Um so, as you all know, um we did have a [3:07] auction earlier this year. Um and so, um we have reported [3:11] previously on those properties that actually have been sold. Um the [3:15] remaining properties um were put back into the inventory. Um they also are [3:22] eligible for folks that if they wish to do a private bid, but we are also now [3:27] considering moving forward with another auction, this one being more of a online [3:33] auction process. And so, at our next meeting, we'll come back with um some um [3:39] particulars and recommendations around that. Um as it pertains to the [3:44] properties that are now in the inventory of the city for non-municipal use. [3:51] Well, that would be pretty much the update um from the [3:54] finance department as it pertains to um city-owned properties that are for [4:00] non-municipal use at this time. So, um we did have we will say we did have a [4:05] very successful auction um in that we did have some properties that actually [4:10] went off um all went back on to actual um tax rolls. Um and so that will help [4:17] us um to continue to receive those taxes in the years to come. [4:22] All right. All right. Lower Department update. [4:27] » Okay. So, we have started [4:31] um sending out contracts and getting closings together for the following [4:35] properties, which are they phase two [4:39] sold phase one properties already. So, the first one is 52 Nursery Avenue. [4:45] Sale price is 410,000. We have a signed contract. We have the [4:49] down payment. We're in the process of clearing the title, so I anticipate that [4:53] closing in like the middle of September. [4:57] Second one is 157 Elwood Avenue for $10,000. [5:03] We have a signed contract. We have the down payment. Same. We're in the process [5:08] of clearing the title, and that should close in the middle of September also. [5:13] Next is 454 South First Avenue, $30,000. We have a signed contract, and the down [5:21] payment was received, so we're clearing title, and that should close in the [5:25] middle of September as well. >> And how much was that for? [5:28] » 30,000. >> Okay, got it. [5:31] » Um three Portland Avenue 450,000. [5:38] We have received the down payment. We're also in the process of Okay, [5:43] clearing [clears throat] title, and and to close that in the middle of September [5:47] as well. Yep. [5:50] This one last one, 50 North High Street. That's 275,000 [5:56] purchase price. I have to get the uh attorney's [6:00] information so I can send them the contract out.
