[0:00] All right, it's six o'clock. Let's call the Mon Township Planning Commission of [0:05] August 11th to order. >> Start with the pledgece [0:10] to the United States of America and to the republic for it stands nationy [0:19] andice for all. [clears throat] [0:24] » All right, Kenny, you want to do the roll call? [0:30] Shab >> here. [0:32] » Walsh >> here. [0:33] » Schwitzer's here. Reader >> here. [0:35] » Beller >> here. [0:36] » Rosen >> here. [0:38] » Here. [0:41] » All right. >> Make a motion to approve the agenda. [0:44] Support. >> The motion support. All in favor? [0:49] » I. >> Any opposed? All right. Motion carried. [0:52] » I'll make a motion to approve the credit. [0:59] We have a motion and support. All in favor? [1:02] » I. >> Any opposed? All right. Motion carried. [1:07] » All right. We'd like to open it up to public comment. If there's anybody that [1:11] would like to step forward if you have anything you want to bring to us about [1:15] items on the agenda or you have three minutes, come up and let [1:21] us let us have what you've got. I was here last [1:57] What was your name again? >> Thank you. [2:02] » Thank you. Is there anybody else that would like to come and speak during [2:06] public input? [2:09] » Oh, thank you. [2:14] [laughter] [2:17] » Anybody else that wants to come forward and talk during public comment? [2:22] All right. Nobody else come forward. We'll close public comment, public [2:25] input, excuse me. All right. First on the agenda is items for consideration, [2:32] which is just what you were speaking about. 2832 Midland Road site plan [2:36] review. [2:40] Who wants to go first? Do you want to come up and speak to us? Do you want to [2:45] jump right in? Have you seen the comments? [2:48] » And you've been here several times, so [2:55] looking for what [laughter] [2:59] » can my spot >> I can talk about it. Um, everybody [3:05] should have a copy of our report. I'd like to I'm happy to answer any [3:10] questions in the report. I'd like to bring you to page seven. [3:15] On page seven, our recommendation is to approve the special use permit and site [3:19] plan with following condition that the total lot or partial acreage be shown on [3:26] the plan and the proposed parking area be shown on the plan. There are other [3:31] optional things that the planning commission may consider but our [3:35] recommendation is to approve the project as submitted. [3:42] I'll give you some time to go through the letter if you have any questions. My [3:47] only question is maybe you can address this. [3:50] How, and I think we touched on this before. How are you disposing of uh [3:54] garbage? You don't you don't have a dumpster, so you're just doing the yard [3:58] waste bins or not yard waste, but garbage bins. [4:02] » Okay. [4:10] Again, [4:18] this fell under the adaptive use ordinance that was prepared. There's no [4:22] dumpster on site presently. So, guard disposal is going to be the property [4:28] owner's responsibility. There really isn't [4:32] a suitable great location to put a dumpster on site because it's a existing [4:37] site. So, It's going to be his responsibility to [4:42] either remove the garbage or get the dumpers and have it picked up by [4:48] garbage which he has to make his own [4:52] arrangements because it's commercial property. So it is not just an automatic [4:57] thing. [5:06] These are all optional things. [5:10] » It's up to the planning commission, but they are optional things. I mean, in our [5:14] mind, they are not, you know, they're not urgent, but we [5:19] wanted to bring them to your attention. I mean, if they're important to the [5:22] planning commission. We wanted to make you aware of that. [5:26] » You said you didn't do anything different with lighting. Is that [5:29] correct? >> Correct. [5:29] » So, I've noticed there's the just the two lights on the side and then there's [5:58] Okay. So, we had talked about this with Justin since no new lighting proposed [6:04] really I think photometric plan was required. Same with the landscaping. [6:09] There's no new landscaping being proposed. We didn't think it was [6:12] necessary to to provide a landscaping plan. Again, remember this is an [6:18] existing site being reused under the adaptive use. So, [6:27] concessions are going to need to be made to make this a workable site. [6:53] Okay, thank you. [6:58] » Any planning commission members have any questions? [7:01] I don't have any questions. I would make a motion that we approve this according [7:06] to the recommendation and the two prior to constru total square foot acres [7:13] that's easily [7:18] on the optional note prior construction provides three additional parking spaces [7:26] for all of those items. [7:32] So all all of the items under the note the