Well, did you find an effort here? I'm going to forward the thing to you just. [0:53] So it's up your inbox. [0:56] While we do that, I would call the, nope, that's not the right [1:01] a name. [1:02] I will call this September 16th meeting to order. [1:08] We have Quorum, the woman who's present. [1:13] Let's do public comment. [1:15] I will pull up the number right now. [1:18] We call the numbers 540-437-2687. [1:21] All [1:28] right, CNN, I will close public comment. [1:35] Please do have a motion for the minutes. [1:39] So moved. [1:40] Thank you. [1:43] Second. [1:44] Thank you very much. [1:45] All in favor? [1:46] Hi. [1:46] All right. [1:47] Thank you guys. [1:49] Michael, let's do financial work please. [1:52] The finance was of no one of you. [1:54] So that's the positive side. [1:56] We are very nothing to report this unique or different. [2:00] We are pre-consistent with our budgeted income, our budgeted income is either add or [2:06] greater than what is expected at this proposed time, expenses or below budgeted items. [2:13] We are very nothing significant to report. [2:16] If you see bridge port building funding, you notice this a little less than what was budgeted [2:22] for this month. It was because of a timing of when Christine deposited those checks. [2:29] Other than that, there's really nothing significant. We pulled in regard to the budgets. [2:34] Happy to answer any questions that you have in regard to them. But, you know, it's pretty [2:39] good financial position. [2:41] I would like to hear, do they want to have any questions? [2:47] I don't know if I can get a motion to approve. [2:52] And were you able, did you get the email? [2:54] Yeah, I got it. [2:57] I make a motion to approve the financial report. [2:59] I make a motion to approve the financial report. [3:03] Seconded. [3:04] All in favor? [3:07] Aye. [3:09] Thank you very much. [3:10] Let's move on to build our park project. [3:15] And on the last four meeting, the Eddie Boom ball from Build the Park came in [3:20] presented about the proposal requested funding from the city. Before you [3:26] was some of the naming rights, but we have the option of funding a well- [3:31] amount that we wish to fund out. We also say that there's an opportunity to be [3:36] to fund at a little time if we are unable to fund at this time too, and it has flexibility [3:45] with that. He did send several different emails, follow up emails, requested that one the [3:52] housing authority looked at the potential of a $100,000 donation for naming rights purposes. [3:59] the other one was to pay for the planning calls, which is about $350,000 as an other option. [4:10] So that's in front of you at this time. [4:13] I think the important question here is, what are you comfortable with? [4:16] I know that you had that emotion, you know what I'm talking about. [4:19] Sure. Yeah, [4:23] chill Coleman asked me what would I recommend we go to name in the park. [4:27] We have a couple of different major payments or fun things that we have to do. [4:36] Those include the $250,000 for the Glenfield price. [4:41] We will put that down as a down payment. [4:45] And then the owner is going to finance the rest of that amount of the loan. [4:50] So that's a significant amount. [4:51] the other one is that we all just are hoping to be able to close on the house [4:57] and trust firm and heal funding for the... [5:00] I'm a switch to that will pay we have about 1.2 rate million. There's over there and all [5:07] hope is to be able to use our reserves about 280,000 to be able to offset that. If you look [5:14] at our overall reserves we have about 720,000 as of the end of August and we go to our CD and [5:25] money market account. So, minus off that 580, there's still less than 200,000. I would [5:34] be hesitant to be able to pay out any significant amount of money at this time, just because [5:40] we need some funds to, in case of any other issues that can come up. The biggest concern [5:46] I may have is I have is a continuous solution for the federal government on Wednesday and [5:52] November, and if they don't finalize the budget after that shortly, it's kind of unclear [6:00] exactly what would happen. We would need to have funding available to be able to cover [6:05] the grant positions, which would, you know, be predominantly back to $200,000. So my recommendation [6:12] is about $25,000 at this moment, but, you know, it's the boss' private event. We will work [6:19] on the level recommendation of motion that you all put? [6:25] What are you thinking? [6:26] Is it $25,000? [6:28] Yeah, what is $25,000 yet? [6:31] Nothing on the naming part, other than the feeling of goodwill [6:35] and being part of the process. [6:37] Was it, there's not like a plaque for $25? [6:39] Not, I don't, maybe a plaque, I've not, I didn't ask. [6:43] I think when Eddie came, he, under the name rights, [6:46] there was