[4:40] For females at the prison, we carried an
average of 26.29.
[4:45] At the pre-release center, it was 15.94
for an average daily population of

and there was a peak population of 46 in
[4:54] the month. Our average daily population
then
[4:58] for was 249.74,
which you can see is just about 20
[5:02] inmates more per day
than what we averaged in June.
[5:07] Uh we also had a peak population in the
month of 263.
[5:12] Um we had 13.13
males on in-home detention and 0.74
[5:17] females. There were no overcrowding
transfers, so our total again is the
[5:22] same as the average daily population
249.74.
[5:28] The prison disciplinary report in the
month of July, there were 35 hearings
[5:35] conducted.
31 of those hearings resulted in
[5:39] findings of guilt with disciplinary
lockup time imposed.
[5:44] Two hearings resulted in guilty findings
with disciplinary lockup time suspended
[5:51] and two hearings resulted in not guilty
findings.
[5:55] The number of inmates were 31 that had
hearings,
[5:59] four of which had greater than one
incident.
[6:02] And staff generated 21 informational
reports in the month.

[6:37] The bail release program report is next,
and there were a total of an average

clients on supervised bail. That's

on supervised bail, 100.13
[6:54] on intensive supervised bail, and 2.64
on supervised release serving a sentence
[7:00] for driving under suspension.
Those clients then saved 4,633
[7:05] bed days at the prison.
[7:10] And the last report
for informational highlights is the
[7:14] mental health snapshot. That was taken
on August 4th, and on that day there
[7:18] were 292 total inmates counted within
the prison system.
[7:23] 249 males and 53 female or 43 females.
Under roster A, there was 127 total
[7:32] inmates with no mental health history,
and that was 43.49%
[7:36] of the population.
There were 65 inmates under roster B
[7:40] having past mental health history but no
active symptoms in the last year, that
[7:44] was 22.26%.
Under roster C, there were 91 inmates
[7:50] having current mental health issues,
that was 31.16%.
[7:55] And there were nine inmates experiencing
serious mental illness under roster D,
[8:00] that was 3.08%.
The psychotropic medications dispensed
[8:06] at the pre-release center of the 36
males that day,
[8:11] nine were receiving meds, and that was
25% of the population.
[8:16] Of the 14 females at the pre-release
center, seven were receiving meds or 50%
[8:21] of the population.
And at the prison, there were 189 males,
[8:26] 47 were receiving meds, that's 24.87%.
And there were 23 females, nine
[8:33] receiving meds or 39.13%.
The total percentage of inmates
[8:39] receiving medication psychotropic
medication at the pre-release center was
[8:42] 32. The total percentage at the prison
was 26.48,
[8:47] and within the entire prison system,
27.48.
[8:54] Additional informational highlights.
On July 6th and July 20th, prison staff
[9:01] participated in expandable baton
training, that was conducted by training
[9:05] sergeant Joe D. Francisco.
On July 13th, Deputy Warden Evner
[9:10] participated in a statewide medication
assisted treatment monthly meeting.
[9:15] Also on July 13th, medication assisted
treatment was initiated at the prison,
[9:21] and that's being
that's being provided in cooperation
[9:25] with West Branch Drug and Alcohol Abuse
Commission and River Valley Health and
[9:29] Dental Center.
On July 25th, members of the prison and
[9:34] PRC staff attended a re-entry simulation
event at the Pennsylvania College of
[9:39] Technology that was conducted by the PA
Department of Corrections re-entry team.
[9:45] And on July 27th, Deputy Warden Ebner
conducted a prison tour for members of
[9:51] the Human Resource Office.
And those are all the informational

Um there has been 34 appointments made

Um total referrals made to the program

22 from the pre-release center.

of July.

sentence, we had 20 probation
[11:51] violations, 11 max outs, 34 new cases,
23 domestics, nine contempt, and three

Our average population per day for
[12:02] re-entry was 70. We had total of 24
intakes and 14 discharges. Six of those
[12:09] discharges were successful.
Uh our total numbers for EM right now
[12:13] are 32, 15 being adults and 17 being
juveniles.

program population statistics, there
[12:24] were 11 sentenced, 58 on APL, and one
pre-trial.

of August 1st was 70 with 47 male

For GPS alcohol monitoring services,
[12:41] there are currently 15 active clients
receiving monitoring services. Six of