optional. [7:36] » Yes. [7:40] » And just a comment, I've been by that building several times [7:45] and my last time was yesterday. Absolutely beautiful. [7:51] » What that building was what it is now. >> I agree. [7:55] » You done a fantastic job. >> Y [7:59] » [laughter] >> where you're in the right. You're going [8:02] in the right direction. >> It looked beautiful. [8:07] » All right, we'll give Connie a minute to write the [8:09] » So, we're approving it with just these two requirements here. [8:14] » Yep. There's a motion on Connie will read Connie will read it. She's going to [8:17] read it over for you. [8:22] » Um, so motion by reader supported by Waltz to approve the site plan. um [8:31] requiring items outlined in number one prior to [8:35] construction. They have to um do the total lot. I'll have it spelled out as [8:41] they do in Spicer and then waving the optional items as outlined in Spicer's [8:46] review. >> Got it. [8:49] » So, we have a motion. We have a second. You second that. Okay. [8:53] » All right. >> [laughter] [9:00] » All right. >> Ready? Yes. Um, [9:04] » Beller, >> yes. [9:06] » Rosenberg, >> yes. [9:08] » Walsh, >> yes. [9:09] » Reader, >> yes. [9:10] » Heckham, >> yes. [9:11] » Schweitzer, yes. Shabot, >> yes. [9:13] » Motion carried. Thank you, >> Justin. You had better attendance. [9:17] [laughter] >> All right. Thank you very much. You can [9:21] stick around if you'd like to. [9:25] » [laughter] [9:29] » All right. Next on our agenda is Bay AreD [9:35] 4155 Monitor site plan review. Do we have somebody here? [9:47] » Hello everyone. I'm with engineering on behalf of [9:54] architects presenting tonight. So the project in front of you is a proposed [9:59] building addition to the existing bay site. Um the addition is 2524. [10:08] Um the addition will house additional classrooms and uh two bathrooms. [10:18] as they rework some of the existing floor plan. Um [10:23] the acite is 95.75 [10:27] acres. Um [10:31] included with the addition of some of the existing parking lot to [10:36] the north of the addition [10:40] sidewalk area and two ADA comp. [10:46] Um, also along the south [snorts] end the addition is um fencing to fence [10:53] off the existing playground area was there before [10:59] connectivity for that sidewalk as it goes around the um [11:08] lighting. There's no additional light for this. Just building [11:16] emergency lighting on the exterior [11:25] existing dumpster. [11:31] We did do a [11:35] parking survey of the total campus and we above the pool [11:42] owners for a minimum as well [11:47] with this change building. [11:54] Uh we did get approval from commissioner that no addition [11:59] will be required for this. [12:13] We do have some landscaping [12:17] with some details along the north side of the [12:33] engineer regarding signage. So on the north of the building there's an [12:39] elevation that shows the sign that'll be similar size and style to the existing [12:45] signage building. [12:57] » Thank you. [13:02] have our engineering and our planning review. I'm happy to answer any [13:07] questions that you may have. I'm going to bring you to page [13:12] there's no page number, but it's the last page of the planning report. [13:16] Our recommendation tonight is to approve the proposed bay career center [13:23] expansion subject to the following conditions and those conditions are um [13:28] that the site plan show the property lines and dimensions of all the existing [13:31] proposed structure. These are these next are kind of optional. The planning [13:36] commission may approve the submitted landscaping plan um as an acceptable [13:42] alternative or require an updated plan that would meet the ordinance. Our [13:46] recommendation is to accept the plan as submitted [13:49] [clears throat] and the other one is provide information on the proposed [13:52] signage which been already talked about. So our recommendation tonight is to [13:58] approve the site plan as submitted with the one condition of adding the property [14:03] lines and dimensions. [14:07] » Can I can I ask you on here under see where I'm at? [14:12] » Yep. Yes. soil erosion erosion and sediment control permit. [14:16] » Yeah. >> Do they need that? [14:19] » I think that they should contact [clears throat] B County rain office and [14:23] make the county aware of it which I think they are and that's a [14:26] determination that needs to be made by their office. [14:30] » Okay. >> So, it's kind of a standing comment on [14:32] our part >> just so that [14:35] » so you're aware you're aware of it. >> Yeah. [14:38] » Okay. Okay. >> [clears throat] [14:41] » my feeling he's probably going to wave it, but but that's his fault, not not [14:47] ours. >> Okay. [14:50] » And again, I'm happy to answer your question. We've