[7:11] 1, 650, 000 dollars, Inspection period, and time has expired
[7:21] as of August 24, 2026, the Academy of Hope Charter
[7:26] School has requested an extension of the closing date on
[7:29] the sale through September the 11th, 2026. I recommend that
[7:35] the board approve the Academy of Hope charter school's request
[7:38] to extend the closing date on the sale of the
[7:41] Sherwood Drive Property through September the 11th, 2020 - 26.
