month. Uh they had about 10 people that
[0:37] needed CPR. So we got them taken care

fire department CPR as well. About 12
[0:51] people there
that Not counting the one or two nurses
[0:58] or healthcare providers that need CPR
that come in or foster

to get all our training in and all our
[4:23] end of the year reports that we have to
report like racial profiling and
[4:27] things like that. Um, we're also trying

statute that every law enforcement
[4:38] officer in the state of Missouri now has
to have a mental health evaluation.
[4:42] And this is the year that they are due.
So, we are hustling trying to get those
[4:46] in. Um, and we've got some good leads on
where we can get those done for free.
[4:51] So, that's what we're trying to get set
up. Um,
[4:56] John Perion has started back with the
city again, which I'm very, very happy
[5:01] about. Um, he was a tough one to lose
and, uh, thankful he started back with
[5:06] us again. So, that feels one of our our
spots that we have available.

Um, you'll also get $7,500 for equipment

and uh there's some salary and benefit
[6:33] reimbursement and overtime as well. So,

meet January and February, and then

March and April. But what that does, the
[25:39] reason I'm asking for that is so I can
start garnering your input now into the
[25:44] budget. So that way when I piece
together a what I would consider a rough
[25:49] draft
copy, nobody here's surprised and you've
[25:54] had a chance to weigh in on what's
important, what what you all your your
[25:59] initiatives that you want to tackle. Um
and that allows us also so when we're
[26:04] going through and we have to have
changes based on hey we're not seeing
[26:08] this we're not you know we're not going
to allocate monies here or we want to
[26:12] allocate more monies over here that
comes with your input. So, I I don't
[26:18] know how
previous administrations have done
[26:22] things, but um I feel like in my past
experience in working for university and
[26:28] for an electric co-op, that's how I've
done things and it's been quite
[26:32] successful. And so, if it's not broken,
don't fix it. So, I'd like to have your

want two volunteers or mayor, if you
[26:41] want to appoint somebody, I it's up to
you. So if we did that, are you thinking