worked with Ben and the [14:54] ISD on this project for several months. We had a pre [15:00] planning commission meeting on this and they've met all the things we talked [15:05] about previously. >> All right. Does anybody I have [15:09] questions. [clears throat] [15:12] » Pardon me. >> We need to report on the fire [15:14] department. >> The fire department has reviewed and [15:17] approved the plan. They're proposing no additional hydrants. They're happy with [15:22] the the location of the fire hydrants. The water and sanitary sewer system on [15:28] site is private. It is not owned by the township. It's a private system [15:36] and the fire department is aware of it. They're the fire location. [15:42] They were part of the initial planning review. [15:48] » Anybody else have any questions? >> With that said, I'll make a [15:51] recommendation that we approve. And I'd like to include the three bullet points. [15:58] » All right. All pre-inccluded. >> All pre-inccluded because I thought Don [16:03] said the option would be the landscaping. Okay. [16:09] All right, we have a motion on the floor. We'll give Connie a minute to [16:14] » We've got support. Give Connie a minute to write it. She'll read it back and [16:18] then we'll vote on it. [16:22] » Okay. Motion by Beller supported by sorry. Um motion by Beller supported by [16:29] Reer to approve the site plan contingent on providing an updated site plan that [16:34] shows all property lines and dimensions of all existing proposed structures to [16:40] uh submit a landscaping plan um as an acceptable alternative and to provide [16:45] information on all proposed signage. >> We're actually accepting the submitted [16:51] landscaping. >> We are okay as alternative [16:55] » and then signage >> but that do we that's still [17:05] » so we don't need that. I don't think we need [17:12] it on the [17:16] dimensions and signage on the >> So you want the signage included in the [17:21] motion that we have to provide that. Okay. Okay. [17:26] All right. [17:30] » Beckham, >> yes. [17:32] » Reader, >> yes. [17:33] » Chad, >> yes. Welch, [17:36] » yes. >> Rosenberg, [17:37] » yes. >> Beller, [17:38] » yes. >> Ander, yes. Motion carried. [17:41] » All right. Thank you very much. >> Look at us just cruising right along. [17:46] » Yeah, we are. [laughter] [17:52] » All right. Next on the agenda, man. Oh, boy. I'm gonna kill this name [17:59] here. The Royal Party Store on Westside Sagena Road. Site plan review. [18:05] Come forward. [18:13] » Yep. Come on in. >> Are Yeah, we're ready. Are you? [18:33] » Interior build. [18:41] structural expensive actually [18:48] minor exterior improvements [18:53] on the building [19:05] ended up being [19:10] my [19:14] creat. [19:32] Max. So flag [19:41] was a different [19:48] construction [19:58] barrier free. [20:01] emergency. [20:04] So we went back and he wanted us to cross [20:12] everything all [20:28] on it. It takes up space wherecific [20:42] standards. We [clears throat] [20:46] alternatively proposed to do some sidewalk. [21:04] exterior sidewalk. [21:12] They went through some [21:17] parking requirements based on size of the retail space [21:24] and some of the bathroom stuff. [21:28] parking spaces based on that [21:35] one [21:38] right now closest to the building [21:52] items. One of them was [21:59] parking spots [22:03] » [clears throat] [22:09] » Every so often seven [22:26] spreading light. [22:36] How do you intend to deal with um like we brought it before the garbage is do [22:42] you have a dumpster on site? [23:00] Mhm. [23:06] » Okay. [23:17] So, did you say you you have ADA compliant parking spots? [23:22] » Yes. [23:41] And you've been working closely with our um building official, correct? [23:45] » Okay. >> Yeah. [24:10] Okay. [24:15] » All right. Thank you. Thank you. >> Don, [24:22] » again, you've got our planning and our engineering review. This project kind of [24:26] has some history to it in that um The previous building inspector, Dave [24:34] Crow, issued a building permit and work has been done on the building. When Carl [24:40] became the new building inspector and discovered that there was work being [24:43] done outside, Carl wanted it to go through safe plan approval and that's [24:48] how we kind of got here today. We've been working with the architect and the [24:52] owner. They complied with most of the requirements. Again, this is an existing [24:56] site, so it's again an adaptive use. It's the old Danny's Market, if you [25:00] will. Um, when you look at the site, there really isn't any space available [25:06] for dumpster. There really isn't any space that's allowable for landscaping. [25:12] The owner has agreed to putting some flower [25:16] pots out in front. They do meet the parking requirements. They