Treat it as a starting point, not a verbatim record.] [0:36] All right, it is 7-0-5. We are going to be ready to take issues on your own camera. This will be going into the archives and anybody who's access it can access it. [0:50] This should be a device meeting with that device back there, and now I'm using this for all the audio visual work down and it will be on the team, right? [1:03] The team is a flat one and will still be able to talk about something. [1:06] Okay, so that's what that's which goes on. [1:09] Just for the record, because of the way the transcribes on this, I'm going to give you some fingers to ourselves, [1:15] because if not the person who set this up their voice on the transcript will come up [1:19] as their name or in the home. So my name is Oby Armin, I'm chair of the board. [1:25] Caster fantastic. Mark Casper. Okay, so we covered it and then the aspect of this. [1:32] It's just 7 o'clock or so, you're going to say 7 o'clock or so, 6 o'clock or so. [1:36] You are a officer. [1:38] Yes. [1:38] I came from the Delhi and one of the owners of the first season specers, one of the five, [1:44] we're here to talk to you through the news. [1:47] And I'm here to follow up from the last year. [1:52] We have a set of things up. [1:55] We've submitted our application to the later commission in the city. [2:00] We're waiting to get back to them. [2:02] They may have called the deep construction, which would be any day. [2:07] And we have seconded out with the police department of the office of the police and the letter [2:13] of assembly, which all is, it was part of the investigation process. [2:17] Thank you. [2:17] Thank you, Bill. [2:19] Permit assembly from the Chief of the Fire Department. [2:21] I do, as you know, from the Chief of the Police, I'm going to give you a copy of your document [2:26] with the liquor commission and as well as the town's conditionals approval. [2:31] So, once again, I think we're going to be going to talk about it in a second, but once [2:35] we get the better advance of the front of the liquor commission, we're going to go. [2:40] Okay. [2:40] Okay. [2:41] Anybody have any questions? [2:43] Anything you want to hand or ask? [2:44] No. [2:45] All right. [2:45] In that case, I want to make a motion to move the permit to move forward. [2:49] Second. [2:50] All in favor? [2:51] Hi. [2:52] Okay. [2:53] Just make sure we get that document from the liquor commission to get a copy of that to us so [2:58] it moves forward. [3:14] So, a couple of years ago, one is that he guards a rifle, put them, so on, put them in [3:59] You guys saw one of the suns on the e-cell project that was on the kayak that I was saying. [4:06] All work records, including marketing, marketing, and content number. [4:10] More information, content, and content. [4:12] Tell us, okay. [4:14] Sue, I believe, has the senders. [4:17] Coast Guard senders to people with books. [4:20] There's a lot of books, there's a lot of art. [4:21] Some people ask, and they'll put a lot of numbers on. [4:24] But just for sake of reasons, boss kayak. [4:41] So that's a, I went on a sign, Google, not a sign for 36 bucks, [4:50] the same, there's a line, [4:53] will you burst into it? [4:55] Great? [4:56] Thank you. [4:57] So, I'll burst into it. [4:58] Okay. [5:00] The stuff there. [5:05] It's done. [5:07] The last thing is on lane. [5:09] You might have said, I think that we should just quit that [5:12] purpose on the website and see something. [5:15] So, I don't know who helps me with that, or how do I say it. [5:19] It's on the top of the suit. [5:20] 10 dollars left, and when I can't even go to the gym, [5:23] I don't know how the most I've ever done. [5:24] Okay. [5:25] Next, get the night's getting out. [5:27] I'm going to introduce the name of the resort. [5:29] Okay. [5:30] There is a bio-log already on there, so I'm going to add this. [5:34] I'm going to make a picture of the sticker that you get for free from soon. [5:38] That would be no problem. [5:40] And then the last thing you want to say, do that. [5:43] I'll send out a note to people that I know. [5:45] And both types of news on it, I don't know everybody. [5:49] But I'll try to get people to know that I also have a suit. [5:52] Hey, on email list, if you have a vote down there, please do this. [5:57] But I think there's going to come a close of this. [5:59] I don't have all that on the list to put them off. [6:02] Because there's a product bank. [6:03] But more people have asked to put them out of this. [6:07] It's kind of like that also. [6:09] It's great to get out of the courtyard and do that place. [6:12] But if you're not using it and it's not there for other people, [6:15] so I think you move forward and play a yearly head. [6:19] Okay, you're not using me to come on, but somebody else has already had a lot of people ask. [6:24] It's still the way I want to get. [6:25] We're not dealing with others because it's really nice of me to get a type of that. [6:29] We need to get them. [6:31] So we got it. [6:31] There is a game where I call it simple, but the mind can go with it. [6:35] There's a bit of that game and the rest of the people that lay down on it. [6:39] Mother gave it to me. [6:41] No names. [6:44] But like, there's somebody else who's dropped a little while ago. [6:47] So when I get one of the officers to come down, [6:50] mine, the two book I use on Trevor, [6:52] the one that was left there, [6:54] and several institutions, [6:55] I'm going to find out who it is, [6:56] the truck head, [6:57] except all the way down there. [6:59] Just kind of dropped up, [7:00] it looks really nice, [7:02] probably down there, [7:02] and not in the area, [7:03] and I