Please stand to pledge allegiance. [0:13] I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and it seems to be [0:20] ugly, or which it stands, one nation under the flag, and it is well with liberty and [0:27] justice for all. [0:29] Please be seated. [0:34] If you announce what is the seat thing, the first one is the Billage Hall will be closed [0:39] a week from yesterday on Monday, September 7th, and observance of Labor Day. [0:45] The next one is applications to participate in the 2020-26-2027 fall winter season deer management for a limber available on the village of Greenport website and at Village Hall. [1:01] submissions will be accepted until September 20th of this month. The last one we have, [1:11] the village has sent out numerous notices in regards to the changes in brush pickup [1:17] and the new requirement that all leaves and grass be placed in disposable bags at herb side. [1:24] That is, in effect now, leaves in grass will not be picked up, but they're not in disposable bags and the herbicide. [1:32] Brust will be picked up as usual, and just please be aware, as well, that if there are any invasive grasses combined with any of the product from the side of the road, it will not be picked up. [1:44] I do refer to the Village Web site or further guidance on that, and the final announcement [1:53] of the evening is a proclamation presentation and thanks for our long-servient village trustee [2:02] Julia Robinson. [2:04] I'm very happy to see her with us this evening and for our board and the community to be able [2:10] to thank her for many years of service to the village. [2:12] With that, I'm going to turn it over to my fellow board members, for each of them, to acknowledge and say something in regards to our former fellow trustee, who is sitting in the audience if you can't see her on the camera, which must be quite a change for trustee Phillips, would you like to start? [2:31] I would like to take a moment tonight to say a few words about our colleague and my friend Trustee Julia Robbins. [2:38] As she prepares to step down to the next three-fourth village, we're in Chockeys on September 1st. [2:44] Julia is serving alongside these four terms and 13 years of continuous service since 2013. [2:50] That's been one of the highlights of my time on this board. You'll park your humor and your absolute dedication [2:56] my deep and woven into the fabric of Korean women. [2:59] When I think back on time together, [3:01] what stands out most is how we survive [3:03] the extremely challenging COVID-19. [3:06] Under pressure, if in deeply stressful circumstances, [3:09] you work diligently to ensure a local business is survived. [3:13] My neighbors would care for narrow village day, [3:15] five hundred and eight weeks later. [3:17] We came through that dark period stronger [3:19] because of your city leadership. [3:21] We spent countless hours in this room together [3:23] I mean, everything from NASA, you tell me all the holes to lead plant debates. [3:28] I will always look back proudly and have nerve-gating the big infrastructure pieces, [3:33] like a localized microgrid, the PSCG cable project in the electric plant upgrade. [3:39] But I know one that was especially close to your heart was a north-variant project. [3:43] You will obviously have to focus on the real world impact, ultimately creating a much better, [3:49] safer traffic flow over our neighbors on Lincoln Street, who have been dealt with those bottlenecks [3:54] for years. [3:55] You also stood fiercely. [3:57] The site has updated our village code to protect our working waterfront, ensuring that [4:02] the maritime identity of the village remains safe. [4:05] And, of course, we're protected all this life of digital park and your devotion to the [4:10] carousel convenience. [4:11] It's kept enjoyable by working far from our downtown community. [4:14] Julia, your institution allowed it to be very flexible. [4:17] But I want you to see your true North village spirit, the empathy for our residents, and your state of partnership. [4:25] While you think you're moving just across the official village lines, you will always be a part of this community in this world. [4:31] Thank you for this 13 years of tiredness for this, your own labor and support, and your friendship. [4:37] I wish you nothing, I'm absolutely best. [4:39] The next chapter. [4:41] Thank you very much. [4:46] I didn't prepare anything, but I've been thinking about it. [4:48] I don't know if there were articles written on one of the first things I came up with. [4:54] When they were asked to make a service, let's just take care of interest in life. [5:30] I think about anything, I think, which that was that, which I think is really true to people. Seeing you around town has always been, you know, the important thing I remember when I wasn't just seeing you were often a first my cause, both a two or a year, you know, that was not easy to do with all day and then else again. So, I appreciate it. Hope we'll still see you around town. Okay, so we'd be glad to have a moment today. [5:57] Well, I had a good fortune of saying next to Trustee Robin some of the days up there. [6:03] And I got to know Julia there over the last three years. [6:09] And while she had a supper, more so than anyone, from my poor jokes, and excess of these [6:15] of aftershades and months, I gained respect for Julia because of her strong positions [6:24] that should take, so just like trustee Lily mentioned, Julia has a good characteristic of taking [6:38] a strong position and sticking to it, and that's not always the most politically, and [6:43] actually expedient than to do it, but it's important for a coalition. [6:47] And now, for being in a lot of admiration for Julia, in her steadfast support for village staff, [6:52] particularly when it came to things like her conversation. [6:55] Thank you to the live. [6:57] I wish you well with your next chapter. [7:04] I wanted to answer every four. [7:06] I wrote a little something so it's sorry. [7:08] Oh, please. [7:09] Do you? [7:10] Here's her. [7:10] I'll post it. [7:12] That's fine. [7:13] OK. [7:14] So I would like to thank you, Susie, and my fellow trustees [7:18] whom I had pleasure of working with, as well as the former [7:21] administration said that certainly. [7:24] It is an honor to serve the residents of the village [7:26] we work for the leaders. [7:29] The village has evolved and changed since I was first elected, [7:32] and the change has sent new challenges [7:35] and opportunities. [7:37] I want to thank the employees and management [7:40] who work to keep the many conditions of the department's [7:43] functions sooner, they are the team [7:45] that makes the day-to-day operations work. [7:48] I've always wanted to make decisions [7:50] that would have an impact on the quality of life [7:52] and the questions. [7:58] Thank you. [8:03] Thank you. [8:05] So I have this proclamation and I don't know if there's much more I can say after the [8:09] wonderful words that my fellow four members expressed. [8:13] This is a course date today. [8:15] September 1st, 2021. [8:17] On behalf of the Village Agreement community, I extend our sincere thanks to [8:23] of public service. First elected in 2013 served as a village trustee for nearly 13 and [8:29] half years, over almost four full turns of office, she has dedicated herself to our village. [8:36] That's a long time home builder, realtor, and mother. Ms. Robin's brought skills and care [8:41] of her community to her role as village trustee. She dedicated herself to causes she cares deeply [8:48] about including the historic village carousel downtown business interest and the need for affordable [8:54] community housing. Our Lord honors her service and commitment to the [8:58] military and work and gives tremendous thanks to her dedication to our community. [9:03] Thank you so much to you. [9:31] Vice-drug. [9:32] Vice-drug. [9:35] Vice-drug. [9:41] Okay, the next item on the agenda is a property maintenance code here in regard to [9:50] The Board is observed of deformable conditions at 409 South Street and has also received complaints [9:56] from members of the Public Regarding These Conditions in an hour. [10:00] We are particularly at the property room, the property compliance with property maintenance requirements, and protect the public in oscuments, from potentially hazardous conditions, the building department and bill that's having pursuing multiple enforcement paths. [10:14] This includes pursuing violations of the Green Board Village Code, the New York State Uniform Building Code, property maintenance provisions, in southhold town courts. [10:24] Tonight's hearing is not part of that process, and the board will not be taking testimony relative to those violations. [10:30] A second path is a process to condemn the building, the dwelling, and thus prohibited occupancy of the property. [10:41] Tonight's hearing relates solely to the condemnation process. [10:45] The New York State property maintenance code provides for a process to condemn privately owned residential property. [10:51] When a property is condemned using this process, the building department may prohibit occupancy of the dwelling. [10:57] This process involves multiple steps, initially building department reviews conditions as apprentices in determines whether on account of those conditions that dwelling or premises contains unsafe structures, equipment, and or conditions is on fit for human occupancy and or constitutes a hazard of threat to human life, safety or health. [11:19] Each of these identified terminations [11:22] unsafe conditions that is for human occupancy [11:25] and hazard to light, safe, and your health [11:28] are specifically defined in the property maintenance code. [11:32] And only with the conditions meet those definitions [11:34] can't building the Department determine [11:36] that one or more of those conditions exist. [11:39] And if the building departments of the firm [11:41] and issues are a report, [11:43] identifying the circumstances that support the determination. [11:46] The building department also may take further steps [11:49] prohibit the occupancy, including posting, [11:53] platforming, and seeking to remove any occupants. [11:56] However, before taking any of these additional steps, [11:59] the building department must provide notice [12:01] and an opportunity to be heard as to the underlying [12:04] termination and any proposed combinations steps, [12:09] including prohibiting occupancy, [12:11] platforming, and posting the premises [12:12] and or causing occupancy be removed from the premises. [12:16] It is this step that is now before the board. [12:20] This is the owner's opportunity to be heard. [12:23] Here with regard to 409 South, [12:26] the building department has issued a report [12:28] to turn me down account of various conditions in the property, [12:31] including the water electricity being shut off. [12:34] Hey, the dwelling of the premises contains [12:37] unsafe structures of equipment. [12:39] It's unfit for human occupancy, [12:41] constitutes an unsafe condition, [12:43] and constitutes a hazard threat to human life, [12:46] safe ERL, in accordance with the property maintenance code B. [12:51] Until the conditions in the report are evaded [12:54] and the building department confirms [12:55] a threat to batch and has been taken, [12:58] the premises and dwelling there on should not be used or occupied [13:02] on account of the fact that it contains unsafe structures and equipment, [13:06] is unsafe for human occupancy, constitutes an unsafe condition, [13:10] and constitutes a hazard threat to human life [13:12] C, B or L, and C, the dwelling should be condemned and [13:17] placarded to provide for such notice of condemnation and [13:20] occupancy prohibition. Upon the filing of this report, [13:25] notice an opportunity to be heard was sent by FedEx