like another tier. [6:48] He did say it could be flexible. [6:49] I mean, these are the big things that they wanted to have. [6:53] Didn't they want to have a wall? [6:55] Yeah. [6:55] Yeah. [6:56] So we would be on that. [6:57] And I think I did talk to him about this. [7:01] He was comfortable with 25. [7:04] I think I share his sentiment that I have a huge sport at the park. [7:09] I'm very excited about this project. [7:12] If we donate, I would like it to be enough of an amount. [7:16] There are names shows up somewhere. Just to remind people that H.H.A. does do redevelopment as well. Yeah, we're [7:23] Aging in the community some kind of recognition, you know [7:29] So we're in agreement. Yeah, I think comfortable with 25. Are you guys? [7:33] We're in a group. So after that amount. Yeah [7:39] I just all of the things you listed Michael. I thought it would be five or ten [7:45] So that's my only hesitation is that 25 seem tired and I thought maybe just based on all of the I [7:55] Think that there's a lot of things to a lot of reasons to be conservative [8:02] But if 25 is what folks are comfortable with that's I can get a word with that [8:08] What do we do before? [8:09] How much do we donate before? Has this been the largest amount? [8:15] We haven't donated any money for Bill the Park and other types of projects, like the [8:25] Pavilion for the farmer's market. [8:29] We donated about $100,000, but again, that's a different place, different time, different [8:36] funding sources. [8:37] as a, you know, it's all kind of depend on reserves, you know, if, if, you know, it's [8:42] something there, if you don't want to donate more money, I would recommend that you [8:48] wait after January to see how much is that funding we have into the year, and then we [8:53] can look at being able to, you know, provide additional funding at time. [8:59] I think that's a great plan. If things shake out, you know, Congress is able to get their [9:03] act together and pass, you know, whatever is they need to pass and when he is good at the [9:07] end of the year, it's a time in that all these different projects are coming up and so [9:16] it's, that's what gives me applause is just, but I mean, is 15,000 gonna make that much [9:25] difference for us, but is it wise to be cautious? I don't know. [9:33] And you're right. It's not going to get [9:35] built tomorrow. So we decided we would like to go back because things have shaken out. Well, [9:42] we could go back and say, hey, we'd like to do another 15. But again, [9:46] well, I will say that from business, some of the parts which I have lately, [9:53] I would say Purcell Park, what they have there for the children is extraordinary. [9:57] It is wonderful. [9:58] I had such a good time. [10:00] I'm not a child, I was just walking around watching children. So to say that I would support development and building a part because we know there's for families. We know that this is all impacting the families. And it's also impacting our housing people because most of them can't give us so far to a part. They can get to a part. So if the activities are there, then it's good for the families, good for the community. I say due to 25,000. And then just let that go. And then don't look at making [10:29] another donation from us you know maybe that's my suggestion do [10:37] we do we know the exact number we [10:40] need to have to get a plaque or sure it's in your packet we go to the naming lights we go to [10:47] different fun levels I don't know exactly for plaque but I would think that at least for 25,000 [10:54] would get something I think in the thing he had for us for lower levels but we gave those all [11:00] I remember saying something like that, probably if we take a minute. [11:04] You got any stuff that you haven't got any stuff on the board? [11:06] No, no. [11:07] For the private. [11:09] I'm sure if we just said any. [11:10] This is all we're willing to do. [11:11] What can you do? [11:12] I have any stuff on the board. [11:13] No, I'm just looking at the website really quick. [11:17] I'll take a minute. [11:17] I mean, ultimately it's most about making sure that we're funding this and helping [11:23] community, like you said. [11:25] It looks like the, we would be at the silver level. [11:28] it's 10,000 plus silver gold is 50,000 plus and then 100,000 plus is when things start getting [11:34] Dayton rights. So I'm comfortable with the 25 right now again if things are good [11:40] later on we can we can revisit but ultimately whoever makes the motion will. [11:48] Maybe we ask for a match. Maybe we put the bins in the park and it stays there for us. [11:54] 25,000 we get to back in any event okay oh and it doesn't say I [12:05] Remember in the packet the website. Yeah, there'd be a wall. Okay, so we recognize on the website and Park Donor installation [12:12] So there will be something at the silver level