think that is a reason for me to move there. [7:07] So just to write our own opinion. [7:12] Okay, is that it, went? [7:13] That's it for me. [7:14] All right. [7:15] Well, that's it. [7:16] Uh, in that case, [7:18] I'm like most of you through the eight yards [7:19] I guess it was a big word line that's coming from Brian for the film, and I guess we'll [7:24] be personally. [7:28] Okay. [7:29] All good. [7:32] Just bring you all sets. [7:33] Thank you. [7:41] Lieutenant Williams. [7:43] You were on the dining room. [7:45] Do you come here for the last meeting? [7:48] I don't know if any. [7:48] How is C.P. Grant Parking? [7:50] How great are you, isn't it? [7:52] That was sort of a place. [7:53] One that was 20 years old. [7:55] New York. [7:55] to be repaired because of the cost of 500 dollars. [7:58] Highway grant is a 75% batch. [8:03] So the amount of the town of it, [8:05] 24% is actually less than it would cost to repair for 20 rupees. [8:10] So when the chief came for the board, [8:13] but approval apparently wasn't officially approved [8:16] on the state through their chain. [8:20] So they asked to have it immortalized [8:24] in in just like a minute, come back and put it more together, put it in at the town except [8:31] for the rent. [8:32] I wish it was 75% of the money. [8:35] All right. [8:36] And then we have any questions? [8:37] No. [8:38] In that case, I'll make a motion to accept the grant. [8:42] Now, we'll pick it up. [8:44] But we're approving the additional, like, the HBO's opinion. [8:48] It's the same money. [8:48] It's up against $1,645. [8:51] It's the cost of the event. [8:53] So I'm going to be granted the cover. [8:56] We're getting 4, 11, 20 boxes. [8:58] Yeah, we're getting 4, 11, 20 boxes. [8:59] So, only motion to accept this. [9:02] Set all there. [9:04] I'm still going to be just going to be the same. [9:10] LT, lower to 1, I'm going to just talk about problem with weight. [9:13] 108, open it up tomorrow. [9:15] 107, correct. [9:16] So, that's the latest information I have. [9:19] So, they were aiming the road across the Indian market. [9:24] Earlier today, they have to wait for the people to cool down before they can visually track [9:29] it on there. [9:30] So the last firework is set by 70 years tomorrow, one-way will be officially open. [9:38] So no problem with it. [9:40] This has been a painful battle for us. [9:43] I appreciate it. [9:44] It's patient. [9:45] But that's the last information we heard. [9:47] and Swarm Scott still not sure. [9:51] If you're just aware, black doctor, Firmall? [9:53] Right, so what they didn't know, they ended up paying the payment [9:56] to do Swarm Scott today and down there receiving yet, [10:00] but I'd left to go to the statute and they had not done it. [10:03] So, it's likely that that will not be open [10:07] in the second half, so I think one way to market [10:10] the list of it as far as I know will be on the back. [10:14] One of the other things that I have talked [10:18] We have a lot of houses in town that do not have street numbers visible from the road. [10:25] When we have seen a bunch of them, we are delivering meals. [10:29] There are a number of houses without numbers on them. [10:32] And the light you say may be your own. [10:34] I cannot stress enough to make sure there's a visible number of somewhere on the curb, on the mailbox, on the structure. [10:41] that can be seen in worst-case scenario during the Norris through the spotlight coming off [10:46] and trying to hurt her, cruiser. [10:48] I'm pleased to ask everybody in town to pay attention to that and jump onto it. [10:53] Yes, ma'am? [10:54] I'll just continue to date in the bottom of the hall, so I wrote, I have a question, because [10:59] I know my parents lived in a place that the posters office second had to have not run [11:06] And I know not everybody is mailboxes, but isn't that a postal regularly? [11:11] It is, but you're supposed to just let that slide by the wayside, because there's a number [11:16] of mailboxes in town without numbers on them. [11:18] If you drive around in that wall, so on the door, on the mail box, somewhere is how it is [11:25] moved. [11:26] And I can't stress that. [11:27] Have you heard about our post office that reinforced that? [11:32] You know, seems to have any help? [11:36] What we can do that on that. [11:38] Having been in the situation for part of our department, [11:41] and police department looking for residents without a number on it, [11:44] and it's a diversity call. [11:46] It's not a common closing feeling when you're searching [11:49] trying to find ways for our building. [11:51] I mean I was just also about just which direction [11:54] and the military is coming from both sets of the mailbox because it may not be, you know, [11:59] the place of firepower coming from here or the firepower could be at the company, [12:04] the new market coming in a different direction, so, you know, [12:07] we're collecting numbers both sets of mailbox, if it's on the street, [12:11] if that's at such a point, or if your house is close to the street, [12:15] having it in a reflective number, so it can be easily sent in as well. [12:18] You even know approaching these ways in GPS, ways in GPS could be off? [12:22] They're wrong. [12:23] Yeah. [12:23] Like I did this reaction a little while. [12:25] I have a moment in my house. [12:28] I just think that would be good. [12:30] I think that. [12:32] Additionally, because there are pork chop lots, there can be multiple male boxes that are well [12:37] marked and you still don't know which house those male boxes go to because they're all in the same [12:41] side of the street and there's pork chop lots