and we will do a another update once
we do first interrum.
[43:12] On the next slide I am going to go over
the fair market value. So that in the
[43:19] previous chart was about can you go back
one more slide? Sorry. So um fair market
[43:25] value adjustment if you look at that
third row it's a little bit under
[43:29] 700,000.
So, I wanted to go over this adjustment
[43:34] because it it makes it it does decrease
our our revenue, but it's not we're not
[43:40] losing cash. It's just um an entry that
we are required to do. And and when
[43:46] thinking about how to explain this
entry, I thought about in just terms
[43:49] that maybe we could all understand. So,
if you're looking like at a home
[43:53] appraisal, right? If you appraise your
your house this year, it might go down
[43:57] in value versus last year, but you're
not really losing the value unless you
[44:01] sell it. It's the same idea with the
fair market value. We are required to do
[44:05] this accounting entry. We're not losing
cash, but it's just basically
[44:09] recognizing the value of investments on
at the end of the year. So although in
[44:16] our fund one it's looking like revenue
is decreasing, we're not actually we
[44:22] just have to it's just an accounting
entry, but we're not actually losing
[44:26] that cash. So if we're taking a look at
that ending fund balance that was or
[44:30] that deficit spending that was about a
little bit over 3 million, it's actually
[44:34] even a little bit less. It's pro it's
really in actuality 2.4 when you re when
[44:39] you take out that fair market value
adjustment.
[44:50] All right. So, we're going we also have
other district funds. We have 12 other
[44:55] funds um that are for specific
restricted purposes. So, I will go over
[45:00] that in the next slide.
[45:05] So at the end of June 30th, 2026,
every district fund um is self-
[45:12] sustaining. So which is a a great thing
and none of none of our funds are in
[45:16] coaching on the general fund. So they
all have positive ending fund balances
[45:22] um which is always a great thing um that
it doesn't affect our our general fund
[45:28] balance.
So next I am going to turn it over to
[45:33] Janette just to go over final steps.
[45:41] So what are the next steps? So the next
step like I mentioned earlier is
[45:45] submitting the report to LEO by
tomorrow's deadline and then updating
[45:49] our 2026 27 budget by the time first
interim comes in December and also
[45:56] working in our independent audit for the
year ending June 30, 2026 and that
[46:01] report will be presented in our January
meeting and then Um,
[46:12] and then we'll bring this back up to the
board, like I said, back in December,
[46:16] but the audit in January. And I believe
that wraps up our presentation. So,

are for our special education, our
[47:15] routine um routine repair maintenance
and as well as our site budget
[47:20] allocations.

because it looks like a really nice
[47:33] number 51 uh our other fund 51.0 bond
interest and redemption.

[47:43] um the interest in the bond redemption.
So as you know we have a couple of bonds
[47:48] and that account is basically ran by by
the by the county. So anytime we have to
[47:56] do our debt service for the our bonds,
all the money goes in there and then it
[48:00] gets taken out as well. So that
particular bond fund we don't control
[48:06] and that is controlled by the county.
>> So it's got $6 million in there, but
[48:10] it's actually just holding before we
actually make a payment to pay off our
[48:15] » done existing.