which is 20 which is 10,000 up 10,000 to 49 999 [12:20] All [12:27] right, just want to make a motion [12:31] I make a motion that we donate to $25,000 to build a project. [12:38] Second, we can discuss more after this. [12:41] It's like in that. [12:43] Do we want to talk about it anymore? [12:48] All right. [12:48] No, Mr. Powell. [12:50] Yes. [12:51] Unless anybody else? [12:52] All in favor? [12:53] All right. [12:58] Before you, for your considerations of resolution adopted in our policy, [13:02] I privacy policy and when and website terms of use. [13:09] This was to be presented to you in [13:13] the August meeting but we will delete when we go to the end of December. Happy to answer [13:19] any questions about you. This is really more of an activity to be able to show that we have [13:26] considered and that we are following best practices [13:32] we go to confer the jowls and pop-up procedures [13:36] for sensitive private information. [13:40] Lisa, I don't know if you want to add any additional [13:42] information on the resolution. [13:44] Yeah, that's very straightforward. [13:46] Do we have something similar for when folks donate [13:49] to us like through the great, [13:51] or I guess I would do that through great community gear, [13:53] But when people do that for the genital housing [13:56] of the corporation, like a donor data privacy thing, [14:00] I don't know that we do. [14:02] We want this, this is what we work on this summer. [14:06] Might be worth just also having a donor data privacy one, [14:10] just for when the fundraising stuff is going on. [14:14] Because I didn't see anything in here [14:16] about donor information. [14:17] That's why I thought of it. [14:19] I agree. [14:19] That's the proof. [14:27] No war call as we filed is just, yes, just to optimize the executive director's sign [14:41] and effectrate the policies of the resolution. [14:46] Motion to approve the proxy policy. [14:51] Thank you very much, all in favor? [14:53] I'm fine. [14:53] Thank you very much. [15:00] I know that we talked about the audit, but we didn't get that. The audit has just arrived. It should be in your email at this time. I don't grab it. Yeah, unless something changed in the last couple of minutes. Oh, there it is. [15:17] Did you guys get it? I got it. Okay. Are you as awesome? Good. I'm looking. I'm okay. [15:29] Give you a couple minutes to look at it, but there was a man. [15:55] I don't know if you [15:56] This is probably the first audit with us. [15:58] You looked at the very end pages 45 through 47. [16:04] That's kind of the till we are. [16:05] Who grew up didn't pass, did we not? [16:08] Yeah, within those pages, [16:11] there was no pass audit findings and no court audit findings. [16:16] Everything pretty much is in order. [16:19] That is what you want to see? [16:21] Yep, consistent with audits. [16:23] Is there anything else that you need to call our attention to on this or is it? [16:27] No. [16:28] Okay. [16:33] Do any of you guys have any questions? [16:35] I know we'll be pretty fast today. [16:36] I don't want to stifle conversation. [16:38] No. [16:39] No, we got that. [16:40] Get through things. [16:42] So no federal award findings, no financial statement findings. [16:46] That's right. [16:47] And so that pretty much the purposes they may be that you could clean on this grant, Mike. [16:54] And this is on time this year. [16:56] That's great. [16:56] Well, I wish it would be we will shoot for last week Friday [17:00] But well that has been the last go around. Yeah, it's pretty good [17:07] They wore up here last month and so it took them a little bit of time. They did it on fire [17:13] Missing information and our housing choice voucher will file review [17:18] But they were able to identify those one of the biggest challenges was that [17:22] When the software system did upgrade with our system, [17:28] they removed one of the standard documents as needed for people to sign. [17:33] And so we had to go back and make sure that we had all those in place. [17:37] Okay, all right. [17:39] I'll go down the line and then hand me the other questions. [17:42] No? [17:43] Looks pretty good. [17:44] Do you have it? [17:45] No. [17:45] All right. [17:47] Get a motion then. [17:50] Motion to approve the audit. [17:52] 2025. [17:54] A second. [17:56] Thank you. [17:57] All in favour? [17:58] All right. [17:59] All right. [18:00] All righty. [18:03] Back at the August meeting, we initiate a 45-day comment period on an annual plan, 5-year [18:10] plan. [18:12] Emissions continue accuracy for Franklin Heights, Commerce Verge, the Commerce Verge 2 line [18:18] and we ran it, and J.R. Power and Line we will. [18:21] The 45-day comment period ends the end of this month, [18:26] the end of September, [18:28] or we need to submit our annual plan [18:31] right at that time, [18:34] which includes these documents. [18:37] Historically