do did [25:22] provide an 88 uh parking space. I'm going to bring you to the last page [25:27] of our site plan approval letter and our recommendation is to approve um the site [25:35] plan um with two conditions that the site [25:41] plan identify dimensions and lab right away and that the prior to construction [25:48] information be required on wall sign. Again, the wall sign is something that [25:53] the planning commission typically reviews and approves. The other optional [25:59] items are not critical. We wanted to bring them to your attention. You know, [26:05] our feeling is that they can be again waved because this is a an adaptive use. [26:12] It's repurposing an existing site and there's very limited things that they [26:17] can do. Again, I think from our previous discussion, the planning commission is [26:21] eager to see these existing buildings being repurposed [26:26] and not left vac. So with that, when we did the ordinance, we agreed and [26:32] understood that there'd have to be some give. [26:37] So our recommendation is to approve it with the two additional requirements. [26:43] Again, I'm happy to answer any questions. [26:46] » I have a question for engineer and [snorts] owner. Your [26:51] proposed wall signage or signage is this going to be illuminated signage because [26:56] I know there's a residence to your direct south and there is one to the [27:01] north of you as well on that corner. So, we want to make sure that we're not [27:05] blinding our neighbors. We've had that [27:11] sign [27:15] in the front. [27:19] » Is it going to be like a digital sign that scrolls or just a sign with the [27:23] name and then light? >> It'll be attached to the building. [27:28] » Okay. [27:36] Yes, we want to see that sign [27:45] in the original plan was in the M right [27:52] in the right. >> Yeah. On this concrete area. [27:56] » Yes. [28:00] We shared that right away. [28:12] » All right. [28:20] » All right. [28:25] » All right. Any any questions from the planning commission? I notice on here [28:29] that the fire department is requesting to walk through prior to opening. [28:37] » Anyways, you want to walk through and make sure everything's good before you [28:41] open. >> I think that'll be [28:44] that. [28:47] » I have a note also from Carl that he would like to reiterate that all the [28:53] just because if you get um approval here tonight. You still have to [28:58] follow all the building codes. So, you still have to deal with Carl, [laughter] [29:05] » which I believe I believe >> I believe. Yes, you have been. Yes. [29:10] » So, you continue to deal with Carl. >> Good. Well, so do we. [29:17] » Does anybody else have any questions here? [29:32] Can we include the walk through by the fire department since they actually [29:35] wrote it right in? [29:51] » Yes. Yes, [29:55] » those were two that came to me specifically. So, [30:00] » so what I'm sorry, what what [30:13] » Yeah, right. [laughter] >> That's what he said. [30:27] Okay. So, we have a motion by Beller supported by Reader to approve the site [30:31] plan contingent that prior to construction, a final site plan that [30:36] identifies dimensions and label all public road rightway lines provided and [30:41] providing um information required by section 15.05A [30:47] for the proposed wall sign waving optional [30:53] conditions as outlined in Spicer's review. Is that correct? Okay. And then [30:58] they must also comply with all building codes and obtain all necessary permits [31:04] » and the walkthrough >> and fire department [clears throat] [31:10] » prior to opening. [31:20] All right. >> Reader, [31:22] » yes. >> Walsh, [31:24] » yes. >> Rosenbra, [31:26] » yes. >> Yes. [31:28] » Yes. Shadwick, >> yes. [31:30] » And >> yes. [31:31] » Motion carry. [31:35] » Thank you very much. [31:39] » Now you just have to deal with Carl. [laughter] [31:46] » All right. Let me flip here. Where are we? [31:58] » Okay. Next on the agenda is in his presence ministries [32:04] 4521 Monitor Road site plan review. >> Hello [32:15] Virginia [32:25] and I didn't mean to causeus. [32:36] [laughter] [32:43] Just metal warehouse building [33:06] took down took down. [33:12] You have a large building on site already, right? And there was another [33:16] smaller one that you took down. [33:32] » Okay. Done. Want to weigh in? [33:37] » Sure. You can take a breather for a second. [33:49] [laughter] >> You can you can come up and talk to us [33:52] if you'd like. Would you like to? >> Okay. [33:56] [laughter] [33:58] » Again, this this you have our memo review. This project again has some [34:04] history. Um, it was submitted back in November of 2024 [34:11] with a lot of recommendations to deny it because of of ongoing issues. Um, and [34:18] because it came before it came to Carl