to be [13:28] a state administrator and two other people with [13:31] potential interest in the property. The notice included the nature of [13:35] the underlying conditions resulting in the building of [13:37] termination and the potential steps that could be taken to condemn the premises. [13:43] The property is owned by Antolite, who has passed away. [13:47] In March, Antolite was appointed as the Administrator of Mr. Oasis State. [13:51] The village also became aware that there were two additional people with potential interest [13:56] in Mr. Oasis State. [13:58] Notice was provided that all three people with potential interest in the property, including [14:02] Antolite. [14:03] Subsequent to the issuance of the notice, the billage was informed that Adam Rosman, as Council of the Administrator, will be appearing in a connection with this matter. [14:12] A copy of the report has also been provided to Council. The report also contains the nature of the conditions warranty to building departments and terminations. [14:21] This hearing was originally scheduled to be heard at the Board's meeting last Thursday, but on account of the cancellation meeting was adjourned this evening. [14:28] Council for the Administrator was the form of this change of date and location change to the school [14:34] task building. [14:35] The bill is also received notice from the attorney for one of the other innocent [14:38] parties in Council indicated that the other person would not be attending the hearing. [14:43] Council and any other person have any person with an interest in the dwelling. [14:47] Now has an opportunity to present to the board evidence, testimony, and our information [14:52] as to whether the dwelling a contains unsafe structures and equipment. [14:57] B is on a fit for human occupancy. [15:00] C constitutes an unsafe condition, and D constitutes a hazard of threat human life, save your health, and why the building department and our village should not move forward with the confirmation process. [15:13] If, after the hearing, the board internments of the building department's determination was correct, the board village and building departments may take next steps to condemn the dwelling and seek to prohibit occupancy. [15:25] Well, with that, I would like to turn the floor over to Mr. Grossman, do you represent one of the owners? [15:34] Yes. [15:34] If you get the states your name and address the record, please? [15:38] Absolutely. [15:39] Should I have the seat, or should I say that? [15:40] You can stand, that's fine. [15:42] There you go. [15:44] Yep. [15:44] You're welcome. [15:45] You're welcome. [15:45] You're welcome. [15:45] And I said, you know, I don't think you are going to show you this. [15:50] So, Mr. Mayor, I'm going to just ignore it. [15:53] I'm afraid of you to appreciate your taking the time to deal with this issue. [15:58] I'm trying to understand it's going to show you a great concern in those books. [16:01] It's going to be a property. [16:03] So, I certainly need to be a joy to my client. [16:05] It's actually here as it is. [16:09] It is father of Tom Kennedy. [16:12] And it's a bit present as well, but basically I came to a pure today to talk to you all about [16:19] the history of this and how it got to this. [16:22] I can't speak in any way to the current conditions of the project, because we do not have [16:26] possession of the project. One of the interesting parties, the Matthew Gomez, who is one of the [16:43] But we had not had access to this property in, well, of course I know in at LLL. [16:51] In 25, on March 22, 2021, [16:57] my clients, by a lot of children, [16:59] Anthony Norman, to a junior. [17:01] The family also took it there, died on December 31, 2023. [17:06] After the Normandy School of Junior Doppel, that was on my mind routine. [17:13] Neither until I worked in the Normandy School of Junior Doppel. [17:18] It was called administration proceedings at Southern County Surgery School. [17:23] We had to talk in two steps. [17:24] First, we had to have my final point as a administrator of the state of the [17:30] to a junior, and then after that, we had to have him appointed as a administrator of the [17:38] estate of the end of the torch. So that ought to have stayed in place. He was appointed [17:44] as a administrator of the estate of Anthony Norman for a junior on April 1225. But at that [17:50] point, because the deed is in the name of the employee, he's still still continuing to think [17:54] property, then he was appointed to, as administrator of the city of Amtoy, on March 18th, [18:03] 2026. So since that time, we've been dealing with, beginning the process of affecting [18:10] the tenants. We know that these one tenants, we suspect there are more tenants there. [18:15] literally today in those period ended and a petition for or to recover possession was signed by my client with Bill Goddians who is between the human and the eviction. [18:28] That's all. [18:29] It's the eviction proceeding in the south of the town of Justice Court. [18:33] Nothing's been filed in the south of the south of the town of Justice Court yet because my client just signed the petition today that's going to be served and filed. [18:40] the return date to commence the eviction in South Auckland, Justice Court, and that's where we are with things on my hand. [18:51] I understand and appreciate as those of my client that this is property is in terrible condition. [18:57] We can't speak to the details of that, one way or another, because we do not have access to the property. [19:02] I also want to mention that the notices were sent of co-violations with the bills of greenport bills will also be addressed in South Old Town Justice Court by Mr. Godbyns. [19:14] But again, with the issue of the violations, until we have possession, we can't address them. [19:20] And that's the box that we've been placed in. [19:23] So, in terms of the combination, I think the billage and my client have several goals. [19:30] We want the tenant or tenants not to be there any longer, and we want to be able to [19:36] clear the problem, address the bills, go to violations, and also the property is going to be [19:42] renovated to accept that it needs to be renovated and facing the market for sale. That's my client's intention. [19:49] I understand that. In the meantime, the importance concern about what's going on in the property and [19:54] possible dangerous to people who don't believe that. [19:59] Again, actually. [20:00] Public comment, one way or another on that, but the fact that the village wants to make sure that there are no tenants there, is in concern to us. [20:09] The only reasons I've been able to get the process going as I indicated. [20:16] So, my client does not oppose the villager grief or acting, so that tenants cannot reside there. [20:25] We don't have a problem with that, we just don't want the ability to knock that out, because the intention of my client is to renovate the bill. [20:32] All of them. [20:33] So, my client is also here, I don't know whether the board has questions for him or for myself, [20:40] but that's why I came here tonight. [20:43] I don't know the evidence to oppose the combination because we don't have a possession, [20:49] but we are fully aware of the properties in terms of it. [20:52] Thank you. The village has significant evidence that's been presented by the building department. [20:58] There's also significant testimony from the south of the police department in regards to things. [21:03] In addition, some additional testimony about that. [21:06] Great work, my department. [21:07] Is there anybody else on behalf of the ownership that wanted to speak to say thank for me to speak? [21:14] Okay. [21:15] Okay. [21:15] It might [21:19] be a toy and his father don't kind of get into it, whatever you'd like to tell [21:27] him if you're good at all. [21:29] Well, we're trying to separate the situation, but I think some of you have access to the [21:36] property that I can't do anything this weekend, but you want to, that's our goal. [21:43] I'm not sure if I said what's we got a question on the access. [21:48] Can you accept it? [21:49] Thanks a lot about that. [21:51] I'll have some. [21:53] Okay. [21:53] We appreciate the freedom you're being, or the seeking, [21:55] Brian was the next step. [21:57] Next step. [21:58] I just didn't know anyone else wants to be heard. [22:00] Someone else. [22:01] I don't know. [22:01] I can't say. [22:02] It's just, it's just, it's just, it's just, it's just, [22:04] it's just, it's just, it's just, it's just, it's just, [22:05] it's just, it's just, it's just, it's just, it's just, it's just, [22:10] and some of them they haven't been up with three years. [22:13] It's been a long journey to get us this far. [22:16] When we get in session, they're not being the intent of this. [22:19] We're making a good take at her, [22:20] but we need to be able to support her with this to be this access. [22:23] Make sure it's going to make sure [22:25] we can secure it so it's safe for everyone. [22:28] You know, it's also something that we go in. [22:30] Right now, it's going to be a good choice for the military. [22:31] It's going to be a good choice for the soldiers while. [22:33] In the intent, this is really, again, [22:35] we look at the condition that we see if any of these soldiers [22:38] will correct all the political violations in the negative termination if it's salivate, the [22:44] structure of it, if it can be faced or it needs to be torn down. [22:49] I'm just asked for a good thing, effort, we're part of time to get to that, I think it's happening. [22:53] We've been working through this process, you know, I needed to start it here the most [22:57] today, so we just need a little more time, you know, let's talk to ask people that they work [23:04] But the 70's not anybody, we have a lot of old memories, you know, for a family, and then contact with these people for years, unfortunately, we're not with the situation, but we want to see, I mean, those who do have a place, and hopefully, you can be having a family that really deserves that place in the future and put this job in front. [23:26] So, my ask to do is, they're turning over to us. [23:30] A lot of us in that property, we have one of them [23:33] to see if the key is dangerous. [23:35] I think that's going to be a lot of fun. [23:38] But first order of business is going to be a significant [23:40] clean up, either on the property, [23:42] as it relates to the structure and everything else, [23:44] but to determine the nation of building departments [23:46] in the end of the years of life. [23:49] Right. [23:49] So, I'll take a two question. [23:51] There we have once we have access to property, [23:54] You know, you know, getting the outside cleaned up, just, you can be satisfied with some of the [24:00] outpacks and all that outpacks for that property, so you can make entry in that, and it's [24:09] a traditional book and it can help me out. [24:14] So, a couple of things. [24:15] Of course, well, I think one of the names, one of the things, one of the names is here, so if you [24:18] want to have a special event, next I'll take a nap. [24:28] So, the next step, I think, for the board did, it would be just to close the hearing and take [24:33] up emotions as to the face of the person, to confirm that determination, but I feel it's [24:41] important for me. [24:50] I don't know if I'm safe, I don't know if the dishes are right safe, I don't know if I'm fit for you or not. [25:03] In the building, if [25:19] necessary. [25:29] What you brought in the board for council? [25:31] First of all, the motion, you consider the motion. So if you take this step, we'll have access to the problem. [25:38] You notice that there is a way to the liberal, do this, actually, where it now will be, if you do the combination, [25:44] automatically added there are