Um, it comes down to doing the little things [7:08] that we say we're going to do and doing them when we say we're going to do them. [7:12] At the local level, we believe predictability is a public service. In [7:17] 2025, Hford Township adopted its budget on time. We reached a successful [7:23] collective bargaining agreement and we did so with a uh modest and responsible [7:28] tax increase grounded in long-term planning. It reflects a strong [7:33] partnership. The board of commissioners sets the policy and direction and the [7:39] manager and the staff over here. We carry out that direction efficiently [7:45] and transparently. I want to thank our staff for turning [7:49] policy into service every day. Local government is also unique. It's [7:56] the only level where residents can truly reach out and touch us. It's that [8:00] closeness that creates accountability. It keeps us focused on results. [8:05] Do we always get it right? No. But we listen to our residents. We adjust and [8:11] we keep moving forward. It's not about Rs and D's. It's about [8:16] delivering the services residents expect in the most cost-effective way possible. [8:22] With that, with that, let's reorganize and we're going to get back to work. And [8:27] so, we'll now accept nominations for president of the board of commissioners [8:30] for calendar year 2026. >> Mr. Township Manager, [8:34] » Commissioner Holmes. >> Uh, Mr. Township Manager, I move to [8:37] nominate uh fourth W Commissioner Judy Trombetta to serve once again as [8:41] president of our board of commissioners.