what we've done is approve [18:40] these plans for submission, [18:43] and if we have any additional comment, [18:45] then we'll put those back, [18:47] I can include them within the report to that. [18:52] Okay. [18:53] And we got in any comments? [18:54] No comment. [18:58] All righty. [18:59] Well, to everyone, again, the comment period is open, so please submit your comments to [19:06] the website. [19:06] Yeah. [19:07] That's the best way for them to do it. [19:09] Michael, that's the best way for the public to submit comments through the website here. [19:13] website, to telephone, to feedback on what the three primary ways they can receive comments. [19:23] I also presented this to our community advisory board, made up of residents. [19:29] They reviewed the information and had no comments when going to the proposed activities or [19:36] changes. [19:37] That's great. [19:37] I'm really glad they got to see it and say that they had no comments. [19:42] It's good. [19:42] Yeah, do we normally open up the telephone lines again? [19:50] Because the public comment phase all may open. Yeah, right. Thank you so many. Thank you [19:54] All right with that so no action items required there [20:00] I'll approve of the proposed plans and admissions continue [20:06] at the state and authorisation for me to be able to submit. [20:11] Okay. Is that moved? [20:15] Thank you, second. It's like a matter. Thank you. This is an all in favor. [20:21] Yeah. All right. All right. All right. [20:25] All righty close session is next. Prior to close session I'd like to present a [20:32] resolution for the housing authority for permanent financing through the [20:38] Virginia Department of Housing Community Development for Commerce Village 2 we [20:44] as you know we entered into construction financing for Commerce Village 2 with [20:50] plan for the $900,000 of housing trust fund and $100,000 of highly innovative energy efficiency [20:58] monies to be used to pay off the construction financing. The current amount of construction [21:07] financing is about $1.28 million, as I said, about $280,000 we need to pay out. The plan [21:16] is to we've been working on this close on this fund since January of this year and just finally [21:26] been able to get approval to be able to close and we have a very small window to close [21:32] if not, they have to redo the documents and it would be pushed us back into October. [21:38] It has increased the cost associated with the project because we had to pay interest on the [21:45] loan as we, you know, as we waited to be able to close on the property on this financing. [21:52] So there was a resolution that I have that was developed by our attorney, then we go [22:01] to the authorizing the redevelopment and the housing authority for the public finance [22:10] and through the Department of Housing and Community Development. [22:15] It does require a vote call, and we go to it. [22:21] These are the two loans. [22:42] And one is, it's worth $900,000 is alone, the $100,000 is a grant, so it's worth $900,000. [22:51] It's at 1% interest, the way the loan is set up is that for 30 years, we pay the interest. [22:59] And at the end of the 30 years, they forgive the $900,000. [23:09] Yeah, motion in second and then I'll go to the work hall. [23:13] So we got a motion from Janet. [23:20] Gill Coleman absent. [23:23] Vice Chair, Lucy Ann O'Benderman. [23:25] Commissioner Leach. [23:27] Aye. [23:32] Commissioner awkward Waldo's. [23:34] Aye. [23:35] Commissioner Hayes. [23:36] All right. [23:37] Commissioner Moore says absent. [23:40] And Commissioner Franklin Samson is absent. [23:43] Thank you all. [23:45] Thank you. [23:45] All right, let me ask Melissa, can you see on the sign on behalf of Gil? [23:57] We need to have this. [23:59] We can show him a title. [24:09] Just there. [24:10] Yeah, what was that? [24:12] Yeah, it looked like something happened. [24:14] I'm not exactly sure. [24:15] My God. [24:17] My parents wanted me to be a doctor. [24:19] Yeah, I don't like that. [24:21] Well done. [24:41] We need a motion to discuss the performance and employment specific local government [24:48] now as authorized by section 2.2-371-1A1 of the state code. [25:03] Yes. Gil Coleman, not present, Vice Chair Luciano Benjamin, Commissioner Leach, and Commissioner [25:19] Hayes, you made the motion, too, right? [25:23] I'm sorry. [25:31] Commissioner Rodgers, [25:35] Commissioner [25:36] General Franklin is now present and Commissioner Morse is now present in Commissioner Hayes. [25:46] We can go into close session. [55:49] I'm looking for right now, I'm sorry, this is my panel stuff. [56:14] With respect to the just concluded [56:16] closed session to the best of each member's knowledge, only public business matters, law [56:21] for example, open meeting requirements and the FJM Freedom and Information Act, only [56:25] such business matters as