your standards and so on. [25:46] So the condemnation is more administrative process. [25:50] You don't have to be a lawyer that allows us to enact, go into [25:56] the basic things like this, where it's so important. [25:58] on a parallel path, go down and allow them to get into the property and see those steps. [26:04] Even if we move forward with the next step, we notice it's pretty important to see access to the property [26:10] while most of what we're doing may be on a parallel path to get into the building. [26:16] In an additional building, we can mark wind and there are such extreme hazards, conditions that we can do. [26:23] requires them to wish and act in possibility if you didn't make it. That's why I don't want to be [26:28] based on just a pin of probability on the same band. I don't get to that point. I think we're pretty much on a parallel dance. [26:35] So, in the eviction, the compass before the contamination and the other axis, we'll... [26:41] The faster you get it, and get it cleaned up, the less it does to be necessary for the board to do it if you choose to follow the next steps. [26:49] And then I just said one of the positions on you guys, that's not over. [26:53] That's what they're working on. [26:55] And that's, again, this property has been in this condition. [26:59] And when did you start looking at the condition of the property? [27:04] I've been working with the building department for probably since May and May and June. [27:10] I've been in a lot of this. [27:10] I've been in a lot of this. [27:11] I've been in a lot of this. [27:13] I've been in a lot of this. [27:15] I've been in a lot of this. [27:18] that I don't know which one. [27:20] But those two conditions are primary factors [27:24] need to determine that property is one fit and one state. [27:30] But not that, because we don't have interior access. [27:33] Now there is no way to go in the form of a term, [27:35] but not going in, getting a warrant, that the condition [27:38] can't be a priority factor. [27:40] So those elements are less than the point [27:42] those elements can exist until people can't get into it. [27:46] And you're lying, so when you're sitting, [27:47] Another instant of the work that occupants or others trying to steal a type of thing. [27:59] It would be helpful to have to not be renovated, but it's going to have to be done. [28:03] The problem with the rest is what's again asked us. [28:06] I also saw a mission to the boardman who said, [28:09] Brian and I have a touch on the children, and I'm just going to repeat this. [28:12] Brian, I have a touch on the children, and I'm just going to repeat this. [28:14] So everything, what I know as I know it, [28:16] He's a people who weren't at this level. [28:19] We've got a lot of that, I know, [28:22] but in addition, we've never seen his commands [28:24] to supple them. [28:25] Just to support him, and I'll let him know [28:27] what this status was all about. [28:28] He used to go against the terms of the conference, [28:33] possibly a settlement, [28:34] or possibly a tribal lieutenant. [28:37] The goal is to have a line of action, [28:39] so that's what we're trying to do. [28:46] So, so, finally, we'll let him know that I know that. [28:47] I have a question for council. [28:51] It's my understanding of the kind of nations of coalition against that petition. [28:56] That's perfectly a coalition against taxes. [29:00] So, can't your question for limiting that petition? [29:05] Correct. [29:06] So, some of them help me to get in, because we can't afford it from it. [29:09] So, I'm looking back at it. [29:11] And not just like people that they can't do there. [29:13] I think it is. [29:13] It's lovely. [29:14] And they get in. [29:16] There's nothing that we do specifically, other than to be gentle, [29:19] at least, or see next steps from two or to the inaccess, [29:24] to completely shut our ability if we have to. [29:27] Or of the buildings, thanks to the property entirely, [29:31] those kinds of things, but that's not part of this process, [29:34] that's such a big process. [29:35] So, if the innovation, though, if we get the traditional, [29:37] which we need to work with the property, we'll work with it. [29:41] We'll work with it. [29:41] We'll work with it. [29:41] Correct. [29:42] Once we have possession, we'll deal with it. [29:44] So if you're very familiar with the subject, [29:46] and you're sure it's the part where you get involved in the damages, [29:49] the addiction problems. [29:50] Yes, the problem is that it's actually correct. [29:53] But I'm hoping that we're going to write a question [29:57] which is a deal of dealing with the situation. [30:00] Thank you very much. [30:01] Thank you very much. [30:03] We'll appreciate you being here. We're going to follow them now and then I'm going to encourage you to speak to the [30:07] people that are outside for costly exchange numbers, because people like to see the important [30:12] many else. [30:13] Thank you. [30:14] Thank you. [30:14] Thank you. [30:18] Thank you. [30:19] Thank you. [30:49] Thank you for being here. [30:52] Thank you. [30:52] Thank you. [30:55] Good night. [30:56] Next up, is everybody from the public that we want to speak to speak. [31:02] Good night. [31:03] Thank you. [31:04] Thank you. [31:04] Thank you, John. [31:04] Thank you. [31:10] I want to talk to you more. [31:12] I'm going to ask you a question. [31:14] May I have a name? [31:15] May I have a name? [31:17] I'm going to ask you a question. [31:19] to take the opportunity to come to the end, but I feel like I still need to speak now. [31:26] That's just what I'm saying. [31:28] I think I'm going to start. [31:30] I think I [31:37] need to speak out again for it to address. [31:41] I think I need to speak out again for it to address. [31:41] I think I need to have a couple of comments, [31:44] but the presentation was very important for me to say that. [31:49] So I'm just saying to you, [31:53] at the meeting where the mayor is showing me that what was being considered about the force of school was not a good project. [32:04] But let me correct you there. [32:06] And I did not say it wouldn't affect your project. [32:09] What I stated was the village board did not have anything in front of us that we were considered, [32:14] So, he simply asked for something to be interded to the record from the chair of the [32:22] CVI who would send us a letter to that, but we're not yet considered to be trapped [32:26] like a detergent. [32:29] We're having a discussion and we appreciate your letters and continue to offer such [32:35] questions. [32:35] That's a little bit different from the impression I had from a meeting where when I asked, you know, [32:41] for a tool to you that I've thought that the presentation was essentially a good idea. [32:46] But that's my building, I mean, you seem to assure me that this will not affect our project, [32:53] And I think we've done a little part of the process. [32:57] Of course, you know that the potential will apply to what [33:00] project and the Zoey Board Chair has passed huge. [33:08] So, you know, having listened to this presentation of the last [33:11] meeting, I have been working on some of the ways that it's [33:14] beneficial. [33:16] After I've done some research, I think it's like [33:18] that you're certainly going to have a quick look at the project. [33:21] After that research, I felt that you had a [33:24] change that directly in passports, [33:26] to create information when the fact [33:28] our building is running on the machine. [33:32] And so our paper and passports [33:34] can be shared. [33:35] It's been on an insurance that we made [33:38] that the board of the change code [33:42] wanted to get strategic, [33:44] including on the full-ten tool, [33:46] and through the box, [33:47] could not expect our building on this. [33:49] You can find that as a board [33:51] I don't know what status is if your permit on anyone from CBA, I think I believe you have an application from the company. [34:12] Do you have a building permit? [34:13] I don't know. [34:16] I'm going to let it fall. [34:16] I'm going to let it fall. [34:18] So you already stated. [34:20] We have to ask the question. [34:22] I'm not sure if this only works. [34:24] I'm not sure if this only works. [34:25] It's not a question. [34:27] If you're not. [34:32] So, the discussions that the board has had last point, the intention of my platform [34:42] I think you are addressing certain values for people who are passing. [34:51] You are right for the an athletes' rights to build in accordance with the rules that they have. [34:58] That's not what they're saying. [35:00] Investing requires a big permit meeting issue for the world that the lives of the former substantial construction and substantial expansion. [35:10] So if you don't need those criteria, then the subsequently passed law and in fact, if you are a patient, so if you don't get to what you have passed it based on those criteria, you have a lot of changes and it actually probably didn't protect the way you want to be a crime. [35:28] But the board force in adopting anyone's solution to the board can include a provision that shall apply only to application. [35:39] So it's going to work really, that's not the end. [35:42] There's something on the bottom of the board. [35:44] After a date served, usually date that the law is not available twice a day. [35:51] So you can certainly... [35:54] If you have a law, the boy can take, they're not going to make sure that he can, you know, [36:01] it's show, for instance, will not be in that. [36:05] But make sense to me. [36:06] I mean, not myself. [36:07] We wouldn't want to be in the back words. [36:09] But look at what we're talking about. [36:12] Again, we don't have anything in front of us. [36:14] We have to consider. [36:16] If you call my answer questions, anybody else on the board? [36:19] For council or otherwise? [36:22] I think if you were to pass a law, I think you were to make a determination. [36:26] of what have become affected and the applications that are in process, if we have to [36:31] be clear that it's a application of succession to that effect. [36:36] So people can't just run out and start the application process and not provide all of the [36:43] information that's available. [36:44] So there are probably some specifics around that if we were to do that. [36:49] The other thing is, we have not started a coach, so we have the information session from [36:56] And I think it's fair to say that nothing is completely charming, we have a resolution in front of us, a code change, and we have a code. [37:05] So, it's been up here. [37:08] Yeah, it's been very difficult to say what this doesn't mean. [37:11] I wouldn't be willing to say it either way. [37:14] Can you tell us if you can see the plan or the number? [37:17] Of course, it's very clear. [37:19] Yes. [37:19] I think it needs to be pointed to be a fine. [37:22] I think you can tell me what we're going to do. [37:22] How do you impact the fly that was there? [37:25] Yes, I can see that there's a lot of things that they're not at the same level. [37:29] And you've heard back and it is already a additional information for questions. [37:34] You have a lot of bodies in there that are located, right? [37:37] When everybody in the nasty view has occurred from the building department, [37:41] they've had it where it was to get the additional information. [37:43] You know, if you get to my house, as I said, [37:45] Okay, you don't need to be invited to my date. [37:50] So, you know, there's two of them missing. [37:52] So, what do you expect to hear about from them? [37:55] Well, there was Brian here. [37:56] It was at the beginning of the 40th. [37:58] I heard some of his 40s. [37:59] So, I don't mean that. [38:01] I don't mean that. [38:02] Well, I don't expect it at all. [38:05] You know, I think you can see