Um, we have a [7:17] letter dated from the board planner [7:19] August 27th which uh reads that pursuant [7:24] to NJ [7:26] SA there's a typo. It's NJSA 405D-26. [7:32] Then she reads writes out the name of [7:35] the ordinance um and indicates that it [7:40] is consistent with the uh township of [7:42] Howell's master plan. Among the key [7:45] goals is to introduce building coverage [7:47] and lot coverage in the R residential [7:50] zoning districts within the township as [7:53] well as to continue to review the land [7:55] development ordinance standards to adapt [7:58] to the changing economy.
