Uh, Chief Weatherford led us [1:58] through a competitive uh, RFP process for our IT services. We received eight [2:04] proposals. After reviewing the proposals and interviewing the recommended firm [2:09] and checking their references, we are recommending HyperIT to take on our uh [2:14] managed uh services program. They were the lowest cost responsive proposer. But [2:21] more importantly, we believe this will strengthen our IT support cyber security [2:25] and strategic planning momentum for additional investment or [2:31] the more comprehensive redevelopment approach under alternate three um which [2:36] could result in a larger transformative project but would require greater [2:41] property coordination and may temporarily reduce revenues while the [2:45] site is assembled and redeveloped. Um some of the next steps is SBC Freriedman [2:52] um SB Freriedman expects to complete its next report within approximately one to [2:57] two weeks and has um requested board direction regarding which alternative [3:01] should be advanced. Um they also indicated that following the completion [3:06] of the current study, the village could consider a separate hourly not to exceed [3:11] agreement of approximately 20 to 30k for SP Freriedman to serve as a development [3:17] adviser and assist the village with developer outreach in.