there are a lot of here. [38:10] for that particular reason, but I also really strongly believe in the fact that the [38:16] potential, as explained by the chamber and some important space, is not going to [38:23] put the things that it is going to do. I think I'm just going to read whatever. I know that [38:31] there's no one there. I'm going to read it. So, actually, the more projects is these animals [38:36] use out here at the use to provide a code of quantity as strategic and [38:41] the potential of the system change. The assertion that a lot of [38:45] you know that is that this portion of the code of one applied [38:48] or it is the components of small odds can allow to apply this [38:52] and establish where the components we go to in order to reinforce. [38:55] The reality is that without this code of compliance, [38:58] existing components, in addition, using the available 30% number of [39:04] that won't approach that five or six thousand sort of ones thresholds. [39:09] It would all depend on size of a lot, not the configuration of the current class. [39:14] I think you know what happens at our home already, and what we were for you, I just wanted to explain to you that you're a 45 by 35 point. [39:24] on the one side of our community under that potential. [39:28] That's a hundred and seventy-five square feet of our package. [39:31] We are going to be just working with these things. [39:35] It's allowed for the middle portion of our home to expand. [39:40] And in no way to treat these global goal of five, [39:44] six thousand square feet of our type of code that's used to out here is plain. [39:49] It allows us to take further away from the water and enter the universe. [39:53] If we have not had that much, we would like to do the importance of this thing like ever. [40:01] And would the professor, to or may be heard from the professor or may be heard? [40:08] We need to see our ability to have that to see if it's worth additional enough pass. [40:12] The reality is that we're going to be on a new board with this workbook home. [40:15] Almost the same as our labor to the right, and it's 20% off average, which is much later, less off average than our labor to the last. [40:27] So we use area where we have about the seams where we go to home, and it just allows us to [40:33] zone home to get with more conforming side boards on the curve. So we need those conforming [40:38] side boards. We narrowed the ass. We narrowed it with our home. We have to attempt the side [40:44] boards on either side, or a large portion of the home, and then almost 25 points on side [40:51] And there were most conforming sidebars of the entire, as you go down in the surrounding [40:58] streets, areas in that era homes, like the one-footed two-foot sidebars, and the tremendous [41:04] lot of others, because all of those homes had over the years developed before COVID was [41:10] active. [41:11] The 160D-2 of the 160-stellar street has a significant lock coverage that the rear portion [41:20] of the yard, which is right in the pocket, is cool and it completely cools around the middle [41:26] of the yard is at large, a sidebar beside the yard of the garage, and in that home, as you [41:31] can find, has a one-story addition of the back of it, so you know that lock coverage is [41:37] It can't go over 30% that one story about parents, about building shoes or could have [41:45] an addition on the second story, creating issues or privacy to the body and neighbor and [41:52] sort of what's going to happen. [41:55] For that's an example of what happens in the village, without having to go to the second [42:03] There are the policy of some people who are in case that one story structure that is not performing, doesn't need to go into it. [42:12] So you have a non-employee structure on your own, the side of your own. [42:20] And the whole business, that out of this next floor, maybe there are two people on the side of your own. [42:25] And they don't have the authority that they did to come and see that there are some people. [42:30] And then you have some very small area in between the two houses that I didn't know, but [42:41] fire safety, you know, right there. [42:44] And that neighborhood was better. [42:46] It might be in the body of that second store condition. [42:50] Can you tell me if that's going to be the second area in the press? [42:54] That's good. [42:54] May I look at this point? I'm going to ask you, please wrap up. [42:57] I just spoke in a few meetings in regards to this now. [43:01] I'm just going to set this numerous letters. [43:03] This is a pending application in front of the building department, [43:07] and the village building department will be making the termination [43:10] on that application. [43:11] We're not here to review anything. [43:14] No, we can't consider anything at this point. [43:17] So, if there's anything else you'd like to say. [43:19] No, please wrap it up. [43:21] I'm not going to do all that. I'm just going to say, we're not. We're not here. [43:25] We're not here. We're human. [43:27] And I just want to make sure that I can so go back to your attention. [43:35] Because it's a possible theme on here for three years. [43:38] Now we're at the point where you can do something. [43:41] You can do potentially the theme. [43:42] We're building up a pathway for education before us. [43:46] And that is sort of a solution. [43:48] So thank you for listening to me. [43:55] I'm going to take a little bit of a different attack. [43:59] It's not my point is not about the opportunity of a project. [44:04] It's really about the forward tense. [44:06] And I know it's been seven years of scope. [44:08] I don't know it's 20. [44:09] Because we're like a pants sound. [44:12] But you need to, [44:15] there's only no risk at it. [44:18] And I think what we're really talking about here [44:21] should be numbers. [44:29] I'm trying to make it simple short because there was a discussion on how the four tanks were allowed for five, six thousand square feet homes. [44:42] And it all on the setbacks really don't dictate what it comes to structure. [44:49] It's really about you. [45:07] I mean, right now, the gentleman has a 30 percent walk coverage, and as you can see in the red, that's potential of what some of these two story homes can be. [45:18] You can see what the setbacks give you no protection at all, and that's what the app, that's why you can discuss in the court tense. [45:24] We can go right down the line. [45:26] These are, this is based on 25 feet combined, cyber, and set back. [45:33] And I believe your code dictates 30 feet part of the rear. [45:37] I mean, is that correct? [45:41] I'm just seeing it. [45:43] We're not going to get all back. [45:45] Okay. [45:45] I don't get through that for dinner. [45:47] Also, this thing to actually, I want to make sure my package is free. [45:50] Because as I'm going to code, that's my understanding. [45:53] That's what these numbers are based on. [45:56] So, I mean, the other thing I would like to address about the fortests, it's not unique to this village. [46:04] There are a number of incorporated village in this area, including the village of East Hampton, the village of Gorethampton, the village of Saipa Khan, the village of Saipa Khan, the village of Saipa Khan, the village of Saipa Khan, the village of West Hampton Beach, and last but not least, the village of Green Park. [46:22] Also, the whole entirety of South Korea, the Italian, the Italian, the Italian, the Italian, [46:27] uses the poor attention. [46:29] So this idea that it's some type of boogie man or it's closing this undue stress on this [46:37] meat. [46:38] I find it completely unfounded. [46:41] And the idea that it's ambiguous, it's completely on it to give us written out in [46:47] code, it's very clear. [46:48] It's true in the terminology and your code. [46:50] I [46:53] think she will also be noted that Kurt's looking more voted for the one who except the findings and the terminations of the court tend to apply to unapproach. [47:03] So, probably only back 20 years, I'm going back a few months where your own zoning board decided to court a month that it found that the four tests will should apply to unapproach. [47:18] And I'm sorry, the ultimate of the room is not the foretests. [47:22] I mean, set back to our narrowly resulting from privacy and safety, not restrict [47:28] in the bulk like some people would throw it up at that place, and I just want to press [47:34] out that I think this community would be better served if we reduce the size of what [47:40] of the 23% percent and let's call it that I don't believe the 4th step going up and 4th [47:47] transfer will is appropriate in the states. [47:49] Thank you for your time. [47:51] I appreciate it. [47:51] I can't give it a problem. [47:52] Thank you for putting the work in this. [47:54] You'll fall back. [47:56] Thank you. [48:01] Thank you. [48:03] Thank you. [48:06] Thank you. [48:08] Thank you. [48:08] Thank you. [48:09] Thank you. [48:13] Thank you. [48:14] Thank you. [48:14] The Chairman is on board, I wrote a letter to the village board as he has to do a little bit. [48:21] To realize that the room here is that 16, 17, 18 years ago, and I think of back then, and talk to someone that was, that it ended as many meetings as I did back in the day. [48:38] because the children in one of the champions of the Zoning Board at that time. [48:43] The Zoning Board at that time was like, it was your balance. [48:49] The ruling that they made was the interpretation [48:52] that they made was that the poor council would only apply on the children. [49:00] That's what I call [49:04] it. [49:05] Three administrations. [49:08] And two militant administrators who created those administrations. [49:12] who also had the building on and he ended up in that house. [49:17] So there is past practice. [49:19] The problem was, and remains, this interpretation was made, [49:26] that became the interpretation of the word in that portion of the code. [49:31] Unfortunately, [49:35] because of a previous clerk who chose not to enter that code, [49:39] that interpretation into the official door that's supposed to be set. [49:47] It was handed down from administration to administration from village administration, [49:56] but village administration was also that I couldn't be that out of the book. [50:00] So, that became the war with life. I remember the [50:08] previous, [50:12] I had to forget the specific application. The zoning would make no determinate, make no grant, and no release to the application of 174. [50:25] We were no believed. [50:28] It was decided by four youngsters in the Zoning Hall because of insufficient proof, because [50:34] of not having the written word for the application, for the interpretation, the angle [50:39] of my world of the script, and angle by the world of the script of the script of the [50:41] File and the Book, that's not what happened. [50:47] I have no dog in this life. [50:50] Whatever you guys decide, I'm excited. [50:53] My personal opinion is that to apply for a dance school, [50:58] you just make life easier. [51:00] So much easier for the building department. [51:02] It will only apply for the other department, [51:04] which has been in the last [51:09] 15 years. [51:12] So, as far as what [51:20] I said to you, [51:21] And when a meeting was, how if you, personally, personally, [51:27] I feel that the interpretation should stand. [51:34] If you choose to go along with that at some point, [51:38] if you don't, that's my good. [51:40] When you should go to the reason to the level that's [51:43] to clarify, to make everybody be on the same page. [51:49] I remember one thing. [51:51] My colleagues on the zombie board, they weren't on the zombie board as long as I was. [51:56] They weren't as able to sign it. [51:59] Then the technical board would be described a couple of the ones in the