[28:33] Association of Relators Homework Award which recognizes excellent innovation, achievement
[28:38] and commercial real estate. So, a recognition of these accomplishments and also their
[28:44] achievements and contributions to our downtown. We'd like to present an award of
[28:49] recognition to Z family assets and Mr. Ray Parsons and his Sun's Act Parts as I

[31:00] which is option B in your packet called the 401A defined contribution employer-sponsored

[31:08] And it's very similar to a 401k except this is because we're in public sector, it's considered
[31:13] a 401A.
[31:15] The key points to this, this is something that you can withdraw from once you are 59.5 years
[31:22] There is a 10% penalty for early withdrawal of 4-H59 and a half.
[31:28] City contributions are discretionary, though what we proposed in lieu of joining the general
[31:33] pension plan was that the city would contribute an equivalent amount to what they contribute
[31:37] to the employee pension plan, which is 21% of the salary.
[31:42] The city contributions are pre-taxed dollars, and the vesting schedule is decided by the commission.
[31:49] It's our recommendation that you require the commissioners to serve at least one term,
[31:56] and I would actually say it that way, because even though our terms are four year terms,
[32:01] if a commissioner were to lose in a primary, you technically might only serve three years
[32:07] in nine months.
[32:11] The benefits are based on the valuation of the account, you can choose how you wanted

[37:06] specifically Mike Staggerwell, thank you Mike for your leadership during this process.
[37:11] I know it was not an easy task and we know that you're a vision for our city's great and so we

[37:54] are local groups such as the green metal farms, take your grandchildren, take your children,