we're identified in the motion by which the closed meeting was [56:30] convene who heard and discussed or considered in the meeting by the authority. [56:38] Chair Coleman, it's not present. Vice Chair Benjamin. [56:43] Oh, near motion a second. [56:46] Thank you. [56:49] Thank you. [56:50] All right. [56:59] Chairman Coleman is not present. Vice Chair Benjamin. [57:03] Right. [57:05] Thank you very much. [57:05] Commissioner Leach. [57:06] Aye. [57:08] Commissioner Orgford-Wagels. [57:10] Aye. [57:12] Commissioner Samson Franklin. [57:14] Aye. [57:15] Commissioner Morse is not present. [57:20] And Commissioner Hayes. [57:22] All right. [57:27] Thank you very much. [57:28] That's over to anyone with business. [57:37] So it looks like we finally closed on on the commas footage to funds as we talked about. [57:42] Bluestone Town Central, we look like we have identified another tax credit syndicate [57:49] order to be able to be able to stop that process since Virginia Community [57:55] Development Corporation would not be able to fund it to next year. The fund amounts [58:03] are significantly less than what's Virginia Community Development Corporation [58:07] but it's a different environment at this time in regard to tax credits just due to the inflationary practices and things of that sort. [58:15] So we're hoping to be able to stop the process again and be able to close on the finance and the syndication of activities. [58:26] We will have a resolution, the next board meeting for the selection and resolution for [58:36] that sort to be able to move forward with that. [58:39] But we want to wait and start the underwriting process with the new entities, WNIC, which [58:45] is a national organization that syndicates projects. [58:50] I think they are the third largest in the nation and we go into syndication activities, but [58:55] So we want to kind of go through that process and make sure that they are good for financials [59:00] and everything before we move forward and we go to that at that focus. [59:05] And if we go with these folks, are we on track where we were previous or how much we've [59:11] been delayed by? [59:12] We should be able to get back on track and we go to it. [59:17] Again, it depends on the unwhite and activities needed to be able to move forward, but the goal [59:24] always to close potentially in our total, and then be able to, and if we can close on [59:32] the tax rates, 9%, and 4%, that will help us then be able to close on the infrastructure [59:37] financing, and then be able to start the infrastructure activity, which is very key for us to be able [59:45] to start the sale of the townhomes and be able to get some additional money's in. [59:53] and then it will take probably about 8 months to be able to do the infrastructure down to [1:00:00] 4% property, because they have to get the model stool, let history to that property before we can start construction on that. And so, you know, this process has delayed us about nine months, just losing these syndicator empires as a syndicator. But, you know, hopefully as quickly as possible, we can be able to move things forward. Again, this been about you start this process. [1:00:29] in 2022 and never anticipate it would take this long to be able to stop the activities. [1:00:37] So because we're getting less tax credits from the new syndicate, or was it the most [1:00:42] credit from it, will that impact the price of it? [1:00:46] It doesn't look like it this time, and we go to the budget, and we go to the proposal. [1:00:51] Things, it kind of depends on the pricing that we got from the general contractor and the [1:00:58] infrastructure was for last year, so we anticipate there's probably a price increase in regard to that. [1:01:04] How much that delta will be, will be determined if there's an additional gap that we have that we have to fill. [1:01:12] So we'll move forward with that. [1:01:14] The line we ran it, we just submitted two different grants to the Department of Housing and Community Development. [1:01:22] As I relay earlier, we had identified that we had that gap because of the increased cost. [1:01:33] And we talked with Department of Housing Community Development. [1:01:36] They relayed and they reviewed or performed or proposed the sources and uses. [1:01:42] They encouraged us to reapply. [1:01:45] They stated that historically anyone that had reapplied had not been denied additional [1:01:54] monies. [1:01:55] So, we put in for almost four million dollars, three million dollars and a housing trust [1:02:01] fund, two million from the state, one million from the Federal National Housing Trust Fund, [1:02:08] and then 830,000 for Hallyanne V and G. Fistacy and then we put $2 million in grant request [1:02:17] in for the Glenfield Vice. We should know something by December which would then we should [1:02:26] be in great shape. If we all success when there's grant