zombie board. [52:04] So they had to go through my work as written to act. [52:09] So that's the explanation. [52:11] As far as the size of the houses, when I get into the panic, [52:17] the squares will require some audience to be quiet and start to hear when people talk. [52:20] when I made a comment about the slide by us, I was referring to a one application that [52:29] had just on which we would have told them. It was [52:36] an application that had, you know, [52:39] that had [52:43] 1,300 square foot print. The addition was, of course, the 1,300 pieces you [52:50] He had to get it to 2600 foot prep, he put a second story on it. [52:55] It's 5,000 feet. [52:57] I had any recommendations for any five feet. [53:00] He had to get it. [53:01] I had a 34. [53:02] I think I'll open it up to 6,000. [53:04] 6,000. [53:06] I didn't. [53:07] I didn't. [53:08] I. [53:09] I. [53:09] That's in the neighborhood. [53:11] I. [53:11] I don't know. [53:13] I don't know. [53:14] 6,000. [53:16] So it's 6,000. [53:20] I just wanted to clarify, I wrote a letter to make it easier for numerous discussions that I had in the building. [53:29] I talked to the building inspector all the time. [53:32] Clare, I have never been thanks to this line of mine. [53:38] You just need to slide, you just need to be very good. [53:41] My recollection is different than, [53:47] then, [53:50] Thank you very much. [53:57] Thank you very much. [53:59] Thank you very much. [54:01] My answer to the previous building inspector and building [54:07] Department Manager approved that house. [54:10] I'm going to need that. [54:11] Was one family card and was allowed to go up to [54:17] stories and the community family because I wouldn't be able to look [54:24] instructions to the next building of the sector that we could go up and it doesn't [54:29] matter. [54:31] I thought after that there was a legal interpretation that you don't [54:35] know more than ten percent in addition without going to the VGA if you've got [54:43] And I just want to make sure that that's the way things are going out because what all of the reasons I just heard [54:51] if you go up, you can create quite a lot of problems with the name, this is just really not fair. [55:01] If none of you can answer that now, that's fine, but can you please get back to the idea that that's needed. [55:09] So the village cover is the village cover, not sure what you're asking. [55:12] It's an interpretation of the village cover that was long before, and he used to be sadly sure to be doing it correctly, and not just allowing doubling of size of buildings without. [55:30] It's part of the public service, you can add 10% without having to do anything except so. [55:42] Do you agree that that can be on that? [55:49] One more to say on the subject. [55:51] It's because the building department is starting with following the code. [55:55] There's something as a department CBA. [55:57] They will line up the village board. [56:00] It doesn't apply one way or the other on this. [56:02] Plus we're considering a coach and we're not here considering a coach. [56:05] I'm talking to the government and the government. [56:08] The government works at a minute from the religious board following the religion. [56:12] Okay then. [56:14] Then I would ask that the court would clarify doing sure that this, [56:19] nobody else suffers from this problem again. [56:22] Same thing, what you could do that would be helpful would be to send [56:25] a letter into the board, a lot of the building of our minds. [56:29] Talk about this specific thing you're referencing. [56:33] And we did go for it. [56:35] Thank you so much for coming. [56:38] So anybody else in the public that would like to speak to me? [56:44] I didn't agree. [56:46] So I would like to have six in my head and let's see. [56:51] Let's see. [56:52] First of all. [56:53] Jane. [56:55] I'm just here and I go report to report. [56:59] We're. [57:02] We have. [57:03] We have. [57:06] I think we would like to have a liaison for our work from somebody from the Ford. [57:14] And before I actually was going to ask you all who should be the person, let me offer to do this. [57:23] And I'm a higher thought effort to come to your next meeting. [57:28] We're not going to make it a point right now, if you want to continue on with the winter season. [57:32] But we're still going to be selecting other board members, too, so we may wish you consider somebody else. [57:39] Seeing the willing fact wants you could go ahead and get to it. [57:42] Right, good. [57:42] We're not going to go ahead and work this out. [57:45] But I think too long. [57:47] I don't think she is definitely coming. [57:49] We'd like to have something that comes to some of these, not all. [57:53] You know, every third being or something we would figure out, [57:57] who is so prepared to public to board when there's some special immediate issues that we have [58:05] and to consult with the occasion about what we're doing. [58:09] Now, I guess this makes sense. [58:12] The way I saw in the person, whoever it is, [58:15] feel that this is a sensible way to proceed. [58:18] So, that's, we are very, very fortunate. [58:21] at least the parents at our next board meeting [58:25] and we hope to work this out for our long return. [58:29] I also wanted to say that, and what I think some of you know, [58:35] that we went to some of us went to the housing forum [58:38] in South Old West Night, and it was very interesting. [58:43] The mayor was there, but what was really interesting [58:46] was that four members of the South Old Town Council [58:50] were there, and that there was a lot of very interesting conversations, some of it kind of [58:57] pressing about efforts to bring about a change that would make people feel that they had [59:07] not only that they had housing, better options for affordable housing, but also that they felt [59:14] a sense of community as a result of being able to find the housing they needed. [59:20] It was local voices, it was high people who spoke about the effects of the housing crisis [59:30] on their organizations or institutions around their lives. [59:34] And it was very powerful, I thought. [59:38] And I urge you to look at the East and the Eastern coverage of it today, because it's a very [59:43] for good peace. At the end there was a Q&A and that spurred voices for asking for action from [59:55] the town and labeling some criticism of what the Pacific said. [1:00:00] The town board, and of course, the zoning was one of the things that people talked about in the Q&A as a necessary change that would incentivize building and other kinds of development that we think is important to make more affordable housing. [1:00:22] So this, of course, made me think a little bit about our package, our coaching package, which was given as I understand it to the lawyers now a couple of months ago, and I just want to urge you to move along with this, and I, we are not understood, and I think the other members of our committee have understood that there would be a special meeting of which he, [1:00:52] provisions of the various COVID changes would be discussed. [1:00:57] And I think that it's not really possible to have a hearing about the COVID package. [1:01:03] Until we've had some kind of some level of understanding from materials that are either [1:01:22] at the hearing with the information people need, because there is very little information. [1:01:30] I mean, people doubt that there's something that you're all are thinking about. [1:01:34] They mostly, if you're not sort of in the media, as we are, there's not much known about that. [1:01:41] So, I urge you to hold this special meaning and provide materials in advance. [1:01:49] So that we can, we will have materials to distribute to residents who want to speak at the hearing. [1:01:58] And we also offer to provide summaries or talking to each other to help people who are going to come to the hearing [1:02:07] to make these very important decisions. [1:02:09] The residential district decision of the proposal for 80 news right now in front of Peep-Offer [1:02:21] Family with a third thing is a third story for downtown buildings. [1:02:27] So please move on and let us be involved and give us information as you are evaluating [1:02:34] the importance you have. [1:02:36] Thank you very much. [1:02:37] Thank you. [1:02:38] So just, and we've talked about this a lot, [1:02:40] you obviously heard me speak last night, [1:02:42] and brother of everybody about the need for the town, [1:02:45] you controls community housing, the fun. [1:02:47] To do a number of things that we're trying to help [1:02:49] create to the housing. [1:02:51] The board is going to be bringing forward the language [1:02:53] for a public hearing. [1:02:55] The Lich Board will be reviewing [1:02:56] within five seconds, and the goal is to have this [1:03:00] in the next month. [1:03:01] I might hope it's to have our planning [1:03:03] or chair for participate, because she's been very active [1:03:06] in the process is there a way or she's away, but as far as in the information beyond the draft [1:03:12] to who, if your committee can take the effort to put some sort of summary or something [1:03:16] together, I think that would be very helpful. [1:03:19] So, you're welcome to do so and share it with us. [1:03:22] We are delighted to do that, I think we have the information on which to base such a thing. [1:03:28] You know, there's a separation between the legal questions and the policy questions. [1:03:33] And what the hearing is mostly going to be about and should be about is all the policy questions that we're dealing with. [1:03:43] And you know, you're not going to be talking about the legal nine cities that Brian in fact can worry about. [1:03:50] But we are going to talk about the policy matters, and they don't write there. [1:03:55] You're also going to put some in the gathering, we would love to see if it would be very helpful. [1:03:59] Well we moved in there. [1:04:00] Thank you. [1:04:01] Is there anybody else in the public that would like to speak this evening? [1:04:07] With that, we had cut our work session short. [1:04:12] We have a number of resolutions tonight in addition to rather lengthy advice and counsel later on, [1:04:19] but I will ask the illegitimateist greater agenda. [1:04:21] So you go high level over a report on items who wants the board to be aware of it. [1:04:27] They may not have already read it. [1:04:29] Anybody can ask in questions, and then we will move into four resolutions, and then [1:04:35] advice and counsel there. [1:04:37] Thank you. [1:04:38] Hi, my little old resolution is here, where we present here, building a department, the [1:04:48] I don't think that this evaluation is flawed, but it's not trusted, and you'll all talk about them, but they're all outstanding. [1:04:54] Like, cause and have a regular see-through of this in rental permit. [1:05:01] Mr. Clerk, carousel, we will need to make upcoming determination on radiation work, and who we must report it, and may not want to work with our public, and then we'll need to determine if we want to bring WRF to the doctor. We had four or four to do that, so I'll be on next month. [1:05:18] And I think this is important to speak on briefly for the public defense, oftentimes on occasions [1:05:25] when we have to shut the carousel down and deal with the maintenance issue, I end up with [1:05:29] grandparents and springing children who don't know how well their dogs will interact with this [1:05:33] and possibly happen. This carousel is over a hundred years old. This village board has spent [1:05:39] well more than $200,000. I think we're close to $400 million in our three years of office doing [1:05:45] significant repairs, leather litigation, any number of things. But keep in mind, again, it [1:05:51] is over a hundred years old, and it broadens constantly throughout