behind. [12:43] So it still needs to be at home on the house itself. [12:46] Even if someone comes half-mile long to drive away, they want to know which house it's [12:50] All right. Mark Comcom reported. Comcom was delayed till May. [13:06] What's the date made? [13:09] I don't have that yet. Did you set it? I took this off. Okay. We got an email on board [13:20] in the last week and we got us to sell it and I got them in the [13:25] second year because they needed some paperwork yesterday when we received [13:29] this, received it on the 15th and as a charter sign if we had to stay on the [13:35] doctor for it's line just to be heads up on that. Does anybody have any additional [13:38] dollars to head to this? [13:42] No, okay, so that's how it's that issue. [13:46] We have a talent-all-around application set up for $15,000, $75,000 from $6,000 to $9,30 [13:57] per pound. [13:59] Any input comments on that? [14:03] No. [14:04] Okay, I'll make a motion to accept that. [14:07] All right. All right. All [14:11] in favor? [14:56] Any gender? [15:04] I want to say, Boston can't post-cane. We've been through cain to arrive to be here this week. Is that right? It's going to be here this week. [15:17] And the only thing that's only going up is the recipients of the ability, whether we're [15:22] going to have the presentation and her presence or here at the time also as soon as we find [15:27] it out, we'll make that information available and we'll make sure that's close to it. [15:33] Next slide along the agenda is health and deterrent human services contribution to play [15:41] We had $3,000 budgeted for that, [15:48] and I'm minimal pretty much whatever you guys put for input on that. [15:57] Yeah, I think what did we do? We trimmed down $5,000 from last year, $6,000. [16:05] So that means we have to just, maybe over that $650 or leave it as such, I don't know how that's going to work. [16:17] Well, about $3,000 we can allocate to these people. [16:22] So I think what is it, $1,200? [16:33] Yes, so perhaps we can give them 1,000. [16:40] I had the same thought to move back in his favor of piecing ready rides, 12,000 was because [16:47] I think that's essential for others who don't drive the panthera, but I'm going to like to see that happen there. [16:54] I had 500 of them. [16:56] Oh, for the radio? [16:57] Yeah. [16:58] The radio is going to be over in the last 200. [17:01] Is that a spiritual or a stimulus we'll be able to get within you [17:04] to get to? [17:04] Do we know? [17:05] I'm not sure. [17:06] I'm not sure. [17:06] I thought it was worth the money. [17:07] We're going to have a big event as well. [17:08] But I'm a major heavy talk to folks involved in the pandemic. [17:11] What is used as well? [17:13] I can't verify that with documentation. [17:15] How about the radio cost for 500? [17:17] I agree. [17:18] It does not mean it's well executed. [17:19] I'm not sure. [17:20] Take a cross to say about 500. [17:21] What about the volume list? [17:23] was rocking [17:29] in a community asher for part of it? [17:32] Yeah, I was looking at potentially keeping that at 9th grade [17:37] and less time if we want to talk more about what we would [17:40] do if there were major in that serves people in our community [17:45] and surrounding communities like there [17:47] doesn't direct support for people in the fields. [17:52] But if I left it at 9th grade, I would [17:54] have a hundred left over to potentially pass [17:58] Yeah, but what it's worth for a date 500 is rockination, media action, and rockening the [18:04] truth should be also. [18:06] Okay. [18:06] So 500 for each other. [18:09] So, so we're, okay. [18:11] There we go with that. [18:12] I have to make a motion, and we'll be out in the 500, we'll go across 1000 to the channel [18:17] advocacy, sir. [18:20] Let's see which one is this. [18:22] ready rides 500 and Rocky Hanging in the action 500 and Rocky in the nutrition bills on it was 500 for total 3,000. [18:31] We put a good on that. [18:32] Okay, I'll make a motion. [18:34] Those are the numbers. [18:35] We'll put four seconds. [18:37] All paper. [18:48] SPP. [18:49] We got that. [18:51] We'll do that. [18:51] We'll lift town hall. [18:52] We'll talk about that. [18:54] We have a request for a limited exception. [18:57] You should have that any of your documents there. [19:00] We have been through all the numbers and everything is qualified. [19:04] And that's the scope of what we want to discuss as far as documentation here. [19:13] Any comments, observations? [19:17] Okay. [19:17] And that keeps on the emotion that we grant the exemption as requested. [19:22] Second. [19:23] On paper. [19:24] Hi. [20:13] Then we land use change in the tax bill, which we address last, maybe not an eight, but all we need is to have a signature to now have those keys that are also on the documentation on that one. [20:47] That's what I want to take a look at that now. [20:54] We'll school here so it doesn't disappear with a keyboard. [21:05] So today's the 22nd. [21:07] six, six and twenty, what was that for? [21:11] Me, six, uh, twenty-eight. [21:13] You good there, bro? [21:15] I think so. [21:16] Okay. [21:17] Okay. [21:18] Okay. [21:18] So we'll link it in T-shirt for the six and twenty-eight. [21:21] Pardon me? [21:30] Prior to meeting minutes, I would like to make a proposal to hold that to the next number of corrections. [21:38] I saw at the CD that I submitted the T-shirt so if we can hold that, you guys are minimal to it. [21:43] We'll take care of it in the next liquid. [21:46] So, I'll work. [21:46] Sure. [21:47] I think. [21:48] Okay. [21:51] All right. [21:51] We're done. [21:52] Over nine of them. [21:54] So, like