awards to be able to move forward [1:02:33] and even have a small developer fee. [1:02:36] It will be a first time in a couple of years for those projects. [1:02:41] So, that's pre-sightened. [1:02:44] But it's not achieved until we get the award. [1:02:48] But we feel very positive at this moment [1:02:52] and we go to both of those projects at this time. [1:02:55] I know that we contracted the scope [1:02:57] of some of the things we wanted to do a little bit. [1:02:59] If we get the full four mill, [1:03:00] So when we re-expand the scope, we'll just enable us to do what we have planned now. [1:03:05] We could potentially re-spand some of the scope, and we'll look at that closely. [1:03:11] Is this such a change in environment, in regard to interest cost, and the tariffs, [1:03:21] Boba, inflationary expenses, so we want to be conserved and make sure that we can do what [1:03:26] can't do if we, you know, I feel very happy if we can renovate the property, the Langley [1:03:32] Manettes and build the 12 units at the Glanceville price. [1:03:38] Absolutely. [1:03:40] Nothing really big to address homelessness of affordable housing. [1:03:44] They did have a kind of a community here on me last week, Thursday, we go to the City of [1:03:52] Will Walkham County. They had probably the highest number of participants attend that. [1:03:58] We got to provide them feedback and we got to knees in the local community. I haven't seen [1:04:04] the final report on that, but I'll show that with you once that's been completed. But it was [1:04:12] we appreciate Matt Tibbles from all community plays because he really did a lot of outreach to [1:04:19] community agencies and service providers to be able to attend this meeting and provide [1:04:24] input. And we continue to look at different ways to improve organization and efficiencies [1:04:32] and effectiveness and nothing new to report at this time but you know with some updates [1:04:39] we go to our software right now the big issues that we were looking at is preparing for [1:04:45] the construction, which is the development of a relocation plan. [1:04:50] Working with Wesden said, J. R. Pyline, we were going to the shift from a multi-family [1:04:57] departure to a 10-a-base bow where I am. [1:05:00] And I'm supporting them with that change. [1:05:05] Before you are the management reports for the different [1:05:10] programs, not a lot of significant changes associated with that. [1:05:16] So I'll be happy to answer [1:05:19] in questions that you have, but we have been working with the FSF staff to be we focus [1:05:26] on the self-sufficiency component. They have been enrolled in individuals that are disabled [1:05:36] and they definitely have benefits for participating in the program, but they have limited ability [1:05:42] to kind of where we become self-sufficient. And so we kind of focus our own families and individuals [1:05:49] that we're kind of able to increase self-sufficiency. [1:05:55] But we anticipate with the proposed step-run process, [1:06:00] we should be able to increase your self-sufficiency activities. [1:06:04] Can you say a more and more people coming for the training for self-sufficiency? [1:06:09] Are more and more people coming? [1:06:11] You know, were they at 98 participants, I think, told what this done? [1:06:16] So they continue to have individuals that want to participate, but we're all kind of [1:06:23] screening them to make sure that there's a level of employability that they can be [1:06:27] able to achieve, and maximise their employment independence. [1:06:32] Well, the question of this is, how did the community advisory board's been going with spring [1:06:37] rounds? [1:06:38] I'll see that in a minute. [1:06:39] How did they? [1:06:40] There was a community wide event at SIMS. [1:06:42] Yeah, they had about 39 participants, not counting the children that attended, so they felt [1:06:49] like it was a great activity. [1:06:52] It was scheduled to be out at a splash pad, but of course, one of those big thunderstorms [1:06:57] occurred, so they quickly pivoted to the Lucy Sims gym, and it was a very positive event. [1:07:03] That's great attendance given that it wasn't actually at the spring grounds. [1:07:08] Yes. [1:07:08] Yeah, and and a piece of ice cream watermelon always makes a difference. I got an increase in attendance [1:07:15] Her parents are kids. I think [1:07:17] Absolutely. Yeah. [1:07:18] Having food [1:07:19] So [1:07:20] It's not a meeting with the [1:07:22] Read the information [1:07:23] It's always [1:07:23] Yeah [1:07:25] Yeah. Don't have to prepare dinner that day [1:07:27] You have an activity [1:07:28] Making food [1:07:28] Yeah. So we all [1:07:31] The cab is working with the [1:07:35] FSS coordinators [1:07:36] of Victoria and Jacques and we go to a holiday event and they want to do like our passport [1:07:43] to the community where they have