[0:21] it on our agenda today we have the NHS
bylaws um I actually was just coming
[0:28] from a meeting and The Faculty Council
was meeting with one of the two
[0:35] advisors and we were reviewing the newly
approved dual enrollment language and
[0:42] how that has an impact on the NHS
bylaws um I did leave the meeting so I
[0:51] could come to this meeting but they were
working on that I anticipate having a
[0:56] finalized
bylaws um by Friday evening and that
[1:01] will be able to be shared out in the
next newsletter which would likely be on
[1:10] Sunday
the graduation this school year will be
[1:16] held on
June 8th um we are asking that students
[1:23] arrive at 930 it will be held in the
Edward Sullivan
[1:27] gymnasium um
each senior will be given four tickets
[1:32] for the floor and four for the
[1:36] bleachers we were are working with
theosis for floral donations for couple
[1:43] of the events that week they've been
incredible donors to us in the past we
[1:48] also have our facilities team hard at
work um laying out the curtains and
[1:53] assembling the stage to begin preparing
and setting up for um all the upcoming
[2:02] ceremonies we have our final version it
will be our 17th version of the school
[2:09] um schedule for next year um I held a
meeting today with our two school
[2:16] counselors and reviewed the information
so they are ready to take next steps and
[2:23] hit go um what would this next step
entails all students being populated
[2:31] into the system which would give the
students a full schedule um from there
[2:36] they start to look at students that have
holes in their schedules for one of many
[2:41] reasons um once those are resolved then
we are good to move forward so we are a
[2:48] few weeks ahead of the game and I expect
that all students and staff will have a
[2:52] copy of their schedule before they leave
um this school year