more, you know, in-work projects. [21:58] I've got a few of them here, and we'll just run through them. [22:00] Anybody else has any? [22:02] Uh, 399. [22:03] Disgastic. [22:03] We talked about it in the year. [22:05] It didn't. [22:05] Uh, Brian. [22:07] It's in for $2,500. [22:09] You're full cleanup. [22:10] You ain't got another bit. [22:12] $3,500. [22:12] $200 only emotionally except the $2500. [22:20] Second, that's a second. [22:21] All in favor. [22:22] All right. [22:25] And last week, because we did not have the ability to access the key to required, [22:32] we weren't building them. [22:33] I went up and asked for a padlock. [22:35] Police Department has keyed, and also Sue has keyed, if anybody needs to get into the building. [22:41] One of the other things that happened this room was like an email. [22:44] and that's his board in regards to the Cardboard and the two dumpsters and [22:49] representing North with the wind. So I talked to Jimmy Z with Elm and he [22:56] was dumpster, so they're now perpendicular to the general flow of the wind and he [23:01] went down to pick up all the Cardboard, so we're going to see it all that [23:04] where it's just going to see the dumpsters you now on the back row back there and one of [23:09] the things I ask people to do is when you drop off Cardboard please make sure you [23:13] should have lived because that's one of the issues that's caused all this to blow the [23:16] way so people think that I'm living there and I'm not sure what they're doing. Now the [23:19] wing was rather outrageous and it's not vague so it is lived the way it's up. Oh, that's [23:25] my problem. Yeah. And I'm so just pleased, please, please, please help out of that. All right, [23:31] that's all I'm going to do. And so on the 17th last Thursday, I had a plan for spending [23:38] two hours to Rocky Mead's period report and the motions that it's missed both for the town and [23:45] the hurricane were far and we're arguing that it went off for two hours and it was taken under [23:51] advice by the bench and it will be considered and for us their decision went inside their [24:02] So we're kind of on the board for that one. [24:06] One of the things part of the view is that you've been working with that. [24:09] If you want to take charge of making the A-zone town hall streams. [24:13] Sure. And find out where RAD as far as accessing that old meeting. [24:18] And give us a report of the next meeting. [24:21] And part of that is going to be just connecting the streams with the website also, I've been talking with Sue about [24:33] upgrading the website itself. [24:36] Maybe I'm costing money because they're moving from one format to another, [24:47] So hopefully, we'll be able to mention them to make it your own user friendly. [24:55] So the streaming will be on there. [24:57] You'll be able to sign up to receive information on things. [25:03] Hopefully it'll be fantastic. [25:06] But that's the reason. [25:10] All right, so you've got that for action for the things that were being filed. [25:15] The final thing to transfer to this week is, I pulled some care to serve as the town [25:20] university resident of the town in town who is challenging the C.B.A. decision in regards [25:26] to further family far. [25:28] We've talked to town council about that, but just to put that out in the open, that's a [25:33] sense of where it's at. [25:34] So, I really don't want to go with any more detail until I've been cleared, but until we've been cleared by council, it's your very school moving forward. [25:41] All right. That covers everything I can on the human man. [25:46] Sure. I received a medication from a luscious nurse from around here ongoing traffic concerns and another visit group of residents in the downtown area of civil insurance. [25:57] Nothing to do with the tours, nothing to do with road work and moving toward collaboratively with the town and getting together. [26:06] I don't know if you want to speak, but you just want to listen. [26:08] But, you know, any of you shared your concerns directly with the number of people. [26:13] But one of the suggestions that I had made was for it to have similar concerns come together and talk. [26:19] And then maybe bring a storm strategies and work together with the town on what's possible to address your concerns. [26:26] and you've already been in touch with the police right now, so you can speak more about that in like two. [26:34] Yeah, just Dave Moose and 92 Exeter Road. [26:41] Even when Bill was taking down the liner, it was our property, the electronic miners, for speed, you know what I'm talking about. [26:55] before blowing by him like he was, wasn't even there. [27:00] It's pretty bad. [27:03] We've had people coming out of, [27:05] coming out of camp on 47, 52 miles an hour [27:11] on the top of the hill. [27:12] And they're excellently, I mean, it's pretty scary. [27:17] So, and we've talked to a number of our, [27:21] of our residents, our neighbors, [27:24] who were also on this road, who expressed the same view. [27:29] So we kind of like to bring it up to the select board [27:35] and see if there's something we can do. [27:37] I don't know, stop signs or something. [27:43] I did speak with Mike when he was, when I first met him. [27:50] And I understand it to state road. [27:53] So I did call the state. I did talk to the transportation guy, Mr. O'Connor, and his remarks to me was, well, whatever the town would like us to do, you know, we'd be more than happy to work with you guys together with them. [28:10] So I'd like to bring out maybe at the next board meeting with some of the other residents. [28:16] We're [28:19] happy to meet with them on