and Amy as a site review, they're [34:27] proposing to add a new building. You have our engineering report. adding [34:32] no water, no sewer to the site. Our recommendation is to approve [34:38] um approve the site plan submitted with clarificate with two things [34:46] clarification of proposed parking lot expansion and I think the gist of it is [34:50] proposing a whole lot more parking on the site and we don't understand why and [34:57] then submit the required building [35:02] for the top of prior construction [35:14] parking and I don't know if you want to address the additional parking [35:20] » addition [35:27] to things. >> Well, that's what confused us because [35:30] the plan still showed additional parking. So, we were very confused on [35:34] why this building. >> So, are you are are you in fact adding [35:38] parking or no? Oh, you're not. >> I mean, I don't see that at all. [35:45] » We don't either. And that's what confused us. [35:53] » Yeah. >> So, based on that, you know, we would [35:58] again recommend approval. Um again, all it needs is updated. [36:04] Well, a building permit and building [36:10] official to get necessary approval for the plan and building [36:24] now. >> So, this building is going to go [36:27] » right >> on the north end. Is that correct? [36:30] » Correct. by the [36:36] » Okay. [36:40] » near the other storage building. >> Yes. [36:43] » Okay. >> Eight feet away. Can I ask So, so when [36:50] So, when we get these in, we all drive by the site and we get to look at [36:53] different things. Can I ask about your dumpster in the back? Do you have plans [36:59] for your dumpster in the back? Yes, [37:10] » the the only reason I ask is in our ordinance we have qualifications for [37:15] dumpsters and um I noticed that yours was just sitting out there. It's not [37:20] that it's unusual. There are other areas at our [37:25] township that have that, but we usually recommend that they're enclosed [37:31] um or at least surrounded three ways by by fencing. [37:38] Um and I think the issue is, you know, I don't know what the previous site plan [37:44] requirements were, but there is a dumpster on site not have an enclosure. [37:49] If it was submitted today, you'd be required to put an enclosure on it. [37:54] Enclosure could be a stock could be concrete block [38:00] when you go out a dumpster. [38:07] And I think that's what [38:14] » if if you came [38:23] Yes. >> Again, we didn't we didn't make the [38:27] comment because we're just adding an accessory building. [38:31] » And sometimes and you know, sometimes when when you've got [38:36] I mean, you probably had the dumpster sitting there forever. You don't even [38:39] see it anymore because it's been sitting there forever. I thought I'd bring it to [38:43] your attention. If if you do anything bigger, it's going [38:48] to prompt you to do something with the dumpster. But aesthetically, if you're [38:53] doing stuff, you might want to consider that in the future. It just looks [38:58] » I mean, it's a dumpster, but [laughter] [39:03] » just so it's on your radar. [39:11] building you're building [39:25] access [39:37] » gravel. [39:45] All right. Thank you. >> All right. Does anybody have any [39:50] questions here? [40:02] So, we'reing no additional parking. [40:08] » Was that left over from the last? >> That must have been left over from the [40:12] last, >> right? [40:19] » I'll make a support. [40:24] » All right, we've got a motion to approve. [40:28] Are you putting any stipulations on that? That's [40:32] » it. [40:39] » No additional parking. [40:47] » Okay. So, it's motion by reader supported by Rosenberg to approve the [40:50] site plan contingent on submitting all required building and trade permits to [40:54] the township prior to construction and no additional parking is required. [41:03] So, roll call vote. Uh, Reer, >> yes. [41:08] » Peekom, >> yes. [41:09] » Rosenbra, >> yes. [41:11] » Beller, >> yes. [41:12] » Walsh, >> yes. [41:13] » Schwitzer, yes. Shadwitt, >> yes. [41:15] » Motion carries. [41:19] [laughter] [41:21] » Where else can you have this much fun >> for nothing? [41:28] » All right. Thank you. [41:32] Wow. >> I know. I thought [41:34] » I think we all deserve a gold star. >> But before we get that quick, [41:40] » it's taken us a lot of work, a lot of working [41:44] to get them where we're at. And I'm sorry, [41:49] but we put serious effort into this mostly because the application [41:56] submitted. [41:59] » Well, this went very nice. >> So, I like it. We didn't have paperwork [42:05] at our desk. >> Come back. [laughter] [42:10] » You make that phone call. You call and ask him to come back. [42:12] » We had a hard time convincing that [42:17] him saying just because it's been like this for 76 years was an excuse to