the course of the summer, [1:05:57] and just like any antique, whether it's my old pickup truck or not, it's very difficult to [1:06:03] keep it running that consistent amount of time. Tulsa grandparents a couple of weeks ago I said, [1:06:08] can you imagine having your grandkids every single day, eight hours a day or two weeks straight? [1:06:13] you need to break as well, and so we're going to need to look at this in more depth as Jenna is [1:06:20] stating, obviously, as it continues to age and even with all work it's been done. It's only getting more and more [1:06:27] time. I'm only getting more and more challenging. But Jenna, before we proceed, and this is not going to take place before [1:06:34] lovely. There were bears on it. It would head down on time line again with Ellie. The first [1:06:39] have to determine that because we want to pick and then we'll be based on the weekend [1:06:42] today. [1:06:44] Which we don't know until we just want to carry ourselves apart from the home. [1:06:50] Yeah, the home would be not to impact the weekend. [1:06:52] I mean, we're picking some of the, we're picking some of the, um, not a price here. [1:07:02] You're asking us to choose a vendor for the pair. [1:07:05] We'll end up having a chance to end up with our parent. [1:07:07] One will be North Park, well-being, [1:07:10] and we will be coming into review. [1:07:12] These are also things we need to do for the department labor. [1:07:15] And then the other one will be, [1:07:16] whether we're going to bring WRF back or weekend, [1:07:18] who is also doing the same work as well. [1:07:21] So we'll review the components of both of those [1:07:23] puts in the work that you should [1:07:24] and then tell them in relation to the process, [1:07:26] so it's easy for them. [1:07:29] For those of you who want to update on WRP, [1:07:33] you're reading on the DOF contracts. [1:07:38] I have a question. [1:07:39] In reading, it combines invoice on the abstract. [1:07:44] It mentioned something about that it was a readjustment to the work paper, [1:07:50] a workout line, and it just finished the budget. [1:07:53] Is that something that the board is proof of? [1:07:55] I haven't seen it. [1:07:56] It just ended up in budget. [1:07:57] It forgot how we were keyed in the grant. [1:07:59] And it was in the brush. [1:08:00] I mean, I think that might be a time though. [1:08:05] Yeah, I think that might be something that's something that might be a time though. [1:08:07] And when you're proud of the older you are, you're okay. [1:08:09] Well, I was just going to let you get a raise a month. [1:08:11] So that's been a new general. [1:08:13] We'll take a look at it. [1:08:14] You could get that. [1:08:15] I think that, I mean, I could be interested in seeing, [1:08:19] but if they've just been something like they've just been, [1:08:21] yeah. [1:08:22] You know, me, as a fashion myself, we have a maybe just as a work that we do as... [1:08:27] Yeah, I mean, I'm not a work that's a constant. [1:08:29] Yeah, I'm thinking maybe there's a lot of what's been done [1:08:31] on this part of it that there's a cost to enjoy. [1:08:33] Oh, I couldn't really ask before that we [1:08:35] have seen the board plan. [1:08:37] We bought it, but in a resolution, [1:08:40] this is the government, since we don't have the contract [1:08:42] to need to amend it to say something like that. [1:08:46] Like usually the board sees the contract. [1:08:48] Yeah, we said we could listen to the HPC one too, [1:08:50] because as soon as we came in from the state [1:08:52] you want to be able to sign it to sign it about it. [1:08:54] So we're easily amended to state that it needs [1:08:56] to be shared at the board, and you know, [1:08:57] one, you know, a minute is perfect if you sign with that one. [1:09:00] Yeah. [1:09:04] Wait, what are you going to plan? [1:09:05] As you all know, we have things coming forward with that. [1:09:08] We have to agree with all of the council [1:09:10] that didn't need to be okay. [1:09:12] It's time to contract for the work for the 538. [1:09:15] I'm going to be forward with the discussion of the funds [1:09:17] to perform that work. [1:09:20] This program project is on time and great. [1:09:24] It's a group. [1:09:26] It's a group. [1:09:29] And I can tell it's a mirror to see it, and then when there's not going, I'm going down some time to excrete my schedule, but kind of a full fish. [1:09:41] In regards to the possible, a bit of a pipeline and not only initial conversations with the DC, but the pipeline to that part of the public, where it's made the rest of the time, [1:09:49] have done it in school, we're in a good place about to get us a discussion for later this evening, but they're behind us in that work. [1:09:58] We have the deal. [1:10:01] We're working with my bank and why it's time to continue to get us a decent place for not. [1:10:07] Electric grantee will cite plans for our ministerial tank and our 2000 gallon legal tank are done. [1:10:13] If you will, then it will be part of the time to the resolution here to work on the bid for that work to replace those tanks. [1:10:20] We are applying a field which can be entitled to stay on track and on the time limit with that process. [1:10:25] But Ethan Hollmann is cross-training to operate with over two institutions, so that's [1:10:30] Dr. Tyres is the end of the month. [1:10:33] We are here in Canada, it's further than the Electrical Severs, it's a super-intended [1:10:37] And I've got coming in our ears. Brad training was completed at this point of time. [1:10:44] Rose, all the 30-minute response for her done, sorry, we're still late. [1:10:49] I've got so much to do with them. [1:10:50] And all of that is up there to signages all up. [1:10:54] We have a team meeting to discuss training practices. [1:10:58] We took a place in a month and a half ago. [1:11:01] We actually met today at five to two in that. [1:11:04] There's a student line to propose a brush pick up. [1:11:07] And if you discuss that later, there's a discussion that you guys brought to you today. [1:11:11] If you lose yourself. [1:11:12] Also, you did discuss it on how you made a permit and what could work. [1:11:16] The preparation and the nature of numbers, they were meant to join and they would need to exceed [1:11:21] August. [1:11:22] The mission is doing good. [1:11:24] There's you fast forward at this point in time, all of the backwards have been installed [1:11:29] and next up at the end of the final fence. [1:11:32] Third street park. [1:11:35] I'm working on finalizing fitted. [1:11:36] I discovered that our CBPG money from 2024 had been designated to the third street park. [1:11:44] And like Brown, we have to use that money, so I've executed it right here with a bit to make sure that it's time and brand-aring the final phases of finalizing that. [1:11:53] So there's a resolution in this work session for you to post that bit, which we often do forward. [1:11:58] So we don't know who's that money. [1:12:03] Do L. S. President, free date rules for the new training in case we can do this. [1:12:10] This is a note about the campgrounds, and I think you're going to be aware of that. [1:12:13] Around 25% of the people who are studying there, the summer are working and you're on the middle of it. [1:12:18] And it's on the top, and I think it's a really important address to consider. [1:12:22] It's a much higher number than we have in summer's past. [1:12:24] It's amazing. [1:12:25] I think the biggest reason, if I can sort of... [1:12:28] It's very impactful, and it's also a lot, and the cameras is a very [1:12:33] different known case place for people who are about to visit there, and is there [1:12:37] a good community, and you get together, and the government community has been amazing. [1:12:42] I think that we get offer, it is affordable housing in a ton of white, and it's a great community [1:12:46] down there. [1:12:48] Hi, this is to say that it is the former K.O.A.L.A. on the North River continues to evolve into a [1:12:53] to resort destination, many of the votes used to be over there now, who don't work about us. [1:13:00] It's really good. [1:13:02] Actual program service to be, I'm beginning discussions with the CFS. [1:13:06] I can find out if you can offer a voucher program not this year. [1:13:08] I'll use the program this year, I'll use the program this year, but next year. [1:13:12] And we'll have the details online, we'll be forward. [1:13:15] That'll be some of our TZ work we have to do in the long. [1:13:18] Hey, Carcay, I said, we have an in-person demonstration with FBS tomorrow, but it has to be on that, is FBS is currently looking like a very full course, so we're sure for us in terms of permanent enforcement and if you roll in our connection with South Pole court easier, for the employees in South Pole court offices, well, because I would be going to be direct to you. [1:13:40] I mean, we can get a few in our... [1:13:42] But before you go off, something like the paying parking, I think it's important to know this was really discussed by the Treasurer two weeks ago. [1:13:50] We are significantly above what the budgeting numbers were. [1:13:54] We should end up finishing August and close to $100,000 revenue just for the month of August. [1:14:00] The next impact to the residents is effectively the equivalent of nearly 17% under the taxes of where we anticipate paying by the time. [1:14:10] Indigenous people stay a little so long. [1:14:13] I would also add again that there have been great updates on the Village website, that [1:14:18] Jenna and a team have done an individual with that as well, and we also want to recognize [1:14:23] a little business person, Josh, from all those who have been sharing this with members [1:14:29] of the business community and customers too, because over 60 percent of all the parking [1:14:34] in the downtown district is free parking, you just need to take a look for it and walk [1:14:39] have a block or so, and for anybody who has mobility issues, of course, you can park anywhere [1:14:44] for free in the village if you have an ADA and you can have a stiffer on your cover. [1:14:52] Which can this kind of administering the village? [1:14:54] I'm curious if I could agree with you. [1:14:57] Probably a very successful just updating. [1:15:01] We'll be in a focus of the fall, and a lot of the writing that has to do with that. All right, floor grey, court signage has been posted. It would be good to take a look at those QR and vote metrics against our ridership and care assembly training. [1:15:14] Hopefully because of analytics, maybe as it reviews such. [1:15:19] So we're being with the treasure around the future planning for keeping out the Supreme Court has assured us, you know, we have a few years of light and we don't need to completely manage what we do have to do. [1:15:28] We do have just a few this time, and we have to be in the plan, but we don't have to [1:15:31] have to have a plan, which is good for us. [1:15:34] KZ and KZ, the assistant of the village, she uses internally, but they are APP, payroll, [1:15:40] because then, as you know, we're moving payroll to APP, but all of the finances, all of the [1:15:44] cases. [1:15:45] It's the economic program. [1:15:47] Yeah. [1:15:47] I'll use a little bit of the clerk's office too, but you tell me, hey, that's it. [1:15:51] Every day. [1:15:52] It's a huge part of it. [1:15:54] It's a program. [1:15:56] It's a, oh no no, almost 20. [1:15:58] It's a barrier. [1:15:59] It's a barrier. [1:16:01] It's a barrier. [1:16:02] To create it. [1:16:03] And then it doesn't speak to other things. [1:16:05] So it's a framework that has software, right? [1:16:07] It wouldn't be a forcement. [1:16:08] Utilities. [1:16:09] That's it. [1:16:10] So what happens when you pay a lot of systems, [1:16:12] to be much easier to go back? [1:16:14] Yeah. [1:16:14] In the meantime, 80 piece