the resumance if there's, I mean, all of us have spoken [28:24] in folks about your concerns. [28:26] We had the radar sent there for several months. [28:29] Just took it down. [28:31] We relocated it. [28:32] Looked it further down Main Street, the head of this detour stuff, maybe to keep it in the [28:38] area to address your concerns. [28:41] It's, if we download the data, I have a chance to go through an analyze to see the full [28:45] the physics of results of that, but that's certainly something I can do about what we're [28:51] happy to be with the residents to bring a skull of the sea to that right now, but there's [28:57] specific concerns that we can. [28:59] Well, one of the things I'll offer to you, sir, is we spoke with the state probably 18 months [29:04] ago because it's been requested for the speed limit to be dropped in town. [29:10] State can provide that after their travel studies and having talked with concrete results [29:15] that they can distract at any time if they do a travel study. [29:19] There's a good potential that is still in a very different point, very far away. [29:23] Yeah, I'm not going to say that. [29:26] I mean, this town is also a beautiful little handler. [29:31] Let me finish it. [29:32] Okay. [29:34] I'll be running a chance to talk to them. [29:37] The state said that it would be well-thinker for me to pump that speed of up to 35 or 40. [29:43] We spoke to them because what we wanted to do was put crossing by the church day for [29:47] crossing signs out there, and it was basically the information that we received from the state [29:52] was perceiving on that at your own risk. [29:55] So I'm not sure that's a barrier that we want to pull there. [30:00] I think 30 miles an hour is an acceptable screen move through the town. The numbers that I've received from the police department are just what, 30, the average was 30 miles an hour. With an occasional oddball coming through when you had one and two o'clock in the morning. I could have been a cruiser coming through. Yeah, I mean, there really was some high risk. Some of the 50s, but you know, it's without looking at fully innocent. [30:26] I can tell you from having that sign on my property and us being under tire so I'm there every day. [30:36] There's no way that everybody's going 30 miles an hour. There's no way that they have which is 30 miles an hour. [30:42] People, as soon as they hit the top of that hill, they take off. [30:47] And even people going from this gassing, they have to have them don't even stop the stop sign. [30:53] And you just, hey, you sort of disobeyed the kitchen of the chief. [30:58] Yes, I've talked to Bill and I've also talked to Wayne, yes. [31:02] The four of us said, because you were there the day that the [31:06] monitor and the statement science put up an November [31:10] since then, it's been very nice to meet some of the two of you and the others [31:16] and caught me with the cock and I don't know if you were to go the day when we were taking the damage and you were OK. [31:26] When you mention this, I just have to say, when you mention this about the average 30 miles an hour, [31:32] I don't know when that dinner was collected, but I would have to say, yes, it's absolutely right. [31:39] We see that from our building room, we see it come in our drawer, our chair, a lot because we're working on a home [31:46] that we need to dedicate our everyday to. [31:53] And something must have changed so it's that 30-mile an hour average [31:58] because there may be about 10% of the people that are keeping the speed. [32:06] We feel, I would have said, that the effort which based on what we've seen is more like [32:13] the decision. [32:14] Then there are people bursting through and it's over three miles an hour to see them coming [32:21] from the hill from right here and this design is already getting their speed and they are [32:28] But in this town, going over close to 40 and sometimes even more of a self-47 the other day, [32:37] I also want to comment that there is a culture and maybe it's happening everywhere, but I don't think it's right. [32:47] But I literally had a man see me waiting carrying my dog on Sunday morning [32:55] and he gave me the finger and it looked very bad and it slowed down to you so while I was doing it because he was coming out of town. [33:04] I wrote it down with the time so that you want to look at your steps from the monitor. [33:11] Yes, that was a 4-A-7 line-on-hour person. [33:14] I lived here, this is my home and this is my front yard. [33:18] and everybody, I don't think it's the right way to do it, but you know, there are such lovely areas we feel when we're living here, and we love that we are living here, but this whole street is comprised of primarily people who live here. [33:48] their homes, their historic homes that they are doing everything like what you're doing [33:54] to lovingly keep them in such a beautiful condition, and it's a treasure, and it's like [34:03] the perception when you are walking around or even others driving here, it's gorgeous [34:10] and it's a beautiful, beautiful place, but what's going on in the road does not match it. [34:16] There's school children that we see at risk. [34:19] There are other drivers that we see at risk. [34:22] I feel that it's attractive and safety. [34:26] Concerned my other neighbors and already shared with us. [34:30] They're getting to know one another [34:31] and finding a common ground, you know. [34:35] What do you love here is what's happening [34:38] and so on. [34:39] And so I think knowing that they spoke to someone [34:45] And that was because we had a call about a drive, [34:48] and I think we don't have