allow [42:22] it to happen or continue to happen. That was his that was his answer to all the [42:28] questions. >> Yes. [42:30] » You just can't live with that answer. >> Okay. So, we have some unfinished [42:34] business which is the data centers. >> Don, [42:39] » so I think you have a copy of the draft ordinance. I'm not really prepared to go [42:44] through the whole thing. I talked with Amy. Mike can be here at the next [42:50] planning commission meeting and we can go through it page by page. But I am [42:55] here to either take your comments, your questions, and try to get some answers [43:01] to them. Again, there's a moratorum. We're not in a hurry. We've got plenty [43:06] of time. >> When does our moratorium expire? Is it [43:08] February? >> I think it was like February. [43:14] » So, we've We're not in a rush. [43:17] » Oh, February. >> It was going to go on the agenda every [43:20] meeting until it's on the agenda again tonight. You [43:25] know, again, I just want to make sure you guys had to look through it, got [43:29] your questions answered, you know, and that we're we're getting to where we [43:34] need to be. This ordinance is very similar to other ordinances that Mike [43:39] has been working on with other communities. So, this is not [43:44] brand new off the top of his head ordinance. [43:50] » I think it makes sense for us to review it, provide any comments, and then we [43:54] can be prepared to discuss it further next month. [43:58] » Does anybody have anything right now that they that he that you want Don to [44:03] send back to Mike to start thinking about? [44:15] Mike is on vacation next week. [44:19] » So that being said, we had also talked about are you going to be at future [44:23] meetings? >> Oh, [44:34] I am not under the impression that it's a [44:39] decision by me alone. I believe that that's something that we [44:43] all have to decide, but I know it's something that we discussed. [44:48] » Well, I would hope that Don usually gives some pretty good [44:53] advice, but uh I think if we get the information early enough and that we see [45:01] that we're we should have some legal counsel, [45:07] then we should. But that's going to be pretty tough to do. We [45:10] like this come out on Thursday and I'm not faulting anybody that it happens on [45:16] Thursday [45:21] in case >> I agree with what you're saying. [45:25] » I think there's in my opinion I think there's value in having you here. [45:29] » Um and if we decide that we want to wait and see what's on the agenda, Bill makes [45:36] a good point. We don't get our information until sometimes Thursday. [45:40] The office isn't open on Friday. So that gives you, you know, Monday's notice to [45:46] if we want you here or not. And that's if everybody can pick up their packet [45:50] and review it over the weekend. I think it makes it tough. But that's just my [45:55] » a little bit of my thought is I think it really depends on what's on the agenda [46:00] and if they're ordinance related that we work very close with Kevin on the [46:05] ordinance probably valuable that he's here. If it's simply site plan reviews [46:10] and approvals, you know, I don't it doesn't seem like [46:16] we're going to get into legal questions. Those become planning engineering [46:20] questions. when it comes to the ordinance, those [46:23] are legal questions and we're not as prepared to speak legally as [46:28] » So, as far as working on the data center between now and February, there's [46:34] probably some value in having you here and and it that gives us a chance to get [46:39] to know you >> and you get to know us and then maybe we [46:43] can revisit whether you attend after that or not. [46:48] » Yeah. So for a lot of my other communities what happens is that's [46:51] exactly right. Let's say the data set ordinance was not on this agenda. [46:58] Typically I don't show those questions [47:13] that typically take a recess call me on the phone. question [47:22] doesn't happen very [47:29] schools regulated by local [47:39] exactly so you know that's my recommendation coming from me if it's [47:43] strictly site plan review you really don't need me if it's Walmart [47:48] maybe. >> Yeah, [47:49] » let's face it. That's a little different animal. [48:11] That's fine. You call me Monday. I'm here. It's on my calendar. So it [48:16] doesn't [48:28] » as a question. [48:38] » Is that just a courtesy to us why they were here? [48:46] sit here. >> Yeah. [48:59] [laughter] [49:07] All right, >> I'll make that motion. [49:09] » You can support it. He made it. >> Oh, he got it before you. All right, we [49:14] have a motion and support. All in favor? >> Any opposed? [49:18] » All right, motion carried. We are >> great. [49:22] » That's a huge surprise. I thought we'd be here.