here. [1:16:16] And then, you know, [1:16:17] of course, the next two years will evaluate where KES has been going. [1:16:20] Which would be a big over all that necessary. [1:16:23] QX, our work order system is the resolution in here that officially implemented an upload [1:16:28] data into and that will be so we have an official work order system that all our supervisors [1:16:33] can be working on this, as well as for public assembly organization and scheduling for [1:16:38] our wonderful clerk's office. [1:16:41] I have a question on that. [1:16:44] Is there a one-point assistance account? [1:16:45] No. [1:16:46] So they're handled very difficult. [1:16:51] They're taking the other one. [1:16:52] It's also called the officer's team. [1:16:55] And they can go and see if the information [1:16:56] and the Nutsilate Center differently. [1:16:59] The system wasn't going to produce [1:17:00] temporrites. [1:17:01] I need a fully clear amount of filth mass like that. [1:17:05] I think there's actually [1:17:08] a maximum 48 left because I actually, [1:17:11] I never experienced it. [1:17:13] I heard about it. [1:17:14] It was great to see the floor on our website [1:17:17] And there were cases in the system because it was created. [1:17:21] It was like very deep deep website. [1:17:25] So when the website became obsolete and things like that, [1:17:29] all by the way, sides to the workforce systems. [1:17:33] Yeah, that was all of the way we were not. [1:17:35] Yeah. [1:17:38] The nice part about this is that it's free. [1:17:41] It's from our insurance company. [1:17:42] And it's like, this is probably that we were kind of as a drug [1:17:44] on it, actually, I'm excited, and the moment where there's going to start implementing it as well. [1:17:49] The thing that came to light and point during this, was our millish old blocks that are going to save addresses that need addresses, [1:17:56] which I've been working on with that team, QD, and next month, we'll probably have a final list of addresses to keep all of them going to decide this thing. [1:18:04] What did you do? [1:18:07] Did you hear it? [1:18:08] Did you hear it? [1:18:08] It was submitted. [1:18:09] We'll just leave you here about a lot of problems. [1:18:10] We'll see for backtrack. [1:18:14] In relation to that. [1:18:16] I began working with all my consults because it had us for mapping. [1:18:19] And this is our third year. [1:18:20] Here's an engineering contract in this process. [1:18:23] This is a photo with the GIS mapping. [1:18:24] Our GIS course is done. [1:18:26] We have to do that this year. [1:18:28] Additionally, there is an old 2024 person of this [1:18:32] one of the first three submitted as kind of this permit to install a dump about down to fix that and [1:18:39] for the end of the third street. So it should not be the case of one of the great covering up water is [1:18:44] removing any circles and removing any pushing out. And then we put this out into you, removing one direction plus a lot of [1:18:50] street. Of course, we're going to release our team can do this work. They just would have to end [1:18:54] here so we can finish the remaining work. That contract is also going to be there for you. [1:19:00] Is there a resolution in here on that? [1:19:03] No, I have a list of resolutions that Dr. Discussion, we have because I think I didn't have more [1:19:07] accession and we've got the next one short so I never actually have to talk about these things. [1:19:11] So I didn't have accession so we could add one later if you want to have a discussion. [1:19:16] I've a list of questions if you want to see what I have accession. [1:19:22] Dr. Arthur, some study of AP is going to be posted. [1:19:27] Oh, let's see, talk about it, it has nothing, we're trying to get it, and we have to be able to start to achieve. [1:19:32] But I don't want you to go ahead with you, because it's not a great reference to things we need to address. [1:19:36] It will not take our house to a policy. [1:19:38] We need to have not to direct your ease and bring it as to be able to the monitor and set the temperature. [1:19:43] It's a resolution ordering here. [1:19:47] And then, radio's hour. [1:19:50] We do need to focus on the WSHU and heard contrast. [1:19:53] I don't know what you want to do. [1:19:54] It doesn't turn out to turn out to turn out to turn out to turn out to turn out to turn [1:19:57] to, you know, to mobile. [1:20:00] That's for reduction in the decline. And then I go to the New York City of York City of York City about the drainage zones. The United Nations, the United Nations and court, day, semi-bacterial resolution. You're responsible for the maintenance. So I have reached out to mitigation companies. So we can, of course, go to our meeting and then we need to discuss this matter there. And we'll be continuing and we'll discuss that next month, we'll be getting two years further. What it is, it'll be a two year remediation. But, you know, whatever we start for your funding, you can be able to. [1:20:30] And it revised the villages are cheesy, [1:20:33] kind of flying, splutter, it's just like our code. [1:20:37] And it's pretty good for a title. [1:20:38] Did it have any questions to do with the law, [1:20:40] so could be some issue that we took [1:20:44] the visitation of these digital and the manuals [1:20:47] in the meantime? [1:20:48] Yeah, which was a way, for the first portion of the document, [1:20:52] we decided that we'll touch based again. [1:20:54] Oh, good. [1:20:55] What obviously was over? [1:20:58] What is art, is it? [1:21:00] It's over versus pressure problems, so it's a backflow device, and there's different types of backflow devices. [1:21:04] RKZs are high level. [1:21:05] It's a slow down, and oh sorry. [1:21:09] Let's fit this. [1:21:10] You could learn about it, right? [1:21:11] So we have good water, but we're through it. [1:21:12] We're very good. [1:21:13] Look, you're bad water, but don't you? [1:21:14] You're good water. [1:21:16] So we have to have, you have to have our PZD file. [1:21:19] That anything that has an opportunity to explore. [1:21:23] Or any of it, if you purchase something, things like that they call you a system exactly. [1:21:28] I have a couple of questions on the code compliance table that you mentioned earlier. [1:21:37] I noticed at last once meeting with those that spreadsheet is not tailed. [1:21:41] So it's a little bit different than the other form. [1:21:44] Okay. [1:21:44] So you have a C of O form transition form. [1:21:47] So there's nothing that our header is on. [1:21:50] Okay. [1:21:50] The other thing I noticed is that the way properties are identified is inconsistent. [1:21:55] So, an interest of fairness and transparency, which he can assist in consistency and how the properties are doing. [1:22:06] And then I have a question on the power plant fuel storage tank. [1:22:09] I think you mentioned that we'll be discussing it in later. [1:22:12] There's also a resolution to bring to the floor. [1:22:14] There is a walk on resolution for tonight for us. [1:22:17] It's very, very exciting. [1:22:17] We skip playing. [1:22:18] Thank you. [1:22:19] We're going to talk about it. [1:22:20] And I didn't get to talk about the last one. [1:22:22] So, now we're at the network, we reached the day when we should have... [1:22:26] What do I do now? [1:22:27] What are the questions? [1:22:28] Yes. [1:22:29] You want to know. [1:22:30] Okay. [1:22:31] So, I understand that the current field tank, the containment system is wrong now. [1:22:37] So, the second there. [1:22:38] The second there. [1:22:40] Back up containment. [1:22:43] And so, we have to replace that. [1:22:47] But what I'm... [1:22:48] What I noticed... [1:22:49] So, I went to the... [1:22:51] And I understand we're going back to the double wall tank, I think we're just different [1:22:55] than the set up that we have to have. [1:22:57] We are also just trying to take a little no longer necessarily your own root. [1:23:02] It's just that the system double wall tank is not an open base in the root. [1:23:06] Yeah. [1:23:06] That makes sense. [1:23:09] I guess, I think we need to have a larger discussion about our field capacity in what [1:23:14] it's for. [1:23:15] So the tank that you propose, I think, is a thousand gallons, which is more or less the size of the tank we're replacing. [1:23:22] Correct. [1:23:23] So, I understand that we need diesel on site in order to potential size of generators. [1:23:29] Yes, that's about eight thousand gallons. [1:23:30] I think it's specific for generators. [1:23:33] And so, the order to run them here, I think we have that fuel there. [1:23:36] But that's cool. [1:23:39] So, I calculated that fuel in emergency, we last got 10 hours. [1:23:44] Correct, more and more likely. [1:23:48] So it's important to note that we don't have a fuel site to run a [1:23:55] original amount of time because it was the first thing. [1:23:58] Now, additionally, we would like your career probably the story of power and not outside running those, [1:24:03] because it takes a minimum of two people to run. [1:24:05] Yeah, so that's why I'm bringing it up again on because we're going to spend a lot of money on replacing this. [1:24:10] with a new, you know, slightly different kind of tank [1:24:14] that more doesn't seem to have to be fine. [1:24:16] Think it's important that the order stands [1:24:18] where it's forward, what it does where it does not do. [1:24:21] And I think what it also does do is, you know, [1:24:24] you know, something I've been focusing on, [1:24:26] is there an deviation of that site in which we've [1:24:28] barred in our possibilities are there. [1:24:31] And you can't operate or run with our knife, [1:24:34] so, without that permit, without that there. [1:24:38] and that is required. We have to do that right now because we receive, you know, [1:24:42] rebates to have a note there. So, it goes hand-to-hand in both directions. [1:24:46] Another thing I noticed when I was looking at is that that sort of tank, [1:24:50] it works in conjunction with date hands, which are smaller tanks, so they're supposed to [1:24:54] generate correct, right? So that's typical for a diesel hand, [1:24:58] a separate tank to draw a bump. [1:25:00] System 2, many times you. Well, there is an evidence that we're going to install an appropriate system when we do this. There is an e-aging system that didn't speak that kind of tips, speaks the waste or else, and then we have a different system in the back of the bill management system. [1:25:14] With the system we'll use the system, which will effectively allow us to do some additional levels in it, as well as communicate to our previous system and update that. [1:25:22] Okay, so what it does is, so I saw that in this spec, so it's like it's a gate agent to me and care. [1:25:28] But we don't have a system whereby a few can be obtained. [1:25:31] So diesel fuel doesn't like to sit around, it goes bad. [1:25:34] All right, so in large diesel insulation, which typically fuel-polished system, [1:25:39] that moves fuel from the tank to the tank back and forth, [1:25:43] our system doesn't do that right now. [1:25:45] So it's not as robust as it could be. [1:25:49] So that would be additional tests. [1:25:51] And we're in an interesting size. [1:25:54] I'm glad we're doing [1:25:57] that. [1:25:57] I agree with you on that one, because we haven't [1:25:59] on here at all. [1:26:01] So that's typical. [1:26:02] It's typical to go to have it because the community [1:26:04] insists those on the re-enegents and fuel does sit it [1:26:08] for a lifetime. [1:26:10] But you'll all correct. [1:26:11] We didn't need to fuel even though we may not start the engines. [1:26:16] We do since we did the PSEG plan or the cable. [1:26:22] We were able to switch if asked a method of switching like a blinds with PSEG during the storm. [1:26:31] Years ago, they used to have the