that led up to another conversation. [34:52] But sharing the feedback from that encourages me [34:57] that there should be a way that we all [34:59] should be able to share the information, [35:02] share one another's ideas, and come up with some solutions [35:06] to improve a very difficult situation for all of us. [35:11] I think we've got it. [35:15] We've got a three mile script between one and a half and one on one. [35:19] It doesn't have to stop time, it doesn't have to stop light. [35:23] And I think now people are starting to realize, hey, this is GPS. [35:28] Tells you to go this way. There's a shortcut. [35:31] And I think there's a lot of folks now that are just saying, hey, [35:35] I can make time on this one. [35:38] And that's, it's a little where asking is if we could, you know. [35:41] I'll make a recommendation then that what we do is the lead is to secure, sit down here and have some data processing on that, and then for upcoming work, sit down over and you can briefress on the analysis, check what you find out in the data on that, and if we need to, you know, not within the field of achievement, so I thought it was an enforcement order appropriate action, or resolve this issue. [36:09] Okay. It's great. Thank you. Thank you very much. [36:14] Anything else anybody here is good? [36:17] Throw it off to the ground. [36:20] I'm sorry for that. [36:21] No, go ahead. [36:22] You had a prior debate. [36:24] So maybe a sort of work and progress [36:27] to look at a topic. [36:29] Chatting with Sue about the frequency of the all-town emails. [36:33] The use of it in ways we can engage people more [36:36] or maybe using that format as there are valuable people [36:40] or at least setting up for it. [36:42] And I feel like understanding with little communication, [36:46] what we choose to send out or we don't send out [36:49] and how we can maybe maximize that. [36:51] So I think this could be an ongoing discussion. [36:53] But I think it's been really helpful [36:55] to more people come to meetings, [36:57] the more people know what's on the agenda [36:58] and their voices are concerned before it's great [37:02] for the culture of our community. [37:04] So, one of our fellow communication, one of my questions is, when someone comes forward, [37:10] maybe we're on the street chatting, directing them to email school or directing them to [37:16] email a lot of us, but do have a level of communication to take some concern off of the [37:23] next step. [37:24] What is the problem around that? [37:25] Because I want to know what I did. [37:26] Let's make sure that I'm doing it. [37:30] The, here's a couple of aspects of this. [37:33] I started 18 months ago, working with a project [37:35] to get the other individual system operating [37:37] and we're just about there. [37:38] We had to delay it for a year [37:40] because we were under type of budget crunch. [37:43] So this year, with the money in, [37:45] to spend on this to get the software. [37:46] And again, both Jeff and Billy have been a great job. [37:50] Jeff, and the old T here have been a great job. [37:53] Again, it's up to speed, I expect the next meeting. [37:55] This will be mine, correct? [38:00] We also have, so as far as communication goes, can I go off into you, we have the audio [38:07] visual need, we have, the minutes are available, we have the agendas available, and the session [38:13] is also open, everybody can come into town. [38:16] You'll find phone numbers of contact information, one for the top of the meals, and the work [38:21] of our official emails from the time of Newfields, and the phone number from Sue, but I can't [38:26] even tell you how many times I get my phone number out of anybody that has an issue. [38:30] So access as far as getting the old members of the select board annually to town, I cannot [38:35] see that being a problem. [38:36] Somebody has an issue. [38:37] There's plenty of resources to get there, and concurrently there's plenty of resources available. [38:42] As far as I see it, for people who have an accident, they need one transpire as a select board [38:47] meetings and what decisions also because we're also broadcasting on a [38:51] visit to the conservation commission meetings, the planning board meetings and [38:54] the ZBA meetings and those three additional meetings were all new within the [38:58] past year because we had mission probably 14 months ago and so push really [39:04] hard to make sure that on-town meetings are available online so people can see [39:09] what's going on so they're watching. The resources are there I mean on the [39:13] the office of the office. [39:17] So if someone stops mail and the street and says, [39:18] oh, I have a concern about this going on in town. [39:21] Who should I reach out to? [39:22] Do we have a human or answer that we can about to say [39:25] the first thing you should do is reach out to Sue? [39:29] Well, it's a decision to learn this. [39:31] It brings you up to you. [39:32] Or a member of the board, the board can address a agreement. [39:35] Put it on the agenda item for the next meeting. [39:37] And that means something that does we can take [39:39] between the three of us, who can say, [39:41] We need to talk about it in a region, or we need to talk to everybody who wrote their resources so we can start addressing this. [39:49] And that way, if we're not walking into it, it's like we're going to be cold on the issue. [39:52] We have a chance to, the homework and make sure we're prepared in all of the nuances. [39:58] Instead of having a decision, they were unintended consequences, not being explored. [40:02] So, I think it's just, somebody says, okay, bring the