different stations of resources activities and the residential [1:07:51] kind of go through and get a stamp from each of the stations and then at the end they'll [1:07:56] get the holiday goodie bag and usually we give out about 60 to 80 coats donated to Unite [1:08:05] bank and they go out and put just new codes to be able to give out to the family. [1:08:10] So I'll keep you informed in regards to that when they're available so if you're available, [1:08:16] you can be able to participate in that. [1:08:22] Maintenance reports are for you, they continue to have a high number of work orders, unit [1:08:29] turns have slowed down, you to date wise. This month they had a total of three. [1:08:39] Most of the walk orders have also, they had five this month and they were able to [1:08:46] successfully resolve all those within the 24 hour period of time. They have replaced [1:08:56] waste roofs on five units and those units are not just one single unit but it could be [1:09:02] a wall of a duplats or quadplats or something like that, so it's more than once, it's [1:09:08] three or five buildings versus units. They also had to do a restoration work on two [1:09:16] significant unit tornadoes that they had went into because of damages by tenants and have [1:09:25] started the work. Public works had also done sidewalk replacement [1:09:33] right off of Stirling Street and form of apartmenties so they removed that [1:09:38] retaining wall that was thought to lean so that's very positive. I'm waiting [1:09:44] to see if they install steel banisters going down right now they installed [1:09:49] wooden temporary steel banisters so we hope that they'll be finalized. [1:09:53] And we go to Bat School's Unit Turnovers at this time. [1:10:00] I believe we only have two units available, is that right, or sit? [1:10:29] So, [1:10:33] again, Thomas Village has one empty unit, overall, that's one empty unit, [1:10:39] All the food delivery has been a very big success for our residents. [1:10:44] They've received a number of parts of comments and we've got to go residents pushing that. [1:10:51] And so that's something that we're going to let you do. [1:10:54] Never increased for the amount of people on the waiting. [1:10:58] Our waiting lists are closed with the exception of our housing that we own at this time. [1:11:05] We still have about 4,500 people total combined, and we go to the waiting list. [1:11:11] It's been very difficult to move down or house and choice voucher waiting list. [1:11:18] Just because many of the residents said, or we participate in that program, have, you know, [1:11:23] doing a good job maintaining them. [1:11:24] So, very little turnover on the college. [1:11:29] Okay, I know we're about to use a couple of people so we need to see. [1:11:37] That's about it. [1:11:38] That's about all I have to share with you at this time. [1:11:42] I would encourage you to look at the quarterly finance and grant and fund ways and activities. [1:11:50] Talks about the $500,000, $2 million for the Congressional Development Standard. [1:11:57] We do have another $2 million out if they approve a appropriations bill for this upcoming [1:12:02] year. [1:12:03] And that will be targeted toward a position on Town Central multi-family project. [1:12:08] You can see the $3,000 we see for court school theater. [1:12:12] So, you know, here today we've won $2.3 million in grant funds, which is a pretty significant [1:12:18] amount. [1:12:19] We are applying for some additional monies to follow the first version for the series. [1:12:26] We are fine and fair, so we are hoping to be able to have some additional funding to [1:12:31] be able to support that, and you can see that we applied $2 million for the Grantsville [1:12:37] Price Initiative that was submitted just yesterday, and then $3.87 million for the online [1:12:45] We'll be right in that spot. [1:12:48] More community development grant for me as I'm very, very, very, [1:12:51] I'm going to move in as forward. [1:12:53] Sorry, my motion to approve the management report. [1:12:56] We do, yeah. [1:12:57] Yeah. [1:12:57] I just want to make sure we got through that. [1:12:59] Yeah, I'm going to move in to approve the management report. [1:13:02] Thank you. [1:13:03] Thank you. [1:13:04] Everyone's session. [1:13:05] That one. [1:13:05] Thank you. [1:13:06] Thank you. [1:13:09] We'll be going to the two other. [1:13:10] Thank you. [1:13:11] I'm going to be lost. [1:13:11] Thank you. [1:13:12] Appreciate it. [1:13:13] All right. All in favor. [1:13:15] Thank you very much, we wouldn't have any final alibis before we go, we can run, none. [1:13:21] All righty, we have a motion to adjourn, we'll have a second. [1:13:25] All right, just have a second, all in favor. [1:13:28] Aye. [1:13:30] A adjourn. [1:13:31] That was the fast food. [1:13:33] That was good. [1:13:34] I like that one. [1:13:35] I have a question for you.