time off on the phone and do it. [1:26:34] Now, we can call it directly. It's just a matter of a person being at the control on either end and slipping it. [1:26:41] So, if you are, it's important that you don't have to deal with doing the DMZ test. [1:26:46] That's what is point. [1:26:49] Well, as I mentioned, once we thank you for your detail that we're working with. [1:26:52] It's good to see you working on something you like. [1:26:54] It's like a special approach. [1:26:55] You're welcome. [1:26:58] To ask a question about bringing the pirate pirate computer. [1:27:02] Yeah. [1:27:02] And just like in the resolution, it's a lot of fun computers and security policies. [1:27:07] We have that. [1:27:08] You guys go in. [1:27:09] Yeah. [1:27:09] So that was it. [1:27:11] It was formally called, it was under a different name. [1:27:17] but it's now that information and technologies policy. [1:27:21] So, goodly, goodly, good policy. [1:27:23] That was a proof. [1:27:24] I want to give you a minute or two. [1:27:26] So, this is just a part of the implementation of- [1:27:29] Oh, this is just bringing those into that one. [1:27:31] Policy. [1:27:32] We're going to be sitting in this. [1:27:34] Let's take the right time to think about it. [1:27:35] We gymnast the process of rolling out the policy [1:27:39] because there's a number of things that we need to implement. [1:27:44] And then it's also the fire department. [1:27:46] Unfortunately, they were not a part of the village's monitoring of the original contract [1:27:51] of the virus. [1:27:52] But as a reason, I'm not sure if it creates this administration, but the fire department, [1:28:00] they now will soon there. [1:28:03] If more things are coming to light, that they have a full time administrator there, they [1:28:09] realize the costs. So they kind of are an out of heart situation. So we can really [1:28:16] expect it for them to get the support that they need and then an issue to that [1:28:19] they're about to be monitored the way they want to support computers are. [1:28:22] You're a really big cap. You know, RORCO is considered a happy monitor. [1:28:26] The big thing we're around to do is, and I can't, so then you guys also [1:28:31] have to build a try to type policy. I can't implement the policy on the monitor [1:28:35] computers, they don't have the access and you can control it with you that. So, the first [1:28:40] segment of part of that policy was the password policy and the mandatory password change [1:28:45] policies. So, I can watch that once everybody's up monitoring. I don't know all the [1:28:49] exactly what I'm watching. I can't really, I can't really, I can't really, I think we're doing [1:28:53] 90 days and people will have to change their answers. [1:28:57] So, very simply don't be compliant as it's actually everywhere else. So, this was one of the [1:29:01] things that also came out of the audit. We worked with the state on it and we were [1:29:10] I think it's important that Chen has also been addressing things before we even get their reports. [1:29:21] It's really like that there's going to be a number of things that's on our list. [1:29:27] Take a pie that are already going to be completely different. [1:29:29] This time we get their report from the state. [1:29:32] Yeah, that was great because it's a statement with us on that. [1:29:35] And so we're going to preview of what I don't say that's actually working on. [1:29:39] You got the questions before you do the resolutions? [1:29:43] Trustee Phillips, you want to start a resolution one? [1:29:47] Yes. [1:29:48] Question 8206. [1:29:50] Question 10. [1:29:54] Question 10. [1:29:54] Question 10. [1:29:56] Question 10. [1:30:15] Resolution 08-20263, authorized eligible to administer your execute the NYDOS couple of your party, whereas the bill has been awarded funding to the New York State Department of State, NYDOS. [1:30:32] We'll go to another organization program, that will give you our key, and we're as [1:30:38] available to the partners to meet the contract with NOI-DOS to receive such funding. [1:30:45] Now, therefore, we resolve the bill to ensure that you're by operating the bill's ministry [1:30:49] to execute the NOI-DOS WRP contract and any necessary relief documents on behalf of the bill [1:30:57] and so moved. [1:30:57] We're going to make a statement. [1:31:02] I said something. [1:31:03] So the discussion is right. [1:31:05] So we're going to make a statement. [1:31:06] I said something to you review by the limit for [1:31:08] and to the channel. [1:31:10] So. [1:31:11] On favor. [1:31:13] Is that what you will say? [1:31:14] Okay. [1:31:16] All right. [1:31:22] We want to keep going. [1:31:23] Go ahead. [1:31:23] Go ahead. [1:31:24] Go ahead. [1:31:25] I said. [1:31:27] And resolution 0820614 to implement [1:31:31] and the field X as the official work order system of the village, [1:31:35] whereas the village of Greenport seeks to recruit [1:31:37] the management and track of the municipal work orders, [1:31:40] and ask the management, and therefore, the resolve [1:31:43] that the village board hereby authorizes full implementation [1:31:47] and important of the list value in the field X, [1:31:50] which will serve as the village official work order system, [1:31:53] so many slides. [1:31:55] discussion, did you say that it was free? [1:31:57] Yes, yes. [1:32:00] About 5. [1:32:03] Resolution 8.20265 in political security policies. [1:32:08] Now there's this dissolved that the bill is working [1:32:10] by authorizes for the Biden government computers [1:32:13] to be added to the logistic existence [1:32:15] of harmless monitoring in the monitoring and greener. [1:32:17] But second, both. [1:32:19] One second. [1:32:19] For five years. [1:32:21] There's a solution of 0.8.2026 to accept cash, 20 percent [1:32:26] of the reduction in the fundings. [1:32:27] Now, therefore, if you resolve the bill, it's going to be right accept to 20% of the [1:32:33] debt streams and finance offered by the nearest state, do you have a public employee safety [1:32:38] and health view of the cash? [1:32:40] So, move. [1:32:40] Step. [1:32:41] All in favour of? [1:32:42] Aye aye. [1:32:44] There's a list you don't need in 2026-7. [1:32:46] Resolve the bill or if you're right off the rise, it's the closing of the request [1:32:50] for proposals, RFP, for a professional service study, for a third-speed basketball [1:32:55] And what surprised me appropriate in this one was officials to take on as a serious step to some of this that can be seen as opposed to some of the pathology. [1:33:06] This was in terms of original life that should have been eliminated. [1:33:10] What we've got is this one, right? [1:33:11] Yeah, that's right. [1:33:12] This is one of those people, the third street playground. [1:33:16] I'll get one. [1:33:18] I'll get one. [1:33:18] I'll get one. [1:33:18] I'll get one. [1:33:19] That's right. [1:40:02] Well, we're improving the tent application, the tent application states that it gets installed on Thursday, minutes there from the weekend. [1:40:37] If needed, it's also there would be a few type of events happening under the tent. [1:40:45] So, like hot sauce contest is likely to happen under the tent. [1:40:51] And maybe a voice or shunking contest. [1:40:53] I think those e-cens are still being hatched out. [1:40:56] If what the purpose be on, shape, and weather protection for the community and just seeming. [1:41:02] But they are planning to possibly have, or to like they have a few of the fair-tap [1:41:10] festival of attractions, or if it's to happen under the tent, they just can't remember [1:41:15] what they did to come up with this assembly, and what we did to the tent is going to be there. [1:41:19] Did you know that the application shows it will be there, installed on the first thing there? [1:41:24] Right. [1:41:25] So, the machine data thing different, so the reason that I wanted it this way, maybe I can [1:41:31] because usually the application comes with the public assembly application, and it did this time. [1:41:38] So the original public assembly application was just prepared time festival for the mutual [1:41:44] festival activities to close down the street, someone so forth. [1:41:49] The tendency of going out there is a lot of consideration to decide to request the potential part. [1:41:55] So that was not a part of their original application. [1:41:57] Okay, the reason I'm asking that is because there is an application that goes along with the message assembly for the 10th and section correct [1:42:05] And the key to states how long the 10th is going to be there [1:42:09] So they put, they go, but no, because they weren't sure [1:42:14] But the application came in, so in order for these [1:42:19] It's not going to be likely that the 10th company can come in over the weekend to remove the 10th [1:42:25] they're deciding to utilize it as a part of a festival activities and then of course they're [1:42:31] for shape and impossible. Hopefully they're more meaningful. But it's not, it's usually [1:42:38] really difficult to see if that's happening. I don't know why I think it. So they're just [1:42:41] deciding to actively, or let me tell that. [1:42:43] And I just didn't know what I'm going to do. I'm going to call this something application that [1:42:48] which you came in for the event, you have a 10th section or a 10th application for the moment with it. [1:42:57] And then it's a bit down until recently. [1:43:00] So this way, we should let's just cover the 10th application for there. [1:43:05] They're intended for this. [1:43:06] The additional pieces of the use of the intent is it evolved because it's not possible for them to get the 10th out. [1:43:15] in more people, the global source, funding, or if it could be that, [1:43:20] or even the business may not need people to come pick it up. [1:43:23] So the 10 is going to be a record of Thursday [1:43:25] so that the building inspector can come inspect the intent, [1:43:30] which is required as part of the 10 application, [1:43:33] and then Friday through them to load in everything they need [1:43:37] for the lay to seek out of the heat that they go in for that purpose. [1:43:40] I think that those dates are getting the 10th. [1:43:42] I mean, I mean, the less I that will be, [1:43:46] over three seconds and maybe this is probably not going to take it down to a moment. [1:43:50] No, it's that's what it says. [1:43:51] But I'm not going to take it down to a moment. [1:43:53] So we're simply, we have a resolution to prove the allocation of the shift. [1:43:58] I'm sure they're taking it. [1:43:59] I'm sure they're going to be there for further details. [1:44:02] I'm going to take it down to a minute. [1:44:05] I'm going to take it down to a minute. [1:44:08] I'm just sure that I don't think I'm going to have a split. [1:44:10] I don't know if I could use it right here. [1:44:13] I believe we're going to show our mission, [1:44:16] which is safe, which is safe. [1:44:18] We think the funds can be there for the next couple of days. [1:44:21] Right, I don't think it's safe. [1:44:22] I think it's safe. [1:44:24] Well, as we're saying, it's safe. [1:44:26] It's safe. [1:44:27] It's safe. [1:44:27] It's safe. [1:44:31] It's safe. [1:44:34] It's safe. [1:44:35] It's safe. [1:44:38] It's safe. [1:44:39] It's safe. [1:44:40] A men-vist resolution to be a resolution to amend the maritime festival application to include the tent application submitted by Sarah Phillips to host the LNC Gala in Mitchell Park and Friday, September 25, 1226 to 9, the tent will be erected on Thursday. [1:45:02] So, I can just want that to see your point, Mayor. This is their original application. They have been 20 to 26 and 27 on this approved application for a while. It just didn't, of course, come up to 10 applications for that. That's the addition, but they didn't get approval for those three days.