board. [40:06] Okay, we'll figure out where we'll solve the problem. [40:07] I think the flow worked well, the way you ended up finding it. [40:13] So, and some might go along the border, maybe a question, [40:16] let's do the data. [40:17] It's right there. [40:18] All the resources are there, protected. [40:24] Yes, right there. [40:25] Sort of in keeping with that, I really appreciated you bringing up [40:31] last time about the legislation that was talking about getting rid [40:38] of zoning boards, frankly, I had absolutely no idea until probably the end I thought, [40:46] ooh, that's, I agree with you, it's not a good idea. [40:50] Multiple control was pretty. [40:52] Exactly. [40:52] And then, and then, it looked like there was an email that went out that was saying, hey, [40:59] you know, the municipal board, whatever that organization was, is suggesting that people [41:06] they could touch with folks and then that was the draw that email, like there was another [41:13] email that came after that. [41:15] Didn't expect. [41:16] So that's okay. [41:18] I was drawing that previous email and I was confused. [41:25] So we had an issue there. [41:30] There was confusion about the email moving out as represented speaking for the board and it was not a representation of the board itself. [41:38] was one member of the board speaking as a member of the board, and the reason it was withdrawn [41:44] because it did not have a full concurrence of the board, and the board itself was not [41:48] speaking as such, so to maintain the integrity of the board, and if you're going to put [41:54] out an email's member board without concurrence of a whole board of the chair of the board speaking [41:59] for the board, then the pro quo will be as a member of the slide board. [42:03] So it maintained that integrity of the chair, so it's because it's not about me, it's about me. [42:10] Previous chairs, current chair, future chair, just that's what I was looking for, because it's just a language issue and protocol coalition. [42:18] Well, can you guys say I'm going back and say of all three of us? [42:22] Well, we all agree that it was an issue, but it was just an issue and protocol coalition. [42:26] And I think I changed the word it right away. [42:29] and we sent it out as a member of the board. [42:32] Of his information was from the Municipal Association [42:34] and my intention is to call people's attention [42:38] to the fact that this trying to use their control [42:41] and take a little control away as an issue. [42:44] But I actually was, my intention was for people to see [42:47] that there are clear ways they can read about each thing [42:50] and they can speak their opinion and share it. [42:54] So there are some people who agree [42:55] with some of those things, and their opinion should be heard. [42:59] But the big picture looks right before a town like Newfield [43:02] stand out and control taking away because we're so nuanced [43:05] with issues of water, with issues of pressure, [43:08] with issues of our size of our school and our roads. [43:11] So to have a control taken away is not good for our town. [43:15] But that doesn't mean there are bits and pieces [43:16] where people might see something they do support. [43:19] So it's not that we should only have one mind [43:21] on all of it, but that we should be able [43:24] to make our own decision out of town. [43:26] And so the links that I put in were educational. [43:29] People can click on, choose a hearing date, [43:31] and they can share their position [43:33] on each of the bills coming forward. [43:36] Not that anyone needs to be told that their opinion is, [43:39] but the big picture of all those things [43:42] looks like white and out of local zone, [43:44] which for a town without us, [43:46] and other small towns could be really great. [43:49] Thank you for bringing it up. [43:55] But as far as the gender issues and the threat to the town and the new fields and other small communities, it's huge. [44:01] And I would offer, presently speaking for the board, that this is something that needs to be addressed. [44:07] And there has been liaison, individually liaison. [44:10] I've made some phone calls to talk to folks and send some of them notes, etc. [44:15] or just to try and maintain the integrity of the fields, [44:19] zoning and unique individual characteristics. [44:24] Thank you. [44:25] Anything else? [44:27] Mr. McHenry, I think it's her up. [44:31] Actually, it's only a student. [44:32] More, let me down a little bit. [44:34] It seems like the last several elections, [44:38] like there will be a deliberate discussion. [44:40] And then zoning changes are announced [44:45] But not subject to discussion, and lots of discussion in town, where does this really mean? [44:54] In the last campaign I was running, I had a lot of comedies. [45:01] The voter information that is where they covered the zoning issue, had the voter information [45:07] or someone in the affirmative affirmative session, so it was kind of out there, black and white, [45:12] and explained what it means before you've got to the booth, you know, it seems like an [45:19] environment where it pops up and it's like, what's this mean? And one of my voting options, we just [45:25] to seem like you can clarify things a lot for time. [45:28] You know, it's either a candidate or a court session, [45:31] if the court or not, but there's a administrative reason [45:35] that like, can't seem like there's a big sense [45:37] of getting out of the government in front of it. [45:39] As far as the liberty of session, [45:41] having spoke the job, the moderator, [45:43] that was done for every time [45:44] even addressed those issues as far as I was looking. [45:47] I will argue to you that back in December and January, [45:50] I attended a lot of my board meetings [45:52] in the zoning board meetings, where these, [45:54] for those two amendments, the one and the two, [45:57] were discussed in great detail, [45:59] with all the nuance and unforeseen consequences [46:02] that were possible, [46:03] when the planning board meeting was probably an hour and a half, [46:08] with most of the hour dealing with those two amendments, [46:12] and then both planning board and the zoning board [46:14] were supporting it unanimously, [46:16] and it's quite a spectrum on the planning work. [46:19] So, there is the background and the information and knowledge that was available in those meetings. [46:27] Now, you can see the attendance that we have at Sleggmore meetings. [46:31] And if you go to a plane or a meeting or a zone or a meeting unless you have a gender ideal in front of those meetings, [46:37] it's usually members of the board and we so, who attends a lot of those meetings in order to record. [46:43] And that's it. [46:43] So I will say that there's not too much that I think we can look into to do some education on those issues. [46:53] Like I said, John, I'm going to hate him. [46:55] One of those worries with him is that this is not the place of the group's session to address that. [47:00] But I think there's an opportunity and I'm going to get more of that. [47:03] And we'll see if we can appropriate that as a board and address that. [47:06] To preclude folks who haven't gone to play anymore meetings or watched the play anymore meetings [47:19] So that's kind of where everybody is at. [47:23] Reminds on the folks that are stepping up and volunteering [47:25] your time and energy, that they're acting a good fit [47:28] for the necessary sort of time. [47:30] So I will talk to you when it's taken, like, [47:33] and I won't push that further. [47:35] This is a suggestion. [47:36] And I think it's an excellent suggestion, [47:38] because an educated order is what we want to do. [47:42] We don't want the authority to bounce about. [47:46] It's what I want to talk about. [47:51] So Bill. [47:52] No, I thought it was great to, in straddle, [47:57] like the plan board and the zone board sat in front of everybody, [48:02] almost as though they were like candidates, [48:04] they gave a presentation, [48:05] and then there was an opportunity to ask them questions. [48:09] That's an idea. [48:11] There's no reason we can't look at doing something like that. [48:14] Future to create a community, folks going in there, I don't know, the streets. [48:19] Yeah. [48:19] Open communication. [48:21] I don't know. [48:22] And the streaming flow. [48:23] I think the truth. [48:24] Right. [48:25] Like I said before, by the board's only board and conservation commission are all streamed. [48:30] Post-mains are available and you're streaming. [48:32] You can also go back two weeks later and look and see what trends are going on. [48:35] So [48:38] I do want to say, for the record, that the public notices on the public hearings and [48:43] the opportunities were followed as they're supposed to be. [48:46] So there was nothing mysterious for a new stage to skip. [48:51] But agendas for meetings often are vague, and so if you're looking to come to a meeting [48:56] and you look at the agenda, there's one word on there, and you're not sure what that means. [49:01] You might miss out on a rich discussion, because it's not clear, because the way the judges [49:05] religious and outline. And the other piece is maybe talking about letting folks know that there [49:12] is a time of the year, every year, where age board is tasked with coming up with recommendations [49:19] for changes. So the planning board, the zoning board, reflect and say, hey, should we be talking [49:25] about this? Should we look at language changes in our by-offs? And that's a routine. And maybe that's [49:32] something that we could alert people more about so they can be present in those conversations. [49:35] I'm still up there. [49:36] I'm included for. [49:38] Yes, ma'am. [49:40] I just have a question because I'm looking forward to the agendas and I don't always see [49:45] them in time to be able to maybe change a schedule or something because they sometimes [49:49] can have a new day before. [49:52] I mean, I don't know exactly when I don't know about the schedule. [49:55] So in case you have a 24 hour requirement for the final? [49:58] Yes, 24 hour. [50:14] The other ones we get, we get the agenda, so they give me to us, we put them on website. [50:20] That's the issue. [50:21] I don't get them in the answer. [50:22] I mean, I get them, but how many of them are there? [50:25] I get them so many. [50:27] We can look at them. [50:27] We can look at them. [50:28] And I'm fully supported for 4 hours and it'll be more better if we do it. [50:39] Do we have anything else for the board? [50:42] Anything from your folks who stepped forward and gave the name to me? [50:47] Thank you for coming. [50:48] Let me assess the grant balance. [50:50] You see, I'm sure it's on us. [50:51] I don't know if you've got those now. [50:54] I'm sorry. [50:56] Sorry. [50:57] The top one is just a chair and the other one's initials for that. [51:01] Oh, very good. [51:02] 50 bucks. [51:03] I'm sorry. [51:04] It's a good time. [51:05] It's a good time. [51:05] It's a good time. [51:05] It's a good time. [51:07] It's a good time. [51:10] We said [51:19] it exactly. [51:37] In that case, since nobody else wants to say anything, I will make a moment. [51:46] All right. [51:48] All right. [52:01] Thank you very much.
